Clean room, friendly staff, and an overall great one night stay I want to give Will and Jess a shout out for their excellent customer service My husband and I are traveling with our toddler, and I mistakenly booked a room that didn’t include a separate living area to set up our daughter’s bed

They made the process of switching our room super easy and were so accommodating

Robert Ray

The room would have gotten better rating if it weren’t for the light at the door coming on every time I tossed in the bed Guy from the desk disabled it the next day and notified maintenance No

Continental breakfast Instead, you can get a coupon for a breakfast special at Old Chicago that’s attached Breakfast is definitely not their forte Overall, nice place Would visit again

Kayla and Shane were wonderful during the check in They were helpful and welcoming to us, the weary guests I’m talking to corporate now

Hello? Are you listening? Who’s bright idea was it to install a bathroom door that opens OUT? I’ve stayed in MANY hotels and this is the first one where I’ve encountered this And, the best part is-when the door is opened, it blocks the entrance door Genius!!

This hotel was convenient and the room seemed recently renovated We enjoyed our stay very much (stayed two nights) The pool was great

There’s a small fitness workout room The front desk staff and cleaning staff were excellent–friendly, helpful, and professional The breakfast was OK (could use a hot egg option–only had sausage and pancakes as hot options) Otherwise, everything was great

Jennifer Franklin

I travel a lot for work and with my family This trip I was solo and stayed in a single queen room My air conditioning was amazing

I love a fan to run all night and it did have that option While my bed was a little firm, it felt like a newer mattress and was very comfortable (I dislike firm mattressesand this one was good) The pillows were great and had options for soft to more firm I appreciate soft pillowsI am not much of a breakfast eater and I might go tryHonestly, I look for safety, cleanliness, comfort of beds and pillows, staff friendliness (I worked with Alex) and hate to say itI have to shop price I felt safe coming in late in the morning, found comfort, a very clean room, and at the rate I paid around $100seemed more than fair to me Alex at 2am made me feel welcome, was awake, alert, and ready to help accommodate any needs I might have had I will stop here again, and I will bring my kids Also, I loved the hotel the way it is from what I saw I think I would be sad if some of it got updated to meet some of the reviewers requests, but maybe I saw a different part of the hotel?

Roger Dorge

I usually love giving 5 star reviews and try my hardest to I was at 6 stars until breakfast Everything about this property screams awesome

Beds were beyond comfortable, show was hot and great, rooms were impeccably clean Breakfast of microwave your own burritos was the only downfall Though they did have pancakes and sausages Great value and will be back

We stayed at a My Place in Twin Falls, ID just over a week ago, and everything about the hotel was an absolute 5-star experience that blew me away! This My Place has the exact same 5-star quality, and once again, blew me away This tells me that the My Place chain is committed to this experience, as both hotels had the same high-quality experience

When we arrived, we had messed up the reservation, but the front desk guy was extremely helpful and attentive in getting us a room The front desk guy easily offered the best service I have seen in a hotel He went above and beyond for us The hotel itself is newer and looks really nice The room has a nice kitchenette, including a two-burner stove, counter, a microwave, a full-size fridge, and drawers The room has nice, newer furniture, very comfortable and clean beds, and it is spacious The room is exceptionally clean; everything looks to be wiped down and cleaned thoroughly There is not a spec of dust on the furnishings, the beds (including sheets and mattresses) look brand new, the carpet is clean, and the walls and ceilings don’t have any splatter marks or stains The bathroom is also very clean I easily was able to tell that the cleaners spent time cleaning and even focused on small details The price seems to be good, especially compared to competitors and their value So, if you’re looking for a place to stay, I would absolutely recommend this place The hotel is very clean and offers features and amenities that excel competition at a similar price

Meilyn

First off: the night shift people were so nice, helpful, and accommodating 10/10 would recommendPros: Rooms were clean, service was great, staff was amazing, price is fair, easy to get to right off of the highway with good amenities nearby (Walmart, Starbucks, restaurants), pet friendly with a clean pet area compared to other places I’ve been too

Shower water pressure was great, it stayed warm tooCons: no free breakfastOur experience: We got stuck in Denver for an extra 6 hours longer than expected and needed to change reservations Cody w as

