I stayed on February 5th The comfortable bed was the only good part and the staff was nice to me personally However, right at check-in, there were some other customers that were upset because they were told the pool would be open and it wasn’t

I didn’t care because I wasn’t going to use it but the way the manager on duty handled it was pretty rough to watch She told them it wasn’t her that gave that information and just said “So do you just want to cancel your reservation?” No apology, no attempt to help them find a different hotel in the area She could probably tell that I was taken back so she was nice to me but I am surprised that she is a manager The next morning, the breakfast set-up was hands down the most nasty breakfast I’ve ever seen in a hotel Pancake maker was broken (other customers said it’s been broken for a few days), fridge was empty, juice dispenser was empty, food spilled every where, and all there was left was cold eggs and cold, greasy sausages I took one bite, spit it out and went to a diner down the street Yuck The manager that morning was nice and apologized but makes me wonder why that area was so neglected Will not be back

Ashley Gabioud

The hotel itself was very nice Would have been one of the best ones we have ever stayed at IF they would have cleaned after the previous clientsThe beds were phenomenal! Not your typical stiff and uncomfortable hotel bed

When we checked into the hotel, we noticed an odor that was musty in nature We thought it was the cleaning solution We got ready for our concert and left for the night When we returned around 2am, the smell was noticeably worse Unfortunately due to time, we just turned on the air, opened the windows, and the bathroom fan to make it bearable In the morning, we noticed there were wet spots and obvious signs of dog feces around the room We took pictures and showed the front desk manager immediately She stated she would talk to her manager and get back to us regarding our stay It has been over 3 months and we still haven’t heard from the hotel and was charge full price on our room Will not be staying there!!!

Brittany Redrick

this was the best hotel stay we’ve had in a long time from walking inside, walking through the halls, and entering the room the entire hotel smelled and looked clean our room was super modern and bright with a big window

you get a light filtering shade and a room darkening shade that you can put up or down the TV is a big high quality flat screen on the wall and the bed was extremely comfy soft sheets and didn’t smell like bleach or really anything at all the huge walk in shower was amazing as well and even the complimentary soap left us smelling good and very soft i would love to stay here again when it comes to the location, you’re about 15 mins from Milwaukee we went to a show at The Rave and it was a convenient drive you kind of feel secluded from the city but still very close to attractions

Our room was very clean It looked very nice, and was located very nicely The employees where quite personable and helpful

And they took care of our bags for free when we where at the farmers market in Milwaukee We needed help with the temperature in our room and they sent someone promptly This is a great place to stay when coming to Milwaukee especially for a bucks game, you can walk to the stadium from this hotel Overall this is a great place to stay

Kristin Temby

I had my wedding block here as well as a meet and greet the night before the wedding Colleen was easy to work with and helped me plan out appetizers and drinks for my guests She went above and beyond and even made personalized tickets for my guests as drink cards

She made sure to check in on me during the evening and make sure everything was running smoothlyWe were able to get a block of rooms, however they changed the block price earlier than agreed upon due to high demand for our weekendAt least two rooms (mine included) on the tenth floor were leaking rain from the ceiling The staff brought in towels but they stated they could not get a roofing company to fix it until this summer so they couldn’t do anything about it I believe something was done financially to make this rightOverall, good hotel for the price and I would recommend for events at the restaurant and bar

Jason Meddaugh

A great location in the heart of downtown Milwaukee, just a few blocks from Amtrak You’re paying for the location and service, it’s not the type of place where you would expect a low rate Restaurant had reasonable prices considering the location

A big thanks to Trent who helped solve an issue with dry cleaning and ensured I had my suit in time for a wedding The rooms are sufficient, though not huge, and the closet/bathroom layout was a bit cumbersome, but overall it was a great stay and location

Very pleased with our experience at the Pfizer The entire building had a vintage appeal with modern upgrades Dominic helped us at the front desk and was very kind

We even received a text from him later in the evening, asking if he could do anything to make our experience better He answered all of our questions regarding the pool and spa!We are at the Cafe in the morning and had the “Hungry Man” breakfast Delicious! The only thing I can think of that was slightly negative about our experience was that the bathtub wasn’t cleaned when we arrived, and when we ordered room service, the food was coldAlso (and not at any fault of the hotel), DON’T park in the parking lot across the street They’ll charge you a huge fee if you’re there over 24 hours You’re better off going with the hotel’s valet servicesDefinitely will be going again!

