I had to travel a long distance for a much needed surgery at the hospital located up the street I’m so glad I chose this hotel and not another slightly less expensive one nearby The beds were clean and comfortable, the room smelled nice and the staff was kind despite how I looked after my surgery

Very glad my companion and I have a place we can trust to stay for my next surgery

The hotel is really niceThe room is big and cleanThere is a nice bath and a coffee machine

There are many channels on the TVThe mini fridge made a lot of noise so I had to disconnect it at nightIt has a small Gym on the first floor and a really tiny poolIt is located next to a local shopping center and 15 min walk from a Totem lake shopping centerBut it is too far from Kirkland downtown and the lake so you must have a carThere is a lot of parking next to it and in the shopping center

I reserved a non-refundable room for one adult and one child with two beds and had to pay in advance When my family arrived, they were informed that they didn’t have any rooms with 2 beds They offered 2 different rooms on different floors with one bed each

This option was not possible as our son was not old enough to be on a completely different floor than his mother We did not get what we paid for and were not offered any sort of refund

I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel The hotel itself and the rooms are very nice and new The bed was very comfortable and staff were friendly

The only downside was the service They were not good at actually picking up towels from your room etc when you ask or really fulfilling anything regarding your room when I donā€™t know if they forgot or they donā€™t relay it to the correct people Other than that I wound recommend thus hotel

Rangan Sarathy

5 stars facilities are clean, rooms are spotless, and beds are comfortable The property looks new and feels new

The gym is very spacious and has a ton of equipment the main lobby and bar and business centers are comfortable and stylishWe are staying here for 5 days for a local wedding Absolutely recommend staying here!some cons but not a deal breaker- does not include free breakfast- no mirrors in gym

Matthew Chan

Great hotel that’s in a convenient location The rooms are very clean and updated, not loud at all from guests or staff, safe area with lots of parking, and nice staff Only downsides are the large gap under the door, the rooms facing the freeway experience louder than normal road noise compared to my stays at similar hotels (but still not bothersome), and the rooms are slightly smaller than your average hotel studio

Clean linens and towels First hotel booked for the first time so the experience was nice and flowed smoothly into my check out Check out is especially really easy and great thing is delivery may come to your room if you want to, thumbs up for that Really enjoyed this accomation It’s within budget range as well if needed

Fairly good for the price Nice looking hotel/rooms with friendly and helpful staff A few major drawbacks

There was a carpet beetle crawling on the fabric part of my bed frame The bed sheet had a faint stain There is no elevator (I wish this was made more apparent when I booked) The toilet ran loudly on and off for extended lengths of time throughout my stay

Madison Conibear

The staff were super nice Our room was missing part of the coffee maker so we couldn’t make coffee I booked this hotel mostly for the hot tub

But it was closed the entirety of our trip So that was super dissappointing Walls are very thin we could hear word for word the conversation of our neighbors Bed was comfy! If the hot tub is fixed then I’d stay here again

My family and I stayed here for a total of four nights We were very pleased with our room based on overall cleanliness, being on the first floor, and closeness to one of the hotel entrances Parking, WIFI and breakfast are included

They have a 24/7 front desk which was helpful when our key suddenly didnā€™t work- keep your hotel key away from your electronic devices The hotel is quiet even though it is conveniently located close to the 405 The hotel is also close to a few trails and a couple sports fields Thereā€™s also a gas station and quick food places in walking distance as it is accessible via the same driveway to the hotel I would stay here again

Reg D.

