Hotel was priced well for the experience The staff was extremely friendly, even the bar tender who was servicing the whole restaurant with a smile on her face (they gave you the impression that they enjoyed their job and wanted to be there) The hotel was clean and unique in appearance (felt like we were tucked away in the mountains)

Nice ambiance Room was modern with a comfortable bed and nice view Plenty of other restaurants in walking distance as well Irish pub and a high end steak house across the street

I recently got a sweet at the hotel The receptionist was very helpful and nice He booked us in and when we got to our room we noticed that the AC was not working

After dropping off our bags we went back down and talked with him and he told us that maintenance was going to look at it “There shouldn’t be a problem with it despite the AC being out in the entrance way and the hallways were a little hot” I thought we would of gotten another suite but didn’t We got a lift to our concert and when we got back after midnight the room was cool but we could not take a shower! The hot water was stuck on so that you could not lower the temperature to prevent you from burning yourself We let the front desk know but couldn’t get a maintenance person to look at it We left the hotel without getting cleaned upAlso the room was dated, wall paper was falling off, and ants in the roomTo sum it up, we spent a lot of money for a bed and couldn’t use the shower Not giving it a one only because the front staff and the bar tender were very friendly

Tara Patterson

I came for a business trip Loved the mural on the wall, the bed was comfy & the room was spacious The hallways are colder than any hotel I have ever been to & I am not of cold nature

Other than that, I loved ot here! The staff was attentive to our needs & provided excellent customer service The food at the restaurant located inside the hotel was good too

The rooms need to be cleaned everyday There were bugs in my room, and the plumbing did not work in one of the rooms I reserved They told my guest that there was nothing they could do

It was entirely unacceptable The service was excellent The staff was very kind, accommodating and friendly Mr Rodney, Ms Tina, the front desk staff, and the maintenance person They were all great!

Jacquelynn Camden

I had a king suite The hotel was very clean and pretty to look at Beds weren’t super comfortable but it was better than our previous one

Showers were awesome Great pressure and had a ledge I could sit on and not have to stand the entire time, which I appreciated High quality soaps and comfy towels Overall, a good stay and I would book again

Carolyn Hunter

Would not stay again The hotel is a mess For the price you pay for this hotel it should be in allot better condition

1) water damage all over the building, stained ceilings, wall paper pealing off with obvious water damage and weird electrical issues 2) self check in and using your cell phone as a key didn’t work 3) out bathroom lights didn’t work and by the time we could address it with the hotel staff the Maintenance people have left for the day 4) the staff is Mediocre at best somewhere very helpful but somewhere very weird and did out of the ordinary unprofessional things For example after we got settled in our room and changing getting ready to go to the battery he knocked on our door and let himself in and was confused on why we were in our room that either our room was off-limits or the one next-door but never came back and gave us an update The next morning housekeeping did the same thing about 9:30 AM but it wasn’t time for us to check out so we were a little confused about that 5) I try to book a room with a breakfast package and I saw that on the app when I booked the room but when I got there they said that wasn’t a feature It was OK for just one night but I would not recommend someone stay there There are better hotels in the area for the same price

This hotel is amazing I needed a place to stay near Atlanta for a night and searched around for a while Found this place and it exceeded all expectations

The night check-in staff was very nice and the room was very clean If I had to complain about something (and this is me searching for something to complain about) is that the AC unit in our room had no working controls I like to have a constant low fan to fall asleep, but I couldn’t set that on the unit But again, not a big deal The best part overall was how nice Ms Annie (?) was in breakfast She was delightful to talk to and was super nice to everyone Overall super happy I decided to choose this hotel

Danielle Bailey

Mitch, the front desk clerk, made my experience here terrible I asked if there was King beds available before booking online via third party He replied “yes”, but he left out it was a handicap room

He didn’t tell me until I went to check out the room, and came back to let him know I didn’t book a handicap room online He said that was all they had available I told him he should have told me that before I booked and let me decide if I want the room or not Then, he gave me the run around about me calling the third party and then fixing it and calling him I did all of that, and still nothing got accomplished I told him I was on the phone with the rep from the third party and I let him know they said they were calling him now… to give him the heads up He did something to the phone, so I don’t know if he took it off the hook or what, but they never got through to himI ended up having to take the room, because nothing was accomplished I was super tired and spent a lot of money for a room I didn’t ask for to only sleep in the room for a few hrsI will never stay here again! Thanks to Mitch! A clerk who had no care in the world, and wasn’t helpful one bit!

