Okay quality, maybe you’ll want to keep looking though…Upon checking in, there was an issue with one of our rooms; they didn’t have the correct bed (needed 2, had conformation for 2, system had one) so we had to wait an extra 15 minutes, no worries Once we got the correct room, it was on the second floor, the noisiest floor with some kind of banging that starts at 6:50am each morning that we stayed there It does go away, but we were already woken up for the day

The comforter was stained, and I realize it happens, but you don’t want to see it if possible The curtains in the pictures are not for all rooms, as we only had blinds which did very little The room is only made up if you leave a note, and the air conditioning is on an automatic setting where it goes to 62° in the middle of the night Both of our key cards for the room got deactivated the first night (being held separately) and we had to get them redone While at the desk, we asked for a hairdryer which they provided because there wasn’t one in the room There is only a valet option for parking which for us was $30 a day plus tax and we tipped every time The staff was lovely but this wasn’t the greatest experience

Don’t forget to use ʜoᴛᴇʟʙoʟʟʏᴄᴏm when booking a hotel This web site will compare countless booking websites and normally will have rooms a lot cheaper compared to others! Thank me later on! This hotel is one of my favorites in the area

I have been coming here for years If you stay for a few days you won’t be let downNice clean rooms Valet service was very convenient and the price was good considering that the stay included valet Breakfast was decent but not spectacular, but good considering it was included No problems during our stay here

Darshan Satyamurthy

Firstly, this hotel is definitely a 2-star hotel if not 1-star For a 3-star hotel which charges 4 star prices for stay it doesn’t even have basics such as a bottled water for the guests during the stay Very CHEAP I thought for it to be calling itself HYATT and not including bottled water

Secondly, The AC is so loud that I definitely thought that something went wrong in the room only to realize that the AC got turned on Took some time to get used to the AC noise Definitely a downer if you are going to stay with a small babyAlso, the room and bathroom are so very small The shower is so small even for half a person to fit in Not that I care but they don’t even give good quality shower gelOh and Beware of the extra charge of $32 per night as PARKING fees – not mentioned anywhere at the time of booking Thought it was a loot for the stayAnd definitely do not leave valuables in the car when you drop your car when you do valet parking because when I left my bag, the valet guys had opened the bags and searched To my luck there were no valuables in the bagThe breakfast has not any major items in the menu and same as any 2-star hotel Hyatt should call this and advertise as a 2-star rather than a 3-star hotelAlso I would definitely suggest to book a different hotel and not this one

Wonderful staff! Courteous and willing to help with any questions and concerns The beds are extremely comfortable with good linens The room was quiet

Breakfast had a variety of offerings The meat offering was different every day of our stayHotel is older and needs some maintenance

Christian Vargas

The staff here is friendly From the outside the hotel looks decent The beds are comfortable

The card reader inside the gate doesn’t work the buzzer button also is broke The restroom has a super low toilet just glad my knees aren’t bad The wallpaper in restroom was coming off Had a stand up shower only the door only opens so much so if your heavy set might have trouble squeezing in The fridge was turned off in the room No TV guide in the room To park in the gate it’s $20 a night

Kaden Alvarado

Would I stay again? No Hotel is very outdated and in dire need of renovations Smells of mold as soon as you get into the lobby

