The staff were very nice and the rooms very clean and well-laid-out Loved the breakfast options and the coffee at the breakfast was goodUnfortunately can’t give 4 or 5 stars because there were so few amenities available in the room itself: There are no hair dryers in the rooms, there was only one serving of coffee (which tasted awful–I’ll drink basically any coffee but had to pour this one out), no sugar, no cream or whitener), and the vending machine in the hall didn’t accept any of my group’s cards, so there were really no good caffeination options on the floor at all

There’s still no daily room service even though Covid restrictions have ended, you have to call if you need something done These are details I would expect a hotel at this price point would do better onI would stay againif they drop the prices or the in-room amenities are improved Bring your own hair dryer and instant coffee if you stay

I would absolutely stay here again Staff was friendly, hotel was clean, and breakfast was pretty standard issue No lobby bar, but local beers available in the lobby shop area, which is always a nice perk

Didn’t have much time to explore the immediate surrounding area, but did not seem too walkable

Everything is digital, to a fault Before you get into the lobby, you have to sign in on your phone so you can get a digital key which unlocks the door to the lobby But you cannot get the key unless you are a silver member, and I am only a blue member

It is absurd that you have to sign in before even getting in the lobby! This caused a pretty big backup where everyone got to the hotel but was not notified that they would have to sign in before checking in, so the door would not open for anyone! You could not get into the parking garage until you unlocked it, nor could you could use the elevator until you unlocked it Fortunately, the rooms were clean and comfortable Based on my experience here, I would not recommend it It’s not worth the hassle

Was here on a work trip The parking lot was snug for the Carolla The elevator requires your key card to go to any floor other than P3 or the lobby

This failed at some point and we needed to go to front desk to renew our cards This was fine but felt like I was going crazy in the elevator when I was unable to get back to my room We had a great view so that was nice The breakfast was an array of standard hotel breakfast foods and coffee Had a good trip

Dante

The rooms, service, and location are great! The parking is a bit problematic as nearly every space is compact, and very compact at that Several spaces had crossover vehicles taking up to spaces simply because there weren’t any non-compact spaces I would stay here again, especially if I had a small vehicle

Parking is also expensive, but I think that’s par for the course with a downtown hotel

Tif Taylor

It is an OK place Things are fine enough Clean

It’s very busy hotel so I always hear doors slamming in the hall The parking garage fills up super fast, so get there early! There is no way to open any windows so the units smell very stale and the curtains smell like recycled air with a dash of cigarette smoke While there is no reason to say no to here, I wouldn’t necessarily seek it again

This is the best hotel to stay in if you are visiting seattle on a budget I stayed for 14 days and loved the experience The rooms are not expensive for the quality they provide

You have free breakfast every morning which has a good variety over the days The staff is extremely friendly and courteous and will help you out if you need anything There is a$ 50 deposit hold for each day you stay The location has great connectivity to monorails and buses and is well distanced from all the nearby touristy places as well There is a grocery store down the block and good amount of restaurants near by as well A must stay for anyone

I stayed here twice (before & after a cruise) and it was fantastic Everyone I talked with was extremely kind and helpful The rooms are spacious and clean, equipped with a microwave and a small fridge

There was a wide variety of food set out for breakfast and it’s only a couple of blocks away from the Seattle Center & Space NeedleIf I’m ever back in Seattle, I definitely know where I’m staying!

Color Me Mine St. George

I am a Hilton Diamond member, and I flew into town for business and stayed four nights On the 3rd day I went down to the front desk and asked if my room could be cleaned or refreshed that day Knowing I had to work a 14 hour day, I wanted to come back to the hotel and climb into a made bed

I was told no When I asked why not, the front desk staff told me they were experiencing staffing shortages I asked if they were going to reduce my room rate because they didn’t have to clean/refresh the room for four days, and they reluctantly said they would have it cleaned/refreshed that day I got back to the hotel at 10pm to find no one had been in the room I was frustrated, but I let it go since it was my last nightThen, around 11pm, a maintenance worker was using a circular saw and a drill in the hallway I thought to myself, this work must be an emergency if they were doing maintenance work that late at night So, I let it go on for about half an hour and then I called down to the front desk The staff member told me the maintenance worker had a list of items he needed to complete during his shift I told her I could not sleep with the noise and she said she would have him stop using the power tools While the power tools stopped, the worker continued to move stuff, bang stuff around, and there was even a loud boom that shook the wall It was after midnight at this point, and I called down again This time, the staff member (I think his name was Paul) answered the phone, profusely apologized for the disturbance, and said he was on his way up to handle the situation The noise finally stoppedI, personally, own a business that depends on good customer service, and I am leaving a one star review for management because continued success in the service industry depends on employees that provide outstanding customer service As for the staff member (Paul?) who handled the situation appropriately, 5 stars ALL DAY LONG!

