Kimberly the manager was phenomenal to my whole entire family!!! We were traveling from Florida & I called her few days before our arrival to see if they can accommodate a few things for us and she made sure everything went as smooth as it can be It’s very rarely that you’ll come across genuine people like Kimberly I would recommend this hotel if your traveling to Stone Mountain it’s very clean they serve hot breakfast every morning & all the other staff are nice!!! Kimberly if your reading this thank you very much for everything and I will sure visit again when I’m in Georgia

Nice, clean, comfortable; however, I didn’t like the roll in shower or the pillows I got a headache from sleeping on them Close to eateries

The room has a college refrigerator, and a microwave is very handy The price for the room was a little high, and the money they held on my credit card was high and unexpected Also, the amount of time that they hold it for is not reasonable 5 to 7 business days way too long!!!

Let me start off by saying that I WILL NEVER STAY HERE AGAIN! This hotel is definitely not equipped correctly I stayed here for business and they didn’t make my stay very pleasant The housekeeping people are VERY LAZY

They like to snoop around your room but hesitant to clean the room, change linen and clean the bathroom with fresh towels I had my whole family with me during this visit so I would expect for the hotel to be top notch Some days that we did get towels they either were dirty or had hair on them The pillows had these blue stains that housekeeping allowed to stay on our beds We practically had to beg them to clean our room The whole entire staff is very unprofessional and rude especially the General manager ALTON! This young man is VERY DISRESPECTFUL! This man wanted to charge us $250 for a blanket that was in The babies crib because it had a stain on it They assumed it was a permanent marker which in fact it was a orange that our daughter was eating We got the orange out of their lobby where they serve breakfast Instead of asking us about the blanket they automatically tried to charge the card I know for a fact any type of food will come out of a blanket Instead of ALTON talking to someone in a professional manner he choose to be very rude and disrespectful I will never waste my money and my time ever again at this establishment If you know like I know please run far away from here I definitely learned my lesson and I will take my business and money to a better loyal hotel that treat their guest like they are supposed to be treated

Racial profiling racial discrimination I witness a young lady being asked to go into the lobby to show her reservation and to make payments because she was on the property in her car Now keep in mind the young lady told me they called police on her first which she told the officer she has a reservation and she was in her car waiting for check in time or would go in to see if she can check in early I am 55yrs I am black Indian and you can’t tell if you see me but I know racial profiling when I see one I’ve been through it as well because she was on the property not bothering no one but I believe the manager in the lobby was upset

I hope I can reach a higher department because this is my American rights and her rights as well because she is a American who’s been here since she was a child and is born to African parents I will report this property The young lady was the most sweetest African lady I met and honestly when she explained things to me I understand the manager is a racist She did no trespassing I stay at this property that’s what the manager filled to realize I saw her reservation and she did call the office before coming which she showed meThey think people don’t know their rights and I’m glad she did I will follow up because we have to love and respect one another Protect black children at all cause black rights matter

From now on I will go with my gut My husband booked this hotel and I feel like I’m in a motel Room was dirty so I cleaned it

( something that I do anyway) Room is small there is NOT a real closet It’s more like a curtain pulled over a rod The air isn’t working so I had to go get a fan I didn’t change rooms because I will have to re-clean and I used it all cleaning this mess Front desk both at check in and night shift were very niceMy husband booked through Reservations and brought up my concerns about some reviews and the lady said people lie so they can get a refund They’re NOT lying this place is trash Even the trash cans aren’t clean NEVER will I stay at a Hampton Inn againWe ended up leaving the next day and found another hotel

My first experience as a Hilton Honors member was no honor at all, in fact it was deplorable We checked into the Hampton Inn Northlake and immediately smelled a rank odor We initially wrote it off as possibly just the smell of an older building, disinfected our room, and tried to carry on

