Had a ton of fun here the rooms were fantastic not too expensive and well-maintained Dash very cleanThe casino was very fun and absolutely smoke-free, huge plus for me Everybody was extremely friendly

Walked away a good winner at blackjack, roulette, and craps… All three of those paid out well definitely above the oddsThey even have a little sports batI’m going back in two weeks, bringing my team so we can all have some fun

SAM Smart

I came here today to check out the new MGM sportsbook It is an awesome sports book and bar The decor is beautiful

The chairs are super comfortable The bar is huge with a very friendly staff There are TVs everywhere in betting stations galore It overlooks the casino so there is a great view This is a great place to watch a game because the vibe is very upbeat and the atmosphere is very relaxed

B amazed with this

So happy they had the restaurant back opened I love the fried fish dinner Too bad I had eaten before I wentI only won 10 bucks but at least I didn’t loose n enjoyed the games lots of free games

95% better than lone Butte that place got the machines so ridged that you can’t hardly get free games Extreme cash cow since the pandemic But anyway Wild Horse Pass isn’t like that it’s enjoyable for food n gambling I wonder if the public is allowed to walk on the trails they are very nice

Beautiful hotel with spacious rooms and amazing amenities The included breakfast was spectacular and the pool and hot tub area were fantastic My bed was super comfortable and the included kitchenette was nice to have, even if I didn’t end up using it

The fitness room was sufficient and they even had a little business center, too I would 100% stay here again – one of the best hotels I’ve probably ever stayed in!

Great property right next to other hotels and close to restaurantsStaff was friendly but sometimes the front desk is not staffed and if you want something we’ll your gonna have to wait a whileBreakfast was hot and pretty decent, I wish they would label what the hot plates were as it was like mystery meat surprise

My room was good and bed was comfyCouple things1 There was a big spot of toothpaste on the door to the bathroom I mean you couldn’t miss it so housekeeping was not on par2 The bathroom tub has a significant build up of hard water I had to muscle and man handle the lever to get water from the tub spout to the shower headOther than those two things, the stay was good and I’d definitely book here again

Edward Melton

The accommodations at the hotel were average I would of given this place 4 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ but the amenities that are posted on the internet are not accurate The shuttle service was not available, citing no available drivers at the time we checked in

However, I saw hotel staff use the shuttle van as it were their personal vehicle The breakfast hours are supposed to be 6-9 am, but at 8:45 staff are in a race to put everything away Several electrical outlets in our room (1 bedroom suite) were inoperable There is an extension cord going through the bedroom to the living/kitchen area to power the TV in the bedroom But I must say, hotel staff were friendly and courteous

One of the best hotels I’ve stayed at The price was great for our last minute spring break trip Coffee was available all day, and was very good

The free breakfast and dinner were great, large selection and saved us a lot vs having to go out to eat The added bonus of free drinks with dinner was amazing, plus the bar and kitchen meant we didn’t have to leave the hotel if we didn’t want toThe hotel was very clean as was the pool area and our room We had a very large room, which not only fit the 2 queen beds but a roll away bed and a pack in play without feeling cramped The location right off the 202 and 101 was awesome put us right between the two families we were visiting Will definitely look for Drury Inns on any of our next trips

Stayed August 7 -9, 2022Drury Inn & Suites Phoenix Tempe is located off I-10 south of the US-60 near South Mountain This hotel is conveniently located near Tempe, Mesa, Chandler and Gilbert in East Valley Only 20 minutes from downtown Phoenix, it is close to Chase Field where the Diamondbacks play

Easy to get around and has shops, restaurants near by as wellThe Drury was a great stay, their welcome upon arrival was the best over 10 different hotels And since this was a first stay, it was a pleasure to know that Drury has a 5:30 kick back (small dinner-ish) food free to all hotel guestsWe had a minor problem when getting into our room, the AC was not working right, front desk gave advice and we took it, after waiting the allotted time as described, the AC problem didn’t correct itself, the front desk manager was more than accommodating, they brought us new room keys, apologized (it wasn’t their fault), brought up a luggage cart and took care of 1 night cover This was not the goal, just working AC, however this gesture was above-beyond and greatly appreciated This was also taken care of promptlyThe room was spacious and their, indoor/outdoor pool was a hit with the kidsI wouldn’t hesitate staying here specifically again and look forward to my next stay with this brandGreat Hotel

