Location is okay, the nearby tram will take you to all the “important” places They have a garage so your car is safe, but it’s not super cheap Staff is friendly and very considerate

We booked an upgrade for a bigger bed, and it was worth every Groszé Sadly the shower gel was empty and didn’t get refilled during our day away Maybe we didn’t get any house keeping for eco reasons? That’s OK with me, since we’ve only stayed for 2 nights, and had our own shower gel as a backupIt’s a great place to rest and relax after a busy day in the center

I paid hundreds of dollars to stay at this hotel and regretted it very much1) your room doesn’t a fridge

All hotels have fridges Especially expensive hotels like this in the center of the city Not this one2) the room doesn’t even have a kettle, no tea, no coffee nothing3) for my wife and I we got 2 towels 🤣 that’s it !4) I ordered food at the restaurant from outside I went downstairs to the restuarant to eat my food because the room doesn’t have forks or spoons And the lady at the bar with a nasty attitude said:-“YOU CAN NOT EAT HERE”- What? Why ?-Because it’s a restaurant-??? People eat at restuarants! She rolled her eyes and just walked offNasty attitude just made my stay disgusting at this hotel Oh , and there was nobody at the restaurantNever again I will stay at ibis horrible experience

First of all, I want to note the situation with COVID restrictions Since the trip was planned even before the pandemic in April 2020 The borders were closed and there was no way to travel

The hotel administration went to meet us, giving us the opportunity to change the dates during the year and come But throughout the year, the borders remained closed to tourists As a result, in April 2021, the hotel again extended the possibility of visiting for another yearThanks to this, despite the pandemic and COVID, we were still able to visit Warsaw in February 2022, staying at the Ibis Warszawa Centrum hotel, for which we are very grateful to the hotel!Since I was already in the Ibis hotel chain, choosing it, I was sure of the high quality and level of serviceWe arrived before 14:00, the room was free and we were able to immediately check in The room has everything that you need, clean, warm, comfortable The door to the bathroom creaked and closed poorly, but these are trifles Everyone was satisfied! Many thanks to the Ibis employees for the quality and high service!

A&O is my go to place to stay when it comes to travel Central Europe I recently travelled to Warsaw with my girlfriend and stayed for 2 nightsHotel is in nice location, modern clean room, large common space at the lobby, easy check in process, quality breakfast to have specially if you are traveling

Staffs were very polite and answered all my questions about city patiently… I have only good words about this hotelHighly satisfied and I would recommend this to anyone who wants to have budget friendly nice place to stay!!

Diana Samus

Friendly girls at the reception, know several languages, so there were no problems with communicationWe arrived at the hostel at eight in the morning, checked in quickly and left our baggage in the storage room and went for a walk around the city We returned around one o’clock in the afternoon and settled us almost immediately

The room is clean and bright There is nothing superfluous On the ground floor there is a game room, work area, bar Laundry and a dryer are also available at an additional costThe train station and the Palace of Science and Culture are about a 30-minute walk away The old town is about an hour’s walk away You can use the subway, which is very convenient Then the way from the hostel to the old town takes 15 minutes, buses also run, but a little longer, 30-40 minutes

Agata Szybowska

Easy access from the train station, walking distance to metro Few cafes not far and shops, though more tricky access due to temporary road worksGreat room design, metal frames and furniture look neat, it’s something else from usual hostel

Friendly stuff, comfortable lobby area, shared kitchen and fridge and luggage storage Everything one might need on a trip 🙂

+ Friendly service, nice lobby, decent wifi, low prices- no housekeeping unless specifically requested by noon, bedding (pillow-top mattress cover seemed to be wrong size, so my bed wasn’t flat; pillows feel like they’re just stuffed with towels), weak shower pressureThe location isn’t terrible – you can certainly walk to the old town in 15 minutes But there are not a lot of dining options in the immediate vicinity Fortunately, there are plenty of bus/tram connections outside

I enjoyed the stay Rooms are clean and comfortable, service on reception is very good, breakfast is with many options What was challenging: to find a parking, there is no sign for parking and I had to ask on the reception

In fact the parking is just around the corner Second, the parking is very narrow and there is no lift So you have to go upstairs from garage with your luggage And the last one is the fitness, it is very small and equipment is old Anyway, the location is fantastic and I really enjoyed a service My recommendations!!!