The bed linen had minor stains on the blankets, the door to the room wouldn’t open unless you jimmied the handle We got in late and we woke up with extremely stuffy sinuses and malaise that we couldn’t quite explain I went to the restroom and that’s when I noticed the room was infested with black mold The shower ceiling had black mold, the wall behind the decorative ottoman had black mold, and the wooden cabinet that stored the refrigerator also had black mold There is absolutely no way the hotel staff didn’t know that the room was an unsatisfactory health hazard and the fact that they even booked the room shows a lack of care for the “honorable” customers and financial greed The manager Bongo, was kind enough to compensate our second night stay but had no available rooms to move us to We also learned that the room above us also had an issue with black mold after we brought these findings to their attention We felt uncomfortable returning to stay and booked elsewhere at the last minute Unfortunately, I can’t upload the video I took of the loose bathroom sink fixtures and the mold on the ceilings

Room was dated but cleanCoffee machine in room was broken

Pool wasn’t cleaned but advertising that it’s open all yearBeef was extremely comfy and the building was very quietBreakfast was only cold foodslolI found that most hotels that advertise free breakfast are now using covid as an excuse to serve only cereal and milk

Our overall stay was good I appreciate the location because it was very quiet with just enough convenience The room was very clean and modern

We did however come across a few kinks For starters, the water pressure was extremely low This made showering very uncomfortable The shower curtain was pretty torn and needed to be replaced The bathroom door was loose and often rattled when opening/closing The outer refrigerator door came off the hinge when my son opened it Aside from these things, the staff was pretty amazing Very accommodating and pleasant Heather stood out because she was very sweet and didn’t mind that my son asked for more cookies during checkout

Phoenicia Malcom

Very nice hotel Was very clean Smooth check in

The elevators kept closing on us getting in so may need an upgrade Rooms are very spacious The bed was comfortable to my liking The breakfast isn’t free unless you buy with reservations so the buffet was $20 a person which was kind of high for what was available Overall pleased with stay No real issues

Sharell Thomas

The front desk associates were Fantastic Great customer service When I entered my room it had a stuffy smell to it so I Lysol it down and it got better

I am not sure why this is but this hotel didn’t have microwaves in the rooms but only one microwave for the whole hotel to use I understand that may be to give the hotel restaurant more business but that doesn’t work for me Thank you to whoever cooks the breakfast It was really tasty Overall my stay here was Good and I will return here when I have another event in the area and have to stay overnight

I did not enjoy my stay at your hotel The staff is extremely dry and abrupt I requested for the microwave, I initially requested upon booking the room, be sent to my room on my first night

I was told only the King suites have microwaves I explained that it was a major reason for me booking the room and she said there was nothing she could do Later on, after reading over my hotel email, I found where it was clearly stated that my room came with a microwave I called the front desk again and was told they could bring me one the next day When they brought the microwave, the man just walked in a placed it on the table He didn’t even face it the right way or plug it in It’s a good thing I already made a space for it on the table I made no further issue regarding the microwaveThe elevators smell like a sweaty gym even though our masks There are no trash bags in the trash can The refrigerator doesn’t stay cool over night We spotted a roach in our room on the second night Thankfully, checkout was the following dayHousekeeping called our room early on our last day, waking us up regarding towels we did not request Therefore, I called the front desk for an extension in our check out time and the front desk operator was very condescending She initially granted us a 30 minute extension which was ridiculous I was then allowed an 1 hour extension, however, I didn’t appreciate the nasty tone I received along with the statement”1:00 is the absolute latest”, as though I was her child asking for permissionI will most definitely, never return to this hotel as customer service and cleanliness doesn’t appear to be a top priority

Geoff Lowe

Great little quiet place to relax Room was clean and everything worked very wellOnly gripe was layout of hotel

One elevator for the entire place If your room was the furthest from it you were hoofing steps or doing a long walk

Gabrielle Hines

First of all, I would not have agreed to stay at this hotel had I known there was no complimentary breakfastSecond, the toilet was not properly cleaned upon our arrival, as my husband found out when he lifted the seat to relieve himself As he washed his hands, the sink did not drain properly

