The suites are in run down condition It is a pet friendly environment and all you hear at various times of the day and night are dogs barking, growling, and/or howling This is NOT a place to stay if you have any type of sinus or allergy issues

I repeat: DO NOT STAY HERE IF YOU HAVE ANY TYPE OF SINUS OR ALLERGY ISSUES! The deadbolts barely turn, the anchor for the latch doors were barely in tact Our room was absolutely horrible The carpets need to be replaced The bathrooms were not cleaned properly The mattress on the pull out sofa was covered in yellow stains and needed to be BURNED! There was a group of 7 or 8 girls who were allowed to run up and down the staircase and throughout the halls with no adult supervision They were loud and disruptive As a Marriott member, I was disheartened to see this location in such conditions (Please note: there is a Residence Inn by Marriott hotel and a Courtyard by Marriott hotel alongside the The Residence Inn & Suites where we lodged and what I am writing this review on)Those, I didn’t have the opportunity to check out The ventilation system needs to be replaced and ducts deep cleaned The first room I was in had black dust on the bed and tables from where it came out of the air ducts The ceiling showed signs of water damage as well The gentleman was quick to switch my room However, the bedding was quite uncomfortable I broke out in hives For $300/night, customers should be getting better accommodations

My dear friend worked here and she has a physical disability I have known this woman since she was 7 years old and she is the kindest, sweetest, most loving and caring person I have ever had the privilege of knowing This hotel management is ABLEIST and fired her

Not only this, but they blamed her termination on her behavior towards guests, stating lies about her character The management here has treated her badly since the beginning of her time there I am disgusted and appalled My friend is the most innocent and considerate person you will ever meet She only ever treats others how she wants to be treated I will not let this go lightly and am of the mind to contact the Better Business Bureau If you have loved ones or know of others with disabilities, do not insult them by supporting this disgusting hotel and their shameful management SHAME ON YOU, MARRIOTT!

K. Nguyen

The room was ok The first room we got, the A/C didn’t work It took several calls and complaints to management before they switched rooms for us

Management keeps saying they turned on the A/C and that it was smart despite us saying it wasn’t running at all The second room’s cleanliness was a bit questionable and there were some smells and food stuck behind the doors Breakfast was the usual that you would find at many Marriott that offer free breakfast The pool was a bit cloudy more than I would like

I love this place and it’s actually home to me when I’m in Virginia visiting family which is quite often The rest of the year I live in Colombia South America For the price I don’t think you can beat it

Staff is great and place is clean Beds are very comfortable and I love the coffee maker and shower I believe it’s one of the best deals in Richmond and I’ll keep coming here as long as they don’t raise the prices

I used Hilton points to mostly pay for my stay, first time doing that This seems the best rated hotel in the area and it was packed I’d appreciate more parking, there was a big truck with trailer across 7+ spaces on Sat night and I had to circle the building twice before parking

Breakfast was good overall, I didn’t appreciate having to look at Fox News though! We liked the look of the pool but did not have a chance as our trip was to visit Kings Dominion and there was also a major storm during our visit Room was quiet, except some noise from the stairwell door I was pretty happy with the overall size of the 2Q Bed room and bathroom, very clean too

YPC LLC

The room is very humid It’s more obvious when I’m in bed and step on the mat with bare foot – feeling like the room was flooded beforeWhen I was opening the fridge, a cockroach ran out

It’s still somewhere in the roomThe coffee machine is missing the plate thus not functioningThere is no iron to use (nor closet); they advertised it in their room “clean stay” stickerThe accessibility bath tub seat is not properly installed The movable accessibility shower head is not working The plug/stopper is broken as wellThe dinning room staff kicked my service dog out (she was just sitting quietly under the table; I was sitting at the conner of the dinning area and no one else was in that area)My partner had to bring the food out of the dinning room and to talk to the front desk The front desk staff asked us if the service dog provide physical assistance We bring our service dog to many hotels but never received discrimination like thisOverall, the hostel staff could use some training on assisting people with disabilities and the hotel amenities could use some fixture to make sure it’s at least functioning Costumers didn’t pay this much to be treated badly in a hotel that their basic needs are not met

