This was a nice place to stay at The bedroom set up was great My family enjoyed the fact that the toilet is separate from the showers

Also the couch that folded out into a bed was nice If I had to complain it would be about the swimming pool It was small We allowed the kids to swim because if us adult swam too there would have been no room at all

Cliff Burt

Location was great, price was good, and service was awesome Clean rooms and lobby, they have coffee, tea, hot chocolate in lobby constantly Rooms were big, clean, and have a big desk area

The only problem I had in the room was the bed, not very comfortable, the pillows weren’t either, and the coverswere lack lusterAlso the light comes in a good amount around the curtains, so it’s pretty bright in the room at nightIf they got better beds and it’s was more comfortable I’d be staying here everytime, but the beds for me it wasn’t as comfortable as the IHG holiday Inn next door, but the rooms are better and bigger

Janet Bailey

It was okay Our 2Q room was large and clean The shower is in a separate room from the toilet, which was nice

Both rooms have sliding doors Our room has a large closet Our sink didn’t drain, and the towels are both smaller than normal, thin, and scratchy The beds and pillows are comfortable The lighting is poor in the bathroom The carpet has stains There is a MW and mini fridge in the room

Everything wasn’t fine I didn’t like the pool area The windows outside of it have giant paint chips missing to where you can see rust under it

Possibly mold under it as well Going near the window to peek at the pool is not safe because you can cut yourself if you put your hand on or near the window frame Is also not presentable In the bathroom, the curtain holder was in the process of falling off and I also found really bad rusty areas inside the bathroom as well Other then that, the sleeping area was clean and Customer Service was great Would I return back, I pretty sure i wont if is going to look like it did

Jason “Games-Jazzzir” Irwin

Well I booked this hotel through the app and it was non refundable They stated they had an indoor pool and I was so looking forward to relaxing in pool before bed The app didn’t mention it was broken, very disappointed 😔

Room was also a little disappointing I kinda expected a king sized bedroom to have a sofa but only had one semi comfortable chair, no ottoman to prop up on either They did have a kind front desk clerk

Cheri Bradshaw

No one at front desk most of the timeOne star only because I had toWifi was non-existent

Bathroom door wouldn’t close properlyNoisy doors, noisy neighbors slamming doors at all hours Interesting characters just hanging out in lobby chairs The last night there the people in neighboring rooms were yelling in the hallway for an extended period of time at 1:45am Then doors were slamming every 10 minutes until 4am Asked to speak with the manager “Nancy” She has never called me back and it’s three days after leaving now

I would like to start by apologizing if I butcher the name of the guy that works over night Our experience staying here was a 10/10 I believe his name was Walid and it may have been the best experience I’ve had staying at a hotel (and I travel a lot and stay at 15+ hotels monthly)

Not only was he professional, but he was understanding, very helpful and has a great since of humor He was able to get us into a room after hours of no luck with other hotels and it being well past midnight The room passed our expectations with cleanliness and was overall perfect With what started as a terrible experience (with James the worker that walid took over for) hung up on me and then was quiet rude once we arrived We were going to leave and find another hotel, but then I saw they did a shift change so I went in to talk to walid Because of him he made the experience great for me and my family After 10+ hours of driving and no hope of getting a hotel if it wasn’t for him we would’ve slept in our car I 100% recommended everyone staying at this hotel if you’re traveling through Oklahoma City

All five of us stayed comfortably in our room! Very clean, pool, hot tub and sauna were all working and exceptionally clean Staff was very friendly and helpful The hot breakfast was great with Many choices and included free with our stay! Our room was very clean with all the essential necessities needed, including extra blankets and pillows in our room! Kids enjoyed the WiFi for their electronics

Highly recommend! We enjoyed our stay here very much!

