Okay, I’m just gonna be honest here, we’re not that wealthy But the fact that we were able to get a weekend away (My fiancé and I) and our cat, for just $415 is an amazing deal, and feeling like we were in one of the most expensive hotels was amazing I want to thank the employees for being so helpful and friendly during our stay this weekend

They were so humble and if we had any questions, they had answers The drinks and snacks are cheap as well, as well as being in a very good location between 4 restaurants and a couple of gas stations that had just about everything you’d need for a weekend away We had the best time there, and the accommodations were lovely A gym, pool/spa, computers if needed, laundry room, and there were ice machines on every floor Not to mention breakfast and how clean the entire hotel was, I’m just speechless If you want a get away without breaking the bank, this is definitely the place for you, especially if you need to unwind The ONLY bad thing I can say about it is in the hot tub, the jets were too powerful for our liking and they hurt a little bit

Jackie Hawkins

We have stay here a couple of times and everyone and every thing was great until this weekendWe stayed in room 111 and yes the hotel in dated some But that is fine as long as everything is clean

The lady at the front said when they did some remodeling and they sprayed the bathtub with something and that’s why it was that color but that’s not true because it comes off when you wipe it ,the shower curtain as you can see had not been changed I’m not sure now if the room had been clean

PJ

Great staff and room was very clean Morning breakfast was very good and Phoenix who does the meal was super! She went above and beyond Everyone was so kind and friendly

We had three friends with us and we all agreed! We visit our family farm not far from there often and will stay with you again Also good price compared to location in Greeneville

Although there are obviously going through a lot of renovations, this place is pretty much as rundown as it gets When we first got to our room it hadn’t been cleaned After a few minutes they assigned us a new room

In the new room one of the plugs didn’t work and the TV remote was obviously broken After having the remote replaced, turns out the TV that didn’t work, either Probably the most terrifying aspect of our whole stay was the indoor pool First of all there was a total and utter lack of the smell of chlorine And an almost overwhelming smell of pond Upon entering their indoor cement pond you could see there was mildew growing on some of the tiles above the water Another sign of a total lack of chlorineThe staff appeared young, inexperienced, yet sincere Nice kids every one of them

I wish I could give 0 stars Maybe even Negative 5 stars Where do I begin? As we sit waiting for a call back from our pediatrician

Our children were exposed to mold during our stay and have suffered wheezing, and a horrid cough ever since we entered that room Our first room we entered we were hit in the face with what could only be described as a washing machine load of towels that had been wet and forgotten about, ones that have mildewed and developed a stench so foul and sour that no amount of washing could ever renew them A musty car that had once been flooded and had been sealed up in the hot Sun for a while You get the idea So we start to look around the room and find cheerios and cereal spilled all over the floor Greasy sweaty hand prints perfectly preserved on the wooden head of the bed Blood stains that permeated the sheets onto the mattress The sofa had what appeared to be dried vomit and smelled of soured milk and stomach acid We pulled out the sofa bed to explore further and found no extra linens, and more blood stains We look around the walls and find a dark mildew creeping around the edges of the room and along the walls The bathroom toilet seat had chipped and cracked and been painted over The lampshades had mold and mildew and had been stained with what I can only guess is cheap beer from the smell The worst during this 30 minute ordeal was that when we had turned on the air vent our children began having an asthma attack Upon further examination I discovered visible chunks of mold, mildew of all colors and shapes that resembled leaves I tried to loosen it and found it was grown hard and thick into the air unit The remote control had been duct taped and was covered in a fine grease like vegetable oil The air vent continued to fill the room with a toxic spore that made all of us being asthmatic into a full blown asthma attack We insisted on a new room The new room smelled much better, but to my dismay the bed linens were spotted with visible black mildew and mold The sofa bed still had no linens The toilet seat was also cracked and painted over The walls paint was chipping away, and visible stains rested around the edge of the bathtub and ceiling There was more mildew on the walls More sweaty greasy handprints on the headboard We called for replacement linens, and they said they had no pillows to spare The replacement linens were also speckled and spotted with black splotches and smelled of mildew The attendant at the desk apologized but said there was nothing else she could do They couldn’t refund us We had no money to go anywhere else We regret whole heartedly staying in this hotel Our children have been sick and coughing ever since our stay here I recommend you run do not walk away from this hotel Even the poor girl working the front desk acknowledged that our complaints were not uncommon and that there was nothing she could do, other than acknowledging that she understands it is bad I would love to know if we could get a refund for this hotel stay It has landed in our top 2 worst ever, second only to being locked out on a balcony when the doorknob fell off at a different location

