Really impressed by this hotel! Everything about it is very modern and clean The rooms are not huge but it has plenty of desk space, a (I think?) 55” tv that swivels, a very cute loveseat with ottoman (perhaps only king rooms I am not sure), high end shampoos and soap (Paul Mitchell!), and modern fixtures There is a bar, a Starbucks coffee corner, and a 24/7 snack/frozen dinner market with microwave

I would definitely stay here again if in the area

We stayed here for my daughters dance competition and I could not have been more pleased The hotel was clean, welcoming, and in a perfect location As impressed as I was with your hotel, your front desk manager Marsha, is a living angel

When we arrived that evening, my daughter and I had just had a minor car accident I was very shaken up and Marsha was so sweet and reassuring We didn’t have a car to get to the competition early the next morning As her shift was ending ( the next morningas she had been up all night working) she took us to the event in her own car to make sure we got there on time Our world needs more Marshas I cannot thank her enough and want to express my appreciation You have a great employee with a good heart Thank you Marsha!

Nice hotel, friendly staff, and clean room The only caveat is they don’t have the little soaps to use in the shower, and they don’t have daily house keeping service Perhaps they don’t give new towels each day, but at least come and make the bed up each day and fluff the pillows

For the price you pay for each night, at least provide some house keeping

It’s a lovely clean hotel with attentive and very accommodating staff No in-room service due to the pandemic currently, no buffet style at the breakfast either but you can sit down at a table and order the breakfast from the menu to be served Coffee/Juice refills

There’s a snack bar near the reception, and a lovely swimming pool Wonderful amenities just a few minutes away from the hotel (Avalon)

Erik Svendsen

The front desk was very friendly and attentive The pillows on the King Size beds are HUGE and super soft I tend to prefer firmer pillows

I asked if they had a normal sized pillow and right away they sent some up that go on a queen size bed In the mornings, I had the pleasure of speaking to Sandy who is PHENOMENAL She works behind the coffee bar and is VERY FRIENDLY, outgoing, and attentive I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the Alpharetta/Atlanta area

Angelia Bowdre

When I tell you I don’t have anything negative to say about this location! 🙌 It was Fabulous! Fabulous! Fabulous! 💯The two gentleman at the front desk were superb in every way🙌 They were very helpful, very friendly and very knowledgeable When we first arrived, our TV did not work in our room

I called the front desk and shortly the maintenance guy got right on it He made sure we got a new room and stayed to make sure our TV was working The hotel itself is beautifully decorated! I hate that I didn’t get a chance to spend more time there The hotel has a bar, indoor pool and a fitness room The location is great! It is close to the interstate I am definitely making plans to stay at this hotel again!🙂

We checked in late and Ruben was so nice and very helpful! The room was very clean, which was most important to me Our room was on the bottom floor beside the exit and people were coming in and out at all hours of the night and the door slammed every time The pumps for the shampoo and conditioner in the shower didn’t work

Breakfast was pretty good!Overall, it was a decent place to stay for the night if you are passing through

Erica

I was in town under not so great circumstances and had a few issues with rooms after checking in after 3am Keke at the front desk was very nice and patient and got me in a decent room for the night She even left a note for the manager, which made it easy to explain the next morning

Michelle took accountability for the hotel and took good care of us for the duration of our stay Nope, no credits needed All it took was a friendly face who understood the situation, apologized, and fixed it right away The ENTIRE staff was friendly and seems to enjoy their job! It gave me a little comfort when I needed it the most!

Sonal

The rooms were spacious, but no house cleaning done for the 4 days that we were there The breakfast was good But the lady cleaning and restocking the items was very upset about the number of people that were having breakfast

Multiple teams had booked that hotel for a 4 day tournament There was a time, she even lashed out on the kids Something that is not hospitality If the staff doesn’t like soo many people booked and having breakfast, then they should not entertain booking it Would never plan on going back there

We had 2 rooms that were super clean I travel a lot and make sure that the hotels I stay in have white sheets and blankets just because you can see how clean it really is I hate finding hair in the sheets to the point that I will leave

This hotel has very reasonable prices The beds were very, very comfortable None of us wanted to leave! I will be coming back for sure! Oh and the blackout blinds are amazing!

