Really nice young lady at check-in Hotel is in a really good area Clean & well lit parking lot

Lobby and hallways were clean Nice little breakfast nook Room #120 was clean and bed was comfy The full size fridge, stove top, countertop with sink and microwave were a nice extra Bathroom was clean other than there was a paint run on the mirror and the toilet lid was cracked and a spot of silicone on the seat All can be easily fixed quick Price was 1/3 the cost of Downtown Memphis hotels and it was a short drive away About 20 minutes or 17 miles

THE CREEP INN MOTEL!!!Not fit for a special occasion Went for my 9 year wedding anniversary The first thing I saw was a shirtless and barefoot male smoking right in front of the building

very unpleasant, unprofessional, and down right junkie looking I checked in at about 9pm and checked out of 11pm I was trying to clean the roman suite but after an hour of that we decided to just go back home No refund and you must pay upfront Save your money and night $18000 gone If yhis is all you can get Check room before paying On top on that the customer service is nonexistent Lastly it’s a extended stay type of place Trap room, wh*re house, you name it oh yea weird stain on sheet and mattress pad yucky

The jacuzzi was everything and more👌🏾The room was clean and everything was near perfection except for the bed

could of been a little softer and the mattress a little more thicker to prevent hurting your legs on the wood Nevertheless, the bed was beautiful and matched perfectly with the stars aboveI will definitely book here again and recommend friends

Typical low cost hotel Nothing special about the breakfast Outdoor pool closed for the winter

Nice clean room with a nice new modern bathroom Like the shampoo conditioner and body wash Dispensers in the shower A must so I don’t have to pack soap and wait for a leak in my luggage friendly staff Can’t say enough about how nice everyone is

Stephanie Davis

Rooms were mostly clean, shower was definitely not clean though I keep my own cleaner for these types of things Definitely appreciate the large squeezable bottles of shower gel and shampoo on the wall in there and the self defogging mirror

The breakfast was disappointing though I’ve stayed at other 2 star hotels by Wyndham and had way better

Lauren Burris Myhre

There are rude/passive aggressive notes taped up everywhere from management about what you can’t do and how much they will fine you The toilet had urine marks The shower had hair and grass

The toilet paper roll was not new and there was an open bottle of lotion with a broken seal There were some cracks in the wall and the laundry room was out of order I think if everything would have been clean and maintained, I would have liked it here, but it was kind of ew I ended up bleaching the bathroom and going to the store for better/more toilet paper The silver lining- there’s a Target across the street I wouldn’t plan to stay here again, though

We called and made a reservation 3 weeks before our arrival and even called to confirm it the day before arrival We got there and some how we was not in the computer We felt discrimination soon as we walked in the door from the Indian/Arabian guy at the counter and he kept putting it on someone else and not even trying to see what went wrong

He automatically sent us to the hotel next to them Lucky they had a room available, but it would have been a disaster if they didn’t after we had everything planned for our spring break and to get to the hotel and somehow our room reservation had disappeared Not good at all!!!

Koventry Davis

Great value for your buck The room was beautiful, staff was very friendly Quite neighborhood, the hotel was cozy

Pillows could’ve been thicker and more channels to watch The kitchen area was very basic no pots and pans to cook with Served deluxe breakfast but it was very dull, had snacks downstairs that were extremely overpriced 2 bucks for a soda in a snow storm?? Stayed 3 nights I would recommend to others

The absolute worst experience I’ve ever had at a hotel Staff and rude and disrespectful Me and my mother were over charged

Jessica and the rest of the staff REFUSED to help in any way They’ve yelled and disrespected me and my mother One woman has continued to hang up on me deliberately each time I’ve called the hotel Manager has not returned and calls DO NOT WASTE TOUR TIME OR MONEYI booked at a discounted rate and was digitally checked in I called the hotel to make sure there wouldn’t be any issues and it was confirmed there shouldn’t be When my mother arrived Jessica refused to check her in because the reservation was in my name, I let her know we spoke to someone earlier Jessica made a scene about how “we just had a meeting about this, they shouldn’t keep setting me up like this” I asked if she could ask her manager for permission and she responded “No! This isn’t a manager issue, I already know what he’s going to say” Her only solution is to cancel the current reservation that is already paid for and make a new reservation for my mother and charge her a second time We are given no apologies or compensation The next day me and my mother are charged again So now my mom had 4 pending charges totaling $350 We are assured we’d get our money back Over a week later and no refund Called the hotel and the front desk has repeatedly hung up in my face This is the absolute worst experience I’ve ever had a a hotel I had to file fraud on all charges since the hotel has refused any refunds and call customer service