Maria Herrera

Soon as you walk in room you get this mildewy smell Sheets appeared cleaned but I swear I got bit by bed bugs because I developed these welts on my arm the next day Rooms need to be remodeled

Tub was yellow/pink with a constant drip Breakfast was okay…danishes, muffins and coffee nothing more We were only here for a short trip visiting a school nearby A/C worked, wifi in rooms TV was working

My wife and I travel often for vacation and competition cookoffs and this is probably the cleanest hotel we have stayed in The hotel smelled really good also It’s in a great location, the staff was very friendly and helpful

The only thing was I wished the pool had been a tad bit warmer I hope the Hampton Inn appreciates the current staff they have in place and does everything they can to keep them We will definitely be back to stay here when we visit Pigeon Forge

The night auditor Lynn was Amazing Went out of her way to accommodate She is a true asset Customer service and caring I can’t even say enough great things about her

I will recommend this Hampton inn to everyone I see Thank you Lynn for outstanding service, your knowledge of the Job is outstanding I’m so glad to actually see this level of commitment

Amber Blanton

Lyn was working the front desk when we checked in She was super friendly and very helpful We had been traveling for a while and Lyn noticed my mother’s sugar was dropping

She offered her a coke as she checked us in She answered all of questions and mentioned sausage gravy biscuits in the morning (it was delicious) However, the indoor pool was really green and the tile was in need of attention as I almost tripped and fell on broken and uneven tile around the pool $18900 a night was really steep

This is an older hotel because it’s been here for awhile I haven’t been to it in about 4 years as far as going inside but I did park outside in the parking lot about 2 weeks ago because I was looking for someone and the parking lot was dead and I mean only 3 cars on a Saturday night so that didn’t look too good! When I stayed here for one night as I was passing through those 4 years ago our room was clean but average for a chain hotel such as super 8 It’s nothing spectacular to brag about but I didn’t really have any solid complaints either

It’s okay if you are driving through and need to sleep but I wouldn’t stay here for my vacation or anything Hopefully nobody would be coming to Morristown, Tennessee on vacation🤔 Although, I know some people drive through in their campers and RV 🚙and stay someplace as they are making their way through the area, if they don’t park and sleep in their RV or camper, then this place would be appropriate for a nights stay 🏨

Kristine Banas (Disneynut1958)

Well, I wish I had to say something really good except for the fact the the cleaning was good Staff or owners at front desk smoke, and the hallway wreaks ok cigarettes Our door of our room was not set correctly, and we could hear all hallway noises

Upstairs it sounded like elephants walking around Also, advertised free breakfast, no longer offered

matty

One of the nicest, cleanest, quietest, most relaxing hotels I’ve stayed in Friendly and welcoming staff Explained my situation and budget to the guy on the phone and he had my name written down for the front desk when I got there and even gave me a tour of a couple available rooms to pick from and bought me a soda out of the vending machine

Good people If you want to stay at a cheap hotel that isn’t THE cheap hotel (if you know what I mean), this is the one

The room was clean, recently remodeled, and the bed and bedding were soft and comfortable There was a previously filled out questionnaire on the desk that said both faucets didn’t work correctly and that was true The sink blasted hot water and cold was a mere trickle

It took 15 min to figure out how to get hot water to come out of the shower There was all the stuff to make coffee but no actual coffee maker If your room in non-smoking but they smoke next door, you get to enjoy their smoke too The front desk was without any personality upon check in and after ringing the bell and waiting around for 5 or 10 min I finally laid the key on the desk and left for check out There is nothing besides fast food near this hotel if you’re wanting dinner We just needed a place to stop overnight on our way to South Carolina but wish we hadn’t chosen this place

