Excellent experience! When I first walked in I was greeted by Christopher at the front desk He was so sweet and welcoming and had so much knowledge of the area He gave us great food suggestions and told me where to get the most for my money while shopping! Once he got us checked in we went to our room

Again, I was pleasantly surprised The room was was so clean! Everything looked new and smelled amazing! If you need an affordable night away from home, come here! You won’t regret it!!

I was looking around for a hotel for my 15th wedding anniversary, specifically for a jacuzzi suite It was a Saturday night, and every hotel was either booked or the room cost over $350 for one night Also most of them had very small jacuzzi tubs

I stumbled across a listing for LivINN, and I was a bit hesitant because the price looked a little too good to be true, but I took a risk It was a risk that paid off beautifully The hotel is lovely, very clean and very well maintained The staff was so friendly and courteous, and when I got to the room I was stunned It was so clean, roomy, and comfortable The tub was huge, filled very quickly, the jets were strong but not uncomfortable The location is very convenient, tons of dining and entertainment options just a couple minutes away I’m simply amazed that it was the most affordable, but also the nicest jacuzzi suite we have ever stayed in If you get the chance to stay, this is a hotel you can not beat, for a great price

Diane Lipski

We were part of the convention in the Sharonville convention center Choosing this hotel was a great choice We didn’t know that all we had to do was walk out the side door, skip 50ft and walk right in the door! Room was spacious, very neat and clean

Checking in staff was helpful and friendly when asked about places eat The pool was very cool and they had sides that opened up without door seating and a fire pit

We stayed 2 nights and were very pleased Check in was easy by friendly staff The room was very spacious and clean

There is a courtyard that was very relaxing and nice to sit and chill after a long day of walking with plenty of comfortable seating Bed was very comfortable Great breakfast with a large variety of hot and cold items Breakfast staff kept it clean and stocked Very friendly Location is ideal and close to everythingWe will definitely stay here again on our next trip to Holmes County No problems or complaints I like to stay somewhere clean and this place, inside and outside, was very clean

Mary Walsh

We stayed one night and had a great experience with our two young boys The rooms were spacious and very clean The pool and hottub area was very nice, but the pool water was a bit on the cooler side

Our boys did not seem to mind and had a blast We all enjoyed the hot breakfast too The staff was pleasant and the hotel is very comfortable and quiet

Nicollette Lippert

Extremely pleased with the location, the initial cleanliness upon arrival and the price Would’ve been 5 stars if it was not for the awful house keeping I was honestly perplexed by what they did and did not do when servicing the room

They did the couple dishes I had which I did not expect, but they did not take any trash the entire time I get not taking take out boxes, but they didn’t even take tissues from the bathroom trash They did not restock soap or towels They did not make the beds or change the sheets Just very bizarre they didn’t even do the bare minimum so I don’t know what the point of them coming into the room was They only did the dishes That was it And it was a cup and a spoonAlso, I had my baby with me and got a call to my room at 9:50 pm which was a nightmare It was hard enough to get her to fall asleep in her first hotel room, so the accidental call did not help anything But it was an accident so I can overlook thatWith that all being said, I still would stay here again but they definitely need a new house keeping staff It would be the only thing keeping us from coming back

The rooms were clean and the staff was friendly We arrived before check in, the staff put our luggage in a locked room and let us go to the pool However, don’t let the word “resort” mislead you

The only thing resort like about this hotel was the band they put on your wrist Our group was prepared for the crazy pool party they have on Friday and Saturday A real resort only lets hotel guests into the pool area, this pool was open to the public It was overcrowded, the hot tub probably had 100 people in it You are not permitted to bring your own cups or beverages to the pool, but apparently people can bring their own dope People were smoking weed at they pool, on the balcony and in the rooms next to us The bar no longer serves food, except pizza, so I was disappointed about that-they need to update their website The breakfast was good, unfortunately the hotel doesn’t serve breakfast on the weekends Hopefully the new owners will make improvements

Jayda Diamonde

We stayed over at the Put-In-Bay Villas, which is a part of the Put-in-Bay Resort hotel complex It is a fantastic place in every way! The staff is courteous and everybody from the guy who hands you a towel at the pool to Jennifer and Lisa in the office are just great people! They have a fabulous pool complex with a giant hot tub and swim up bar on basically an entire corner of prime real estate on one of the closest roads to the main strip on Put-in-BayTHIS IS THE PLACE TO STAY on Put in Bay! Take it from an adult film star, I’ve been Coast to Coast and I love it here, it’s like a slice of Key West, in OHIO!