Beds were very firm, but I know this is a preference for some If you are looking for firm, this is the place for you Was equivalent to laying on the floor for us Ac never cooled in room, felt more as a fan, but definitely not coldHotel was booked out so could not change rooms and as it was only for one night, we dealt with itRoom was clean, but very worn Roofing patches peeling off, cracked sink, wall paper peeling, and heavily stained carpet Over night parking attendant on hand Breakfast had a good variety, but no attendant on hand to clean up or enforce anything I witnessed both kids and adults grabbing items, with bare hands, not using tongs provided A serving spoon fell to the floor, and was picked up and placed back into the eggs Food all over floor and counter We decided to skip breakfast due to this and eat else whereWhat did it for me though was upon check out, my teenager went to front counter to buy a drink Clerk tells him it’s $10, son laughs thinking he’s playing with him He then repeats it’s $10 Mind you in store, $250 for this same drink Son responds, wow that’s quite an upcharge, but is just thirsty and tells him okay, I guess, and pulls out his card Attendant tells him, our card reader is down, it’s cash only I am a few feet away, overhearing everything I walk up as son tells him well I only have card Attendant realizes I’m with him, rolls eyes and goes well just take it then (for free)I’ll let you be the judge this situation on your own Based off of this situation, we will not return to this location We traveled for years to many hotels within the Hilton brand, and while I know items are marked up for convenience, find it hard to believe $10 for a drink Location was decent, and convenient to many places However, I do not feel it lives up to the brand at all

This place was immaculate The hotel was clean, room was so spacious/very clean Bed was soft and comfy

Location is ideal Great service Nice breakfast, everything was seriously greatThe best part was the front desk assistant, April She was AMAZING Literally anything we needed, she was our girl She was so kind, helpful, and friendly We talked for a good bit and I loved her personalityShe made check in SO easyShe literally made this trip I highly recommend

Yannie Nicole

The hotel room was very clean and comfy, I had a girls night slumber party and it was the best The room was cool on a hot Saturday night and the Hotel desk agent was more than happy to get me some ice (because I lack sense of direction in finding an ice machine 🤣) The shower was nice and hot, I mean REALLY hot, and the water pressure was the best ever

I slept like a newborn baby after a night of cake and gummy bears I would absolutely book this hotel again 🥰

This place was the worst Holiday Inn I have stayed in The hallways were dirty, the toilets had hair on them, the showers had hair and didn’t look very clean The vents haven’t been dusted in years

The crib they provided us was gross, didn’t have sheets on it or anything The sheets on our bed were not completely clean There was loud music with a deep base going till like 3am somewhere around us Someone stomping around above us until 4am There was street racing going on till about 4am There are multiple other reviews and complaints about security and people having their car broken into By far the worst experience I have ever had at a hotel

Gina Chavarria

If I could give NO stars I would After booking online for a night we went at 1:30 am to the hotel after the last experience at Holiday inn SW we said we would look at another they couldn’t all be like this OMG we got there after spending time at the Hospital booking from the hospital bed we decided not to travel anymore and look for another location we go to check-in and since it was after 12 am we couldn’t book by phone online so we said we have a night tomorrow lets just go and see if they could extend and put one night for tonight

It is Saturday 1:30 AM and when we go in we are told we are not allowed to check in till after 3 pm so we say can you then charge me to get a room today or move it to today NO, we don’t do that as a matter of fact we are canceling your reservation After that, it did not get any amount of pretty just a back and forth of pure malice from the front desk that we would not be accommodated, and good luck finding a place After the scare hospital-wise with family, the previous Holiday inn did not allow us near the door a 45-hour drive into Houston and to then have the reservation canceled so that they did not want to be bothered to take our money to book a room for the night of even help I was done and I hope this gives other people notice to be done too Holiday inn you need to do better than this:

Breakfast servings were quite good Hotel was very clean ( dining area/ gym/ lobby/ rooms) Security needs to be beefed up a bit

Witnessed 2 incidents during my 6 day stay where I felt a bit uneasyThe GM’s customer service was fair Maybe he needs to be assigned to more back office / managerial jobs as opposed to interracting with the guests

This hotel was just ok The rooms were clean and the bed was comfy The breakfast was good

The only downside to staying here is it cost about $23 dollars a night to park in the garage and there is no where else to park for free And one side of the hotel faces the freeway and is really noisy, and on the other side of the hotel the sun wakes you up early because it is super bright and the curtains are so thin it does not stop any sunlight from coming in Also the staff could be more friendly