Kimise Cherry

I LOVED the hot tub I was surprised it was in a room with the sauna, usually its outside but they had a sauna It was amazing and very hot which I LOVE!The staff was very friendly and accommodating

The rooms could be updated but it was good and surprisingly big Standing in the tub felt like either I was going to fall through or like it had bubbles underneath the tub Sorry, thats the best way to describe itThe bed was too firm for me

Dawn Garza

This is a nice place to stay if you’re on a budget and don’t want a lot of frills Is a little dated and breakfast got old after 2 days, but staff were great and our room was spacious and had a separate living/kitchenette We would stay again if it was for a day or two and I brought my own shampoo, soap, etc

Overall all a good experience

This is nice, albeit little bit older, property and during my stay it appears that rooms are being updated Workout room doesn’t get quite cold enough but not bad When I checked in Mercedes on the front desk was very helpful and friendly, having many good suggestions for places to eat in the local area

For reference I travel both domestically and internationally around 100 nights per year

Rebecca Bushyhead

Chris was an amazing help, couldn’t have had a better employee as the face of the place!!! Place was clean and air conditioner was running when we came into our room!!! Breakfast with eggs, sausage, and waffles with much other choices was great!!! I’d highly recommend staying here, plus recommend coming in when Chris is working, she’s very friendly, courteous, and professional!!!

I really liked the King suite because it had a totally separate living room, little kitchen area, 2 closets and bathroom that had access from both the living room and the bedroom It was about 400 sqft The set up makes me believe it is a facility the military uses for temporary housing

Tinker AFB is not farThey have a nice pool, outdoor patio, gym, hot breakfast, all day coffee and ice water I would stay there again

Alexis Hardee

The beds were hard as a rock, the covers felt like sleeping with a plastic shower curtain, and the morning kitchen lady was extremely rude She rudely corrected my 2 year old son, and the other family that was in there at the same time Trying to make it known it’s HER kitchen and we will do leave/do things up to HER standards

Front desk staff was so nice and helpful upon our late night arrival Rooms were decently clean, but as a frequent Drury user I felt let down when I tried another hotel chain I feel like the kitchen lady need a refresher on customer service and how to be NICE

Lulu G

Nice clean facility, we got the king suite with jacuzzi tub It was nice however the faucet fixtures were not mounted so the water spout came off while we were filling the tub and water sprayed the entire room( 2x) Also the toilet flusher broke while we werw there

Staff were friendly, probably would stay here again with hopes they fix the water spout_ toilet issues lol Pet friendly with a $20 per pet add on per night

We stay here for our 2022 spring break Our visit was amazing and pleasant Stay was 4 days and we enjoyed every day of the stay! The front desk worker did an excellent job

Becky and Allyson were my favorite I loved seeing them at the desk during the morning hours My babies was upset about the pool being not open but other then that we enjoyed our stay Thank you to the Best Western Team

Savannah Angel Vogel

We stayed 2 nights Check in was fast and easy The ladies at the front desk were very nice

The room was very clean and I always do a walk through and check the beds before unpacking my stuff We took advantage of the free breakfast, it was good and had more selections than the average hotel breakfasts They have Tesla charging stations if you own a Tesla We do not, but thought worth mentioning The only issue we had was the second night our tv would not connect to cable but we were so tired it didn’t matter to us so we did not attempt to complain to get it fixed The price was good We were very happy Would recommend and stay again!

Choosey Gilliland

My children and I had the best time and enjoyed our stay tremendously during the 3 days we were there Everyone was so nice and helpful with anything and everything we asked for Kim, Justin, Rebecca, and Allyson were phenomenal

They made us feel at home although we were temporarily passing through Highly recommend anyone looking for a place to stay while visiting in the city We will definitely stay again in the near future You guys ROCK!!!!

