I like this Hampton I stay here often They have a pool and hot tub

You can walk to a few different restaurants, including the gas station/Dairy Queen directly next door They have an uncovered outdoor areas for us dying breed of smokers, it’s just next to the pool and has a great view of TucsonThe only bad thing is the breakfast I’ve stayed at a million hotels and the free breakfasts are always lacking Maybe I need to learn to use the waffle makers 🤷🏼‍♂️ but the same folded over eggs and the same potatoes get old I settled for cereal and a yogurt The rooms have a coffee maker in them, but I took a chance and went to the lobby at 5am I found the coffee was fresh and decent Many hotels don’t put out fresh coffee until 6am when breakfast is served, so I was happy about that!!If you go a few miles south on Oracle, there is a first watch They have some of the best breakfast there If you haven’t been before, you should try it rather than the hotel breakfast, you’ll thank me later I do feel bad talking bad about the breakfast, because the lady that makes it all is a super nice lady and does a great job! She even draws smiley faces on the oranges

I loved the pool you can be there as early as 6 am and a late as 10 pm I feel like their could be some small improvement that could help this be an even better place1

have the ability to order foodpool side( I wanted chickenwings and I had to walk all theway from the pool to the DesertGrill, which is on the other sideof the casino)2  Make the escape route clearlystated (There was a fire alarmthat went off during my stay  Iwondered around the hallwayslooking for the stairwell exit Iwas very calm doing so,because i didn’t smell smokeand it was just me at the time Ileft my room  I can’t imagine if,it was a lot of people and it wasan actual fire)I think these 2 things stood out to me the most  The maid service is the best!!! I stayed 4 nights and with the exception one of day my room was refreshed And that was at my requestThe front desk staff was the best Very helpful and professionalI had only one bad experience and that was at the Tree bar The young blonde male bartender was very rude He tossed a napkin at the area were I was sitting prior to placing my very horrible tasting drink on the counter I did not tip neither did I order any more drinks the whole time I rather go to the liquor and drink in my room rather than be mistreated

I’ve been coming here for a long time If you choose this place you for sure won’t be let downI loved the big felt roulette tables! My fiance did, too! I also came in with $300 and left with $900 so can’t complain one bit 😀 shared some of the magic with our bartender who remembered both of our drinks after just one round Kudos to her (ˆ⌣ˆ) the food was also really good! Beautiful and comfortable layout – never felt claustrophobic or cramped like some casinos can be 10/10 would recommend

Leon Spargo

A very modern casino on tribal landsThe slots pay better than any place in Vegas At least that has been my experience for several years

I have always been treated with kindness and respectAnd you can get a slice of pizza that is very good Or a whole pizza to goWhich is also very goodI haven’t tried the buffet since before covid It used to be a decent place to eatNothing great, but worth the money

JW Marriott was gorgeous The property was expansive and there were lots of focal points that caught our eyes The warm climate kept us outdoors almost the entire 3-day weekend and our balcony overlook a beautiful golf course which none of us ladies golf but we enjoyed our wine on the balcony saying hello to the golfers

We had an amazing time The staff were attentive and informative Guests were eager to chat and find out where we were eating and our ladies group grew to a nice round 12 I think! I can’t wait to go back and explore more Oh, we ran at 6 am though because weather was dry and hot very early Have fun!

I have been coming here for a very long time If you decide to stay here you definitely won’t be let downWe loved our 3-night stay at JW Beautiful resort We were initially placed in building 6 but we requested a transfer as it was too long of a walk and we wanted to watch kids doing lazy river from the balcony Kids really enjoyed the slide and the lazy river plus ping pong tables Signature Grill had nice breakfast and we really enjoyed cocktails near fire at night Do go visit Saguaro NP and see all the beautiful cacti Check out Valley View short trail Some nice cacti there and a good view

Priscilla Alvarez

The location and grounds are beautiful Service impeccable, my only complaint is the walk from underground parking to check in, my God😱 As others have said the property is expansive

