Dog Mom

The young Asian girl at front counter was very rude! She claimed to be the front end manager but has absolutely no place dealing with people! We were put into a room that smelled strongly of feces and urine When we asked for our money back she wouldn’t allow and offered to move us to a different room The next room was WORSE believe it or not…

we could smell urine before even opening the room Now it’s about 11pm and we tried a 3rd room upstairs! Thankfully this room smelled better but overall a tattered looking room In the morning after going thru the whole room ordeal we went down to have breakfast only to have a lowly maid tell us our dogs couldn’t be in there! We did pick a pet friendly hotel for a reason…NOT to be kicked out of breakfast for having them in there and by the way nobody was even in there eating at that time! Once they get your money you’ll be treated like absolute garbage!! RUN AS FAST AS YOU CAN! We will never be darkening the steps of LA Quinta ever again!!

Marcinda Rickrode

Pretty decent room, actually still serving a good continental breakfast which we appreciated Hot tub was out of service but we flew in late, our luggage got left in Dallas and we had to run out for it in the morning so we didn’t spend much time there and didn’t have time to use it anyway Bathroom wasn’t too updated

Overall clean and would stay there again Great spot to stay if you’re going to Red Rock canyon

Sen Lee

I stayed in room 126 and it has the most comfortable bed Spacious clean room with kitchenette The wifi works well

Only small setback was checking in because you get charged twice but maybe that is new? I’ve stayed at LaQuinta other locations and this was a first to be double charged (you get reimbursed a day or two later) Overall I recommend this location because the employees are courteous plus you get a free margarita at Nacho Daddy’s which is right next door It is close to other businesses and you can see part of Red Rock Canyon from the hotel Nice experience I would book here again

Nice Holiday Inn Express Breakfast was god, and exactly what you’d expect at a Holiday Inn Express Hotel looks well kept, staff was friendly and courteous, as a gold member they recognized my status and upgraded us for free

We stayed two different nights as we were only in Vegas for a flight in and out of there The first night our room was pretty clean, however in the bathroom shower there was “something” splattered up high on the wall, which was red in color This freaked out my wife I’d definitely stay here again

Make sure to use Hᴏᴛᴇʟʙoʟʟʏᴄᴏm when booking a room This web site will compare countless booking websites and typically will have prices a lot cheaper compared to others! You’re welcome :)! This resort is the best rated in this area

I’ve been staying here for a very long time If you decide to stay here you definitely will love it I’m sure! Our room was far cleaner than the 4 star Hotel on the strip we stayed at a few days prior Our checkin was in the wee hours of the morning, she was fast and friendly! We’ve stayed at a few Holiday Inn locations so far and we will be staying with them again in the future!

Pro: clean rooms and friendly helpful staff Staff is excellent and accommodating Breakfast is ok

Good location to Allegiant stadiumCons: walls are paper thin and you can hear everything I mean everything, even snoring from the next room This hotel has families with kids so request the top for if possible or you will hear everything above you Housekeeping only clean rooms if you stay seven days

Comfortable beds, pool was great, and the availability of a microwave and small fridge Though we didn’t use the shampoo and soap, they were provided We had to ask for bath towels and floor towel for shower since they didn’t replace em after cleaning

Front office staff were excellent and responsive to questions The breakfast could be better by cooking the turkey sausage links in a more pleasant and inviting way It looked like the cooks just microwaved them and threw em in the pan Those sausages weren’t appetizing at all Others breakfast items were good

The rooms were very comfortable and clean You want breakfast, get there early I got there at 7:45 and had no idea a pack of ravenous carnivores were staying here as well

But staff remained friendly and hustled their tails making sure items were stocked I’m ever in Vegas, I’ll be back to stay Thank you to the staff for making our night stay welcoming and comfortable

Tashia Tanuvasa

Stayed here for 4 days The accommodations and people that worked here was excellent Faith, was amazing and very helpful

She also gave me good recommendations for places to see and try out which was helpful cause I’m not the type to plan a full trip before leaving Will recommend to family and friends Thank you again best western and Faith

Becca Rodriguez

Well let’s start off if I could give it a 0 star I would My friend and I were staying here and it was the worst experience Front desk was rude and would tell us one thing and then another

Breakfast it was burnt and nothing hardly to eat My coffee maker was broken and the Maintenance guy came and said it was fixed and it was still not working So I went to the breakfast area to get my coffee The hotel is dirty stuff on the floors in the hall ways Rooms were nasty my blankets smelled like other people were laying in it I wouldn’t recommend this best western to anyone They need to get it together So much money and so nasty and coworkers don’t know how to do there jobs

Linda C.