Amber Wise

Hotel inside was fine, breakfast was good and rooms clean The outside parking area left a lot to be desired…parking spaces are way too small and compact No cameras in the back lot, my new car was side swiped during the night or early morning

No one could help and I realize the signs say not responsible for theft or damages but this hotel does nothing to help either The spaces are too small and no cameras It’s unfortunate, hotel staff could’ve care less as well

This was my first time experiencing a Country Inn & Suites and I do not believe I will be booking with the chain again When we checked into our room there were some cleanliness concerns We went to go use the toilet and there was a dead bug floating in the toilet

There was hair in the floor and the toilet bowl did not look like it had been cleaned on the outside before we got thereAside from the bathroom, there was hair on the bed cover, the phone in the room had a sticky substance on it and did not appear to have been wiped down We even saw a small roach like bug crawl across our night stand Several of the outlets in the room did not want to charge our phonesOverall, I did not feel that the room had been cleaned thoroughly before our arrival and therefore I had trouble sleeping When I woke up the next morning and our invoice was slid under the door and folded over I opened the invoice to only fond a strand of hair had gotten folded into the invoice also It made me feel uncomfortable not knowing who’s hair it wasI felt very dissappointed for the quality of service we received during our stay and felt that it could have been better for how much it cost When I went to the front desk the woman at the desk was very professional and refunded us a small amount for the dirty bathroom and said she would look into who was scheduled for housekeeping for the room we had stayed in The refund was appreciated but it didn’t feel like it validated the concerns we had had with the room

Alma Nac

Good hotel in a nice location The staff are nice and welcoming The only reason I took off stars was due to the cleanliness of the room

On first appearance the room was clean but as we started to unpack we noticed a piece of can wedged at the bottom of headboard and the AC unit was filthy and had dirt and grime in the vent where the air comes out This made me do a closer inspection of the room Everything else looked fine until I looked until the bed where there was trash from previous guests We actually saw someone clean some rooms while we were checking in It seems like either housekeeping is short staffed or not every through when cleaning

Wesley Owens

Worst experience! Checked in and thought everything was great Around 9:45pm on 7/29, my husband and I are about to get in the shower and someone is trying to come into our room Received a call from the desk around 9:50pm verifying our room number because they had a system glitch

On 7/30, our room keys didn’t work and had to get that fixed 7/31 I go to check out to make sure there are no issues and was told to just drop my keys in the box I get a call when I’m 3 hours away wanting my credit card number and saying I never paid I entered my card into the chip reader at checkin and my card was charged I even received a receipt under my door saying the balance is zero The GM call me 8/1, saying she is reporting me to the police for not paying even though I paid She kept saying it was declined and I was never truly checked into the room I told her I do not have the means to pay twice and I have to wait until the amount is refunded I’m pregnant and I do not have the extra money This was just a quick trip to Atlanta before our baby arrives The GM was rude about the situation I understand that she has a job to do, but she should have some compassion especially since this is there system’s fault I’m will to pay even though my security was put at risk and I was worried someone else would walk into our room when we were gone I just can’t pay until it is reversed since I don’t have an extra $230 I don’t think I will ever stay with this hotel chain again It was horrible experience for something that I’m not at fault for Please select better people for Manager positions This situation was poorly handled and we have been harassed and threatened will legal charges ever since! Absolutely terrible No hotel should make you feel unsafe or treat you like this

Tru by Hilton is close to Truist Park – that is a plus Though for the price per night (even if it was New Years) I would have expected more The staff is great! They alone get 5 stars

And with a staff shortage we understand things are not perfect The shower had weak water pressure, probably that room in particular Also – though there was a refrigerator there was no Microwave For $215 for the night at least we should have that The rooms are small yet cozy And the beds are good The rooms are extremely clean when you check in The staff were all wearing masks, however guests would not wear masks when downstairs, even though there are signs everywhere stating that everyone should wear masks in the public areas We will stay there again due to location and cleanliness of rooms, just please find a way to put in microwaves in the rooms and make sure the water pressure in the showers of all the rooms is good Thanks

Sy Sandhu

Awesome hotel! We stayed here only for a night as it was 1/2 way for a road trip and wasn’t sure what to expect The parking lot is fully well lit to ensure security of the car, the amenities are everything you could need, we were all extremely satisfied There no microwave in the room but there’s one in the lobby and that’s perfectly fine