This is my second time checking in this hotel for a week As a top tier ihg member I was assigned rooms next to the elevator while my buddies who check in hours after me received better roomsAlso the washing machine doesn’t work…I am checking out in the morning and will ask my corporate travel to remove this place from the list of hotels to rent

We enjoyed our time here as a family of four; we typically travel with embassy because of the larger rooms and separate living space for the kids You could tell the communal spaces and rooms had been recently renovated and were in good condition All staff were very friendly and helpful! The pool area was large but needed some touch up and work on the glass ceiling, which I’m hoping was just cosmetic

The kids loved it anyway! The happy hour is still around, even after COVID, the snacks are just all individually packaged and the bartender puts them out right on the hour I would definitely stay here again!

First let me say i am a picky person I loved this hotel Minor things concerning room

Spots on carpet probably from dogs because they are dog friendly I have a dog but i think much more effort needs to put into cleaning that No maid service which i think is a bummer considering we paid over 50000 for 3 nights Its just nice to come to a room with clean towels and dirty removed The place is a older hotel but its nice You can see they have updated it My favorite part is breakfast The omelet is amazing You get two minimum The evening reception u get two drinks per day Limited selections I think snacks need work One day it was prepackaged stuff One day it was dip and chips Very spacious hotel Close to downtown Atlanta maybe 45 mins without all the traffic Beautiful area to stay No trash on the rd and no one begging for money I would stay again

Angels all around me Myla

The staff was very sweet and helpful I appreciate them showing up with a good cheerful attitude because that is rare these days The front desk lady made me feel very welcomed and so did Ms

Adrieanna who works the beverage center They were very sweet and accommodating The rooms are spacious and clean I highly recommend this location if you are visiting this area I will definitely be back

Hotel was nice! Everyone at the front desk was nice! Our room was clean and cold when we walked in Which was perfect on a June day! We enjoyed the pool and they have an outside bar! The bar by the pool closed around 6pm Would have been nice if it stayed open until 8 pm

The pool area is nice It has an outdoor shower and restrooms by it Security is big, you need your room key to access everything The bar inside the lobby looked nice and there is plenty of sitting area Overall, we were happy with our experience The price was great for our room and our drinks from the bar by the pool were reasonably priced

I truly cannot say enough great things about the Hilton Alpharetta We had 35+ rooms for my son’s wedding The staff made sure all of our guests were comfortable and happy

Any time someone needed anything (towels, trash bags, drinks, etc) the staff went above and beyond to ensure a wonderful gathering John, Carlos and the people at the front desk were amazing Jenni and her team in group reservations answered all my questions The hotel was beautiful, clean and met all of our needs and beyond The suite was perfect and we look forward to coming again Cheers and salute to the staff at Hilton Alpharetta

Depends on what you want->> This hotel’s location is wonderful— McDonald’s and a lot of other fast food places are a few minutes away The rooms were very very nice and clean! I was really let down that the pool was full of bugs and the water looks real dirty

The front desk staff Carlos was really nice and got us our keys really quickly! The room was sanitized and the shower is a little small for a 250 dollar hotel I was really dissatisfied with not having free or at least less expensive breakfast

A safe and Great location close to highway, restaurants, shopping & more The rooms were nice and super comfortable Everything was really clean and looked good except for the chairs in front of elevator

Service was quick, professional and friendly The only downside was that they offer breakfast but not included in what you already paid

alexis B

I was satisfied during my 4 day stay It’s definitely an older establishment, but it was clean Parking was readily available and in close proximity to the building

The breakfast was good with a nice assortment/variety of choices Norman at the front desk was very hospitable and hilarious !! The only minor issue I encountered was the time it took for the water to heat up (5-10 min) Aside from that, my stay was very pleasant