Very nice hotel, comfortable beds, great breakfast options, pool, hot tub, bar on the premises I did not have a chance to use fitness center or guest laundry but both are available Parking was adequate and I saw pets were allowed

Loved the hot fresh baked cookie snacks in the afternoon!! Very close to I-405 so the location was great for me This hotel is very quiet and it is in the area of the Bothell Business Park

This is an amazing boutique hotel with attention to detail The staff even noticed that I wore colorful socks everyday! I was greeted upon my arrival with champagne, and from there the wine kept flowing I got married here in 2014

The grounds are beautiful This is truly an experience and not just a stay My room had a fireplace, jacuzzi, and a comfy bed They were very knowledgeable about the area and sent us to the local wineries such as Chateau St Michelle I will remember this day forever thanks to them R I P Peter Nault

I booked a one night stay for some relaxation while traveling through, and this looked like the most posh spot in the Woodinville area It seems to be a popular retreat for weddings and corporate events, and there was one of each happening that weekend so occupancy was quite full Very nice spacious rooms with large soaking tub and all the perks you’d expect from a boutique resort

Beautiful gardens to stroll around and look at wildlife, including the two resident miniature pigs It’s great to have several dining options right on site rather than venturing further away to find somewhere to eat (the restaurant had staffing issues, but that’s a separate review) I only wish we could have stayed longer, but at $1k per night I’ll wait for it to be on the company’s tab next time

10 star service Bryan at front desk was delightful Brandon, Tara, Nichole at Barking Frog were all wonderful! Food

Ritz-Carlton prices for Holiday Inn experienceThis place definitely has a monopoly on location and knows it The views are beautiful but for $400+ a night (plus resort fee and parking) I expect a level of experience and service

Granted, they have welcome champagne and a “Raid the Pantry” offering that gets you some free food and drinks (actually its part of the $25 resort fee) and there is nothing wrong with the place as it is clean, the beds are comfortable, and the space is nice However the experience (minus the location) felt like a Holiday Inn experience with regards to Staff interaction and the overall ‘vibe’ It didn’t help that our $400+ room got us a view of a canopy, parking lot, and office buildingIf you are in Kirkland, it’s really the only place to stay, but just know what you are getting for the money

Matthew Kent

I stayed here during a move, so I wasn’t able to fully experience the hotel, however my brief time there was very pleasant I highly recommend getting a room overlooking the lake as it is a wonderful view in the morning and at nightThe rooms are nicely appointed with plenty of towels and soaps (surprisingly this has to said)

If I ever find myself needing a hotel in the area this will be my first choice

I stayed here previously for the Boeing Classic Proximity to great food at Le Grande, Como, & Beach Cafe’ a definite plus Facilities are superb, view beautiful, staff warm and friendly

I always will in the future as well Highly recommended!

This Hampton is quite the gem This location has been remodeled and was done quite nicely Staff (especially the evening staff) were very helpful and friendly

The guest laundry was nice being close to the lobby (that is so helpful) and was free! There were 3 washers and 4 dryers That helps when you are one the road a lot and count of getting your laundry done without long waits Rooms were nice size and very clean Having Dark Roast coffee was a big plus

Rick Cell

It was okay It really seems to have gone downhill a bit They must have put in a central fan system and removed the bathroom fans because now there is only a light switch

And be forewarned that if you’re going to the bathroom you will be able to hear it loud and clear out in the living room No1 or 2 They’ve replaced the locking bathroom door with a sliding barn door which if you don’t have it slid into the perfect position people walking by can look right in through the gap(also not a locking door) The water pressure in the bathroom sink was also abysmalThe breakfasts used to be so good and large Now they seem dialed back in size and qualityThe staff were nice I had no issues with them Always happy and helpful I have stayed here with my family 3 times but I think I will take a look around next time

Damon Cox

We continued to work with the very friendly front desk attendant and although the same room type was not available they were able to move us to another room that was very accommodating The service had always been great in the past, so this is now as I would expect from Hilton or Hampton The only reason it is not 5 stars is because I feel they should not offer room 137 for guests, at least not without a warning about the elevator mechanical room sharing the wall that the beds for that unit are up against

I booked a room at this resort for myself having researched place and wanting to stay someplace unique The location was very beautiful and I really enjoyed getting to use the trails to spend some time on the beach The room was also very well designed and comfortable