Showed up for a one night stay and this place is SO clean amd roomy There’s a full blown kitchen Normal size fridge

Stove top And large bathroomCheck in was quick and easyBeds are very comfortable, bedding is clean and cozyLiterally no specs of anything dirty on the carpetsA/C works amazingI have zero complaints about this hotel and would recommend to anyone coming through

We have traveled over 14 states over the last three weeks and have stayed at several Comfort Inn and Suites We are Choice members The staff was very friendly and helpful! But I must say that this hotel was far and above better than any of the ones we have stayed at! The breakfast was great, lots to chose from! The beds were comfortable, warm blankets! The room was very clean as well! Keep up the great work guys!! ❤️

Cora Garcia

The spa never works, we’ve stayed many times just for the spa and the jets never work, and it’s not hot enough to be called a hot tub The pool is clean, the breakfast is good, and abundant when we used that privilege We’re local so don’t use all the amenities

One of their employees wasn’t pleasant and definitely doing suspicious activities while on the clock Made us extremely uncomfortable and we chose to leave early

Julian Gil

This place is great for me In my experience I had the pleasure to meet the lady that served breakfast this morning at 6am A short kind and very attentive to the customers

She said Good morning to me and was stacking the breakfast items making sure there was nothing missing for the guest staying here I was very happy to see such a hard working staff member In my experience I enjoyed my stay here to the maximum Thank you to everyone that works here

Excellent hotel It was quiet and the bedding was very comfortable, providing a great nights sleep The pool and exercise room were both clean and nice

The only improvement I can suggest is for the breakfast I prefer turkey bacon or sausage over pork, stronger coffee, and no water in the eggs The yogurt options were great I might have missed fresh fruit but I didn’t see any Great hotel but breakfast could be better

Russell Lloyd

A typical Wyndham motel Nice stay Floors aren’t carpeted, but rooms are still comfortable

Usual breakfast stuff No elevator, but it’s only two floors so not as big of a deal – unless you have lots of luggageI should also mention that in addition to the waffles and cereal the also had southern biscuits and gravy which were a really nice treat after a week of waffles!

Luke

Have had a great stay, front desk is friendly and extremely helpful Staff is constantly active and cleaning rooms, hallways, and all over Very impressive job

Rooms were extremely clean, bathrooms appear to have been redone and are nice and spacious Air conditioner stayed cool throughout our stay as well Location is safe and around conviennent shopping and restaurants and gas stations

We had a wonderful stay at the Hampton Inn in Rock Springs Wyoming! We would absolutely give Hampton Inn 5 stars! From the moment I called Aubrey at the front desk until we left the next morning everything was wonderful! Aubrey was so sweet at the front desk and took care of all of our needs and accommodations! We had fresh coffee and cookies on our arrival Our room was spotless and our bed was comfortable and clean We had a wonderful night sleep! We woke up to a lovely breakfast that Walker made! I highly recommend the Hampton inn at Rock Springs!!

The staff was so sweet and accommodating Breakfast was delicious, with a wide array of options for picky eaters like myself Everything was clean

Wi-Fi worked flawlessly throughout our entire stay Some of the best customer service I have ever experienced Employees seem like they enjoy what they do, and our stay was much more enjoyable because of it

Cristian Vlase

Front of the house staff were phenomenal Informative, knowledgable and very helpfulOne thing I do wish the cleaning staff would work on is stop ‘yelling house keeping’ every 30 seconds for two hours in the hallways while guest are sleeping

I stayed here with my family We really enjoyed our time here The beds were comfortable, the rooms were spacious and clean

My son loved the pool The breakfast was hot and available on time Our only complaint was breakfast: the pancake machine wasn’t working, there were no bananas, and there was only one kind of omelet so our five year old wasn’t happy but it was more a matter of preference than an actual issue

Janene Koerner

This Holiday Inn in Rock Springs is fantastic! We had a wonderful clean room! Beds were super comfy as well! It was about a 7 minute drive to the historic downtown area The historic firehouse is a free museum with all kinds of artifacts from the town’s history The hotel also has an indoor pool open 24 hours along with free breakfast in the morning!

