Today was an exhausting and rough day I arrived at this Hotel around 11pm and Miss Betty became the best part of my day! She was very patient and gentle in communicating with me She encouraged and spoke life into my day! Somebody needs to seriously give this lady a raise

I’m glad to be here- the hotel is very clean and smells fresh I have no complaints

Worst Customer Service wish can give negative stars, we requested an early check-in 1 hour earlier but wasn’t available as the room was not cleaned understandableWe got our room 2 hours later (1 hour after the actual/regular check-in time) While waiting the Receptionist was rude and said “Find another hotel, if you can’t wait

We prefer our Gold members and they can checkout late” All Other customers are considered third class and the staff have no idea about hospitality or services BTW I had booked this hotel 2 months in advance, also a Marriott member Regretting my decision with sticking to Marriott Brand

Stephen B

The staff was super helpful and nice during our stay The main issue was with the location of the hotel We could not sleep all night due to it’s vicinity to the interstate

The sound insulation is non-existent, and sounds like the window is open We changed rooms to the other side of the hallway, and it did not help You could hear every Dodge Charger on the on ramp like you were right beside it Find something further away from the interstate, trust me

Room was spacious and clean, we enjoyed staying at this hotel There was coffee ready very early in the morning The best part of our experiment was the staff

We were having flight issues of trying to get home for 2 days at this point and booked last second at midnight with the corporate team and they had an issue with our reservation We were so drained and Bobby and the rest of the staff worked hard to find us a room, showed us kindness and made us laugh We enjoyed the room but the staff alone would lead us to recommend and want to stay at this hotel again They really made us feel comfortable and at ease

Toni Russell

Love Staybridge They had their usual night guest buffet on Wednesday We had been driving all day got in 1 minute before they closed it

Lucky the desk clerk said go in they are holding it open for you Wow what a nice gesture Buffet person in charge, Oz, was gracious & friendly didn’t act like it was an annoyance Chatted with us for a while & incidentally the carnitas were so yummy We were so happy to not have to get back in the car & go find something to eat Thank you & our room was great as well

Sarah Taylor

The front desk staff did not greet us He seemed to be doing his homework in the corner Got up and looked at us like he forgot what his job was

The the hotel is old and dirty They are not cleaning these rooms Check out pictures The pool was closed due to “Covid” I’m like okay every pool in America is open now are you serious The rooms and building is falling apart This hotel needs more than a face lift

This 5 star hotel is just phenomenal! Our safety is very important to us so, I love that you need a security card to even get on the elevator to get upstairs where the rooms are I also love that there’s a door bell on every door instead of having to listen out for a knockThe grand entrance and showstopper lobby decor is just stunning

I am all about peace and tranquility, so, I love the fountain outdoor space!

Rosie Cheeks

Parking garage is not connected to building, will have to walk across the street to park in garage Parking is $35/day with no breezeway to keep guest out of weather element is kind of excessive I notified front desk manager to ask gift shop attendee to great guests upon entrance and to offer assistance if needed

The salesperson was on the phone but a simple acknowledgement would have been appreciated 🤷🏽‍♀️ Vending machine options definitely should be available there are over 13 floors of sleeping rooms; this will help guests stay comfortably close to their rooms and grab a snack or beverage to hold them over Staying over three nights should have a benefit of two complimentary breakfast coupons up to the cost of a buffet 🤔 just maybe

Ashley Fairchild

My husband and I spent a weekend here and really enjoyed our stay! The hotel is beautiful and the room as well as the pool area were neat and very clean I loved that there was a bar and restaurant within the hotel One of the best parts was you can valet your car and use the hotel shuttle to get around, which is nice when you don’t want to have to get in all the traffic

This was an interesting stay The vibe was definitely more party than luxury Not a place I’d go for a relaxing getaway or bring a family, but good for a party weekend

