We visited the hotel as a road trip rest stop The lobby was pretty, the counter staff was helpful, and there was lots of windows There were large lucite sheets at the counter, between staff and customers

Both restrooms were very clean (which is why we stop at hotels for bathroom breaks) If main floor is indicative of the rooms, we’d definitely stay there

Just had a VERY confusing situation with the Bonvoy app and my recent cancelation at this hotel (that no one on my team had canceled) Nina was extremely helpful at the front desk and credited the cancelation fee for me I have yet to stay with them but I am a loyal Marriott guy…Nina reminded why

If she is an representation of this hotels service, then it is excellent

My husband and I used the Courtyard Marriott at Lebannon as part of our wedding weekend and unfortunately it did not live up to the expectations we come to expect from the Marriott establishment From the onset, communication between myself and the hotel was sparse and I would only receive a response to inquiries about the room selection process after sending MULTIPLE messages to the event coordinator One of the few times I did receive a response from the hotel was to be informed that the former coordinator was no longer working for the hotel and that a new individual would work with us

I was hopeful that with the change in personnel, the service and response time would improve The first couple of exchanges with the new coordinator were positive in the fact that she did respond within a reasonable timeframe Unfortunately as the date to our wedding weekend grew closer, it became more of the same in which I would reach out for follow up and have to wait days without a response It was frustrating to say the least to learn that after we committed to the number of rooms in order to receive a complimentary room, that we were told that our suite that we were using during the weekend could not be comped as the suite was not part of the complimentary rooms deal NO WHERE in the contract that I signed stated this information and when brought to the attention of the event coordinator, the response was “its company policy” I suggested that since the Suite could not be comped, could we receive a credit off of the final bill given that we also are having an open bar and Breakfast during the weekend and once again was told that this could not be allowed During the evening of the open bar at the hotel, we were provided wrist bands to give to our guests and was informed that they would be sufficient for the bar (top shelf) and food that was chosen I noticed within minutes that other guests were eating the food which we brought to the attention of the bartender on duty, to which he replied, there was nothing he could do A few of the guests wanted beer instead of liquor and was informed that beer was not included in the menu- I was able to resolve the issue with the manager on duty in order to provide beer to the guests, but again it was frustrating to deal with this mishap when less than an hour before, I was celebrating with the same guests the happiest day of my life We were informed that there would be signage to let guests know where breakfast was being held, and unfortunately this was not provided until after I made it aware of the attention of the associate/manager on duty at the front desk I was informed as part of the contract that I would receive points for the BEO either to Marriott or my choice of travel program, which I still have not received to my account In addition, I still have not received a final bill showing the charges that occurred during that weekend for the snack bar and breakfast buffett Overall, I am extremely disappointed in the lack of transparency and care that the staff at the Courtyard Marriott in Lebanon showed me and my husband during the weekend that we were there I would not recommend anyone to stay at this location

Good start to our visit was the warm & welcoming greeting by Fletcher who is professional courteous & friendly Our check-in was smooth and virtually enjoyable

Not to gush but some of the other front desk personnel were almost invisible or, when present, didn’t look up from the computer that we saw for the rest of our stay (it’s the little things and Fletcher is on it) The dining area staff were also wonderful Everyone was very pleasant and we marveled at how quickly items were refreshed so guests never ran short of any item The breakfast is well maintained, stocked and sufficient for continental fare but unless you like “cheesy potatoes and spinach quiche cups (or oatmeal) a bit lacking in variety The rooms are a bit small but well furnished You can make a full pot of coffee with the in room coffeemaker, but only 1 cup portions are provided, so you’ll need coffee & filters if you want to make a full pot The bathroom has a large shower and the shampoo, conditioner and body wash provided are quite nice As for room selection, normally the choice is for away from the front to avoid highway noise – the same is true here if your goal is a quiet sleep If the goal is a quiet afternoon/evening the front is preferable as the back has a basketball court To sum up – A good solid place to spend the night at a good value with some very good people (not kidding – Fletcher, the dining area staff and the people who maintain the rooms are just great) A good place to stay

Hotel was not busy We’ve been here many times and had a pretty high status The room looked out onto the roof with the a/c mounted pretty high up (restricted view and light entering room from the lone window) They have a policy of washing all the dishes in the dishwasher

