We had a great stay here recently and highly recommend it The breakfasts were delicious, the room was very nice, and the bed was very comfortable to us (It was on the firmer side) We had a downstairs room (begonia room) and highly recommend that as it provided easy access to the parking area

It is a bit of a trek (25-30 minutes) to river street, so we drove down to that, but we liked it that way since the area was very quite and felt safe and secure

Terri Casey

My husband and I stayed here in December 2021 and fell instantly in love with our hostess Chemise! Her breakfasts were to die for! Her knowledge of the history of the area was astounding! Her charm and hospitality were unmatched! The room and bed were very comfortable! We’ll be coming back!!!!

Fantastic! Wouldn’t stay anywhere else!!! The home is a vacation in itself You are greeted with southern island charm and hospitality There was fresh baked banana bread when we arrived

I could have eaten the whole loaf! Our plans were canceled so we hung out and walked the area around the house There was plenty to keep us delightfully busy Lighthouse, museums, park, trails, beach, ice cream, pralines, food, shoppingWe took frequent breaks to sit at Tybee Island Inn and drink tea In the evening there was made from scratch orange cake to go with the tea Did I mention the fresh made coffee at 7:30 and breakfast at 9am? The owners and staff were very enjoyable I am considering moving in permanently

My beautiful wife and I were fortunate enough to be the first couple married at this gorgeous location in 2022! Not only is the Tybee Island Inn Bed and Breakfast visually stunning and breathtaking, the people who own it (Chris and Vesa) are two of the most genuine and caring people I have encountered in my 41 years of life! Their daughter in law, Alyssa, is a PHENOMENAL photographer who brought tears to our eyes when we received our wedding pictures! Their son in law, Zach, is as upbeat and funny as it gets! Even their dog, Brutus, was cute and warm and welcoming! The entire wedding experience was first class and I HIGHLY recommend this Inn to anyone looking for a wedding venue! The rooms are gorgeous and the breakfast is AMAZING! We could not be happier that we chose to have our wedding at this incredible place! What a beautiful place to start out our beautiful journey together!

Aurora Dobbs

If you are looking for a relaxing and quiet getaway on Tybee Island, this is it It is a historic inn that the owners are doing a great job at keeping up on It is older but has a lot of charm

if you are looking for something new and updated, this is probably not it! It is located on the North side of the island, which we found to be a lot less busy You can still walk everywhere or rent bikes from the inn, which we highly recommend The beach is a couple blocks away Breakfast was excellent The owners are very friendly and helpful We had a wonderful experience here and would love to come back

First off it’s petty they charge for parking I expect a far nicer property in a much better location when I’m paying for parking This property is surrounded by partially abandoned strip malls and nothing else of note

The check in was fine and the lady was pleasant But when I came down this morning during breakfast I needed to ask the front desk a question She was doing something on the computer when I walked up and she couldn’t even make eye contact but just asked “Yes?” Not even hospitable and barely per functionary I felt like I as the guest was an imposition One of the hallmarks of Hilton is the professional and courteous staff but they failed on this morningThe room was dated though satisfactorily clean, however, it had a strong musty smell The furniture had the look of flea market finds strung together but the bed was comfortableI will not choose this location in future trips to Savannah Do better Hilton

Kat Kat

I usually stay at Wyndham properties but I couldn’t beat the price this place was giving me for the weekend compared to the rates at the Wyndham properties nearby The property was clean, staff was helpful and personable, the free breakfast is marvelous I like the idea that the property had plenty of parking in the parking garage

The only downfall was the Monday morning 3 am Garbage pickup on the street If we had a room near the backside of hotel we probably wouldn’t have heard it

Elliot Newnham

Stayed at this location and arrived quite late to very friendly staff who were working hard to get me checked in quickly When I got to the elevator I noticed quite quickly that this location is in desperate need of a renovation Getting to the room the door didn’t quite close all the way and was loose

The shower and sink fixtures were tired and on their last legs The mattress was really comfortable and everything was clean, it’s just noticable that they need to invest in updating this property I’ll stay at more recently renovated hotels for now

