As a frequent traveler and a member, will definitely not stay at this location on my next tripFront Desk staff was very nice and helpful at check-in in but, we get to the room and the bathroom was not well cleanedThere was no tissue papers in the room nor the bathroom

Toilet paper was almost finished and we still have not received any as I write this review even though I have asked for oneI tried calling the Front desk and no one is picking upThere is no sign for do not disturb in our roomWe specifically asked for microwave when booking and was told they would provide it, we got to the room and there was no microwave so I had ask and was told they have it only in the suite so I insisted the check the recorded call before I was provided with oneFor someone who doesn’t know much about staying in a hotel and the standard amenities that comes with it, this hotel will be paradise for them but definitely not for me and my family

Kelbi Harman

Room was dirty, pretty sure bathroom hadn’t been cleaned from previous guest Soap was missing from the box on the counter Needs updating on things that are broken or damaged

Some lights wouldn’t work, or the phone or alarm clock Food/stains on walls, carpet and around lights by bed Hot tub was completely yellow and pool was not clear and had stuff floating in it Front desk staff was nice and helpful Location was good But I wouldn’t recommend this hotel to anyone We used a recommendation from a local store to stay here and I’ve notified them of the conditions of the hotel and that maybe they should pull their recommendation from the website We didn’t even attempt to try breakfast The ratings on this are very misleading It wasn’t a good stay at all

Beth Gelhar

You’re mostly paying for the location of this hotel in my opinion The place is a bit run-down Our room was clean, but had some noticeable issues

They didn’t provide enough towels and getting extras was difficult (we had to resort to grabbing pool towels at one point) Our mini fridge had what I can only describe as a god-awful smell- to the point that it was unusable The mechanism for the window shade was broken, so we mostly just kept the shade down because getting it to move was very difficultThe staff was very friendly and hard-working, so we appreciated that And breakfast was on-par with other Holiday Inn Express locations That said, I probably wouldn’t choose to stay here again simply because it was not a good value for the money

We wouldn’t rate it more than 35 It was okay

On the good side: it was clean and had soaps; bar was opened until midnight and cocktails were good On the bad side: no food or snacks in the hotel at all No breakfast or coffee We were told their kitchen was not opened Sunday/Monday Do they really need their kitchen to stock up shelves with some snacks and make a coffee? They list breakfast on their website and we were charged full price My husband asked if we were going to have some discount since we didn’t have breakfast, he was told no The room was reserved for two, we had only one k cup in the room Although, they did give him a couple more when he went to the lobby to ask for it We will not stay there again This hotel stay is worth $89, not $119 that we were charged But we know it is not typical of Cambria We stayed at another Cambria in Greenville SC and it was much much better Cambria in Columbus OH is the one we didn’t like

Robert Ketler

I am completely floored at the poor condition of the hotel we’re staying in Cambria Hotel in Columbus/Polaris is a joke We are paying almost $350 for 1 night

I would expect near perfection for that priceWebsite claims to have a restaurant/room service Was told when we checked in that they haven’t had a restaurant in nearly 2 years The hot tub is broken They have construction going on None of the ice machines work on any floor except the first Elevators were dirty Tables pushed up against the wall Almost looked abandonedOur room curtains are ripped Lamp shades are broken Jacuzzi tub bubbles didn’t work Furniture scratched up Looks like it came out of a 50 year old motel 6 Missing knob on dimmer switch Cobwebs on the ceilingFor $350 a night I would expect more Would have also been nice if someone would have contacted us with the problems before booking it

kelsey ziomkowski (Kels)

The two rooms I stayed in were nice, but they both need some updating, especially the bathrooms Why all hotels think water isn’t going to leak all over the bathroom floor from the shower I have no clue- but there is no shutting the shower doors in those hotel room Pillows were too small, and mattress was a bit too firm for me

I had to be switched to another room because the battery stopped working on my thermostat and it was hot, but in the other room, the fan sounded like it was a plane engine ready to explodeThe front desk agents were not the friendliest and the overall experience was just not the most pleasant

So

Mixed review here The staff has been fantastic; helpful, competent and attentive The public spaces are welcoming and attractive but the furniture isn’t the most comfortable The room is a nice space and the bathroom is super nice The room, however, is entirely covered in laminate flooring Not a fan Regardless of the heat setting the floor stayed cold, it’s slippery when wet and feels pretty industrial While this otherwise is a really nice property, I don’t think I’d stay here again specifically for the flooring

