Let me start off by saying Alex (front desk) is a true gem! He genuinely cares about all the guests having a wonderful experience during their stay He was very accommodating going above and beyond excellent customer service I really enjoyed our fun conversations we had whenever I’d go to the lobby for coffee/tea

The hotel was quiet and not very busy during my stay Room was spacious, clean and had a comfortable bed Breakfast was basic compared to other Hampton Inn & Suites I’ve stayed at

Obadah DB

Stayed here for ~10 days: I thought the rooms designs were a bit aesthetics over function, but decent over all I dealt with 4 front desk employees over my stay; two of which were nice and the other two were pretty rude for no reason On my last day I requested a late checkout (as I was up working late at night) and was given it, only to be waken up by an employee knocking at my door at regular check out time asking me why I haven’t checked out yet (although they did let me stay the extra couple of hours, but my sleep was ruined)

Overall not bad, I booked here originally because I got a decent deal (~$66 per night), but I wouldn’t recommend this place at a higher rate

yovana gonzalez

First time here from August 19-21 The booking description did not match It said it would have a sofa bed and our room did not

The room was very hot even though we would adjust the temperature The shower floor was dirty and the shower doors were broken, they did not stay shut We also had a roach come out I took a picture btw Breakfast was decent and the front desks people were nice and helpful But I wouldn’t stay here again

There room itself is typical for this price range A couple of issues we had with this location was primarily around parking Our room was 221 which happens to be the last room on the floor

We were across the hall from the fire stairwell exit that also served as the exterior door at the end of the floor Unfortunately, there are only four real parking spots on that end of the building That just means if your room number it’s close to 100 200 300, then your walk to your car won’t be that far But if you’re room is closer to 121 221 or 321, You’re likely going to have a bit of a trick between your room and your carThe shower and room 221 has a high-pitched squeal with the shower head Apparently there is an issue with the shower head and anytime someone takes a shower, you hear a very high-pitched squeal throughout the entire room and it’s very loud in the shower itselfThat’s for cleanliness, our bathroom still had a used bar of soap in the shower and a prior customers toothbrush and razor on the shelf unit hanging on the wallThe AC does have a fan that will stay on the entire night so that’s a plusAccess to one of the TVs HDMI port is very difficult to get to if you have a device that you want to plug in You can get to it but you can’t move the TV to see it as it’s mounted diagonally on the wall in the cornerThe lobby does not have any tables nor do they offer any breakfast in the morning If you’re looking for somewhere together with some friends at the end of the night, you’ll have to gather in a room or outsideAll in all this hotel was just fine but I wouldn’t recommend it We chose this hotel because it was pet friendly, but you do sacrifice in other areas for that

Cer

Would not recommend this place Pots, pans, utensils, dishes are very worn out and filthy Found other people’s hair in bedding during check in

Bathroom does not have a vent or that it’s broken I assume daily housekeeping doesn’t exist that’s why it wasn’t offered The bath towels are on the smaller side and rough There was a stain in one of themWould not return to this place Holiday Inn express is alot cleaner and nicer if you’re an IHG member

Obadah DB

I stayed here for ~16 days: the place was pretty good overall, the rooms had good amenities and were the size was okay I would recommend this place My only two complaints: The room had a bad smell; it’s very noticeable when you first enter but then you eventually get definitized to it, and the rate was a bit high given the size and quality of the place, but it wasn’t too bad

Stayed there last month and from the moment we walked in to the moment we checked out, it was a great stay The staff, Desk and Housekeeping, were incredibly friendly and professional The only thing we were too big of a fan of was the breakfast

The eggs and sausage was terrible but the nice selection of cold cuts more than made up for that The pool and hot tub were amazing I have a super sensitive nose and eyes and the fact that the windows were cracked open, made for a very enjoyable time in the hot tub and pool They were clean and the area was well maintained We will definitely make this Hotel our place to stay every time we come to the area

Jason Lindley

We arrived early (a little after 1:00) and we’re told that our room wasn’t ready yet And check in time was at 3:00 They were told that we would be arriving about 1 or 2

Other hotels had our room ready or had another one we could switch to The room however was very nice and clean, comfortable, and not near the elevator added bonus Bathroom door lock didn’t work Breakfast was one of the best for hotels we’ve stayed in Checkout was easy Allover good experience

Alicia Johnson

Staff was very pleasant and helpful throughout our 6 day visit Hard working ladies in housekeeping and food preparation Especially important to note when a problem arose the management was empathetic understanding

They host a meet and greet Monday through Wednesday evening and we especially enjoyed taco Tuesday it was Awesome!! Thank you for helping me celebrate my anniversary!!