I just checked in and I will update if needed but so far I’m more than just satisfied… I’m blown awayFirst, the red-haired woman at the front desk is absolutely amazing Charming, friendly, clearly eager to help and make sure you have a good vacation both on property and off

You just don’t see that type of customer serviceThe room is absolutely clean and comfortable They had an issue before we checked in – that they identified, we didn’t have to discover and complain- and upgraded us to make sure we would have an amazing stayLocation is good Just a quick walk over to the beachThus far, I absolutely would recommend this in the highest possible terms

Shelby Morphew

Everything about this place is awesome! It’s all completely renovated and the vibes are immaculate It is truly a hidden gem The decor is adorable and honestly takes you back in time

No detail was overlooked in creating this place It was clean & the beds were comfortable It was an extremely easy check-in process & Miss Kim was just as sweet as she could be We will absolutely be staying here again & I will recommend it to anyone visiting the island

Ashley V

Such a cute retro motel Everything about it was great- Kelly made sure we were taken care of, the room was clean and comfortable with everything we needed The location is great if you want to walk, close to a lot of spots and the pier is only about a 15 minute walk so you are not far from the beach

I would stay again if it continues to run how it is! Thanks!

This is a well kept hotel with fun, if occasionally a bit “trying a little too hard”, touches (we got a free little gift in our mailbox when we arrived which was great but we laughed a little when it included a typed quote from Gandhi) The room was comfortable and the attention to detail was wonderful This would be an easy five for me but we had one issue with too much light in our room and it took two texts and two phone calls to get anything done about it and my texts were never responded to and I never received a call back

That being said, the issue was dealt with to my satisfaction but the communication was plain bad I worry that if we had a larger issue it would have been tougher However, I would stay again if the price was right so it was good overall

Jordan Pace

The Present made for a great stay in Savannah in a really pretty square with live oaks The rooms were clean with a comfortable bed, large shower, and having the coffee bar and a patio made for a relaxing morning the day of check-out The modern, non-front-desk check-in an check-out can be confusing, so know that’s what you’re getting into before arriving, but it was smooth with no hiccups

Highly recommend

The Hyatt always takes great care of us and this location was no exception! Absolutely stunning views of the bridge and river The balconies aren’t quite deep enough to sit out on, but the weather was cool so we sat just inside the open slider and thoroughly enjoyed watching the cargo ships, tugboats and ferries Lots of birds too – cormorants, gulls, grackles and even a bald eagle! And dolphins every night at sunset – I had no idea they came so far inland! The front desk staff were welcoming and so helpful

The valet employees were exceptional, always so quick and kind and we loved being able to pick our car up on the parking level and not deal with the busy traffic out front The women at the Express restaurant were lovely as well All around a fantastic trip! We felt very safe here and loved how clean everything was If we weren’t still in this darn pandemic, I would’ve spent more time in the lobby and bar as they had great views too The only thing we were missing was a microwave, but we didn’t really need one with all the options they had available Thank you, Hyatt Regency Savannah!

Larry Wolf

This hotel is an excellent value in the historic district at a prime location A beautiful modern hotel on the river with views of river traffic It’s downstream from the busy container ship port-not scenic but interesting

Summer rates will soar with good reason so visit in the winter and enjoy the spring like temperatures- much better than the heat later in the year Only downside is the cost to park-valet- but considering the service intensity it’s not unreasonable at $38 daily I paid one night when I arrive very late and changed parking to the city garage a short distance across Bay St on Whittaker-$16 daily Easy to use I plan to return in a few years and may try one of the historic B&B’s as a contrast The historic district of Savannah is one of the best destinations in the country- beauty, charm, historical interest and tons to do This hotel is perfect for a first visit

Page Graham

Great hotel Friendly staff Very clean

The rooms were quiet, (except when the guy decided to play his trumpet on the riverwalk You could hear it on the six floor, but running the fan helped to drown him out) We paid for a river view, and it was worth every penny! Moon River was inspired here! Would definitely recommend (View from our hotel room)

My family and I stayed in this hotel on our trip to Georgia early January I am big on reviewing and personally, this hotel deserves it Initially, when we arrived, we were greeted with a warm welcome

The lobby has such a great smell, there are sanitary stations throughout the hotel The location 10/10 We couldn’t believe how close everything was Not once did we have to use the car This is where they exceeded my expectations when checking out, I ended up leaving a personal item behind and they went out of their way and shipped it to me (I live 8 hours away) Thank you to all the girls who helped me with this, my item arrived in perfect condition Couldn’t be more grateful! Overall, keep up the amazing customer service Can’t wait to be back!