Oh I love the drury!! I may never return to a traditional hotel ever again! The staff is excellent and helpful the hot breakfast is to die for and the variety is wonderful Then at 530p they have something called down time and they offer dinners at night its included and the dinners change nightly The swimming pool is very cold and the Jacuzzi is not super hot but the jets are great

Better wear water shoes or the bottom of pool will tear your skin off The rooms have there own thermostats And every other floor has ice machine they have a small market of snacks at the front desk They offer 3 free alcoholic beverages to the adults everyday that you stay It defiantly feels like home away from home

The resort was wonderful Great location, easy to get to, lots of fun activities, Oasis Water Park was a blast and included in the room rate Able to continue to enjoy the water park the day we left

Rooms were beautifully appointed and super comfortable Enjoyed a fun birthday celebration at Rustler’s Roost at the resort with stunning sunset views Only down side was check in on Saturday Long lines and wait times Could you a mobile check in option Will definitely be going back!

Felicia M

We moved to this resort from our original hotel at 11 pm and the front desk representative Monique that checked us in was awesome She was so kind, helpful, and humorous She made our stay even better with her understanding and welcoming attitude

The rooms were lovely too They were well equipped with everything you would need They were clean and the bed was very comfortable If we ever go back to Phoenix we will most definitely put this resort at the top of our short list

Sam Godzwa

Very nice resort The rooms are well kept and the views are great I’m not a golfer, but the golf course provided a lot of these interesting views

The highlight of the resort is the waterpark, with pool basketball and volleyball, a wave pool, a lazy river, and three massive water slides I personally went with for a private conference where certain meals were catered by the resort, and these were all delicious The mid-summer price is unbeatable, and is worth dealing with the heatNow for some extremely nit picky things that I didn’t like The gym closes at 8pm I like to workout late, so it’d be nice if it was open for 24 hours a day I stayed in the mountainside suites building, which is a bit of a walk from everything This could be annoying, but it was really easy to close my Apple Watch rings, so that was a bonus Finally, the restaurants in the resort are very expensive, but there are a few good places to eat within walking distance of the resort, so this didn’t bother me too much

The property is nicely landscaped, and there’s a beautiful pool (which we did not use) Bedding needs to be updated — the mattress did not provide much support, and neither did the pillows, but the hotel was quiet and in general we slept well As with many hotels these days, you must request housekeeping the previous night if you want it

Our room was very clean Breakfast is ordinary — cold cereals, instant oatmeal, hard-boiled eggs, precooked fried eggs, sausage or bacon, plain toast or bagels, yogurt (off brand), bananas, make-your-own waffles, juice (from a machine), coffee and tea Very good customer service at the front desk, especially from Kimberly, who was very professional and friendly Overall, it’s priced right for what they offer

Angela Geurts

The bed was comfortable (always my most important item 3 stars for bed), room nicely updated, all in good working order; mostly clean Corners not vacuumed/dust visible, two cleaning rags were left in the roomThe main check in area was nice, but common areas went downhill from there

A seven floor hotel, only one small elevator was working, but buttons/interior looked hammered 8×10 print out hanging about breakfast had spelling errors – fixed by hand; overall giving an unprofessional feeling The stairways seemed particularly neglected; carpeted stairs were filthy, and I think it would be safe to say no cleaning there for at least several months Very dim lighting on very narrow stairs, lots of dust on pipes, walls in need of paint, outlets in need of repair- all looking pretty grimy Exterior parking lot door often didn’t work with key, and the door was beat up and looked like people often damaged it by opening with a crowbar Parking lot and exterior of building in need of resurfacing Overall it isn’t a place I’d feel safe to be at alone outside, or on the stairs/elevator One fire door on property has duct tape all along the edge…? I’m not sure if the pool is open, it was locked by key when I looked- I never saw anyone in it all week, although it seemed nice Beautiful outside extension area, off breakfast door with gazebo, shaded and pleasant in the mornings Couldn’t access the guest laundry because the room key wouldn’t open the door Breakfast was as basic as it could get, no variety each day: sausage, boiled egg, muffins in bag, instant oatmeal packets, waffle batter available, but griddles not working properly-only one star on the breakfast