The hotel is beautiful inside, decorated nicely, and comfortable Our room was nice Overall the staff was friendly and helpful

I did have a few concerns and the reason for the 3 stars instead of 5 #1 – we reserved a pool time for our group and the hotel staff was not keeping to this and there were several others In there 2- I saw two different hotel security guards, but every time I passed them they were sitting on the stool just outside the elevator – never moved from that spot, one was on her laptop and phone 3 – it is a non smoking hotel, however, the smell of pot wavers throughout the hallway 4-the teens in our group spent less than 10 minutes in the pool due to all of their swimsuits being bleached When I inquired at the front desk, they said there was something wrong with the pool pump however they were still allowing people to use the pool 5-the phone in my room was not working correctly so the front desk said they would bring up another, never did Not sure we would choose this hotel again in the future

I am writing this review because I truly believe good employees need recognition I have worked in customer service and high level management for the majority of my life Your employee Nathanial greeted me promptly when I walked into your establishment today

He gave me a high level of customer service which I greatly appreciate Nathanial even went the extra mile to assist me Like I stated earlier good employees deserve to be recognized Thank you Nathanial for making my first impression one your employer would be proud of

Christian Frounfelter

the main reason i’m writing this review is to help others be aware i had a one night stay here when i checked in, there was $154 authorized on my account, and also $75 for incidentals

which is fine when i checked out of the room the next day, an additional $217 was authorized on my account so that adds up to over $400 frozen on my account for a 1 night stay? i was so confused and wondered if that was really necessary? i called the hotel and spoke to someone who couldn’t help or give any answers on their end, they only see $154 charged on my account they cannot see the additional funds frozen on my account i do not understand why more money was frozen once i checked out i called my bank and they said i have to wait a little longer for the pending charges to fall off this is a complete inconvenience to me, and i would have never stayed here if i knew over $400 would be frozen on my account for a 1 night stay no other hotel has done this to me no other place does this there is no explanation for this there is nothing to justify this my biggest regret of the month is choosing to stay at a hotel that has frozen over $400 on my account for a 1 night stay it’s wrong so, so wrong i don’t want a fake response from the owner either it’s not going to help anything unless you’re going to compensate me for the inconvenience, please don’t waste your time responding

Check in was easy, staff was polite Parking is on site and convenient The room was clean when I arrived and housekeeping keep it spotless my entire stay

There was no noise, the bed was comfy and they provided bottled water in the room I was there for work but there are many restaurants and tourist attractions within walking distance The view was also a nice bonus I am very particularly about where I stay, I would definitely give this place another go

Gladys Ignacio

Modern rooms We had a great view of Mt Rainier for about 1 hour (rainy weekend)

The shower only has glass across half of the opening, which I’ve never seen before The mirror light has a dimmer (very cool and useful for applying makeup) I was grateful for the little coffee maker in the room which I used on the day I had an early start I wish the room had a microwave so that we could heat up leftovers On our last day, the hotel was able to hold onto our luggage after checkout until it was time for us to go to the airport A good thing, since I wasn’t able to go through security at the airport until 4 hours prior to my scheduled flight The concierge will call you a cab if you need it Just be careful that someone doesn’t steal it from you! (We ended up calling a Lyft which arrived immediately after our cab was stolen) The location is walking distance to Pike Place Market, Pioneer Square, the monorail, tons of cafes and restaurants, and the mall Great hotel!