Marlo

LOVED IT! My wife and I booked this spot to stay while we prepped for our wedding and we were BEYOND satisfied One of the biggest reasons for this was our guest service agent Jamie Garfield She was incredibly sweet and helpful

She went above and beyond to give my wife and I AMAZING SERVICE 10 out of 10 would recommend HIRE MORE PEOPLE LIKE JAMIE!

Derek Fuller

The room was ok,it was clean but they echo every little noise No coffee in the morning until the breakfast is prepared which is ridiculous We could hear the room above us and next to us

You HAVE to use valet it’s the only option and it’s $39 The valet system was down so it took a long time to get our car The valet attendant was doing his very best though, and he was very polite and friendly even though this hotel has a cheap retrieval system I honestly felt bad for the guy I was very disappointed with my stay With the name Hilton I expect much more then a cheap hotel with a high price The area around the hotel had a lot of creepy vagabonds and homeless people blasting music and they were everywhere They even will walk by your table when eating and disrupt your meal to beg for money I was very very dissatisfied with the historic district

The beds were comfortable and the rooms and hallways quiet Slept well Beautiful river view

Staff were friendly Some customer focus is lacking from management The Starbucks was too small and could not support the demands of long lines of customers That was frustrating The hotel should just provide free coffee in the lobby like so many other hotels do In addition there were no vending machines and only one gift shop to provide drinks and snacks, when it was closed at 10 pm you couldn’t get anything at all to eat or drink, no room service The main restaurant was only fair it was typical with average quality hotel priced food We attended an outdoor wedding reception the setting was lovely , the catered food was better than the restaurant The valet parking/bell staff were excellentThere was no cleaning service for the rooms you had to request maid service and call the desk if you ran out of anything That was a post covid shocker to me after many years of traveling and having certain minimal / routine expectations of hotels

Lacey Frownfelter

My husband and I were so disappointed with our stay We paid $750 for 2 nights in an outdated room with an odor, stains on the sheets and walls, and minimal amenities The view of the river was nice, but it was blocked by a construction barge with a crane

We expected so much better, but you’re really just paying for the location and the brand On the positive side, the few staff we interacted with were very pleasant and welcoming, and I appreciated that they were all wearing masks But I definitely would not stay here again

Brad Mase

Honestly, my wife and I stay was great The room was clean and spacious The ferry was always on time, the front desk staff was amazing

They were very knowledgeable of everything going on The ONLY downfall for our stay was the dance competition crowd The kids were running all through the hotel with no supervision from parents The pool was overly crowded, always Couldn’t really enjoy the poolside vibe because all the kids But that didn’t bother me to the point where my stay was interrupted

Stayed here with my sister while visiting Savannah In all honesty, I wasn’t expecting much because I tend to enjoy full-service hotels in lieu of motels (but sis wanted to come here) I truly was pleasantly surprised! The room was clean and quaint

The bathroom was on the tiny side, but I didn’t care The bed was comfortable We especially liked the moon pies and RC Colas that they put in the room! And, for a motel setting, it was surprisingly quiet Slept through the night Staff was friendly and the location was good It was just a short walk to the middle of the historic district I would definitely stay here again

Breann McNeil

Fantastic stay in Savannah We came with kids that could care less about southern charm and instead we went retro in the Thunderbird It was great because within walking distance of the trolley we took all day one of the days