Michael Rodriguez

Clean rooms, easy highway access Gentleman at the desk is great! HOWEVER…if you are a motorcyclist/adventure bike/trailering a Razor, this is not your place

They are not accommodating for people who travel by anything except a car/SUV/mini van We got a call from the front desk at 9pm that we had to move a truck and trailer that was hauling our motorcycles There were 15+ open parking spots Hotel was not full Given this area is highly recreational for outdoor sports, this was surprising The “shift leader” female wanted to argue, while the gentleman understood keeping motorcycles close to our window to prevent theft We were supposed to stay here on both legs of our trip but cancelled for a more motorcycle friendly hotel 10 minutes away The excuse given was this is not a “corporate” HI express and their owner has “different rules” We stay in HI express hotels about 30 days a year at minimum and have never had a hotel give a single issue to parking our truck and trailer in the parking spaces We won’t be back to this location It should be noted that during covid, we NEVER stopped traveling and continued to support hotels such as this one that were struggling This behavior by their owner/shift leader is not acceptable

While I have not completed my full stay, the staff was very helpful and great to work with in scheduling my month stay Amanda was great to work with and very knowledgeable on rooms they have to offer Bear in mind that, as with all, hotels/motels the rate is dependent upon the size of the room and the availability of a microwave and refrigerator

I will post a further update as my stay progresses, however the helpfulness of Amanda was truly appreciated

Hollie Petillo

Stayed here during a long road trip Rooms are small, but for the price it was to be expected There was a fridge and microwave which was nice

No bathtub, just a standing shower in the room we got Could definitely have used more towels without having to ask, there were only two small ones; same goes for pillows, they were on the thin side so there could have been 2 more since there were 2 of us The location is good as there are several food and gas options very close The staff that checked us in & out was helpful and friendly, so overall I think this was good value for the money but if you’re looking for a bit more creature comfort, you might want to consider a different option

Sondra Gallegos

Do Not stay here! No water in the showers! The manager is very unprofessional pets are not free and they will charge you extra money on top of your stay! They will not move you rooms to get water in your shower I had to dispute the charges and cancel my card due to random charges People sleeping in the parking lot

Stinks like rottenness and curry! Avoid this place Management has changed in the last few months and not for the better I hope they loose there licensing they should not be in business

Their website says they have a spa which I’d no longer there The pool is kinda warm and they say free deluxe breakfast but it’s a fruit cup and not fresh fruit and coffee We are truck driver’s and to have a hot breakfast and a hot spa are a few of the things we enjoy on our 34 hour reset

So if your website states you have those and we book at full price for those amenities then we expect exactly what we are paying for If you don’t offer those anymore then remove them off your site and adjust pricing accordingly

The Green

WAY better than expected Rock Springs looks like a wide place in the road and the hotel itself looked rough I was dubious but once I went inside my mind was changed

Both the day and night clerks were polite and professional The room was clean, comfortable, and quiet The hotel is close to a few restaurants and in walking distance of a Wal-Mart, which is a surprisingly big plusIf I had to say something negative it was that their indoor pool was so freaking cold, lolOverall this diamond in the rough was worth the money and I would recommend it to anyone going to or through Rock Springs

Chris Hubbard

It’s ok Works good for a quick overnight on a roadtripPros: Room was quiet

Furniture looks fairly new Has a pool Is in walking distance to multiple restaurantsCons: The hallway is dark and dirty The carpet in the room is in dire need of cleaning or replacement Breakfast is bare bones compared to other Wyndham properties

Recommend for anyone for anyone would like a good stay with reasonable priceWe went on a family cross country roadtrip And it was really nice to come in greet by warm and friendly people

The owner of this place is a couple And they are super friendly and nice The room is clean The bed is comfortable The room temperature is just right The TV does have kid channels The hot water feel nice in a shower It was you can ever ask for a good night stay We had a really good night sleepWe would come again if we need

Chrisma Large

If you qant a cheap motel then this place isn’t the worst Not very clean The carpets are all stained up but that wasn’t as bad as the towels in the bathroom left from the previous guest