I want to thank the staff at La Quinta Mesa for taking such good care of me and my husband last week We encountered a family emergency and had a loved one in the hospital nearby We checked in without a reservation at 8pm and were able to extend our stay daily (as needed)

We accidentally lost an important bag and the staff went the extra mile trying to find our personal item I can’t thank you enough for being so kind during a tough time I give a 4 star rating because of the food at this location I have stayed in many La Quinta’s over the last 15 years More warm food options would be a great addition to this location (scrambled eggs and bacon?)

Pet friendly, had a really nice stay Rooms were clean updated with older furnishings During our 9 day stay the keys went out quite frequently catalytic converter in our vehicle was stolen parked in the back of the building which was well lit most days

They do not have cameras in the back, was told just the lobby and front area had cameras

Love Erin

The rooms are nice and spacious but the beds are a little small We are a family of 5 The showers aren’t the greatest, water pressure is low

Continental breakfast consists of yogurt, bagels, toast and cereal We were expecting hot food or even fresh fruit The hard boiled eggs were not edible The price we payed was not worth the stay or the “included continental breakfast”

Ashley Beltran

Check in was easy Room was fairly cleaned, bathroom was not cleaned very well some of the towels had lipstick stain on them We also asked for a later check out and we were denied on a Wednesday we have never been denied a later check out in any other hotel we’ve been to

With there being so many other hotels around the area I would not recommend coming here Staff was rude specifically the day manager who is a man

I stayed here recently, it was a last minute best “cheap” hotel I could find for my day I was driving through Phoenix I arrived super late at night, and was actually very pleasantly surprised with the hotel It exceeded my expectations in service, cleanliness, and room upkeep👍🏼

I really expected the hotel to be much more dated and old in person I had the luxury room in the 2 story complex with the patio Was very large, clean, and convenient patio access to the truck The food at the Agave’s restaurant was good too*Only thing I must say is their pool remodelling is ugly👎🏼 On certain pictures online, you see where there is an extension of the pool with water/stairs in between the row of palm trees Looks very nice, and that’s what I was expecting it to look like currently I was sure that THIS was the pool post remodelling, but no They completely demolished that, and the pool looks like a regular pond So, the pictures of a basic pool is actually the current look Don’t know why they did this, but it literally made the pool area look cheaper🤷🏻‍♀️ Oh well, some architect really screwed up *

Matthew

This is a smaller Casino It seems to be well taken care of It was nice to see the Native American artwork and how it varies by tribe

The bartender that we had was very attentive He recommended drinks similar to what we ordered The gameplay at this casino seemed dull with not much activity or action Odds seemed low and the playing floor is fairly small There were a few quick service and full service restaurant choices Our time there was enjoyable

Ryan A

Decided to do a two day stay-cation as I’m from the Phoenix metro area Smaller casino but overall in good condition and clean Staff was friendly from security, to reception, to servers

The room was nice with a good shower However, the a/c in the room was not the best…which is difficult for the summer months here The two larger restaurants were very good and I was pleasantly surprised, especially Oak and Fork! The cocktails at Chop Block and Brew were excellent The pool area was decent, however service was lackluster by the pool, as well as at the swim up bar It was nice having the breezeway connected to the entertainment center next door where you can go grab a movie or do bowling Overall, a decent get away

We reserved a 2 night stay at the Hampton Inn in Chandler (near the Chandler mall) After receiving our keys and finding our room, we walked into “our room” that WAS ALREADY OCCUPIED BY SOMEONE ELSE (since we were checking in so late at night, we’re lucky the occupant didn’t have a weapon when we walked right into their room)!! When we went to the front desk to inform them, the attendant punted any responsibility for the mistake and took no ownership and just brushed it offWe finally get another room and luckily this one didn’t already have someone in it