From the moment we checked into the hotel, Diego the clerk, was the most pleasant & accommodating Nice clean rooms Excellent food at the Brass Fork restaurant with some delectable pastry desserts, our fave was chocolate cake! Very nice gift shop with some unique gifts Security patrolled parking lots & a 7 eleven store nicely next door

Felt very safe here! Highly recommend if you don’t want the busyness of staying on the strip

Misty Laird

We didn’t feel like dealing with the parking/traffic hassles of the strip for this one day visit I have to say, pleasantly surprised by all the efforts they are putting in to make this location a real contender It was pleasantly bright, and even different entry points to the casino floor that let in a little natural light

There were drink attendants in every area, and they were frequently offering drinks There was a lively crowd at the table games, and either 2 or 3 craps tables going on a Friday afternoon, off strip Bathrooms were modern, very clean and stocked They have a few restaurants; the line for the limited seating oyster bar was around the corner We didn’t try it this time, but it definitely smelled good and will be first in line the next time All in all we had an enjoyable time, and felt appreciated by the facility Oh yeah, and we left with our bankroll even after buying lunch, so I mean, that’s a plus right there 😊 To finish up, just want to point out that the old days of Vegas are gone Most casinos are trying to squeeze nickels everywhere they can Parking fees, less comps, less free/promo play, and the food Anyway this was a nice change of pace If I had to fault one thing It would apply to many other casinos around here Why is Panda Express in so many? Their food is just mediocre I guess people eat there to stretch the bankroll for the slots Its just weird having fast food in a place that is excelling in other areas

Brandon Morrill

To be honest, this place was everything I hoped it would be It was a convenient location off the strip, economical, clean, and welcoming We stayed here for just one night as a stop towards our ultimate destination

I didn’t make the reservation until later that same day I called in and they were very helpful and transparent and got us the best/cheapest room that was available As I was traveling with my wife and three year old, weren’t too interested in the casino aspect of the hotel so I can’t speak to that but I didn’t like that we didn’t have to walk through too much of that to get to our room So I’d say it’s a good place for family if that’s what you’re looking for Not the most luxurious place by any means but I would definitely stay here again

This hotel has so much potential The rooms are nice, spacious, and have really amazing views However the quality feels lacking compared to some of the other hotels

No mini fridge, no coffee pot, and the room had some plumbing issues The grounds were awesome So much to do in the hotel The casino was great Friendly staff, fun environment, and clean I wish it was a little more updated

DjSmiley

This was our best trip yet The food was terrific, we enjoyed every meal and late snaking at secret pizza The games were slow but entertaining, and the tables were a blast

The room is what completes a great stay There balcony rooms are a real game changer Nice and clean with big showers Great experience ✨️

Although the hotel itself is BEAUTIFUL, the vacation was for 4 days and there was NO HOUSEKEEPING WHATSOEVER provided for us We had to ask for new bedding, and towels EVERY DAY! 😱 There is NO restaurant for breakfast or lunch The pool area was undressed, (not like in the photos), and hadn’t been cleaned until our last day there!! The bar was CLOSED, and cut off

There is no gambling room or anything, and there’s no entertainment! As nice of a place it truly is, I WOULD NOT SUGGEST STAYING HERE, simply because of lack of service!GOOD LUCK!

Zeyad Baghdadi

I have no idea how this place has 4 stars Except for the two front desk ladies and one valet the staff were not friendly The facility is old and dingy

The pool area is much smaller than expected, and the noise of the freeway is like jackhammers on your skull Best part, I found a 3 inch cockroach above my bed Bathroom fan was noisy AF, water pressure terrible, soap and shampoo provided were garbage Not to mention, it isn’t even cheap to stay here You’re better off on the strip DO NOT STAY HERE!