He called the front desk and the property manager came to snake the drain promptly (a plus) Then told him about the toilet He said he had to get supplies then it would be taken care of After a wait, my husband then asked the cleaning staff in the hallway to come clean it The lady cleaned the bowl first and then cleaned the seat 🤢 The manager came and cleaned it properly and we told him about the cleaning lady When my 3 yo dropped the soap and picked it up there was a hair, that was not Afro-textured like ours, on it In the three days we stayed there no one ever cleaned our room, even after we requested it (more on this later) I should have known by the worn out beige faceplates on the outlets and light switches that we would be just as neglectedThirdly, we had to ask for towels and wait for them to washed One day they ran out of large towels and had to give us pool towels The front desk agent said it’s because people don’t put them outside the room but no one told us to do that so I’m sure the other guests had no idea either While I was waiting for towels, another guest said they only clean the room every third day even if you call to request it She had been staying there 5 nights at that pointOn the upside, the beds were comfy and the A/C worked well It wasn’t the worst hotel, but do yourself a favor and pay a little more to get a better hotel

Was a little hesitant because I’m a clean freak and an always a little weary about staying in a new Hotel I was pleasantly surprised The room is neat and clean and even smelled bleach, as well as the sheets and towels

The bathroom was exceptionally clean, even around the toilet where you can usually tell if they cleaned properly The only complaint I had is that the rug looked a little used and could of used a cleaning My hubby went down for breakfast and he said it was all fresh and very good I will not hesitate to stay here again

Lisa Lor

The only thing I didn’t enjoy about my stay here was the bathroom The bathroom door screamed every time you shut it and when flushing the toilet, the pipes make such a huge noise Didn’t really enjoy those noises at 2 AM

Complimentary breakfast was ok and coffee was decent Location is the best though This hotel is in a back corner with only 1 way in and out so there’s less traffic driving through so it was actually pretty quiet despite the restaurants/bars nearby

Robert G

I’ve stayed here 3 or 4 times now and its really a good hotel Clean, good service, excellent breakfast, easy parking, etc, but the room lighting is super dark and I have to use a flashlight to see stuff

I stay in hotels about 100 nights/year and this one is a zero on lighting On this trip I also stayed at another Holiday Inn (Atlanta Airport North) that had excellent lightingBring your own lightbulbs

Room itself was very spacious and had a great layout Biggest issue was there was that the water supply was cut off to the toilet (somewhere outside of room apparently), so I had no working toilet during the entire stay Other than the one front desk receptionist, there were no employees in the hotel – including maintenance

The receptionist (after several hours and a couple of requests) tried to find water supply but couldn’t The hotel was fully booked so I couldn’t be transferred to another room and the restroom in the lobby was also out of order The phones and TV remote in the room also didn’t work so I couldn’t watch TV Didn’t even get an apology upon leaving, let alone a credit or refund that should have been done

Mingi Sung

The staff at this hotel are not only unfriendly but also very rudeThere was no one at the front desk and the staff were all lying on the sofaWhen we said we needed more towels, the staff fought in front of us asking each other to bring towels to us

The room door didn’t open because I was given a key that didn’t work, and when I went to get a new key, big black woman responded very unkindlyWhen I asked towel next dayThey said they don’t have towel anymore lolEvery experience I had at this hotel was the worst, it wasn’t professional at all and I was always offended by the attitude of the staffWe hope that everyone who sees this review will make a wise choice and will never again have an unpleasant experience like ours

Mark Headrick

Opted to stay here yesterday and I definitely made the right choice,I travel and work it was convenient to where I needed to be at Very clean inside and out a well maintained community I might add the personal from front desk to cleaning staff just nice and hospitable as could be,so if you work and travel that’s what you want I consider that a plus Easy from many different roads and also interstate access I-85&Jimmie Carter Blvd

And there’s plenty of other amenities you might need in all directions things to consider when you are out traveling

This Marriott is a gorgeous hotel My boyfriend and I stayed here for only a night yet it was one of the most comfortable hotel stays I’ve experienced The room was luxurious and cozy