My room was spacious and modern and the frost desk staff was polite The only complaint I have is that housekeeping would only service my room once every four days during my extended stay and it had to be requested I expected a bit better for the price

Also, to echo some of the other reviews, I found the bed rather hard Overall, though, it was a mostly pleasant experience

Mario Zendejas

I joined the Wyndham rewards program and got a great deal for my stay I stayed there for seven nights and had a great time The staff was super friendly and helpful

Due to Covid they don’t freshen up your room every day They came in on the middle of my stay and cleaned my room and changed everything out But if you need more towels or anything else you just had to call the desk and they were happy to help Their morning breakfast was good too The star of the show was their Texas shape waffles They were yummy! Plus, it in a great location close to so many places to eat, and far away from major road noise I will definitely come back next time I’m in the DFW area

Brian Carson

Thoroughly enjoyed the vacation at this hotel! We were greeted every morning and every evening and given wonderful recommendations on where to eat and where to visit For my wife and I, customer service is a huge aspect in the success of a business and I can say that this hotel exceeded expectations If I ever find myself in or around Plano again, this will be the hotel I will stay at!

1st time visit to Sandman

Amazing! We arrived at 3am and the front desk staff were there with smiles on their faces! The hotel lobby and common areas were beautiful and our room amazing! The smell upon walking in was so good – I need to know what that was! 🙂 I want my whole house to smell like it The bed was extremely comfortable and the bathroom had a soaking tub in it!! I was able to detox from our long drive in the tub before going to bed and if was an absolute dream!

Staycation Experience — we truly enjoyed a quick weekend trip her and will definitely return againCute and trendy stylish hotel, professional and friendly staff and very convenient location to restaurants and shops Beds were comfy and room was spacious

We did have a slight issue with the ac not cooking in the living area, while the bedroom area was just right The manager quickly moved us to a new room and was very accommodating

James Mann

We stayed here for a corporate event recently, and it was the perfect hotel for our group of 60! It’s a beautiful hotel in a central location, and the rooms are updated and well furnished (nicer than similar hotels I’ve stayed at in the area) Plus the two bars that were on site were perfect for getting together after hours Sherri Ray was awesome to work with in making all the arrangements for our group! I’d definitely recommend this hotel to others (whether for business or personal travel)

This is an older place and you can tell The rooms were a little run down I had to call for pullout bedding, but the lady brought it up quickly and she was so kind

The bed was extra soft, which I loved and the husband hated Not memory foam so every movement made the whole bed shake The room had great furnishings and loved the full kitchen!!!The complementary breakfast was prepackaged frozen biscuits snadwiches and waffles heated up and self served in the bag, kind of weird They also had cereal, yogurt, milk Daughter and I was not a fan of the breakfast, but husband liked itLaundry took $2 coins for each which you have to get from front desk

Donna Carr

This place is Ok but it does not even come close to meeting the standards typically set by Marriott We have stayed at many Marriotts and this one definitely rates on the low scale We have been here one night and I am considering relocating

Almost everything is dated and things just look run down There is an odor in the hall The stove is ancient as is the dishwasher The cabinets are cheap and have stains and bits of surface missing The kitchen sink faucet is so corroded that it is extremely difficult to move it left to right and back The space under the sink is dirty looking The room is for four but we have two towels, two washrags and two hand towels I am all for reusing a towel but there are zero towel hooks Overall, this room needs work Slapping a bit of paint on the wall, putting up some paintings and a new shower curtain helps but it does not resolve the glaring issues of an extremely outdated hotel There is no hot breakfast They have a small section towards the back of the reception area that has some prepackaged items that could be heated They also have yogurt, cereal, some fruit, milk and coffee If this establishment is still citing Covid as a reason to not provide the hot meal expected by its patrons, they need to make that explicitly clear at reservation time Burying the fact that hot breakfast is not provided somewhere in your website is not an acceptable way to disclaim I am sure this sounds unreasonable but Marriott has, in our experiences, certain standards and this hotel does not even come close On the up side, the rare interaction with staff has been pleasant and parking is good Final comments: the room had bugs The bugs looked like small roaches I flushed at least three The pool was not clean About 50-60% of the bottom was covered in a thin layer of algae I will say that every single interaction with staff was very pleasant I think they know what they are working with and yet they still try to do their best The ownership needs to step up and clean up/update this hotel