The microwave was slightly dirty and the guy behind the desk thoroughly cleaned it for us which he didn’t have to Exceptional service from everyone we interacted with here I stupidly left my toothbrush at home and it was so late but they provided me one until I could by one in the morning at the target nearby which was so nice of them The breakfast was alright but for being free you can’t complain The beds were extremely comfy, the bathroom was nice and modern The gym was nice The lobby had a pool table, tea, hot chocolate anything you could need Very impressed for the price of this hotel will be back Also it’s right off of 75 so it’s easy to find

Nathan Bonilla

Our experience was wonderful! I was extremely surprised the family atmosphere in this hotel Once you walk in your are greeted with a big smile They have a great activity center, with a pool table and games etc

The hotel is extremely clean They have an indoor pool for safety The rooms can also be opened digitally with your Hilton app Overall our experience was great and I would recommend this place to anyone

Everything about our experience was excellent The decor was impeccable The atmosphere was elegant, yet cozy

The rooms were beautiful and the beds were very comfortable! The hotel manager could not have been more kind, hospitable and helpful To top it all off, the restaurant Fia in the bottom of the hotel was amazing and every single thing we ordered was beyond delicious This was our first time staying, but it will definitely not be our last! We cannot wait to come back!

Lin Da

Came in yesterday night from hearing all positive reviews about the outstanding service delivered by the French man I was exceptionally pleased by the service and overall presentation of the hotel Most of all, I got the most warming welcome from the front desk agent Godavious! He spoke about it being his second day but I couldn’t tell because he knew all nearby attractions, details about the overall hotel and an amazing sense of style! I’ll definitely be returning with my family this weekend!

Excellent location for a trip to a Braves game

a little over a mile and an easy walk The pool area is top-notch, and the lobby has ample comfy couches and chairs The coffee bar in the lobby is also nice, with a variety of options for food and drinks The service was very good too Our only issues were the sightings of multiple cockroaches inside the hotel, including one in our room, and the handicap access room we were given at checkin We didn’t know it was a wheelchair accessible room until we got in there, and it wasn’t an issue except for the shower It would’ve been nice to know we were getting this type of room, and an explanation whyand a discussion of other options for us That being said, we’d likely stay there again for another Braves game

Tatiana Hanchett

Loved the place from check in to check out! Service was A1 and so was the facility The price was great and it had a balcony which we liked Only things i didn’t like was we booked a king with sofa bed and was given a double room and beds were small and there was no microwave in our room, but we lived lol

Would definitely stay there again and again!

Kim Henry

This was on of the worst hotels we have ever stayed in We were there for my sons baseball tournament for over a week and never once did they clean our room or bring us clean sheets even after requesting serveral times a day I had to go to the front desk to finally get clean towels myself

The ceiling had moisture in the corner and there were clearly brown water spots all over our room The ice machine never worked so we kept having to bug the sweet lady at the front desk The Bistro Cafe and bar that they advertise was never open and we were sadly told to go to the hotel next door for food and drinks if we wanted that option If I could give a negative star rating I would The only thing positive I can honestly say about this hotel was the ladies at the front desk were very friendly despite all the complaints they kept receiving from all the guests about the broken ice machine and for not getting their rooms clean or clean towels either It wasn’t just us I never ever complain but this one deserves to be out there to warn people not to waste their money staying here when there are far better and much nicer options in the area for close to the same price Our other families stayed at a Fairfield Inn and said their place was so much nicer than our hotel It’s so disappointing that we got stuck staying here and couldn’t change hotels because of the huge tournament that week Trust me we tried to find another place to stay They don’t hesitate charging full rate for no services or amenities whatsoever

We spent 4 nights at this location recently The room was very comfortable The queen beds didn’t seem like a standard queen, but a little smaller

They were still quite comfortable The location was close to everything We could be to shopping and restaurants within minutes The staff was very accommodating We had an issues where our keys were lost and the staff quickly deactivated them and issued new ones The food options on site were a bit pricey It would’ve been nice to have a complimentary breakfast considering the nightly rate I wish there had been more affordable options Other than that, it was a pleasant stay

Trent Hardville

This hotel is just a solid place to stay I’m giving it five stars because I went to the Battery Park area and spent a ton of money on mediocre drinks and food throughout the week This hotel has a refrigerator by the front desk that they have stocked with the best food I’ve had

No joke I had a Cobb salad that could feed two people and it was delicious!!! They had a chocolate cheesecake that was better than any dessert that I tried in this area Normally I would not eat food out of a refrigerator hotel’s front desk The food is surprisingly great! Everyone is super nice I would definitely stay here again

Cristina M

From the moment you step into the hotel you can tell it’s well taken care of, clean and everyone is welcoming Everyone is super friendly My room was extremely clean

I was here attending a conference and we used all the meeting spaces but the best part was the catering! The food was so amazing and displayed beautifully As a foodie I took lots of food pictures!