NorCalGal Sacramento CA

Three stars is being generous This is a pretty property, very clean, etc (Thus the stars) But if you, like us, end up on the freeway side of the hotel, the immense amount of noise is unbelievable (even at the top floor)

Why would they not construct this property with better sound proofing? I suggest a white noise sleep machinesomething be added to all rooms Worst night’s rest during our stays in TX

Marj J

Honestly one of the best hotel I have stayed in … I am really speechless The staff are well trained They really cater to their customers

Very attentive to details Super clean The happy hour / the breakfast/ the dog park / the friend staff makes my long stay here super agréable It is my first time staying in StayBridge I usually go to Marriott but honestly Marriott extended stay have nothing on StayBridge StayBridge is modern and simply it surpassed my expectations A special thank you to Eric one of the manager there Thank you to all of you You deserve 10 stars

I really enjoyed our stay at Courtyard by Meriott The main elevator was out of order, so we used the service elevator Minor issue

It offered opportunity to view the hardship some of the behind the scenes people make for you and I to be comfortable The lobby is expansive, and comfortable, with a great coffee shop I ate breakfast at the coffee shop, and paid what I felt was a little expensive for the fare provided The rooms are very comfortable, everything appeared to be very clean I like clean rooms, and will make a review note if needed I did not feel it necessary Most all employees were very nice, greeting with a smile The front desk lady was nice, but very clinical The price was awesome for the accommodations I would stay there anytime we are in Houston Be blessed in all you do

Melvin Mathew

Yellow Tap Water, Poor Service and Hidden ChargesI got room 803 in the second week of April ’22 I went in to take a shower and the water coming from the shower tap was yellow in color for a good 30 seconds before it cleared it This happened every time I turned on the shower

I was given 2 shampoo’s and no conditioner, even after alerting the front desk about it I specifically asked for the room to be cleaned and to provide a conditioner, but that did not happen On Saturday evening when I asked why it was not cleaned I was told (for the first time ever) that since I’m staying for only 2 days the rooms won’t be cleaned If I was staying for >2 days then the rooms would be cleaned everydayI was charged for parking on check out which I was never told about when I checked in I was not happy with my stay at this location

Nydia Hanley

Location: Excellent! Very central to everything! Everything was less than 15 mins away So much so, that anytime we looked up a new address we would guess it’s probably 14 mins away There is a Kroger grocery store within walking distance as well if you need groceries

Cleanliness: The room was very clean but we did have to ask for new towels because they don’t check/offer until day # 3 which was our check out day However, when we asked they were very prompt in providing clean ones The lobby area was also very clean and it’s a pretty big, nice lobby areaFront desk staff: Very polite, professional and helpfulParking: $8 per day so keep that in mindAgain, overall great stay It was quiet and peaceful I would definitely recommend it here

Staff is amazing!I generally do not post reviews but this one deserves it The hotel itself is what you would expect However the staff here goes above and beyond

Always hustling and making sure each customer is taken care of I visit here frequently for work and always impressedExtra thanks to Daniel and Zehra as they welcome you back home and make every guest feel special

Charlene Richardson

Our first night, there was a trail of strange looking insects crawling above the elevator Housekeeping only came once-without our asking AC didn’t work

Was “fixed” but only lasted 1 day Transferred to a different room Had to pay $22 a day for parking No breakfast Elevator didn’t work correctly Would take you to your floor and the doors wouldn’t open Rates were too high for the service

Janae Blount

Overall, the stay was okay My first impression is what I did not like I first arrived around 11am

There was no one at the front desk I waited for about 5 mins, and saw the maintenance lady walk by I asked if she can get the receptionist She went in the office, looking for the receptionist and she wasn’t there She walked around and finally found her Unfortunately we couldn’t do early check in, which was understandable The receptionist let me leave my bag, so I went to Moxies for lunch nearby, which was great I made it back to the hotel It was a different receptionist She was not pleasant at all She gave my room key and asked for my debit card She never went over the additional charges with me I didn’t know about the additional charges until I looked at my bank account I went back down to the receptionist Another receptionist explained the charges I later found out the unpleasant receptionist was actually the manager That’s a shame Overall, room service was prompt and the bartender was pleasant