Got called up to the city for an overnight stay and had to find a hotel close by after 4Called the first place and they didn’t offer parking without paying and I wasn’t into that This was the second pad ve in the list

Called and spoke with the gentleman working the front desk and he was very pleasant and answered all my questions happilyDrive over and noticed I still wasn’t in the best part of town, but, he again assured me my truck would be fineThe hotel lobby and outside was very nice, really not what I was expecting considering some of the other places I’ve stayed in latelyI asked for references for dinner that night and he referred me to the restaurant next store, that didn’t look like a great place but he assured me it was fantastic He was actually eating dinner from there when I came inThe rooms were very nice, clean and I love the soaps, shampoo and lotion available I only needed a toothbrush and paste out of my bag, but could have also got that from them as wellThree things I would suggest First clean the remote for the TV Mine had something on it from previous people Second, update your windows for something that is a more sound dampening This hotel is right next to the interstate and if noisy cars bother you it could be a problem Third, start breakfast earlier This is the third hotel I’ve stayed in that breakfast doesn’t start until 6:30 Not everyone is lucky enough to be able to be at work after 7amOther than that, enjoyed my stay

Krytxx

Room was not cleaned! We waited 15 minutes at the desk before anyone showed up We paid for an executive suite since there weren’t any other rooms available (concert in town so hotels were booked up) When we walked in there was a large wad of toilet paper in the toilet

I passed that off as an oversight, but when we went to get into bed, we found stains, dirt, and a large amount of pubic hair on the bed sheet It was disgusting The bed was made but the sheets had clearly not been changed from previous occupant The hotel desk moved us to a different suite, but offered no compensation and couldn’t even bother to give an apology EDIT: The manager reached out after posting this review They apologized and comped the room Raised my star rating

I was surprised with how clean the rooms are Beds are comfy and breakfast was hot Unfortunately pool was closed and also the elevator

Overall stay was fine if you don’t mind the sketchy people walking around from across the street Also gas station next door brings homeless and they tend to hang out I recommend staying if it’s just for the night or a couple days

Kimberly Wilkerson

I was pleasantly surprised! Surrounding hotels are a bit suspect This one was clean and staff was amazing Our room was very clean, a few lightbulbs were out and there wasn’t a shower curtain when we arrived, but the staff was able to fix those issues for us

Breakfast choices were great, clean eating area Only issue was breakfast wasn’t ready on time at 6 which causes a delayed start to our day The swimming pool was clean and very warm Hope to visit again soon!

Vanessa Brewer

Elevator out of order, poor counter clerk is completely overwhelmed I booked a king room two days prior to arrival, they had none available on check-in- I think the hotel is oversold Check in was stressful

Poor clerk has been run-raggedMy room is fine, smells like bleach (good thing) Linens appear clean, I don’t see signs of bed bugsI travel for work I stay at a lot of comfort inns I’m actively concerned for my vehicle’s safety and am pretty sure I’m gonna get broken into because I have boxes of sheets, pillows, kitchen stuff and clothes that’s entirely impractical to unpack for one night at a hotel I’m completely unfamiliar with the area–and I gotta say the surroundings look rough–and that’s hard to ascertain from a Google map view– else I may have selected a different place to bookThere’s a vehicle safety warning on the building The elevator is broken, so if I wanted to unpack my car to make it less enticing to break into, I’d be hauling #4 50lb boxes up to the third floor Gotta pass and take my chancesSo maybe don’t stay here if you have your travel apartment packed up in your car and have bum kneesQuick night in with no luggage and well functioning joints? You’ll probably be fine!

Great stay, beautiful, modern and clean hotel The personnel was friendly and helpful Breakfast was really good

My only problem was that they didn’t make the beds for our second night I don’t know if this is a new thing with hotels as it happens to me at another hotel before The rest was all good The location was perfect for me as I was looking at some interest of mine in the area, but if you are going to downtown Oklahoma it may be a bit far

Barbara Ann Rivas

The experience was damaging enough to where I have lost confidence in the brandThe room was dirty Beds were made and waste baskets had new trash bags in them