Chris M

Low cost suites

We’ve stayed here many times over the last 10+ years The rooms are a little worn, bath tubs showing their age, unraveling carpet, cabinets could use paint at the least Beds are comfortable, linenes clean, suite furniture is firm (but stained)The office personnel and staff have been wonderful and accommodationThey’re piloting a new breakfast platform of grab and go pre-made items They are ok We have tried 2 of the breakfast sandwiches as soon as they were put out, they were soggy on the bottom and tough on top Nice selection of sandwiches but they aren’t great I miss getting a bagel with peanut butter and bananaThe gym is tiny, no yoga mats and only 2 towels available, no wipes to clean equipment and the water is broken

Absolutely love this hotel! First off the front desk service (Harris) is one of the most friendly and helpful people we have ever encountered! He has went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable! Second the bar/restaurant is really good! (Mason?) the bartender makes very good cocktails! Lastly (Jonathan F? ) the manager was superb in helping us throughout our stay! I can’t say enough how much we love to stay here!

Mrs. Kevbozzz Shan

Beautiful modern hotel and great location to dining various options The room was very spacious, nicely furnished, and had a great layout with a sitting area separate from the bedroom Parking was plentiful and very convenient

The hot breakfast was great and refreshed constantly All the staff members were very helpful and accommodating I can’t wait to stay again when it’s warmer and enjoy the pool area!

We stayed at the same hotel for many years for business several times a year and they just could never get everything fixed We decided to take a chance on Cambria and could not have been more pleased Vanessa sold the hotel when I called to ask a few questions

Beautiful room and IMPECCABLY clean! With difficulty coming out of lock downs and short staff this was not at all the case with everyone from the front desk, bartender to the housekeeping staff as we were graciously greeted and asked if we needed anything additional This quality comes from the top and after speaking to manager to say what a wonderful quiet room we had and how pleased were we found out by her professional manner that the staff followed her lead Everyone smiled and while that may not sound like a big deal, it is because it showed everyone was happy with their jobs and did them very well!Comfortable and tasteful room and felt very “at home” staying here HIGHLY recommend!

We recently stayed for a night at this location and were excited to arrive with our past experience with Embassy Suites This location was great but had some setbacks The room condition was excellent, the A/C worked but seemed to be struggling

My wife and I set it to 70 degrees and left the room for the evening and arrived to it still trying to reach 70 degrees It stayed on for the majority of the night trying to cool the room down It did not bother us much, but it was worth mentioning Additionally, we wanted to enjoy the pool and spa later in the evening and found that it was occupied for “swim lessons” The entirety of the pool was coned off and the swim instructors were using all of it My wife and I sat in there for a while hoping that they would finish but had no luck after an hour This was upsetting due to the fact that we paid for a room with the amenities provided but it was being rented out for a local swim school I would hope that Embassy Suites would understand that we are headed into hot summer days and guests will want to use the pool more regularly I would rather go to another hotel down the road that keeps their amenities for guests staying there instead of other local businesses Other than our frustrating pool and spa incident we really enjoyed our stay The breakfast is excellent and all of the staff is very nice!

Meagan Murret

The pool was clean and well maintained The evening reception was fun and did not have long waits for drinks Bartender was friendly and accommodating

Lobby was very pretty Morning breakfast was delicious! Room was clean, AC worked well Only complaint was that the fold out sofa was very uncomfortable and there were no pillows for it The extra blanket was gross and scratchy

Jaysen Bechtel

The first couple of days we stayed here, there was a very strong sewer smell between the lobby and convention center entrance doors The entire hotel was very clean in appearance and I loved the myriad of fountains Our room was very nice except for the fact that the air conditioner did not seem to function