Ericely Cosmetics

I was recently here for a friends wedding They rented out the entire hotel, and the experience was horrible Some friends of ours told me, they had used towels in their room and trash from previous guests

Don’t stay here, it isn’t worth itThe plumbing in the facility is poor, the rooms are super dark It gets super humid in the bathrooms so it was uncomfortableI was also supposed to have my own room but instead ended up having to share a room with someone elseI had things go missing out of my room and I haven’t seen it since Never recommending this place to anyone

Loved the pool was clean and refreshing, they provide pool towels down at the poolthere is a breakfast and a bar we did not utilize them but looked very niceThere is many restaurants and shopping within walking distance

Scott Smith

Great friendly service Always smiling and Complimentary to guest Rooms were good and pool was nice

Only two suggestion was to have large pool towels instead of hand towels at the pool I am 62 and I had to get 4 just to cover lounge chair, and had to cover it in 105 temp Second would be at least a free continental breakfast I know you have a restaurant but I would have enjoyed a glass of juice and oatmeal in the morning

Lisa Walters

I have stayed at resorts and hotels all over the world, but this Hilton Garden Inn was one of my best hotel experiences! Everyone there was extremely friendly, welcoming and helpful! Especially Sara, George and Jenny helped my family to feel comfortable and happy Also, the hotel was clean and beautiful, and the food was quite excellent Also, the drinks in the evening were especially well made

This is a fantastic hotel right by the airport and not too far from the strip The rooms are extremely spacious & modern We had two queens and a pull out couch

There is a kitchen area with dishes, plates, utensils, a dishwasher, a sink, and a microwave The bathroom is a bit smaller but still very nice Unfortunately, one of the days room service didn’t come to change our towels but we were still able to get them from the front desk Customer service is pretty top notch as they greet you when entering and leaving Heads up that their breakfast isn’t the usual hotel breakfast but a mix of a waffle maker and grab and go items such as a microwavable sausage, egg, and cheese biscuit They also provided boxed cereal and oatmeal Overall, I would highly recommend this place Worth the money

Paul Chilson

Honestly one of the best hotels I’ve EVER stayed at! They earn everyone of the 5 stars, from the customer service at the front desk, to the cleanliness of the rooms Every staff member was phenomenal! We were greeted at the front desk with two cold bottles of water and a bag of M&Ms Check in was smooth, and they didn’t even comment about me being an hour early

They have a fun pool, an exercise room, laundry facilities and even a hot breakfast Our room was SPACIOUS with not only a king bed, but also a hideaway couch, a full fridge/freezer, a dishwasher, microwave, and even serving dishes They also provide a free shuttle to the airport if needed! I can’t wait for the free hot breakfast in the morning This is definitely a place to call home when visiting Vegas!

Ryan bauman

Fantastic experience at home 2 suites The airport shuttle was super easy The rooms are very nice and have a great homely feeling

Plenty of space and a full kitchen The beds are nice and cozy The morning breakfast is amazing Definitely one of the best I’ve had at any hotel Customer service was great and all the staff was very friendly

We are staying here for the third time now We came back because we liked the previous stays We keep our expectations for services realistic, and quite low, frankly, in the current pandemic

However this time, a dozen things went wrong They did not give us the room we booked, but a smaller room at the same price with a view of garbage bins The blackout curtains are shorter than the window, which was a bummer after a night of restless sleep because the room was too warm and the AC was too loud, which also dried the air horribly as expected The microwave does not work Most outlets in the room do not work The water for tea and coffee downstairs are tepid at best Strange institutional white lights in the room The front desk folks are rude Never staying here again

DIA BACA

Beautiful interior, wonderful Guest Services The staff are charming and welcoming of children Nice quiet peaceful area without traffic, although it is located next to a freeway, it is high up enough and it has sound blockers

It has good placement for catching the view and outstanding scenery as well as the grounds being well-groomed You won’t be hassled or harassed for hanging about and taking it all in I give this five stars for sure come check it out!