After setting our stuff down we looked around the room and it wasn’t good Most of the furniture had stains and the room had a weird odor to it It didn’t look like the room had been truly cleaned/sanitized (maybe just spot checked?) We contemplated just buying an air mattress for the night since we already paid for the rooms but between the odor/cleanliness, we couldn’t feel comfortable enough to stayEnded up checking out after wasting money for one night stay and will NEVER be staying here or any other Hampton again Terrible customer service (and accountability) and EXTREMELY poor cleanliness

Shannon Swift

Clean, upgraded, kid friendly rooms with plenty of space for a whole family The front desk clerks are amazing 😍 in particular Anthony He went above and beyond to make sure our stay was amazing 🙂🤩 Very clean, welcoming friendly environment and I would recommend this hotel to everyone I know

Very clean, spacious, efficient rooms with fridge and microwave I could go on and on but what I will say is I will DEFINITELY return to stay here again Thank you for everything Anthony you rock ❤️ 👑 ☺️😊😁

felipa seymour

This hotel was extremely nice It was super clean and the staff were really friendly even though they seemed under staffed The complimentary breakfast was pre packaged food you could take and go probably because of the low staffing which was different and not my favorite thing but that was alright, there were enough yummy options to choose from

The pool was very nice and clean as well

This is my 3rd time here The first 2 times brought me back, this last time nit so much I am a Gold Member

Last time I was greeted, given water and snacks This time not even welcome I checked in via the app which asked if I was arriving early I put in my time When I got to the lobby no rooms were available I waited 2 hours for a room finally around 3:30 I asked again at the front and rooms were available The woman at the front was not very receptive when i first arrived It appears her daughter and grandchild were visiting so she was “busy” I waited in the lobby for a room She told me I would get a text when the room was available, 24 hrs later I am still waiting for that text I felt bad for the guy at the desk became he was nice enough but apparently the woman left him not knowing there were several of us sitting in the lobby waiting Needless to say the check in process was not up to parRooms were okay, clean, nothing fancy For the cost of $225 it has the bare bonesRestaurant was decent but i think they only have 4 options for “dinner” The bar tenders were niceLocation is a business area You can hear the highway so request the side facing the mountain For the price of $200 & up, it’s not worth it However, I have stayed here for $150 & that isn’t a terrible price

Stayed here a few nights while in AZ The hotel itself was really clean and well kept Staff was nice and welcoming

The breakfast was awesome and they had a wide variety of food and drinks (The waffles where amazing) My only discrepancy was they charge 15$ a night for parking on their property, Which to me seems like a bit of a money grab I would have otherwise left 5 stars

Sara Hancock

Excellent customer service! Mollie at the front desk has to have been the most helpful and friendly hotel employee that we’ve ever dealt with, and we travel a lot Everyone that works there was super friendly and accommodating Great variety of choices for breakfast

Rooms were super clean and beds were comfortable Will definitely be staying here again!

Tamura Hiter

This was a lovely experience, everything was enjoyable Their staff from the front desk to the housekeeping were so sweet and accommodating If I called the desk they answer if you need a bottle opener they have that too Their breakfast was very decent

😋 There were options galore Waffles, bagels, toast, oatmeal, cereal and array of juices, teas or coffee The staff is always working and everyone even the maintenance workers say hello They do not harass or overly watch you Various races and ethnicities came during my stay here They are even pet friendly This is definitely not a 3 ⭐️ Actually 🤔 they could classify as a resort 👳🧘🏻‍♂️ I almost forgot to mention that it is also located adjacent from Walmart for all your essential needs & The mall is to the left of the hotels entrance How convenient is that🥰😍🤩🤑😳🤭 You will be pleased & pleasantly surprised 😮

Very impressed! The hotel was clean, rooms are clean and well stocked with towels, toiletries, a coffee and wine bar, staff was very helpful and friendly We were there for two days and we had our pets with us and the hotel is very pet friendly with designated areas for pets needs There is a golf course next door which is very nice and though the freeway was next to the hotel too, which makes it convenient, we couldn’t hear the traffic at all, very quiet

Will definitely be staying there again on our next visit!