They do offer Valet right in front, but if your self parking be prepared for a walk The rooms are nice, overpriced in my opinion Your paying for the location, so keep that in mind Lovely pools, beautiful golf⛳course, and a few dining 🍛 options Definitely worth a visit if you desire some peace and pampering🏜️

I only stayed one night but it was a great experience Check in was quick and friendly There is a pool, small bar and restaurant services in the main building, but I did not use them

It’s obvious these are old motel rooms that has been renovated, but they did a fantastic job Our room was extremely clean, stylish and comfortable My bed was very comfy, loved the comforter too The parking lot gate closes at 9pm, which is nice for added security We chose a room in the back of the complex, so we had a view of the “A” mountain Check out was nice too I received an email with a link to check out Easy and quick! It was a very clean, modern, stylish facility I would recommend staying here and will consider it when I’m staying in Tucson again!

On our way to Dallas, TX, my friend and i made a pit stop at Tucson, AZ and stayed at this very lively, hip, and urban accommodationNow at first glance, it does look like a motel, in fact, it reminded me a lot of the Bates Motel – now we know how that ended But it is not even close to that

After driving up, the bright Vegas-like lights tell a different story, one where laughter and splashed by the pool are heard Even late into the night, the atmosphere of fun lies not too far The desert heat and the bar at the reception lobby make a perfect spaceOn the night we checked it, there was even a paint and sip activity going on If I were to ever open my own boutique hotel, this is what I would base it off of The staff were nice and the accommodations exceeded expectations My only regret is staying for one night

Crissie Roberts

We enjoyed our stay at the Tuxon The room was a lot smaller than we were expecting, but it was really cute and modern, and worked out fine for our one night stay Everything was really clean, however there was a bit of a funky smell to the room

Nothing too terrible We didn’t get the chance to use the pool, but it looked really nice They did a great job in updating and modernizing this older hotel The staff was really nice as well

On paper, this place has exactly what we needed: two beds and a sleeper sofa at an affordable priceWhen we arrived, an afternoon in the middle of a desert heatwave, we checked in then found out there was no running water for the next three hours And if we needed a drink? There was a vending machine selling bottled water for two bucks a pop

This did not sit well with me It’s a desert heatwave Maybe offer free water while you fix your pipes!Since we were traveling, we needed to use a toilet – and we needed them to flush! The guy at the desk said we could go to Denny’s We hopped in the car and drove over A big sign on their door indicated toilets were for paying customers only Being dehydrated, we bought drinks so we could use the toiletThat night, in the room, we learned we could not control the AC It was so cold! (Ironic, I know)So at least I had breakfast to look forward to Wrong again A sign indicated Tucson area hotels were having supply chain issues with their hot breakfast items Out of curiosity, I called two other 3-star hotels, and they both reported no supply chain issues with breakfast I wonder if the management just wanted ways to short us for profitThey did remodel recently So the freezing room with no water or breakfast did have a new toilet and suchI should also note the girls working the front desk were all super professional and kind Not their fault the management does it this way

James Pellinghelli

This hotel is pretty conveniently locatedIt has a pretty good shower in the room and the room was pretty cleanThe bed was very firm

Breakfast was OKMicrowave cooked eggs!!A pretty good experience for the price overallI’ve always been happy to stay at a Country Inn and Suites

Diane Hilliard

The room was clean and mostly comfortable I don’t believe the sofa bed sheets were fresh However, after going to the front desk to request replacement sheets and being denied by the housekeeper there, we encountered a housekeeper near our room that was more than happy to supply us with whatever we needed

The telephone in the room is mostly unusable because the cord from the phone to the handset is broken, and doesn’t stay in the handset unless you hold it there I get we have cellphones now, but sometimes you just wanna call the front desk The breakfast was mediocre We got there about an hour before closing on a Sunday, and there was no milk left (pitcher only) The sausages were limp and undercooked The fruit was fresh, and there were lots of bread choices It was ok, just not for my taste Overall, the room was comfortable Just like having different choices for pillows, I guess it’s the same for beds One queen was comfy, the other hard as a rock Luckily there were others in our party not as old as me, so they were fine Most of the staff were encountered were friendly and helpful, the pool was clean and refreshing, and the room was comfortable (the chair and sofa were really comfy!) The neighborhood is a little rough (there was a shooting at the hotel next door), but we didn’t go out at night so we were fine Daytime is great Convenient, literally right off the freeway Oh, and nice hot water for the shower!