I came with my 13 y/o daughter and our stay was great The room was clean and so nice The view was amazing

The staff were so sweet Parking is safe The next time I come to Houston I won’t even think twice about staying somewhere different Thank you so much for making our birthday special, it meant everything to us The location is also very convenient to restaurants, Starbucks, and the mall

Gabby Billups

I stayed here for my birthday vacation, and I’m SO glad I did First off, the staff was top tier, especially at breakfast One of the hosts in the restaurant there greeted everyone in their language

The waitresses were so nice at the ARA Breakfast Lounge and everything was so delicious My room was very clean on arrival and had a great view of the skyline Location was perfect for me and my boyfriend Everything was within a 10 minute Uber ride, and it was near the highway so going back to the airport was no trouble, even though that drive was longer I really could go on, but I’ll just say this I will be staying here again and have made it my business to have a yearly trip to H-Town This was my first time in Texas, and they made it a great stay

Lorraine Cunningham

This place was beautiful for holding a conference The food was pretty goodThe amenities were a different story

We paidfor the top corner room with the concierge lounge but guess what? We were there for the weekend but the lounge wasn’t open on the weekend In the room as well as the public bathrooms, the toilet seats were so low to the ground it’s like they were put there for children Watch out for those bathrooms too The far wall in the shower looked like it wasn’t cleaned in months

The location of the hotel is great Centrally located and close to highways That is where the good part ends

I stayed at this hotel earlier this month and a request to accommodate an allergy was overlooked This is usually not a big deal once I bring it to the attention to the staff and everything is rectified After my first night at this hotel I woke up sick, to which I asked for the item triggering my allergic reaction to be replaced My request was denied at the front desk by a lady named Angela, and she recommended that I find a different hotel to stay for the night Phenomenal customer service Needless to say, I was not able to stay at the hotel that night I reached out to Marriott and the hotel manager, Heather Both have chosen to ignore me There is literally another Marriott property next door to this hotel, including various other hotels within the area Save yourself the headache and stay elsewhere

Customer service from all hotel staff was friendly, but that was the only good thing about this hotel Once checking into my room there was a funky smell coming from the hallway & bathroom Also found that the hotel phone didn’t work and hot water was scorching HOT where I almost burned myself

The A/C is not very strong so you have to put it down to 60 degrees to feel anything! I would give this hotel a 6/10 and would try maybe the sister property in the same location at Marriott Residence Inn if your trying to get points as a Marriott Bonvoy member

The best (affordable) hotel we’ve stayed in, in Houston! We come here several times a month with our medically complex son who visits the Children’s hospital frequently and this is the only place we will stay! Always clean, very friendly staff, every accommodation you can think of and the beds great A comfy stay in a very comfortable neighborhood Definitely recommend!

I don’t like leaving bad reviews unless they are truly warranted But this place… Just no Don’t stay here

The first room they gave us didn’t have functioning air conditioning The second room it barely worked The carpet was filthy and had stains all over it You could feel the springs in the bed The bathrooms weren’t very clean and the caulk was nasty For the price of this hotel and the fact that it was a Residence Inn I was really disappointed The overall upkeep and cleanliness was very poor Don’t spend your money at this hotel

R L

Not the best service experience at this hotel I am allergic to feather pillows I state on my profile preferences foam only

I requested foam and the hotel had noneI asked for a blanket to cover the feather pillows, the front desk staff never brought them to my room The elevator was out for more than 24 hours on my building The room was clean and breakfast was good

This is an ideal location Lots of restaurants and stores in the surrounding area Our room was pretty big and clean

Breakfast had a variety of hot and cold food offered My only negative was that our rooms a/c didn’t feel like it was working efficiently The staff was polite and happy to assist I enjoyed my stay and will come again