We reserved this hotel to host a small seminar We also booked a couple guest rooms The event space we reserved was presented as having a capacity of 60 people

We asked to have catering for 55 people When we arrived to set up, the sales event manager was not onsite We then discovered this room they had us in had a maximum capacity of 40 (there was a sign on the wall) It was TINY They had about 50 chairs CRAMMED into this room There was barely space to turn around (let alone social distance) Next we discovered that while we had paid for them to provide a paper flip chart, they did not provide it and no one was around to address that issue We worked around it Then we turn on the projector (because we were going to show a PowerPoint and some videos, etc) and the projector bulb is not working properly It colored everything we put on the screen in a bright neon yellow tint At this point, suffice to say, we were mortified and having our seminar attendees see that state of all of this Then comes the loud 21st birthday party in the room next door to ours Our event was scheduled to end at 5:30 The party started at 5:00 sharp and the club music was so loud our guests could barely hear us over the music Basically everything this venue could have done to screw up our event, they did If you have something important going on, do not rent space from this place!

First and foremost I just want to say I did not like the stay whatsoever The housekeepers would come in people rooms and touch and take our belongings They don’t do their jobs

Let me elaborate Don’t vacuum the floors, change the sheets and blankets, give enough clean towels, and tissue Sometimes they would just make up the beds without the sheets begin CHANGED Most nastiest thing ever! Not sanitized whatsoever and I don’t play that Also, the spacing is great there’s a lot of space in the rooms Latonya and Keisha they are very cool always laughter and friendliness with them a long with the rest of the staff Breakfast was great I loved the biscuits, eggs, sausages with the gravy The location was decent surrounded by restaurants and gas stations could literally walk to them but I wouldn’t walk alone So when y’all read these reviews take them seriously because 99% of these people that have stayed are telling the truth

First starting off by saying a few things about this hotel This is the best hotel I’ve ever been privileged enough to stay at Gorgeous building, and it only gets more breathtaking when you walk in

High quality rooms and high quality service I have stayed at dozen of hotels in and around Memphis but this was on the top of the list of best stays/experiences ever Staff was very hospitable and there for every need of mine Thank you so much Overall, I had a great experience with this Best Western and not to mention the staff was incredibly helpful, and the amenities were great The room was wonderful, clean, and perfect for my experience while going through school in Memphis Excellent hotel with excellent location located just outside of Memphis Did I mention the hotel was extremely clean & comfortable? Also, housekeeping was very professional and very prompt on taking care of my needs with the few things I needed Upon arrival I was warmly welcomed by the friendly reception staff and always taken care of by the staff throughout my visit I would definitely recommend this hotel to everybody! It’s a true sample of excellent hospitality

D’Andre Carter

They treated me like family here, specifically the ladies! Keisha always conversed with her diners in the eating space, kept it tidy and displayed her food in love Tammy & Angelica are both a sight for sore eyes, & indeed beautiful individuals😌 Last but not least Auntie LaTonya thank you for always going the extra mile for the guests, I enjoyed the laughs and conversations we exchanged

And of course the rooms were spotless and smelt amazing -Andre from Florida 😇

Unique lighting in the room with lights along the top of the headboard The beds were very comfortable The desk attendant was friendly

The hot breakfast was good with omelettes, sausage patties, and biscuits and gravy, and pancakes There was also fruit and drinks I would have given it five stars but it wasn’t quite as nice as another one I stayed at I recommend this as a place to stay

L Early

Their rooms are very clean, and they are located in a very convenient location They are near many restaurants, and the front desk was delightful My husband, kids, and I had to stay here for a little bit due to the power was knocked out due to a terrible ice storm in Memphis

The suite that we got was spacious enough for all of us They also had a decent breakfast If another storm was to happen, I would most definitely book here again If anyone is traveling in the direction of olive branch, I would recommend try staying here, and the pricing was reasonable especially for the type of room that we had Surprised that it wasn’t more

A bit premature as I’m posting this as we’re settling in; but, I’m impressed!Cleanliness isn’t superb (found a penny on the floor in our room), but no funny smells and bathroom is obviously well sanitized—not a single hair in sight (my biggest pet peeve)Most importantly: the customer service I made a mistake during the booking/check-in process

Shelby took great care of us and quickly got us in a room despite my errorMy toddler has been looking forward to this trip for a chance to swim, so we’re off to the pool!