Stayed here for 4 nights last weekend of June ’22 for a lacrosse tournament and a trip to Kings Dominion I can’t say enough about the front desk staff, super friendly and helpful The room/bathroom was clean and I would say updated, but I don’t know when it was built

So I will just say it was up to date It had a wall mounted 50 inch tv and the bathroom mirror was a nice touch Also, the location is great It’s close to everything you need because you forgot something, from sporting goods, grocery stores, restaurants and a very nice outdoor mall

Mark Stottlemyer

The only reason I am giving this hotel a two star review is because of the location, other than that it was an actual nightmare To start off our stay here, my family and I got stuck in the elevator with our friends When the elevator finally situated itself and let us out, a woman standing on the floor told us that it has gotten stuck multiple times that day

With that knowledge we went down to talk to the staff at the front door who did nothing about it No closing the elevator or telling guests that the elevator may trap you for a while Saturday afternoon we asked the front desk for towels for the pool We were told there was towels out there already, funny enough there was no towels (of course) So we go back in and ask for more and after having eyes rolled at us someone was sent out with hand towels for the pool My friend was swimming in the pool after all that and got a shard of metal stuck into his toe and the light for the pool came out of the wall and was floating next to the wall Let’s just say that was the end of our time in the pool This experience has made us rethink ever staying in a Holiday Inn again

Jessica Nelson

At this location: Front desk staff when I arrived was great Breakfast is the best of all the chains especially for vegetarians Love the pancake machine

The rooms look pretty new, nicely maintained Love the KeurigIHG: The only thing missing to make this my favorite and the superior chain is access to streaming programs from the TV like Netflix or Amazon

I only give this 2 stars because of the renovation We stayed here 2 years ago and it was terrible Old, dirty, and the breakfast was a joke

The only thing that has improved has been the renovation Everything is MUCH more modern, so good job thereHalf the outlets in our room didn’t work, the floor was dirty, and worst of all, THERE WAS FOOD LEFTOVER IN THE FRIDGE That’s disgusting and unacceptableThe breakfast options were once again limited and the breakfast area was like a shoeboxWe will NOT be staying here ever again It’s a joke that this is considered to be a Hilton brand hotel

L Hargrove

Stayed here for one night this past weekend and it’s not worth the price Check-in was smooth and the Associate was very polite Only one elevator was working

Once getting into the room and getting settled I noticed peanuts in the floor, and a bug in the floor I opened the fridge and it was filthy In addition, there was an open container of milk and water in the fridge that previous guests had left behind There were also long black hairs in the bedding This wouldn’t be my “go to” hotel again

Liz Hardy

Beware Service Dog Handlers, this hotel goes against ADA regulations and illegally charges pet fees for service dogs The woman at the front desk was extremely rude when I told her about the law and said it was up to them and they charge everyone the pet even if it is a legit service dog My dog is medical equipment and covered by ADA

Even when booking on the site it said only pets are charged fees I’m not sure if the lady at the front desk is doing this to pocket the money but it’s completely illegal

I love this hotel! My stay was very luxurious, clean and every amenity was available for use The room itself was decorated very well and very functional for working and relaxing I love that there’s an indoor pool and jacuzzi and access to a washer/dryer to wash my clothes during my visit

I was able to use the computer to print with great ease Hot breakfast was available, but my only suggestion to offer other meat options other the pork and having a small amount of vegan cheese available upon request I was very limited to what I could eat to ensure a hearty meal because the main options were pork

Amber S.

