Hotel was clean and descent for what we paid Front desk employees seemed nice but were short-mannered and bland at the same time GREAT location: convenient to everything such as restaurants/movie theater and in a good neighborhood

Breakfast was good: I’ve ate worse and ate better The shower had great water pressure and the room was exceptional My husband and I will stay here everytime we are in Tulsa!

Hotel:Nice and clean Staff was friendly T

V, mini fridge, microwave, and desk in the room Mini shampoo and conditioner, soap and face soap in the bathroom Indoor pool was fun, hot tub was out of order Continental breakfast from 6-9 Little nook by the front desk had snacks and toiletries you could buy Good hotelLocation: not close to anything, really Gotta drive to find a restaurant but pizza delivery is an option Felt like a safe area Fairly easy in and out for the parking lot

Lee Orrison

This was an okay stay Nothing stood out that would make it 4 or 5 stars Everything just felt average

From the rooms to breakfast to the pool I would recommend that you you stay in the rooms away from the highway side of the hotel as it’s loud and bright It is a great location for many of the west side attractions Everything is 15 or less minutes away

Angie Hanson

I only book hotels with a pool and hot tub for my back injury, flying is the worst for me, just hours of pain When we arrived the hot tub was blocked off with all the pool chairs, leaving an eye sore and no seating with caution tape and stagnant water They told me it’s been that way the entire pandemic

DisgustingThere is nothing about any closures on their site or in my confirmation email so I would consider that false advertising I asked for a discount for my trouble They offered a night off (their idea) but then decided they weren’t allowed I heard they had jacuzzi rooms and asked for one, they never followed up I was trying to visit my family, not deal with hotel issuesTo top it off, once I got home I realized I was overcharged $50 as compared to my reservation Shame on you, Wingate Corporate will be hearing from me

From the get go was the service we had I was sold Treated us like royalty Helping with suitcases to getting us our corner room like asked

Definitely a recommendation to others The room was 1 King bed Suite and Definitely a beautiful room just walking into it Rooftop bar/hangout area was beautiful and can see lot of city life from top views of the Mayo Definitely will be visiting again in future when in area

Kelly Bynum

I didn’t actually get a room for the night But the gentleman at the front desk let us check out the hotel We went to a few different floors to check out the views

They have pictures down every hallway telling the story of this historical building, the famous people that stayed there, the beautiful events, and even the men who built The Mayo Hotel It is all documented, framed, & lines the walls of the hotel They even have a museum, unfortunately it was closed at the time With all that being said I would definitely recommend it to family and friends & friends

Adventures of Snow

Attended a wedding here and some of the party checked out rooms for the weekend It was absolutely beautiful but there were a couple issues with the rooms themselves as they were not updated for things such as USB phone charging That would have been just fine if not for the outlets not working either which left one of the guests without a phone

The only other issue was there was another wedding happening at the same time and while we could not hear them when we were in our area with the door closed, they apparently could hear us and came to ask us to keep it quiet This was a bit of an annoyance as they had reserved the large hall with the beautiful stairway, and we were in one of the smaller rooms across the mezzanine I don’t know if this was a soundproofing issue or an other wedding party issueThe great thing about the weekend was the staff was amazing! The ladies who cleaned the wedding venue were on top of it the whole time and even helped to quickly clean it once the wedding was finished so we were able to get everything broken down and cleaned up for removal not even an hour after everyone left Since I was driving home and so tired from the day, this was so wonderful and those of us in the wedding party are still grateful to those two women The rooms were also well taken care of and the cleaning staff we met as we were setting up were friendly, efficient, and made the whole experience so much better

Our check in process was great! Unfortunately our flights were late and by the time we came to check in to the hotel, we were exhausted and tired But Travis, the front desk, made the process extremely smooth and enjoyable! He was kind, diligent, and very patient We are very happy with our stay because of Travis

He made us feel as if we are at home with plenty of help! Thanks for the great staff Renaissance!!We will make sure to stay here the next time we stop in Tulsa and hope Travis will still be here!!