However, further examination showed that sheets were not clean and mattress cover had enough questionable organic debris to elicit a closer look at the roomUpon doing so, found a nail on the floor, old food all over the room’s floor, and someone’s dirty clothes in the closet cabinet, removing all doubt regarding the state of cleanliness of your hotel, especially considering the level of supposed cleanliness you claim to practice in times of growing covid and monkey pox casesI don’t know how you will regain my business considering that when I left and booked in a nearby hotel and commented on the situation – without naming your hotel – they said ” let me guess” and guessed correctly, stating I had “no idea how many times they have heard similar stories about your hotel”For the sake of your brand and commitment to the communities at large, do better and adhere to your IHG clean premise where “guests are reassured that: Good isn’t good enough – we’re committed to high levels of cleanliness That means clean, well maintained, clutter free rooms that meet our standards If this isn’t what you find when you check-in then we promise to make it right”Make it right!

Marianne Hix

Not returningI was promised by Shelby I was to be charged for one night In the end they did not follow through The toilet clogged with little toilet paper placed

There is only one attendant on every shift The room was not clean when I arrived When I asked for it to be cleaned, they only changed the linens I was very disappointed with the quality of service The only positive about this location is the gentleman named Derrick I believe Tall black or Hispanic male I shouldn’t have been promised for a one night stay and then not receive the compensation as promised by Shelby I wish I took a picture of the nasty goo on the wall to the right when entering

We exclusively stay at Hilton properties and usually they are very consistent We understand that Tru is their value priced brand and we’ve had good stays This property was not entirely up to Hilton standards

While the room was very clean, the laminate on the tv stand was half ripped off, the blinds were crooked and the remote back kept falling off The ladies on the night front desk weren’t overly friendly We’re Gold members and check in was quick but it was like pulling teeth just to get one water Breakfast was adequate Really liked the options for the oatmeal and pancakes They were both very good However, the coffee was very weak I could actually see through the liquid It was a quick stop and the bed was comfortable, it’s just that this property just didn’t have the consistent standards we usually see

Sean Clayton

Overall the food, quality of the rooms, and area were nice The rooms were very clean and updated However, this hotel is very short on staff

Twice, I called down to the front desk for: towels, face tissues, toilet tissue, and soap It took them over three hours for them to deliver it to me both times This is not of Hilton quality, however, I understand the damper that COVID has put on the hospitality industry

This hotel has extremely large and very nice rooms The reason for the star count is due to the gym being closed and the indoor pool room being so hot you can’t go in and enjoy it Staff was very helpful and nice

The location is great with plenty of nice restaurants to choose from I would definitely stay here again and would recommend anyone do the same

Olivia Bogan

This hotel has gorgeous lobby and hallways (with corresponding pictures on their website) When you walk in, it feels like you are in Ritz Carlton; however, when you get in your room or try to use amenities, you are transported to Econo Lodge/Days Inn (or any dive you want to insert here)Wall paint in the room is dirty, lighting is non-existent and furniture reminds me the Extended Stay America (old and stained)

Fitness center is under construction, swimming pool and hot tub are located in a dark room and breakfast might give you a heart attack (biscuits, gravy, eggs, questionable meat sausage patties tasteless oatmeal, lack of fruit & no healthy options) Additionally, a front-desk convenience store was always out of bottled water and there was no water dispenser on the property Do hotels not offer complimentary water any more? Or at least make sure they do not run out?The price for night is way too high for what this isThe only reason I gave this hotel 2 stars is because Holiday Inn’s beds and pillows are always comfortable

Sabrina Nunn

The stay was good They serve continental breakfast which is really nice The only thing that I did not like was there is no cleaning service during your stay

Cleanliness daily is important and not doing so leaves a BIG mess! I noticed the bed comforters weren’t all that clean neither There was a cup left on the side of the bed and somebody’s belongings I wouldn’t do no more than one night in this hotel

The room was a disappointment, too small, not even enough space for a adult to stand comfortably between the bed and table I know I am not paying for luxury when I stay at a Hampton Inn but this hotel should not be allowed to operate as a Hampton Inn Another example, in the middle of the two queen beds there’s a table with sharp edges, which is so easy to bang your head on

