Very nice and friendly place to stay! I have had nothing but good experiences during my extended stay here House keeping came on the days I scheduled and always did a great job There was always stuff for breakfast for me to grab on my way out early in the morning before scheduled breakfast time (not the main breakfast food but like bagels/muffins/yogurt)

When I talked to the manager Christain about a 2 room suite when my family was coming to visit he found one I could move into in the time period I needed! The receptionist helped get me into that room and got me a crib and everything! I am very happy with my stay here The rooms are very nice and I loved the little kitchens they provided and the full oven in the 2 bedroom! Allows me to not spend a ton eating out especially with the family here! I highly recommend the Residence Inn for anyone staying in the area! Thank you Christain and the team for all the help and great attitude everytime we walk through the door

Well maintained RI property, with limited daily breakfast and evening snacks several nights a weekClose to the 14 freeway and nearby to several restaurants and retail outletsSome rooms even boast an inspiring view of Home Depot to remind you of all the home maintenance you can avoid while staying with Marriott

Staff are personable but may not manage to attend to all requests, so don’t get your hopes upAlso, be aware that the property accepts pets, all of which do not understand that you can certainly hear them barking at all hours of the day and night

Don’t know what the plus is at this Best Western The room was mediocre, stocked with 2 halves of rolls of toilet paper, the attendant told me the “gym” does not open until 8am, the breakfast was disgusting, we asked for a late checkout which was 11:30 am by their standard even though they had very minimal booking judging by the 10 vehicles parked in the lot However, the maid came into our room at 8:10 to see if we had checked out yet, and again at 11:12am to ask us if we were going to checkout

We informed her we requested a late check out the night before, and we would checkout then She said they had no record of this and as we were exiting at 11:25am the front desk attendee was walking up to our room presumably to ask us to leave When she saw us leaving she acted as if she was walking down the hallway, and as we were exiting the elevator down stairs we then saw her coming down the stairs to the desk What a crummy stay, at a crummy property, and thanks for making us feel like we were in communist Cuba The area is ghetto and the motel was not even close to what a Best Western Plus should be However, the worst part were the staff I guess the Plus means we kick you out by 11am, don’t record a requested “late” 11:30am checkout, come into your room at 8:10am, sweat you to leave before your check out, and send additional staff to your room tomake sure you leave so you can feel like a criminal Garbage staff, at a garage area, and the property was only mediocre

We stayed for three nights and the mattress was absolutely horrible My back hurt every morning I wanted to extend my stay since I extended my trip, but I couldn’t bear sleeping on that mattress another night

When I checked out, I mentioned it to the woman that assisted me but she seemed very non-chalant about it I really hope they invest in some better mattresses

The front staff is great and willing to help Shannon, Erica and Samantha are the top employees at the front desk The check in was easy and the hotel provides breakfast

We enjoyed the pool, fire pit and the grill The only issue we had that the body wash and shampoo were the refilled before we checked into the room Shannon from the front desk was able to get them replaced within 15 minutes We hung out in the living room area by the lobby and we felt like at home Thank you for a great stay

First time staying in an Element hotel and it was fabulous! I travel a lot for work and I wish these were everywhere! Shout out to the funny and super nice young gentleman that was helping me check in at the front desk Sunday night 🙂 This hotel is so great, I wish the Courtyards, Fairfields, etc… would all convert into an Element hotel It was so clean and hands down the best hotel bed I ever have slept in Yummy breakfast with lots of options (finally a hotel with no plastic plates and cutlery)

A very friendly staff and the landscaping was also so beautiful to walk my pup around! Thank you for such an enjoyable stay!

Carmen the head housekeeper was just awesome She made sure our room was clean, the beds were comfy, the floors were swept and mopped it smelled great !! The bathroom was great and clean !! No cigarette burns or smells It actually smelled as good as it looked, CLEAN!! We had plenty of nice clean towels, and plenty of toilet paper also

She asked if we needed anything when we arrived and asked if our room was to our liking, which we agreed this was the best room we’ve gotten compared to other hotels It was nice and quiet no loud music I’d stay here again because of Carmen she does a great job each and every time

We stayed here last year for a softball tournament and it was very nice I’m sure that having so many kids was very tough on the staff, but they were amazing I’m writing this now because I just noticed a problem with my reservation for this years softball tournament which is coming up next month