The building looked beautiful and I wish I would have had more time to explore it The downside for me was the service and not being made to feel welcomed by all the staff Initially when I checked in, I went to the valet area and waited The two valet attendants were talking to each other and didn’t turn around I had to ask if I was in the right place in order to get them to acknowledge me The other instance was when I stopped at one of the bars and the staff didn’t acknowledge me after 10 minutes and despite me sitting directly in front of one of them The saving grace was the front desk person who was very kind and let me use the Library while I waited for my room to be ready Also both the day and night managers were very open to listening to my concerns when I approached the front desk later in my visit and did their best to help make the rest of my visit better Sadly the service issue continued in the morning when I checked out and was told I would get an emailed receipt but I had to follow up with a phone call then an additional email in order to get it I really hope that it was just an off day because with the amount of work that has gone into this place it deserves to be enjoyed by all

Lacey M

We came for the day for my brothers wedding Beautiful venue, fabulous staff, so much amazing art hung and displayed everywhere! Restrooms were the cleanest public restrooms I have ever seen I was very impressed

(I didn’t feel grossed out to have my kids change into their flower girl dresses in there) Valet parking staff was friendly and quick to greet you and open doors for you I would love to come back here some time and stay in one of their rooms, do some hiking, let kids play at the park and relax I thought it was such a cool place (Also, happy hour appetizers and drinks were delicious!)

Stayed here for a few days after being out of town for quite a while The staff made me feel very welcome to come back to my home state Everyone was very friendly and informative! Tried the bar and the restaurant – both were excellent

My room was super nice and super quiet The location was lovely and I really enjoyed running around the park and heading down to the water!Would definitely stay there again

For the price and location you would expect better services at the restaurant and bar I was told to put on shoes today but for the last few days I visited the bar for drinks with no shoes If you have a policy it’s best to enforce it all the time not just when you choose to

The room smelled like mold which is why room service opens the window Last few days we were there when they cleaned Breakfast was OK not great but not bad either

Thomas Clark

Beds were too soft could not sleep on had to sleep on most uncomfortable couch ever My wife who likes a soft bed said it was too soft as well The room itself had been lightly cleaned but I use the word lightly ,lightly

Let me say that the food was amazing the wait staff and bar staff are incredible and the actual hotel staff were all extremely nice Being as it was a Hilton I expected the level of quality and cleanliness to be much higher than it actually was I have stayed in a lot of small side of the highway type cheap motels on road trips and such and this was one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had renting a room ever I have brought this to the attention of the staff and it sounds as though the new house cleaning manager is going to make sure things are done at a much higher level of quality

melanie nuesa

The amenities and service at this hotel is top of the line! Friendly staff, spacious suite, decent sized pool, delicious continental breakfast and a great happy hour all make for a great spring break vacation! The Cascade restaurant located within the hotel have surprisingly good food with big servings and priced reasonably, great for families with young kids who are too tired to eat out after a long day of activities! This hotel is highly recommended!

The facility was quiet and clean and comfortable Even with shared (very clean and spacious) bathrooms it felt more private than a traditional hotel I appreciated the sink and mini fridge in the room, as well as the well stocked communal kitchen

Right in Fremont, there are plenty of shops and restaurants and night life for entertainment Parking can be tricky but there is a low cost lot a block or so away as well as parking in nearby residential neighborhoods if you are willing to look I will definitely stay there again!

Kevin Riedl

Stayed for two nights while visiting Seattle for fun I’ve been to a few hostels and this one was definitely the nicestPros: PERSONAL MINI FRIDGE!!! Personal sink+mirror, comfy bed and pillows, decent computer desk and chair, ample electrical outlets everywhere, walls painted dark (great for sleeping in), a coat rack, lockers for storage, and a comfy chair

The building/rooms have keyless entry Bathrooms and showers were wonderful, zero complaints Kitchen area was cool, though we never used it I really enjoyed the vibe of the place as well, very 21st centuryCons: you can either pay for parking, or park in the neighborhood nearby, I was always able to find a spot though The curtains were nice, but the blinds behind them were broken and only extended 2/3 the length of the window The walls are PAPER thin, which was unfortunate when our neighbor had an 8am meeting where he was loudly talking (maybe don’t do that if you stay here)I think I’ve covered everything about our 2 day stay It was overall very pleasant and I will definitely consider this place again the next time we want to stay in Seattle