I only came here for my son to do his state testing for the school he goes to I can only rate the appearance and the feel of the place so this rating is not about service of rooms or rooms in general This hotel is pretty sweet on the inside,

It is atrium style and snazzy Their is a cool restaurant that is in the atrium area Pool is normal size nothing super fancy in that area but I really think if the rooms were decently priced or even in mid range it is worth it

Absolutely WONDERFUL! The lobby was extravagant and even had a bar and a place to get tons of snacks The elevators were very cool- they had a window to see as you went up/down and we’re actually quite fast The breakfast was amazing and had a great variety- eggs, bacon, sausage, grits, potatoes, fruit, yogurt, cereal and more

I stayed in a junior sweet The beds were so comfortable as well as the pillows The entire room was very clean, to the point of which if you looked you wouldn’t be able to find even a speck of dirt The staff was friendly and helpful Overall I would love to stay here again

Enjoyed our stay here We came to AZ for my husband to have a big dental procedure, and it was perfect place for him to relax, and me to wander about townThe hotel lobby has a cozy vibe, and the rooms are modern, unique style, which I love

Slept very well in the beds, and pillows very comfortable!Located right across from a big mall with lots of shopping and food, and a target across the way as wellStaff is friendly and helpful Definitely recommend

Hotel is nice and clean Rooms were good size and comfy bed Only issue we had was a loud-unruly neighbor partying at 1:45am and it took over an hour for the staff to resolve the issue

Though they did their best, I feel like this level of a hotel shouldn’t allow hotel parties, or maybe this hotel/location just attracts that type of guest(party crowd) Not sure if we will return

Nice hotel in Chandler Big rooms with mini fridge, microwave, electric blinds, coffee, etc Bed was fairly good

First room’s AC was very loud but they apologized and gave me another room Staff was very friendly Some weird folks in front of the hotel got hustled for $20 Last time I was there there was some larger than life love drama playing out on the front Maybe it’s just the heat but haven’t had it at other hotels Good food options nearby as well

I read some of the other reviews, yes it’s an older hotel and some areas show the age The staff is always nice and friendly We have stayed here on several occasions

It’s not an inexpensive place to stay but it’s also right downtown and there are lots of places of interest to walk to Galleries, shopping, etc I would not expect to be in this location for a cheap price A drink voucher is given at check-in for a tap beer, wine or nonalcoholic drink This time we opted to pay $6 each during the reservation process and include breakfast Best $12 ever spent Great selections for breakfast and well prepared Big enough to share if you didn’t take advantage of the promotional breakfast offer A whole personal carafe of coffee and a large ceramic pot for the tea Not one of those small dribbling metal potsAnother review complained about being directed through the parking lot to get to their room but, the buildings have meandering walkways and if you haven’t stayed here before it could be a little confusing We always enjoy our stays here

Brian Sadler

The lobby looked amazing but everything else, including the grounds, the pool, the wings with the rooms, and the rooms themselves, were outdated Would have been a nice place in the 1970s Upon checking in the receptionist at the lobby instructed us to go out the front door and walk all the way around the hotel through the parking lot to get our rooms

I explained that we weren’t parking a vehicle since we were dropped off but he still gave us the same directions He did go with us to our rooms and was really nice but the process itself was silly since you could cut through the hotel and courtyards to get to our buildingThe room appeared clean at first glance but upon closer inspection there was a lot of dust hiding behind and underneath objects The carpet behind the curtains had not been vacuumed in a very long time and contained dirt, small bits of trash, and even a toenail (yuck) The bathroom floor looked clean but also had dirt around the baseboards The carpet and tiled bathroom just felt dirty and not properly cleanLots of restaurants and bars nearby so that was a plus Was it worth the $140/night price tag? No

Jesse Velasquez

The location is pretty good The rooms were meehhh For the price, I would have rather stayed elsewhere

Jordan at the pool bar was the best She was very nice and represented the cornerstone of what this hotel should be Most other staff were not as helpful and did not exceed our expectations Restroom was clogged up It was filthy Plus security kicked us out of the pool area at 10 even though the pool sign clearly indicated 12

Everything was great until I was woken up from bug bites at 2am in the morning My husband went to front desk to try and fixed the situation and it was basically blown over “It’s just bugs” by both worker and manager! We had to go above and beyond just to get into a new room to rest up for the rest of the night! Home2 has always been my favorite place to stay but this stay was not so great and definitely disappointed how it was handled

Basically told us nothing can be done and it’s just bugs! Only thing she could say was are you paying for the new room you were moved to as if it was our fault there were multiple bugs in our room! Picture and videos were provided of bugs and and bite marks! VERY DISAPPOINTED IN HOW WE WERE JUST BLOWN OFF AS IF IT WAS NOTHING! I do not recommend! Poor management! Front desk worker thought video games were more important than helping us solve the problem before we were moved to a new room!