I stay at this property every year for a convention The people are just very nice The rooms are great

Crystal in the Sales Department assisted me with my package, she was very helpful! Let me mention, Once you enter your room the AC is on and colda little too cold for me but it was just great to walk into a cooled room The concierge that worked in the morning of July 20th was extra special and we had a very engaging conversation You cannot go wrong staying at this property

Elizabeth Wise

The moment I walked in I could hear the running water from the beautiful water features complete with koi fish in the lobby It was very relaxing to see and hear after a long dayThe front desk got us checked in quickly and was able to fulfill our request for a balcony

The breakfast buffet in the restaurant was one of the best I have had at any Marriott property They had more unique selections such as biscuits and gravyThe ONLY reason I would give 4 stars rather than 5 is the hotel does need some TLC, some upgrades For example the carpet in the hallways and rooms looks like it needed to go years agoOverall a nice stay, and would stay there again

Make sure to use ʜoᴛᴇʟʙᴏʟʟʏᴄᴏm when booking a resort This web site will compare countless booking websites and typically will have rates a lot cheaper compared to others! Thank me later on! This place is one of my favorites in this area

I’ve been coming here for a very long time If you choose this place you definitely won’t regret itI’m sure other rooms are probably nicer, but I am traveling with my dogs and the room is spacious with all amenities we need This room has dings and scratches on the walls probably because it is a designated pet room, but its clean and my girls love the king bed The staff here is extremely friendly and helpful I would definitely stay again

I have been coming here for a very long time If you stay for a few days you for sure won’t regret itOver the past 5 years, I have stayed in this property +50 times for business travel It is a full service hotel, great location with an easy walk to the Brady Arts District, Blue Dome area and BOK Center The rooms are always clean, front desk staff consistently excellent Nice gym, decent pool and while it’s a little long in the tooth in some areas of fit and finish, it’s a solid property with good bones and great rates However, the star of the show is the main man behind the bar at Daily Grill, Chris A welcomed fixture, , that never fails to greet people with a smile, a good story and amazing service; regulars or first timers A credit to the dying profession of the professional bartender Cheers!

Kevin Ao

The Hyatt Regency is a great hotel The location is perfect for exploring the Arts District and it is also within walking distance to many restaurants and shops The hotel smells very pleasant and is very clean

The staff is friendly and helpful The indoor pool is a great amenity and the roof top pool is an added bonus The cafe inside the hotel is a great place to grab a quick bite Overall, this is a great hotel and I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a place to stay in the area

Danielle Randazzo

I LOVE this hotel We stayed in the executive suite The room was immaculately clean, beautifully decorated and furnished, the bed was unbelievably comfy

The staff excellent I really can’t say enough about it The view from our room was beautiful There is a garden with trees, shrubs, and flowers that has a river with a bridge and waterfall built into it and sculptures scattered around it You can also see the beautiful landscape of Tulsa and at night the city lights are spectacular and the building in front puts on a lightshow The daily grill is delicious and convenient we had dinner and breakfast delivered to our room They had a Cobb omelet on the menu and it was amazing My only regret is we only stayed one night I had no idea how awesome Tulsa is, we were just passing through Now we know we want to come back and stay for awhile!

We stayed for three nights at the end of May and were pretty happy with our accommodations The room was clean and nice and we loved the balcony and the walking path The pool was nice as well

The ice machine had trouble keeping up because the one on the floor below wasn’t working and everyone on that floor was using ours But all in all it was a nice hotel that we look forward to staying in again

Tabitha Joplin

My son and I really enjoyed our calm stay here Our room was very clean and the lobby was nice as well The Lobby area is currently under renovation

The staff is friendly, and there is a Starbucks in the Lobby The breakfast buffet is very good, and is currently $1499 per person The pool is lovely when the sun is out, with nice big windows and pretty landscaping outside The place does have an 80’s vibe about it in parts, but still a beautiful building