First of all, I understand that a hotel cannot totally control the actions of other guests So the little league team running through the halls at 10pm isn’t their fault However, I was very surprised how much noise I could hear from regular activity in such a new hotel

I could hear every footstep in the hallway I could hear every move the people upstairs made Not, stomping or throwing, just walking and setting things down on the floor I could hear footsteps in the hallway upstairs My wife and I slept terribly I mentioned it to the desk in the morning and they said we weren’t the first to mention it We were offered free breakfast at our next stay or 5,000 Hilton points

G Roberson

I am here now staying in a 2 queen room on the 1st floor Over all the hotel appears nice aesthetically The #1 most important thing & why I have them 1 star

The beds in our room are hard as a rock and so are the pillows I could over a lot of things as I’m not horribly picky but a hard uncomfortable bed isn’t one of them Tonight and 2 more nights of these horrible beds and pillows makes me dread the rest of our trip visiting family and I just got here I expect soooooo sooooo much more out of Hilton than this I could have stayed at cheaper motels and got a better bed My 1st and last time ever staying here I’ll stick to the place down the street that I’ve stayed before and was comfortable As a Hilton honors member I trusted Hilton to be better

The service we received upon our arrival was very pleasing! Our room was clean and spacious! And the location was exactly what we needed as an elderly couple! We walked right over to JC Penney’s, which is right next door to the Hotel This is our hotel when we come back to visit our children!! Oh yes! I almost forgot about the breakfast! The two young men who worked that Sunday morning in the cafeteria was so loving, kind and respectful! God Bless them always! My husband and I really enjoyed our stay!!

Khaalia Blanks

Stay lasted less than 15 minutes Arrived and Keyless entry on the app did not work My newborn baby and 5 year old had to wait in the hall while waiting for my husband to go down to front desk to get manual key cards

We walked in to see wires from under an open area between the beds The beds were half made, looking as if someone was just sleeping in them One bed had a bed cover and one didn’t The bed skirts were tucked in some areas and hanging on other sides The room was ridiculous I never experienced anything like this I immediately took photos and took them to the front desk The clerk was nice and told us that he would “upgrade” our room to a suite and apologized When we got home o the new room, it was the same exact layout and furniture as the first room but smaller since it was not handicap accessible So the front desk clerk lied and just put us in the same style room Although he was nice, he lied The room was smelly and felt unclean There was hair on the bathroom sink We decided to leave immediately and requested a refund after booking another room at a hotel in the area We discussed the uncleanliness with the front desk and he stated there were issues with housekeeping and apologized but told us he could not refund our stay because it was out of his power We were at the hotel a total of maybe 30 minutes including the check in issue and room changes I’m very disappointed We travel weekly and normally use Marriott but decided to put our Hilton honors card to use What a bad decision Hopefully I can post the photos

Joshua Ortiz

This was the single worse experience I’ve ever had at any of the Hilton chain hotels I reserved a single night and checked in via the phone app I requested the digital key as I was going to be arriving late and leaving early

Almost 5 hours after checking in, no digital key I contacted customer service and reached an Indian representative who was absolutely no help When I tried explaining that I chose digital key to avoid people contact, pandemic and all, and I’d like the the key to be delivered to me, she said, “Oh, that system doesn’t always work” and ushered me into the front desk for any help When I asked to be put through to the front desk it was another “I’m sorry it’s just not working but you can come to the front desk” I came into the front desk about a half hour later upset about the digital key No greeting or diamond member package Just given my key When I got to my room, I was even more upset to find that the room hadn’t even been cleaned The bed was clearly used and minor trash in the room, to include a finished coffee cup next to the bed The lady at the front desk finally seemed to be apologetic when she saw me round the corner asking for a new room and telling her about the dirty one She gave me a replacement room and I finally was able to go to my room to rest for the night This was a waste of my reward points and beyond infuriating The absolute worst experience I’ve had with any stay I’ve had with Hilton

Disappointed in fact no microwave the toilet was too low water too high breakfast was the same as holiday inn That is sad the bed was the only thing that was comfortable too sleep TV had no x channels I liked and they seem to be cheap cable for customers I know we did not come to watch TV but I thought there would have been something when we did spend time

Mutt & Jeff Productions

This is the only 1 star review I’ve ever left But I have to put this out there, the worst hotel stay I’ve ever had When we woke up the next morning the elevators were broken so we had to drag all our luggage down 3 flights of stairs

Now that we are home my whole family has bites on them including myself It’s not outside bug bites we visited the Landers Center and were inside all day I’m reaching out to Hilton now! Would not recommend!!!