Anastasiia Markova

The very good hotel in the city center 30 minutes by walk and you are at the old city with its narrow streets and noisy bars Good for families with children and for business trips too

You will be surprised by variety of food at breakfast ;)There is also a big fun room for children with a lot of toys 🧸A big plus that you can bring your pet to the hotelRecommend +

Daryna Uvarkina

Reception team is great, very lovely and helpful I would like to specifically mention Viktoriya and Anastasia, they went above and beyond to make my stay memorable In my opinion, rooms require a bit of renovation and breakfast was weak due to a high number of people, so there was almost no food left and tables were not getting cleaned enough, those are the only points to be improved

Excellent night’s sleepStaff very friendly and helpful

(Taxi booking service inc)Clean & tidy roomsFor a budget hotel it was beautiful, exceeded expectation Easy check in/check outNo “in room” kettle but otherwise no faults or bad comments to speak ofBreakfast smelt amazing but had early bus to Rīga

Agnieszka Florys

The hotel is in a very good convenient location near most łazienkowski, with very good transport to the city centre In the room I received we had a view of the wisła river and the national stadium, which was definitely a nice surprise considering it was £26 a nightThere is some snacks available in the reception to buy, which was definitely convenient on a non working Sunday

The room itself isn’t anything over the top, just standard furnishings – double bed, small bedside tables, small desk, chairs and a ‘wardrobe’ with hangers included There was also a small tv with a few channels which was great to just have something on in the background The two best parts of the room were how many lights there were – above the bed, over the desk, around the mirror, with the room even having some led light strips which was perfect as a nightlight, and the second thing being the blinds, there were two sets of blinds, one connected to the window which provided full darkness in the room, and the second set being sheer, allowing privacy without loosing the natural lightning The room was very quiet as well, only hearing the occasional door close in the hallway, but no other sounds A few cons of the room are the air conditioning really isn’t the best, and the room got really hot all the time, and the pillows aren’t comfortable, but it’s manageableThe bathroom was built into the room on an en-suite basis, with a spacious well lit shower, a separate room for the toilet and the sink being in the main part of the room The shower had a glass door with frosted parts, so it didn’t feel claustrophobic on the inside but you also got all of the privacy needed One slight downfall of the shower though is that in my room it leaked through the plastic seals on glass door and got the whole floor wet, it was inconvenient but for the price it’s not too bad The bathroom area was stocked with two towels, a small bar of soap and a 3-1 body washDuring my stay I went to the restaurant across the road in the ibis styled hotel, which I wouldn’t recommend, it’s better to walk a bit to a much better restaurantOverall I am really happy with my stay here, and I will definitely be considering booking a room again, as it is easy on the wallet and a comfortable stay!

My husband and I had a lovely stay at the hotel in August 2021 The staff was very welcoming and accommodating Our suite had amazing views of the Siekierkowski Bridge and the city; it was spacious , pristine and smelled brand new

With relaxing music in the background, we enjoyed our breakfast and dinner and the menu was quite extensive Proximity of the hotel to the highways makes it easy to get to the Old Town or the City Center Despite busy streets just outside , the room was very quiet We only wish, we had more time to stay there longer

(Translated by Google) I was recommended the Vhotel by a friend and I am pleased with the choiceThe room was clean, tidy and fragrant, the linen was fresh so it met my expectations, the entire service of the facility was polite and also check-in and check-out were smoothThe lady at the reception desk was polite and helpful to me

An additional advantage of the hotel is the location for me, because I do not like the very center, but here it is slightly off the beaten track, yet at the Międzyszyński embankment, which allowed for quick and easy transport around Warsaw What more can I say, my stay was successful and I can recommend it with a clear conscience 😉(Original)Vhotel został mi polecony przez znajomego i jestem zadowolony z wyboruPokój był czysty, schludny i pachnący, pościel świeża zatem spełnił moje oczekiwania, cała obsluga obiektu była uprzejma i również zameldowanie się jak i wymeldowanie odbyło się bez problemówPani na recepcji były dla mnie uprzejme i służyły pomocąDodatkowym atutem hotelu jest dla mnie lokalizacja gdyż nie przepadam za ścisłym centrum natomiast tu lekko na uboczu a jednak przy samym wale miedzyszynskim co umozliwialo szybki i łatwy transport po Warszawie Cóż więcej powiedzieć pobyt uważam za udany i mogę polecić z czystym sumieniem 😉

