Bed Bugs!! Room 206 and 209 were infested My daughter and 4 of her 13 year old friends found dirty panties and an infestation 1 hour into our stay I have yet to receive my refund after we RAN FROM THIS PLACE

I am waiting on corporate and/or the owner for compensation for all of our issues and lost money We have a video for as long as we could stand to be there to take it

It’s a pretty clean establishment, for the most part I had a room on the 2nd floor and the elevator took nearly 6 min to arrive for transport! The man behind the front desk was

I guessfriendly, but if I were to remove my brains built in filter, lazy would be the word I’d use 😒 However the Hotel’s rooms do come with a mini fridge, a microwave, and an ironing board/iron Which in my eyes are all “on par” features And it does have an indoor swimming pool, in which, if I were to decide to go for a casual swim, I’m ~sure~ would’ve been an awesome experience! Uhh but I didn’tlol

FINALLY!! A COMFORTABLE BED!!The beds are so nice There is a pool A vending machine and a washer and dryer, at least on the first floor

Room has fridge, microwave, ironing to set up and hair dryerOkay so now for the service The night desk clerk could easily provoke agitation from a customer with his smart a** mouth I’m giving 4 stars because it’s not the motels fault that this guy ran his mouth I told him that the hallway window was open letting the heat out His response was “is it bothering you?”The siding on the outside of the building needs to be cared for, desperately And, I mean every but of it Other than that, the property seems really nice

Thank you for the response, but that won’t be necessary Your staff is extremely rude, your grounds weren’t very well kept, (I noticed weeds all in the flower beds) and you don’t have sufficient parking to support your business it sounds like You also don’t care about your community enough to allow some kids and their parents to take some photos for a once in a lifetime event

You dont want that to happen? post some private parking or private property signs visibly And in the future, given that it is a business and you’re all about the money, you could have said something nicely Kindness goes a long way “Hey! Thank you guys for wanting to take photos here, but we have events going on and really need the parking If you want to take some photos at a later date we would love to set up a time” Would have meant a lot more in person than, “You have 5 minutes to leave or we are calling the police”

Mother’s day brunch was at best a disaster I normally don’t bash on places but it was pretty pathetic We had reservations for 1200 along with another 100 or so participants

Stuffed into the wating room we were seated 20 mins late There was no organization for serving The buffet ran out of food multiple times with the staff standing around watching and seldomly refilling The line was extremely slow due to people waiting for food When the food was restocked it was cold or luke warm and mostly store bought At the prices paid I expect at minimum restaurant quality One star for the fried chicken, the rest was pretty poor On a side note the only free drinks were water and tea, when paying a premium price at least sodas should be included Seems almost like a scam

Curious, we went for drinks yesterday having last been there more than a decade ago The renovation is clearly a huge success Every square inch inside and out has been addressed using topnotch materials (e

g, copper gutters, nicely resurfaced parking area, refinished plaster walls beautifully painted) and the general effect is 5 star Our female bartender was attractive, friendly and professional and the bar area was classy and cosy We look forward to many lunches and dinners at this beautiful addition to the dining scene in Washington Kudos!

Stayed here for our 1 year wedding anniversary and loved it! Very low key and the owners are sweet Very nice breakfast and we enjoyed a comfortable stay I’m only giving 4 stars as we stayed in the hideaway room and the shower/bath was just too small

Aside from the fact we stayed two nights and they don’t make the beds and there wasn’t any room replenishments Otherwise, enjoyed our stay and would recommend Note: the town is growing but there is not much to write home about Augusta quite yet However it is a nice quiet place if you want to unwind and getaway

We stayed here on July 15 weekend 2022 We look at reviews and such a lot and this campground kind of gets a mixed bag Not sure about the old owners which are referred to in many post

This park had a lot of folks there, it was possibly over 90% occupied The sites are smaller than some places but not terrible at all It is quite notable there was no litter anywhere a d we walked our dogs all around the pond a d park They have a lot of trash cans throughout which is nice because folks will use them if they aren’t 1/4 mile away All of the folks we met were very friendly and it was a pleasant experience They allow older than 10 year campers which is fine by us, we are camping! Some folks have a lot of stuff outside their campers and perhaps some see it as unsightly but hey, we are camping!Didn’t feel anything negative at all, the reason for 4 stars instead of five ✨️ is that it needs to be spruced up a bit which will cost a bit of coin so hopefully once the season slows down a bit they can get some of those things doneCampers on site ranged from older 500000 coaches to some very expensive new 5rs and motor homes likely north of 500kIt’s not a place for snobs, but if you are the kind of person who likes camping and believes that everyone does it different so live and let live you should be fine here! All staff were super nice and they get the full 5 stars