We just spent a short weekend away at the Pfister and could not have had a better time! It is a beautiful space, but what really took our experience over the top was the staffAlyson at the lobby bar was one of the best bartenders I’ve ever met – kind, organized, outgoing, friendly, and so thoughtful She took the time to talk with us about the hotel’s history and amazing artist in residence program, and the drinks were all fantastic! Despite a very full bar and the fact that she was churning out drinks for everyone she still took the time to chat with us – impressive multitasking! The second night we were there she was serving and noticed that we hadn’t yet found a seat – she remembered what we had ordered the night before and brought us our drinks before we even ordered, which we appreciated so much

We felt like we were at our neighborhood bar at home!Marco at the concierge desk was so lovely – he took our photos and even helped us pose 🙂 It was a great addition to our stayAlexa at the bar at Mason Street Grill was absolutely fantastic – she had a full bar and was so on top of each guest’s needs Her attitude was so positive and friendly! The food there was also incredible – the salmon dish is to die for and the filet was perfectly cookedI would absolutely recommend staying here to anyone – the comfortable rooms and beautiful ambiance are fantastic, and make sure you have at least a drink or two and a meal inside the hotel – the staff will blow your mind!

Love! Love! Love! Do you want to feel like a Hollywood star, important individual or simple feel like when you walked in it matters that you chose to stay here Then, this hotel is a right place for you The atmosphere is friendly and kind as well as a little mysterious with all the decor and unique artwork

The front desk staff was beyond accommodating, professional and kind The bartender was super nice and even gave me a free soda since I wasn’t looking to get a drink i went up to front desk to exchange a $20 to tip him, and they did it without any problems I only wish I would take down their names The rooms are beautiful, place is gorgeous and wow wow wow their Christmas tree (I was there December 18-20) was spectacular Looking forward to staying here again soon! Thank you Pfister staff, you are one of a kind, amazing, caring and incredible people

I parked my car at the Hampton hotel while I was on vacation for about 11 days While I was gone, someone removed the catalytic converter from my car The hotel said cars are parked at your own risk and they do not have any cameras in the parking area

The person at the hotel that I talked with (which I believe was the manager) did not seem very concerned about my issue The shuttle driver was very concerned that I locked my car when we were leaving, so it seems as though they knew there were issues I had already locked it but he wanted to hear the beep In addition, the return shuttle driver said it isn’t safe to be driving around at night I filed a police report and I was told it is a high crime area and a very common issue in Milwaukee The hotel staff was fine and the room was clean but the cost to fix my car will probably be $1500 to $2000 In addition, the Hampton rep didn’t seem overly concerned about it, and he hung up on me when I said that I planned to leave a negative review There were many cars parked in the lot, so I am guessing my car wasn’t the only one

Airport hotels are bad enough ROOM 206 Has BEDBUGS I found the one that left ten whelps on back leg, lower back, butt and back of arms the size of golf balls

Found two more tiny ones Front desk asked me to come downstairs to get new room 😡 Relocated to another room on opposite side of hotel Hopefully there’s no lord in this new room 😒

In a world where it seems many people have forgotten what great customer service is, the folks at the Hampton Inn and Suites GET IT!!I was warmly greeted by Arturo He checked me in quickly, offered help with a couple of requests I had, and all in all, provided Five-Star serviceMy room was clean and spacious

Good availability of food and drinks on the premises (which is also lacking in many places nowadays)I will definitely be returning when I am back in town next month! And the month after that Fantastic experience!

If you want to stay near Milwaukee this is the place to stay Great location near the mall, retail stores, restaurants, bars, and conveniently accessible near the expresswayThe facilities are very clean, with a nice fitness center and nice indoor pool, good free breakfast and most importantly friendly staff

I didn’t like the hoodie uniforms though YuckUpdate: I stayed at this hotel due to work I am not a resident of Wisconsin Response is quiet weird

I highly recommend The Courtyard by Marriott at the Milwaukee Airport It is a true haven for flying out of and into the Milwaukee Airport The Park and Fly package allows me to stay the first or the last day of my trip and to park for 14 days at a terrific rate

I’ve had such great experiences with the shuttle The drivers are all very helpful and pick up and delivery is quick My most recent return from a trip was the day after an ice storm One side of my car was encased in ice Dustin graciously chipped the ice off my car windows so I could safely drive home This kind act is but one of many I’ve experienced at this hotel The front desk staff are terrific, friendly, and supportive This hotel is my go to place when I travel out of Milwaukee and back

Chad Nigh

The first room had a dirty shower with visible grime, everything was dusty in places that could easily be wiped down, food crumbs all over the floor and couch The pull out desk had someone’s toe prints all over itMove to room two, dirty slimy soap dish with a clean soap just thrown on it, black mold all in the shower, and again food crumbs on the floor and couch