Pam Parker

I am just flying home from a 5 day stay in Atlanta It was my first stay at Hilton Northeast 5993 Peachtree Industrial blvd

I especially liked the service of Yuley He was friendly and has top notch customer service I felt even though traveling alone, the people helped me feel as though I had friends in Atlanta

Great location!!! Beautiful surroundings Super great check in staff!!! Everything was great until… got settled into the room and… there were a few dead bugs on the floor – carpet and the bathroom and the room was very musky all night So, the room wasn’t comfortable at all because of this

We had to check out of this property the next morning

yubo feng

We had a great stayI like most is the staffs – they are friendly and helpful, and always talk with smileRoom is super clean and comfortable

The outdoor area is pretty and nice to take a walkIn general it’s a fair game and I recommend it to others

generally, good experiencepros: nice staff, clean environment, quiet area, good location, safety is good, the air conditioner is good (can control at the control board at the air conditioner itself or at wall)cons: not so many outside chairs to let you enjoy the sunshine, swimming pool is only open on Friday, meeting room/meeting space is not open to individual use (but if you are in a group and book the meeting room in advance maybe you can use it)

Great locationThe breakfast is delicious with sausage links, home style potatoes, scrambled eggs, and moreThe fitness room was good

There is no laundry facility on-site with the closest one being about 10-12 minutes awayThe three stars are because it seems a little rundown It is nice, but there are little details that let you know that this hotel is old including nicks, scratches, and dents on the walls and door sills The lights in our living room space didn’t work, so someone just came in and unplugged them and said he’ll get to them later It has been two days, and he hasn’t been back yetThe bathroom light doesn’t turn on immediately; there is a delayThe elevators are slow One of them tells you you’re on floor 2, but it’s really floor 1 Floor 3 is really floor 4While the housekeeping staff are working on your hallway, they yell to each other and play musicThe a/c’s thermometer was not right in our room I had to turn it to 65 degrees for it to turn onAll in all, these are minor things, but when added up, it feels a little less than what I expect from the Hyatt brand

Anita Shembekar

We are on day 1We are here with 16 other familiesLocation is convenient

John at the front desk is greatHowever, the lobby and common areas are extremely HOT! The computers do NOT work The printer is BROKENThe pool closes at 8pm, really?!& this is a Hyatt?!

the edge

I’ve stayed at this location several times when I’ve come into town for work and the service has always been top notch I believe the gentleman’s name is Jamal who works at the front desk and he’s always an absolute pleasure to deal with My last morning there I also dealt with a woman and I believe her name was Jackie as she was newer with the company, and she was also fantastic so good job on the hirings, it’s people like these two that make ones stay that much better

This Marriott is a gorgeous hotel My boyfriend and I stayed here for only a night yet it was one of the most comfortable hotel stays I’ve experienced The room was luxurious and cozy

Due to checking in at about 4am the kind staid offered us a late checkout the next day The only thing that made this stay a 4/5 instead of a five was the cleaning staff About every 45 minutes to an hour they were beating on the door As you can imagine this was extremely irritating My sleep being interrupted periodically with the knocking when my boyfriend and I were exhausted and just trying to rest When it came time for check out we stopped by the front desk to explain what happened As they were apologetic, the staff checking us out did let us know that it was noted in the system that we check out at 3pm The simple constructive criticism we offer is to make sure that there is an open line of communication as to what the cleaning schedule is for the rooms that guests are currently occupying between the cleaning staff and the front desk This is not the first hotel at which I have experienced this nuisance

Ernest Mallett

This was a great stay! The staff were amazing and the bar and rooms were really nice About the only complaints I would give is that the A/C in the room was a little loud and the carpeting in the hallways gave a depressing feel Other than those two tiny issues the stay was amazing, everyone was polite and professional, even the interactions with other guests were pleasant

Terra H

I stayed at this hotel recently The staff is very polite but the facility is old My room did not have hot water and it smelled like mildew