There is an adult entertainment lounge on property The rooftop bar had a nice view, but was absolutely packed People were aggressively staring and circling for any chance to grab a chair, which was off-putting 12 other people crammed themselves into the elevator to the rooftop bar, despite there being a 10 person limit which made me very uncomfortableI did not feel safe with the guestroom floors being easily accessible to every and any person on their way to the rooftop bar via the elevatorThe room was well decorated and clean The noise was overwhelming from the street and bar/lounges at nighttime and then from the gym across the street bright and early the next morning Not worth the $400/night I paidThe common areas were beautiful and the cafe seemed very well stockedI’d come back for a bachelorette party, but not for a romantic getaway

Brian Ayson

Overall not too bad My room was right by a service area so the first night I was there it was very loud I asked to get moved to a quiet room but they were booked solid

I barely got to sleep that night The second night was a little better It’s an old hotel and it feels like it I had traveled all day and I wanted a strong drink or two but the bar was closed for a private event I can see how someone younger and cooler than myself might enjoy it but I prefer more modern amenities

Cassie Shamey

Hotel Clermont was one of my all time favorite hotel stays First off, I wanted to take the decor home with me It makes for a super cool ambiance

Secondly, I really appreciate all of the thoughtful touches, from water bottles in the rooms, to loofahs in the shower, to good quality tea and coffee in the cafe, all free to guests Most importantly, the bed is super comfortable and the location is fantastic The only thing I’d note (more for folks who are easily distracted by noise at night) is that if you have a room facing Ponce de Leon, the noise from the street can easily be heard (we were on floor 4 for reference) Even at that, they provide ear plugs in the room Fantastic stay, I will absolutely return!

In short: friendly staff, less than desirable roomThe front desk staff was super amazing and friendly However, the room is less than desirable

The room immediately smelled of smoke from cigarettes or marijuana The sheets were clean and no visible bed bugs or insects found in my room The vents to the HVAC were very dusty as if not cleaned since install As others have mentioned the bathroom is small dimly litI would not recommend this hotel, I expected more from a Marriott affiliated hotel you are better off paying extra for the Courtyard by Marriott or another place and read the reviews

KENYA Edwards

Horrible experience We arrived with a group of 30 in many suites My room was infested with aunts all over

Ants in the bed, the counters, the end tables, the chairs…It was excessive We could not leave our drinks or enjoy a meal and lay it down I have sent videos to the manager and cooperate with zero resolution or assistance with relocating Haven’t even been offered a refund nor points Was told my case was closed Marriott said there is nothing they could do although the hotel branded their name We stay at Marriott all over the country and this by far as been the worst Traveling so much, You expect things will not always be perfect, but the follow up on the issue was unacceptable by both the hotel and Marriott customer service

Hector Ramirez Jr

Came here on business with my Job on a Monday afternoon and they initially authorized a $25 deposit for incidentals To my surprise, Friday they had Authorized an additional $90 I advised the front desk lady and they told me it would take 5-7 business days for it to fall off my account

That would typically be okay if that’s what I authorized but it wasn’t CONSUMER BEWARE! They like to authorize whatever they want Don’t dare give these crooks a credit card Then to make matters worse the sink in the bathroom didn’t work properly Bugs in the bathroom and trash right outside your room (food for the rodents and possums just great) I am in complete disbelief of the unprofessionalism of this establishment I would have much rather stayed at the real Marriott Not this nonsense Then for breakfast they just have microwaveable sandwiches and cold hardened French toast sticks Sandwiches smell like feet who wants to eat that!