This is one of the best hotels that I’ve been at ever! The room was very clean, the linens were freshly washed and the pillows were so fluffy I wish I could’ve taken them with me Staff was polite and no bed bugs either I was offered complimentary continental breakfast, unfortunately couldn’t go due to time constraints but still a nice thing they offer

Our bathroom was extremely clean and the AC worked perfectly for the hot Arizona weather Overall a great stay! Would definitely stay again if I visit AZ another time ☺️

Ana Mendibles

First, I want apologize for my clumsiness spilling my coffee on our first morning, my family and I, all have been under a lot of stress with our AC broking down in our apartment But y’all were the most kindest staff, God Bless you all Very comfy stay I’m glad we stayed

Awesome hot breakfast, great variety, and filling Very clean room and bathroom Great lighting in room, not too dark or bright just right We felt very secure and safe that’s a big plus, because we’re three girls (mom and two daughters) and a dad; and he has to work in the early morning Our son was across from us I was happy for that Only one or four things to improve on are more towels, toilet paper, toilet is bit low and loose, also tub is bit slippery But overall Country Inn still gets an “A+”! We’re happy we pick Country Inn Thanks Guys and Gals you’re all the BEST!!!

Bed cozy, Room clean Night clerk RUDE ! I remember at 4 am I left my phone in the car

Grab my room key and head out the door When I try to get back in the door is locked no vacancy sign hung on door I was happy to see someone at the counter so I rap on the door I get the night manager yelling no vacancy’s I flash my key card He yells phone Pick up the phone so I do and I get him barking no vacancy’s I give my room no And name He opens the door and proceeded to bark more about why my card doesn’t work I asked his name and was totally ignored I see him later and ask his name Ignored again I repeat my self and he gave a name and said good now I know who you are Really? I gave you my room no and name on the phone I told him it’s time for a new job if he is acting this way about opening a door He tells me he’s been doing this for 30+ years I just can’t with this guys attitude! I paid top dollar $19900 to have to deal with the night clerksday clerks were awesome 👍 attitude? Not again Screen your employees better

Upon arriving at the hotel to check in, the credit card machine at the front desk did not work properly, it took nearly 5 attempt to accept my card (Issue not with my card, had been used all day up to this point) The pool and hot tub had not been cleaned for some time The room was overall pretty clean aside from a drawer that still had trash from a previous guest and a shower curtain that looked as though it has seen a few to many showers

Aside from that the hotel had pretty standard rooms and a nice breakfast each morning

Heather Tutton

The staff was great, very friendly and knowledgeable of local places to eat/relax (gotta try Rusty’s) The room was clean overall, however the sheets had some “areas of concern” New sheets were brought to us

And zero evidence of pests or bedbugs (we own a Pest control company, we know how to do a proper inspection) Quiet, updated rooms I would absolutely stay there again

Frank Rebelo (Frank Around the Corner)

BEWARE!!! 3/5/22 This hotel does not care about your comfort or quality of stay Checked in for a 3 night stay on 3/4 We should have known there were going to be problems as a disgruntled guest was dealing with the hotel being over sold by 10 rooms and denying him a room even though he had already been charged

I felt bad for the gentleman with his 2 young sons watching this scene unfoldIt gets worse!! I went to take a shower and there was no hot water It was Friday night so I understood there wasn’t much that could be done Saturday morning and still no hot water I went to the front desk and was told nothing could be done till Monday Everyone knows they could have gotten service on a Saturday if they were willing to pay I felt bad for Johnathan who was manning the front desk and had been dealt this horrible hand He did refund my night but, told me per directive of company policy he could not help us find alternative accommodations After 5 calls to IHG they found me another property They are worthless as well This hotel is owned by OM Shiva Inc and should have their franchise pulled by IHG I am Spire Elite with Ambassador status with IHG I spend 100 nights a year in their hotels This is how we were treated STAY AWAYTo add insult to injury, they continued to check in new guests not telling them there was no hot water