Stayed for the weekend, Friday night to Sunday Greeted with a smile and staff was very helpful Was allowed to change rooms upon arrival then previously booked (2 beds not available when booked)

Enjoyed the breakfast but beware coffee was very hot Hotel was clean and comfortable, worth the money Blankets on bed were a little light, if your cold natured I recommend bringing a blanket My friend and I did not get to enjoy the pool or hot tub due to hours Wish it was open a little later, maybe 10p to 11p for Adults only It would be nice to relax in hot tub after spending the day exploring And pool/hot tub were closed on Sunday which was a bummer because we wanted to use hot tub before checking out since check out is 12 pm (which was great) It’s near many local restaurants and bars so we loved its convenient location Definitely would recommend

Chad Desorcie

We stayed here 4/4-4/5 2022 I would recommend this place to to anyone that would love to kick back and relax go for a swim or maybe use the hot tub The room was big with everything you could ask for Was trying to hook up Xbox for the kids and they sent maintenance right up and he took care of it

Great job Breakfast was great and place was clean Great job to All of you that make this happen keep up the great work We will be back

Rooms and lobby are nice Staff are very strange Couldn’t switch rooms from our less than ideal room because all rooms had been assigned (but many people hadn’t checked in)

I sorta understand But you have to clear out of the lobby by 9, have to go down to the desk for anything (toiletries, sheets, towels, etc) and the guy at the desk is very grumpy Someone said he is the owner so if he is, he should consider being a little less stingy and a little more friendly For example, we had a single half roll of toilet paper in our room so have to go down to the lobby again for another EVERYTHING seems to be tracked If you want new towels, you have to take your old ones to the lobby It’s a shame because the rooms and physical hotel is nice and well situated

James Williamson III

Nice employees and service but there was a sewage smell throughout the facility for most of my stay It was unbearable at times The room was dated and had some minor damage

For some reason there was a toilet flapper sitting on the room floor when we checked in I checked and the toilet tank had a flapper but you had to hold the handle to flush I just discarded the old flapper that was on the floor Front desk staff was really nice but I would probably choose a new hotel next time I’m in this area

Brenden Fitzgerald

Stayed 2 wknd nights They are well understaffed This one was updated, not buily new

Room was pretty clean Hallways were very hot, and the common areas were not clean Breakfast was free, and it tasted like it A gentleman was actually arrested by police at the breakfast area after throwing a cup of hot coffee on a teenage boy Not the hotel’s fault, but they had no staff to handle the situation, including an MIA front desk clerk It was full, but it was quiet otherwiseThe fitness area was a joke Outdoor pool looked adequateFor $200+ per night, I expect a lot more service and better facilities Will look elsewhere next time

Very nice hotel Staff was excellent If not drinking at the bar, but have your own there is a nice lounge area off the bar for gathering with friends that is perfect

As Diamond members the staff goes out of their way Diamond member parking and Drink/Meal allowance is a very nice perk, even good for alcohol Clean and super convenient to the Riverplex fields with many stores and other restaurants in the area

Joe Chandrankunnel

Hotel room was pretty nice not amazing but still goodThe service was outstandingParking is easy

Many restaurants you can easily walk to in less than 3 minutesBreakfast a la carte (I did not try the breakfast buffet) at the restaurant was absolutely outstandingOmelet perfect, French toast better than almost every other place I’ve been toShort Pump is a really nice clean suburb with many great places to go to

The staff at this hotel are excellent, very friendly and helpfulThe rooms are not up to par on what I expect from Hilton The first room we were in smelled horrible

The outlets on the wall didn’t work so the tv, lights and coffee maker wouldn’t work either A quick call to the front desk and they had us in new rooms within 10 minutes The second rooms were much betterThe hotel needs to spend some money on updating the rooms Carpets are old and used, beds are creaky and lumpy Lots of cosmetic/eye sores throughout the roomOverall I would not stay at this hotel again or recommend it

Best hotel I’ve stayed in My wife and I could not have been happier Quiet rooms, well equipped, outstanding staff – everyone we met was super friendly, including the maintenance staff! Great breakfast, and the hotel offers a free dinner experience as well as drinks

The entire atmosphere made our stay so enjoyable We shall return!