Due to checking in at about 4am the kind staid offered us a late checkout the next day The only thing that made this stay a 4/5 instead of a five was the cleaning staff About every 45 minutes to an hour they were beating on the door As you can imagine this was extremely irritating My sleep being interrupted periodically with the knocking when my boyfriend and I were exhausted and just trying to rest When it came time for check out we stopped by the front desk to explain what happened As they were apologetic, the staff checking us out did let us know that it was noted in the system that we check out at 3pm The simple constructive criticism we offer is to make sure that there is an open line of communication as to what the cleaning schedule is for the rooms that guests are currently occupying between the cleaning staff and the front desk This is not the first hotel at which I have experienced this nuisance

Ernest Mallett

This was a great stay! The staff were amazing and the bar and rooms were really nice About the only complaints I would give is that the A/C in the room was a little loud and the carpeting in the hallways gave a depressing feel Other than those two tiny issues the stay was amazing, everyone was polite and professional, even the interactions with other guests were pleasant

Terra H

I stayed at this hotel recently The staff is very polite but the facility is old My room did not have hot water and it smelled like mildew

After informing two of the front desk employees of the issue, they seemed concerned, but no one ever came to the room to fix the issue Also I questioned the cleanliness of my room I had hair in my shower and the floor didn’t appear as if it was swept Won’t stay here again

A safe and Great location close to highway, restaurants, shopping & more The rooms were nice and super comfortable Everything was really clean and looked good except for the chairs in front of elevator

Service was quick, professional and friendly The only downside was that they offer breakfast but not included in what you already paid

I was satisfied during my 4 day stay It’s definitely an older establishment, but it was clean Parking was readily available and in close proximity to the building

The breakfast was good with a nice assortment/variety of choices Norman at the front desk was very hospitable and hilarious !! The only minor issue I encountered was the time it took for the water to heat up (5-10 min) Aside from that, my stay was very pleasant

Pam Parker

I am just flying home from a 5 day stay in Atlanta It was my first stay at Hilton Northeast 5993 Peachtree Industrial blvd

I have been making this trip to the Americas Mart for many years This is by far my most enjoyable hotel stay Each person that worked there was extra friendly The room was super clean Bed was comfortableThe restaurant and room service was my favorite Traveling alone, I had dinner in my room each nightThe food was perfect Also the breakfast which came with my room, was far better than any other I have had at other hotels All the people there were great! I stayed here while in town visiting friends I had a good experience The room was nice and clean, the bed was comfy, the breakfast area was always stocked and well kept, and the location was great! Only a few critiques

The pool area had no towels and no umbrellas, other guests were being loud and slamming doors which a little disruptive late at night, and the door lock to my room wouldn’t click into place but I used the latch and felt that would be enough for safety All in all I would stay here again

mike wagner

The first room had mold in it so we changed rooms the next morning No apology for the mold and I bet they are still renting the molded room out The second room had a dirty bathtub and the sink took about 15 minutes to drain after brushing teeth

The toilet rocked when sat on Next time we are in the area to see family it won’t be at this hotel No luggage carts when we needed to use them so we ended up waiting a half hour still no luggage carts The lady at the desk said they only have two for all those rooms there That’s pretty sad We have stayed in many holiday inn and holiday inn express and matter of fact we are members holiday inn club vacations as well and this location is far from what we know as the holiday inn brand Hopefully they get it together soon

Magical Mystery Ride

Nothing short of amazing! Staff was awesome, bed slept wonderfully, and breakfast was mediocre Please teach the cook how to make eggs that aren’t watery It’s not appeasing nor appealing to the eye or stomach

Oh and please NOT SO MUCH SALT on the potatoes! Thank you in advance And I hope my $25 deposit is back on my card in the morning bc it’s been over 5 days That should’ve been released upon departure!!

I left and returned because this didn’t sit well with me I asked for the manager’s information and will be reaching out to them directlyThe attendants attitude was just horrible I see why I’ve moved my services to Hilton…wow!Sincerely,Never coming back here!