In seconds, Heather was able to fix what I had been struggling with online What a huge relief and she made it seem so effortless Another great great interaction with the staff at this hotel

The Manager CYNTHIA at this location is very loud and mouthy, not professional at allI called to check if they had connecting rooms as I had reserved them and wanted to confirm my reservation, she began to literally yell and scream at me telling I didn’t like her loud mouth then I should not be able to stay at her HOTEL, she the had the audacity to cancel my reservations as a late cancellation and charged meI had to turn back with my family I had already traveled 2 hours of my 5 hour trip

Wasn’t worth the price This place is in desperate need of an upgrade The furniture is old and dirty

All of the faucets are stripped so they constantly dripThe carpet is torn and dirty There are locals that stay long term here, which they were all very pleasant, but I assume that whoever the owner is of this place may think an upgrade is not worth the investment because of the long termguestsI paid for this type of room so that I could save money on buying food however there were no basic cooking utensils, there was only a boiler and a strainer No frying pan , spatula, nothing The bathroom Wasn’t cleaned well behind the previous guests and it was forbidden for me to ask for cleaning service more than once my entire stay Please do not ask for extra towels past closing of housekeeping that annoys the front desk staff The breakfast was okon the last day we stayed the other days the food combinations didn’t make sense Powder eggs with what I think was soy sausage patties or maybe veggie pattiesMy ultimate review is if you have a family that you are traveling with and u wish to stay in this type place bring the following items on your own Cleaning products, cooking utensils, extra towels, sanitizing wipes, shower shoes and extra cash for incidentals I ended up spending more than what I thought I was saving for

Recently my wife and I were visiting our two friends who have been staying at the Staybridge Suites in Palmdale They’ve been there for an extended period and know the amenities well They have remarked how nice the rooms are and how clean it is from the Rooms to the Pool area

There is free Continental breakfast and evening Appetizers Rooms have a small kitchen area and clothes washing downstairs Lots of available parking and near the Freeway Highly recommended

Alex Volberding

I stayed in this hotel for 3 months back in 2017 and it was Amazing Back then 5 stars This time with Covid restrictions in place the hotel has lost all of its best features like the dinner meals and breakfast as both have gone to a bare minimum

To top it all off I found cockroaches in my room on two separate occasions The staff could not move my room the first time (understandably as the hotel was Packed) The second time was less than a week after they said MX would spray my room and it wouldn’t be a problem again This time they moved my room, but I’ve had enough and changed hotels for the rest of my stay

This hotel has a very nice room and kitchen But some rooms have chipped counter tops and broken fridges The employees are not that great

Sincerely is a very nice young girl Ms Anastasia is a very curious woman, she will ask you about almost everything about you Christian will always greet you anytime if you walk through the door as he watches you walk by The manager likes to call you out she’ll say things like “I like your wig today” If you don’t like any of those things DO NOT COME TO THIS HOTEL The employees can be straight up rude while the room is comfortable, but the shower has no conditioner Breakfast is very nasty but if you enjoy flour products, maybe it’s up your alley Snack bar is over price as well Stayed there for about a week Never going back, employees are rude

We stayed here three nights while visiting our family We had a teething one year old with us which resulted in some pretty stressful moments If it wasn’t for our stay at Home2 Suites, I probably would have lost my mind

The rooms were clean and had plenty of room for our little one to walk around or through the tantrums she needed that came with the teething The room was fully equipped with dishes, utensils, a dishwasher, full refrigerator, a microwave, and even dish soap and a sponge The bed was really comfortable, the complementary breakfast surpassed my expectations, and the customer service provided by the staff was 5 stars There were moments where the teething medicine and Tylenol were not enough to comfort our baby so Home2 Suites became our safe place It really felt like a second home and that is hard to find in a hotel As a mama dealing with a teething baby, I can’t thank the staff enough for accommodating some of our needs We will definitely be staying here again

I am giving this hotel a 3 star credit because of the front desk staff They are a gem, especially Eddie- he goes beyond the call of duty There are also 2 other guys, I don’t know their names they too were wonderful

The Manager, he deserves an award as well He’s real human, he is selfless I always say that every level of the force force should work cohesively for a business to thrive The cleaning staff wasn’t that impressive- I’ll leave it at that Go visit, and enjoy it My only misgiving was the pool didn’t have a changing room area and an outside shower for washing off

Amy Swidow

This is quite literally the only hotel I can stay in without having immune issues There is no sense in the hotel rooms other than a very light lemongrass smell They use more natural products, have excellent breakfast and every time I stayed here it’s been very quiet

This hotel has been a place of refuge for me during the hardest and darkest times of my life The staff is very friendly and accommodating I literally stayed at four hotels that I could not tolerate before coming here I cannot think this facility and the ownership enough for running this hotel the way they do

Maggie D.G.