Ron White

After travelling all morning, we arrived to this hotel at approximately 2:15 in the afternoon Although there were plenty of rooms available, the desk attendant refused to allow us to check in until the “official” check in time of 3pm We left and later returned at 3pm

Found the front desk attendant asleep in a chair behind the counter After waking him, we checked in After checking in, I took my granddaughter down to swim in the pool I had booked this hotel specifically to allow my granddaughter to swim The website prominently advertised a pool as one of their amenities Although we located a tiny pool out back, the gate was locked Went to speak to the front desk employee I was told the pool was not open, with no real explanation why Because I booked this specifically for the pool, I requested to speak with upper management After the desk attendant got someone on the phone, I learned the pool was not open because they had never obtained a permit from the city to open it Yet they continue to advertise it on their website Received a refund for our stay and left to find another more suitable hotel The empty parking lot should have been a clue as to the experience we found

Michael Sweeney

I wish there were negative stars

We will never bother with this place again At check-in, the guy at the desk was on the phone with a friend and kept switching back and forth to me the whole timeThe pool was one of the only reasons we booked here The kids were excited to play in the pool for the week we will be here After check-in, we found out the pool is closed The guy at the desk said the city had “just” come and put their own lock on it They were just waiting for them to unlock it He made it sound like it may be opened back up soon After we go eat dinner and come back, I go to check with them again It’s a different guy at the desk and he says OH, it’s been closed for years After remodeling the city says they need to get permits and that a lot of the remodeling debris went in the pool areaIf you are going to claim to have a pool and post pictures of it to make people want to stay here, you better actually have it useable It turns out there is a city citation taped on the back doors from August 2021 saying the pool was shut down Nice You would think that owners and/or managers would put a little effort into fixing whatever the city says to fix and get the pool going againSince we had already checked in and moved all of our luggage into the room, we stayed one night I told them we will check out in the morning because we already found a better hotel down the street for the rest of the week that does keep their pool open They were not concerned at all about that and said they would refund the difference when I check out in the morning

All of the staff, except for one, are very professional ,and extremely accommodating That “one staff, person”, a/k/a as “The Front Desk Manager”, often displayed total unprofessionalism with not only the guests but hotel employees as well If I had a Nickle for every time I heard complaints about her I’d be a billionaire

If I had a penny for every time I was dissatisfied with her, I’d be a millionaire Being the professional thatThe fridge in my room that leaked inside, continuously and although I reported it, it was never repaired nor replaced The room a/c was dirty, and blew out dust and debris, and didn’t keep the room consistently cool I kept reporting how extremely hot it was in my room, and the last report, I was told to BUY a fan I often saw roaches, and crickets not only in the common areas, but had some in my room! I reported that as well and was told that the exterminator would be out in a few days I ended up purchasing “No Pest Strips”and hung them in my room The gnat and flea infestation is totally unbelievable! If the health department conducted an inspection, there would be numerous infractions and citationsI finally checked out late one night due to the afore mentioned reasons coupled with the front desk manager’s total display of unprofessionalism and rudeness to me That was the final straw! Wasn’t worth trying to continue to tough it out! I do however want to acknowledge the employees below:To: Denise Richards, thank you so much for your kindness and assistance before and during my stay there I pray that God will continue to watch over and bless youTo: Shon, Courtney, Tessa, Gary, Keke, Evadine, and Harmony, I can never repay your for the genuine respect, kindness, and assistance that all of you gave me, so I pray for God to continue to watch over and bless each of you I want to emphasize customer service and genuine respect, because you gave that genuinely, not only me but to all who entered that hotelThe 8 of you demonstrated consistently what the The Hospitality Industry is all about! Don’t loose that, and in Jesus Name, you will go farSincerely,'”The Director of Regulatory and Tax Reporting”