Jordan Amrani

Chris and the team at Hotel Hotel are absolutely phenomenal! Rooms are clean and spacious, and the area is perfect! We came here 5 years ago and had an absolute blast, and I decided to surprise my partner with a trip reliving all of the fun! We got a private room this time around, which was amazing, and while on the trip I proposed (she said yes!) When we returned to our room we found a bottle of bubbles and a couple of glasses, absolutely incredible touch If you find yourself looking for affordable digs in Seattle, look no further than Hotel Hotel Hostel!!

This all suite hotel is in my top 5 places to stay The rooms are spacious and the kitchens well equipped My only complaint is the lack of an oven

The staff is friendly and accommodating, always willing to help with special requests Checkout is noon, which is an hour later than most other hotels providing a little extra time when needed

Bruece Machacynski

Generally a positive experience for the suite we reservedOn the plus side, the suite was clean and reasonably furnished The breakfast was hot and there was a good selection of offerings

There was also an electric vehicle charger and it was free to useOn the down side, our room wasn’t ready at check-in so we had to kill half an hour with a road weary toddler When we did get in, the dishwasher was running which isn’t normally an issue except it contained all the cutlery Not a great way to eat dinner (we spent more for the suite and expected cutlery)The EV charger was not intuitive at all For other users, go to the front desk and they’ll give you a code They should put a sign on the charger Although it’s free, it’s SLOW We plugged in all night and went from 18% charge to 82% (and that was 12+ hours) I felt bad monopolizing the charger but we needed the juice to get homeFinally, the pool towels are dreadful They are the size of dish towels It wouldn’t be so bad except the hotel doesn’t provide robes I’m a big guy (ex football player) and there was no way that towel was covering me (or anyone else) See the included photo – the pool towel is outlined in red and is sitting on the room towel for comparison The towels undermined the pool experienceAll things being said, it was a good try but we would probably stay somewhere else next time

Calvin Beard

We really enjoyed our stay at the Homewood Suites Great location by the Alderwood mall which has alot of food options and many stores Quick access to the 5 as well

Great breakfest as well The staff were very knowledgeable and polite We loved the room as well Would like to suggest they upgrade to more modern things in the rooms especially related to charging electronics

We stay at Hiltons all the time and this was the worst customer service we have ever received We were travelling for a wedding and our flights were delayed We got to the hotel shortly after midnight and the young man Camden working late hours at the front desk told us he just marked us as a no-show

He said he was correcting it immediately and all was fine, but when we checked out- our bill was almost $300 higherNot only Camden cancelled our reservation, charged a no-show fee, and booked a new one at higher ratesMary the GM was extremely rude and hostile towards us, refused to fix the mistake and told us, “so, what do you want me to do about it?”Spent an hour on the phone with customer service who did their best to make it right, but this lady is terrible- Also- bar/restaurant was never open No room service Toilet wouldn’t fill after every flush Spend your money elsewhere with more courteous management that deserves it

Zachary DeCosta

1 Pool was closed the entire stay2

The bar was closed the entire stay3 The ATM was broken the entire stay4 There was no coin machine in the laundry room5 The front desk didn’t sell any laundry soap6 The kitchen ran out of bacon and red potatoes for breakfast7 The phones were downMost Importantly:My wife left her purse there which also had my son’s medication We had already driven 30 minutes away When we called the hotel, nobody answered We called repeatedly I had to call Hilton customer service to file a complaint That complaint caused a manager to call us They could not find the purse The purse was found the next day and nobody called us When we called back 2 days later, we were told that it was sitting in the assistant manager’s office

If you like hot showers and a friendly front desk, stay away Boiler apparently “broke” TWICE during our 3 night stay so there was no hot water for us until the early morning we left To make it worse, the staff lied and was rude to us about it being broken

No compensation or anything for the trouble because we had booked through our credit card company’s travel site Riiight You couldn’t book a night’s stay somewhere else for us? You couldn’t offer us a free breakfast? Whatever!