Kimberly Marsh

Good staff Good common spaces Small Indoor pool for exercise

Nice fitness room with rower etc and accommodations are good Little quirky things Nautical theme is kind of weird since its landlocked area with retention pond as only water feature But weirdest thing was the door sensor to roomStopped working Got new room but staff had to break into other room to get our things We waited at least an hour so good thing we did that funeral like we had yesterday, or wedding etc Got a call late at night asking about our $120 bar bill for Raymond No Raymond here and certainly 2 drinks didn’t cost $120 Otherwise the rate is good Lots of outdoor places to sit near the pond and some games too

Rob Keisling

Fantastic location, each & every stay Very clean & well-maintained property in a very nice location Staff are very professional & courteous

Strong attention to detail in a modern facility make for an enjoyable stay Daily housekeeping is a welcome return from the covid hiatus Restaurant is well above-average for hotel in both food and service Sam was great at breakfast Bartenders are very friendly and engaging You will be glad you stay here

Absolutely love this place! I’ve got to meet so many people from diverse backgrounds, the environment feels like homeThe ceilings are pretty low in some areas While going to my dorm in the attic, I hit my head so hard my back is still in pain hours later!I suggested to the manager that they put something in to soften the blow

I was told they used to have pads years ago, but they would limit space and possibly be against codeI responded with, it would reduce suffering, so why not give it a try? I was then told that it would only be a little less badI wouldn’t mind being in a little less pain right nowI felt like my questions were causing some resentment and defensiveness, so I decided to stop challenging his reasoning and post my concerns hereI’ll be honest, with all due respect, I didn’t quite like having my concerns being dismissed It’s less about the pain and more about the way my concern was handled (and the fact he never asked if I was ok), but this doesn’t excuse the fact that there are multiple holes in the ceiling from people having hit their heads, I believe anything to reduce suffering is worth it in this contextI really appreciate the manager, he’s very polite and hard working At times he’s helped me when I was very much in need I very much respect him, I just felt like on this one odd day, that I couldn’t get through to him I hope this came across in a reverent mannerThank you

I booked a Single Room for 3 nights Room, Bed, Bathroom was clean and cozy Check in and check out were not complicated at all and I had good conversations with the owner

the kitchen gadgets and fridge could have been a little bit cleaner but it did not bother me all to muchI definately recommend that place and will come back again

Eric Rauert

Wonderful little hostel is you’re visiting the city We needed just a bed for a Sunday night concert but it turned into so much more meeting people and experiencing the city People staying at the hostel are friendly and looking to make friends, so make sure you chat with people! We had a private room for our use which was clean, roomy, and super affordable

We weren’t there long enough to use the public spaces much but the 2 kitchens, game room, living rooms, and public bathrooms were all well maintained and a pleasure to use Next time I’m in Columbus, I won’t hesitate to stay here again

Staff was friendly and rooms were clean Due to covid rooms aren’t cleaned until you leave I asked the front desk if our trash could be removed

It never was The #s on the phone to housekeeping and the front desk are disconnected so you have to walk down for requests The room originally only came with 2 towels which is very little for a 2 bedroom suite The hot breakfast was good Pool was clean

Molly Trueblood

We visited this Holiday Inn Express for a family funeral I came in town from Michigan There was trash in the hallway when we checked in at 5pm on Friday; there was still trash in the hallway at 10pm that night, so I told the front desk and it was eventually removed

There was another large group there, and I wished there had been more staff there to keep the place cleanThe main issue that I wanted to raise to management’s attention is the accessibility of our room This was apparently the accessible room, but I struggled to understand how it would be usable for someone in a wheelchair The bed was very high and wouldn’t have been accessible from a chair The bathroom had a bath chair, but the faucet and temp controls weren’t accessible from the chair This room needs to be redesigned

Brandy Sabourin

Needed an overnight stay on a road trip and was very happy with this hotel We have kids and often need to use the pullout couches and the one in our room was newer and in great condition which is a HUGE plus Free breakfast was nice and typical Holiday Inn food

Plenty of seating available Would absolutely stay here again and would recommend

The staff were nice The fridge barely made ice I turned on the ice maker in the freezer on Friday