Completed booking on bookingcom, upon getting to hotel after waiting for 20 minutes in the 24 hour lobby after calling for someone since no one was at the desk I was told it was cancelled at 11 pm and I have no notice of this Worker literally came from hotel room across the lobby, I suppose sleeping

Bookingcom gave me a confirmation number I will not be using this hotel again even though I”ve used in the past! Poor management!! Would rate a zero if I could If they decide to charge my debit card I will be filing a formal complaint with the company, but supposedly since I “shouldn’t” be charged

The staff was incredible every one of them was very welcoming and very friendly! Now for the rooms, they need a major upgrade we had tiny ants which I was like whatever it happens no biggie but everything was very jank! Nothing to do with the employees I know that but the owner/management needs to step it up and redo their rooms Just some food for thought! The grounds were nice just need a lot of updates in the rooms for the price you pay Hopefully, they can give them some love and care and put a little love into them and not have such cheap junk! Spend a little of that money and put it into your rooms

Again we appreciate all the friendly employees that were just amazing thank you y’all 💜

My stay was for 5/1/2022 – 5/6/2022 (nice rooms)On our first night, our Tundra had its catalytic converter stolen while parked under a security camera, and parking lot light (Hotel staff offered no help, and mentioned that corporate took away their security guard)On our 3rd day, one of my 7 reservations was canceled without a reason

We were instructed to simply share a room (points were offered, but never sent)On the 4th day, both elevators went out on a 5 story hotel Some guests visiting the medical center for cancer services did not have the strength to reach their rooms via stairs One of our group had a great deal of difficulty due to recent knee replacementsStaff was friendly, but the front desk had a consistent attitude

Stayed in the executive floor with the newly remodeled suite I believe our work group was first to stay in this floor after remodeling The suite was spacious and very well designed

They had not opened the lounge yet The staff was very friendly and they did have a bar downstairs as well Our package included breakfast which had a very good spread of eggs and breakfast meats that changed every day in addition to bread, cereals, etcReducing 1 star because the TV did not work and construction was happening during the day But overall great experience and would stay there again

I have been staying here for a long time If you stay for a few days you won’t be let downHands down the best hotel I stayed at during my vacation the entire front office crew are rockstars each person I dealt with was kind, helpful and accommodating The night manager even followed up on a request I had submitted that he thought had gone unanswered The housekeeping crew was nice as well I will be back next month renovations are currently going on not a deal breaker also the renovated rooms are pretty sleek I didn’t try out the breakfast or bar this trip maybe next time

The hotel rooms are clean and very spacious Front desk checked me in and out fairly quickly Having a suite room is a big plus for me

It’s close proximity to the major highways and the Galleria was a definite winner The only thing I didn’t like about it is their toilet easily get clogged so we had to call for a service crew to get it done They were very prompt and took care of the issue quickly so that was really great I’m not a fan of “climate controlled” Ac coz I love it super cold when I’m in bed I would have given it a 5 star if it weren’t for the the toilet issue and the climate controlled ac

Staff was extremely friendly and responsive to our requests and concerns, especially Jameson and Rachel Complimentary breakfast was great, delicious, and all prepared in-house Great location and very close to medical center, zoo, and museums

Excellent outdoor patio and pool! Our kids loved it and so cool that there is large area that is only 1ft deep so they could play safely Our only complaint with this hotel was that, since the hotel is new, the new tile floors in the rooms were riddled with paint and construction traffic One suggestion we would give this hotel would be to add automatic doors when entering from parking garage as it was difficult to enter with wheelchair and luggage cart We will stay here again!

Amazing and beautiful! This was a personal and business trip! My cousins and I wanted a quick getaway from Dallas! As a travel agent I checked the photos and the reviews prior to booking! The reviews and photos were great! The staff was friendly and they also serve a hot breakfast! The sitting area outside is beautiful and has comfortable seating! This hotel is new, and it was very nice in the lobby area I was able to check in a day before on my phone using the Hilton app as well as used it for the room as a key! I love that you can use the app on your phone to open the door and the app also allows you to turn lights on & off, the thermostat and as a remote! Our room had a view of the pool and it was very quiet The room was really nice, the bathroom was nice as well! The room has a full size refrigerator, microwave and Keurig

I will definitely be returning! I can’t wait to book this for my clients, family or friends!