Maria Tipton

Do not stay here until construction is complete! Improper signage directing you to elevator The service elevator (only 1) is functional to take you to the makeshift lobby so be prepared to wait There is no true lobby or business center

No room service I took the regular elevator to the lobby and was greeted by several construction workers and an active construction site They should consider closing or at least not charging a full rate when they are not providing a full hotel experience I would call and ask if construction is complete before booking! Very disappointing experience and with other things happening we asked for a refund and leftI was staying with my 2 kids and it was a huge hassle just to get my luggage to the room due to the elevator situation

Had to move rooms upon arriving as the heat and air wouldn’t come on in my room & there was no maintenance personnel available Room was clean and comfortable, but quite dated 4th floor reeked of marijuana, though that’s not the hotel’s fault

It was very quiet, which was nice Staff was very friendly and helpful Side door entrance was not working Only tried the eggs, biscuits, and gravy for breakfast, and they were truly awful The lady doing the preparations was running behind, so maybe it was just an off day

Alexis Connor

This past weekend we stayed here for two nights for a soccer tournament My ten year old plays on a competitive team and so these kids (and parents) are no strangers to hotel stays – usually staying at least one night every weekend at a hotel Most of us are also Marriott members with Gold Elite + status and so we stay exclusively at Marriott properties

I can tell you that we will NOT be coming back to this oneFirst, let’s talk about the rooms: Ours definitely needed a cleaning Dried red on the carpet resembling blood was in several places in the room The refrigerator leaked & the entire carpet in front of it was wet – our entire stayNext let’s talk about facilities: both the gym and the hot tub were closed the duration of our stay This should be clearly stated on the website – with an anticipated open date, unless you’re willing to answer that question over the phone…and judging by their customer service they wouldn’t haveSo front desk: oh boy!! Our first night we always bring in dinner to eat in the lobby and this has NEVER been so problem at any hotel We drove two hours and arrived at the hotel around 8:15p to sit with the team and eat The front desk clerk Kenya walked over at 830 and told us that she was closing the lobby and proceeded to shut the lights – with about fifteen of us sitting there! The heat was unbearable in all public areas & I wonder if Kenya was turning it up to keep us out of there! On day two I called in the morning and explained the situation about dinner, asking about the time the lobby closed I was told it closes at ten (like the pool) and there would be no problems tonight That was a LIE! Good old Kenya was there shutting off lights again at 830!! After we were point blank told we were welcome down there until 10p One of the guys in our group asked her to please turn the lights back on She did, but it wasn’t without some massive attitude and a door slam – grow up & do you job or stay out of a field that involves customer service!!The icing on the cake was this morning Someone had gone through our vehicle pulling everything out of the glove box and trashing it on the floorWe book so many hotel rooms & we typically have other teams from the club stay with us – so we’re talking about 16+ rooms We are responsible adults and make sure our kids take care of themselves and don’t make a messThis hotel will never get our business again Management needs to make some major changes instead of posting passive aggressive signs with smiley faces And we know other teams we’re staying here too this weekend and maybe they weren’t doing their best, but they also deserved a conversation instead of that ridiculous sign!

Stacy F

This hotel is in a medical area about a mile from many food choices, including a Sprouts The room was incredibly clean Kenya checked us in and checked us out the next day

She was awesome and we appreciated how comfortable our stay was at this Fairfield Inn Getting in and out of the hotel parking lot and onto the road is super easy On the note of roads, be aware there are toll roads in Tulsa The toll roads don’t have an excess of signage so ask the locals about them so you know If you get discombobulated around town and make a toll mistake, call the Oklahoma toll office and they’ll help you not have a toll violation

Our room was impeccable, the staff (SPECIFICALLY Melissa & Mary) So Friendly, they treated our service dogs great & gave them treats!! I’ve heard really good things about the owner and his management skills All in all an amazing experience! We’re both veterans, he served 95 years and medically retired after he was blown up on deployment