For the total weekend, there were a total of 20 ice cubes, maybe Glad the freezer was cold enough to freeze my bottle water The toilet in our room was very low The bed was extra soft I’m used to a more firmer bed To top this weekend off, our car (along with 4 other guests) was broken into The thieves busted several car windows & stole the cash they found It wasn’t a lot of cash in the car It cost us more to pay for the window replacement Then we found out a similar incident happened a couple months ago at this location Our vandalism occurred between the hours of 12 midnight and 2:30am Monday, July 25th, 2022 During our stay there was a police car (what we thought was a police car was actually security) in the parking lot during the day At night this security person would make rounds at each hotel in the area In the end, 4 cars at this hotel were vandalized and 7 cars at the next hotel Needless to say, we don’t plan to stay at this location again We did file a police report and the front desk person was helpful in supplying guests with bags to put over their broken car window and a broom to sweep out the broken glass In the end, I wanted to share this with others to make them aware of the possibility of car vandalism in this area

This hotel was easily accessible from the expressway and close to everything we needed Our room was fairly clean apart from a few spots on the carpet here and there The garbage cans had no liners in them and housekeeping only cleans on request

We were told to leave garbage outside of our door during the day and someone would pick it up The room is decent sized and has a separate living area from the bedroom which I loved Pool and workout room were nice and breakfast was tasty and hot, just a little crowded My only real complaint would be check in I checked in late like 1030 11 pm Guests were crowding the check in desks just hanging out and talking I stood around for 15 or so minutes before an employee acknowledged me for check in Also, elevators There are 2 sets of 2 elevators but every day we were there only 1 of the 2 elevators was working on both sets

Patti Morgan

We were lucky to get a room on short notice on a Saturday afternoon The room was large and clean, and the fold out couch was perfect for the kidsThe trash cans in the room did not have liners, and the tub was slow at draining

There was plenty of soap available, and the hair products were much appreciatedThe breakfast spread was amazing Lots of cereal, fruit, and fresh cooked foodAll elevators were functioning, halls were clean, everything well in order in the lobby and lounge

Tom Flanigan

I stay at a lot of Hilton hotels Our stay was good but not great I’ve noticed Embassy Suites hotels are ran similarly

Overall, the stay was decent The room was a good size room for my family and the hotel was nice enough for our quick trip over memorial day weekend But we were missing a few things in the room we had to call and let the front desk know Missing tv remote and they had a fake phone in the bedroom The pool wasn’t heated and the staff weren’t that friendly Front desk personnel were nice At breakfast, the staff begins breaking down breakfast before 10am and actually shut the doors on people still getting food and coffee The bar staff at dinner weren’t outgoing and friendly but did their jobs Food was good but would like to be able to get coffee after 10am

We stayed here for a weekend while we visited the zoo The hotel was a nice, easy drive to the zoo There were plenty of nearby restaurants

The front desk staff were helpful and nice I liked the layout of our room (felt bigger than some apartments I’ve been in) The bed was comfortable We didn’t get a chance to check out either of the two pools or workout areas, but they looked very nice The workout rooms were the best I’ve seen in a hotel The breakfast that was included with our stay was very good It was one of the best hotel breakfasts I’ve had The service there was great too There was a wedding going on each night we were there, so we had to park a little further away than we would have liked to, but it wasn’t a big deal One thing to consider when booking this hotel is know that it is a large complex We had to walk a good distance to the hotel and to our hotel room from the elevator This wasn’t an issue for us, but if you struggle walking long distances, it’s something you should consider

Zach Evick

I don’t normally write reviews, but this hotel exceeded our expectations for a weekend stay The room was spacious and great for our family of four Breakfast was the best hotel free breakfast with large variety

Our kids really enjoyed the indoor pool Several hours after we checked out, we realized my daughter left her stuffed animal in the hotel room After calling and talking with them, they didn’t find it in the room, but would keep a lookout in the laundry since we thought it was left on the bed Before we left town we went back to the hotel to check and every worker knew about the missing stuffed animal and went above and beyond to try and find it They went through all the laundry bins and eventually found it after it went through the washer I’m forever grateful for these workers helping find my daughters stuffy Nationwide should be proud for such a great staff We will always stay at Nationwide when visiting Columbus and tell everyone we know to stay there too Thank you guys so much!