Nice hotel, Mali and Kim took care of all my requests, they were really responsive and kind The hotel room was fine, similar to other Hilton rooms, however I called for laundry service once and they didn’t have one I would expect from a Hilton hotel to offer laundry service, specially if I’m attending meetings all week

That’s something the hotel needs to improve Breakfast was poor from my perspective

Felecia Williamson

My husband and I stayed here over the weekend; our experience was wonderful!! We arrived at 2:00 in the morning We were exhausted from our drive and so hungry We were met by Jade and Venness at the front desk and they saved our night! They were so accommodating and made all attempts to get us into our room quickly so we could get some rest

They both were so kind and helpful and presented such sweet spirits which made our difficult night so much better! The next morning we woke up and went to the front desk with questions about the area and Cody and Mali went above and beyond to give us information about the local area and gave input on where to find good food They were so fun to talk with and made our stay so enjoyable with their helpful, outgoing personalities All I can say is that this hotel has some amazing staff members!! These ladies go beyond the call of duty to ensure guests feel welcome and comfortable Thank you, Jade, Venness, Cody, and Mali for making our trip amazing!! We will be returning due to how awesome you made our trip!!

Juliana Tosello

The staff day and night staff took care of us very well and the hotel room was spotless!! Juana made specific omelettes every morning for us – plus the morning breakfast was fulfilling ! This was a pretty nice hotel I loved the downstairs seating & overlook The Bistro has a small menu, but the people who work there really make it! We became friends with a woman who worked there

I wish I had gotten her name cause she was so pleasant & despite working 8 days striaght, still managed to do it with a smile ob her face & wonderful customer service! The rooms were nice & spacious I loved the large chair provides My only complaints were the shower not having a door & the mattress cover Clearly if you want to fully protect against bed bugs, then the mattress cover must be zipped Other than that, my stay was great Would def recommend if staying in Atalanta as it offers a wonderful view of the city skyline

Maxie Tharpe

First off, the staff dressed in regular clothing, which was unprofessional I couldn’t tell who worked there and who didn’t! You also had to pay for absolutely everything We received two complimentary coffees that you could make in your room and that was it

The coffee downstairs you had to pay for as well as everything else A tea bag? Yup, better pay up This wouldn’t have been a problem if we were notified beforehand Because we wouldn’t have stayed thereI also witnessed a guest asking the bistro manager a couple of questions and the manager was so rude to her! She was getting so worked up over the guests questions, the guest even responded that she wasn’t trying to argue or pick a fightThe worst part of it all was at 1:00am the fire alarm goes off All of the guests have to stand outside for 45 minutes Not ONE worker came to us telling us what was going on They were no where to be seen! They could have been behind the desk but the people were dressed in workout clothes, so I could not identify who worked there There was never an explanation, never an apology After waiting 45 minutes, someone yelled “go back to your rooms now!” The whole experience was so rude and frustratingOverall, I would never come back to this hotel It was not a positive experience

Yousif Alkadhi

So, probably more a 35 star hotel Relatively new looking

Felt like a safe area and bonus points for having electric car chargers available in the parking deck (which weren’t blocked by other cars) But, the online reviews mentioning ants everywhere are true and there was some orange / red stain next to the couch They did have adjoining rooms which was a plus for us

The rooms were very clean and the bed was so comfortable In a great area of town away from the craziness of downtown The evening staff was very nice but the morning staff was not so friendly

The bar was nice but the drinks are all mostly bottom shelf liquors and cheap beer Parking was easy and accessible Pretty good complimentary breakfast as well Better than most hotels I’ve stayed at I would definitely stay here again

Overall, I was pleased with our night at the embassy Check in was smooth, the room was fine, customer service was great, and the amenities were adequateCons:-The pool needed a deep clean… like bad