Dishes were in the dishwasher but not washed , hair dryer was non functional When we complained staff just shrugged their shoulders I had been a loyal Marriott customer But am beginning to re think With the pandemic, I am guessing quality of staff and service has fallen Hope it comes back soon and before I move on

Jonathan Canulli

3 rooms between the family Rooms were nice and fairly clean for the most part, dishes in the dishwasher in my parents room and my brother and his family’s room were dirty and their neighbors were clearly engaging in questionable activities based on the smell and them covering the smoke detectors Brother’s group got to move suites however were unable to accommodate moving suites for my parents

Not the hotels fault, they were just booked

Wayne and his staff are amazing! The hotel is easily accessible for many major roads in the area When you arrive you are greeted by a friendly face and welcomed into a clean comfortable hotel We stayed there every weekend for over 2 months and we had no complaints about any of the rooms we were in during our stays

Any special request placed on the app were always in place when we arrived We were so happy with the hotel that our son is now using it for his block of rooms for his wedding Keep up the great work!

Nancy McNamara

We were booked as a guest for a wedding Having arrived from out of state, the front desk assisted in getting us into a room before the actual check-in time Unfortunately, although the room was vacated, it had not yet been cleaned

A quick call to the front desk got us immediately moved to another room The room was spacious and very comfortable The only drawback is that the rooms seem to have “mood” lighting You know, for evenings and good rest It was incredibly difficult to apply make-up in such dim lighting A mirror by the window or a bright bathroom light would have made a big difference! Being so close to a wedding venue, they should remember people get dressed there, not just sleep

BED BUGS BED BUGS BED

BUGS I’m stating that right up front so anyone skimming the reviews sees it immediatelyWe stayed here two nights for a wedding over the 2022 Memorial Day weekend We did not notice anything immediately, but as my wife got ready to go to bed she found one mature bed bug Not having had interactions with the pest before, she thought it was a tick, which is gross, but doesn’t usually indicate an infestation I had been visiting with friends and came back to the room a half hour later and immediately realized that it was much worse than that Checking the corners of the bed, we confirmed that it was indeed a bed bug infestation and had likely been that way for some time since there were examples spanning the life cycle chart of bed bugs Needless to say, we immediately vacated the roomTo be fair, the staff at the hotel was somewhat accommodating They immediately gave us a new room and comped our entire stay However, they did not offer any preventative measures, did not do anything to ensure the new room (which was on the same floor) was not also infested, and were not able to even advise me on their standard sanitation practices Upon inspection, our new room was clean and we advised numerous friends staying in the hotel to check their rooms, which yielded no further bug findingsOver the course of the weekend, we walked past the room multiple times to see if anyone else was staying in the room or if they were cleaning the room or anything at all Nothing No precautions were made to ensure that the infestation wasn’t spreading A simple Google search shows that bed bugs can and will travel between rooms, so this was highly concerningAlmost a month later, despite taking extensive precautions, I live in fear that we brought the pests home with us since they can live for months without feeding (gross) I would happily pay the cost of the hotel stay in exchange for peace of mind, so while the comping of the room was appreciated, in my opinion it is entirely inadequate Do betterSuffice to say, we will not be staying at this hotel ever again, and furthermore will not be patronizing any Fairfield hotels in the future Please heed this warning and stay somewhere else – there are plenty of other hotels in the area

Nice hotel for the money Easily accessible from the parkway Ample parking

I had a two-double bed suit The front parlor has a mini fridge, microwave wet bar, TV and sofa-bed The bathroom is a little dated but good water pressure and clean Pool was on the smaller size They have a full bar and you can order appetizers Nice lounge areas to mingle Great buffet breakfast which takes sanitary and health precautions into account Jennifer who assisted us at the main desk was awesome I used the App to check-in and it was great I was able to select my room and use my phone as my room key One of the downfalls of the App they do not tell you that you need to visit the front desk to get passes to utilize some of the amenities of the hotel This is a family friendly hotel

Amaris Pollock

We booked our room through a secondary app that Embassy Suites works with, and they somehow lost the room we booked (two rooms that were combined with double beds and a pull out couch) and switched it with a single KingAfter a little arguing and showing proof of the confirmation of our room, the front desk was able to find an available room close to what we ordered & paid for And the staff was being friendly and helpful during the dilemma/confusion

