Good hotel Clean facility Rooms are of extremely small size compared to 100s of Holiday Inn Express that I have stayed in the past (I would say one of THE SMALLEST)

There is hardly any additional breathing room Also, the bathroom does not even have an inch of additional space to move around (one of the tiny-est, I have ever seen in a HIE Hotel) Definitely felt too claustrophobic Also, the title (Logan Airport) is very misleading It is roughly 14 miles (and about 30+ minutes away) from Logan Airport I very much felt this was very deceptive in how it is advertised If I have choice, I will certainly pick to better hotel Highway noise is very much a disturbing factor

Encore is a beautiful establishment and a great destination for a day, night or a weekend stay The rooms are very modern and aesthetically pleasing but they are a little small The suites have the same issue but they surely have an incredible view

The staff is great in some areas such as the wait staff, cleaning and customer care but the staff on the floor could use more training in customer service and hospitality You will find most table games to be full on a Friday or Saturday but on any other day you can find a seat at most tables I recommend the high roller area depending on how you play The slots are definitely top of the line and a lot of fun (if you’re one of those people who just loves throwing $100 bills in the trash) with a wide variety to choose from Dining is definitely a 5 star experience All of the restaurants are large portions and priced fairly for a casino There aren’t a ton of amenities like Foxwoods or Mohegan Sun such as pools and steam rooms go but they do have a very well trained massage and spa staff which can be great after a long run I would recommend planning out your stay rather than just going with no reservation Overall I give Encore 4 stars out of 5 and besides a few very small things, closer to a 45 I hope you enjoy your day, night or stay here as much as I do

This casino is absolutely gorgeous! I’ve been to many casinos all over the country and in my eyes this easily compares to the best of themI only visited for a few hours, but was impressed with the size, layout and offerings found here Lots of table games (they were packed so the limits were a bit high for me) tons of slots, a sports book and bar and several restaurants from quick service to fine dining

Parking was free (apparently that was a point of contention for a while?) and plentiful in the garage below the casino with elevators straight to the casino It was refreshing to be in a non-smoking casino—that was a first for meService seemed to be easy to find, though I don’t drink so I didn’t need a server for anything I did see them walking by quite a bit, and several asked if I needed anythingNow I did get the luckiest I’ve ever been in my life with slots–which is not the norm by any means, so it helps that I left way up, but as always I started with a budget If you’re going to gamble be smart, plan on losing and never gamble more than you can afford to lose Have fun! Should be easy in such a nice place!

The bathroom is enormous, especially the soaking tub The bed I didn’t want to go back to my own bed after sleeping on that thing Best night of sleep I’ve had in months This was my second stay and we opted to spend an extra $40 for a harbor view and it was 100% worth it Watching the sun set over the city and the water is magical Service is fantastic, though of course the minibar and room service are very expensive But there’s a free water taxi that can take you downtown!Even if you aren’t a gambler and don’t care for the casino, check out the hotel It’s wonderful

That was not the case with my check in or my overall experience This was not the case when I arrived Very dry Front desk staff did give me an introduction to the hotel or let me know what amenities that were available The front desk is the first people a guest sees when entering and the last to see when leaving The front desk can make or break a person experienceThen when I entered my room, I did a complete check Got ready for bed and noticed I had a dirty towel I notified the front desk and was told they would make sure I get new towels Well that never happened When I returned the dirty towel was still in my room and I had to walk back down to request fresh towels Having a dirty towel in a room that was supposed to be cleaned is very concerning

Newer hotel with many amenities and friendly faces The Homewood Suites is also attached to the Hampton Inn and they share most spaces but give travelers the options between typical studio rooms and suite style rooms as well The hotel was very new, updated, and clean which are all big deals for the individuals who traveled in our party

We were in town for the Boston Marathon and while the hotel was busy, it was still relatively quite The only issue we found during our stay was how busy the breakfast area was At the time we stayed, there was only one breakfast area opened for both hotels which caused a lot of crowding in the breakfast area After talking to some of the staff, we were informed that there are two different breakfast areas but were unable to have both opened due to staffing issues However, from check in to check out we were beyond pleased with our stay Special shout out to Rebecca at the front desk who checked us in and was super helpful and friendly The gym/fitness center was well stocked with everything someone would need for a quick workout Plenty of parking around the hotel and decent/safe location if someone is looking to run in the neighborhoods around the hotel Plenty of shopping and dining options within a short drive of the hotel and quick on/off highway access to Boston and surrounding areas Would highly recommend staying at this hotel if you are in the Boston area