My wife gets sick to the point of nausea in Temps above 67 over a long period of time (hours or sooner if she gets a hot flash) The first night a maintenance worker attempted to fix it The next day we asked the front desk if they had a fan or could we switch rooms They told us that they would get it fixed, but we still returned to a room that was above 74 I went and bought a fanBefore we booked the hotel we read somewhere that they had 24/7 room servicethey do not Room service operates between 5pm and 9pm, and they don’t deliver to the roomyou have to go pick it up Their breakfast setup was great and the food was good They do custom omelets, but nothing else The bartenders were exceptionally friendly and went above and beyond to take of a room service order that was not correct even though the cook had already closed things downThe pool/gym were clean and well stocked The hot tub did not work the first 5 days we were there It was working 2 days before we left The sauna did not work the entire time we were thereOn our 6th day we upgraded our room so an older son could spend some time with us The room’s AC worked and it was cool enough for my wife not to need a fan The views from both of our rooms was amazing Oh, and FYIlate checkouts cost an extra $25 Not that it really mattered, but we were not informed of this and did not find out until hours later

Hotel is fine if it’s your last resort to stay somewhere Staff and polices are pretty horrific As a diamond member I get breakfast for free each morning at Hilton Garden Inn’s but not at this hotel for whatever reason

I ask the front desk for my breakfast vouchers and they told me they just don’t do that at this hotel for diamond members but I could use $20 towards breakfast or the pantry since I was staying 2 nights Would have been nice to know that before booking…I then spent $24 at the pantry on Saturday night I go to checkout Sunday morning and my bill is $14 for food I told them it should be $4 as I spent my $20 towards the pantry They then tell me I have to use $10 on night 1 and $10 on night 2 as it can’t be combined for the stay Would have been nice to know that before I checked out! I told the front desk I stayed at a Waldorf and when I had food and beverage credit they allowed me to use it all on one day, so how was I suppose to know it couldn’t all be used at once Their response was “this is just our policy” They should probably communicate that at any point The staff poorly communicated everything during my stay Definitely wouldn’t have booked this hotel if I knew this Many things in life aren’t certain, but I can assure you I certainly won’t be returning to this property

Courtney Kalb

I had a room that was not as clean as I would have liked staying at a Hilton hotel – and thankfully I left a review and the staff fixed my room while I was gone for the day They also left some snacks for me and a note letting me know I could contact the manager if I needed anything else I appreciate the customer service and the staff working to make my stay better

I will definitely be back again and appreciate the hospitality and care

Clayton Cummings

This was our 3rd stay here, and possibly our last Nice, clean rooms But they no longer replace towels, linen or toiletries unless you put in a request

There is no discount for this either The whole place smelled like sewage and we were never given an explanation for it 4 days, same stench Elevators sounded like they were falling apart Last day there, 1 of them was out of orderStaff were friendly, but not like most places Check-in involved asking for my ID, inserting my card for incidentals, and her handing me my room keys while saying “elevators are over here” Check out was “Checking out? Thank you”That was all we got this time Actually a bit disappointed in the hospitality Could have saved a good bit of money for that, or stayed in a more welcoming hotel, like The Staybridge

The Renaissance was my husband and I’s home for five days, and it did not disappoint! My husband and I chose this hotel because of the property’s proximity to food, shopping, and the location of our wedding venue The hospitality was superb! When we first visited the hotel, we were looking for a hotel that would be great for our out of town guests as well as us after our wedding night The hotel staff welcomed us, and we knew right away this would be the location for us

During our stay, the rooms were spacious and clean The bed and pillows were comfortable The bathroom had several amenities that you would need, and the shower was spacious The mood lights were an unexpected nice touch The night of our wedding, we came home to a bottle of champagne and sweets, courtesy of RenaissanceOur event manager Kassie, was pleasant and always was quick to respond to any inquiries I had regarding the property I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the Plano area

The Hotel is nice and comfortable A lot of guests coming for meeting and conventions Full bar inside very good and of course always full at night

A nice patio area with comfortable seats and wonderful fire pit in the middle of the patio for everyone to enjoy Room, we was not lucky at all we open the room door and the room was very nice tree people and only one bed🤦bathroom a little strange logistics but very modern One big wood door to separate the complete bath shower,- sink and toilet no door All space waste and just one person can use at the time because toilet don’t have separation So big and modern but only for one guest Amenities, a not working hairdryer , old and with tapes marks like we’re fixed in some point( I have to call ,11pm for a replacement) a fridge disconnected, try to be nice and useful but the cable was stock behind the furniture and water under fridge( Do guest supposed to do the repairs and inspection after open the room door🤦) Incredible high hotel with so poor services But the braking point was 1- three guest and one bed, attendance at check in don’t even mentioned not even noticed? So right away she order an extra bed?) we have to get the surprise at the moment we open the door and do our own process to go down and be sure the unprofessional desk attendant write the request, wait and be pending the bed was in place at the time we returned 2- a window with a wall view🤷 Who design this hotel? It’s not a cheap hotel at least advance that the second floor rooms have window but not viewvery dissatisfied Having the best expectations for a Hilton, the lobby was so nice and near to nice restaurant and a shock to find so many unnecessary issues to care care for I am a guest not a repair on callanyway no choice to stay 3 daysPlease retrain employees so guests can have more time to enjoy the stay