Traffic noise was a problem for us We were assigned room 202 That room is very close to the highway and noise from motorcycles, trucks and loud passenger cars made sleeping difficult

We requested to move to a different room and the hotel accommodated our request and gave us room 431, which is on the opposite side of the hotel and on the top floor of the hotel Unfortunately, that room was not significantly quieter On the plus side, the service was great, the staff tried to be helpful, the breakfast was good and the hotel was clean We also loved having wine tasting rooms just across the parking lot If you’re comfortable with traffic noise the hotel’s positives might make it a good choice for you If you need peace and quiet, you might want to look elsewhere

This is a lovely basic spot to stay, newer facilities and friendly staff make it clean and comfortable They ladies who make breakfast every morning seem cheerful and are happy to talk to you about your stay which Iā€™m not saying is compulsory by any means but bodes well for their experience working there and how they are treated The manager, Cristy was especially kind, upfront, accommodating, and an overall credit to the company and I could not be more grateful to her and the rest of the staff for making my second stay here a repeated pleasure!

We arrived early and asked to drop our bags so they weren’t sitting in our car all day and the staff was happy to take them off our hands We went back a couple hours later to grab something out of our bags and they offered us an early check in which was great The room was clean and the bed was comfortable

We were on the fourth floor and didn’t have any complaints about traffic noise or otherwise Breakfast the next morning was also well done and appreciated Having the option to have scrambled eggs and sausage is a nice touch

The first impressions were very positive Check-in was fast with very friendly staff and the room was clean And the location is really amazing, it is probably the best thing about the hotel

However, there were two major issues that prevented me from getting barely any sleep overnight First, the walls are EXTREMELY thin and you can hear everything that’s going on in the next room, especially at night when the noise carries I got woken up in the middle of the night when my next door neighbors seemed to have come back to their room, took a shower, brushed their teeth, The walls were so thin I could almost make out the conversation they were having in the next roomSecond, there was a very strong smell of cigarettes overnight It was coming from the bathroom, where the smell was unbearably strong and it spread throughout the room There was a vent in the bathroom so it’s possible the smell was coming from one of the neighborsBetween the noise and the strong smell of cigarettes, I ended up getting only a couple hours of sleep If you are a very deep sleeper, this hotel might be for you If you are not, either come prepared with ear plugs or you’ll have a rough time trying to sleep

We pulled up and was not greeted by the valet We were out there for some time and sorted out things from our vehicle and still no greet by a valet We went inside only to find no receptionist

Both the valet and receptionist came out of the office at the same time Indeed I questioned his whereabouts because we HAVE to pay for valet ONLY Friendly & good service but I was not impressed with the required valet service The room is cheaply made without fire rated doors We can hear your conversations from a few doors doors down I can hear kids running and what is being said on the radio between hotel staffs The single King room has a beautiful bathroom but the shower has no shelves to put your necessities The viewā€¦ no viewā€¦too close for comfort The food was good! The stars goes out to the staff

Really not the stay I expected from this hotel Letā€™s start with the bright spots: valet was awesome, bed was comfortable and location was good Now for the not so good: took me 35 minutes to check in to the hotel because nobody was at the front desk at night, key card didnā€™t work 2 nights in a row, bathroom door was broken, dirty rags on sink upon arrival and rest of room was not completely clean

I let management know on site – but I simply could not justify another stay here at this price point, I thought my stay would be nicer If it were cheaper and a 2 star hotel would totally get it Has a ton of potential – hopefully owners get some staff to help out as it seemed like the staff was overworked

Iā€™ll start with the good Room was spacious Bed was comfy

Hot water with a lot of pressure for a shower And the front desk was extremely helpful And close to shopping, gas, and foodThe less impressive part was mainly house keeping Trash was left, a dirty rag in the tub, black mold growing in shower, and missing the tv remoteThe breakfast was okay It wasnā€™t always ready at 6 am The pancake machine didnā€™t work One day they didnā€™t have cinnamon rolls And they donā€™t slice the bagelsI do have a recommendation for Holiday Inn Donā€™t let your Costco delivery guys block the hallways with their pallet jacks I hate that I had to wait for them to walk down the hall way What if their had been an emergency?????