Nicole Mennear

The staff are very polite and helpful We asked for an upgrade and they were able to accommodate us Rooms are clean, beds are comfortable

The have a coffee machine in the room and give you bottles of water which we love The gym is very modern with up to date equipment We had drinks one evening at Rick’s Whiskey bar Our server was super friendly and the manager even came out to chat with us I love the snack bar on the second floor Perfect for morning coffee We stayed here for six days and will definitely book again when we are back in Seattle

Very nice clean friendly hotel and staff No problem with noisy guests The rooms lobby and property were very clean and smelt fresh

The roof top patio offered an awesome view of downtown Seattle, the waterfront and Queen Anne Hill Location is totally awesome with being a block from Climate Pledge Arena, Seattle Center and tons of restaurants all within walking distance Felt very safe walking around during the day and night It was well worth the overnight stay and cost Maybe someday they will offer continental breakfast and frequent guest points Very nice experience

It’s an older hotel, but that’s not a bad thing My wife and I stayed here while we were in Seattle during our wedding anniversary The hotel met our needs and was great

The price was very good We don’t need a $500 a night hotel to be comfortable The hotel has roof access with an amazing view of the Space Needle It was really cool I would stay here again for sure

Tony Rector

Checking in the staff was friendly and helpful The rooms are fantastic and smells so freshlike the other reviews the beds are soft and not many Hotels you go to where you can still open the window for Mother Nature to give you a cool breeze

Our view from the window was a great angle of the Space Needle Wonderful experience Will recommend this place to everyone

Hotel room was clean, staff were nice and helpful, and the location was pretty convenient However, the room we stayed in was very cramped My husband and I came on a week long trip so we had 2 pretty large suitcases, and there was almost no space to put them in the room

There was only enough floor space to get around the bed and exit the room The shower stall was also incredibly small I’m 5’2″, and I could barely fit in the stall without bumping into walls and the shower handle Hotel Max would be fine for an overnight stay, or if you don’t have large bags, but for our 3 day stay, I wasn’t super comfortable

S D

My partner and I have just checked in Flummoxed by the $100 a day deposit, as well as the $20 a day “amenity” fee Fine whatever maybe the room is super luxe

We’re told that there’s a complimentary beer on check in, ok pretty cool but we don’t drink can we get Coke instead and this guy hands us ONE can of Coke Er what? Then we get up into the room and first off it’s poky, not small but poky There’s long curly hairs in the sink and on the toilet paper rollBarely any toiletriesThere’s charging for your devices on only one side of the bed Also only one robe in the closet This room is obviously set up for the solo traveller Not for couples at allThe TV is messed up can’t play without stopping, image all garbled See pics can’t describe itFound what looked like a scab at worst or dried food at best in the bedMy partner tried to call the front desk but couldn’t get through so now he’s downstairs trying to get a different roomWas pretty excited walking into the lobby but unfortunately that excitement didn’t last very long at all

Jesse Smith

Wifi doesn’t work at all, and even worse messes with cell reception, your “beverage” upon arrival is light beer in a red solo cup, air conditioner doesn’t work, not even a chair in the room, get a 2 bed and the walls are set to where only one bed can see the TV, hidden fees that don’t go to your total, not a chair in the entire place Better off at a best western honestly Get ready for an extra bill too

An “amenity fee” Really don’t know how this place stays open

The facility was quiet and clean and comfortable Even with shared (very clean and spacious) bathrooms it felt more private than a traditional hotel I appreciated the sink and mini fridge in the room, as well as the well stocked communal kitchen

Right in Fremont, there are plenty of shops and restaurants and night life for entertainment Parking can be tricky but there is a low cost lot a block or so away as well as parking in nearby residential neighborhoods if you are willing to look I will definitely stay there again!

Kevin Riedl

Stayed for two nights while visiting Seattle for fun I’ve been to a few hostels and this one was definitely the nicestPros: PERSONAL MINI FRIDGE!!! Personal sink+mirror, comfy bed and pillows, decent computer desk and chair, ample electrical outlets everywhere, walls painted dark (great for sleeping in), a coat rack, lockers for storage, and a comfy chair

The building/rooms have keyless entry Bathrooms and showers were wonderful, zero complaints Kitchen area was cool, though we never used it I really enjoyed the vibe of the place as well, very 21st centuryCons: you can either pay for parking, or park in the neighborhood nearby, I was always able to find a spot though The curtains were nice, but the blinds behind them were broken and only extended 2/3 the length of the window The walls are PAPER thin, which was unfortunate when our neighbor had an 8am meeting where he was loudly talking (maybe don’t do that if you stay here)I think I’ve covered everything about our 2 day stay It was overall very pleasant and I will definitely consider this place again the next time we want to stay in Seattle