Wouldn’t be a bad place if they just cleaned it properly I understand money is probably an issue, but getting rid of the old stained carpet would go a long way in making it nicer

Jaimie Adams

I found this hidden jewel on my way to UWYO At first, I was skeptical of a hotel I hadn’t heard of because I had bad experiences before The lady in the front was super friendly and welcoming

She allowed us to see a room before we paid I was so impressed when I seen the room It is very clean It smelled good I am in love with the beautiful western decor! There is even these cute old pale buckets to use for your ice It has a coffee bar, mini fridge, and microwave inside the room Unlike commercial type hotels, it has a really nice 55 inch flat screen tv The bathroom even has a new and modern sink that adds to the decor The carpet is like carpet from home and was very clean and fresh! The absolute best part is the amazing price $89 all together with taxes and fees with no deposit Honestly, if they charged $30 more per night, it would still be worth the quality and service you receive Thank you Country West Motel for a wonderful stay!!!

We stay here other night, the room was older style of room It made it to use and was able to park by your door of your room We found the bed better then some we sleep in

We found out next day at the front desk, the bed was replaced about year ago The break fast was really good Overall it nice place stay and staff was very friendly We don’t have go up any stair or bring other thing though lobby or down any hallway

Stacy Schultz

Super nice front desk lady!Very very clean an lovely! We had our dog an it was nice to just walk outside our door to take her out to a grassy areaThe 2 holiday hotels next door an across the street will let you use their pool/jacuzzi

that is a plus!Rooms were very nicely set up too Will for sure stay again if in the area!!

Sandra F. Knapp

Arrived at 12am or so, all rooms were ground level our room had a window wide open (80+ degrees outside and bugs trying to fo in and out) , the AC unit was a window unit and for the small room it took it 10 hrs to cool it to 70ish Beds were comfy but that is the ONLY plus Small bathroom… toilet seemed iffy and the cleaning lady knocked on our door at 8 am…

Twice-CHECK OUT IS AT 11! We stayed in a quality inn in Goodland KS and it was totally opposite of this so we had high hopes that weee shot way down! Spend extra money and go across the road to Home2Suites or Best Western even! Outside rooms like this one aren’t very private, quiet or clean feeling (Walls and ceiling made cracking noises all night that woke me each time as if there were people above us and it was one level

Old-school family-owned motel straight out of the sixties (all the way down to a hand printed sign-in form and an actual key on a ring with a diamond shaped number tag) Cinder block walls between units so the rooms are very quiet The only shortcomings were an outdated TV lineup card and an A/C unit that struggled to cool the room during an evening in the 70s dropping into the 60s overnight

The room was spacious with only one double bed in it and it had a small refrigerator and microwave oven Less than $55, including room tax, a real bargain Very clean and comfortable Free WiFi was a very welcome surprise

I have been wanting to stay at this hotel for over 10 years now I pass by it on my way out west from Chicago while traveling for work all the time Finally got a chance to stay there last night and I was very impressed

Staff was extremely friendly upon arrival they even had our room key ready so check into less than 5 minutes which is extremely helpful when we are on a strict schedule The facility was very clean and nice and updated They have many different options for snacks food and drinks unlike most hotels There is also a nice bar for you to relax at if you have time and free dinner Monday through Thursday night as well as free breakfast every morning The room was clean and the beds are extremely comfortable This place has amazing views that I’ve been wanting to see from the hotel and finally got a chance to Will definitely be planning on staying here again in the future on my upcoming trips

Adriana Cooper

Amazing hotel and staff! I can’t write a great review on enough sites to give this hotel all the credit it deserves Rooms were clean, comfortable and well stocked All staff are friendly, respectful and go above and beyond

Pool and breakfast were great Location is beautiful and inviting Will definitely stay here again instead of rock springs or other surrounding areas

Traveling Kat

Loved the light blocking shade in the room, it had been a long drive The rooms were clean and adequately stocked The staff had had a long day before we arrived that evening evidently, and it showed

seemed like they were down to one operational elevator, and the breakfast was scarce Felt like the location was tightening their belt, and fair enough I’m our economy but the location was absolutely gorgeous and there is adequate out door venues and restaurants to try out if you are able to stay a few days