Great Hotel The rooms were really nice and clean The lobby was and common areas were super nice! The elevators were awesome

People who are complaining that they take too long are impatient and don’t know what they’re talking about I stayed at 3 hotels in downtown Atlanta (all were super busy) and this one had the best elevator service When these hotels get so busy, there is nothing they can do to speed up the elevators and also nothing wrong with the elevators if they take a while It is very typical for these downtown hotels to have really busy elevators sometimes This hotel should NOT modernize their elevators because they work fine and modernizing would take a whole elevator out of service for months which is super inconvenient I’ve seen hotels try upgrading the elevators and it makes the problems WAY worse, if they tried that here it would be a disaster All the bad reviews about the elevators are coming from people who know nothing about elevators and have no clue what they’re saying Plus modernizing is a waste of money I wish they still had a pool but this is still a great hotel and I would recommend staying here

Stephen Rang

The staff was very friendly and approachable and our room was very clean The shower was slow to drain, but it was manageable and we were only there for 2 nights There should have been clearer communication regarding parking and adding parking to your reservation

We were able to do it at the front desk, but would have preferred to have known about the $35/day parking charge ahead of time, especially so we could have added it on to the room reservation at the beginning and saved time waiting in line for the front desk before going to dinner

L Bailey

The restaurants at this hotel are way OVERPRICED!!! The room doesn’t have a microwave What are guests supposed to do when he/she wants to heat up a meal or drink? No housekeeper come by to check if fresh towels are needed If you are staying for a couple of days; surely, he/she will not be using the same towels over and over again

The parking should be not be charged extra for the PRICE of a room per night!!!! That is so absurd Plus the structure of the parking area could have been better The elevator to the parking area had an out of order sign making it difficult to get to your vehicle I had to find the stairs along with some other guests that tried to find his/her vehicle That was so frustrating For the PRICE of this hotel, this could have been better

The hotel is average, nice staff The cleanliness of our room was very impressive I grabbed a few disinfecting wipes at the reception (nice touch!) with the intention of sanitizing all the surfaces we were going to be touching for sure in our room

To my surprise the wipes barely got dirty, there was not even dust there!!! I could see they take seriously the sanitation during this pandemicNobody will be cleaning your room during your stay so if you need extra towels or something else, you need to ask for it at the front desk Breakfast is not included and costs over $14 per person, you can find better options at the local restaurants5 stars is for the excellent cleaning protocol they are obviously following

Ashanti Crawford

I largely enjoyed my stay at this hotel The front desk receptionists were phenomenal in how friendly and welcoming they were The hotel is generally very clean and they had a very good gym on-site

I love the digital key availability and my room was comfortable, clean, and cozy My only complaint was that there is not any sound proofing and you can hear every single person talking in the hallway and slamming doors and dropping things above you I wasn’t able to get great sleep, solely due to the other guests If you’re sensitive to noise (which I’m actually not, but if feels like the sound was amplified), maybe consider bringing ear plugs Otherwise, the location was great as there is a decent restaurant/bar attached, a Target, Best Buy, and mall nearby I would stay at this hotel again PS – they do have their signature chocolate chip cookie but you specifically have to ask the receptionist for it It won’t be visually apparent when you are at the front desk

AJ Kheyr

Very happy with some of the staff and how friendly they are but the manager didn’t acknowledge that the alarms going off all night due to marijuana smoking was an issue that deserved complimentary stays or future discounts That’s totally unacceptable Free breakfast isn’t very compensatory

People had plans the next day which were completely ruined After long hours of travel, guests have the expectation of a quiet night for comfort and rest when they pay to stay a a reputable hotel chain My wife and I are both have career experience in the travel industry This is unacceptable from a chain of this stature First, we were told the alarm was going off due to a storm which was not even severe, it was very light rain Secondly, we were told it was due to maintenance related issues I don’t feel this is very honest We left our rooms and smelled nothing but marijuana in the hallways Housekeeping had the doors open and we smelled it everywhere in the hallways Please be honest and forthcoming with more acceptable offers and a compatible reimbursement for these awful circumstances Our toilet was also dirty upon arrival Something should be done

Edit- the manager responded to my review but missed key details It was not that there was a parking fee The parking fee email we received days before we arrived was misleading

