Beautiful hotel, gorgeous atmosphere Lush green plantings, updated decor They take full advantage of the outdoor spaces with appealing lighting and plentiful seating

The pool and hot tub areas were gated and centrally located The room was a bit smaller than expected but very clean and comfortable The bathroom utilized a space saving pocket door which was unique No microwave but a small fride and all other amenities including a small safe I loved the private balcony The staff were all very friendly and helpful, everyone I came across greeted me with a kind word or smile The only complaint I have is that the bed was a bit firmer than I prefer, but I still had a great night sleep and the bedding was top class

Kate Hurley

This is an exceptionally pleasant hotel Quiet, pleasant rooms with a nice green courtyard Very nice staff

I was there twice during COVID and everyone was very respectful of health guidelines As a petite woman who often finds hotel pillows to tall and puffy, I appreciate that they have softer pillows A small thing but much appreciated

When I worked in the area I would stay there instead of driving one hr to get home I worked until 4am, so it was a convenience to stay 5 mins from my work Check-in was quick, staff was great and the rooms were awesome for the low rate I paid! The toiletries they provided were top notch, rooms were luxurious and I liked there was no ridiculous deposit! But being a single women I felt extremely safe and comfortable here

Best hotel in the area for sure I highly recommend it!

I showed up to check in And asked for payment This was something work was paying for

I arrived them that it should have been payed for when booked and was told that can’t happen I was confused I told him that we(our business) called ahead and asked if it could be posted for without the card present We were told either book online or submit a form for approval We booked in online Was rudely informed that it can only be done by a form When I questioned what I was told when called ahead I was told that no one ever said that to me Some lady sure did He could have been nice but he was fairly rude I turn on my ac as cold as possible at 4pm My job was an all nighter I come in at 5 and my room was hotter then outside To uncomfortable to sleep I go to the front desk to inform them and his response was oh yeah people complain about that allot The rooms on the end don’t have ac that works So I then switched rooms before bed Mind you the new room in the center of the hallway wasn’t much better Sadly I didn’t have the time to switch hotels I came into the hallway the day after I woke up it smells like a locker room The hallways were so hot they put fans in the hallway Continental breakfast Well some items they had restrictions on what you can touch(probably COVID) which was ok But they let you everyone touch half the stuff but not the others Now they have a tables dividing the room with an employee to serve you with a LARGE jar between you requesting tips Feels like they are adding COVID restrictions asking you to pay tips to cover new restrictions Feels like they are trying to keep partial restrictions to get you to give them tips

Beautiful hotel, rooms and facilities Whirlpool could have been a little warmer and the jets a little more powerful, but was still niceThe staff was wonderful, both at the hotel and the restaurant

Top-notch customer service is obviously what you teach you employees and it showsSpecial shout out to the young man (i didn’t catch his name), who came out to the whirlpool and skimmed it with the net at my request on Wednesday evening (2-16-22) For one so young, he was extremely professional, efficient and courteous GREAT JOB!I travel for work and when i am in the Pomona area again, will definitely be back and will recommend to my co-workers

Roberto Velez

Great clean hotel The only issue I got is that they just recently started to charge for parking I stay here very frequently and they used to have a security guard that verify that you where a guest and let you park, now you have to park and pay 12 dollars per night for you’re stay

I usually stay 12 days a time minimum and it adds up quickly The staff is friendly and always willing to help I’m giving 4 starts due to the new parking payment

I stay in the hotels almost every week around USA and this one so far has the nicest stuff ever Everybody smile and help with any requests that I asked them for Hotel is nice and cozy

The only cons was that swimming pool and hot tub was under maintenance, so maybe call when You book for May 2022 to make sure it’s working if You care about it Despite of this I loved the Hotel Great breakfast from the menu Fast elevator 100% recommendation! One more thing: The water in the shower is like super high pressure, some people might like it some not Definitely the best hotel in the area and really safe

Lukas Schwehr

Was in town for a business trip There were the facilities to keep me with my routine (gym, early breakfast and COFFEE!) the room was very comfortable, with a fridge and microwave to support my extended stay Pool and hot tub are a plus

Beautiful part of town close to anything you could need (gas station, grocery store, restaurants, etc) Some days I skipped grabbing a rideshare service and walked to where I wanted to go Got a good night’s rest every night, place was nice and quiet Staff were very friendly