They have Veteran parking right upfront!! A positive environment has most definitely made this a positive experience with our lives on the road it’s always nice to feel like family 🥰 we will be spending a lot of time here because he’s in the Wireless industry as a cell tower climber 10/10 will be returning to this hotel!!!! I never leave reviews but this is one for the books #aGoodKaren

The front desk clerk, Melissa, was super friendly and our room was comfortable We stayed for 7 nights; one of those nights we were only left with fresh towels (the room was not cleaned)Typically, our team meal preps so we had all kinds of food in our room, some of it visible

One particular day, we noticed some of our food was missing In addition, my Diamond necklace which was still in my jewelry case and tucked into a drawer, was also missing! It appears that someone on staff went to great length to find it We reported this to the front desk and the clerk was apologetic and even drew a picture of the necklace She said they would investigateWhen I didn’t hear back from management, I called the next week and was told that either Barbara, their Sales Manager, or her boss would be in touch It has now been almost a month and I still haven’t received even a courtesy call …Very disappointed!!

Mike Ramsey

This is a great location the Hotel is nice we had a King Suite which was perfect traveling with the 6 & 7 yr old granddaughters The king bed is separated from the sitting area and has doors that connect to the bathroom and sitting area and the sitting area has a pull out bed- 2 large TV in each room – The location is perfect it’s close to Tulsa without the downtown traffic – within a few minutes from the hotel you have walmart, target and many places to eat – The hotel has a free breakfast The staff works hard to accommodate

I would give a 5 star review its a great place but we stayed Memorial Day weekend and a big reason was because of indoor pool and on Memorial Day the pool was closed for Maintenance I would think that the leadership in the Hotel would make sure the pool was a top priority and selling point during the summer season

Fabulous hotel Didn’t stay here Just on the Routee 66 Passport tour

However, John-Michael was fabulous! He welcomed us in, provided excellent historical information and even arranged a tour of the Route 66 room With this kind of exceptional service to a non-paying guest, I plan to return and stay here the next time I am visiting the area! Just outstanding and exceptional service! They do have a fabulous bar and from what I understand, in need of a fabulous bartender! Wow! I think this would be a great place to work! Otherwise, I encourage you to stay here on your next trip Or, if you are localbook events here!

I’ve stayed here before and the experience was great Just arrived for an overnight stay with my hubs & it’s a total disappointment We were set to stay in the Oklahoma Legends Room, we picked it! The door wouldn’t lock nor did the heat work

They offered to move us to another room but the options were very limited, not due to availability, but “guest services” There are no baked goodies waiting your arrival any longer, no spa, no working fireplaces, Jane’s (the restaurant) has moved, and the bar has no snacks Very sad! Won’t be coming back unless something happens to change my mind

Dynel Wood

This would be better advertised as a haunted house The floors were squeaky, it was very loud when others walked down the hall, the lights were very dim, there were weird doors midway up the wall, and the wind howls through the doors It would be fine to visit but I had to bail on my second night because it was just too creepy for me

I spoke to someone on the elevator who thought the same!

We hosted my daughters 4th birthday party here and it was great! We had our own private room (Venice room) with plenty of tables and seating for everyone The staff is very friendly and Britney specifically was a huge help! And they have a neat sandwich board in the front lobby that had all of the details about our party And of course the pool was fun! Salt water pool! 10 out of 10!