The price was incorrect and it did not say PER DAYThe smoke smell was not regular smoke It was weed The people at the pool were smoking weed I changed my stars because even though the manager responded, the actual issues were not addressed The fees were misleading and there was illegal activity on the propertyI believe this hotel could improve greatly with more communication, staff training, and security We received an email before arriving stating that we would have to pay for parking It just stated a cost It did not say per night and the cost was more at the hotel than what the email statedWhen we checked in, we were given no details on how and where to pick up our car When I called down the morning we were needing the car, I was transferred to valet and no one answered It took a good amount of time to figure out where to goWe went to the pool one day and there was a small group there They guys were not swimming They were smoking weed in front of a no smoking sign This happened for at least 45 minutes There was no security presentAll in all we loved our stay There needs to be some improvements to make it better for all Especially for the price you pay

Linda Sherman

Overall, this was a decent hotel The rooms were clean There were a lot of amenities throughout the Atlanta Marriott Marquis

I especially liked the fact that we could walk to food courts without going outside The pool was quite nice – just always crowded I also liked how they had different elevators for different floors – that decreased waiting times Another plus was the many seating/lounging areas on the 3 lower levels The employees that I encountered were very accommodating

annmarie nagelin

The hotel itself is nice The people I encountered were pleasant and helpful The room however was very minimalist in design Unfortunately this means there is very little storage for clothing

There was one small drawer The room was somewhat dark There was a lamp on top of a closet The rug was a little dirty I made myself a coffee in the morning and all the creamers were solid

What a fun hotel! I stayed here for the weekend and really enjoyed myself The check-in is at the bar, where you receive a token for a free drink and moves quickly The room I was in was small but nice with a great view

We played games in the lobby on Friday and there was a DJ We also went to the High Note which is the bar next to the pool and would’ve gone back but it stormed the second night we were there The gym is pretty nice for a hotel as well Like others may have mentioned there was no iron in the room but there is a steamer in the room but also a public ironing room There is also no refrigerator which wasn’t a big deal for me but could be for others There is a microwave downstairsI’d definitely book again

Joy Elizabeth

Only stayed one night, but will definitely be back The atmosphere at Moxy is so cute and eclectic I felt like my room was a NYC apartment

Very modern and chic A great bar area in the lobby with plenty of comfortable seating, and lots of games Very clean, smelled good, room had great lighting options including a motion light under the bed that was great for middle of the night bathroom trips in the dark Great privacy options on the door including two locks and a view hole to see into the hall that has a cover when not needed Last but not least, the bed was probably the most comfortable hotel bed I’ve ever laid on

Christina Simmons

I took my daughter in law for her 21st bday to this hotel on a Saturday Staff were friendly and fun!! Everyone helped us and made sure we were taken care of We stayed the night and the room was comfy

We took a cooler for drinks while in room no refrigerator We danced all night till the DJ left and had a few friends come to have drinks Great party atmosphere Enjoyed it !!

Our stay was excellent from the time we checked in to the time we checked out We utilized online check in which allowed me to select a room on the higher floors where we felt we wouldn’t disturb other guests as we do have small children Being able to view the floor layout on the app is definite perk when traveling with small people

When we arrived at the hotel the front staff was friendly and helpful We were able to find parking within the gated garage no problem We found our room and were able to get squared away for the night The room was clean and comfortable The bathroom was well lit and spacious The breakfast in the morning was plentiful and accommodated guests of all ages We enjoyed our stay and will definitely stay again when in the Atlanta area

Excellent Hotel, Great Rooms, Great Staff! We took a flight from Arizona to attend a family members graduation from Emory University We were not familiar with the Atlanta area, and were thrilled to find this Hampton Inn based upon reviews on both Google and Trip Advisor When we arrived, the staff member we interfaced with was excellent

great customer interface and pleasant We parked in the parking garage next door, which was affordable, safe, and the next building to the hotel We asked for and received extra towels since we were in and out of the room over a three day periodOur room, which had one king bed, was spacious and nicely appointedWe interfaced with the General Manager, Jerry Roach, who was extremely friendly and who helped us to understand the variety of eating establishments around the immediate areaWe had a rental car and found it quite easy to arrive at the hotel from ATL the ride from the Airport was quick and not complicated at allOur ability to get to the Emory campus quickly was uncomplicated as well Fifteen minutes at most Starbucks is easily accessible by car; approximately 12 minutes away and not hard to findOverall, this experience was a 10/10 Congratulations Mr Roach and your staff for a top notch hotel experience