-The parking situation is kind of a headache-We both definitely got sick from the dinner or breakfast and changed our entire vacation schedule around where the closest bathroom was… EekPros:-Front desk staff & breakfast staff were very accommodating and kind!-The soaps in the room were great-Proximity to everything was superb!-Breakfast was super tasty

Timekia Palmer

The hotel is located in a great location The size of the hotel is large Good size rooms

Breakfast is so worth it, good selection and made to order omelets and French toast The negatives are the pool/jacuzzi ares were dirty The rooms were not the most clean, our refrigerator had hair in it And overall it was a little dated But not the worst hotel

Nice lobby Great water pressure for bathingUnfortunately the cons outweigh the pros:First, Im a no smoker and had to request a room change because of the heavy smell of marijuana filling the hallway and eventually my room The next days, I woke to the strong smell of cigar smoke in my room in this “nonsmoking”facilityThis hotel is on one of the busiest parkways in Atlanta Traffic is nonstop and at a high rate of speed There are no sidewalks so walking across the street to the convention center or mall is not safe There is a walk bridge but you have to leave the property to get to it The service elevator to the road leading to the bridge was down, however; so be prepared if you are planning to shop and carry back heavy itemsAlso, I was advised after the fact that you now have to request housekeeping services for your room to be tended “because of the pandemic”

The rooms were fresh and clean Service staff was very friendly and supper responsive Breakfast team knocked it out of the park

Remembering our tables coffee order ever day Front desk was supper Location is great for getting to a Braves game The Cumberland mall is a bit dated but good meal options No safe way to cross the street from the hotel parking garage to the mall so be careful The Galleria mall is ready to be used as a 1980s horror movie set 1989 called and said to stop using their style

Patrick Labbett

We had some issues, but overall the hotel service was good! The vanity mirror had a frayed cord and caused a spark, and they shut off the water and elevators without notice on 1 day of our 5 night stay for maintenance We probably wouldn’t have noticed except my wife was in the shower at the time and then couldn’t get downstairs from the 16th floor to ask about the water The lobby is nicer than the rooms, which could use a renovation, but were otherwise fine

Use the garage elevator to the mall to access the walkway across to The Battery – it’s a pleasant walk

I booked 9 rooms for 4 days for a group taking part in an event in downtown Atlanta We had a wonderful stay at the Country Inn and Suites! The staff was friendly, professional, and customer-oriented They addressed all questions or concerns quickly and provided excellent service

The rooms were clean and nicely appointed, and the hot breakfast was abundant and delicious The location was close to the ballpark and to I-75, yet it was quiet, and it was within walking distance of a number of eateries We will definitely stay there again next time we’re in the area Thank you!

I enjoyed my stay at EVEN! I love the quotes throughout the hotel! I appreciated the workout equipment in the room, which I definitely put to use! The gym is also very nice and even has a water powered row machine! The lady who checked me in was very friendly and mentioned this was the newest EVEN hotel! The only thing that was slightly an inconvenience was parking being a bit of a walk It also rained and was cold while I was there, so that wasn’t fun They do, however offer valet parking for $20/night

Also they were nice enough to mail back something we had left in the room after I checked out! Excellent service overall It’s in a convenient location as well, about 15 minutes from downtown, and 5 minutes from Battery Park area

From the moment my wife and I set foot on the property We were welcomed with smile and enthusiasm by Andrea She was courteous and helpful with all of our needs during our 4 day stay

The fitness room was well equipped than most IHG hotel standards The attention to detail and personalization Even hotel has is phenomenal, the TV had your name and your IHG accrued points and the room had some fitness equipments in itUpon checking out, we spoke to the manager as well and she was really friendly and interested to know if we enjoyed our stay Although, I would love if they could give some complimentary breakfast

Excellent hotel About 15 minutes from downtown The room was nice and clean

I had a view of the freeway It was very quiet and everyone greeted me and my family every time we passed by They don’t have a microwave, but it’s one down stairs The room did gas fridge that kept the drinks cold Parking was next door at the garage, it was well lit and a short walk Nothing major I would defiantly be back next time I come to Atlanta

Beautiful colors that the hotel is decorated in I love the green and orange colors! Friendly front desk staff and hospitality staff Our room was cute and clean! Outdoor swimming pool

One of the elevators would take us all the way up then back to our floor; creepy lol There was no microwave in our room We didn’t like that the sink was not in the bathroom Breakfast was scarceno pancakes nor waffles! Overall, we had a good stay!

