Best hotel I have ever stayed in! Friendly and upbeat staff Even the manager was really nice She freaked out when I showed her pictures of the hotel 11 minutes away at Howard Johnson’s

That place was a nightmare! Anyway, at Hyatt Place, my room 512 was very clean and well decorated Everything worked It smelled great and the bed was comfortable I was well rested and was able to check out at 1pm with no problem Definitely recommend 🙂

If I could give it a zero rating that’s what they would get Not sure why I was booked here instead of Marriott (both are the same price per night) The rooms are small, very dirty – the room I was originally booked in was the dirtiest room I’ve ever seen!! Carpet was stained

burn Mark’s all over the carpet the bathroom still had used soap and wet rags from the previous guests Asked to move my room and got another one on a different floor that was a little better the girl who handled my check in and room change was VERY NICE!! The free breakfast is just that it was warm to cool have to walk all over just to make coffee I will insist on Marriott next time

This hotel is not bad Unfortunately I do not think it lives up to the Hyatt name In general the room appears to be nice, but the bathrooms and the pool area could use some updating

The breakfast bar was okay but the selections were minimal They serve Starbucks coffee but the staff doesn’t seem like they know how to make it properly I asked for a regular coffee and then they asked me how much espresso shots I wanted… I am also positive I left with bed bug bites the next day I made sure i washed everything I took there when I got home I expected an exceptional experience instead got a mediocre one

I was part of a biking tour and this was one of our stops The Antrim was a throwback in time to the 1900s The period decorating and grounds were amazing

We arrived in time for high tea with amazing sandwiches and pastries The pool was sparkling clean! The rooms were also decorated and spacious in separate buildings with outdoor decks and seating areas We also had dinner and breakfast which were both 5 star! It looks like a perfect venue for a formal event!

We have stayed here so many times we can’t remember exactly how many times it has been We love this venue to unplug and relax The food is amazing and the service is superb

Included in the price is breakfast and an afternoon tea I can’t say enough about the venue, the rooms, the staff and the food Everyone needs to experience the Antrim at least once

There are some restaurants that you go to a couple of times a year for special occasions This is not one of those This is the kind of restaurant that you go to once every few years for really special occasions

The food is amazing 6 courses with each one better than the last The service is amazing, and the ambiance makes you forget, even for a short time, that you live in the 21st centuryIf you’re looking for a place to celebrate your child passing their bar exam or your last student loan payment or your 10 year anniversary, come here Treat yo’ selfIt’s pricey but worth it

Well I will say this about this hotel…it was the best experience I’ve ever had in my 40 years of life from any hotel I thought it was pricey but let me tell you totally worth it I jiggle recommend this hotel

The staff was friendly and nice and very honest We came during a busy time so couldn’t get checked into until later Our room was still not available but they got us into a room but it wasn’t just any room We lucked up with the executive two layer suite for the inconvenience of waiting And I will tell now, no matter what room I get from this hotel I will most definitely be back and also plan for a stay in the further of the executive suite as it was absolutely gorgeous I have teenagers and nothing phases them but this room made they happy and excited which doesn’t happen much They absolutely loved this hotel Thank for a wonderful weekend My family will be back and I’ve already recommended friends to come here as well!!

Newly built hotel, modern decor, modern security features and great location As much as I enjoyed the property and its gym (the gym is dope) its location was great as well Located near a newish train stop, the hotel is supported by a “town center” design featuring a “main street” with restaurants, convenience stores, beauty salons and a boxing gym

A local library is steps away and the area is very foot-friendly Starbucks is in the first floor of the hotel for you bean junkies

Shadeaux Speed

I’m an Ambassador Elite and in Baltimore twice a month and this hotel is Fantastic edition to the City Near everything The anchor for the Town center project which has its own metro station and free parking

There are many restaurants and shops opened and new ones opening soon This is a New Hotel, and the Hotel staff are very attentive and, courteous, and professional They mentioned and thanked me for my Marriott status & business and upgraded me with an awesome upgrade to a suite Pics attached They informed me of all the amenities There is a very nice restaurant on property, with a really nice bar and atmosphere The Gym is very, very nice with the latest equipment Even for boxers The member club super nice and large Starbucks on property as well 25 minutes to BWI No traffic I recommend this hotel highly And will be back

I will never ever stay here again Decided to go see my sister and her family for the weekend So we ended up getting the holiday inn express

I have never had any issues with a holiday day inn My son woke me up to show me a bug on the wall Then we started seeing more on the window and even one on the bed Once the sun came up you can see that there have been other bugs The room walls had bug splatter juices on its walls 🤢I couldn’t sleep after that My son was hungry, the hotel has free breakfast So I went with him so he can get food I don’t know who eats raw bacon but that food was not good at all The bacon was so under cooked But wait before we even left to go down stairs there was a mouse that was next to my sneaker and ran out the room I did go to the front desk to complain They wrote the information down and said we will see what we can do Maybe we can switch your room, I don’t want another room because we were checking out I haven’t heard from anyone from the hotel As a business they should have at least the decency to call a customer back that had a complaint about where they stayed, eat etc Especially if money was spent But never again will we stay at this Holiday Inn Express & Suites in Owings Mills Maryland

I stayed here because I was going to a Family member Funeral The Hotel is very beautiful

The rooms are spacious and equipped with everything Pots ,knives, cups ,plates bowls you name it ! The room even has a dish washer I ran into a slight problem at the beginning with the young lady at the front desk, but my situation was quickly resolved by ManagementOther than that I would most definitely stay here again and recommend it to others

This hotel is really the best in the area The rooms are very clean and spacious and the staff is amazing! Clifton is the best and every time I stay here he always greats everyone who comes through the door and is so kind! He helped me with a small issue with my room without hesitation; you could tell he really cared to make sure I was happy and comfortable I made the mistake of booking too late a few weeks back and had a horrible experience at a hotel not far from this one so I am so happy to be back and I definitely learned my lesson and will make sure I always stay here! Definitely recommend this hotel!