Jackie Ulmer

Nationwide Hotel and Conference Center went above and beyond our expectations It is truly a hidden gem in Columbus, Ohio What drew us to the venue, and specifically the Edgewater room, was how relaxed, yet elegant the space was

The room is surrounded with windows and an abundance of natural light We looked at many venues in Columbus, but the cost, quality of food/drink, and quality of the venue space/hotel, is incomparable to the other venues The customer service provided by all of the staff members was incredible The staff and event team is highly organized and they did a fabulous job communicating with us and bringing our reception vision to life They were extremely accommodating and did everything in their power to make even the smallest details a priority I cannot recommend Nationwide Hotel and Conference Center enough!

The hotel itself is nice, clean and in a nice, convenient area However, our stay was extremely disappointing My daughter and I picked this hotel (and paid a couple hundred dollars more for it) because it advertised the pool as being open, and we wanted a nice room with a Jacuzzi tub

But we got there and the pool was actually closed all 3 days and the in room jacuzzi tub had only one working nozzle, so unless you sat in front of it, it was like sitting in a deep bathtub We even had to wait 45 minutes from our scheduled check in time for our room to actually be open Was supposed to get a digital key and not have to have contact with the front desk at all but this didn’t happen either Concerns were ignored, not addressed Overall extremely disappointed, especially for amount paid If you’re not looking for any particular amenities it is a nice place Just don’t expect too much

David Hughes

Very well managed property clean comfortable rooms helpful staff Refrigerator microwave and Craig in room excellent floor space Nice Courtyard patio area to sit and socialize and socialize right off the bar area no

Well stocked convenience store on site as well as continental and continental and menu breakfast breakfast Quaker steak and lube right across the street easy walkAmple size parking lot much to do local in the areaThe only downside to this day was that the pool and the hot tub were currently out of order also also the ice maker on the 4th floor which I’m sure they will have these things repaired very soon I believe they also have an airport shuttle available check with front desk for The Times As always like and follow for more Thank you save travels😀

Graeme Swallow

The room was comfortable, breakfast was very good So why 3 stars? For starters, the pool was very small for a hotel of this size But that didn’t matter too much anyway because the water was FREEZING

Even my kids, who I suspect are actually part fish, didn’t stay in the water for more than 10 minutes Also, after reading other reviews, I realized some of the issues reported by other people are still present months later Ice makers have been broken for MONTHS The hot tub has been broken for MONTHS For the price everyone is paying, I would expect management to be on top of maintenance If the amenities aren’t important to you, your stay will be fine Otherwise, I suggest looking elsewhere

We arrived after 11pm and the front desk associate was helpful and friendly The parking lot was full, and he was able to recommend a place to park The hotel could definitely use more parking space

The room was also very clean We did not have a shower curtain, but we tried our best to keep water off the floor and wiped up any excess water with extra towels The beds were really comfortable, and we loved the breakfast You can’t go wrong with waffles! The breakfast attendant was extremely friendly, too I highly recommend this hotel

E.J.F

I was just in this Friday for an overnight stay and was looking for a reasonable price as the Polaris area is very expensiveBrenda the front desk gal was super nice and went out of her way to give me a good deal with a nice roomOn another note the linked sausage for breakfast was like eating a rubber tire

The breakfast attendant gal was very nice diligent and kept the area cleanBack to the sausage, I hope they can use another brand or cook it differentlyMaybe add an industrial size toaster as well and replace the carpet in the stairwells and ensure the outside doors at the end of the hallways function to get in and out of the hotel

Kathy Rex

Great staff!Breakfast was a variety of hot and cold foodsThe room was quiet, clean and comfortableOverall, the hotel was great and well worth the price! There were only a few small problems -1 the hallways are in desperate need of new carpets2 the swimming pool was freezing3 the only elevator is small, noisy and slow

This is a great property The hotel is new and very modern The bed is very nice and comfortable

The hotel room is very spacious and modern Nicole at the front desk is amazing She took the time to get to know me I would come back to this property and time And you probably need to give Nicole a raise She is going to be instrumental in the success of your hotel They don’t have a free breakfast but I guess no one is perfect

Andreas Johansson

OMG! PROBABLY THE BEST BED in the northern parts of Columbus Aloft is a modern boutique hotel great for stays in the area, and certainly the only place I’ll return to this side of 270 Room was open plan, tiled shower, whole room blackout shades for that sleeping in action… No hot breakfast but your within sniffing distance of a double-double from Tim Horton’s

Highly recommended! And perfect pillows!