There were too many marks left on furniture to make me believe they wiped down surfaces For the amount I feel I was overcharged to stay there (two different prices given) I do not recommend, why pay such good money to stay in a half “straightened up” roomEdit to add response Yes your staff did move quickly to put us in a second room but unfortunately that room was just as dirty, still had mold, and as we were checking out we noticed toe nail clippings along the bed The only reason we kept the second room was because we were already going to be running behind for the event that brought us into town and because my wife used her own cleaning supplies and cleaned up enough of the area for us to stay in a somewhat clean environment So it was actually my wife that made our stay more comfortable with her supplies and her time We do accept your apology and we’re happy to hear it will me addressed so the next couples stay might be more relaxing The outside of the building looks absolutely beautiful and very well-maintained, it would be great if you could put that same energy inside each room so each guest doesn’t have to clean while they’re there

J Basinski

Very convenient hotel near the MKE airportWe were in town for some baseball games and everything was really within 15 minutes of usThe airport is very close, only a 3-minute drive

Breakfast is still the COVID era grab and go for the most part, but they do make breakfast sandwiches and Starbucks coffee drinks if that is your thingThe hotel is fairly quiet aside from the typical late night/early morning traveler noise typical with an airport hotelThe pool is fairly small, but was certainly enough for my sons (12 and 9) to let out some energyWhile we didn’t use the shuttle, we did come and go a lot (by use of a rental car) While we didn’t utilize it, I don’t remember walking in our out of the hotel and NOT seeing the shuttle availableWouldn’t hesitate to stay again when in town

Booked 3 night at the Knickerbocker Overall, a pleasant place to stay Our experience with the staff was OK

The bed in our suite was not good (very important to me) and overall the suite was clean We had construction jackhammering outside our room the 2 days we stayed there A few areas in our room needed cosmetic work (peeling paint, etc) We ended up being very sick the first and second night and needed to leave the third night There was no accommodating this and they stuck to their no refund or discount policy Overall, if they’re going to be a beautiful hotel getaway with a restaurant and a spa they did not meet my expectations for hospitality, friendliness and environment

Pat Sevigny

I liked the place A lot of what other negative reviewers state is true: super small bathrooms, old furniture and patch jobs here and there But who cares

The beds were super comfy, shower was nice and hot, TV was nice It’s a good hotel despite its age The rooms are reasonably priced and ALL the staff were incredibly nice and helpful If you want a gigantic bathroom and the newest furniture possible then stay at a $400 a night hotel The only reason I docked it 2 stars is they have what would normally be a complimentary breakfast bar at hotelsit was $18 freaking…COME ON HYATT!!!

Debbie Matheny

The hotel is decent Our room was a king size room with a ‘city view’ The view was of construction

No big deal! The location to our venue was within walking distance The real issue was the fact that the hotel charged my credit card $41869 and states they only charged me $34891 (with a reimbursement of $50 for incidentals) leaving my total bill at $29891 after the reimbursement My Visa bill still shows a charge of $41869 Customer service was absolutely no help at all just wanting to speak with my bank I definitely do NOT recommend this hotel 🥲

Jennifer Bird

I booked this hotel as the ratings were better then another hotel in the area I myself work in a hotel so I was disappointed in the hyatt and its cleanliness The parking garage elevator and stairs were disgusting, the hotel elevators were also disgusting

I couldn’t believe that there was no mattress protector or bottom sheet on the bed as well The room was a good size and clean but the carpet looks like it needs to be cleaned Bathroom was small and the shower head and bathtub faucet sprayed every which way but down The front desk was great though Super nice even though they could see I was in a not so great mood I’m sorry but I’ve paid way less for nicer hotels that have things included so why I paid this much for a room and then having to pay $24 for overnight parking when there is no breakfast or pool was crazy to me I will not stay here again

This place and the staff was great! I loved my room It was comfortable and clean The fact that they were so nice to our group made it even more pleasant to be there

I was able to check in early without asking, as soon as I arrived to make sure I was at the right place Ms Tina checked me in and it was around noon Thank you Hyatt staff for such a peaceful weekend

Jenny&Jeff Sherman

It’s very close to the airport, which means the shuttle gets you there or back in 5 minutes On the flip side, it’s not downtown or near anything interesting, but you can Uber anywhere Rooms, lobby, and hallways are very clean