I never post reviews, but this experience deserves one Absolutely not what I expected There is only one elevator for 400 something rooms

The wait on the elevator was very long EVERY time The room I stayed in was not clean Before using the toilet or shower, they needed to be cleaned One of the dirtiest hotels I’ve ever stayed in Not impressed This hotel is very close to the airport, so if you’re flying in or out, that is a plus

Heidi Day

My stay there was such a great experience I just had double carpal tunnel surgery, and the staff was so respectful of my need for privacy, and yet extremely helpful when I needed doors opened and things like that The lady at the front desk was great! She helped me with printing and faxing paperwork and was super friendly and knowledgeable

I really enjoyed my stay 😊

Tierra Kardos

This was one of the worst hotels I stayed at, having to pay that high price for a room that smells and isn’t clean is the worst They had to change my first room and the next one wasn’t any better My goodness the pillows was so uncomfortable that we couldn’t sleep

Don’t even let me get started on the breakfast, which was horrible I will never stay at any of their hotel is I can help it, oh yeah and the floor was shaking because of the boiler room I really thought the building was good to fall apart, don’t stay here unless you have low standards with high prices

My boyfriend and I stayed here for prom for 3 days and loved it! The room was very clean, and we enjoyed the free breakfast in the morning We got the executive suite and enjoyed how big the room was There was a balcony and it was very pretty to look at the city

I wish you could turn off the light on the balcony but other than that we enjoyed sitting up there Again very clean room which was a necessity, so I highly recommend

Cons: Have stayed in larger rooms for the same price in the past, however the view of the mountains was incredibleWe saw the prices for breakfast and decided we could get more for our money driving to a restaurant near byPros:Arrived very very late

Kept the front desk posted of my late arrivalShannon was at the front desk upon my arrival Greeted me with a smile and a wonderful welcome Didn’t have a single problem checking in We stayed 4nights and enjoyed every single nightHotel and rooms were very cleanBeds very comfortableStaff very friendlyHad an issue with the beverage cooler in the room Eva immediately came to the rescue with a new fridge Would recommend to others for sureI will definitely stay here againThank you everyone for a comfortable stay

PJ

Much better than most other brands because they have fresh air in lobby instead of strong chemical fragrance and it’s beautiful atrium and public spaces Pool is one of the most peaceful spaces I’ve been Luckily the music isn’t too loud in public areas but it would be better I’d they just turned it off because it sounds like there is someone with a boom box at the pool and in the lobby which is not the best experience

Very uncomfortable It has a halfway house atmosphere The “residents” dominate the common areas

They made my wife and I feel we were infringing on them There were verbal conflicts between residents We have stayed here multiple times the past 2 years This will be our last We will advise our outstanding of state family to stay elsewhere Management has made their choice

Kris Conner

Ok, so before you judge this place by my post you have to understand a little about me I love skunky places They just have a little more character without any pretensions

Ok here we go first off this place is in a strip mall so make no bones about that It is clean, the beds are very comfy and the pool is good sized with a nice hot tub The laundry room is a plus! And there is a great continental breakfast that seems to be a dying commodity these days I love the hacienda styling in the courtyards Now the far side the hotel has partnered with a local rehabilitation center and does house some folks who are working to get clean So if this for you is an issue do be aware as the hotel does not just share this fact Otherwise 4 stars overall

Kelly Chin

35ish for me Room is mostly well appointed and maintained

Parking area doesn’t inspire confidence, but no mishaps Cold shower one of two mornings, moderate noise from outside and from walls that seem thinner than normal, and a tub drain plug that doesn’t actually fit the drain lowered my rating Breakfast spread is mostly fairly good, though the scrambled eggs were not

45 stars I flew in on business from the northeast and arrived 3 hrs

before check-in I was given a room and was grateful Staff always polite, friendly and deferential Food excellent, not pricey and great value Room rate almost half what I paid a month prior in Florida as a “snowbird” Hotel only a year old – still sparkles If my stay was connected to the convention center, my rating would be 5 stars Why 45 instead of 5 stars? Well, the complex is built at the edge of downtown and you either get a great view of the modern downtown skyline on the “good” side – or a somewhat seedy view of the neighborhood next door (not the most uplifting if you want to impress a spouse or partner) But now that you know, go ahead and book it, request the downtown view and enjoy Tucson!