Used trolley to get down to riverfront, came back and took a rest from heat then back out and was easy The rooms are spacious and because it’s an older building the walls weren’t just paper thin! The lobby area and staff were a highlight though! Friendly staff, great donuts and coffee offered in morning So much personality at this place Also – no clue how to use a rotary but got a huge kick out of the idea of a phone attached to a wall with a cord

David O’Sullivan

The property is a throw back the 50’s The rooms are spacious, clean, and comfortable The shower has great water pressure

My usual complaint of terrible towels certainly doesn’t apply here The towels are clean smell great and are large and fluffyThe A/C is one of the best I have ever experienced TV is large with many channels to choose from2 modern chairs in the room and a very comfortable bed with plenty of pillowsThe staff couldn’t be nicer and everyone was helpfulI spend more than a 150 nights on the road and have found a place to return to on my next trip to Savannah

Great job folks, this was so far the cleanest hotel I enter in the last 6-7 yearsWe stay at reputable hotels that aren’t cheap but standard of cleaning is going downhillI came expecting another mess and I was shocked how the hotel and our room was sparkling clean to the point I didn’t even bother to sanitize anything- I trusted!I don’t remember when was the last time I felt so comfortable staying at the hotel

We stayed at the eighth floor and only for one night but I wanted to praise you for respecting your guests and giving them what they pay for instead of traumatizing them with dirty rooms and bathrooms as many hotels do nowadaysThe front desk ladies were extremely kind and welcoming Thank you so much I really appreciated you!

Purpose Driven

We had a great stay at this hotel! The staff was very professional and the hotel was nice and well kept Cleanliness was acceptional and the service at The Bistro was excellent! Delicious food and drinks! They have nice lounge areas in the lobby and a huge pool as well! We will definitely stay here again next time we are in Savannah! 🤙👌- Take Care and Live Well –

Shavonne Prescott

The gentlemen who checked me in was super nice and actually answered any question I had The room was clean and I loved the safety latch on the balcony doors It’s probably protocol, but my 7 year old went straight for the doors and was stunned when he couldn’t open it, but I was highly impressed!! The location was convenient and the parking was hassle free with doors on all sides that take your key card to get it

I feel completely comfortable recommending this place to my clients and will definitely stay again

Kara Roberts Elmer

We stayed one night on our way to NC and were not sure what to expect Wanted a place with plenty of space and option to do laundry since we were travelling with a small child (didn’t end up needing to use it) For the cost of two hotel rooms in other nearby hotels, we thought this would make sense

Had some concerns based on other reviews, but our experience was extremely positive The low room rate and high cleaning fee makes staying here even more reasonable when you stay a few nights We received an email in the early morning the day we were supposed to check in with all the info you need to get to your room There was a little snafu with our reservation, but the customer service is outstanding and very responsive in a most timely mannerParking can be tricky, but we got lucky because it was the middle of the week and had no trouble parking on the street when needed (remember to check the times for when you need to pay to park) Parking garages are relatively close, but if you have a lot of stuff you’re going to want to try to park on the street to get everything up there and then go park in the garageThe entrance is hard to find (they explain well in the email, we were just anxious and ignorant) and when you enter you wonder what you may get into – trust me, don’t judge this book by the cover just yet! The place was impeccably clean and well stocked with anything you could need – they really did think of everything to provide as much comfort as possible during the stay Floors are hard wood and gorgeous The room(s) were beautiful and decorated in a modern, simple way They look and feel great There is so much space and it is easy to relax Having the appleTV was also another plus as they have their own account for most apps so you don’t have to use your own info and remember to log out The beds were very comfortable, plenty of pillows and blankets, and I just can’t say enough positive things about this place A full kitchen is so great when you have leftovers from all the amazing restaurants in Savannah! I did not have to sacrifice leftovers because I had a full size fridge so I could sneak in and eat it in the middle of the night The noise from the street was noticeable, but we were there in the middle of the week so it ended rather early (10-ish) The room away from the street did not have any noise issues If it was the weekend, I think anyone sleeping in a room by the street may get bothered if they need to get to sleep early and are light sleepers, otherwise just the level of white noise you’d expect being in any downtown (unless someone is singing very loudly, which one lady did one night but she had a great voice and it was a welcome intrusion)Photos are from the morning after we woke up, so we already made a little mess 🙂 Pics go from entrance and then room by room We were in unit 301Absolutely intend to stay here again Thank you to the staff and everyone with the Grant for a great stay and great service