Teresa Gunter

Exceptionally pleasant check-in with a personable young man who I can only identify as a student at Liberty UniversityFull disclosure: I was more than taken aback and worried about the safety of our vehicle and a quiet night due to people hanging around at the back entrance drinking and smoking the intoxicating stuff and who repeatedly yelled at us until we acknowledged themOnce inside, the din of children at a pool party also had me worried because sometimes those parties continue late into the night in guest rooms

Not to worry Our hall was quiet Our room was quiet and restful Most important—the room and linens were sparkling clean!! We slept well and enjoyed a hearty breakfast included with our room When I requested a late check out, the staffer was more than agreeable

Tekenia G

I started going to this hotel chain in Charlotte, NC I have always had an awesome experience there So for my birthday this year I decided to stay at the Richmond location!!! All I can say is wow!!! This location was even better

Staff was so nice and helpful Breakfast was great Hotel was clean and beautiful Well worth the money I paid Only thing I got a picture of was breakfast…but I promise you, you won’t be disappointed!!! Richmond Drury I will be back!

Great stay Rooms always clean (as expected), Hilton brands have never let me downStaff very friendly & accommodating

Location great with shops & restaurants right outside the back door There is a fountain with pond and ducks-Will definitely be staying there againI might add they are a pet friendly location which I personally think is great for those traveling (I am an animal lover) They have a certain floor dedicated to pets so if you are concerned about staying in a “pet friendly room” you can always request another floor Absolutely all the animals I saw while there (3 days) were well behavedThey even allowed me to check in early (like early early) lol because I was fighting storms & tornadoes all the way in so I arrived earlier than normal trying to stay ahead of themLess than 10 minutes after I unloaded the truck the skies opened up I am truly appreciative of them going above and beyond to help me out

I am currently staying at this location Really nice facility and I usually don’t post negative comments but this is a location that business travelers should avoid So all went well during check in, I had a very nice dinner at the restaurant

Then I came to my room to clean up and get ready for bed As I completed “doing my business” in the lavatory, I went to reach for the toilet paper, There was none! I managed through the “awfulness” and called downstairs to the front desk I informed them there was no toilet paper in the bathroom The gentleman at the front desk said “there’s some for me at the front desk” I asked to clarify “you want me to come and get it” He replied “yes!” If you’re used to quality customer service avoid, at all cost, this location

love is

My stay was great there is something that I think needs to be addressed and that’s the accessibility of the hotel there is ample handicap parking spaces but I noticed there were times during my stay they were all occupied by cars that had NO indication of a pass or marked tag or window placardsAllowing those cars to remain there while guest that really need the spots was very disappointing and inconvenient There were two cars that never moved and after observing the leaves and other indicators of long term weathering collected on the two cars it was clear they had been parked there for so time, they were probably parked there and left that they weren’t even current guess if the hotel

Please monitor that situation to ensure that there is accessible parking available for those who really need it

Hotel accommodations were adequate Room was clean and comfortable Did not see room cleaning staff during our stay

Very slow trash pickup when left outside our room No response from Customer Care when we called They would not allow for any late checkouts Nothing special about the stay In the past hotel stays were a process of staying in the room and getting fresh sheets and towels every day The pandemic has definitely changed things

Sarah Compton

This hotel stay was fantastic! The gentleman at the front desk could tell I was in a daze from a long drive and put in extra effort to be personable (I think his name was Winston?) When I arrived in my room, there was a card with my name, and a gift bag with snacks and drinks I loved the extra touch to make me feel welcomed

Clean room, plenty of parking, just overall a great stay

Lanetta Jackson

This place is the most unprofessional, unsanitary place I’ve ever stayed at I’ve stayed at many hotels and most are Hilton, but this place was the worst They only clean or replenish your toiletries when you ask

I had to had for clean wash clothes, trash bags, and towels several times, and even then I Still did not get them I had to literally go to the front desk speak with the manager just to get a roll of toilet paper With covid and so many other diseases go around, you would think this establishment would want to be as clean as possible Was not pleased with my stay at all, but I will say the employees that worked night shift the weekend of 7/23/2022 were amazing and very helpful