Daniel Cayse

Stayed 1 night here with a couple friends for a weekend trip Overall, a decent hotel Walking distance to the bars, restaurants and downtown so we didn’t feel the need to rent a golf cart

Beds weren’t the most comfortable, but they weren’t terrible The walls are pretty thin, so you hear a lot of stuff going on out in the hallways Check in was pretty easy, especially with the online check in email you get a couple days before your stay But, BEWARE if you book through what appears to be their website (unless you look up in the address bar and notice you’ve been taken to a 3rd party site) your card is at risk for getting hacked if you book online Mine did as well as a friend of mines that was staying with us If you can, I’d suggest getting a “gift card” visa card and using that for your reservations Overall, a good experience I’d stay here again

Greg Eakins

The rooms here are super nice I especially liked the well designed shower with the high-flow showerhead You could wash a moose in that thing

The mattress was nice and firm, and the pillows weren’t so soft that they envelop your head and heat up your ears Our room was equipped with a fridgeThere’s a small gym with some dumbbells and the typical cardio equipment Not much to offer for serious liftersThe pool seemed to be closed or something while we were there That may have been a pandemic thingBreakfast is scant There was some cereal and yogurt But the coffee was actually excellent It’s a bit of a drive to get breakfast from here

Joshua Bryner

Stayed one night kept telling me I had a credit card on file that wasn’t mine The breakfast bar was horrible not hot breakfast as advertised and people in room next to us were super loud tried calling front desk no answer just ringing Hot tub was broke and there breakfast was better during the pandemic than it is now at least it was hot and fresh then

Now they wanna give you teddy grahams and apple sauce and no flavor cereal Will not be staying again in the future

Joan Peterson

This is supposed to be a higher quality hotel and we paid a premium rate for the room The lobby and seating areas were nice, but our room had a broken door to the bathroom (wouldn’t shut), a broken closet door that made it hard to get in and out of the bed, and a couch that was broken There were other minor issues like frayed towels

Generally, it did not seem well maintained I made a list to turn in at the front desk as we checked out There was no apology for the condition of the room The desk staff just nodded as if she had heard this type of issue before Clearly, this was not a well kept hotel

I spent a lot of time looking for a hotel for my family getaway and decided on this place as they had breakfast and pool with hot tub, all for a very good low price compared to everywhere else I even drove a bit out of the way from the attractions we were seeing and I’m very pleased! Staff was very professional, it was more fancy than I expected! We even got little snacks in our room as a welcome gift how sweet The breakfast was very delicious especially the waffle

Breakfast attendants we’re very professional and kind We were the only ones in the pool and we really enjoyed the hot tub, pool was heated and was very enjoyable my daughter didn’t want to leave The beds were decent and our room was very clean If we come back to Ohio definitely staying here again, thank you for such a wonderful stay! I can tell the owner really cares about this place 🙂

Brenda Weatherwax

Stayed one night while air conditioner at home not working The area seemed safe, no concerns there The room was clean and comfortable

The bed was good The room was a bit dark and the carpet dated, but overall it was good for the price range Staff very friendly We didn’t use the pool, but the wifi worked fine and the breakfast was good, standard fair for a hotel in this price range Kroger, Gas Station, Burger King across the street No elevator but only two levels It is pet friendly It is also non smoking, but there was someone, guest or staff, smoking in one of the rooms when we left as you could smell it quite strong in the hallway No odor in our actual room We would stay there again if needed

Larissa Maiden

Check in was very easy! Staff was friendly and helpful Our room was very welcoming with snacks and drinks Beautiful presentation! Hot tub in room was the perfect temperature

Bed was decently comfortable We spent a lot of time downstairs in the pool and hot tub (Only complaint is that the pool was very cold) The breakfast was great, tasty cheese omelets, sausage pattie’s, freshly made waffles with toppings, breads and bagels, juices and coffee (and more!) We had a wonderful trip thanks to the staff at Best Western Worth every penny

2/18-19/2022 with 9 other couples from churchBeautiful hotel with updated amenities in the rooms, such as mini kitchenette with a bar high counter to eat at, walk in shower, alot of space, and little balcony (at least our room did, even number) with a fantastic country viewJust above the lobby on level two, there’s a social area with games (board games, card games

) In the cafe area fruit, coffee, and cookies are available all day!!! The continental breakfast was a great selection, friendly staff Really no complaints 😊I highly recommend coming here!