Hunter Mccown

It started out rocky because the lady at the front desk couldn’t find our reservation Once she finally did find it the room wasn’t even ready We stayed 3 days

The second day I called and requested a room refresh and new towels This did not happen On the 3rd day we had NO HOT WATER to take a shower with The overall stay was not satisfactory On top of all of that I called a manager to discuss the issues Her response consisted of making excuses and only refunding me for 1 of 3 days Basically I feel that I had to pay overprice fees for sub par service and will not recommend this hotel for myself, family, friends or anyone else to stay there

By far the cleanest hotel in the area I stayed at all the new hotels in the area that have opened in the past few years and this is the only hotel that is consistently clean! Everytime I stay at a hotel, I clean right when I get in especially during covid time That’s how I can tell this place is clean

That’s most important to me vs the amenities because I stay in the room most of the time when I’m at the hotel The gym is nice as well The pool is small, but we don’t go there for that Breakfast is pre packaged breakfast sandwiches, cereal, oatmeal etc The workers, from front desk to house keeping are always pleasant here The rooms are spacious if you get the suite rooms I like that there are 2 tvs in case someone wants to watch something else The area is safe as it’s right next to CHP and it’s close to Ontario Mills and all the other shopping This is my go to hotel and will continue going back here

Jay Cox

Door to back parking is still broken from last stay Been broken for 5 weeks that I know of Front parking jammed since door broken in back

Breakfast is frozen plastic wrapped food and put in heated storage containers Coffee pots have been empty at timed and full of grounds in my cup when I get some Only one coffee in room and one coffee condiments in room Had to go down for a cup of grounds for a 2nd cup

Brook Scheisse

My room was left unlocked and the door was ajar when I got back from workThe front desk didn’t believe me, and did nothingRoom service left dirty coffee filters in my coffee maker

They only clean every other day and only put one caffinated coffee in the room When I asked the front desk at check in they said there were 2

So, this hotel has the potential to be fabulous, so I will start out with the best, and then the worst: The rooms are large, love the layout, separate seating area and the jetted tub I spent the entire day in the airport due to a missed connection, so all I wanted to do was just into the jetted tub, followed by a good nights’ sleepUpon entering the hallway to my room, I noticed a smell, somewhat like an old building or old carpet

When I entered my room which was almost at midnight, I checked the entire room and found that the jetted tub had a very large area where the paint was peeling, I mean literally missing from the tub surface (appeared to be where it was resurfaced, without being prepped so the resurfacing did not stick) Also, there was no phone to call the front desk, so I had to walk back up to the desk The desk gave me another room to look at, the tub was better so I moved to a different roomThe tub in the next room was better; the lamp next to the bed was plugged in, but didn’t work due to a blown bulb; there was an ironing board but no iron in the closet; the toilet seat was so loose that I have not checked it before sitting down, I very easily could have fallen off because it literally slid all the way to side All it took was for the screws underneath to be tightened and for let’s say a more elderly person, this could have been very dangerous, I just tightened it myself I think the most disturbing was a very large stain on the comforter that I didn’t notice until morning because I was exhausted from the long travel, so that had to be changed as wellI will say that in each instance when I brought these things to the attention of the hotel staff, they were rectified immediately so the staff is responsive It just felt like when someone invites you maybe to a holiday dinner, you show up and when they open the door, the look on their face was as if they forgot the invited you? You are still welcomed in, but it is clear that they were not expecting you, and that is not the feeling I would like to get when I check into a hotel, especially when the room is guaranteed for arrival I even contacted the hotel via email when I missed my connecting flight to inform them that it would be closed to midnight when I arriveAgain, it just appeared that the room that I was put into was not quite ready for a guest

Trae Fauntleroy

We enjoyed our stay here although it was just for one day I will have to come again to give a true rating but we were pretty much pleased with the services Didn’t get a chance to take advantage of the hot breakfast so I can’t give any feedback on that

I would recommend to stay for a hotel especially if it’s just one day and you want to be close to the airport

Heather Averett

My “non-smoking” room stunk of cigarettes! When I complained to the front desk they told me they could spray something to get rid of the smell, they never did Stains on the carpet in the rooms and in the halls! My garbage can was full when I checked in! Black mold on the caulking in the shower The toilet would work once and then I had to ask for the staff to come and plunge it! It took 30 minutes for them to come and do it if they came at all

It was this way the entire time I was there! Finally at 10:30 the night before I checked out they got me a new room It had a hole in the wall someone had shoved toilet paper in to hide Worst stay EVER! The one and ONLY good thing about this hotel is the convince of it being steps away from the convention center!