Staff is amazingly kind The main room is a great size, plenty of space Bathroom is a great size and shower is very large

Bathroom has rusted toilet paper holder and door(see pics) The shower head has mineral and lime buildup(see pic) And there’s a strange stain on the front of the sink wood(see pic)No continental breakfast option but that’s normal for a Bonvoy, however there’s a restaurant serving breakfast from 0630-1030The beds have a nice selection of pillows and the comforter/sheets are good quality There’s a nice shelf with bottled water right at the entrance (can’t miss it) And to my surprise the remote control is inside a plastic bag (see pic) with a card stating all the surfaces they clean that most people wouldn’t think of(see pic)The bathroom has shampoo, conditioner, and body wash but they’re not individually portioned, they’re in a dispenser, which I find to be unsanitary and open to having anyone put any chemical they want inside the containers(see pic) so id suggest bringing your own The shower head comes out like a tsunami and doesn’t adjust pressure l, only pattern; if you have kids this will be a problem as it is very powerful and may be painful for them to useOverall, this hotel is comfortable, the bedrooms are is clean, and reasonably priced for what is provided They could benefit from polishing the metal surfaces, fixing the rusted door in this room, ensuring the front of the bathroom cabinet is wiped down, changing the shower head or at least cleaning it, and returning to the individual dispensers

This was the midpoint to my destination Staff was friendly & rooms were very clean First time bringing my dog to a hotel

It was nice to see other dogs there and how pet friendly it was You would never know that dogs were in the buildingDefinitely would revisit this location

Langley

The sink and shower were both awful The toilet made very loud clanks whenever you sat on it or moved an inch Horrible water pressure, women at the front desk were cold bordering on rude

Our second night the room next to us was very loud I called guest services and they said they would handle itThe partiers were loud until 2am When I asked the next morning they said I would have had to call several times because the first one is only a warningThey should have told me that on the phone If they say they are handling it why on earth would I push the issue They said something was being doneWhen I complained (politely) woman at the front desk was very rude and dismissive and accused me of getting loud which was definitely not trueThe bar was pretty nice though

We checked into the hostel by chance while driving though the area on our way to Florida The gentleman at the front desk was extremely friendly and very nice He gave me a choice of floors to be on which was appreciated

The room was standard size, with 2 queen beds a desk & dresser & fridge together The beds were comfortable, but I hate the 1/2 pillows The room & the bathroom was clean If I have a complaint there were many scratches and spots that looked like stains on the walls The place could use a new coat of paint Breakfast was a simple fair of waffles, cereals, muffins & breads, instant oatmeal There were no eggs or hot foods, but there were those microwaveable sausage, egg & cheese on a croissant They were actually pretty good It was a Friday night, so it was roughly $180 for the night Not terrible

My only concern is the fraudulent billing The room and breakfast were great and I have no complaints about the stay I later checked my credit card and found an additional $15 charge

I was told it might be a hold, but it did not drop off, and when I called the hotel I was told that the owner added a $15 charge for a missing “small soap dish”? I was never notified of the charge He had email and phone number, but all he really needed was credit card number I wonder how many people get billed additional without knowledge? If anything was really missing, then it was gone before we got there

Staff is friendly, patient, helpful and the only good part about this hotel The building itself is extremely outdated The fitness center had rusted equipment that isn’t even worth using (only had 3 cardio machines and one seated cable machine, no mats, dumbbells, or even a bench)

Despite seeing the house keeping staff work hard, everything felt super dirty (probably because of how old it is) We even had a blanket from the closet that smelled like urine and our bathroom towels had stains on them Also despite what it says on the website, they did not have their signature eggs for breakfast, the only hot item was if you made a waffle Highly recommend choosing elsewhere for your hotel

Pros: staff is extremely polite and friendly and helpful Rooms are also very clean and comfortable Breakfast was very goodCons: A/C in the lobby and hallways wasn’t working, only one of the two elevators was working, my room keys didn’t work for me and had to go back to get them fixed (this happened with another guest while I was at the front desk as well), many of the hot items at breakfast were prepackaged which may bother some people