So I would recommend that if you book a reservation through a secondary travel app–ALWAYS call up the particular hotel immediately after you obtain your confirmation from the secondary app to ensure that your reservation matches what Embassy Suites received from the travel app That way you can avoid what we went through before you arriveThat said, the room was clean as was the entire public spaces The breakfast comps (a coupon per person/per overnight stay) were handed over via a coupon We were also handed a complimentary ‘welcome drink’ for the evening for every adult in our reservation who was 21+ but none of us used itThe breakfast in the morning was well organized, ample beverage choices (coffee, tea, milk, juices) with a fresh fruit section, cereal to choose from, scratch-made pancakes and omelettes (I would recommend) & french toast (needs to be improved) with fried potatoes and your choice of breakfast meats–either bacon or sausage (bacon was paper thin and very salty, so maybe the sausage was a better choice, but we all had the bacon)Anyhow, the room was comfortable and clean You can change the temperature to fit your preference The bathroom was a good size and there was an additional sink in the room with the beds as well a wet bar sink in the lounge area of our room The lounge area was a little on the small size but workableI’d say that this room was a bit overpriced in comparison to where I’ve stayed at in prior trips at different hotels (those have larger rooms & larger lounge areas in the rooms), but overall it was okay for a single night’s stayPrice point to what we received: I personally would stay at one of the other hotel chains that I’m alluding to over this one, especially since the main reason we chose this location was for the pool (which was closed due to Covid restrictions) So for all intensive purposes, we were in a smaller room than what I know we could have stayed at for about 100 dollars less with similar breakfast deals but the other chains lack the displayed ambiance you’re greeted and surrounded by when you enter into this hotel’s lobby & public areas

Melissa L

The breakfast was delicious! Loved the omelets! The main foyer area was beautiful (bravo to the architect) If you have to spend a few days here you would enjoy sitting by the fountain or taking a leisurely walk along the pondOur room was clean and spacious, but we did have to change it upon arrival due to a small leak in the bathroom

The staff was pleasant and friendly, and a special thank-you to Heraldo who was very kind and helped us with our room changeOverall it was a very enjoyable experience and I highly recommend this hotel

Remember to use ʜoᴛᴇʟʙoʟʟʏᴄᴏm when booking any hotel They compare hundreds of booking websites and usually will have rates a lot cheaper than others! Thank me later on! This resort is the best rated in this area

I’ve been staying here for a very long time If you decide to stay here you for sure won’t be disappointedRooms are clean and so is the lobby and hotel overall I’ve stayed at a number of hotels in the area and the Heldrich is one of the nicest One of the great things about this hotel is it’s surrounded by a lot of restaurants You can literally walk across the street and be at a number of fine dining restaurants within 40 feet of the hotel doors It simply makes life easier if you are visiting in the area Hotel management is very nice and accommodating as well

We were traveling from out of town and stayed here for a night Room was very big and spacious No complaints except that room service did not come unless I requested a clean

Also I stepped on a pin needle?! I let the cleaning room service know and she saw it her self She plainly said we clean the carpet when we vacuum but we don’t always guarantee that everything comes up! They are so lucky my 5 year old or crawling 11 month old did not get stuck with it…or else there would be a lawsuit pending! Manager was nice to offer us free breakfast but unfortunately our flight was leaving at 3am and couldn’t accept his offer Management was suppose to get back with us about the incident and still haven’t heard back I would not recommend this hotel not very professional at all

Bhaumik Parekh

We had the worst experience staying at this hotel! I would not recommend it to anybody as their staff service is worst than a motel We paid $500 for 2 nights that is way expensive than any 3-4 stars hotel considering that we will also get good service from the staff for the price that we paid but that was not the case We asked for microwave and they told us we will be charged $25 for it, first of all which good hotel charges for microwave

We were ready to pay for it at the end but turned out they did not even have one in their inventory! We asked for extra comforter as I was feeling too cold and their thermostat was also not working to set the temperature, they did not give extra comforter as well We kept waiting but staff did not provide anything The phone was also not working from room so every time for any room service we had to go all the way down ourselvesWorst place to stay , please do not waste your money here as we already wasted ours!