Jordan Amrani

Chris and the team at Hotel Hotel are absolutely phenomenal! Rooms are clean and spacious, and the area is perfect! We came here 5 years ago and had an absolute blast, and I decided to surprise my partner with a trip reliving all of the fun! We got a private room this time around, which was amazing, and while on the trip I proposed (she said yes!) When we returned to our room we found a bottle of bubbles and a couple of glasses, absolutely incredible touch If you find yourself looking for affordable digs in Seattle, look no further than Hotel Hotel Hostel!!

Great place to stay! Very friendly front desk staff, the room was great for what we needed, and they had a pretty decent continental breakfast (not the best I’ve ever seen but good for being free!) The pillows were probably a little softer than I personally like but everything was very clean and tidy However, my partner was pleased Definitely a great budget hotel to stay at! We will definitely be coming back here

Robyn Wilson

This is a really fun little hotel The rooms are clean and minimal but have plenty of space They have the greatest funky wallpaper in the rooms

Janae at the front desk was very nice and has a great sense of humor! She even recommended a restaurant for dinner and explained how to catch the public transportation 100% would stay here again

Mohammad Heidari

The hotel looks uglier and dated and what it looks on the photos The I found the location the sketchy The room is very small and depressing

Our queen bed was more like a double bed Our room was opening facing toward a sketchy alley I think they tried to update the hotel with some cheap renovation The bathroom had no fan you’re supposed to open the window to let the air circulate Wi-Fi has no service in our room The front desk couldn’t help us with wi-fi We were not also get informed regarding the hotel benefits such as shuttle or discounted gym passThe cleanliness was adequate Breakfast was okay Overall it’s okay to just stay there one night but not more than that

If you haven’t been here, I HIGHLY recommend the stay We don’t live far from here But, we do enjoy frequent overnight stays in the city

This place has so much charm and the old building has its own character The rooms are huge and very clean I love how they keep it looking antique Also, if you’ve stayed in Seattle then you’ll know how loud the streets can be outside at night These windows are like quadruple paned! Not a SOUND from the street below You’d think you were sleeping out in the country with how quiet it is If I could give this more than 5 stars, I would in a heartbeat It’s a gem! Staff is amazing too!

Skye

This was an absolutely awesome experiencePrice 4/5: So, as every hotel in Seattle feels to me, the MarQueen strikes me as “overpriced”, but that seems to be the nature of the beast in downtown Still, for staying so close to Seattle Center, can’t be beat

Room 5/5: Rooms were clean and actually really awesome It’s always interesting to me to see what these old hotels (1918) do with their rooms as they evolve through the years, and I really enjoyed seeing some of the old features intact If I had to nitpick, some features that would be “easy upgrades” that would superbly change the look and feel include:1) Throw down a coat of polyurethane on the floors That bare wood would soak up ANY stain or whatever, and doesn’t feel as good on the feet as fresh poly2) Bathroom fixtures are ancient A new shower head would go a long way Doesn’t need to be opulent, just updatedService 5/5: I literally can’t say enough nice things about the service here They were so incredibly nice, accommodating me leaving late because of an incredibly late flight, helping me with swapping out luggage and stuff from the parking garage, etc The people were just so niceOverall 5/5: WILL stay again Next time I’m in town for work it’s definitely top contender for my favorite hotel

Angela Matthew

This hotel had so much character and would stay there again in a heartbeat The rooms were nice and clean and had some charm to them Everything was walking distance

The front desk person Christian was amazing He was so friendly and gave us a great recommendation for a breakfast spot The food was delicious and we were only a 13 min walk to the Space Needle Highly recommend this place if your tired of staying in the same boring cookie cutter hotels

Overall, this hotel is just good enough The hotel rooms are clean, but in need of an update The bed felt caved in, and the sheets and towels felt like they’d been through a million wash cycles

The breakfast bar is fine I stayed a week, and by the end I was getting tired of the same selection That said, everything tasted good, and it felt very sanitaryNo problems at all with the service Everyone was friendly and helpful