Just another hotel taking advantage of covid to cut back on amenities and service You have to argue with the front desk to get your room cleaned or towels replaced Even after that, good luck getting housekeeping to show up

In my case, they lied and claimed my do not disturb sign was posted From my room, the elevators were very loud – to the point that it seemed like I was sleeping next to the interstate during peak hours On top of this, there was no hot water or heat for 2 days during my stay Did they offer a refund or new accommodations for this massive inconvenience? Yeah, no You’re better off pitching a tent in Olympic park and showering in the fountain This Westin is a joke yet still charges $250 per night Recommend staying somewhere else Breakfast was consistently good in the cafe Good views from the sundial restaurant

So, to begin with I was checked into a room that hadn’t been cleaned There was trash in the trash cans, the table tops had some kind of dried sticky substance on them, there were dirty towels on the bathroom floor and the bed looked like someone had just taken a nap I tried to reason that maybe they’d turned the covers down for visitors to get into bed easier

NO, this wasn’t that This was a dented pillow where someone had been laying and a bed that someone had hopped out of really quickly They did get me checked into another room within 30 minutes However, I’d made my reservation weeks in advance It shouldn’t have been that hard to check me into a clean room Then there was way too much noise in the halls all evening and valet took forever The view of the city was amazing However, the entire experience for the price was just horrible Completely ghetto hotel, I’ll never stay there again, and if you can avoid it don’t stay here

Jinnafer Shumate

The hotel itself it’s beautiful with breath taking views , the management was accommodating as well We arrived at 6 pm and stood in line to check in to our room until 7:05 to be told that the deluxe room we booked was no longer available but we would get a king bed room and a $100 hotel credit We were finally able to get our deluxe room as well as the credit

We enjoyed our stay until it was time to get our car from valet , we waited 45 minutes and finally asked where our car was and they said they called our name but most certainly did not What is the point of paying 50 dollars for valet if it’s not going to be convenient when we could’ve parked across the street for 7 bucks Overall experience was mediocre at best and definitely not worth the prices you pay Also we chose to use some of our credit at the bar and waited another 35 minutes for 3 cocktails

Very nice hotel Staff was kind and helpful My room was very clean and the balcony was beautiful at night

I do wish there was seating on the balcony as if was nice to end the night our there before turning into bed There is a cute bakery across the street with amazing breakfast and lunch choices The hotel is attached to 2 other hotels which makes it nice for dinner/restaurant options There is also a food court connecting the hotels which is open 6am to 6pm on most days CVS was just a 2 min walk from the hotel if you forgot anything Will definitely stay here again!

I enjoyed my stay, at the Hyatt Regency, was an excellent choice I was able to check in early which was so appreciative The staff from entrance & car service to the front desk was on point

It was a nice additive to have guest attentiveness, professional, and friendly staff to ensure my stay to be enjoyable My room was super clean and my balcony view amazing especially at night There’s plenty of places to eat The fantastic eatery across the street, in the main lobby, and the hotel connection to the marketplace

The gym was nice and spacious The elevator area can get quite crowded though I would definitely stay here again!