Ibis-like compartment rooms like in a spaceship, or in prison with comfort, with self-closing doors, big to the floor unopenable windows and anti-theft shampoo and liquid soap fixed in placeA strange feeling in this “plastic” and “functional” place, void of home feeling, but rather good sleep

Alina Elizarova

We booked the hotel through bookingWhen we arrived at the hotel, the front desk asked for our passport to find our reservation It is important to note that I and my spouse are citizens of Russia, but we have lived in Germany for more than 3 years and are residents

After 20 minutes, we were told that they can not accommodate us, as citizens with Russian citizenship are not welcome in this hotel, this is the order of the authorities The money was taken from us, there was no official confirmation that people with certain citizenship cannot stay at the hotel This is some kind of xenophobia We were humiliated in public in front of other guests who were in the lobby and heard it allSoon a receptionist/manager came to the front desk and after we pulled out our German id cards we were checked inBe careful when choosing this hotel, especially if you are a citizen of other countries

Hotel has a lot of private events, practically each day a few, which are manageable in a very poor way Sometimes hotel guests don’t have any place to eat, sometimes to seat, most of the hotel services are not available In the night music is not allowing to sleep till morning

Definitely don’t recommend this place It was a good hotel, now is not acceptable

Jonathan Bonnaud

I spent there 3 nights for a professional eventThe room was clean and the bed pretty comfy (the pillow is usually what I complain about, but there it was good) The food was tasty, mostly meat, but always one vegetarian option, vegan not that much

After 3 days the food was kind of repetitive, a lot of potatoes and the sauce for the meat started tasting the sameI highly recommend the hotel for hosting company events

Виктория Диденко

So Checked into the hotel on Friday We ordered room service and I was surprised that out of 3 courses, only dessert turned out to be delicious

Today at breakfast – the choice is small and not fresh, if you, like me, are a vegetarian or eat only kosher food, then here you will not find anything for yourself The only plus is that the room is big and new

When considering a hotel, you always take into account multiple things In Polonia Palace you can take for granted it’s beautiful historical architecture and it’s tidy rooms which are cleaned daily It offers a great breakfast with quite a variety of different foods and drinks

The restaurant is on top of its class! The staff is also very friendly and helpful What the hotel lacks however in my opinion is proper garage space The one that is being offered is a parking spot on the outside with no guard and accessible even to everyone walking by Please consider this if you need to leave your car thereOther than that, it’s a great hotel with even better location! Couldn’t be more in center than here 🙂

Paula Perea

A perfectly located hotel for a reasonable price Minutes or seconds away from bus or tram stop, and many cafes and small groceries are nearby Most rooms should come with mini fridges in case you’d like to buy something at the store

Staff was kind enough to let me check in early and check out late The lobby is elegant and has two street existsIf I visit Warsaw again, I would definitely consider staying here again as my first option

Bradly Schlenker

Price was reasonable Accommodations felt adequateOnly thing I’d knock stars off for (which I can’t because this is an overall trend) is having “double” beds be two twin beds pushed together

There’s no practical reason in this hotel why a “double” room can’t be a Queen or king size mattressOutside of that – the hotel does give a bit of Las Vegas vibes No smell of smoke or whatnot – just the aesthetic

Holiday Inn hotels is one of the hotels I have visited in the USA, UK, Korea, and the other countries of EU The hotel itself was very clean with nice staff members Very clean place with smooth check-ins, but I was surprised that my room did not have any mini-fridge where I could store my water

This was something I have never encounteredThe location itself is not the best for those who are with children or trying to come for a leisure, but for any business trips or a quick city tours, I would recommend to stay at the Holiday Inn Warsaw City CentrePS I have completely forgot to mention, this particular branch had one of the best, if not the best, hotel breakfast I have yet to experienced I am a huge breakfast person that it is the main reason why I stay at hotels, and for the breakfast wise, I would give them a five star rating! 🙂

Maksim Blair

It was an overall good experience The only real down side was that I got a two bed room it was a queen and a twin, the twin was on a metal frame that was slightly uncomfortable, but I’ve had a lot worse it didn’t take away from my stay at all It was lovely to have a restaurant and bar down stairs with good food

The breakfast buffet is amazing not a lot of changes, but it has a good selection! The staff are friendly and are accommodating I highly recommend staying in this hotel

David Foster

I travel extensively and this is one of the best hotel experiences I have had The reception area was welcoming with friendly staff, nothing was too much troubleMy room was spotlessly clean, with great facilities