Briana Stahr

We had reserved our room through hooper for a non smoking 2 bed and when we got there she gave us a smoking 2 bed, when I went and asked for another room because we had reserved a non smoking she said that’s all they have available, they are booked, and when I asked for her name she refused!! Very unpleasant experience will never go there again

It was convenient However, it STUNK of people smoking You could not walk down the halls without breating the stale (and fresh) smell of cigarettes and whatever else was being smoked

We got a no-smoking room and still the blanket had the odor permeating from it If you’re a smoker, this is fine, but if you don’t I wouldn’t recommend staying here unless you have your rescue inhaler with you!

We are traveling and needed to stop for the night Some other places in town looked less than desirable or were completely out of our price range We stopped here and Kirsten was more than accommodating

They didn’t have the room we asked for with 2 queens, and the king suite was more than our budget allowed, so she worked with us and made it happen The room was clean and spacious, the air conditioner worked well, it was quiet, and we all got a good night’s sleep Would definitely stay here again!

It is a very nice hotel The rooms were clean and the beds soft, clean and comfortable The front desk attendant was not there while I waited several minutes around 3:15 for anyone to come to the desk, a time when you would think they would be ready for checking people in

She was very friendly though when she came and we were satisfied with the service

John Guisinger

This is the 2nd time that I stayed here Was here between Christmas and New Years and it has been fabulous each time From the great location to the nice, spacious, clean rooms to the wonderful breakfast this will be the only place I stay in Morristown

The entire staff from the front desk to the workers in house keeping, they are very friendly, helpful and professional A 5 star experience all the way around

I’m feeling a little grouchy this morning after a bad night’s sleep This hotel has some unusual quirks in the establishments attempt to modernization The room is setup to minimize wasteful energy use, to that I salute them

Unfortunately, this did not workout in reality The air conditioner is setup to have a mind of its own and it did exactly that The sound level in the room was an average of 28 decibels, until the air conditioner came on, then the sound level shoots up to the mid 50s That level is the equivalent of a group of people having a conversation There was no gradual leadup or end to the AC as it would happen instantly, just imagine the instantaneous sound of a car crash I tried to turn the unit off but it would continue running even though the thermostat said offThe fun doesn’t end there, though The television kept turning on spontaneously until I finally unplugged itI always like to provide good reviews for any critique so, the bed was comfortable and the room clean and well laid out

Check in was simple and easy The lady at the front was super nice They do have decent wifi BUT, the room had no heat at all on when we walked in

There were zero towels and only 1 wash cloth I went to call the front desk from the landline in the room but found it didn’t even have a cord! It was simply decorative There was paint in the bathroom floor that looked a tremendous amount like blood spatter There were curse words on the bathroom door No fire alarm It was a smoking room with not a single ash tray So not the best place for the price of $68 per night

megan Shaneyfelt

When we first walked in the hotel I went straight to the bathroom and saw Carlos the cockroach Next we went to check the bed and we seen a few blood stains Then we seen a water leak coming from the sink

Also the freezer a coke or something explode and they never cleaned it up Lastly the coffee maker had used coffee packet in it (This room could be yours for the low-low price of $80) one more thing, they don’t give you towels you have to go get them This review was written by a 11 year old for his mom

Very clean and mostly comfortable They could try to do something about the air conditioning blowing directly on the bedsThere is not much to do and see in the area, and no place to get a really good meal

I recommend this hotel only as a one-night stay if you are traveling to another destination

Jack V Minster

Just our luck, it was graduation weekend in the area Not many places still had rooms When we heard this place did, we wondered “what’s wrong with it??” Well, shame on us

A very nice counter person, got us right in and gave our motorcycles a priority place to park Shower was hot and lots of pressure Bed was just right So maybe it was a LONG walk to get Ice and vending machines, but that ain’t no thing Good Breakfast and we were back on the road I’d stay here again!!