I did enjoy my room even though I couldn’t stay the full time of my stay because I was in an accident The customer service is good They serve a hot breakfast everyday but some days you should just order from IHOP or Waffle House down the street

It’s in a great location near many restaurants and near the highway The rooms are cozy and well sanitized

My stay at this hotel was fantastic However, I am extremely disappointed in the waste produced during the breakfast rush Before COVID, it was bad enough with plastic plates and plastic utensils

I have not traveled in over 2 years and when I return to my first business trip, this is what I see Now plastic cutlery is wrapped in plastic bags Bread, two slices, are individually wrapped in plastic Ziploc bags Still there are the plastic plates and everything else plastic including individual creamers As much as I love Hilton, love Hampton Inn, I cannot support this wasteful environment It’s time for merchants like Hilton to step up, return to ceramic mugs and silverware with staff to wash and keep the place clean I am really contemplating where my next hotel stay will be so long as they do not use plastics to the extent that this Hampton does Again, the hotel was fantastic The room was neat The location was great The staff were super friendly However, I cannot give a high rating due to the environmental waste I experienced

Hampton Inns are fairly consistent across the country, come with a consistent breakfast, and are typically quiet and comfortableI spend a lot of times traveling and have been in 4 different Hamptons in the greater Atlanta area over the past few monthsThis one was a little older than others, but the front desk attendant Julissa (I may have her name wrong) Went above and beyond multiple times

When I arrived my room fan was excessively noisy , not her fault, but she quickly sent someone up,and moved me to a new roomThe Second night, the room next to me was having a little too much fun, and the smell was very strong She once again stepped up and delta with the people who thought illegal activities were accepted by the hotelI work in customer service and I can’t remember the last time I was that impressed by a employeeThis could have nearly been a horrible experience, but your employees were a great ambassador of your hotel

Just God

Any town that has JESUS lifted up on a billboard, it’s expected that your stay will be blessed I’m amazed at how peaceful and quiet the hotel is with 8 floors consistently being sold out, there’s adequate free parking, and Ms Angela ensures everyone is thoroughly treated to a delightful hot breakfast with a smile

May the peace of God continue to rest on this city, hotel and all its staff and guest in Jesus mighty name!

Overall this was a nice hotel Entrance was a bit tricky to pull into, but there is a back gate once you’ve received your room key Complimentary breakfast was okay

Several packaged items to grab and go But, waffles were empty both mornings Biscuits were hard We managed but could have been better Staff was extremely nice and welcoming

Leshone Morgan

The hotel itself was nice Traffic coming in and out of the hotel was crazy There was a lady working the from desk and she was not very welcoming and it did not get any better throughout the weekend

It actually got worse The air in my room did not work so it was 11:00 pm and I was switching rooms but the guy at the front desk then was very nice and sent the maintenance person up to check it prior to moving my room The only problem with that was I was in a king room with a pull out couch and the room I moved to only had a king bed So the bed had to be shared which is why I had asked for a pull out couch Not what I paid for The complimentary breakfast was a hot one so that was a plus

Tamara and Miss Dee and the night staff guy were all very friendly, helping and welcomingManagers: Earnest and Gwynne were also very welcoming and hospitable as wellWill be no doubt staying here again next time i visit Atlanta Thanks to the whole team 🙌

The hotel is average, nice staff The cleanliness of our room was very impressive I grabbed a few disinfecting wipes at the reception (nice touch!) with the intention of sanitizing all the surfaces we were going to be touching for sure in our room

To my surprise the wipes barely got dirty, there was not even dust there!!! I could see they take seriously the sanitation during this pandemicNobody will be cleaning your room during your stay so if you need extra towels or something else, you need to ask for it at the front desk Breakfast is not included and costs over $14 per person, you can find better options at the local restaurants5 stars is for the excellent cleaning protocol they are obviously following

I largely enjoyed my stay at this hotel The front desk receptionists were phenomenal in how friendly and welcoming they were The hotel is generally very clean and they had a very good gym on-site