The front desk staff was very nice, and friendly Rooms were clean Pool was great for the heat

Only small down point was, when housekeeping switched out our towels, they never put back what they took out But on a positive note, when I called the front desk to request more towels, they were friendly about it and had the towels at my door within minutes So kudos to them! We will be staying here again when in town again

Matt Robinette

Hotel was close to the things we were doing The staff was very friendly (minus the Sunday morning operator see note below) and even let us check in an hour early when we got to town The room was really clean as well

Bed was very comfy, the air in the room worked great, and the bathroom looked great upon arrival However…Only one small complaint we were told to fill out a housekeeping slip each morning to let them know what was needed and what we were reusing The slip was to be in by 8 am The next morning we were running a few behind and got it to the front desk lady at 8:04 am and the front desk lady began to lecture us and told us this was going to be hard to honor since it was after 8 By the way we only wanted the bed made and some new towels Came back 12hrs later to see the request didn’t happen I understand deadlines but you would think a 5 to 10 minute grace period could be given to out of state customers who weren’t used to the 3hr time change from the MidwestSunday Night staff person saved the day and helped us get fresh towels with no issue Employee even agreed 5-10 mins shouldn’t be the end of the line for honoring a housekeeping slip I would stay at the hotel again even with the slip up

Room was spacious and comfortable Enjoyed coffee every morning in the rocking chairs right outside my door overlooking the pool Location was perfect for everything

Walking distance to many of the places we wanted to go to Lovely breakfast served every morning Gracious and friendly StaffI would stay here again

Philemon Spencer

We had a good stay here, though it turned out to be a busy weekend due to hockey tournaments The hotel is a slightly older building with a lot of updates You’ll notice things like lower ceiling heights and fluorescent light fixtures

However the stay was good overall The continental breakfast had a great selection, though many items continue to be prepackaged since Covid Definitely looking for a return of regular solid dishes, fresh hot waffles, fresh fruit salad, and so on served for the breakfast

Matt

This place was great I had to work some the morning after we checked in and it was really early and the room had a second smaller room with a pull out couch and a desk to work at This allowed me to work in the other room and have some light without disturbing my wife

Room had a microwave too so that was helpful Honestly this was nicer than the resort we ended up staying at in town after this night I wish we stayed at the Hyatt the whole time

I’ll start by saying that Alan (Front Desk Manager) treated me as if I was his brother in law and went above and beyond to make sure I had a pleasant stay He needs a raise and or needs to be a trainer in Hotel Hospitality! He was amazing I had a few small issues pertaining to my room and addressed them immediately

The hotel itself is in a prime location for professional driver’s! Right off the interstate, truck parking and eateries within a 10 min drive Only concern I would have is with the doors to the room it’s a gap and a larger gap than I’m comfortable with It reminds me of my college dorm day’s and I could stick my hand underneath the door Other than that the staff and location of the hotel are amazing! Made me feel at home and I’ll definitely save this location when I travel out West

Leandri Dauth

Beautiful hotel and perfect location Unfortunately the staff is arrogant and unhelpful Laundry fascilities are not available as advertised

Due to the fact that we booked our accommodation via Bookingcom (three nights for crying out loud!), they straight out told me they cannot (or will not?) accommodate us regarding laundry Swimming pool as advertised is not working (empty) and the gym also not working, BUT we had to pay the full fee! False advertising at its best Will definitely stay somewhere else next time

Theresa Haley

Perfect for what we needed Standard hotel breakfast Their truck didn’t come, so the last two days we were there the choices were limited

The guest washer and dryer were broken, so that was disappointing Obviously the hotel is older as you can see the wear and tear, but it’s very clean and the staff were super friendly Location was perfect