The customer service is excellent and it’s super clean I also love the pool hours, most hotel pools close early but this one is open until 11 which is amazing! We live a few miles away but always come to this one when wanting a little getaway, sometimes we prefer this hotel over downtown!

We had a great stay! I would definitely recommend this to anyone visiting Dallas/Plano area Upon arriving at the lobby, the staff was friendly and helped us navigate our way to the room The room was without a doubt clean and had pretty much all the necessities

Vending machines were out of stock on multiple floors They do charge an $18 parking fee, and you’re welcome to park your vehicle in the parking lot located at the entrance There are so many restaurants and shops to try around the area as well Overall experience was overwhelmingly positive at this hotel

Very welcoming We were able to check in early and walking into the room we heard music Once entering the door there was a nice message on the television welcoming us to our stay

The room was very modern and everything we needed I gave it a five star rating even though the bathroom door lock broke while I was in the bathroom but the staff resolved the issue immediately I would like to recommend a change up in the breakfast…maybe a waffle maker to have something different but the continental breakfast was good My husband did point out that the hallway carpets were dirty and could use a good steam clean But that wasn’t an issue to keep us away when we return to Plano We will stay there again

O

Location was great, surrounded by lots of places to eat within walking distance matter of fact that was what we did and going back to the hotel we walked across with other people staying there They have free breakfast the usual, it wasn’t bad The rooms were clean but of course the carpet was dirty (My pet peeve) so I guess if it matters to you like it does to me just bring along slippers

Joe Spradlin

Hotel is clean and spacious w/ a really nice large lobby/breakfast area The staff has been very friendly & accommodating as well The area is also great for shopping, food, & entertainment

There are a couple of reasons I didn’t give it 5-stars The breakfast is OK, but how hard would it be to do a waffle or pancake station? The batter is super cheap so it’s not a huge cost They could also add a little more oatmeal to the super watery oatmeal soup Then there’s a lack of towel holders in the bathroom They want you to “Go green” but don’t give you a place to hang your towel to dry

We are forever grateful to Elaina, Nicole, Stephen, the rest of the Front Desk Staff, the Housekeeping Staff, the Breakfast, Staff, and Maintenance for their kindness and generosity during our time of living in their hotelDuring our time of life transition, we’ve stayed with this hotel for over 3 months The first stay was for about a month and a half

The second stay was for almost 2 monthsThe staff remembered us from our first stay, greeting us as friendsNicole was so helpful when we would extend our stayStephen was wonderful with our family My daughters knew they were safe to walk the dog when he was around He was helpful when we needed things or needed to report an issue (living in a hotel room long term, little things are bound to come up, so I’m not going to bother elaborating on that) And he was always so friendly with our whole family On our last day, the kids wanted to make sure to tell him goodbyeElaina is a wonderful manager I didn’t even know that she was the manager until we checked out We always saw her jumping in, doing different jobs I told my kids that she was living out what we’ve been trying to teach them: that to be a good boss, you don’t have to be bossy and sit back and have everyone do everything for you The best bosses lead by example Granted, I don’t know how things are behind the scenes, but her staff all seem to respect her and never spoke ill behind her back Again, the sign of a great managerWhen issues would come up, the maintenance man was willing to fix it in a timely manner He was also very kind, waving and greeting us when he’d see us walking in the hallwaysThe Breakfast Staff welcomed us back, telling us that they were glad to see us and had missed my kids because they are so well behavedHousekeeping had to be scheduled, but we were fine with that We’ve found that to be true of all the hotels that we’ve stayed with over the last year The Housekeeping Staff were friendly There was a couple times that we had to cancel housekeeping, like if the baby was asleep or if one of us was in the shower But it was easy to call the front desk and just schedule for the next dayThrough all of the traveling and hotel living we’ve had to do over the last year, this has been our best stayThe Staff is amazing The hotel is very clean Disruptive guests were handled well We only smelled pot once during our 3 months, and the staff dealt with it immediately The breakfast is wonderful (I love trying the different waffle flavors on the weekends) I didn’t even mention the swimming pool! It’s the cleanest pool of any hotel we’ve stayed in, by far! And it has a fun water splash pad that my kids adoreWe highly recommend this hotel