Meri Smiley

The location is great and is within walking distance of a lot of Seattle’s best attractions, including the piers, Museum of Pop Culture, restaurants, and the space needle The breakfasts each morning featured a satisfactory selection, usually including eggs, potatoes, fruit, sausage, cold and hot cereal, and juice The rooms were very spacious and had fantastic views, especially at night

When I arrived, my only complaints were that there was no toilet paper in the room, the toilet paper roll holders were in the sink, and that there was a popcorn kernel on the carpet when I walked into my room The rooms are not very soundproof eitherOverall I thoroughly enjoyed my stay The beds and furniture were very comfortable and the views really were lovely from the 3rd and 4th floors

First, the good points of this hotel The staff is pleasant, the bed was comfortable, the room was clean when we arrived and there is a decent breakfastNow the not-so-good

We were told no housekeeping available for our two day stay I know there is a staff shortage, but they wouldn’t even empty the trash, which is gross People put trash out in the hallway (pizza boxes) and it stayed there for more than 24 hours attracting bugs and rodents There was a used teeth flosser in the hallway for more than a day Housekeeping left dirty sheets out in the hallway, partially blocking the hallway and making it difficult for people in wheelchairs to get byWe were given a note when we checked in that said masks were required in public areas Not a single staff member in the front desk area wore a mask Few guests wore masks The front desk area and the breakfast get very crowdedThe hotel website claims this hotel has 24/7 dining They don’t We checked in after midnight, very hungry after a day of travel I asked the front desk clerk if there was any food available to purchase There was nothing How hard is it to stock some snacks or microwaveable meals? Or get some vending machines? So, it’s an OK hotel, but needs higher cleaning standards If they aren’t going to offer housekeeping services, they should lower the cost of the room And tell guests the truth about masks and availability of food

Green Tortoise Hostel was a good place to stay for one night All the required amenities were available Location was definitely the best part – right in the heart of Seattle

The staff were okay – I found some to be rude and dismissive, and the check in process took over half an hour with only one staff member working I’ve stayed in countless hostels all over the world and it’s never taken this long! Bathrooms were okay, although a bit smelly and old Room was also fine I liked the privacy curtains on the beds but needed one on the other side next to the window as it was super bright Breakfast was nice to have for free but I would’ve also liked some sort of social event in the evening It seems like those are only a few nights a week Not sure if I would stay again but it was a reasonable hostel experience Some things need improvement though and I’m glad I only needed to stay for one night

It was a great stay overall at this hostel! The staff are super friendly and are willing to hold bags on the day that you leave if you have a late flight out of SeaTac as I did The whole place is very clean and had many places to get work done if needed They offer free breakfast which was very helpful

It is right across the street from Pike Place and a few blocks away from public transit that can take you to other attractions and the Airport No weak points in this stay and would highly recommend checking them out!

What a great place for the value! I’ve stayed at a lot of hostel in the US before and I think Green Tortoise would be one of top ones!I came when it was fully booked due to a convention but it still felt not crowded Pro:1 Super close to Pike Place and many attractions, plus public transportation to airport2

Target is right next door for anything you need3 Beds frames are made of solid wood, doesn’t make noise if using top bunk or moving ( unlike a lot the cheap ikea metal frames you’ve probably seen at other hostels) The storage space is half a twin bed size for luggageone of the most comfortable mattresses I slept on 4 Bathrooms are individual rooms, so it’s one person at a time5 Some Rooms have sink, so it’s easy to brush teeth without need to use bathroom6 Common areas are fairly clean and there’s always room to chill There’s free breakfast but I didn’t eat itCon:It’s downtown, so it can be very “urban” if you are not used to homelessness and noise on the streetSome rooms are street side, so it might be noisy if you are a light sleeper but they have free ear plugs!Rooms can be hot but each bed has a fanBest thing is the wonderful and nice staffs, they are super friendly and chillTip: get 4-6 beds, it’s worth the couple extra dollars compare to 8 beds

This hotel is in a perfect location! Rooms are clean, beds and pillows are comfortable and most importantly, the staff is amazing!!!This property follows all the rules of safety and though the restaurant is open only tor breakfast, all other food delivery options are available and plenty of restaurants and shops around the corner There is a little convince shop on the first floor, where you can find anything needed for a night or soHotel staff is friendly and is always ready to help, replying our calls immediately

I am not sure which delay on call replies was mentioned in previous reviews There is an ATM machine on the first floor, several vending machines on various floors and a microwave in case you want to warm up your ordered food! We highly recommend this hotel!