Christian Cottrell

The rooms were clean and spacious, especially considering we got a standard queen room and not a bigger suite The front desk workers were incredibly helpful The scenery, especially the gazebo and pond in the center of the hotel area, were a very nice touch as well

The only complaints are that the road leading to it is a little confusing and the “complimentary” breakfast is actually $15 per guest, which is incredibly steep given the quality of the good Don’t get me wrong, the food was fine, but they aren’t serving high end items

Melissa Craft

The outside definitely needs some work but the rooms are recently remodeled and very cleanThis is a 2 story building and very very long It’s a haul from 1 side to the other

The court yard is beautiful, but again, needs some landscapingThe pool is small, but clean The breakfast buffet was very good I would stay here again

Jen Knox

I really appreciate this place My husband and I had to come here with our pups last minute due to electrical work on the house, and it was a comfortable and lovely place to stay Everyone was kind, and though the restaurant wasn’t open the day we were there, the bar menu was pretty good

My only small critique would be to offer one vegan option on the bar menu

Clean, spacious rooms, friendly staff, and pet friendly hotel in a decent feeling part of downtown I would stay here againDetailed Review:We chose this hotel because it was dog friendly and we were traveling with our husky

We stayed three nights and it was overall a good experience There is a long strip of grass that is shaded for walking the dog It’s just a short walk across the parking lot There’s quite a bit of dog waste though, which is sad I bring bags and clean up after mine Perhaps if the hotel provided a clean-up station people would be more responsible I feel any pet-friendly hotel should do that to help encourage clean-upWe were on the third floor and it was very quiet I never heard anyone else except for nearby doors closing Of course, we had the air conditioner and fan on all the time, so there was lots of gray noise There are railroad tracks close by so you will hear trains go by if you’re on that side (which we were) but they weren’t bothersome to usThe hotel and room were all very clean and appear to have been recently renovated and modernized No strong scents (good or bad) Everything in the room worked fine TV is large, and you can log into your Netflix account and stream if you want to TV is super slow to react to pushing buttons on the remote, but I find that is common in hotels Lots of outlets including USB so you can charge all your devicesIn the shower they provide body wash, shampoo, and conditioner in pump bottles attached to the shower wall That’s a great way to do it, less waste and you actually have enough product to use It has a very gender-neutral scent and my husband and I both used it I usually don’t like hotel provided toiletries but these weren’t bad Water pressure in the shower was decent, and plenty of hot waterBed was comfortable, a medium firm and soft Couldn’t have been too old, it wasn’t sagging or anything Linens were clean and comfortable Towels were plush and soft Large vanity in the bathroom with full mirrorWe had a king bed and a loveseat with ottoman, which was nice to have There was also a desk and chair and a mini fridge Plenty of space for two adults and a dog There is a coffee maker and coffee (which is only okay) I’d suggest bringing jugs of drinking water because the tap water is absolutely horrible tasting Makes the coffee taste awful too I have tap water at home and it’s not anywhere near that badStaff are pleasant and friendly Everyone we ran into seemed to love dogs, tooAll rooms are interior entry, and some have balconies There are stairs that exit to the side of the building, and we used those with the dog sometimes because she was afraid of the elevator The grounds are well kept and they have lovely gardens and flowers all around which makes it feel nice Parking lot was recently re-surfaced and is in excellent conditionWe did not eat or drink at the attached restaurant, and dogs aren’t allowed in there There are several places to get food and adult beverages within walking distance There are even more options within a short driveThis is a pricey hotel but the quality seems to reflect what they charge I would certainly pick this place again with our dog

We got a suite for an amazing price, it was very clean, even the hotel itself was clean, they have slip on booties and bags to put dirty work boots in, they have one of those boot cleaner things at the side entrance, property was very nice and tidy The only downside was their pool was out of commission so the nice patio didn’t have the burn pit lit, which is understandable without the pool working BUT they were willing to give you towels and go to the Best Western to swim, it was maybe a 5 min drive, Caldwell is a small town, it’s a nice little town, how many other local hotels would allow another ones customers swim in their pool? Not many! I think the American family that owns Comfort Inn owns The Best Western, which looked nice from the road, it’s located more in town, we were right off the interstate at Comfort Inn