Maria made check in quick and easy, she’s awesome! The housekeepers had our room looking and smelling great Pretty good breakfast if I do say so myself There was a waffle maker, sausage & eggs, cereal, and oatmeal in addition to danishes, bagels, toast, and fruit and yogurt

Everything was good and the right temperature The pool area was clean and relaxing I’d definitely stay here next time I’m in the area

Madison Daugherty

This was the worst hotel experience I’ve had in recent memory For starters, my husband and I travel a lot, and we are military veterans I only add this to illustrate that we are usually very easy going and easy to please

(Anything is usually better than sleeping outside)We booked this hotel because the room was advertised as a 6-person room (2 queen beds and 1 sofa bed) and we had a family trip the following morning that required us to be at Ontario Airport at about 4am This seemed like the best option to get everyone to the right place at the right timeThe room was below average (it was really warm and we struggled to get it to cool off) and reasonably clean However, when we pulled out the sofa bed, it was a bare mattress and there were no extra sheets, blankets, or pillows I’m the room for us to useWhen I called and visited the front desk for additional supplies the manager at the front desk was beyond rude and inconsiderate He told me he couldn’t give me pillows or another blanket or sheet because he needed to “wait and see if other guests needed them” It was 11:30pm at night… When I pressed for more items he rudely suggested giving me DIRTY pillows and sheetsI will never stay at another Comfort Suites or affiliated hotel ever again Terrible experience

Tyra Smith

If I could give Negative 0, I would! This hotel is infested with ROACHES! Yes, they are aware! The Manager Kim is very nasty and rude and very aware that there’s an infestation My husband and I ended up leaving the hotel in the middle of the night There were roaches everywhere! Yes, I’m calling the health department! This is disgusting and they should be shut down

I also took plenty of pictures!

The rooms are alright for the price, but you do NEED to keep track of the price you booked the room for The main guy at the Front Desk ALWAYS tries to charge more money then what I reserved my room for, OR what was advertised online I can only imagine how much money he’s come up on, off guests that don’t really pay attention to that

I’ve book rooms that are suppose to have a refrigerator and a microwave, that had no microwave in it, and got no kind of reimbursement I requested maid service, they did not come to my room all day Never cleaned my room or brought clean towels or toilet paperIt’s not a bad place to stay, just keep an eye on what charges are being charged You’ll end up paying more than you NEEDED

Real Recovery Guy

It fell short of most all of my expectations as a traveler The lobby was closed when I went to check in, they asked for a $20 cash deposit along with my credit card, they did not want to except an American Express even though that was what the reservation was made under and they asked for a visa, I had to go back downstairs for an iron, there wasn’t a coffee maker in the room and there wasn’t any coffee in the lobby, parking was terrible and inconvenient

James Bakker

Worst motel I’ve stayed at first off was robed of my 2 bedroom room for 1 room and didn’t get no partial refund, second the room smelled terrible and made my clothes smell also, staff didn’t offer any options to help us out no microwave , honestly couldn’t expect much more from a ghetto motel I would suggest spending and looking for a nice HOTEL the only reason we had to come to this dump was because our AIRBNB canceled

This was the worst hotel experience I had in a long time The sheets on the bed were shabby and had stains The floor in the hallway was not vacuum the entire time I was at the hotel (four days) Outside of the elevator the carpet was filthy

You had no maid service so you had to empty your own trash or sit it outside your door in hopes that housekeeping would pick it up The shower and sink was not cleaned very well Good thing I carried bleach on my tripThey were eight floors to the hotel however the ice machine was available only on floors eight and three All the other ice machines were broken and appear they have been broken for some time When my daughter and son-in-law checked in their room, the room had not been cleaned properly There was urine on the toilet and blood stains on the floor They had to be moved to another room I had better service at the Hampton in Lake Forests This hotel did not meet the embassy standards for quality I will never stay at this hotel again They should have discounted the price with the lack of services I was there with a big group for a wedding and every room had issues