RECOMMENDED! Amazing customer service and very welcoming staff I genuinely enjoyed this hotel’s cleanliness and its hospitality Food was absolutely delicious

We are here for the Valentines weekend trip 2022 and I’m glad I booked Worth it, DON’T CHEAP OUT FOLKS! This is worth your hard-earned dollars for its price We had Valentines day dinner on our last day and was absolutely blown away One of our best meals and foodie experiences as a couple Absolutely surreal how well they were able to complement the wine (Syrah) that we brought in from home with their own food Attentive staff, amazing server, and great balanced service [not too intrusive or too aloof] I’d stay here every time I visit Tucson if I can

I arrived for check in at 4:20PM, an hour and a half after the advertised check in time (3:00PM) The gentleman at the front desk was on the phone with someone and I was left waiting for about 10 minutes, only to be told there aren’t any clean rooms and I’d have to wait 20 minutes later a room was ready for me

Then, the person at the front desk told me my card had been declined even though I had told him I already completely prepaid After going back and forth with me and showing him my bank account where the room had been fully paid for weeks before check in, he called a manager over The manager showed him what he was doing wrong and I finally get to the room, but housekeeping is still inside the room cleaning I wait outside for about 10 minutes until they’re finished Inside the room is a king bed with 4 twin sized pillows, upon asking for 2 more pillows they were handed to me with pillowcases for me to put on myself Overall, a terrible experience that will keep me from coming back and this could have easily been avoided by proper customer service and honesty

Follow your GPS for this pretty easy to find Hampton Immediately you’ll be greeted by the friendly check-in staff and then enjoy a very clean room, which you can expect at almost any Hilton The breakfast food is delicious and ample for any families needs

The pool is cleaned daily which is needed when outside Only detraction is no whirlpool but not a big deal Lots of attractions nearby, like Golf N Stuff, and tons of restaurants Great location, great staff, great food and stay is what to expect here Would stay again for sure

Nice clean modern hotel I went to Mount Lemmon, Gates Pass, and Sentinel Peak Park and felt the hotel was in a good location for all that Tucked away off the main road

Nice modern suite with direcTV on a 55″ The desk is big enough you could probably set up a desktop computer for an extended stay Breakfast was your typical hotel breakfast but good nonetheless Like that this hotel has digital room key from your phone Didn’t try the pool, fitness center, or ice machine In room refrigerator was nice and cold Plenty of restaurants to choose from nearby I will likely choose this location next time I’m in Tucson

The suite was very spacious and clean The pool area hot tub patio seats everything was kept very nice The girls at the front desk we’re polite and courteous as well as the clerk the next morning on day shift

Although they had construction going on at the time it did not affect my room and the noise from the contractors was only during working hours and did not wake us up or keep us from going to sleep Located next to great restaurants like Guadalajara right across the street I would highly recommend staying at this hotel

Had a great 1-night stay! Front desk, Sara & Michelle, were fabulous! I stayed in a renovated room and it was so nice! Hot water, great lighting, refrigerator, comfy bed, and great location to restaurants/drinks/Whole Foods Pool was very clean and great temperature No breakfast, currently, due to renovations(but knew that going in)

Would definitely recommend!