I had an accessable room, the shower was huge, with a built in bench that folded against the wall and the shower head slid up and down and came off for me to rinse easily, THANK YOU for that! If you shop around on websites, I’m sure you’ll find a reasonable price I slept on the couch, I didn’t fold it out, it was super comfy The ONLY complaint is they need to offer a step stool for their rooms, regardless of disability, I’m sure all the beds are that high, I just could Not get in the bed easily Hubby said it was comfortable, and the couch was, so I was well rested, and their breakfast was pretty nice and the women working there were nice and helpful and kept the hot food filled, thank- you! I’m sure I’ll be back when I need a few days of RR, maybe next time the pool and patio fire will be running, thanks!

Melody Hostetler

My husband and I had the most relaxing weekend here that we’ve had in a long time Very friendly staff who bring you whatever you need 24/7, clean room and pool, decor could use a bit of a modern refresh but overall we loved our stay and can’t wait to go back sometime! A TV in the pool area would be an awesome addition, we spent a lot of time in the pool but would have even more if there would be a TV in there! The attached garage was awesome as well, especially since it was snowy and cold Thanks for a great stay, we will definitely be back!

Julie Jackson

What a fun and unique place to stay The staff is amazing, they make you feel as though your enjoyment is their only goal! The rooms are fantastic, romance galore! You park in your own connected garage and walk in to your room and you don’t have to leave until check out time You are treated to delivered coffee and muffins in the morning, in your room

I recommend trying this out for a very memorable experience!

We wouldn’t rate it more than 35 It was okay

On the good side: it was clean and had soaps; bar was opened until midnight and cocktails were good On the bad side: no food or snacks in the hotel at all No breakfast or coffee We were told their kitchen was not opened Sunday/Monday Do they really need their kitchen to stock up shelves with some snacks and make a coffee? They list breakfast on their website and we were charged full price My husband asked if we were going to have some discount since we didn’t have breakfast, he was told no The room was reserved for two, we had only one k cup in the room Although, they did give him a couple more when he went to the lobby to ask for it We will not stay there again This hotel stay is worth $89, not $119 that we were charged But we know it is not typical of Cambria We stayed at another Cambria in Greenville SC and it was much much better Cambria in Columbus OH is the one we didn’t like

Robert Ketler

I am completely floored at the poor condition of the hotel we’re staying in Cambria Hotel in Columbus/Polaris is a joke We are paying almost $350 for 1 night

I would expect near perfection for that priceWebsite claims to have a restaurant/room service Was told when we checked in that they haven’t had a restaurant in nearly 2 years The hot tub is broken They have construction going on None of the ice machines work on any floor except the first Elevators were dirty Tables pushed up against the wall Almost looked abandonedOur room curtains are ripped Lamp shades are broken Jacuzzi tub bubbles didn’t work Furniture scratched up Looks like it came out of a 50 year old motel 6 Missing knob on dimmer switch Cobwebs on the ceilingFor $350 a night I would expect more Would have also been nice if someone would have contacted us with the problems before booking it

The two rooms I stayed in were nice, but they both need some updating, especially the bathrooms Why all hotels think water isn’t going to leak all over the bathroom floor from the shower I have no clue- but there is no shutting the shower doors in those hotel room Pillows were too small, and mattress was a bit too firm for me

I had to be switched to another room because the battery stopped working on my thermostat and it was hot, but in the other room, the fan sounded like it was a plane engine ready to explodeThe front desk agents were not the friendliest and the overall experience was just not the most pleasant

Architectural style is modern, European, colorful and inviting Rooms are spacious and clean Area around the hotel is green, walkable and safe, with restaurants and live music in close proximity

The reason for the poor rating is the service With one notable exception, the staff was unfriendly, short, disinterested and, often, downright rude No matter what the issue was (housekeeping forgot to clean the room, the paid breakfast was not delivered, or an extra item charged by the front desk to our room by mistake was not removed), every interaction with the front desk was unpleasant and painful Improve the front desk customer service quality and this hotel will be a 5/5 Until then, we will not return Thank you

Very nice hotel, convenient to a lot of restaurants and bars nearby The room was spacious and the bed was comfortable Shower was huge!My husband and I especially enjoyed having the XYZ Lounge downstairs in the lobby for a quick and convenient drink

The bartender was very friendly and kept us hanging out with some great conversationIt has its own parking lot so parking is not an issue