I love the digital key availability and my room was comfortable, clean, and cozy My only complaint was that there is not any sound proofing and you can hear every single person talking in the hallway and slamming doors and dropping things above you I wasn’t able to get great sleep, solely due to the other guests If you’re sensitive to noise (which I’m actually not, but if feels like the sound was amplified), maybe consider bringing ear plugs Otherwise, the location was great as there is a decent restaurant/bar attached, a Target, Best Buy, and mall nearby I would stay at this hotel again PS – they do have their signature chocolate chip cookie but you specifically have to ask the receptionist for it It won’t be visually apparent when you are at the front desk

Very happy with some of the staff and how friendly they are but the manager didn’t acknowledge that the alarms going off all night due to marijuana smoking was an issue that deserved complimentary stays or future discounts That’s totally unacceptable Free breakfast isn’t very compensatory

People had plans the next day which were completely ruined After long hours of travel, guests have the expectation of a quiet night for comfort and rest when they pay to stay a a reputable hotel chain My wife and I are both have career experience in the travel industry This is unacceptable from a chain of this stature First, we were told the alarm was going off due to a storm which was not even severe, it was very light rain Secondly, we were told it was due to maintenance related issues I don’t feel this is very honest We left our rooms and smelled nothing but marijuana in the hallways Housekeeping had the doors open and we smelled it everywhere in the hallways Please be honest and forthcoming with more acceptable offers and a compatible reimbursement for these awful circumstances Our toilet was also dirty upon arrival Something should be done

This was a great stay The staff was amazing and showed nothing but the best when dealing with me A couple tried to skip me in tried to skip me and the manager let them know I was first

I appreciated him for that so much The room was clean, fairly large, and I had a good view There is a large lobby area and they have computers for use

We enjoyed our stay here We had a suite It was nice, clean, quiet, and right by the pool

The room had a full kitchen, stocked with dishware, and cooking essentials, and coffee items,no machine Our stay was good, but it could’ve been better Our sliding door in the bedroom was broken and wouldn’t open We booked the room with a extra sofa bed for 5 guest, but the room wasn’t prep for it It was no extra bedding for the sofa bed and the bathroom only had enough for 3 guest Our room never got cleaned so we inquired at the desk Housekeeping didn’t come until the day before checkout, it was pointless to have them clean then, after we already been there for 4 days Between daily showering, the pool, and already being short on towels and washcloth, we constantly had to go to the desk to get clean and dry ones Due to the lack of housekeeping and having a toddler it was constant crumbs on the floor, but not a broom in the room I wished I brought my hand sweeper so I could’ve swept it up myself We did dump our trash, fortunately a larger trashcan was right outside the door We was told that housekeeping only comes to our floor once a week, Saturday Housekeeping should definitely be tailored to the duration of the stay of their guest to ensure this doesn’t happen againOther than that, it’s located in a great area, with many restaurants and shops nearby It was only 20-30 minutes from the places we needed to go We will return, I just know what to expect next time

Crystal Perez

This is one of the worst experiences we’ve ever had Our first room smelt old and dirty The TV did not work and they had someone come up to the room around 10pm to change it out

There was also no hot water When we complained about the hot water they stated it was because there were so many people in the hotel We reported all of this the next day and absolutely no responsibility was taken by the staff We were given the same room we had before just on a different floor The next day there were food wrappers and vomit by the elevator Skip was awesome He helped us load up to leave and was very personable

Nice Hotel overall! Hot Breakfast with plenty of selection Room was cleanish however there was room for improvement, Several Spots that could have used more dusting but other than that not too bad Would have been nice to have a microwave in my room instead of having to walk all the way down to the lobby just to use the microwave

Other than that though everything was great, Pool was nice and warm and staff were very friendly and were very helpful and accommodating to my needs Would stay again!