Cynthia Jimenez

The location was great Right off the freeway exit Not around a lot of small restaurants or attractions though

Just a big attraction the Toyota Theatre So if your seeing a concert this would be a great place to get a room to enjoy to concert It does have its own restaurant and bar, so I can see why it isn’t next to any small restaurants It is right across the street from a Costco though I did not get a chance to see the rooms as I only came here for an event The event rooms were beautiful though and almost every event room was booked So that does show me that they are reliable in serving more than just the guest of the rooms Parking not so great though I did have to park across the street at Costco So if there is an ample amount of rooms full and a majority of event rooms booked, there will be a parking issue

jamar adams

first thing I noticed was the smell, very pleasant in the lobby only matched by the room! for breakfast I had a made to order omelet with potatos and sausage link, yogurt and cranberry juice the dinning room is large so there are plenty of space between groups or individuals I only have a limited interaction with the staff but all where polite

added note the black out curtains work very well and the rooms and A/C are quite!

Great location Full kitchen Friendly staff

We had to move the table next to the bed because it made it a tight squeeze getting to the hall to the bathroom We were disappointed to find out the hot tub has not worked for the past year Marriott, please don’t advertise a hotel as having a hit tub when it’s been broken for a year We drove 7 hours yesterday and walked over 5 miles today We got into our swimsuits and walked to the hot tub to find it covered and asked staff about it

Laurie D

As long as you don’t want your room cleaned, you’ll be fine I requested on two separate occassions to have maid service Was told by the front desk I was put on the schedule

Did it ever happen? No no one even came to take out the trash or remove towels I had to put trash outside the room, and I’ve had a growing pile of towels for the last few days now That’s kind of ridiculous when hotels have a whole department dedicated to cleaning Sad part is the parking lot wasn’t even that full so it’s not like they were swamped I will not be staying at this location again due to this issue Not having trash taken out or towels removed is bare minimum service I requested it twice and it wasn’t important enough to honor

Brandon Youngman

I recently stayed here for 12 days for work My company paid for the room prior to my arrival and the front desk said they just needed to put my card on file for incidentals and would not be charged However when I left I noticed multiple charges totally up to $2,000 on my credit card

I called multiple times and they kept saying they were going to send the change of payment authorization to me and to the company on multiple occasions and have never received a single email*update, finally after several weeks I was able to get a hold of a knowledgeable manager that was willing to resolve the issue and I got refunded Still will not be staying here again

I was discriminated while being robbed of my payment this hotel refused my check in and did refund money I have currently made contact to hotel they are not resolving this issue still , I called the Ontario police department they did not do anything about this as they promote this conduct from individuals and claim they have no jurisdiction it’s a civil issue while I have had business call police on me and they responded immediately to the business uncivilized request I am requesting remedy and resolution from waste losses of money paying higher costs at other places just because racism still exists and the Ontario police refuse to take action regarding them robbing me of money without rendering services

Went down to the Ontario area for an event and needed to book a hotel for two nights The reviews for this hotel were promising, and I’m happy to say that they delivered! The staff were very kind and helpful, with the lady at the desk checking me in speedily, and especially the first night when I came back from my event past 3am, the man watching the parking lot helped me find a space to put my car Though I didn’t need any, housekeeping was active and early both mornings I was here

My room was a non-smoking king-size bedroom, and was quiet just as I’d requested No noise from neighboring rooms or the nearby freeway, at least none that I noticed I had a microwave and fridge, and the tile shower had plenty of towels, shampoo, and bodywash Felt very safe on this first-time solo trip, which I deeply appreciate!