Stayed at this hotel this past Saturday night The hotel is very clean and organized and the staff at the front desk was very welcoming upon arrival We got a room in the tower on the 10th floor which is their newly renovated rooms

The rooms are very spacious and offer a wide variety of space They also come with a large television and a chair and a desk area with a bed The windows are very thin so you can hear the traffic on the highway at night and also in the hallway during the night you hear people coming in and out of their rooms especially some blaring music in the early morning time The bed review I would not give a good review it seemed like a standard mattress and it seemed like it was not as pushy it was really firm and was not good suitable for me as I had a rough night sleep Overall itā€™s an OK hotel but if youā€™re looking for more I would stay closer to Boston as those hotels are higher quality

My husband came here for our honeymoon happily checked in to the hotel and to our surprise within minutes in room 116 bugs in the room Immediately left room and went to check out they offer us a different room but after seeing bugs I definitely did not want to stay there at all The front desk person made absolutely no other apologies nor care took the room key and acted not shocked at all nor concern I guess this most happened frequently

Horrible customer service and poor cleanliness the whole first floor also smelled like old cigarettes although claims smoke free maybe now but the smell still there as well as the room Donā€™t waste your money here

I stayed here for 1 night and the location was great The receptionist was welcoming and the bottle waters were free during the stay The room was okay and I can see that it need a renovation done especially the AC still old style and need a card to be able to adjust the thermostat I guess

It is an old system and does not cool very well and I cannot sleep all night because the room was too hot Other than that, everything is okay

My wife and I spent three nights on the Rozinante When we first got inside the cabin, we noticed that the place was a bit shabby and didn’t feel clean, in fact it was down right dirty There was also a strong sewer smell, which kept coming and going throughout our stay that would wake you from your sleep

We reported this and staff did try to fix the problem, but the smell came back My wife was able to use the shower on our first day with no issues But when I tried to use it the following evening, the sump wasn’t working and the water wouldn’t drain properly So, we were told to use the clubhouse shower There was a black mildewy mold substance around the hot tub that wiped off when I touched it Improve cleaning protocol and make sure sump system works properly Not worth $300 per night We stayed here because we are in the market for a sailboat but was a disappointment Also, twice late at night when we were sleeping, someone would sneek on the boat, this was really weird We even put the cable up every night so this wouldn’t happen Lots of improvement needed

The hotel itself is very accommodating having the sports bar connected to the lobby and the location right off the highway Iā€™ve stayed here twice and been on the fourth floor once in a King executive and twice in a suite The suite is amazing, clean, comfortable I never wanna leave the room when Iā€™m there

Crowne Plaza gets the big things right ā€” clean rooms, free parking, nice pool and gym area, lovely front desk staff, great climate control and a good restaurant attached However, they are not good at the little stuff Itā€™s like they took all of the information out of the rooms during COVID and never put it back

There were no channel listings on paper or digitally The cable offering is anemic for children Housekeeping didnā€™t come once during our four night stay, and the front desk somehow expected I would know to put a load of towels outside our room and call them to have housekeeping come and hand me new towels directly Apparently daily housekeeping will resume today, which is nice, but I thought they would come once during our stay We also booked a room for four that was set up for two or three ā€” three bath towels, two plastic cups, two coffee cups They used to have vending, but now they have an extremely overpriced Marketplace next to the front deskIā€™m only docking them one star because the overall stay is great, if you can overlook the minor stuff that you would encounter in your hotel stay

My girlfriend and I booked this hotel for 4 nights When we were looking at it it said housekeeping daily We stayed the first two night and nothing happened so I went to the front desk to question them

I was told after 3 nights they’ll do it We are now on our 4th night and still no housekeeping There was also stains on the couch and the bathroom wasnt very clean Very displeased with the service provided and definitely not worth the money we spent to stay here

The computer and phone won’t connect Third, there is no fan in the bathroom Fourth, the cleanliness of the room was questionable This hotel doesn’t look like it’s been touched in the past 10 years And lastly, this hotel promised room service for cleaning every other day We stayed 3 days and never once had our room cleaned We had to go down to the lobby to get more towels, soap, etc and just got excuses about why our room wasn’t cleaned If there is a staffing shortage, then the hotel shouldn’t be taking guests to full capacity Terrible costumer service! Not worth the money at all!