Samuel Corkran

I was fortunate to find The Grant by Black Swan located in the heart of Savannah’s historical district My family really enjoyed our four day weekend due to the immediate proximity to everything we came to see The only short coming was that street for our hotel was under revnovation by the city which created a few challenges upon arrival and the building interior could use a new coat of paint

But everything worked well in the apartment! Thank you Black Swan for providing us with the high value of The Grant in Savannah!

Steven Collins

Convenient location, but lots of street people hanging out Entry was dark and grimy No cable TV, only internet

3 of 5 bulbs missing from overhead light in living room Lots of loud street noise at night People above us clunking around on their floor Someone else’s makeup on both sides of a washcloth No kleenex No one on site to help you After hours number is not helpful TV remote battery low and may not last the evening; said someone might be by to fix it tomorrow We were cut off in the midst of a text conversation by their after-hours phone number before anything was resolved It said call or text back tomorrow Really poor management and service This place will rob a lot of the joy from our week-long trip to Savannah We’ve been here less than 24 hours There are no refunds after 2 days from the date of booking (which we did weeks ago) And this place is not inexpensive! So, we’ll suffer through, I suppose

This Best Western checks off all the boxes of what every traveler wants in a hotel Cleanliness Comfort (a good bed for a good night’s sleep)

Everything working in the room at 100% (TV, shower, plumbing, A/C) Quiet Friendly staff A delicious breakfast with a wide food selection to satisfy even the pickiest of eaters This Best Western rivals upscale hotels in overall quality and bang for your dollar I would definitely recommend the Best Western Central Inn in Savannah to family and friends A truly hidden gem!

Best hotel I’ve stayed in, in quite a while! Very clean and comfortable rooms with comfy beds, and the staff was very friendly and helpful! The ladies overseeing the breakfast were very friendly, and the food was great! This hotel and location was well worth the 11 mile drive from I95 for an overnight stay in Savannah on our way to North Myrtle Beach!! The outside of the hotel was just as clean as the rooms, and I felt very safe walking outside when I woke during the night and wanted some fresh air!!

Alexa Dickson

This place shines because of the staff The front desk worker was so helpful when we arrived and I had booked for the wrong dates The housekeeping staff clearly work hard to keep the hotel and grounds clean and kept up well

This is a clean, comfortable hotel close to downtown sites Only caution: if you’re someone that likes to nap during the day, this is next to the air force base and very loud planes and helicopters are often overhead during the day

This place is like frankenstein/bates motel accommodations The room furniture was super dated/ scratched and chipped painted chairs The queen pull out bed was a rusted covers worn mattress pad with poor springs

Pricing for these commendations was too high The only upside to this facility is the proximity to the beach We constantly had to battle the unit across the drive to pull our car into the carport because of the closeness with the other building It is safe to say I would never spend my hard earn money on this poorly cared for facilities The staff customer service team was very helpful

Joe Rammel

This was a great stay The hotel itself is perhaps a bit dated, and parking is not great The breakfast bar was fine, not the best around but it gets the job done

What this hotel lacks in newness or a large breakfast, it makes up for in customer service and also location Also, I get that some of the allure of this place is that it has been on Tybee for a long time Parking is very narrow and tight, but did not hinder the enjoyment of our trip There is availability for guests to park across the road at a shop if no spaces are available The customer service was great, the staff was busy but always had time to answer any questions, and even suggested a great place to eat ( Salt Island Fish and Beer) Finally, the reason you go to Tybee is to be at the beach, and the DeSoto is directly on the beach, with its own access walkway and a heated pool This alone makes it worth staying at We had a balcony ocean front room, and the view was perfect The balcony had Adirondack style polywood chairs It was a bit tight other than the chairs but very comfy and perfect for two people to sit and watch the waves roll on