Staff was friendly and helpful The hotel was spotless and comfortable The location is within a few minutes of MD Anderson

The MD Anderson rate isn’t posted on the website so call if you’re a patient! While this hotel is not as convenient as being connected to the hospital, it’s significantly less expensive than my normal hotel and does provide a shuttle It’s a great option!

The Hotel Indigo Houston at the Galleria is a very lovely hotel for a romantic getaway The atmosphere is artistically fantastic, and the service from the staff is very professional, friendly, and exceptional The room was absolutely perfect from the layout to the wonderful shower to the very comfortable bed

Importantly, the room was very clean, one of the cleanest hotel rooms I have seen in a long time The staff averted a romantic disaster when I realized I had forgotten my corkscrew for my wine as they quickly allowed me to borrow theirs I used their weights and weight machine in the fitness room, and it was wonderful Finally, I really enjoyed the location of the hotel in the uptown area of Houston I will definitely return to the Hotel Indigo Houston at the Galleria in the future for another spectacular getaway!

I have been staying here for a long time If you stay for a few days you won’t be let downIf you are looking for a very clean hotel with excellent staff, look no further! I was in Houston for business and was scheduled to stay at another “boutique” hotel However, once I arrived at that hotel, it was filthy I came to Hotel Indigo where I was warmly and professionally greeted by Sylvester who very promptly got me a room for the rest of my stay He absolutely went above and beyond to make sure that my stay was exceptional, and that every detail was taken care of The room was very spacious and immaculately clean I would highly recommend Hotel Indigo and will be using them again for future stays

The breakfast crew fixed our kids Mickey Mouse pancakes every morning and the housekeeping staff left our kids stuffed animals hugging on the bedIt’s those little things that really make a stay go from good to GREAT! If you re planning to visit the Galleria area, I recommend to stay at this hotel trust me on thisLocation is excellent for walking to the mall, restaurant and many more attractions in the Galleria area The cleanliness of this hotel is overrated

Rooms are so comfortable big beds, bathrooms super clean, staff so professional and knowledgeable of their workI definitely recommend this hotel for any one traveling soon in that area The price is reasonable too not too expensiveI loved it

We loved our stay so much here we extended it! The breakfast is excellent, the staff is all wonderful, the kickback hour made it exceptional! It was great for my husband and I to get the three free drinks each night and the kids to have as much to eat as they wanted We also loved the indoor/outdoor pool with jacuzzi They also have a small little snack/sundry shop which is a little pricey, but great for when you need something which we used twice

The hotel is also super close to all the museums and zoo, so was a perfect place if you’re using the city pass- nothing was too far away Overall, we’re so grateful to have stumbled up this wonderful hotel and know that when we come back to Houston, this is the place to stay!

The GM Mark was so helpful – we were in town for a few days for a family funeral and he made some special requests happen upon arrival The check in so easy The staff were all very helpful and friendly! Maria 2nd floor housekeeping fantastic! I will say this hotel could use renovations such as new paint/ carpet and some updating of some pieces of furniture

The pool is unique partially indoors and outdoors Nice work out facility Excellent location and hot breakfast – if this hotel was updated it would have received 5 stars – the staff carried it to 4 – thank you for your Texas hospitality!

Melynda Marton

This was a great place to stay When we checked in we were each given a ticket for 3 happy hour drinks And there is hot food: pulled pork sliders, salad, soup, nachos, hot dogs, mixed vegetables

The morning breakfast was normal breakfast food, it was fresh and good Room was very clean Towel and linen fresh and soft Staff was very nice