After informing two of the front desk employees of the issue, they seemed concerned, but no one ever came to the room to fix the issue Also I questioned the cleanliness of my room I had hair in my shower and the floor didn’t appear as if it was swept Won’t stay here again

Nice Hotel overall! Hot Breakfast with plenty of selection Room was cleanish however there was room for improvement, Several Spots that could have used more dusting but other than that not too bad Would have been nice to have a microwave in my room instead of having to walk all the way down to the lobby just to use the microwave

Other than that though everything was great, Pool was nice and warm and staff were very friendly and were very helpful and accommodating to my needs Would stay again!

Luciana Smalls

The staff is friendly and helpful The TV worked for two nights and then stopped working A staff from the front desk attempted to correct the issue earlier in the day; however, when I called the front desk later in the evening, the only option offered was to change the room which was after 8 PM at night

I did not want to pack up and move to the other room I understand there is no maintenance person on site I appreciate the free breakfast; however, the food was cold both morning The hotel is located in a beautiful area and nearby there are shopping stores and restaurants It is located close to the city My family enjoyed the pool The bed was comfortable On my way to check out, there was no one there I dropped the card off and left I was disappointed overall with my experience

Julianne X

It’s not the staffs fault that this hotel needs some updating! The carpet had a lot of stains, the furniture chipping, doors also very worn along the bottom One other issue was the absence of front desk staff at times and no one answering the phone promptly, until I called three times and just let it ring until someone answered! That was on Fri May 6 in the early afternoon This was not the weekend if one wanted to relax quietly

There was reportedly a large birthday party Plenty of noise, talking, cussing, children running up and down the hall very late in the night And all the talking and carrying on from the floor beneath me was bothersome My next door neighbor must have been partially deaf because the sounds from his TV we’re very loud, as if the walls are paper thin I choose this location thinking it was going to be quiet and relaxing NOT!! Anyhow, despite my complaints, I’m giving the hotel 4 and 5 stars On any other weekend, it might have been a perfect stay!!

This is a very nice hotel, and the rooms were clean and comfortable We had a problem with there not being enough towels available at the pool even though we had requested towels before we went down there We had to use hand towels from the gym area next to the pool

Also, just be aware that the breakfast buffet is not free I was surprised when I was handed a $13 bill It’s a really good hotel breakfast, better than other hotel breakfasts, and has a great variety, but it’s not free It is $13 per person Thankfully, though, kids do eat free Bring your own towels for the pool and calculate the cost of breakfast into your stay

Heather House

If I could do 0 stars I would Stayed here a couple of weeks ago for my sons basketball tournament Air conditioner only halfway worked, or didn’t work at all

We were on the top floor and the only accommodation that they were willing to give me was to not charge me for my second night if I left If I stayed, they still would charge me full price and gave me one super dusty fan to cool my king suite that had 2 rooms The manager, Mr Lee, kept just saying he apologized I asked if he could go get a portable AC and he said there were no stores that sold that in the area Meanwhile there was a Home Depot 3 minutes away I’m also a Hilton Honors member and expected so much better

Andrei Kapitonov

I’d suggest to avoid this hotel The room was very dated, weared and it had strong smell This price is on par with far better options – don’t be confused! There was only one functional elevator out of two, and it was always a wait before you get where you need

I’ve seen lots of standard hotels, and this one is definitely below median

This was a great stay The staff was amazing and showed nothing but the best when dealing with me A couple tried to skip me in tried to skip me and the manager let them know I was first

I appreciated him for that so much The room was clean, fairly large, and I had a good view There is a large lobby area and they have computers for use

Brittany Shaw

We enjoyed our stay here We had a suite It was nice, clean, quiet, and right by the pool