Walter Schroder

I realize that it’s extremely tough finding staff right now But that’s simply not an excuse for the property not only to be dirty but down right disgusting at times I also realize that they are doing renovations but what I saw has nothing to do with renovations

Nasty stuff smeared on the walls and door handles The shower looked like it hasn’t been cleaned in ages Mildew and dust all overRenovation related putting tape over the smoke detectors isn’t a good ideaOn the plus side, the bed was extremely comfortable And the chef was helpful during breakfastOtherwise, avoid this property

We stayed at this resort a few years ago and enjoyed the suite We are a family with 4 kids and the convenience of having two rooms, two baths and a sofa bed for our two littles is too much to pass This is a more comfortable stay than a hotel on the strip

While you don’t get the noise of hotel guests stumbling down the hallway at all hours of the morning, this hotel does have a couple minor issuesFor starters, we are lucky that our two girls are 7 years old using the sofa bed, they are not comfortable In fact out of the 4 hotels we staid in with a sofa bed, these were the worse They are in stupid need of upgrading the mattressesThe second issue is that for anyone staying in a main level unit, beware the unit above You will hear footsteps and just about everything that is dropped above youThis aside, we will be returning and we strongly recommend this location We manages to snag up a deal on it as it was close to a last minute booking and we are glad we managed to stay here againThe nice; clean well equipped units, clean pool area and resort grounds, friendly staffWould be nice if a breakfast was offered, even if it were just a grab and goNot giving it full stars because of the two issues mentioned With any luck, we will see you guys again in a couple of years

Randi M. (RJM)

2 bedroom, 2 bathrooms with kitchen Living room snd a deck was very comfortable for our stay to visit family member in the hospital Pools including adult only were very nice

Free shuttle to strip was efficient and helpful Staff was friendly Exceeded our expectations at a very reasonable rate Did not miss staying on the Strip Much quieter and spacious!

Jeje Love

Family and I enjoyed our stay Upon entering the unit it was cool and refreshing Both rooms were clean and the beds were extremely soft

Location was quiet, and very inviting Great customer service, the oven was not working, but we texted the front desk and received an immediate response Oven was fixed within 20 minutes I like the idea of the two pools Family/kid pool and adult pool if you are looking for quiet time

The grounds are well kept and the offices are really nice!! I would stay here again and definitely recommend!!!

Lovely quiet location, off the strip but the have around the hour shuttle to take you to the strip The room was big, clean, with fridge, microwave, toaster, coffee maker and utensils Do smell a little like Marijuana even though is a non-smoking room (don’t think the prior residents were following rules 🤔) I don’t mind it but I had to fabreeze it

I don’t want to be charged extra Besides that the place is very nice, good staff n quiet I will recommend

This is a very special review It’s been hard for me to write and it’s very over dueThe best way I can condense this story is this:My family and I were in town to help my father in the hospital whom ended up passing away very quickly, and unexpectedly

we were staying at this hotel as it was close to hospitalThey were so kind, so generous, so accommodating, so sensitive to our situation and went above and beyond I don’t recall how we began talking about our sad trip, but the manager immediately showed his condolences and the whole team wrote us a nice hand written card and gave us a sweet bouquet of flowers I feel horrible that I cannot remember names as the memory is blurred But I needed to still write this review and let you know how much we appreciated you The breakfast was so good too and consistent, amenities were perfect, and everything was fresh and cleanThank you again for comforting us in every way possibleRachael & Heidi

First impression, great Clean lobby, either newer building or recent remodel Looked very clean, fresh, etc

Room, same: clean & nice 3 Stars because AC had a smell to it, about half our stay (3 nights) Bothered my son It was 100 -110 degrees outside during our stay, so it was running 24/7, maybe that had something to do with it? But it was bothersomeBreakfast was pretty darn good, but when they ran out of Oatmeal, when I asked if they’d refill or bring more, the answer was “no” Cleaning/Janitorial staff was VERY polite, and always willing to provide me a couple more Keurig Coffee pods & cups Tipped them They get a 5/5

I love the casino at the Gold Coast and all the games that they have to offer I really like that the hotel rooms are a decent price and they have a very nice pool and very nice restaurants The staff at the hotel desk is very kind and patient, You can use your rewards and save on your room and in the gift shop

A lot of cigarette smoke in the air here No joke🚬 😕 So if you don’t want to be around smokers this casino may not be right for you Everything other then that is good

Just finished a 5 day, 4 night stay at the Gold Coast First, the price was more than reasonable The room was very clean, towels and linens attended to daily, and should you need something, the staff was ready to assist you

The Casino was also very well maintained and the free drinks were easily available and definitely not on the weak side! My compliments also to the great staff at TGI Friday’s! We ate breakfast there 3 days as well as two nightly dinners and the food was excellent and plentiful The staff was very friendly and service was great!!! Kudos to everyone associated with the Gold Coast! Highly recommend!