TL;DR: HIGHLY recommend for large group events in Decatur!ACCOMMODATIONS & SERVICEThis hotel and staff were EXCELLENT Comfortable and stylish rooms, and staff were very helpful to address any questions or needs We were there for my sister’s wedding and they accommodated the whole family

It has such a comfortable feel with gathering spaces for everyone, large parties or small groups Some rooms have windows overlooking the central community area which I liked, but if that’s not your thing and you want more quiet you may want to request an externally facing room The pool and the gym were also quite nice, and the cafe serves Starbucks beverages which was a nice morning treatPARKING & LOCATIONThere’s ample parking also It’s super close to lots of shops, restaurants, and things to do which was really nice for everyone who was in town We stayed busy and no one had to drive anywhere Also really close to MARTA

The accommodations were nice and clean You can tell they take cleanliness very seriously, which is greatly appreciated The room itself was decent

Sort of modern, however, the bed was firm and comfy I did love the hardwood floors That was a very nice touch Overall, I enjoyed my overnight stay The $10 parking though, I didn’t love Haha

Our van broke down on the highway so we had to book a room quickly for the night The customer service was great! When we arrived we were greeted with water and a quick room upgrade I do not remember the mans name, but he was very accommodating

Their service to our room was fast when we asked for anything extra and our room was very clean Although we did not plan on staying here, I would highly recommend it I

Disappointing as part of the Marriott chain From the photos we were expecting better It was decent for a two night stay and that’s it

Location was convenient Staff was very nice The rooms need a great deal of attention Renovations/updates of some sort The refrigerator was in the bathroom Room lighting was horrible The rooms are so dark because there is not enough lighting in the rooms They only do housekeeping for a 4 night minimum stay; housekeeping isn’t available at your request We did request fresh new linen and towels, never received it The rooms do not have microwaves, which wasn’t too surprising because most hotels don’t have microwaves BUT the kicker is that the hotel did not even have a microwave in the lobby for guest use Overall I will not stay here again

Recently stayed here I have to say for the price, I was disappointedThe pool was closed, the machine in laundry was out of order for laundry supplies and over all the just a mediocre stay

With kids, I had planned to use the pool to help keep them entertained during our stay so this was a major let down Had we known at booking, I would have chosen a different hotel in the areaI will say the staff at the front desk were wonderful Very friendly and helpful Our first room we were given smelled horrible Like someone smoked and never cracked a window and it saturated the room for a week The staff were quick to get us a new room and the new one was clean and smelled goodThe layout of our room was weird The fridge was under the bathroom sink that was open to the room while the toilet & shower had a weird pocket door that struggled to stay closedPrevious to our stay, I read that parking was $30 I can confirm that if you can not find parking on the side of the building and need to park on the back lot, it is at a cost of $32 per day The credit card machine is currently out of order so you will need to have cash or use the ATM in the lobbyOverall, I would not stay here again

Please don’t believe the bad reviews! My grandson and I stayed there for 3 nights and we enjoyed every moment! The pool is currently being updated to be able to accommodate handicap accessible, I think that’s wonderful and very important This place is amazing, the staff was wonderful, very friendly and helpful My room was amazing, I truly enjoyed my view at night watching the city lights and early morning watching the sun ☀️ rising

The Bartender was amazing, they had a nice choices of beverages! I loved the location and you can walk to the park or near by restaurants For many years I would only stay at The Westin downtown, but the location has become very busy and noisy If you are looking for a clean quiet location, Aloft Downtown Atlanta is the place to stay! I’m planning my next weekend get away there soon!

From now on I will go with my gut My husband booked this hotel and I feel like I’m in a motel Room was dirty so I cleaned it

( something that I do anyway) Room is small there is NOT a real closet It’s more like a curtain pulled over a rod The air isn’t working so I had to go get a fan I didn’t change rooms because I will have to re-clean and I used it all cleaning this mess Front desk both at check in and night shift were very niceMy husband booked through Reservations and brought up my concerns about some reviews and the lady said people lie so they can get a refund They’re NOT lying this place is trash Even the trash cans aren’t clean NEVER will I stay at a Hampton Inn againWe ended up leaving the next day and found another hotel

Taylor Brie

My first experience as a Hilton Honors member was no honor at all, in fact it was deplorable We checked into the Hampton Inn Northlake and immediately smelled a rank odor We initially wrote it off as possibly just the smell of an older building, disinfected our room, and tried to carry on