jcd830

They charged me $200for my room when their price is listed at 115$ online The desk staff was very rude and a guest tried even tried to clue her in that she was being rude and she said told him that I didn’t mind I did

I was checking in after a long and arduous journey and she stopped in the middle of that process to care for another guest that came to the counter after I did So yes, I did mind The room was dirty, there was even a dusty M and M under the bed as if it hadn’t been cleaned in a long while There were stains on the blinds, and I don’t mean permanent stains, these were like some unknown dried up material that could have been cleaned off if any sort of attention to detail had been paid to the issue The blinds don’t close all the way so much light leaks through making it very hard to fall asleep They moved my room but the next room had the same issue of the blind not closing properly over the window with the AC unit The rooms are very noisy and were built with no thought given to the acoustical properties of the construction materials Every door slam in the hallway can be heard in the room all of the activities can be heard in the next room, room across the hall and upstairs Altogether an awful experience and since every conversation can be heard I know for sure there was a couple trying to buy some percocet from some guy they saw in the hallway This place deserves negative stars I travel extensively for work, and stay in many hotels so I know very well this room was not worth the $200they decided to charge when they saw me walk in, exhausted from my travels I hope this review helps others, stay elsewhere

Newer roomsCleanGood AC Has it’s own unitThey were very understanding of me needing to use their vacuum cleaner before we unload stuff into our room due to my son’s pet allergy

You can get water anytimelove thatVery nice front desk staffI didn’t use the shampoo conditioner and body wash provided, but my kids used it which caused a huge fragrance in the roomI was very sensitive to artificial fragrance Just had to stop kids from using it since we brought our ownDefinitely will be back

Location is perfect! Your one minute from Top Golf, Ikea, Loads of other shopping and the highway 71 There is supposed to be free breakfast, but at 8:30 all that was left was sausages and toast

everything else was gone and the pancake machine was down We had to wait 10 minutes just for coffee The rooms were good and the pool is fantastic! Even though children are not allowed in the hot tub it was filled with tiny kids and we couldn’t use it

Stayed Last Thursday- Saturday and we had a great experience Angela at the front desk was super helpful and kind Actually, al the staff was really wonderful

Pros:-Clean rooms-Would recommend for families-Great breakfast options ( cheese, omelettes, sausage, hash browns, pancakes, cinnamon rolls, bagels, English muffins, yogurt, cereal)- Pool area is excellent However, I don’t think it is the most appropriate for 15 year old (which is how old my daughter is) There is a step down to get into the water and the shallow end is still about 1-15 ft deep so not much of an area where a toddler could just sit in shallow water ( 0-6 inches) and just splash around Would work the best for just a tad older kids All the kids I saw in the pool area was having a blast and they looked to be anywhere from 5- early teens- They have quiet hours from 10p-7am- Microwave and mini fridge in the roomCons:- The water was cold 🙁 when you walk in to the pool area it feels like the water will be warm but it was super chilly I think each time we only spent about 1/2 hour in the pool area and my daughter didn’t want to be in the pool because how chilly it was Her had a purple/blue tint to them because of her chillLocation: I think it is a great location to Polaris However it is not on the same side as the mall There are limited options for walking to a nearby restaurant I imagine you could have more op

Ladies – read this before booking a stay here! I travel frequently on business; most often alone Last week I stayed at this hotel with 2 colleagues The hotel was in very poor condition but I overlooked the many issues because it appears they have started a renovation somewhere inside {certainly not in the room I was in!} What I can’t overlook is a very serious safety concern with this hotel

One of my colleagues’ key cards stopped working in the middle of our stay He went to the front desk and the associate asked his room number and gave him new keys with no verification whatsoever! She didn’t ask his name, and she didn’t ask for an ID This is very concerning to me as she had no idea if he was an actual guest or a stalker that was about to enter a room and wait on an unassuming guest to arrive later This is inexcusable! Earlier in the week, another colleague was able to charge something to his room with zero ID verificationWhile nowhere near as serious, it does tell me that not verifying guests identity is a consistent issue here Travelers, and especially women, book reliable hotel chains when they are traveling alone and their safety should be the highest priority of hotel chains I have tried twice to reach the GM of the hotel, John Hickey, but he has yet to call me back even though I left detailed messages explaining I had a serious safety concern I’ll never stay at this hotel again…if you do, I suggest checking the closet before locking your door for the evening