Comfortable bed, bathroom etc all spotlessOn the whole an exceptional stay with excellent service and superb staff Definitely going to stay there again Thank you

It was our first time in Europe itself and we didn’t expect anything in particular so we were pleasantly surprised by the kindness of people working in this hotel The staff is certainly the pillar of this place and anything we needed we were helped with Also, it was a nice touch to see the celebration of Easter

Seeing a smiling bunny at the breakfast was hilarious Hope to visit Warsaw again and explore more historical places here Thanks for the good vibes

I really appreciate smooth check-in process and fantastic breakfast The service at the breakfast was superb as well as the choice of foodThe room seemed a bit old and “worn”

What I really didn’t like was the fact we asked the staff to add the shower gel to the empty container and nobody showed up to do it Not a big task but still annoying if you have to take the shower without the shower gel

Markus Steinwender

Great hotel with spacious family rooms Staff were very friendly and helpfulRooms could use some upgrades like TVs with Netflix and a little modern refresh

That said it was more than acceptable for the priceThe breakfast buffet was goodmaybe stay away from the custom omelette We did not like it Other than that there is something for everyone

In terms of location, the hotel is located in a very good part of the cityThe hotel staff are very friendly and respond well to the requests of travelersIn terms of cleanliness, it is in acceptable condition

Very low-quality bed, mattress and pillows, bring discomfort to sleepThe rooms lack basic facilities compared to other branches of this hotel chainVery ordinary breakfast compared to the price charged by the hotel and the common price in the city

Karolis Trakas

Very pleased with my stay Comfortable beds, clean rooms, friendly staff Easy to access city center via public transport, parking lot is big (although it is shared among three hotels, but there were plenty of space left)

Breakfast was good, just the place to eat was a bit cramped, as a kot of people stayed at the timeOverall – very satisfied

The BW Hotel Portos is such an underrated hotel that offers extremely decent value in comparison to other hotels in Warsaw The hotel is unfortunately a bit far away from the city center but it’s easy to get to anywhere with the public transit so I never felt like it was ever an issueThe rooms are a bit dated in some regards, but the overall cleanliness of the room was great during my stay

The only small nitpick I have is the lack of a small fridge/minibar

Super nice Hotel I was staying here for one night on a business trip There are enough parking spaces outside

Even a garage is available but I haven’t been down there Nice entrance and super nice Bar and restaurant Food was not expensive 35PLN for a burger and french fries Tasty and good Reception and bar workers were very friendly and also understood some jokes and replied also in a funny polite way Absolutely clean room Only disadvantage is the carpet in the room as I personally don’t like it Room is big and bed is very comfortableThe bathroom was clean and the shower gave clear and warm water Enough towels are available too Nothing feels like old I would invest a bit more attention to a outside terrace for the summer evenings A separate area with a bit lounge music would be great Then you may sit even longerPaying by MasterCard was not a problem Also not invoicing on a company address I was a bit upset that I was not able to give a tip when I pay with credit card I asked especially and she said she will not get itNevertheless I will come definitely again soon here

The hotel is simply great ! From the rooms, to the breakfast and the rooftop, everything was built to make you have some great vacationsPrice is definitely worth it!Only thing to improve in the rooms is that they are not greatly isolated, so it can become noisy

CXDezign

The rooms are modern and clean, we were promised a double bed but instead got two single beds put together, despite being told otherwise The two beds can unfortunately spread apart Everything else about the room was as expected and advertised

Service is great, multi-lingual, location is good, right in the centre of Warsaw, everything you want or need is close by

The location is good The tram, railway and bus station are all nearby You can even walk to the centre (if you’re not lazy like me)

Rooms are, well, 3 stars and they have issues But for a short visit it was nice I felt like bookingcom was overpriced a bit otherwise it’s much cheaper Services at the front desk were top notch The view from the room depends (of course) Just ask them about anything with a better view with that price Check out is super easy

Ionut Brigle

Not really cleanThe rooms don’t have ventilation and if you open the window you will have a lot of noiseThe bathroom has no ventilation so it will be a puddle of water for your entire stay

The cleaning staff will take you quilt cover without any obvious reason :)))

Devs Csm

Definitely not a 3 star hotel Waited 5+ min to check in since the front desk girl was on the phone, no smile / apology Toilet was broken

informed twice, had to come down with luggage so we can get a different room Staff needs training or simply hire new people Decent location but pricey for what you get Won’t return management no need for copy / paste reply