Gave Hilton another shot and wow I was impressed! Clean, bright and spacious rooms Updated and modern Some small creature comforts like reading lamps, slide out bins for extra storage and a nice sitting nook

I spent 9 nights on 2 separate trips on back to back weeks The daily turnover service was excellent The room was neatly organized, clean, restocked and smelled fresh and clean! Thank you for a great experience!

Nova Erica Tan

We stayed 1 night The hotel lobby is aesthetically pleasing and clean The front desk staff were friendly

They have a convenience area for any needs The breakfast was $1495 though we did not have it The room itself was spacious and clean and modern My only issue was that housekeeping came to our room at least 4 times between 10am and 12pm (check out) They apologized each time for disturbing us but it was a bit of a bother We could also hear voices and vacuums in the morning It is located within a shopping center and close to a mall so it is a convenient location for food and shopping

Sonya Lyatsky

I like the room, it is clean and nice looking, but the price is very high and no breakfast included When I left a computer mouse behind (well, it happens sometimes), the hotel lady has sent it to me, thank you very much! But she used Fedex (about $9) for a mouse (which costs $12) taking this money from my account, when she could use USPS for $4 Thanks, sure, but once I left something behind in the hotel that cost twice less and they send it to me and didn’t ask any money from me

Overall, it was a very nice experience, which I’d rather never repeat

The hotel is quite modern and has no smoke smell The hotel is clean and tidy My only issues with the hotel are they did not have a complimentary breakfast nor did the room I stayed in have a refrigerator or microwave

Also, the gym was not available If the hotel is charging normal high rates then they should have other services included instead of cutting other services Another issue I had was with the nighttime front desk attendant – Medium height, African American middle-aged female She was quite rude and did not try to accommodate my needs when it was already pre-booked a few days earlier and she was very rude when I tried to resolve the issue with her Would probably not stay here again if the issues are not fixed

I was on a vacation to Boston, New York and New Jersey recently I lived in Basking Ridge many years back in late 1990’s and having known the area and close to Hindu Temple in Bridgewater, booked a room in Delta Hotels by Marriott, Basking Ridge It was a very pleasant experience for my wife and me

Location is excellent, nice greenery view from window, no noise and very peaceful Front staff were gracious and helpful Room service was great, though it is done on request due to COVID situation Room was very spacious, clean, very clean and upgraded bathroom, great mattress, pillows and sheets and towels, nice climate controlling unit in the room Quality toiletries were provided Had great rest sleeping on the very comfy mattress!! Morning complimentary coffee was good Free water bottles were provided For the price we paid, it is well worth it Wish we had more time to stay few more days at this hotel Overall, we had a great memorable stay!! Probably the best after Wynn Resort in Las Vegas and better than the other Marriott and Sheraton Hotels we stayed during this trip in Boston and New York I was able to see the places I used to go back in the days around Basking Ridge and reminded pleasant memories All the towns, Hindu temple close by make this location very ideal I strongly recommend anyone coming to visit the temple from out of state and planning to stay overnight or few days to definitely stay at the Delta Hotel in Basking Ridge One can appreciate the real beauty of New Jersey towns around this hotel after seeing the horrible places like Newark, Jersey City, Oranges etc!!

I popped in for a quick overnight The hotel pricing (double queen) on a Sunday night was very affordable The hotel itself is a bit older, but recent upgrades keep amenities modern

You can tell from the carpet in the hallways and wear spots on doors, yet the bathrooms in the rooms are much newerThe rooms and beds were comfortable The hotel is away/offset from any major roads, so the stay was quiet from any outside disturbancesThe breakfast fare (as identified in other reviews) is average for $17/person: the “hot” food in the buffet was warm; the fruit was fresh crisp; the breads and muffins were freshAll of this was packaged in the standard DoubleTree charm, including helpful staff and the signature cookies

peanutavalon

Pretty good First impression was finding a hair in the mini fridge and the sink Not that big of a deal

Room was fine for my wife and two sons The following day we experienced an unruly mob of guests running through the hallways, smoking weed in the stairwell, pulling fire alarms and using fire extinguishers for fun Fire alarm went off in the entire hotel and had to evacuate for at least an hour Very inconvenient and inconsiderate to all guests Thankfully they were kicked out and hopefully will never returnThe staff was very friendly upon arriving The restaurant was also very nice to have on the premises Great food and staff