Kevin at the night desk tonight was great Super friendly and very eager to help with my request Employees like kevin are setting a new bar when it comes to the hospitality industry

Thanks again Hilton for hiring great personal like this I will diffidently be coming back to your hotels just because of how great your staff is you just don’t get customer service like this anymore

Gail M

Was the closest hotel to the car repair shop so we stayed despite the mixed reviews, but on arrival were pleasantly surprised that the negative reviews were wrong The front desk staff were friendly Lovely rooms, very clean, comfy bed, nice breakfast, open pool & fitness room

The breakfast is full of options: eggs, potatoes, waffles, cereal, bagels, fruits, yogurt, juices, etc All in all it’s exactly what a Hampton Inn is supposed to be I only gave it four stars because the walls really are too thin

Honestly, we had an amazing stay Largely due to the lady at the front desk She instantly made us feel welcome and comfortable, was happy to help with anything we needed, and remembered our faces anytime we left and came back

I wish I knew her name, but she was working the afternoon/evening shift on 02/11/22 She went beyond what I have come to expect from the hospitality industry and it felt natural (not forced)Aside from that, the room was spotless I could not find a single thing to complain about – and I am particular about that kind of thing (even before Covid-19) The pool was warm and not super busy, and breakfast offered quite a selection compared to other hotels: microwavable breakfast sandwiches, cereal, muffins, packaged cups of juice, coffee, fruit, etcThe only nitpicks I have are: the shower faucet had a persistent drip and there was not any lotion (sucks because water at hotels makes me feel all tight and dry), but honestly not too big of a dealAll in all (TL;DR), the cost is well worth the quality we received and we will definitely be returning if the need arises

Customer service was wonderful during my work trip here I will definitely be back again They had a computer station on site to print at, which was really helpful for me

The room was also very spacious The only thing I wished they had, which is purely subjective, is brighter, daylight bulb lighting in the rooms The yellow lighting is very calming, but not helpful when trying to work However, this is purely on individual in preference

Stayed at the Courtyard Marriott for the PGA Prepaid stay given the hotel demand this week Staff was super friendly

I got a ‘gift bag’ and extra points for Titanium status on arrival The hotel offered complimentary breakfast and coffee in the morning, a small gym, and indoor pool I walked to several restaurants for meals out Was here for two nights Opted out of housekeeping Nice stay 👍🏻

Had a good time, wasn’t too busy for us, only downfall is they only allowed one of the fishbowl margaritas at a time 🙄One of the nicest casinos I’ve been too Staff was friendly and attentive

For the casino being not very packed the parking lot was full (no show concert/live show) so have your walking shoes on (It’s not terrible but I know my parents wouldn’t be willing to walk the distance I had to park)

First experience here! Loved it

Was going to spend the night, but they were sold out! I am definitely going to book in advance next time! The pool looked clean and refreshing, the lobbies and slot machines were new, well kept and clean I would recommend this to anyone looking to have a fun night out with family/friends, a loved one or even by yourself

Nice facility Went for a concert and decided to have dinner Route 66 cafe was pretty good and prices weren’t outrageous

Concert venue is very nice but only one entrance so getting out after took a while My biggest issue was confusing signage Had to stop employees twice to find the restaurants Plenty of parking and it was free which was very nice Not a casino person but I wouldn’t hesitate to go to another concert here Just need some “You are here” maps to get around

I stayed at this Hotel about a month ago and promised the nice young lady I would give here a good review for the great hospitality she extended to me She even went above and beyond to see if the hotel’s other location was closer to where I wanted to be I don’t want to put her name out there but let me call her (Miss E)

In all the rest of the staff was really great and very healthful The hotel was very clean and a pleasant change because I couldn’t find any other hotel up to my standards I recommend this hotel and I will stay here without hesitation many more times

Wonderful stay with a check seamless check in I am part of the Hilton Honors program so I have stayed at some really nice Hilton hotelsThe room was comfortable for what you would expect from a 3 star hotel

The Continental breakfast was good with a decent variety of options All in all for the price I paid I was not let downThe only drawback was the treadmill didn’t work and the weight room was lacking in equipment Other than that, good hotel

PurpleAlien LipsDivine333

This is my go to for my self Care, detox, relaxation, and Journaling reflections I been here multiple times and never looked anywhere else I love the rooms they’re always clean and cool

The food served in the morning is okay, but the women there who serves breakfast will light up your day, and thats why I enjoy the stay Highly recommend