The room had a full kitchen, stocked with dishware, and cooking essentials, and coffee items,no machine Our stay was good, but it could’ve been better Our sliding door in the bedroom was broken and wouldn’t open We booked the room with a extra sofa bed for 5 guest, but the room wasn’t prep for it It was no extra bedding for the sofa bed and the bathroom only had enough for 3 guest Our room never got cleaned so we inquired at the desk Housekeeping didn’t come until the day before checkout, it was pointless to have them clean then, after we already been there for 4 days Between daily showering, the pool, and already being short on towels and washcloth, we constantly had to go to the desk to get clean and dry ones Due to the lack of housekeeping and having a toddler it was constant crumbs on the floor, but not a broom in the room I wished I brought my hand sweeper so I could’ve swept it up myself We did dump our trash, fortunately a larger trashcan was right outside the door We was told that housekeeping only comes to our floor once a week, Saturday Housekeeping should definitely be tailored to the duration of the stay of their guest to ensure this doesn’t happen againOther than that, it’s located in a great area, with many restaurants and shops nearby It was only 20-30 minutes from the places we needed to go We will return, I just know what to expect next time

This is one of the worst experiences we’ve ever had Our first room smelt old and dirty The TV did not work and they had someone come up to the room around 10pm to change it out

There was also no hot water When we complained about the hot water they stated it was because there were so many people in the hotel We reported all of this the next day and absolutely no responsibility was taken by the staff We were given the same room we had before just on a different floor The next day there were food wrappers and vomit by the elevator Skip was awesome He helped us load up to leave and was very personable

Really great experience all around We arrived pretty late for our reservation (almost 2 am), and were still greeted warmly by the staff The room we were assigned was spotless, extremely clean

They had fruit flavored water available all day for guests for free at the lobby (small details, but we loved it) Hotel is in a great area and we would definitely come again if in the area!

I couldn’t write this review quick enough! Our check-in process was speedy and the desk clerk was quite welcoming Our room was lovely and clean! The bed was so comfortable, too! This morning we went down and enjoyed a seriously yummy breakfast We ate every crumb!! Thank you to the lady in the Cafe, (I’m so sorry I didn’t get her name so I could reference her) you were amazing! So kind to us and we appreciated that

Overall, this was a great experience for us, and I know we will return AND refer others to stay here! THANK YOU!

Excellent! We stayed for 2 nights in the larger suite and we couldn’t believe the size of the room! It was an incredibly comfortable and welcoming place The breakfast is not included, but we did order from the restaurant The food was great and the service was superb

I would not hesitate to recommend this hotel, particularly for the value for what you get and the location I was truly sad that we couldn’t stay longer!

I was only in town for one night for a corporate event and given the proximity to the venue, the rate, and the reviews, I chose to stay at Aloft I had previously stayed at the Aloft property in Nashville several years ago and was pleased, so I felt comfortable with my choice in Alpharetta My room, though small and on the first floor, was everything that I needed

(I formally traveled quite a bit for business, but this was my first time in a hotel since the pandemic) The room was very clean and quiet, had a nice waterfall shower head, desk space, large TV with many options and comfortable bedding Check in was super easy, as was check out My only, very small, issue was that my room didn’t have a Do Not Disturb sign, so I was interrupted twice This wasn’t a big issue though since I was traveling alone and was up and about both times Thank you very much for a near perfect stay

I arrived one hour after check-in time to find an empty desk and a “back in ten minutes” sign Ten minutes later, I was given keys to a room that was already occupied Thankfully the current occupant was very gracious about a random person trying to get into their room

I went back downstairs and was given keys to an unoccupied roomThe room was relatively clean and in good shape The batteries to the tv remote were dead, so I tried to call down to the front desk The phone didn’t work I tested the wall plug and it still didn’t work I went back to the lobby to get new batteries and to report the dead phone, but the “back in ten minutes” sign was back out with no attendant in sight This was about 5pmLater I discovered that the ironing board had a broken leg, and I had to go back to the lobby to get a new one Thankfully the attendant was availableI am very careful to turn all lights off when I leave a hotel room, and to shut the blinds When I returned later in the day the lights were on and the blinds were lifted, but the room had not been cleanedMy verdict: this hotel is either suffering from staff shortages or spectacularly bad quality control Or both I will not be returning