Pros:- Downtown Richmond is 15 minutes away- Breakfast is free and it’s legit: Scrambled eggs, waffles with toppings, sausages, oatmeal, cereal (Corn Flakes or Rice Krispies), bagels, muffins, Dannon yogurt, milk, juice, coffee The breakfast area looks appropriately sanitized- There’s warm lighting in the bedroom area, a nice detail- Long-lasting hot water in shower- 12pm checkout time- The staff are professional and niceCons:- Sanitation Sticky bathroom light switch

Toilet paper roll holder is dusty with a couple of smudges Toothpaste speckled on the left and right walls of the bathroom sink With these basic misses, I can’t tell what else has and hasn’t been cleaned in the room- Noise Thin walls: At night, I was hearing (and trying to ignore) the loud tone from a man both talking and joyfully shouting one room over Also, music playing from the same room at 4:30am Footsteps from above Loud group in the lobby Kid banging on a hallway door for 15 minutesNote: On the first floor, rooms 114 and 115 are close to the lobby I stayed in room 115 The added noise from the lobby won’t affect most other roomsSummary:The noise and spotty sanitation are too much When I got here, I briefly considered sleeping in my car for those reasons The breakfast spread is enticing, but I won’t stay here again

This review is more for the customer service than the stay or facilities I left a nice pair of nice sunglasses and didn’t realize it until 3 weeks after my stay I thought I had just lost them, but didn’t know where

I called, a rep asked me to describe the lost sunglasses, confirmed they were in the lost and found, and offered to have them shipped to me I paid the postage, emailed them the label, and got my shades back a few days later Thank you!!The hotel was nice place to spend a few days while my son had a swim meet in the area Please staff, decent breakfast early in the morning, and nice desk area in the room that made it easy to do some zoom meetings

I wish I could leave ten stars! This location is fantastic- ample parking, extremely clean, beautiful interior and best of all above-and-beyond staff like Merry Roseme Everyone we interacted with was wonderful, but she really made sure we were happy and enjoyed our stay at the hotel We will only stay at this hotel from now on when in Richmond (which is often)

Oh, the round-the-clock coffee and great breakfast spread in the morning were also much appreciated!

My stay was excellent Very comfortable bed and pillows, clean, quiet, and overall just super nice Stefan at the front desk was awesome and the staff was amazing

I was on a road trip north and I left my gourmet spices that I purchased along my trip in the fridge and by the time I realized I was too far ahead to turn back I called and explained and they will keep them safe for me until I return next time, which will be in a couple of weeks! I will definitely be staying there again, not just because I forgot something but because it was a great place to stay! Thank you Stefan and the rest of the staff for making my stay great and keeping such a nice hotel!

If I work another assignment in Richmond I’ll stay at this hotel again I have no complaints The price was very affordable for my two month stay

The front desk ladies had great customer serviceI loved that laundry was free The gym is small but had plenty of equipment to get a good workoutThe rooms are updated I loved that the hotel room didn’t have carpet The rooms have a full kitchen with dishes The entire hotel is very clean and maintenance seem to stay up to dateThe hotel is located in a good area with stores and restaurants close by

I booked a two week extended stay with CandlewoodIt was an exceedingly disappointing experience The hotel bills itself consistently as a business hotel, yet it was incredibly hard to conduct business here

The staff was inconsistent with service and information I found it hard to conduct meetings during business hours; the clientele is very disruptive and the hotel cleaning staff are very loud in the halls On several occasions I had to switch the audio of my video calls to avoid interference from their screaming and shouting in the hallwaysRooms are clean but hallways and all common areas are exceedingly dirty Again, this is not a business hotel; more like a motel level of guest, staff and service and clienteleThe wifi is incredibly weak and you are subjected to multiple connection issues when attempting to use it I finished the remainder of my stay in Richmond at an alternative businessAvoid this place