This hotel in general feels like a Days Inn motel, offering nothing at all special except a place to store your luggage while you lie on their misshapen, springy mattressesThe rooms have a pullout sofa bed thing that was actually only slightly less comfortable than the bed itself, which has probably been around since the 90s 0 stars for comfort

The shower/bath faucet was actually the wrong valve to match which was was hot and which way was cold You had to turn it toward cold to get hot, and hot to get cold Strangest thing everThe hallways repeat the Days Inn feel, but the lobby tries to make you feel like you’re joining a Marriott property 100% of their budget goes into pretending to be a Marriott, albeit the lowest version of one as a CourtyardThe price is okay, but you get what you pay for

Seems great from the start but are fridge was so small I couldn’t put anything else in except 1 gallon of milk for my daughter, I honestly think the only microwave is in the lobby, pretty much if your traveling for work and a family member or 2 stays at the hotel they don’t have much resources to make your own food! I will also say my 1 year old daughter that sleeps through the night cried some during the day and are neighbors thought it’d be great the mock her and then she was even more upset, I went to the front desk and was told their wasn’t really anything they would do, long story short we checked out the next day

We stayed here for a Volleyball tournament The rooms were very clean The beds were very comfortable

The girls got to swim together in the evening, which any parent knows is a necessity! The best part was the digital check in/checkout and the digital room key! This is genius!! We were checked in before we got there and we didn’t have to fool with the keys I checked out on the way to the tournament and it was super easy The girls got a great, hot breakfast before their tournament They love the waffle makers!

This hotel is a great place to stay after a long work day, it’s also nice just for having plain fun jumping from bed to bed (I’ve done it)Hot Takes: Hot Takes are opinions said by the people who stay here and the workersFirst Hot Take: “all taken, parking good, service people friendly, would stay here again”Second Hot Take: “take on this place? Good nice, clean and nicely decorated, comfortable hm would stay again”

Third Hot Take: “cool huh let me think about it the suger cookies they give you are great”Clearly everyone thinks this place is amazing but the reason I gave it a four star is because I’m paranoid that there are cameras and I’ve looked around and I haven’t found any, then again I’m no detective and I don’t want to break anything so we’ll never knowTo sum up everything said so far this place is a great place to come to and stay at for a night and it has this homey feeling to it, and it’s in a amazing spot for food and work would come stay at again, vacation or workSincerely, Plant

For nearly $200 a night, there was mold on the bathroom floor and ceiling, hair all over the sheets, a TV remote that didn’t work, a hot tub teeming with hair of all kinds and chunks of skin, and rotting food in the breakfast Polaris is a gorgeous place and very safe, so this hotel surprised me I picked it based on the breakfast and hot tub and it was so vile I left the hot tub in five minutes and stuck with orange juice for breakfast

I will not be returning It was so embarrassing bringing friends here The staff at the desk was very nice and that’s as good as it gets

Before I rip the hotel apart, I want to first off start by saying the staff is incredible The people at the front desk are amazing, they’re probably some of the nicest people you’ll come across, are literally as accommodating as possible, and the lady who makes the breakfast in the mornings will always say good morning They truly go the extra mile to do everything they can

As far as the hotel, the air in the pool room was well over 100°, the room itself wasn’t that great and they were low on extra pillows so I was forced to only have one the duration of my stay because I’m allergic to feathersThe bathroom smelled of mildew, and they use 1-ply toilet paper in the rooms You couldn’t keep the room fans on if you turned the lights off, and they still used a register in my room instead of central (thermostat air)However, upon asking at the front desk for non down pillows, the staff immediately looked for an extra When I needed a water, they gave me one Power was out in most of the city because of a heatwave, and with everything going on in the staffs lives that they had to deal with, they were as good as it gets Even with their computers down they were scrambling to get everything coordinated and truly trying their best There’s a lot worse hotel gyms as well, the gym wasn’t half badThose people deserve a raise, and they deserve a lot of fixes to the hotel rooms

Melissa is an amazing manager! She is very accommodating and quick! We had an issue with Bookingcom and our reservation and she immediately was on the phone with them and worked the issue out so we could rest comfortable after our ten hour drive from SC The breakfast was really good!!There was a strange issue with someone pulling the fire alarm but things were sorted quickly and we all returned to our rooms within thirty minutes (def much faster than another time that happened to us at a different hotel!)

Rooms are clean and comfortable and the wifi is awesome! The pool is nice and big!Highly recommend!!!