This hotel is wretched! I have stayed in other Aloft Hotels that I enjoyed, but this place is awful The carpeting is always dirty I requested that my room be cleaned daily (you have to request that from Marriott hotels since COVID, which they appear to be using as an excuse to cut WAY back on services), and was initially told they CAN’T do that! I called the hotel manager and asked whether that was a policy and was told “no, of course you can have your room cleaned” – and was promised that I would have my room cleaned daily – as a business traveler I do shower daily and it is unbelievable that they would actually think this is a good policy to leave a week’s worth of dirty towels in a room – but apparently they do because this has been an issue at EVERY Marriott I’ve stayed at lately

Anyway, they promised my room would be clean – first day it was, then afterwards, nope I’m a gold member but if Marriott doesn’t get it together I will switch brands!

It was obvious they were somewhat short staffed, but it was also obvious the staff did there best with what they had! The rooms were outdated and not the tidiest, but the service was fantastic The area is top notch and great for families, additionally it has easy access from a prominent road The breakfast was tasty and always hot with a wide selection of items

Top features in order, “1” being the best: 1 Helpful and outgoing staff 2 Location and area 3 Breakfast and lounge area 4 RoomsI thouroughly recommend simply based off the staff

Quincy at the front desk went above and beyond to assist us We purchased a toy car for our child across the street at Five Below We needed a screwdrivers to open the battery compartment

Quincy made several trips to the office until he found the right mini size He also happily got us hot water for our nightly cup of tea We were touched by his kindness, professionalism and willingness to help I wish this type of customer service was everywhere!

We stayed here for 4 nights (Overall Rating 3/5)1) Front desk support (Rating 5/5)- We were well received and they responded to all my queries and requests swiftly They also gave me quarters for Washer/Dryer, extra coffee packets for coffee maker, and towels2) Accommodation (Rating 4/5) The king bed room we had was sizeable and had ample space with nice sofa and with a good flat TV, the air conditioner worked perfectly well

The bathroom was a little small though but was enough The carpet, however, had a stain next to the bed3) Facilities (Rating 3/5) – The indoor gym, conference room facilities, the ample seating for breakfast and the ample parking space were all good However, the elevator (only one appeared working) appeared dated; took eons to move between floors and therefore wait time in front of the elevator was high Consequently, we chose to use the stairs more often, despite the fact that we were in the 4th floor Also, they only had 2 pairs of washer and dryer and therefore they were busy (during the evening I used it)4) Room Service (Rating 1/5) – For the entire time we stayed there, they didn’t make our bed even once or added towels to the shelves I had to keep the wet towels and garbage bags outside for them to clean5) Breakfast (Rating 3/5) – The options/spread were fairly limited But whatever they had, were fully stacked

We had a great 3-night stay at this location Our room was clean and it it was nice COVID-19 rules allowed house keeping cleaned the room after our second night, which was greatly appreciated

There were outside amenities that would have been fun (pool, patio) but the weather worked against us The light roasted coffee was fresh and hot every time I grabbed a cup (two per morning) We’ll stay again when we go back for another visit

This may be the best HI I’ve never stayed at

The rooms are up to date with a cozy furniture arrangement The hotel was quiet – despite a large youth group staying there at the same time Even more important, the staff was very attentive, which is so unusual these days The breakfast was great with plenty of options for special diets I will definitely be back

I have stayed with this hotel nearly 100 times over the past two years due to business travel Until my last stay, things were as expected for a Hampton Inn However, with my last visit, customer service or customer value were completely gone

A complete change from past visits I have attempted to contact the manager, however, she never returns calls or email, therefore, I felt I should warn others As far as a clean room, this location was average The location was great for my needs, however, given the fact that there are multiple other choices in the area that will meet location and cleanliness, I will never step foot in this Hampton Inn again Customer service is everything, and recently, they have none