Stephen Prax

First off I don’t know how anyone has provided a review above 2-stars I believe many of these reviews are fabricated We chose to stay in this hotel because of the relatively good reviews

First off the lobby is not open and hasn’t been since COVID No amenities Second the location by the freeway is convenient however the people loitering in the area made us rather uncomfortable The next door locations and in the parking lot itself The walls are paper thin, could hear people talking outside in the parking lot all night Several guests were slamming their doors which resonated through out the rooms The rooms were clean, but definitely had some abuse Patched cracked walls/doors/sink the list could go on This is a huge disappointment when expecting a highly reviewed 4-star hotel Please use caution booking here You will regret staying

Wasn’t the ideal area for walking around Right next to Denny’s was a plus hot tub swimming pool outdoor area was amazing breakfast staff was very friendly Very clean

All the staff including maintenance was very kind Make sure you keep your door all the way closed because a friend of mine got his backpack and phone stolen off of his couch during his stay There were ‘creepers’ wandering around the parking lot in the evening a few times

Great Customer Service! Great Staff! And a nice place to stay I reached out to this Hotel Following a terrible experience I had at a different Hotel and Jeff at the front desk was so helpful and Kind I truly appreciate the time he took to answer my questions as best he could before I even booked my stay

Jeff was also there when I finally checked in and was very kind, helpful and knowledgeable The morning front desk staff was so friendly and kind The Gentleman tending the Breakfast area was very nice and worked diligently to keep the area clean and food stocked Very pleasant experience I’ll definitely recommend and stay here again

Front desk was friendly Overall good experience I asked twice for housekeeping to just pass the vacuum and clean our bathroom and all she did was clean it with our Kleenex box! Didn’t even pass the vacuum! I don’t understand why they offer the service if they aren’t going to do it right! Really disappointed I’ve stayed at others Marriotts in L

A and this is by far the worst when it comes to cleaning The breakfast gentleman was very polite and he deserves 5 stars he helped us get what we needed every morning The area was also very clean thanks to him!

Melinda Roldan

Housekeeping is supposed to clean every 4 days, I’ve asked twice, still not done, it’s now been 7 days Bathroom in the lobby did not have soap for 3 days even after requesting it and no toilet paper Housekeeping took my door dash order, probably though it was trash, and hotel did nothing to resolve

Hallways are dirty The Staff is nice though, and the rooms are average I typically love Marriotts, I travel a lot for work and stay at different ones, often I don’t know if they are short staffed or need better training? I’m not impressed with this place, highly disappointed

I am mobility challenged and had an accessible room which met my needs for 3 weeks The room was clean and the mattress was comfortable The amenities were as advertised

It is definitely one of the nicer places in this price rangeHousekeeping checked daily to see if I needed anything Front desk staff went above and beyond when I needed help with lifting and carrying after a knee injuryThe free breakfast had simple warm and cold choices which could be eaten there or taken out until 10 am A restaurant is next doorI would not hesitate to recommend this hotel for mid-range accommodations

El Gallo

I Only spent one night at this Spot, but it was Nice and comfortable Quite and relaxing, very clean in my room and no problems at all with any of the other guests I walked to one of the nearest Gas stations and had no worries about the area

And it was somewhat a busy area at 10 pm Plenty of things to do very close by The Staff was a bit Slow, but it’s understandable with so many businesses dealing with low staffing issues All in all, I would and have Plenty of times, Stay hear or any other Best Western Again Of course I know Not All Places may be as this One was

Stayed here with my son for a weekend He’s really big on staying at nice hotels and giving me his feedback on what he liked and doesn’t like at every place we’ve checked in to He gave this place an 8 out of 10

The room was nice but not sure how often they clean the carpet I had to wipe my feet off with a washcloth from time to time as they would get dirty walking barefoot in the room Bed was comfortable and the air conditioner worked wonderfully There were some areas throughout the hotel that needed some TLC but overall the place was nice All staff members I came in contact with were awesome, super nice and very accommodating which to me is very important

Jason L

This place has really gone downhill the last couple years Stains on the floor and the curtains The outside of the hotel isn’t kept up at all

Weeds growing out of the pavement and debris everywhere Towels and linens are old and wornOur room keys were deactivated early so we got locked out of our room and had to make a trip to the front deskHousekeeping had to be requested at the front desk We requested after our first and second nights but they never came Had to ask for towels every night because of this as the pile of dirty towels in our bathroom grew and grew because of no housekeepingOn the bright side the bed was OK and it is a quiet location with the window closed

Ruben Hilario

I love this place especially on the 9amd tenth floors they have the jumbo rooms with the double doors super fancy There staff is not the greatest and somehow thex always manage to screw with the deposit The hotel itself is a diamond in the rough

Priced very fairly They have a bar and restaurant as well with decent food A bit over priced Beds are nice and soft pillows are great overall its a 8 of 10 Great pool and hot tub