We stayed at the 3 Palms for five days The room was clean but very small We had a king size bed which took up mahout 90% of the room

Actually, the room was laid out nicely and had a small refrigerator and microwave in a cabinet The room had the nicest big screen television I have ever seen The staff was very friendly We were at the back of the hotel where a lot of construction equipment was stored It appeared that the hotel was under major renovation but surprisingly the area was actually very quiet I think our room had been renovated: however I noted a large crack under the entry door Worried that rodents or bugs could easily enter the room No breakfast is offered at the hotel but coffee and tea is offered in the morning My main issue is the road in front of the hotel, N Oracle road, is like a freeway Non stop speeding traffic made it difficult to exit the property There are plenty of restaurants and businesses in the area that you can walk to but the area is much too congested Not a bad hotel, although a little expensive, but I would probably stay elsewhere on my next visit The room was just too small and there is no breakfast included with the rate

It was so dirty that we almost checked out as soon as we checked in(and we should have) but it was too much trouble We were tired and my son’s graduation was early the next morning During our stay one of the two elevators was down and the service elevator was a well

Not good not good at all! It was a full house and not only do you have the graduates and their families you also had housekeeping using the one elevator that only holds 6 people Also, because of the graduation everyone needed it if there at the same time! The staff was nice, apologetic, but really needed more knowledge of the area The taxi service they use, the cars were filthy, but the drivers were nice They boast about having the best cinnamon rolls, so we were eager to try them, boy were we disappointed They were dry and no goopinessWe stayed in an accessible room for my mom but the door was so heavy it almost knocked her over, the floor was filthy, the ceiling was disgusting and made you feel it was going to cave in, but in a good note the beds were clean(I took the sheets off to make sure) Shame on Marriott for allowing a property like this in their portfolio! I love Marriott’s not this one! 🤮 One positive, we had a nice view of the mountains and campus

You think after a 13 and a half hour drive id be in a bad mood checking into a hotel??? Well I was but Elisha at the front desk with her cheerful professional personality made it all go away It is employees like Elisha that make people wanting to continue to choose Aloft as their place to stay Thank you Elisha for your welcoming greeting that made our stay a very pleasant one

Give this woman a raise or a paid day off cause she deserves it👍

The hotel itself was really nice, but I’m indifferent because I’m not sure about the initial service we received checking in, want comfortable The service during the street and when we were leaving was awesome I guess it was just the two ladies they had at the front initially

There is a bar and pool table downstairs and snack area Restaurants are within walking distance for those wanting to visit

Selfishly, I almost don’t want to write this review because I want to keep this beautiful gem all to myself! The property is absolutely dreamy with gorgeous plants and southwestern architecture and decor It was the perfect backdrop for the relaxing getaway that I needed Everything, from the grounds, to the pools, to my room, were all very clean

The staff were the cherry on top of the sundae–warm, welcoming, beyond helpful, and catered to burnt out people like myself Rhea, at the front desk, was so kind and friendly and helped me with almost everything I neededNow, lastly, but most importantly, I had THE BEST massage from David at The Spa I’m sure they are all wonderful, but if you need to melt away your aches and pains, he is the massage therapist to schedule with He was professional, listened to my needs, and removed a knot from my upper back that I thought would never go away, as multiple other massage therapists were unable to resolve the issue I also received a facial from Lois, which was hands down the best I have ever had My skin has not looked this refreshed in so long Thank you to everyone at this resort, from the cleaning staff to the owner, for such a beautiful and restorative experience I will definitely be returning

We stayed here for two nights in February and wished we had booked a week! The Adobe Rose is a very beautiful, immaculate adobe styled bed and breakfast inn with gorgeous outdoor spaces including an in ground pool There was parking on and near the premises

The rooms were all well appointed, clean and very comfortable Tom and Bob were wonderful hosts Communication regarding the reservation, check in/out, breakfast menus and the like was excellent And as other guests have pointed out, the breakfasts were amazing!! It started with wonderful coffee (and juice if you wanted) Followed by a fruit platter, main course and then dessert This delicious meal lasted us all day The neighborhood was very quiet, quite charming as well as very conveniently located to the convention center, the university, the botanical gardens, zoo, etc We will definitely stay here the next time we visit Tucson I am very grateful we were able to stay at this wonderful Inn!

A lovely get-away location for visiting Tucson The central courtyard is a beautiful oasis with plants and birds to make one feel totally relaxed Lots of tables to sit at outdoors

Indoors, there is a wonderful common area with a fireplace And the breakfast is divine The proprietor Tom made accommodations to my vegan boyfriend to ensure he had a beautiful breakfast to enjoy Wonderful food and great central location to visit many sites in Tucson!