Quiana Jackson

Room was about $200 which I didn’t mind spending for my 2 kids because I was told breakfast was included and they had a pool! Got to the room and there is no microwave in the so called suite to warm food up The separate room was so little it looks like a bed inside a closet! The pull out sofa bed was not made and had a balled up sheet inside of it! The pool area has bugs! Many bugs! There were no towels available in the pool area in the afternoon/evening when the kids wanted to swim or the next morning! Had to bring the towels from the room! Took the kids to the breakfast area and was stopped and advised that breakfast wasn’t included and I needed to pay an additional $1999 per person including for the kids! Went to the desk where I advised that I was told on more than one occasion that breakfast was included with my price , but was basically told it didn’t matter and that I wasn’t a gold member to get the breakfast! I felt as though I was brushed off

I WILL NEVER COME TO THIS HOTEL AGAIN? What did I pay $200 for? A little room! I will make sure to let my friends and family know to NEVER stay at double tree!

I stayed here with a soccer team for a weekend soccer tournament and booked multiple rooms The hotel rooms were spacious, clean, and updated, but the best thing I experienced here was the customer service Erica was super helpful with booking and upon check in, made sure our reservations met our needs

After we checked out and were already on a plane back to CA, we realized one of the girls left some very important school work in the room Patsy went above and beyond for our group and immediately went on a search for the missing school workAND SHE FOUND IT! And the amazing customer service didn’t stop there Kat also went above and beyond by taking photos of the school work and emailing it to us in time for her to study and turn in The level of service by these wonderful ladies is something that I will never forget From now on, I will stay at this hotel every time we visit the area because we know the rooms are perfect and the customer service is superior We appreciate the tremendous care and attention by Kat, Patsy, and all of the Hampton Inn & Suites staff in Bridgewater

I am on a clinical trial for cancer at Memorial Sloan Kettering and this hotel is a little out of the way, but the experience my sister who is taking care of me and I had this past weekend was great We like the location, the hotel and staff exceeded our expectations and most of all the comfort of the room Very spacious, clean, comfortable and quiet

Fran Guertin

Very nice hotel but ridiculous pet fee The hotel was very clean and comfortable The rooms were large and the staff pleasant and helpful

My issue was with a non refundable pet fee of $100 While I understand there are irresponsible out owners I feel a far better system is a reasonable pet fee of $25 to $50 and a hold of perhaps $200 on my charge in case of damagei wouldn’t stay against but only because of the pet fee

Nice hotel but it’s pretty much a hotel for a club If you come on a weekend good chances you get young kids partying next door blasting music all night Choose another hotel if you want a relaxing night to yourself

Staff tried to quiet them down, came up twice but they wouldn’t listen Nothing they can really do about it I guess Ended up changing rooms at midnight

Kaitlin Moran

The bed was very comfortable and the room was super cute Only complaints are that the pool was pretty cold even though it was heated, our rain shower head didn’t work in our room and, the breakfast selection wasn’t great considering you had to pay for it I would have liked to have bacon instead of cold it’s

Just saying Overall though it was an enjoyable stay

Michaela L

This hotel and rooms are extremely nice, clean, and spacious However, the staff working on the ground floor was not attentive towards us or friendly at all We were not properly greeted when we first arrived to check in and most were behaving like we were an inconvenience to them for having to do their job

They also acted like we should know how everything works but it was our very first time thereNobody explained the procedure of checking in with a host before going up to the rooftop bar The host stopped us while we were already inside the elevator and had a condescending tone asking if we had a reservation When checking out, no one was at the front deskOn a positive note, the rooftop bar was a fun atmosphere and the bartenders were amazing and attentive It’s a beautiful place to stay but I personally would think twice about going back just because of how the hotel staff treated us

The hotel is huge and used to be gorgeous but now it looks outdatedIf you choose a room with breakfast you will be not wrong 😉Outdoor pool is great

Continental breakfast has usual Hilton options  (scrambled eggs,  bacon,  breakfast potato) with some restaurant’s touch (you supposed to use vouchers)The territory around the hotel is nice but needs a little bit more attentionOverall it was a good stay  My kids enjoyed weekends there