The bed linen had minor stains on the blankets, the door to the room wouldn’t open unless you jimmied the handle We got in late and we woke up with extremely stuffy sinuses and malaise that we couldn’t quite explain I went to the restroom and that’s when I noticed the room was infested with black mold The shower ceiling had black mold, the wall behind the decorative ottoman had black mold, and the wooden cabinet that stored the refrigerator also had black mold There is absolutely no way the hotel staff didn’t know that the room was an unsatisfactory health hazard and the fact that they even booked the room shows a lack of care for the “honorable” customers and financial greed The manager Bongo, was kind enough to compensate our second night stay but had no available rooms to move us to We also learned that the room above us also had an issue with black mold after we brought these findings to their attention We felt uncomfortable returning to stay and booked elsewhere at the last minute Unfortunately, I can’t upload the video I took of the loose bathroom sink fixtures and the mold on the ceilings

Room was dated but cleanCoffee machine in room was broken

Pool wasn’t cleaned but advertising that it’s open all yearBeef was extremely comfy and the building was very quietBreakfast was only cold foodslolI found that most hotels that advertise free breakfast are now using covid as an excuse to serve only cereal and milk

Check-in on 5/20 at approx 12:30am was awesome Ariel was very courteous, friendly, helpful and informative Had a little issue with my U-haul move and her advice and help saved me a lot of head ache

The 418 sq-ft room is a little small for a family of 4 but it was clean and organized We got a high floor and a great view as requestedThe complimentary breakfast was great and the ladies we very friendly and welcoming Hope its not like another hotel I stayed at that only had the same breakfast every morningParking is a little expensive $32 a day As a guest it sucks but as a business man it makes financial senseHere for an extended stay, will either update this if possible or create a new one as time goes onLocated about 15 miles from the airport

This hotel is worth every penny The service is exactly how service should be The front desk associates were very knowledgeable about the hotel and the surrounding area

The hotel offers hot breakfast The selection was plentiful and gluten free options were available the cooks were fun hot coffee and ice cold fruit water are served all day There is a good selection of snacks and drinks available in the lobby for purchase tooThe room was spacious and the beds were so comfy The bathroom was also laid out well and I loved the extra shower head I’m 6 foot tall so this is the #1 win for this hotel

Petunia824

The location is in the heart Midtown which had fantastic proximity to all things Peachtree street and the Mercedes Benz Arena The staff were so helpful and outgoing—shout out to the breakfast team Chanta and Connie They were so kind and hospitable plus they whipped up a pretty delightful complimentary breakfast

I really loved my stay here Overall the rooms and hotel were in good shape The breakfast was very good for a free breakfast-we never got sick of it

The location was within walking distance of MARTA, the train station to get to downtown Atlanta, so we rarely had to get the car out to drive anywhere The staff were super friendly The ONLY complaint I had is that the TV in the room really did not work The channels did not tell you what was actually on, then the TV would freeze and even shut down We had a maintenance member come up to fix it but it was still broken In addition, they offered for us to switch rooms but said that many of the rooms have the same problem so we opted not to switch

Fatima Noble

The bed sheets were not clean The bathroom was extremely small Crumbs in the sheets and stains on the pillows

They do not clean the rooms properly, likely to save time Two stars because at least the front desk staff were accommodating and courteous when we first arrived The kitchen staff will hover you at the breakfast buffet This made me not even want to even eat there The pool was not open If you come here just ask for new sheets immediately and pick up breakfast somewhere else

Sarah Willett

Do not stay here Don’t be fooled by the other reviews It is unsafe-people hanging around outside checking out cars like they might steal them

The smell of weed fills the hallways and permeates into the rooms Smell was so strong it made me sick after only 5 minutes being there Tons of kids hanging about drinking/being loud Rooms are small, ugly, and smell Makes me reconsider ever wanting to stay at an IHG hotel again