Perfect location if you want minimal driving to the best restaurants and shops in town We celebrated our anniversary this summer and one of the hotel employees, Bianca, did a really great job with an early check in request we had despite how busy they were There were three wedding parties on our anniversary weekend and she was working the desk alone which was really impressive

The corner tub suites are absolutely divine and worth itBe aware (I can’t find it on the website) that they do charge a $50 extra deposit per night (if you book 2 nights, they’ll charge you one deposit, but if you book 1 night in 1 hotel room and decide to spend another night in an upgraded/different room, they will charge you $50 twice) However much they charge though will be refunded within a week or so which was good news

Hotel centrally located Room w king bed was ultra clean, modern, and spacious Huge lobby with plenty of couches, tables, and chairs – perfect if you have visitors and need a place to hang out

We stayed here years ago We had such a great experience that we came back to town and wanted to stay here again The hotel is in such a great location

It’s very clean, Has a free breakfast, free parking, and a customer service has been nothing but exceptional I highly recommend this hotel They do have food and what looks like a bar I haven’t been able to go there yet but it looks very well-maintained and clean I just found out they won’t have a pool anymore That is so disappointing but they will be making it into a nice outdoor area they said

Outstanding! I stay in a lot of hotels and this by far had the most friendly and outgoing staff! Cecelia was at the desk two of the three nights I stayed here She was super helpful and very pleasant Our room was huge with a king and pull out

It was the cleanest and newest looking room I have had at a Hampton in a long time The pool was great! The breakfast was much more than expected and had both egg white omelettes and egg and cheese bagel toppers, something that I’ve never seen before If I ever need to be in this area again I will definitely be coming back!

Top Tier Serviceto the person who reads the reviews prior to making their final decision, this one is for you…PROS: customer service was OUTSTANDING! Carrie, bless your heart, I saw firsthand how busy you guys were w/the soccer tournament and then there was us (AAU BASKETBALL tournament)I called early Saturday morning and asked if we could do an early check in (wasn’t expecting they could, but gave it a whirl) Carrie very pleasantly advised the earliest she could do would be 11:30 (WHOA! wasn’t expecting that, Yay)…When we arrived we had an “extra player” w/us Carrie being the consummate professional she was OFFERED a roll out bed

Mind you we didn’t ask, nor did we know we would absolutely, positively need it… she was upfront w/us and advised she was handling various issues but ensured she would bring it to our room first chance she got- cleanliness ✔️✔️✔️✔️✔️ let’s just say hotels give me the “heebie jeebies” but I walked in and EVERYTHING WAS CLEAN!!!! YAY!!!!!- Aesthetics 5 stars!!!!! The accent colors in the room/bathroom – GLASS SHOWER DOOR, no germ infested shower liner YAY!!!!!!!- Bathroom clean and spacious no hidden dust/mold/cracks Nadda!!- Water good and HOT- YAY!!!The TV- OMG!!!!! It was HUGE and made my better half super happy as he watched March MadnessHe must’ve raved about the TV the whole night/day-the pool YAY!!!! Gave the kiddos something to do- the hot cocoa YAY!!! Kids totally loved it and front desk wasn’t a nuisance to the kids- I supervised the hot cocoa and did my best to keep the area clean as we had found it but again KIDS!!!! They enjoyed their sense of independence making cocoa for 24hrs straight -LOL- kids love hotels and of course they love running around floor to floor they weren’t unruly, however again staff wasn’t bothersome and I (we) appreciated that- Breakfast was on point w/ one of the better offerings I’ve ever seen at a hotel and TRUST WE ALWAYS at a hotel somewhere- The sitting area for breakfast and/or “wind down” if you wanna chill and order take out was spacious- modern and accommodatingThe hotel is centrally located with ample food/dining/groceries etc major PLUSPARKING was ample and FREE!!!ConsRather pricey $$$$No jacuzzi to compliment poolNo basketball court on site (some hotels offer this and it’s a huge plus for us )