I wonder if this place was nice before COVID because now the place gives an outdated vibe It has a pool, business center, plenty of conference space and a restaurant on site Yet, nothing made me feel like I was in for a treat including the staff who barely recognized my diamond status

They were less than warm in their welcome Maybe they were tired because it was a holiday weekend and bus load of kids checked in? At least the bed was comfortable and the room was clean

This double tree hotel was a great disappointment I am a Hilton Gold honors member and had never been to a Hilton property that was so outdated and unclean We booked this location for an anniversary staycation for two nights and checked out after night one because of how gross it was

We had to stay night one because no other hotels in the area could take us that late at night We booked a room with patio walk out to the pool The doors were incredibly hard to open, the patio curtains were so filthy and dusty, I needed to go and buy allergy medicine The patio windows were so streaky and dusty, you couldn’t see through them The air in the hotel was musty The bathroom still had hair in it and it was so small you could barely move around One of the front desk staff was so rude, I was appalled Ive never been treated that way in a Hilton property before The hallways looked like they had never been vacuumed and the ice machine was so gross, we went out to buy ice for our water bottlesDark, musty and outdated Highly don’t recommendThe grounds are the only saving grace The outside is pretty but the pool fills up quickly and the lounge chairs are incredibly limited so if you want one for your family, secure it before 9am There are only like 4 of them so it feels like hunger games for them

Great Service Very spacious and nicely appointed I brought the kids here mainly for the indoor pool so they can go whether rain or shine

There was plenty of parking behind the building near the indoor pool, so there is no need to compete with anyone Has EV charging too for those of you that run on batteriesThe restaurant downstairs has fair prices, which is competitive against the need to drive out and eatWhile we gave it 5 stars anyway, I just wanted to note that the photo of the indoor pool is a bit misleading The pool is a little smaller in real life, but it is still roomy and not too crowded when we went

Beautiful hotel that sits on the Connell business park now renamed The Park Like all Embassy Suites each room offers sofa/ kitchen area and the bedroom area These are spacious and nicely decorated for the price point

Included in the stay are a free breakfast buffet (oatmeal, fresh fruit, bagels, coffee, etc and an omelette station) which are good and quality does vary of some offerings based on the time you eat They also give a complimentary drink for each adult per/ night of your stay This is a nice touch and you can upcharge if you’d like top shelf brandsLots of common areas for working which is the top priority here for most guests There is also a full Starbucks on site and a great reading area in front of the shop See my Grain & Cane review for notes on the on-site restaurant which is 👌🏼 tooThe pool area could use a little love, but all in all the Staff was very courteous, the property was very clean, and all in all I would highly recommend it!

The room was dirty upon check in, there was like white substance all over the bed shams and all over the doors and all over the floor, there was also a sticky substance seeping out of the refrigerator the room smelled like they were covering up maybe pet odor The scent from the vents was very overwhelming like a deodorizer

The lamp was broken and hanging sideways There was no happy medium with the air conditioner, it blew right on us all night and there were no abilities to set the vents in an opposite way away from the beds the breakfast stations were jampacked nowhere to sit young kids touching all the food with their hands, and the lines wrapped around the tables for fresh omelets, which led us to get breakfast at Starbucks Maybe it was a wedding weekend? The hotel should alert guests when something like this is occurring, We weren’t able to use the pool, there were so many kids in it and it was a very small 3ft pool, and we chose this location specifically for the pool Very unhappy We even came late like 8 pm And check-in was at 3, we told them we would be late so they had an ample amount of time to clean the hotel room , the daybed cushions were not even put in correctly the zipper seam was facing out The hotel has such potential

The place is very clean, modern and well maintained The staff was accommodating and friendly The room was really nice and spacious but cozy

Bathroom amenities were Paul Mitchel and I greatly appreciated those There was a great variety of breakfast foods available in the morning which was wonderful This hotel got all the details right even down to the smallest of details! There is also a delicious smelling restaurant right across the street that sadly I didn’t get to try but the next time I am out here I will absolutely be looking forward to it!

Clean, welcoming and comfortable! Stayed a few days while in town for a wedding Despite our wild family lol the staff was more than hospitable, they were stellar! The breakfast bar was great! And the staff who were manning the breakfast bar were on top of everything Super friendly and helpful, they kept it stocked and above all, clean!!! Highly recommend!