I LOVED my two nights at the Adobe Rose Inn I visited Tucson for a quick professional appointment and was so glad that I had done my research to find a restorative, beautiful spot in a quiet neighborhood Everything was fantastic – I reserved the king room with the deep tub and was glad I did

Terry was so welcoming and cooked up two incredible breakfasts The flowers were in bloom, the pool was a lovely respite and I can’t say enough good things about my stay

I am happy to give this establishment 5 stars Clean & comfortable hotels can still be found at an excellent value- (even in today’s market) The highlights of the suites are the large kitchenette and the extremely helpful service

The front desk personnel are kind, friendly, and accommodating (We were a family of 4 – including a special needs adult staying in the 2 queen room) The suites themselves are located in a quiet part of town relatively close to attractions I felt safe in and around the hotel I would stay again & am happy I found such family friendly lodging!

We spoke to Nichole Oram the front office manager, multiple times before our stay She was always very nice and helpful with all of our questions about Tucson and the surrounding area She recommended multiple places to dine for both breakfast and dinner

All were VERY GOOD I can’t go on enough about the diner across the road called Jerry Bob’s The staff was very friendly and the cook was spectacularOur room was very clean, and the air conditioning was nice and cold Just what you want in the hot, hot summertime We were surprised to find that we could do laundry for free while staying there We will stay at this hotel every time we pass through this part of Arizona I wish all hotels were as clean, the staff was as nice, and the location this good! Thanks again Nichole for everything

Randi rae

Great rooms, very clean and good for one person Two people might need a larger room than what they offer but for the most part very nice accomodations The staff is very helpful and friendly with the exception of one staff member who has an attitude and is not friendly or concerned with how she comes across to guests

I witnessed multiple interactions in which she was quite unfriendly I did notify the manager of my interaction with this staff member and was assured it would be addressed as it apparently is not the first time someone has brought it to their attention The staff member Ryan, I believe is her name, was my favorite and most helpful, accommodating front desk person I had the pleasure of interacting with and if I went back it would be because of the great service she provided and the effort she made to correct any issue that was brought to her attention As far as hotels pool it was small but nice, the gym was a good size and they offer free laundry which is a plus if your staying for an extended amount of time Overall I was pleased with my stay

Comfortable bed, quality materials in the room, plenty of swimming options including a swim up bar and large water slide Golf and tennis The breakfast was great! Staff was really friendly

Great views of the Catalina mountains Beautiful resortWhy is this not a 5 star review then? I’ve actually been in a 5 star hotel and there is quite a difference in quality and luxury Here are my critiques (minor gripes):The resort is very large and you’ll need to do quite a bit of walking to get to anywhere The pool area is in the middle; however, there is no direct path from the rooms to the pool This is the same with the dinning area Go from your room, to an elevator to the lobby, down two flights of stairs Need to leave to go anywhere in your car? Again, you’ll have to hike quite a ways to the parking lot from your room There was a tub in our room, but it was a single person tub Not exactly romantic if your plan is a romantic getaway

Krista Daggett

They are in the process of updating the rooms, the bed was a little too firm, the fridge in the room is way too small I hope they upgrade them! What a beautiful location! However be prepared for lots of walking, the resort is very spaced out and you can’t park anywhere near your room! The bellhop have lots of golf carts to shuttle everyone aroundWe were able to utilize the spa and enjoyed a couples massage, it was awesome! Nice facility

The pools are awesome, even had a guy playing music! Loved the waterfall, my husband loved the slideWe ate at both restaurants, good food Contigo was awesome! Highly recommended It was a great stay!

Justin Montgomery

The rooms were nice but honestly the beds weren’t queens and they were very uncomfortable Besides that it was great Service was on point

Everyone I encountered that worked there was great It is a bit pricey We stayed on the 4th of July so I don’t honestly know if we paid more or less than normal but my girl and her daughters had a blast The pols and slide are fun I’d definitely go back