The staff is friendly and helpful The TV worked for two nights and then stopped working A staff from the front desk attempted to correct the issue earlier in the day; however, when I called the front desk later in the evening, the only option offered was to change the room which was after 8 PM at night

I did not want to pack up and move to the other room I understand there is no maintenance person on site I appreciate the free breakfast; however, the food was cold both morning The hotel is located in a beautiful area and nearby there are shopping stores and restaurants It is located close to the city My family enjoyed the pool The bed was comfortable On my way to check out, there was no one there I dropped the card off and left I was disappointed overall with my experience

It’s not the staffs fault that this hotel needs some updating! The carpet had a lot of stains, the furniture chipping, doors also very worn along the bottom One other issue was the absence of front desk staff at times and no one answering the phone promptly, until I called three times and just let it ring until someone answered! That was on Fri May 6 in the early afternoon This was not the weekend if one wanted to relax quietly

There was reportedly a large birthday party Plenty of noise, talking, cussing, children running up and down the hall very late in the night And all the talking and carrying on from the floor beneath me was bothersome My next door neighbor must have been partially deaf because the sounds from his TV we’re very loud, as if the walls are paper thin I choose this location thinking it was going to be quiet and relaxing NOT!! Anyhow, despite my complaints, I’m giving the hotel 4 and 5 stars On any other weekend, it might have been a perfect stay!!

Our stay was excellent from the time we checked in to the time we checked out We utilized online check in which allowed me to select a room on the higher floors where we felt we wouldn’t disturb other guests as we do have small children Being able to view the floor layout on the app is definite perk when traveling with small people

When we arrived at the hotel the front staff was friendly and helpful We were able to find parking within the gated garage no problem We found our room and were able to get squared away for the night The room was clean and comfortable The bathroom was well lit and spacious The breakfast in the morning was plentiful and accommodated guests of all ages We enjoyed our stay and will definitely stay again when in the Atlanta area

Excellent Hotel, Great Rooms, Great Staff! We took a flight from Arizona to attend a family members graduation from Emory University We were not familiar with the Atlanta area, and were thrilled to find this Hampton Inn based upon reviews on both Google and Trip Advisor When we arrived, the staff member we interfaced with was excellent

great customer interface and pleasant We parked in the parking garage next door, which was affordable, safe, and the next building to the hotel We asked for and received extra towels since we were in and out of the room over a three day periodOur room, which had one king bed, was spacious and nicely appointedWe interfaced with the General Manager, Jerry Roach, who was extremely friendly and who helped us to understand the variety of eating establishments around the immediate areaWe had a rental car and found it quite easy to arrive at the hotel from ATL the ride from the Airport was quick and not complicated at allOur ability to get to the Emory campus quickly was uncomplicated as well Fifteen minutes at most Starbucks is easily accessible by car; approximately 12 minutes away and not hard to findOverall, this experience was a 10/10 Congratulations Mr Roach and your staff for a top notch hotel experience

What a lovely resort, I thoroughly enjoyed my stay here! The location is incomparable, the view of the lake, Stone Mountain in the distance, and a pool deck that overlooks the lake view, it was really lovely! I came from Savannah to Stone Mountain to enjoy a weekend of hiking and biking If you are an outdoorsman, this resort has everything to enjoy in nature! The staff who checked me in were kind and attentive, especially Alex, who handled my check in and processing Dinner at the hotel’s restaurant was very nice, Frey was an absolute darling, and very attentive to her guests

I look forward to staying here again Rooms were very clean and well kept, and the hotel, while a little dated, is well kept, organized and clean as well

Kelley Guest

Beautiful Hotel, severely understaffed For a resort be prepared to find your own dolly and cart your own luggage When I say find your own dolly, I mean search the entire resort and floors

That staff was friendly, just overwhelmed The only time it seemed as a resort was when there was a convention Despite this, the breathtaking mountains and scenery made up for this The restaurants were pricey but good and also understaffed The pools were great and both hot tubs were nice I enjoyed my stay and would return

Cynthia Tolbert

I loved mostly everything about my trip to Atlanta Evergreen My room was very nice, however the balcony was dirty The view from the balcony was awesome

The lake and the people on the lake and the sounds of the animals were relaxing On a sour note, an article of clothing was stolen from my room I must add on a positive note the food was excellent! I will revisit👍