Staff is friendly There’s a small bar where you can talk with fellow travelers If you’re a vegetarian or vegan, or if you need or want healthful food, there are apples and oranges near the breakfast area Hotel was quiet during the week Got crazy for a few hours on Friday night, but I think that was because of the local sports team’s victory No complaints As a solo traveler, I appreciate places like this that are clean, convenient, safe, and well maintained Would stay again and recommend to others

Linda Vann-Owens

After reading the latest post I was not wanting to stay here even though I have in the past but I had reservations and didn’t want to cancel My room was great, clean and I’m picky! I was on the street side and it wasn’t loud and I’m a light sleeper I didn’t smell pot in the rooms or hallway

I was on the first floor Breakfast was good, on time, clean and stocked well The front desk was very helpful, super friendly and made sure we were taken care of The pool area was clean and stocked with towels only complaint was it was hot in that room It was a super busy weekend with the holiday, summerfest, ball teams and NASCAR in the hotel, the staff did very well with a full hotel Thank you to the staff for all you did to make my stay great!

I regularly stay here Each time is a superb experience Rooms and beds are clean and comfortable

The hot tub is hot and the pool is clean Deanna and Emily at the front desk are very nice and extremely helpful with all our needs They have been able to recommend a fantastic range of nearby restaurants From dive bars to Classy restaurants and everything in between; not to mention Earl, an attentive driver with a high level of focus who will drive you anywhere within a 3 mile radius of the hotel Overall, my stays here have been top notch and I would recommend this hotel to anyone wanting to fly in or out of the Milwaukee or just staying for the weekend

We had an awesome stay for my son’s wedding! The hotel is really close to everything I really liked that they have the free breakfast which had a lot of great healthy options I have to throw in that the lady that was there every day was super nice and helpful

The rooms have a fridge and microwave They also have a pool and hot tub It’s really nice going for a soak after a long day The popcorn and Rice Krispies Treats put out midday are also a great touch They also have a nice little sitting area outside where my husband and I enjoyed a cocktail Everyone at the front desk always said hello when we walked by Most importantly the place was clean! My only very minor issue was the shower was weak but I get it you’re trying to conserve waterI would definitely highly recommend this hotel!

Chad Niemi

I liked this hotel for its comfortable bed, clean rooms, courteous staff, airport shuttle, pool and hot tub What I didn’t like was the broken shower switch It let too much water go through the faucet instead of through the shower head in room 221

Also the heat was on when I checked in, which is not something you can change the temperature of, and it was way too hot when I walked in At a 36 degree outside temp, I had to switch to a/c to sleep, and it still wasn’t cool enough (also can’t change the cool temp)

Stayed here a few nights with my family Rooms were clean and large enough I loved having the curtain that could be pulled out to separate the bed from the sofa area

The staff was phenomenal The weekday breakfast lady (hope you don’t mind me making up a title for you!) Was very friendly and went out of her way to make sure there was plenty to eat The weekend breakfast lady was great also The driver of the airport shuttle was very professional and friendly The staff at the front desk were great I have not stayed in other Home 2 properties, but will definitely look for them next time we’re traveling I hope this is a corporate culture It was so refreshing

Mercedes Bradshaw

We loved our stay! The lobby area is very nice They had a hot chocolate bar, water with lemon, bananas and apples at no extra cost You don’t see that often

The woman at the front desk was so nice, I’m a little sad I didn’t get her name She was very friendly, welcoming, and even my girls talked about how nice she was Kindness really does go a long way Our room was nice and clean, we had everything we needed The pool was nice, not too cold, and clean The hot tub is closed We will definitely stay again

Shy Digging Eyeball

Nice big clean and updated room, convenient to airport, restaurants, grocery stores (many options!), highways and local attractions Staff were very nice especially the super-friendly breakfast lady, and the free hot breakfast is better than average Minus one star because the bed was made up with two cheap sheets and a decorative spread – no comforter or blanket at all

I got the extra blanket from the cupboard but it too was very thin It was in the high 30s at night outside so I would have appreciated an actual blanket or comforter and when you’re flying in you don’t have a handy blanket of your own in your car Also be aware that the advertised “kitchenette” only has a microwave, so don’t plan on cooking anything that requires a range/ oven Unfortunately I discovered this only after I had bought groceries that weren’t all microwave-friendly

The amenities were good but I can’t recommend anyone stay here especially if you’re going to park on premises Multiple cars were broken into, eventually including our own, night after night during my stay Looks like this has been happening for months if not longer, and yet there are still not enough security measures being taken to deter whoever keeps doing this

Zero cameras in the north lot, which is full of broken glass Also, even though the staff were aware that multiple car windows were smashed and a thunderstorm was expected, no one thought to contact us or to put anything over our window, so we found it in the morning and now we’ve got water damage too The waffles at breakfast were pretty good though