Yesica Aguilera

This was our first time to Tybee island We went with our family: 2 adults, a 5 y/o, a 3 y/o and an 8-month old on in the middle of May 2022 It was a pretty decent stay; front beach, easy & accessible parking

The room was a good size, it was neat & clean and comfortable beds The pool is super small but we didn’t need it/use it The check-in/lobby was awkwardly located but the staff was polite and nice They accommodated us despite arriving an hour early The breakfast area was okay; they provided pastries, frozen biscuits and waffles There was cereal, milk & juice Nothing fancy but okay The chair and umbrella rental was honestly too expensive ($30 per day) and dated Overall a good stay

No Hot Water!!!!!!! My brother and I came in on Saturday morning at 2am Running little late due traffic They said at first we were a no show! We finally got our room

Then we decided to try to take a shower before we went to bed It was Cold We tried gain in the morning, Cold We spoke to the front desk in the morning They told us they have been having issues with other customers with the same complaint They told us that we are going to fix it my Monday or Tuesday morningWe said we’re gonna leave Monday morningAnd they said we’re gonna comp the whole stayEvery day the shower was cold On the Monday morning When we checked out they said we have to pay for everything They said no one said that I would do that They took off $50 They told us that they gave us the option of leaving or staying, that was a total lie They never gave us an option If we had the option to leave we would’ve left There was no options, that they gave us nothing This was the worst Hilton Garden Inn I stayed at I would recommend you stay away from this specific Hilton Garden Inn Until they change or retrain management and fix the amenities and plumbing in the building

Melinda Kent

It was all around disappointing We stayed in room 214 for 1 night The staff that checked us is was friendly enough, until the keys didn’t work, then it seemed as if we were to blame

The cleanliness of the room was not what I would consider Hilton standards, nor was the maintenance There was popcorn kernel on the floor and some tiny bits of trash- not a huge deal, they were under the deck chair and were missed when vacuuming The main issues, however, were in the bathroom The water was barely warm We tried to shower at 3 different times and did not get to a point anywhere near hot I also hate that one of the light bulbs was out That’s a peeve of mine it made the room feel dark and unkept, and such an easy fixThere’s some other maintenance issues too, but I think I’ve ranted enough to show how disappointed we were in our decision to pick the Hilton garden inn over one of the many other hotels that are surrounding it

David Pennell

What a wonderful hotel with amazing staff who knows how to provide top-notch service We had a horrible experience at the Fairfield Inn next door and moved our stay over to the Hilton garden Inn thankfully Front desk staff restaurant staff everyone was amazing! The wonderful woman waiting on tables for breakfast during our stay is out of this world, she was taking care of all the guests wanting breakfast with a smile on her face and was so pleasant although she was so busy and doing everything herself minus cooking

The overall customer service was awesome! The staff was nice and accommodating and the valet service was great The cookies were awesome as usual The bed and pillows were very comfortable! There was a buildup of dust present in our room and on the vent in the bathroom

The room is equipped with a mini refrigerator but no microwave We were allowed to use the staff microwave to warm food Overall, a very nice hotel in a great location and very accommodating!

Erik Combs

The location was perfect Easily walkable to both the Historic City Market district and River StreetThe rooms were spacious and otherwise what you expect from the DoubleTree

Most of the staff was very nice and helpful Annoyingly, they were constantly out of cookies, including when we checked in That in itself wasn’t a problem, and may not have been the staff’s fault However, when we later asked about cookies we were told they “didn’t have enough for extras because they had X number of check-ins arriving that afternoon” I appreciated the honesty, but the disconnect between being aware that there was an influx of guests coming in and being prepared with your signature welcome item seemed to be a bit of an issueOtherwise, we enjoyed our stay

John Ferro

The location was ideal When we arrived we did use the valet parking for convenience The person who checked us in was personable and friendly

The room was clean and the bathroom features worked well One escalator and one elevator were being repaired but that did not produce a major inconvenience The location to the historic section of the city was the best amenity We took a walking tour and did not have to walk more than a few blocks to get to it The hotel is also on the river walk which was convenient We had an enjoyable stay and would recommend this hotel