Iacoli Family Homestead

The staff i spoke with on the phone to make the reservation was extremely helpful and polite The overnight attendant was rude, lazy, and seemed annoyed to be at work The facilities were very clean, including the rooms

Parking was a little different as the parking lot is small Overall I was pleased with my stay with the exception of the attendant I checked in with

Blen Bekele

Truly one of the worst Hilton affiliated hotels I’ve ever stayed in Staff was so incredibly unfriendly The room was noisy and the phone kept ringing at random times overnight and had to be unplugged

Awful stay I have no idea why the ratings are so high, but would not recommend at all

I am giving them 1 star for there billing policy And for the manager telling me pretty much to leave if I don’t like it Charging people extra to be on the top floor is crazy when you have only a few floors

Charging people 30 per day in incidentals is crazy when you only offer drinks and cookies Some of your employees are super nice and some are downright rude including the manager Make sure all of your front desk staff knows your financial policy Never had a problem before at Hyatt and do not plan to stay at the Plano location again

Ivan Hernandez

I was a little worried about the 1⭐ recent reviews when I booked my room but I needed to stay close to the area due to the weather From the time I checked in all staff was friendly and professional even the housekeeping lady welcomed me as I was going up to my room The room was clean and spacious, bed was super comfortable and the breakfast the next day was amazing

The only downside was that the rooms did not have a USB charger for my phone I had to go buy a new one at the store Other than that it was a great stay I would definitely stay here again

Mary B

My room was clean, very nice and comfortable The breakfast was good I was here for 2 nights

The entire time the room key machine at the front desk was not working So I never had a key to my room and neither did many of the other guests Consequently the staff at the front desk were spending a lot of their time going up and down the floors unlocking rooms for guests The wait at the front desk to get checked-in or anything else was LONG because the staff were away (opening doors) One of the two elevators does not work, and has not worked for several weeks due to parts shortage While I was there the phone system went down and you could not make calls from the room, or call the hotel from outside

I will definitely stay at this wonderful Marriott hotel again I rarely have the experience that all hotel crews are with the same high standard service throughout the whole stay period If you like to swim outdoor in the winter, their heated swimming pool has the best temperature that you could dream of and the swimming pool is very clean

I also like the fitness as it is not crowded most of the time and also very clean Breakfast buffet is so delicious (most fresh fruits I ever tested at buffet) Adult is $24 and child is only $12 You also get free breakfast if you have platinum staus or higher They confirmed my upgrade request several days ago instead of last minute Also approved my late check out soon after I checked in I also receive an status appreciation letter and a box of chocolate and a glass bottle of Dr Pepper you will also love the weekend complimentary free self parking If M club is also open over the weekend, it will be perfect Overall, I will highly recommend this hotel

When I pulled up to the hotel, I was pleased with how the building and landscaping were immaculate However, that only goes so far I had a tuxedo rental to return via UPS

On the day I was checking out, I called down to ask if they could do UPS returns via the front desk They said “sure, just drop it off with the return label attached” So I did I was happy that I would not have to venture out and find a UPS location on the last day of my vacation while also making my way to the airportWell, five days later I got an email from the tux rental company saying I had been charged a late fee for not returning the suitthe tracking status still said “Label created” When I called the hotel to look into this, they let me know that the package was still sitting behind the front desk I asked the front desk manager, Charles, why it had been sitting for almost a week and he said that I was responsible for scheduling a pickup request on the UPS websiteAfter telling him that this was news to me and asking why nobody told me that originally, his reply was “Sir, we offer this service as a convenience to you Most people know they have to schedule their own pickups” In my opinion, that is not an acceptable response If he had said the word “sorry” one time, maybe I would feel better It seems the nice facade of the hotel only goes so far if the staff is not trained on proper customer service Charles said that the hotel is able to reimburse the tuxedo rental late fee, but I have not heard anything from him in a week