Con:- the front desk is understaffed; the guy working was also at the bar entertaining a guest I called several times and then ended up coming downstairs to tell them we had ordered pizza-The exercise room is well equipped with decent equipment and towels, but no wipes I worked out at 11 pm and felt like there was sweat everywhere Also, I donā€™t know how this particular design was formulated but there is a door stop on the door so make sure you do not painfully stub your toe like me Why didnā€™t they put it on the wall?- donā€™t put your hotel room cards by your phone, it will demagnetize We had to reset several times- rooms were 8/10 clean Check your sheets and bring wipes I wiped down the counters and definitely picked up some stuck on funky gunkPro tip: park in back and request room facing back

Bed was not sanitary There were a couple brown stains that housekeeping just put thin sheets over to hide I left the room for the day with the stains showing to make it obvious to them but they just put sheets over it again

House keeping also didnā€™t replace our shampoo bottles There is no safe in the room for passports Transit is not great in this area, youā€™ll have to walk 15 minutes to get to a bus stop that can take you to downtown Boston On the plus side the rooms are furnished nicely, the bed is comfortable, and there is free parking, but I donā€™t know why this hotel has such a high price given the cleanliness

We’ve stayed at the hotel a couple of times for friend’s weddings and it’s always clean There’s plenty of parking and the complimentary breakfast has waffles I used the gym this last trip and it was small, but had everything I wanted

The location is great They provide a lot of practical amenities in the lobby which is extremely helpful if you are staying with a familyHowever, there were some concerns as well:We stayed for 13 days and was very difficult to get housekeeping done

They tell you that housekeeping is done every 3rd or 4th day while it mentions on the website ā€˜ Daily Housekeeping ā€˜We lost our laptop in their Business Center We asked them to have a look in their security cameras and they kept saying we need approval front their manager who was barely ever at the hotel So the issue still hasnā€™t been resolved after the incident took place almost 20 days twenty days ago

This hotel has all of the amenities one might expect, including an indoor pool surrounded by overlooking balconies in a glass-covered pavilion There is even a charming room near the door with a fireplace and comfortable cozy seating Everything was clean and the service was fine

My only complaint is that the lady at the desk was dressed in gaudy sports team attire rather than a hotel uniform It made it difficult to distinguish her from guests and as she was the face of the hotel upon entering, set a strange tone for the ambiance of the hotel Despite her appearance, her service was excellent She even called me to let me know when my room was available for early check-in I was also glad that masks weren’t enforced I didn’t need it, but when I turned on the television to try to Chromecast to it, it was tuned to static It might be great to have it tuned to some transmission

I really liked this place! It was so nice and the staff was so friendly I needed to travel with my golden retriever, which can be stressful sometimes when so many hotels don’t allow dogs (or when the ones that do end up being dirty) It was not stressful at all and my room was very clean :)My favorite place about this hotel though, is the white noise option they have next to the bed

I stayed at this hotel recently for a family member’s funeral Jeanette, the General Manager, truly went above and beyond to make me and my family members comfortable She was friendly and helpful, allowing some of us to check in early and unload our luggage

She also accommodated room location requests, remembered names and room numbers, and made sure Marriott Bonvoy points were allocated correctly Regarding the hotel itself, it was clean and quiet, the bed was comfortable, and the breakfast was excellent The hotel is also in a great location, convenient to the highway and restaurants I highly recommend this hotel!

Pool was closed but not disclosed to us at booking They should have that posted on their website Some of the staff couldn’t communicate with us which can be frustrating if they were your only option as sometimes it was not easy tracking someone down

Called down to request towels and never received any My wife went and asked for some to be told they ran out and it would be a half hour Then she went back to the front desk a half hour later and waited there between 5 and 10 minutes and nobody showed up to the front desk where someone should always be She had to go find the employee (manager) He was sitting in the office doing nothing Water got ice cold mid shower the morning I was leaving The lady checking out before me said the same thing to the manager and he argued with her that there was in fact hot water She literally checked out to go to another hotel so she could shower and her kid could swim in the pool They were not told it was closed either I got my receipt after leaving stating there was a zero balance left and now my card got charged 2 days after we checked out And conveniently nobody is answering the phone now NEVER AGAIN will we stay in a Fairfield Inn I want my money back to be honest Was not what they advertised!