Kelly Bollinger

I always stay here when traveling for work It is a convenient location, I like the bar and the bartender, Nick, is greatThe rooms are always spotless and the staff is very nice

I wish the coffee was available all day and there was something to grab and go as a breakfast option I started bringing my own, but would rather just get something from the little store

Our stay was beyond my expectations! The hotel was convenient from the exit, staff was very welcoming, kind, respectful, and having the willingness to accommodate our requests We came with a few family members that booked rooms during the same time we stayed We were very happy with our 2 adjoining rooms on the 1st floor

Very modern and clean The bathtubs in those rooms are amazing! Beds were with clean linen and very comfy mattress Air-conditioning worked great! Pool was very beautiful and warm! Hot breakfast with variety, plentiful and delicious! We were so very happy with our stay Thank you to all the wonderful staff that accommodated myself and my entire family during our stay It is one that I will never forget! Thank you for your great hospitality!!! Your hotel EXCEEDS my 5 Stars! 🙂 We will definitely stay here again and again!

The service was really good the rooms needed lots of updates they felt worn out the location not bad but just way to much Construction around the place and no one working on the hotel The young lady at the front desk was very friendly and sorry for my bad stay She needs to be in a better hotel she really did care

All I can say is she had a white top on The place needs lots of tlc One of the hotels comfort inn has over looked It needs lots of love

Yes the walls are thin, but that’s every hotel I’ve been to My room was clean and beds were comfortable The room could do with some updates, not a big deal to me based on price

Reservation said breakfast was included, but there wasn’t even a yogurt to go Coffee maker didn’t work property either Wanted to ask the front desk clerk if maybe there were sandwiches to go, but no one was there even though it was an hour before checkout When we checked the lady asked if we were there for the wedding, so maybe that was the issue

I can’t say enough about how great my stay was! I haven’t slept this great in years!!! Bed was beyond comfortable and no noise! (I stayed in one of the king suites) the room was very clean

If you’re in need of a hotel in Springfield Ohio, Country Inn & Suites is the best place to to stay! The entire hotel was extremely clean from the exterior, entranceways and hallways Our room was very nice too Spacious, great water pressure in shower and most importantly, a nice comfortable mattress!!!Breakfast was awesome! Tony made nice fluffy eggs and crispy bacon

Stephanie and Terah at the front desk were super friendly and offered me bottled water for our long trip aheadThe ONLY con regarding this hotel is that they really need a lit sign near the main street We couldn’t locate the entrance at nightHappy Trails!

I book a room for my sister’s honeymoon Paid for in advance online They refused to allow my sister the room even though I put her name on the room

They made me come down and show proof of ID and I had to give another credit card that they charge 15000 on for damages and would be refunded the next day after they ck out It took them to allow my sister the room 2 and half hours of arguing with these people It was very unprofessional I’d think twice before renting a room here! I know it’ll never happen again for us that’s for sureway to ruin my sister’s honeymoon night thanks alot!

Location is great, right by so many things The service was AMAZING My teen gets bouts of anxiety inspired insomnia and couldn’t stay in the room over night

The staff were so accommodating to him and his needs Kept an extra eye on him and made him feel comfortable The pool/work out room leave a little to be desired but my kids liked it Breakfast was only okay but honestly it was food and it was hot Everything was very clean As someone who used to be a house keeper in a hotel I know the things I’m looking to be clean and it was great Only things I really have to “complain” about isn’t really a them thing but a ME thing The beds were a bit small for me I’m used to a bigger bed but that by no means is there fault Over all when we return to the area we will most likely be staying again Thank you

Patricia Gulzar

When we walked in room 309, we were concerned that the beds would be uncomfortable because they were both sloped downward toward the headboard Fortunately, the beds didn’t cause an issue too much Our room wasn’t clean

This included the toilet, floor, and bed Because the hotel was full, we couldn’t switch rooms, which is understandable I did request for our room to be clean, but that never happened The lights in the bathroom kept cutting on and off I was happy to leave

I always have the best stays at Best Western hotels, and this didn’t disappoint Off season rates were excellent Yeah, it’s still a little pricey if you’re just looking for shelter

But so clean and comfortable, with an enormous comfortable bed, super clean bathroom with amenities such as a safe, coffee maker, fridge and breakfast I dinged it for the tiny pillows and scratchy towels, which seemed more in place at a Travelodge, but otherwise, it really was a 5 star stay