Convenient hotel 15 miles from the airport There is shuttle service every 20 minutes on the hour Very basic amenities

Rooms have been upgraded The bathroom door is a bit odd Just make sure it’s fully closed or else everyone sees you business 😁 Not all elevators were working, so that slowed down the service There are snacks, and water coolers with regular and lemon water Concierge service is friendly and accommodating Room service for food is pricey but convenient, since the location is a bit remote and there are not many eating options outside Beds are situated on very high platforms! They are huge but comfortable with many pillows and extra blankets There is A/C which is very necessary since the windows don’t open and it tends to get a bit stuffy in the room There’s also a desk where you can work as well as a refrigerator and a Keurig coffee machine I do highly recommend the restaurant in the hotel! The fish and chips, burger and fries, lobster and salmon fritters, tea and coffee are excellent! This hotel is recommended of you’re looking for basic accommodations at a reasonable rate

Scott Walters

Good location, about 4 blocks from the waterfront and pike place market, was nice to walk everywhere Lots of rooms here which can make the elevator situation slow The beds are comfy here and I know that is always an important part of the stay

We asked to have our room cleaned twice during a 3 night stay but was never done once, which was disappointing They should upgrade the showers and no fans in the bathrooms

Delightful hotel Strongly recommend Well maintained property

Great rooms: comfortable, well stocked, and very clean The whole hotel smells fresh and clean Gorgeous, comfortable, welcoming lobby — a place you’d actually want to spend time in Full service restaurant and bar that are open rational and reasonable hours Pool and spa that are clean and open First hotel I’ve stayed in during the last two years that makes one feel human again!

This is a newer property conveniently located within walking distance of the convention center, downtown, and Pike’s Place We stayed in room 327 and it was a great size with an excellent shower plus very quiet We couldn’t hear much outside noise, just our heater/AC unit blowing

The bed was comfortable, though the pillows were too soft (down-filled) for my tastes Staff was super friendly and helpful when we requested early check-in World highly recommend this property for business or leisure (like we were) travelers Good job, Hilton!

Ashley Lutz-Lyons

Overall, we had a good experience We stayed 4 nights and loved the convenience for walking the city The room was super clean and comfortable with tons of windows which I loved

The only negative was that we paid for the park and stay package with our room so when we checked in, I assumed our room key would be ready to go for the parking garage since I had called and asked ahead of time We go to park and it’s not working so I ended up taking a ticket and paying to avoid blocking other drivers I went to the front desk and a different employee told me our reservation wasn’t showing we paid for the park and stay and said she would add it for an additional $40-$45/night I agreed but then we pulled up the original email and I was able to show them that we had indeed paid for it It got sorted out but from reading reviews, it seems maybe the system is not communicating properly when people pay for the upgrades Could be worth looking into but overall, good experience and we’d stay here again

Very Clean Great bar and restaurant Only complaint is that the west side of hotel has much more road noise than the east side

The wall air conditioning unit was noisy but no more than most units just too bad it was not a different quieter system Have stayed here twiceUpdate Came back again as we tried to stay at the Ramada across the street the following week and what a nightmare luckily we were able to get into this hotel and again it was fantastic especially since we got the east side of the buildingMy only concern is that during this third stay I am starting to see stains on the carpets Yes I am a bit of a neat freak but I am willing to pay for clean

Jack Otto

We stay here for work all the time The hotel itself is really nice! Super clean and the rooms are spacious The hotel has a great pool and a workout room as well as a bar/restaurant and seating area in the lobby

Great hot breakfast options including someone that makes omelettes as well as other hot breakfast items The staff is super nice and will bring you a cup of coffee if they don’t have any made Easy access to the highway and probably 10 minutes from the SeaTac airport It’s right next to South Center which has a lot of restaurants and shopping opportunities Highly recommend!

