We stayed about 4 days and here’s what we decided besides a decent deal for the roomPros: The hotel location was convenient plus it was quiet, staff was friendly, hot tub and pool were clean and new lookingCons: the room had a smell of mildew/urine almost that we couldn’t stand and had to go buy a air freshener for the room also some noticeable rust and grime through the room

(Curtains falling off, paint chipping, very thick sludge/dust on walls and baseboard)

The first time I stayed here it was excellent The room was nice and clean, the service was great, and it was a good experience The second time I stayed, I could tell that the sheets hadn’t been changed out, and they needed to be

We could tell the previous tenants had “fun” in the room via the stains on the blankets When I sat down on the corner of one of the beds in my room, the frame buckled and snapped It was alright because I had the other bed, but still

Affordable Stayed here recently & it was the cheapest room we found Breakfast was okay

Not the best but you pay for what you get Rooms could use some cleaning I found some trash but still stayedParking is great If you are staying here for a night then I recommend you stay if you are staying more then somewhere else is better

The bed was comfortable It was clean But it was so noisy! The walls are so thin

How thin are they, you ask? We could clearly hear snoring from the neighbor One of us is hard of hearing and could hear it Then there is the loud plumbing Yikes! When I stay in a supposedly “quality” place, being able to sleep is the #1 priority No amount of amenities can make up for not getting a peaceful night’s sleep

If you are looking for a clean, decent mid-range hotel, this is a great option I have stayed here several times and have always recieved good service from staff The room is average sized and has a mini fridge and microwave

The AC kept the room nice and cool on a very hot day (90°+ outside) The sink and counter area are a bit on the small side but adequate for the average person The bathroom is small but does have a full bath tub if you prefer baths The mattress is on the firm side but not bad The breakfast is average for most hotels (eggs, pancakes ect) Overall, the hotel is clean, comfortable, and more affordable than many other hotels in the area I will definitely stay here again and suggest giving this place a shot when in the area

I’ve stayed here twice now Once with my wife, and again with our family (3 kids) Both times the rooms were clean, the hotel was clean, the staff were helpful and friendly, and the breakfast offering was great

The TV and internet all worked great, we didn’t have any problemsWe were disappointed that the pool area didn’t have a hot tub, but then pleasantly surprised to find that the pool itself was beyond warm It was nice for us adults who just want to lounge around in the pool, but it was a little too warm for the kids who wanted to be really active Overall, we all loved the pool because we prefer warm water over coldThe breakfast area was clean with a lot to choose from The staff helping with breakfast was kind and attentive Everything seemed well stocked and fresh It’s also worth noting that we had until 10am to eat breakfast which is really nice I don’t like going to hotels that cut off breakfast early and force you to run down and grab food before its put away

We were taking our daughter to BYU-IDAHO so this was a great location for restaurants, stores, and getting to the school Our room was spacious enough that we were able to bring our daughter’s college belongings in (we stayed overnight as we are from out of town and wanted to check her into her dorm early) including her bicycle, and still have plenty of room to enjoy our stay This is a very nice hotel

The breakfast was good, with plenty of hot options The indoor pool was nice, albeit a tad small for such a nice hotel The staff was friendly and helpful We enjoyed our stay

Timothy Bellanca

The hotel was nice and clean, the carpet in the room had stains but the room overall was well maintained The people who service the rooms only changed our towels the first day so we had to tell the front desk to make sure they did a full service the next day The hot water went out but the maintenance staff was able to fix it before we returned from Yellowstone which was good

The hotel is in a good location not to close but not to far from Yellowstone and other sites in the area

Super fun hotel, we had a themed room and it was really neat seeing all the hard work that was involved with it! My main issue is the ac was too small for the room/couldn’t keep up, so it was a tad warm in the room and then during the next morning in the shower it would not get hot enough (guessing there was a lot of people taking showers this morning) But breakfast really saved the day, the breakfast was the best I’ve ever had!