Brianna Alvarado and Beau and staff were delightful! My event hasn’t taken place yet but the meeting we had to set it up and get everything in order was done with professionalism, courteous and patience Brianna took a lot of stress off my mind in that I have confidence everything will go with ease Thank you all and God bless you

I will definitely use The Oxford Inn again

All ALL dishes are guaranteed to be in the dishwasher when you check in and each time room service “cleans” your room

I have had coffee in my room on arrival 50% of the time now It’s the worst to find out at 5am Trash bags not replaced as well Previous review about staff not addressing dishes was acknowledged a couple weeks ago No change The fence around the pool is about 10% covered in gnarly rustThis, unfortunately, is not what I was expecting from a Hilton Brand

Starr Parmley

Working for Erickson Air-Crane we work at the airport frequently and sample different hotels in the area to find the best support Here we have: Great building and excellent rooms Front desk staff is sharp, courteous and accommodating

The room service never puts dishes away every single piece of cutlery and flatware is in the dishwasher every time Coffee and cream refill has been frequently forgotten in-room Breakfast staff is spotty one server doesn’t like to put out the real flatware it seems so you are forced to use single use cheap Styrofoam and tacky plastic I bring the crew here because of small details that make you feel at home like a real coffe cup, fork and plate Seemingly not by chance, it is the same days that breakfast runs out of food with a small (5′) wait to eat This is a trend among other Homewood suites as well I assume that breakfast staff is underappreciated or underpaid/motivated franchise-wide? The location is clean and feels cozy Also, walking distance to food, entertainment, office max and a few other big box stores A nice Italian restaurant and steakhouse stand-out IMax and the baseball/softball field are very close Again, front desk staff are top drawer and go out of their way to accommodate special requests The outside pool and grill are lovely

Aleera DoBlah

This place seemed more like an apartment then a hotel they didn’t have extra blankets we had to go to Walmart to buy some

the heater smelled like smoke chairs and walls were messed up sinking in and gross the kitchen sink leaked into a trash can and like full on water leak not a drip full on outside trash can in the hall ways I do not recommend this place

My review is based solely on the extremely poor customer serviceMy family and I booked a room for my daughter’s upcoming state softball tournament One of the other parents on the team spoke with a sales rep and negotiated a block of rooms at a group rate over 3 weeks in advance of the tournament

Several of us then provided our credit cards and received confirmation emails We did all of this before even confirming we qualified for the tournament because we knew rooms would book up fast with so many teamsThe day after every team qualified we received a call that they were cancelling the rooms we booked because the sales rep did not have authority to block those rooms If I had to guess, the hotel manager, Tracy, probably received a better offer from another team than the deal we had previously negotiated, and then used her sales rep as a scapegoat Every other hotel in the area filled up VERY quickly, so I have no doubt that she received other offers for that block of roomsEven if an employee did not have the authority to do this the hotel should honor what was provided in the confirmation email, or look for a compromise, not simply cancel all of our reservations It is very disappointing that Tracy chose this morally questionable path forwardDo better next time Tracy Do better

We were in town for a wedding at a local winery and needed a place to stay for the weekend Our original booking at another location fell through and we were able to book same day at this hotel The location is either newly built or newly renovated because everything was fresh and clean

The staff was courteous and very kind The room was perfect for the two of us – quiet, spacious, comfy bed, clean room and restroom, etc Kudos for the free cookies at check in

I booked a room here for a few nights to visit some family This was the nicest hotel we stayed at on our trip It’s in a quite area and close to the freeway

I called a few weeks before to confirm my room and spoke to a lady named Diana, she was so sweet to talk to!

Rooms were small, but the “living” area was separated from the “sleeping” area by a wall, which was a cool idea TV was situated between the bed and the sofa, so it was at an angle for both, which was not a cool ideaWalls were thin

I don’t need to hear conversations in the hallway or the next room Bed was comfy, but the heater/AC drove my wife nuts Because of that, she won’t want to go back