Very clean We stayed there for one night and when we walked in, it smelled of bleach, which I am happy about The employees were all super polite and kind

They let us check in early, which I know is a pain in the butt, but we appreciated it The pool was really cute and looked clean, but we didn’t use it We were right next to the ice machine which was annoying, but not a big deal We wanted to stay another night, but they didn’t have any availability as it was righr before spring break They recommended their sister hotel right by the beach and it was not as nice There were people arguing all night, someone banging on the stair banisters, and some mold in the bathrooms Overall, we would stay here again, but not at the other hotel they own

Dashia Williams

The owner is EXTREMELY CHEAP ! Spent over $700 on bedrooms (family came as a group) could not even receive a complimentary water when asked NON HANDICAP ACCESSIBLE!! Only provided 3 pillows on each bed with only 3 rags and towels as well In a double king bedroom

TV WAS OUT OF ORDER FOR an entire night Front desk concierge did NOT provide welcoming customer service Vending machines kept taking the money for drinks and snacks nothing was done about it Definitely an unpleasant stay 0/10 highly do not recommend Over priced & under worked workers including house keeping crew Harassment from house keeping after already informing the room was being extended Terrible experience!!!!! Will not book again

Friendly Staff Nice hotel needs TLC Room was an upgrade and had to wait until after checkout but too tiny for two people

I’m thankful we got an upgrade It a special weekend so my mistake not reserving a suite There was a nice welcoming Happy Hour Location is on the water front It has been a hard time with the pandemic so l can understand some maintenance items have been postponed Carpets need a good cleaning and upholstery in room is stained That said however the mattress is like sleeping on a cloud, it’s among the best I’ve ever slept on It’s adequate but for a truly amazing weekend I might try other options in the future

Sophie Folly

We have stayed at the Brice several times and loved it every time This was our first stay post-pandemic and it did not disappoint The staff, as usual, were very professional, friendly and helpful

The room was great (except it could have used some sheers on the window since it faced the street) Looks like they changed out the furniture in the courtyard, and feels less cozy than it used to Also, the curtains that used to drape the outdoor walkway were a very nice touch Please bring back these design touches The courtyard was one of the best spots in the hotel

Kristina LaCoste

This hotel was so awesome to stay at!! Our room was clean, the staff was amazing, I loved the decor, and the restaurant had good dessert I booked this place without doing any research on Savannah and I’m so glad we stayed here! We were able to watch the saint paddy’s day parade right outside the hotel and it was a blast They even had bikes you can take to bike around the town (we didn’t use them, but what a cool option!) The location was perfect for walking across the street to all the cute shops for snacks and goodies

Absolutely loved this spot If we ever need a hotel in Savannah again, I’m coming here

Stephanie Weiler

We stayed here for two nights and it was so wonderful We had the Versailles room which had a huge comfortable bed and the nicest bathroom with soaking tubs galore! After multiple days of walking and exploring both Charleston and Savannah, that bed and the tubs were exactly what we needed for the “rest and relaxation” portion of our trip On one of the days we got back from exploring just in time to beat a thunderstorm and spent the afternoon napping and reading with the thunderstorm sounds and the happy hour going on downstairs – so much fun and laughter from the other guests!! Kate and Tony’s breakfasts were delicious and the cookies waiting for us when we were arrived were seriously AMAZING!! Stay here, you will not regret it

Michael Drewery

Had a lovely stay at the Justine Inn! Been to Savannah a few times and this was my favorite experience at a rental thus far Perfect location being a block or two from the park Tony and Kate were super nice and hospitable during the stay! Breakfast was fantastic along with the juice and coffee – feel like it’s a way better experience than going out to wait for food

I’ll be back for sure

Barb Fillpot

Justine Inn is absolutely fabulous Enjoyed the Wine Happy Hour every evening and all the homemade baked cookies The breakfast each morning was wonderful

Everyone was very friendly and the rooms were well appointed with all the historic touches that a house like that should have We would definitely stay here on our next trip This was our first time to Savannah and we fell in love with the city