Joe Glorioso

I should have known how bad this was when the elevator doors opened and there was filth all over the floors and walls of it Rooms smell, showers were gross, and thanks for the bedbug bites Hotel should be closed and cleaned, worst Hilton property I’ve ever stayed in and I’ve been a Diamond member for years

Stay here if you want the worst experience ever in a Hampton

The two gentlemen that work the desk at night were AMAZING! It was Memorial Day weekend and I couldn’t find a room anywhere, not even with my “precious Marriott ” The guy was so accommodating! The other gentleman that worked the next two nights was super friendly and helped me with no problem The only rude person was the housekeeper

I asked her if they could replenish my towels while I was gone and get me new linen The bed sheet was on top of the comforter and the pillows were too small for the pillow cases I also found a few hairs in the shower, which I always find at all hotels, so I didn’t complain, because everything was pretty clean Anyway, the lady said, ” No ma’am not for ‘stayovers!’ ” She could have found a better delivery and offered me a solution So then I asked can she just give me the linen and I make the bed when I get back She refused until I gave her the other linen in return Keep in mind, I’m on my way out to a meeting and here we are going back and forth about sheets That was the only drawback from my stay The rooms were also very large!

Annie Wagenpfeil

Front desk lady was very kind and helpful However there was no conditioner, the shampoo that was in the room was used from the previous guest and the “clean” towels were folded back damp I had to go thru a couple towels before I found a hopefully clean dry one

There was garbage on the floor in the bathroom and the only plus is that there’s a fridge in the room!

Christina

They took my reservation months ago for a room and I identified I had dogs After checking in and taking my money they refused my dog, by just looking at the soft sided crate and said harshly your room is canceled (not even seeing the dog), demanding the return of the key They were really rude and of no help with dogs in the car at 100 degrees

When asked what hotels accept dogs they said I don’t know you need to leave When asking for a confirmation of refund and cancelation, they provided a letter saying “I” canceled, I requested a correction she refused My husband asked for corporate card to call and talk to corporate management, they provided their personal card instead of corporate, he will look up laterBTW I have watched multiple people walk in with dogs the same size as minesomething is not right hereIf you have a dog AVOID this hotel!!!I am a Wyndham Platinum memberthis is how they treat their ownDrury across the parking lot was lovely and accepted our dogs with open arms and no pet fee!!! Stay With Them!!

I can’t say enough good things about our stay We were in town for a baseball tournament The room was very clean

The shower had great water pressure The AC worked really well in the Mississippi heat The kids LOVED the pool area The food from the bistro was delicious And the staff?? Oh my goodness! Each and every staff member was so very kind and attentive They even had our team name on a welcome board and snacks for the boys when we checked in I’m certain my son will continue to play baseball and every time we are in the area, Courtyard by Marriott will be our home away from home Thank you to the staff for a wonderful stay!!

Fine enough Super nice folks working there Slightly older accommodations compared to other newer places

Nice room layout and cool A/C Shower curtain was odd, wouldn’t stay in place but awesome water pressure :)Room had a funny older musty smell…and we had to kill a big spider in the morning…which kinda yeah, freaked me out! 😉 other then that, it worked nicely Bed is SUPER firm, just a heads up, but very roomy and work up without any stiffness or aches for those sensitive to beds (like me!)

We stayed here for 3 nights Both the room and bathroom were clean and I found nothing at all wrong with either one The walls are thick so even though we were across from the elevator, we were not bothered at all

The pool and hot tub were also clean and despite it being August, there was no one else in either when I went down there The gym was very basic but the equipment they had was fully functional The only thing that was disappointing was no complementary breakfast or self serve coffee like you find in lobbies of most other hotels They start taking orders at 7am and it was only a choice of eggs and toast and meat as the other items like yogurt etc were unavailable We ended up going to Cracker Barrel Jerrita at the front desk was amazing! Very helpful and super sweet!