Alicia Tucker

I had read the reviews on this hotel and I was a little skeptical However I would absolutely come back to this place the room was clean and we had maid service all 3 days The complementary breakfast had eggs, potatoes and either sausage or bacon, toast and bagels, waffles, biscuits and gravy, juice, milk, hot cocoa and coffee I don’t know what else you could need

The staff were all very friendly and attentive to our needs

Bendi Linnell

I will start by saying the staff was very nice and the breakfast was good However, my room was not clean It had not been vacuumed and the tub was beyond gross

There was a lot of long black hair on the walls and in the tub There was even hair on the bathroom walls There were also ants The worst part was the tub didn’t drain when I showered I did complain to the front desk and while the staff was kind and understanding they said there was nothing they could do for me since the manager was off duty until Monday and the entire hotel was booked so they couldn’t switch my rooms Unfortunately, I will never stay there again

I was very surprised! the check in process was unique and proficient The room was exceptionally clean and I loved that fact there was no carpeting on the new flooring so that the floor could be kept clean All was spotless, the layout was great

We got a room with a jacuzzi and loved the fact that we treated ourselves to that experience The water was wonderfully hot in the double large shower Breakfast options were a few steps away It was on e of the best values I have ever had for the money

Buggles Nort

Very clean and convenient from Highway 20 The check-in was quick and I already had the keys to my room in five minutes The air conditioner works pretty well and there’s a Burger King across the street

The room itself is spacious and spartan, but I’m not expecting the Ritz However, it seems to be better than the other Motel 6’s I’ve stayed at

PeggyS1322

I have stayed here numerous times over the last year The rooms are clean and taken care of My one complaint is how easily the sound comes through the door from the hallway

It’s 11 pm and I thought there were people in the hall talking It’s actually coming from the room across from me Loud enough It’s hard to sleep No management here at night so not much I can do

We had a wonderful stay! We had the suite upstairs and it had a nice view and was very clean The hot tub was excellent, especially after a long day of hiking and fishing We had to get up early to fish one morning and our hosts accommodated us with a brown bag to-go

Friendly hosts and nice peaceful accommodations made for a relaxing stay

The Blue Heron Inn is eclectic and homey The entire inn feels like an English cottage, something out of a movie There are tons of books, puzzles, and comfy areas to relax in

The Inn is right on the edge of the Snake River and has a beautiful wooded area I can see this being a wonderful place for photos and a nature walk I was a photographer for a wedding there and it was such a wonderful, intimate feeling We got some beautiful shots around the grounds And though it was winter and very cold, I could see how the spring, summer, and fall months the entire area would be breathtaking! I throughly enjoyed finding all the wonderful intricate details in the decor Thank you for the beautiful locations Blue Heron Inn and letting me be part of a special wedding day! -Kendra Sue Photography

Our third stay at the Blue Heron Inn was just as dreamy and relaxing as the last two It’s always super clean and quiet, the breakfast is always fantastic and the scenery and views never get old We saw both osprey and bald eagles fishing in the river and a group of five deer wandered through during our breakfast on the back deck

Dennis is always a great host and fun to visit with He obviously takes great pride in his place and it’s easy to see why This was an anniversary trip for us and is becoming somewhat of a tradition We’ll keep going back as long as we can

We stayed at SpringHill Suites by Marriott for a night We booked the hotel online through Marriott website and the check-in process was easy The hotel was clean and had ample of parking spaces

After collecting the keys from reception we checker into our room which was neat and clean It had 2 comfortable beds There was ample of space in the room as well as in bathroom They also have a morning buffet where you get variety of breakfast options There is also a gym within the hotel with various instruments Amazing and clean hotel

Rob A

I’m Hilton Diamond member so I typically stay at Hilton properties but I was traveling with some friends and we ended up at this hotel because one of my friends has Marriott as their favored hotel chain and so they have membership statusI have to say I really liked the room layout A bit different than what I’m typically used to, but I thought it was cool with a couple of different beds and also a separate toilet from the shower which can add some flexibility if you’re traveling with a few people

Also a little wall in the room separating the bedroom from kind of the sitting and desk area room Nice big TVThe BREAKFAST WAS NOT GOOD unless you are on a 100% carbohydrate diet There was literally not one speck of protein in the entire breakfast Really unbelievable in this day and age I would have probably given the place a four stars or higher, but there’s just absolutely no excuse to not have a single ounce of protein available for breakfast! I mean eggs are so cheap and readily available and there’s just really no excuse So in my opinion breakfast was a complete bust because I’m not going to sit down and eat an entire breakfast of carbsParking was adequate and location was decent and the rooms were clean and well kept in appointed with furniture

Bill Shaw

The stay here was okay The beds were comfortable The staff was very friendly but unfortunately we had a family above us that aloud their kids to run around and to jump off the beds for hours from 8 to after11 pm

Then bright and early the next morning at 6:30 they were right back at it I had called the front desk the night before if to see if they could do anything and nothing was done The free breakfast was just okay and they had quite a few options