Yesterday I had my baby shower at Magnolia and it is going to be difficult to put in to words how perfect it was! To start off, my shower was scheduled for Saturday March 12, and we received a pretty unexpected snow with blizzard conditions Jennifer had to send her team home due to a state of emergency in the area but quickly offered two replacement dates for the shower, one being THE VERY NEXT DAY! We understood the importance of keeping everyone safe and luckily most of our guests were able to be flexible and come the next day The venue was able to pivot seamlessly and everything was in place to a tee

The decor and decorating were so spectacular! We gave an idea of the theme/style we wanted and that’s about it All of the details were then put together by Jennifer and her team It was stunning and flawless! All of my guests couldn’t have loved the decor anymore The food was fabulous! We did a brunch menu and both the breakfast and lunch foods were amazing There was an issue with the bathrooms because of the weather and they were able to open an alternate bathroom that guests could easily access My family and I greatly appreciate all the hard work that went in to making my shower beautiful, thoughtful, and special! We highly recommend this venue!!!

Amanda Freed

My wedding could not have been a more perfect day The staff did an amazing job decorating, my 91 year old Grandmother was all taken care of and the food was awesome If I could change anything? It was freezing outside and I really wanted sunset pictures in my dress with no sleeves but I could not bare the cold long enough and my arms and face were turning red! I should have picked a warmer month

Special thank you to Jennifer You know why but really from the bottom of my heart thank you publicly People deserve to know all you actually do for others and my mother and I will never be able to thank you enough People considering this venue – I read the couple of uglies too and I know ever place gets them now and then but this place deserves better I don’t know their “real” details, but I can say this, from start to finish I worked with Jennifer and her team (2 years in the making) and they NEVER failed to take care of me or my family Was the process stressful at times? ah YEAH! I was planning a wedding! but we were always kind – they were always kind, we had VERY special needs and this place went WAY above and beyond for us and I know many others like us which is actually how we found this place! Love this place!

An all inclusive wedding venue, you get what you pay forLet’s start with the parking area: it would bottom out most sedans When this was brought to the Owner/manager’s attention she explained that she was aware of it but wanted to do the cheap fix that washes out when there are heavy storms

I suggest 4x4s or ATVs when trying to parkNothing went according to the schedule that the venue had provided during the rehearsal The owner/manager called the bride by the wrong name She was more concerned at the rehearsal with signing paperwork for another wedding than taking care of the wedding that was about to take place The schedule claimed that photographers would show up at noon, one photographer showed up at 12:15 The primary photographer showed up hours later wearing cover-alls and rain bootsThe photographers took terrible photos, the one photographer had never taken any sort of photography class, unfortunately it showed There is only one photo of the bridal party, not to mention a lack of photos with the family So the photos were ruinedDuring the ceremony I looked over and the venue owner/manager sidled up to the bar and got herself a cocktail It was really nice to reward her hard work with a cocktailThe food was terrible I have never been served a quarter of a chicken breast The texture was so rubbery, I couldn’t bring myself to finish itOverall everything was terrible and sucked The venue brought out a pizza truck at the end of the night, it kind of made up for all of the mistakes until the photos came backI’m certain that the venue owner will try to write a response justifying everything, but take my word for it, the wedding venue did not deliver and failed my friends who were married Look elsewhere for a wedding venue

Hosted our wedding rehearsal dinner here and it was wonderful – staff were kind, room was decorated nicely, and the catered food they partner with was delicious After the wedding, we were all hanging in the lobby, and a staff member came out to offer us a trash can for our leftover snacks and told us we could hang out as long as we wanted, but to just avoid any hallways so as to not awaken guests We really appreciated it!

Holly Valentine

Unfortunately this is the only hotel in town, so there is no reason to upgrade I have to stay here a couple of times a year because it is really the only choice in the area I keep hoping it will improve, but never does

Worst beds in a hotel ever… floor would be more comfortable Also the pillows on the bed would hardly work for a toddler There is one sheet along with a paper thin blanket and paper thin bedspread Can’t imagine staying here in winter The only good thing is the fridge and microwave in the room – definitely bring your own food if staying multiple nights Even the tv system feels like it is 20 years ago

Kimberly Williams

The hotel was fully booked, but the staff treated us like guests and not a job or a nuisance I am excited thinking about visiting family again and staying at the Westminster Best Western!I was saddened by a family that was complaining about breakfast on Sunday They were unkind to the hard-working and kind, young man working to feed the fully-booked hotel! They were loud and unkind not only to the hotel staff, but to their own family members

I share this because I expect this family to leave a derogatory review as they seemed like that sort of people (ironically, the woman’s name was Karen!)