This is a nice place to stay I just give 4 stars because you’re just getting your basic necessities which is fine It was super easy to check in

The room was clean My only suggestions would be to include a couple of bottled waters in the room Would also be nice if there was a mini fridge in there Hotel is on a good location downtown, within walking distance of everything

Great food and incredibly nice staff! We were on vacation with our 18 month old daughter, and the service was great! The staff while staff was extremely friendly keeping our daughter entertained and the food was perfect I grew up in the restaurant industry working for my family and I have nothing but the upmost respect for Old Dutch Tavern!

Justin Mccuistion

Good drinks and decent service but if you’re going to sell a $35 ribeye, it would be a great idea to teach your staff how to cook It tasted pre-cooked and reheated, definitely not cooked on a hot enough skillet I suggest a cast iron skillet!I also noticed not one person was wearing gloves and I saw the cooks touching my food with bare hands! I did not see anyone was their hands after going outside for what seemed like a cigarette break maybe?I’ll never eat here again

My family and I stayed at the Comfort Inn and Suites in Pacific Missouri When we got to our room it was nice Until we noticed the curtains, there were handprints and stains from people touching them

Such as Chocolate, grease, etc Moving on, when we used the toilet it would flush for a long time You would have to flush the toilet just right for it to not go on forever After we got ourselves settled we decided to go swimming The pool was nice, however, the hot tub wasn’t hot We would adjust the temperature but it didn’t change anything But, the jets did work nicely It was the temperature that ruined it One big thing that we didn’t appreciate was the staff We were woken up by someone trying to get into our room Because the staff gave our room to someone else, which led to the next thing We got a call from the hotel’s room phone at 11:30 pm We answered and the front desk person said we weren’t checked in “That they didn’t have the credit card information on file” So, we went down to the front desk and had to prove that we did buy the room We even had to sign a paper that we “supposedly didn’t sign when we checked in” The staff kept making excuses for something that was there All we got at the end was a “sorry” A sorry that didn’t seem genuine The next morning we were going to get breakfast Which I will say was lovely They had coffee, apple and orange juice, cereal, waffles, bagels, etc A nice variety We then went to the front desk one last time because our room key cards were deactivated Once we got that fixed we asked about the checking-in situation, they said they had the credit card information on file and that we did sign a form The front desk person who called us was so panicked that they had to call us so late at night, which affected our sleep The overall point of this review, is next time when we choose a hotel, we stay somewhere else If you need a hotel desperately, stay here But if you want a hotel to enjoy, I would recommend staying somewhere else

Staff was very friendly Room was clean and the beds were comfortable I made a mistake and left my sons blanket in the bed when we left and Tonya at the front desk was absolutely amazing

She had found the blanket and I made arrangements to have it shipped back to us It arrived yesterday and my son is now complete She went above and beyond and it’s so appreciated Thank you so much!

Weird moldy smell throughout the hotel, staff checking in was nice however we had to call to the desk to see when checkout time was and what time breakfast is Hotel isn’t very clean, I have black straight hair

there was long blonde curly hair in our bedlots of it Breakfast time rolls aroundand they guy is literally following me around He got mad that I picked up the cups that I guess are just for coffee and wanted me to put them back even though I had already touch the lip of the cups, I like using the coffee cups for juice because they are bigger and then I don’t have to get back up to refill, but he wasn’t going to let me Didn’t matter the juice was empty I went over to make a waffle since everything else was empty When I went to fill the cup of waffle mix up, he got mad and said I wasn’t filling it all the way It was maybe a half inch from the top, finally I turned around and just told him I can do it on my own, thank you I just was tired of having someone nag at me for everything I was doing when I’m an almost 40 year old women that manages many properties My fiance then tried to tell him the food was empty at which point he refuses to talk to anyone My fiance went to the front desk to complain but couldn’t find anyone Finally we just went back to our room I have stayed almost exclusively at comfort inns because I think they are affordable and I know what to expect This one does not meet expectations what so ever Also most hotels offer a later breakfast on the weekends, this one is 6-9 every morning Luckily we called down to find out because the check in person doesn’t tell you and there was several people at 9 mad that they missed breakfast as we were leaving the hotel Honestly didn’t matter if they had made it there before 9 because there wasn’t food at 8