This place is classic Vegas An older hotel and casino but the service is impeccable The rooms are well taken care of, even if the sheets are a little on the rough side

The food is amazing The steak, at Cornerstone, bacon wrapped filet with roasted garlic was spectacular The Kobe Beef Meatballs are so damn wonderful! The alcohol is always flowing everywhere you go, and if you’re gambling the drinks are decently strong The staff, everywhere in this place, are always on hand to take care of you, no matter what you may need, they will help you get it I would highly recommend this hotel and casino and will be going back again!

Hotel is very dated but nice Great outdoor pool and barRestaurants are few

Expect to spend $$$$ for drinks but that’s everywhereStaff is great!Do not be fooled by booking on 3rd party site that looks like you’re booking directly They may have deeply discounted rates but you’ll forfeit your Honors points (you won’t get any) and points towards free night stays including your playing You won’t earn any points for this either In addition I had to pay for “upgrade” when told I was booking room with pool view, and resort fee was not included and had to pay extra at check in for this as wellI was totally lied to by that site even when asked

My only real complaint was that the rooms really need to be updated but there was four of us staying in one room and it was rather spacious I wished that the room we had would have had a refrigerator so that we could have kept some of our bottled waters cold but otherwise the room was fine I ate at the restaurant in the hotel and the food was very good

We did use the pool one time during our stay and it was very nice The hotel is at the far south end of the strip so you do have to do a lot of walking either up and down the strip or to the monorail to get where you want to go but it was a great location We did need extra towels and we had an issue that maintenance came up and checked and they were very fast checked everything and brought us extra towels immediately so the service was very good

Love our rooms very spacious Clean bed Room service was exceptional

When you ask for towels or toiletries they are there within mins I gave them 5 stars for the room service My 10 year old loves the pool The pool has an on duty life guard It has a gym as well if you want to work out The lobby is not too crowded It’s right on the strip so everything was walking distance We were able to visit MGM, M and M, NY NY, Excalibur, Hard Rock, and easy access to the monorail The only issue I have was outside of the hotel, but they have good security I understand due to location there were a lot of transients and tourists

Honestly, my expectations were very low for this hotel due to other reviews but it really wasn’t bad at all All the employees are super nice and helpful and the room is fine The pool was also great with tons of seating so you never have to worry about finding a spot during the day

I do wish there was more FREE shaded areas but Las Vegas as a whole offers nothing free! Also, the location is amazing! We were able to walk to everywhere we needed to goRooms didn’t smell like smoke but they also weren’t the cleanest If you’re someone who needs a spotless hotel and you’re expectations are high, don’t stay here But if you just need a room to sleep and shower, this place is perfect! If you get asked to do the timeshare by someone working at the hotel, I’d avoid it We did it and got $200 and 2 nights free at Wyndham but they’re scam artists and you have to make sure you say no to them

Victoria Nabual

Great hotel It was clean and smelled nice The room service was amazing! We came back to a made up bed with plentiful towels each day

The check in and out process was very easy I liked that security stood at the hotel entrance of the casino to make sure that anyone without a key couldn’t get to the elevators The only thing that I would say that could be improved is having the workers know about the Tesla charging station because when asked they said no but there in fact was one Also, to let future guest know that there is a $15 per night parking charge Other than those two things, I loved it and would recommend it to others

Adventures into Distraction

Request a room far away from the elevator and utilities- I was awoke roughly every 10-30 minutes by the sounds of pipes knocking or the elevator running I’ve never had a problem with being able to hear the pipes or elevators at any other hotel before (the fellow hotel guests were very quiet)No refrigerator, no coffee maker

Window shade only, no curtain covering a very bright street below Good thing the window was so dirty- kept some light out All restaurants and bars closed pretty early and the drink machines on our floor were turned off! Had to buy ultra expensive snacks at hotel storeAll that being said, I’m no princess so this rundown castle was tolerable for one night The bed and pillows were comfy and clean The bathroom was stocked and clean All employees encountered were very friendly and helpful Okay for the price and proximity to the airport