Let me start off by saying, if you’ve read my reviews in the past, you know that I almost never ever ever give a five-star rating My wife and I travel as a out 300 days per year So we stayed in a lot of hotels

I believe when you show up somewhere, that business starts off at a three-star which is average, then depending on how the service goes will affect your ultimate final rating I almost never give a five-star, to me that’s over the top service This place has exceeded my expectation day after day and we’ve been here for several days This is our second visit in two weeks So if you’re looking for a second home for a few days or a few weeks, I don’t see how you would go wrong here When I hit the lottery, I just might move here and stay in this hotel for the rest of my life The people are fabulous and their desire to make their guests comfortable is unmatched

I love Marriotts but previous reviews are correctā€¦this is a pretty outdated hotel The wall paneling has fallen off the interior of the elevators and the thermostats are old school, yellow, hard to adjust ones We had two rooms, the exact same, and one had a microwave and the other didnā€™t

The fitness center was decent but missing two or three separate weights (15lbs and a few others)It was a clean hotel, though The key cards are the outdated insert ones that get demagnetized if you look at them funny (I got locked out three times) but I was told they would be updated to the tap style and digital key cards this month Staff are super super friendly though

Before anything, staff was polite and respectful They were the only good thing to this place The lobby is nice and new; the rooms are horrible!!! It is very used and aged

Look at the image of the chair! Our room faced the freeway and we got a so-called balcony All we saw was dirty chairs, stacked table, and trash in gutters The carpet had long white hairs all over itit was gross Now look at the glass door image, what is that? Is that a shatter from an object like a rock? Bullet? This room was a huge NO Plus, who allows a guest to stay in a room with 2 wasps nest in the balcony?!!!

Joshua L

Dated hotel Heard people all night long in their rooms No breakfast

Very expensive compared to other hotels in the area Room smelled of animal pee I only gave two stars cuz the pool was nice Front desk staff was very nice and switched me to a 2 queen room Won’t stay here again unless everything else is booked up All in all was disappointed for the $180 dollar price tag

When I arrived I was told by the front desk they were short staffed so my room wasnā€™t ready- no big deal, I understand being short staffed and not their fault My room was ready by 5 pm, again, I wasnā€™t upset at all When I went to my room, the carpet was dirty, I could tell it wasnā€™t vacuumed, the bathroom had hair on the toilet and urine spots on the toilet seat

One of the comforters had a dirt shoe print on it I found 2 long hairs- not mine, in one of the beds under the sheets I didnā€™t complain which was my fault, since the front desk lady seemed overwhelmed I would have gladly waited longer for my room to actually be clean It was very disappointing, I didnā€™t sleep well because I just felt dirty in the room I love staying at Holiday Inns and will speak up next time and at least ask for clean sheets

We had a very bad experience at this hotel1 As soon as we came to our room, there was a terrible / old basement smell

We were told that our room will be changed soon and at mid night we were woken up and requested to move, which of course we didn’t as we have already unpacked everything and were sleeping2 The bathroom tub was poorly repaired and you can see the stains all over the tub Also were missing the shampoo with the shampoo stand left open3 Found a long hair in their breakfast and showed it to the front desk person She just threw it in the garbage with an apology No one ensured that the rest of the food is hair free4 Skeleton staff and no one to deliver anything to your door or clean the (only) elevator

Scott Carroll

Picture a gazillion little league sports teams! Yelling and screaming and slamming comically loud doors all night Imagine that pretty pool in the photos, now imagine it comically packed with kids Then think logically what it all looks like trying to fight hordes of children for a plateful

of the “Free” breakfast!!You won’t sleep here, I mean you can certainly try! But dear god, if they ask you to sleep in room 113 tell them to Themselves!