The room was OK The hotel is way under staffed and the staff is not well trained Just wanted to change the card I was billed to at check out and the desk clerk did not know how

I spent about an hour in total dealing with this issue Also asked for daily maid service but only got it once in the 4 days I was there And that one time they just made the bed and left towels They didn’t even empty the trash I spoke with the GM who was very nice and very pleasant but instead of asking how he could compensate me he said “sorry that’s the way things are these days” My son just moved to the area and I will need a place to stay when I come to visit This will not be one of my choices

We had our daughter’s wedding at the Row Hotel 2 weeks ago and they made our wedding a perfect day! They took care of all our needs to the finest detail! The food was so delicious Everyone was coming up to us and saying what a wonderful hotel it was You could cut the filet with a fork, so tender and juicy! The waiters were always available if we needed something during and after the meals, they were right there with our requests

The rooms were spotless, and the staff working at the lobby desk were extremely polite and very helpful The Row is only 7 miles from Logan and we had guests coming from Australia, Ireland and Canada So it was a quick drive from Boston! The whole area is so convenient and has so much to offer the guests The entire staff from the valet to waitresses in the restaurant downstairs for breakfast were very tuned into everything we needed THANK YOU ROW HOTEL FOR GIVING US A WEDDING WEEKEND WE WILL NEVER FORGET! Our wedding at the Row Hotel was the best choice that we made! The hotel is modern and gorgeous, but more importantly, Marissa made the event planning fun and smooth! She was always so kind and supportive no matter what changes we wanted made She responded quickly and kept everything super organized! The Row ensured all dietary and taste restrictions were accommodated safely Marissa provided one-on-one care the week of the wedding taking care of even the small things like getting us up to our suite and the big things like making the decorations look better than we even envisioned! This hotel isnā€™t worth the price tag My wife booked me a stay as a ā€œmomā€™s night outā€ treat – it was my first and only night I’ve ever been away from my son so it was supposed to be a relaxing break for me She specifically reserved their room with the nice teacup bath tub

The tub is nice, very big and deep, but the water doesnā€™t get very hot – pretty much just lukewarm, like pool water They say they have a pantry on the second floor with ā€œseasonal snacksā€ – itā€™s a shelf with jars of mints The hotel does not offer room service, which is odd The manager claims they offer room service for breakfast, but this contradicts what I was told during my stay and there is no menu or any information in the room to suggest they offer this My room had an adjoining door with another and the guests next door were a family with a baby Canā€™t fault them at all, but the walls must be insanely thin because I could hear them all night Youā€™d think theyā€™d do some more soundproofing I ordered a burger from the hotel restaurant to bring back to my room, it was one of only 5 menu offerings on what they said was an altered menu due to the storm – though no prior mention of reduction of hotel offerings was given before my stay or else I might have had the option to change my reservation After almost hour I hadnā€™t heard back about my dinner order, and no one mentioned an extended wait when I ordered, so I went down to the lobby, they were able to get my order after another bit of waiting, but the burger wasnā€™t well done as ordered The room itself was just fine They offer a bathrobe but no slippers The best part of the stay was probably the breakfast buffet, which was nice and the staff member managing it that morning offered excellent service If I had spent $100-$200 for the room I wouldā€™ve thought it was a fine deal But for the hefty price (nearing $500) you expect something higher qualityĀ It was a disappointing night away, and left me wishing I’d stayed home

We stayed at this location, for one night, in May of 2022 We arrived late in the evening One of the elevators was down, and according to reviews, that I read after my stay, has been down for months

The one working elevator was pretty dirty upon entering When we entered our room, we gave it a quick once over The room looked more like a truck stop motel than a Marriott The room was small The beds were full size Definitely not the standard queen One of the beds had a large clump of hair in it, so we called for new sheets The sofa bed had a huge stain on it and an even larger stain on the rug I was afraid to even take my shoes off in this place The inner shower curtain should have been changed When I called with a complaint and ask for a refund of the over $300 I spent, I was offered Marriott points I did not pay in points I paid on my bank card Since asking for my money back, I have not heard back from hotel management or anyone else from Marriott It’s been at least 9 days I’ve been a lifelong Marriott guest Shameful to call this place a Marriott and shameful that they haven’t given me a refund Also shameful of the latest customer service rep to repeatedly say “Well there’s nothing I can do on my end” Not a Marriott type of experience at all

Upon arrival, we were notified that they did not offer daily housekeeping, but we could ask if we needed something The thermostat in our room was locked, and kept set to 68 degrees (This doesnā€™t sound unreasonable, but it never felt that coolā€¦it was actually quite stuffy

) The mini fridge in our room froze drinks solid, and the remote did not work properly After three days, we requested housekeeping for towels, coffee, and trash No one came After one day, our room cards stopped working and we were informed that it was because we had likely placed the card too close to an electronic device When calling the front desk, they told me theyā€™d have some new ones ready down stairs It took approximately 15 minutes to retrieve those cards because we were on the fifth floor and the line for the one working elevator was long Overall, nothing special Would not choose this location again unless remodeled