What an awesome place to stay Check-in wasn’t until 3 pm

, so my wife and I hit a couple of local pubs to have a drink, when check-in time arrived we were able to go right on up and check in was super easy The room was fabulous and clean, even had a couple of robes, a first for me King bed was fluffy and soft but not weak, slept awesome! Went for some drinks on the Roof Bar; it was a lot of fun, and music was good Views Yes indeed! Afterward we went to the Prospect restaurant located inside the hotel, really simple nice fare, the best meatloaf I’ve ever had! Wife’s fried chicken was delicious as well After dinner retired to her room for the night and enjoyed a really quiet, relaxing time In the morning had another awesome meal at the Prospect, breakfast was really good, and service was excellent Recommended, I would definitely stay again

Stylish bit pricey, you are clearly paying for the location which is great The rooms are nice, clean, and well decorated The beds are comfy but the pillows were terrible

We had a standard King room The staff overall were friendly and it was not a bad stay The downsides were as follows, seems like your paying for a lot of fluff The toiletries provided were all mismatched and old, the sugar/creamer packets provided again old The provided iron did not work and neither did the blow dryer Our friends room had a very loud AC unit You have to pay $16 per day to park in the hotels parking lot, and at no fault of the hotels the construction surrounding the area makes it difficult to get around by vehicle The worst part was that they charged us for 3 nights, we only booked for 2 Thankfully I check my credit card statement because I never received a receipt They front desk tried to tell me we were there, but change his tune when I told him I had my original reservation confirmation which clearly showed the check out date He did refund me for the error Again, not bad but a little pricey for what you get

Livia Al-Rihani

The beds, omg the beds So comfy Room was very cute and clean

We had a nice view too Rooftop bar was lovely Restaurant had delicious breakfast as well Check in/out was easy and staff was friendlyThe noise, internal and external, was pretty bad I understand there isn’t much to be done about the noise from across the street, but you could hear every word spoken from guests in neighboring rooms and hallways

Absolutely the worst stay MUST READ

Pool was cold but claims to be heated No towels in pool or gym area Stayed for 5 days, 4 nights and not a single sheet change or bed make We had to beg front desk for room towels and were supplied fresh towels only once the entire time Shower was hit or miss on the hot Had to take cold showers 3 of 5 days Ran out of toilet paper on day 3 and had to find our own Coffee and tea/cups were not refilled the entire time No room service at all No trash pickup, we took the trash out on our own Alerted the front desk multiple times that there was no service to our room Room allows for 4 adults but you only get 2 breakfasts each day and the other 2 have to pay $18 each I have never left a bad review on a hotel because hospitality is a hard job I am a very understanding person, especially with short staffing and covid but this was beyond unacceptable Only positive was the rooms are pretty and updated

Remember to use ʜoᴛᴇʟʙᴏʟʟʏᴄᴏm when booking a resort This site will compare countless hotel sites and usually will have rooms a lot cheaper than others! Thank me later! This resort is one of my favorites in this area

I have been coming here for a long time If you choose this place you definitely won’t regret itWe stopped at the hotel on our road trip, the staff at the front desk was very welcoming and from there on every staff member that we came across was super nice The rates are very competitive and a great place to stay Special mention goes to Chef Glen at Tall Grass, he is by far the best Omelet maker that I have come across in my travels

Tammy Brown

We stayed at this hotel while my dad was having surgery here in Tulsa It was close to the hospital That’s where the good ends

We needed to stay longer and they had us check out and rebook the room, no problem, only they charged us almost 40 dollars more The room was not clean We told the front desk there was a strong dried pee smell coming from the rug between the beds, they did nothing The bathtub drain was very slow, you stood in ankle high water while taking a shower There were only 2 working elevators we waited 15 minutes for an elevator that had room The morning we checked out there were no luggage carts and no one offered to find one Front desk not very helpfulGood luck if you stay here