The Marriott Hotel is a high-end hotel located in a beautiful shopping center Ideal place for a wedding or a small business congress Their amenities are unmatched within a five-mile radius, largely due to the extensive retail experience outside its front door

Their room service, buffet dinners and facilities are mildly impressive to the location In close proximity to the Toyota’s headquarters; and thus, you may run into several of their executives and/or stumble into a few journalists within the automotive world The 24 hour access to gym, dipping pool and hot tub was our favorite part

Had a great stay over the weekend My only complaint is I wish they had complimentary breakfast the price to buy something frozen like a lean cuisine is very high

Almost forcing you to pay for the also extremely high rate for a basic continental breakfast or buy something of barelyhigher but of basic same value from their bistro which is at least prepared freshly This is a major flaw in the services offered by this hotel in my opinion

Having a wonderful experience here Front desk was incredibly kind and helpful, room was clean and cozy, I missed breakfast (my fault!) but they still had things out for guests Showed up later than my requested check-in time due to a flight delay and it was no problem at all; very kind staff and beautiful lobby and rooms, and a great price! Internet was occasionally spotty, and bathroom vent didn’t work, but nothing big enough to keep me from giving this place five stars

Great stay!

This hotel is AMAZING my 9 yr old daughter and I stay here once a month for our mother daughter night out her choice everything and for a 9 yr old that’s rare she loves it It’s very swanky inside with a price that beats all others The rooms are huge and amazingly clean and fresh

And the beds are like sleeping on a cloud They have delicious breakfast and very friendly and helpful staff I’d recommend this hotel above all others

1st time visiting for a business seminar Perfect location for my needs The room was on the 1st floor which provided easy access to come and go

The room looked nice but was a little stuffy, the bathroom vent did not work so this may have contributed that The beds were comfortable Bluetooth mirror speakers in the rooms The breakfast served was hot with, yogurt, pastry products, scrambled eggs and bacon Overall it was nice for the price

My family of 4 stayed at this location from November 2021 to April 2022 while we searched for a home in this crazy market after moving to Texas We stayed in the 2bedroom suite w/two Queen beds in second room for our two kids PERFECT! The beds were very comfortable, but i wish they had pillows that didnt sink

However no problem for we brought our own Kitchenette was very well stocked with all you need (of course a pair of scissors would have come in handy) This hotel was definitely a home away from home We always felt safe, comfortable and we were all a little sad to leave Front Desk staff was always so friendly and helpful especially James! The housekeeping staff was absolutely amazing The lobby and our rooms always looked and felt clean after their visit My kids loved the complimentary breakfast We highly recommend staying at this hotel Even though we live here now we will definitely be back for a date night away from the kids!

Stayed at this hotel last weekend I’m giving it 2 stars because it was not terrible but let me tell you, it was not great either First off there was some sort of high school basketball game so the hotel was booked with large groups of teenagers who were running and screaming in the hall, well past 10pm

(I actually needed to go to bed at 9 so I could get up at 5 the next day) I went down to the reception desk and the gentleman there was actually very empathetic when I asked to be moved to another room because of the noise I had to be moved twice though, which took 45 minutes of going to the desk, and shuffling my stuff from room to room I asked if this happens a lot, and he said “yeah when they have a game, I move people a lot, but normally they quiet down by 11 Well 11pm is great if you don’t have to get up early No efforts were made to keep the them quieted down No one talked to the coaches, basically the noise was pushed off as my problem to deal with instead of dealing with the source There was also a pretty large gap underneath the room doors which let in a lot of noise Some hotels have a double door set up, to keep noise out, this hotel does not On another random note, the water in the showers doesn’t really get all that hot I also called back a few days later to ask why my $50 deposit hadn’t been returned and the woman who answered the phone was really pretty rude She didn’t even say “You’re welcome” when I said “Thank you”The good was though that the first receptionist was kind and empathetic, and also the room was clean and the bed was comfortable, and provided some basic soap and a makeup remover towelette Breakfast was basic but good, and the omelets tasted freshWhen you stay at a hotel for travelling a good night’s sleep is really the most important thing you can offer your guests I would recommend that his hotel take some actions to rein in the noise levels at night (and yes 11pm is too late) Talk to the coaches or parents, or maybe book them all on the same 2 floors and put other guests on the other floors Something can be done!