So to begin with the staff was very friendly and helpful If everything was based on that I would give 5 stars However, just a couple “issues” to drop a star

1 Credit card reader was down and made eating in the restaurant a little challenging 2 The pool/hot tub was down so if you are booking there for that reason, don’t It would have been nice to post that on the Hilton website The room was clean and comfortable Again, the staff deserves 5 stars

Truly lovely My favorite staff were the two who served up my first morning’s breakfast, which was delicious and made to order; admittedly- it really is hard to choose my favorite ‘anything’ about this location, since my stay gave me such awesome memories! I would have to mention that was difficult to leave, but I certainly plan on returning as soon as I can 10/10 smiles, will recommend

King roomGood: Hotel and room were clean and front desk staff is friendly and helpful Quiet

Plenty of food options nearby We only stayed overnight and left fairly early so we did not have time to eat breakfast, but it looked like a pretty good spread No room service, as yet, but they did say the bar was opening back up the next day after having been closed for 2 yearsThe not so good: This is an older hotel and the room had some issues The bed was not comfortable – I have back problems and bring a wedge pillow, which usually helps, but this time it did not Did not have a good night’s sleepThe heater blows out cold air and is very loudThe television is small (32″) – they use direct TV and the reception was horrible In addition, the TV menu has limited capability for navigationThere was no mat in the bathtub and did not see any non slip stirps, eitherThere is no fan in the bathroom and the mirror fogs up to the point where you can’t see at all The bathroom door doesn’t have a doorstop, so we had to prop it open with a shoe so we could clear out the bathroom enough to see into the mirrorWill most likely not stay here again

We stayed there for the weekend of 6/4-6/5 and it was a great experience Our room was clean, very quiet, and the front desk staff are wonderful people The location is great because we took the train to the stadium for Luke combs concert and it only took 20 minutes to get there for only $5

50 per person The parking was $80 per car at the stadium which is way expensive!! We felt very safe and we went to feast for dinner which was only 5 minutes awayWe love it so much we’re going back for the Sounders game in September and will be staying there again I highly recommend this place and oh yes they offer free breakfast!!!

shawn gaines

Rooms were pretty clean But I did find some dishes that weren’t clean It wasn’t a big deal; I just ran it through the dishwasher

The people at the front desk were very helpful The location is right off the high way I would definitely not keep anything valuable in your cars, and make sure to lock your stuff up There was a lot of night traffic in parking lot

C “Around the Country” K

This place used to be excellent! This last visit was a bit different Friendly staff at check in, however the hotel had a different vibe Seemed to be a lot more people “living” there

The parking lot had a lot sketchy people wandering it in the evening The room AC worked when it wanted to Tried sleeping with the door open, however the aroma of cigarette and weed smoke that was coming from the lower balconies made that impossible

Some of the staff members are friendly and easy to to work with My major problem was the lack of access to the complementary breakfast they ran out of everything all the time and while we were waiting in line for a waffle that took 30 minutes the 9 o’clock breakfast cut off passed the staff removed all available items so we ended up with only a waffle You could see that they were visibly frustrated by the amount of people which they should know if they are going to be booked fully for a weekend and staff appropriately

The beds were extremely comfortable the parking was easy and the access to the freeway was great But the hotel definitely shows wear

John J Jackson

Normally I wait til I check out before I even post my review I’ll definitely avoid staying here at all cost next time Waited over an hour for the shuttle at the airport

Tried to use the shuttle later to get supplies Waited 2 hours for that and when I asked about it again finally they said “oh he just got back, oh and he is leaving for the night now” Then I tried again in the morning and while waiting the shuttle came and left without me Can’t rely on the shuttle here one bit The room have a strange smell to it The food for breakfast was disgusting The eating is extremely filthy Low stock on the food items as well The carpets in the hall look like they haven’t been cleaned in years I can’t believe the price per night here and it being so bad I am so let down by this place It would be nice if the desk clerks would nicer as well and maybe have a clean presentation of themselves On top of everything when you call, you have to call minimum 2 times and let it right for minutes before someone might answer Once I had to call 6 times before there was an answer

Laurana Schultz

Comfortable beds and clean rooms But they are kinda cramped with too much furniture They have all the essentials available if you forget yours

Nice hot breakfast- limited variety from day to day Plenty of luggage carts Pool currently closed Small fitness centerInsane pet fees! $75 a day for first 5 days then $150 a day afterwards, one pet max