This was the worst hotel I have stayed at We had booked 50 plus rooms for two nights and the service was the worst we have ever seen and this is coming from someone who works in the hotel industry We had booked a meeting room for all the people who were staying in the hotel and our count for people attending went up to 80 therefore; she told us to use the lobby

The hotel has a bar but on purpose they don’t open it so they can charge people to have a bar open The bartender the hotel gave us had no bartending experience as he didn’t know how to make a martini or a Moscow mule He was supposed to be there from 5:30 to 10:30 and he was missing in action from 7:30 onward When I went to inquire, he was hiding in the back and said if he wanted noise he would work in a club One of the guests (who was not affiliated with us) said I know people and you can get fired and he ran with that saying we threatened himThe GM, the next day said I need to speak to you and we didn’t tip the bartender She claims she had to comp $5,000 worth of room revenue which is a lie because we had occupied 60 rooms Why would you put other guest in the middle of all the rooms At the end of the night when we came back from our event we decided to go to Tap house 2020 and we were told that the hotel called and said we were too rowdy and not to accept our wedding block I came back to the hotel and when we confronted the GM Melinda, she denied it When my nephew went up to speak to the front desk about why they called the tap house 2020, the GM came out and said I am tired of everyone coming and asking me questions and she is calling the cops Are you serious, the hotel does not know how to handle a large crowd The hotel should not host any wedding room block You can’t threaten to call the police when someone is asking question and you don’t feel like answering The GM and the staff ruined our happy day and upset the bride and the groom

I see there are good reviews I guess they were having a bad day my family and I were very disappointed we always stay at Hyatt when traveling, the carpet was dirty, the bathrooms were filthy and we showed them all these areas and reported broken lamps and a dishwasher that wasn’t even connected to use and looked liked it hadn’t been cleaned for months the door wouldn’t even closed the bathroom door rubbed against toilet so that was a issue trying to close the door this is not the Hyatt that we know and trust as our home away from home

Pros: easy check in, nice looking room, good views, staff is nice, breakfast is great, and drinks at the bar are well madeCons: the room was dirty Hair behind the sink (Like beard shavings), floors weren’t vacuumed hair and dust in the carpet (I blew up balloons and when I went to pick them from the floor they were covered)

No more conditioner in the bottles in the showerIf I didn’t have so many things and time crunching I would have moved rooms But I

My sister got married last weekend We booked rooms at the Bridgewater Marriott because it was close to the venue Unfortunately our experience was less than satisfactory

There are three of us sisters and two of us have children We wanted to have neighboring rooms so we could easily hang out and the cousins could spend time together Our rooms were confirmed the day before arrival via both phone and email However, when we arrived none of the rooms were ready and we all ended up on separate floors of the hotel Additionally, the rep from the hotel that my sister (the bride) worked with informed her that shuttle service would be provided from the wedding venue back to the hotel after the reception This was important as there was alcohol at the reception and we needed to ensure we could travel safely We we’re told that this was included in the booking costs Upon arrival, we were told that this service is no longer included in booking costs due to COVID and we had to pay an extra $1,000 to get the transportation we were promised My sister’s mother in law booked brunch for the wedding guests in the salon on the first floor the morning after the wedding The hotel had my sister’s credit card as well as her mother in law’s credit card on file They were told to charge the brunch to the mother in law However, they charged it to my sister The bride ended up paying for her own post wedding brunch!!! The rooms were nice and clean The staff was friendly There were just so many errors on the hotel’s part that it really took a toll on my sister’s wedding experience I would not recommend using this hotel for an important event such as a wedding Maybe for a night if you are passing through, but not when there is a lot at stake

Will never stay here again The room was a bit dirty, the bottles in the shower were empty, and the staff was not cooperating with my requests We were here for my sister’s wedding and they had not handed out any of the gift bags to our family and friends

I ended up having to hand out like 12 bags during the after party rather then having fun When we arrived for our after party the staff refused to supply us with ample amounts of food for our guests I had requested a room with a better veiw when I arrived and the staff had said all the rooms still needed to be cleaned, this was at 4pm with a 11am check outI would not suggest this as a wedding hotelThe rooms are nice but they lack refinement for the price of a night