Jamie Rudek

Although the room was clean, the manager was rude and unhelpful I called to get a price for a room and asked if the pool was open and working and was told they were booked When I asked about booking it online (since it showed availability) I was cut off and told they were fully booked

This was one of the only hotels with an indoor pool and we were looking forward to letting our 3 year old burn off some energy since we had been in the car for 600 miles Upon check-in I asked if the pool was open again and was told yes We got in our suits and down to the pool to find no towels, not a big deal I went to the front desk to ask for some and had to wait for someone to greet me, it was the manager again She informed me they were out of pool towels but gave me some bathroom towels (never mentioning the pool condition) it was freezing!! My son was so disappointed 😞 We went back to the room (he almost slipped just outside the pool area since there wasn’t any carpet) and I called the front desk The manager then informed me that the heater was broken I tried to explain that would have been nice to know prior to getting my son’s hopes up but again was cut off with a short apology I was frustrated with the lack of willingness to help or even listen, the cold pool, and the cold breakfast the next morning After calling corporate, I was told they could give me some points to compensate but they would not be available until Monday (this was on Sat evening/Sun morning) When I informed them I was traveling and would be home on Monday and would not need the points, I was informed that’s all they could do I was highly disappointed and will not be returning to this or any Holiday Inn

Amanda Lomonaco

We arrived prior to the 3 o’clock check in time but they said give them 30 minutes and they would have the room ready for us When we got check in and got to our room, it smelled like wet dog The front desk clerk apologized and got us checked in to another room

Our reservation was for 4 people, the room was stocked with 3 towels so we called down to the front desk to request more towels We never got a response so we had to go down and get more towels The front desk doesn’t have a bell or anything to notify the staff that someone is waiting so you are often waiting for a period of time for someone to comes greet youThe pool was frigid The kids swam but even just sitting watching was coldThe water pressure of the shower is horrible and the sink took forever to drain Brushing your teeth was a nightmareBreakfast was mediocre at best No make your own waffles or pancakes (we stayed Friday and Saturday) and both days the hot items were eggs and sausage One day links the other day pattiesThe front desk staff were pleasant but not very customer service oriented It seemed asking for something was putting them out Housekeeping staff were friendly but rooms could use a little more attention to detail when it comes to cleaning There were skittles and dental picks left in the room from a prior tenant (in window sill and behind trash can)

This stay was hit and miss Our first stay here was great Friendly staff and super helpful! The room was clean and comfy

We left for international travel and came back to stay when we returned Our check in was easy and staff was great again! Especially since it was almost 1am Our room was not great though It was dirty with hair on the bed and pillows and under the sheets Blood stains and other mystery stains on the bed and pillows After 32 hours of travel we were too tired to even go down and say anything We figured when we got up we could sort it out Come time for check out no one was at the front desk and we left An 11 car ride ahead of us we didn’t have time to waste So while the staff was amazing and wonderful I don’t think I’d come back and stay there again!

DebbieAnn Shaw

When we arrived, we were able to check-in early which was great but then we noticed both beds had dirty sheets blood stains and had to be changed immediately Also we noticed that there was not enough toilet paper or towels in the room – it took housekeeping over one hour to send new towels We saw on the website there was a pool on-site – when we arrived the pool was closed

The front desk said we can go to another hotel to swim The other hotel also had issues and we were not able to swim We were told the hours were 8 am to 10 pm The hotel staff was servicing the pool at 8 am and said the pool will be closed for at least 2 hours due to the chemicals Also the room does not have blinds or drapes – only see-through sheer curtains Which allows no privacy You can see all the lights of the city at night The breakfast was good but I would not stay here again

Brown Beauty

Not a fancy spot but decent and the location is near a few different restaurants, Walmart and a gas station The lobby was clean and the rooms were nice and clean too; you could smell the freshness in the airMy room came with a flat screen tv and a few cable channels along with Netflix and etc as an option too

A coffee maker and mini fridge was also included though the fridge didnt get super cold The bed was king sized and comfy and the linen was clean The AC set up and window curtains looked a bit dated but not really a big dealThe shower already had body wash and shampoo attached to the wall and the scents werent bad either The main thing is the bathroom was clean but the shower curtains need to be replaced or washedI only ate breakfast once but it wasnt bad at all They had a nice variety of everything for everyone and it was plenty available The pool was not open but the gym was open during my stayOverall I had a great stay and would stay here again The price was right and the customer service was good all the way from the people at the front desk to the housekeepers Everyone made you feel welcome