Why would their designer choose a sharp edged table for the room, or not add just a couple of inches to the room for it not to be a hazard? The worst part was that the window has curtains that do not close all the way As the hotel is on a highway, the lights did give us a good nights rest, and if a hotel can’t provide that, what use is it I wish I had taken pictures to add to this review But if you are looking for a hotel in this area, do yourselves a favor and stay somewhere else I am giving the review 2 stars only because of the breakfast

Very poor front desk manners No hospitality at all Our rooms dead bolt was not working and the front desk person was so rude that there is nothing she can do and saying we are safe inside the hotel

She was not willing to fix it as she was saying she has lot of other issue right now What a hotel with terrible front desk staff with no friendliness and welcoming??

The front desk and general manager have very poor customer skills I have to stay here once evry couple of months and I am a Hilton Diamomd Member however I have never been treated like one If there was another Hilton property in Moore I would stay there because this place is sad for such a beautiful property

Hotel staff are lazy and have no customer centricity

Good Day Farm

I booked my stay with the app, before seeing all the negative reviews on google I was worried…But honestly my experience wasn’t that bad

First, great location if you want to be in downtown, and of course the parking is limited I’ve stayed in several inter city high end hotels, free or on site parking is rare, so this hotel not having that isn’t an issue to me… Always call the property ahead if you need parkingThe suite was nice, but honestly nothing over the top The chair in my room has seen better days, should be replacedRoom was clean and quiteAll the staff I interacted with was great, truly a pleasureThe lobby is nice, and a good area to sit and enjoy some coffeeI was disappointed that they still charge extra for club level room with lounge access, even though the lounge is closed They need to update the website and price for this…But, bottom line, for the price, this was an excellent in city hotel, great people to deal with alsoI would definitely stay here again, the issues I had were very minor

We had a fantastic 7-day stay The room was very spacious and very comfortable The hotel itself is located in a great area to walk to restaurants

The restaurant in the hotel was very good as well We valet parked, and it was the best situation for us We texted about 20 minutes before we’d need the car, and it’d be there waiting when we got down to the street Mitchell Morris was one of the valets This young man was extremely polite and attentive to every guest, and we watched him run every time someone called for their car He made an incredibly favorable impression on behalf of the hotel

Shannon Hillock

Great area, nice hotel Valet was very warm and friendly but the rest of the staff was pretty cold Room was big and spacious

Couch had weird stains on the cushions Stains from food or something on the ceiling They aren’t very detailed cleaners, it could have used a really good cleaning Bed was insanely uncomfortable with big ruts in the mattress Most of the outlets didn’t work Not a horrible experience but I probably wouldn’t stay there again

We liked the spacious rooms and beds were comfortable, liked that it had a kitchenette, and clean for the most part Breakfast was okay but the waffle maker wasn’t working Looks nice but very cheaply built, many items/walls damaged, missing handles on kitchen cabinets

Appliances and front of cabinets are scratched Poor placement of microwave (does not open all the way lol) toilet seat was loose so my husband fixed it and one of the floor tiles was loose

*CAT OWNER*Nice and clean hotel, they accommodated to my cat and I ($20 per fee, non refundable) The front desk employee was polite and greeted with a smile

The room was clean and the bathroom was well equipped with hair dryer, etc The shower was clean and heated quickly and the pressure was good!Free shuttle to Bricktown too! 😊I would recommend staying here with or without pets

We drove across country These rooms, by far, were the best And that’s competing with a “luxury” hotel in New Mexico

Our room had a two-element stove and pots and pans (which we used), a bright and pristine aesthetic and cleanliness, a full-sized refrigerator and freezer, which we had an issue with at EVERY other stop we made across the country And this location is a short, straight shot to downtown OKC But it also provides a shuttle there anyway! And service was great! 5 stars!