We have stayed here twice now and have made the collective decision that any Atlanta trips we make, this will be our hotel I saw a lot of reviews about unfriendly staff, but this has absolutely not been our experience Jarvis has been there any time we have checked in and he is extremely friendly, professional, and was nice enough to accommodate us when we made a booking mistake

The woman who is at the front desk in the mornings is always very warm and helpful We saw a show at Coca Cola Roxy and at The Masquerade and this hotel was a great place to stay for both The rooms are clean, hallways are quiet, and THEIR BREAKFAST IS AMAZING We have stayed in a couple other hotels in this area and they were miserable experiences compared to this place They also have a 24/7 area by the front desk where you can purchase snacks and drinks

Larry Bulloch

This hotel is poorly managed They can’t keep track of their reservations We reserved a king bed and they gave it to someone else

When we asked for the manager he refused to speak to us They were full of lame excuses but had no intention of making things right with us We have been platinum members for years but that meant nothing to them We are very disappointed Holiday Inn Express just went to the bottom of our list

If I could leave more than 5 stars I would This hotel was absolutely wonderful! The location was central to many activities, dining, and bars, but the thing that made the stay truly great was the staff The night manager, Alex, was absolutely incredible

I checked in and then had an issue with my bill, so I went to talk with Alex She helped me IMMENSELY I have never experienced such wonderful customer service The way in which she took care of me made my stay one of the best hotel experiences I have ever had I will definitely stay here the next time I am in Atlanta!

Gina Britt

I have really enjoyed my stay at this hotel It is clean and lovely There’s a pool that is super fun with a bar and it is overlooks the stadium

Sometimes the crowd at the battery can be a little bit younger but at the games it is really fun and in general they did a great job of including a ton of restaurants and a big grassy areaThe best part about this hotel is that it is walking distance to everything in the area It is open container so you can grab a drink and walk around freely All of the restaurants and there have a window that opens that you can get a drink from outside without having to go inThere are a few really delicious places like super Rica for Mexican food The hotel has a bar on the second floor I believe and it is super chill I like to go there before entering into the battery and grab a drink

Went to Atlanta to visit the aquarium Stayed here at the Omni at Battery What can I say besides WOW! Hands down one of the best hotels we’ve ever have stayed at! From the moment we pulled in to the Valet, to check in at the lobby and the cleanliness of the entire establishment is very impressive

We are not big baseball fans but we were pleasantly surprised they had games going on and the view from the rooftop bar was amazing! There were multiple conventions going on as well, but the staff was great and on top of it Always a smile and extremely helpful We even got the pleasure of running into the General Manager of the Hotel, Omar Extremely kind and humble, I wish more upper management could be like him!

I was scared at first due to reading some of the other reviews, but I’m glad my husband and I stayed here We checked in after Midnight with no problems Our room was very clean and I didn’t see anything out of the ordinary

We even brought cleaning products with us to be prepared, but our wipes picked up nothing We slept great after that great detail The only con was my digital card never worked, but I was given cards as a heads up at check in by the night staff Will be coming back when we return to Georgia Oh and the towels are soft which was a first for me at a hotel

Minnieme Mvrde

This is my first visit to Atlanta and it was for business so the company had already made the reservations It’s a old hotel and needs some upgrades I have absolutely no complaints

The room was clean in every way The AC worked good and although the carpets are old, I don’t have an issue because I only walk on them The front desk had young staff and they where very professional and helpful when I had questions The breakfast was very good, simple but very tasty I had to thank the cook because she was in the area Super nice people 👌

Yanice Maldonado

If I could give them negative stars, I would! We booked a room weeks ago and when we checked in, we were given a room with no heat When we requested to have someone fix the issue or be moved to another room they said they were overbooked and could just offer us more blankets We asked that they contact maintenance to fix the problem or get a manager they said that they could not because they were gone for the day

It was before 8pm, we asked to have them either find us another room at their facility or another nearby but they said they could not Our daughter had to call multiple times and was ignored, put on hold and hung up on We had to go downstairs and argue with them until they finally agreed to call the hotel manager, of course, after we threatened to sue and they threatened to call the cops When manager got involved they were then finally able to find another room for us They have horrible customer service and do not deserve your business Stay away from this hotel When I travel I always look for Hampton Inns, this experience will definitely make me think twice before I stay at another Hampton All of this due to one location who is unable to treat their guests with respect and provide appropriate customer service