We agree, stay AWAY! We went to the Brewers game& came back to a parking lot of full of vehicles with their windows broken out (at least 5) that we saw driving through to turn around & park somewhere else I’m pregnant & was a bit worried about what was going on We went to the front desk to report it & the front desk said they were aware

We went up to our floor & found rooms of people that were packing up & leaving They were there since Thursday & this was the second time they experienced the break ins They also told us that some of their vehicles were stolen earlier too! Nope, all of our group (8 people) packed up & checked out Being in my 3rd trimester we were not going to risk having our brand new truck stolen or broken into!!! The front desk was unhelpful & cold when we asked about a refund for rooms we never even got to use We simply got a business card for the manager maybe with all this going on the manager should be there at night to help the staff very disappointed on how the situations were treated Especially for those that experienced it more than once! I didn’t even hear a simple “sorry” to anyone involved

I have been staying here on a regular basis for over a year, and while the hotel is nice, the neighborhood is not I have had not one, but two vehicles broken into and windows shattered this week, and this morning there was about 15 trucks broken into And despite being told by Milwaukee police they need to address their lack of security cameras in their parking lot, they refuse to do anything about it

Nice hotel, but I wouldn’t trust leaving your car here This apparently happens all the time

We finally booked a new flight for 5 pm the next day Ann Marie to the rescue again saying don’t worry have a late check out , then you can use the business office and if you would like to go out to eat lunch we will take The next day Victoria was just as accommodating Great breakfast great Service thank you

I was not a fan of my time here The rooms were clean, and the staff was friendly enough despite the waitress going missing for 15 minutes, leaving me waiting to close out the check The part I didn’t like was the breakfast was way overpriced, especially for the basic breakfast, which should be complimentary

Also, there was only coffee in the morning and no other water or coffee during the day I expected more out of a Hilton location as most have a fantastic complimentary hot breakfast and an evening social hour

I have stayed here twice with my husband- on the night of our wedding two years ago, and for a small getaway this year for our anniversary I am excited to make it an annual tradition The rooms are just lovely

And don’t get me started on the breakfast! Delivered right to the door and simply gourmet Such a cozy building and your stay will feel like a little getaway

This is the second time I’ve stayed here The check-in was seamless and the rooms were beautiful I had a single room and a two bedroom two bathroom suite

The suite was great plenty of storage and closet space and privacy between the two bedrooms The single room was very nice as well I love the showers with the sideways heads give you a very invigorating shower! The breakfast was delicious and was brought to our room since the restaurant is closed The outdoor courtyard is beautiful I will definitely be staying here again

Dauria Wheeler

The hosts were SO nice to help us arrange the rooms as we needed two together The rooms were pleasant and attractive (if darkly painted), beds were VERY comfortable, and bathrooms were absolutely luxurious! Delicious breakfast had plenty of variety and something for everyone in our group to enjoy Highlight of each day was relaxing in the courtyard by the fountain! Warnimont Park and Lake Michigan just across the street was an added bonus

We honestly love this hotel Always a great stay when we are in Milwaukee but last few times the cleanliness has been slipping This time found hair in the tub and did not have a pan in the kitchen to cook

wasn’t a huge deal but not what we are use to from this place Still has complimentary breakfast and “appetizers at dinner Food was decent clean tables and sanitizer for your hands great people great hotel check in at 3 checkout at noon which is nice definitely recommend Oh yeah and it’s also in a great location right around the corner from the highway, Grocery store and tons of restaurants

Kevin Russo

Finally! An IHG property that had a pool and hot tub that was working and even better from 9:00 to 11:00 it’s adults only in the pool area something that more hotels should adapt Staybridge Suites are one of my favorite extended stay hotels this one meets all the expectations I was impressed with the breakfast as well that was not just your basic scrambled eggs and toast

Working Summerfest this property was conveniently located as well and a property I would definitely return to

Rooms are pretty big but not very well cleaned I was staying for work and over the course of a month and a half I had 4 different rooms (because of work not the hotel I would leave for weekends and come back) all my rooms were different degrees of dirty

Some had stuff like tooth paste on the wall or dirty dishes My last room was my worse A day or two into staying in the room it looked like there was hair in the bed and not my hair Another person I was there with had issues with their room too Looked under my bed for something I dropped and idk if it’s ever been cleaned beforeDirty rooms aside all the staff I interacted with were great Everyone is friendly and will help anyway they canThere is a large paper wasp nest on the backside of the building that should probably be removed
