We’ve stayed at Oakland Manor House numerous times Its proximity to Orlando is nice and has the ability to feel like you’re at home The home is a historic mansion and has an awesome history that the owner purposely kept intact so that those who visit and stay understand the history of this mansion

There are 2 separate kitchens and housekeeping kept me & my family stocked on the essentials We walked to the dock every night It’s a little piece of FL that has remained the same For those that want frills and commercial-style lodging with an ice machine, stay in town but if you want a genuine, history laden location with true charm–stay here!

The place is infested with ants It is run down There is no working ice mash one

The chairs in the coffee nook are falling apart and the stemwear leaks it is ikea old stuffAnts in the pantry, kitchen bedrooms porch upstairs – they are living I The wallsYou can easily hear the person staying In the innkeepers suite These glowing reviews below are so so old!The tree in front of the property is dead this is a massive oak Neighbor next door biker club shooting off air rifles Backyard which was supposed to be good for pets is a dump site, the garden off the grace room is the same way There is no grass just gravel and weeds Stay interrupted by “emergency “ workers who were called days before we checked in yet the work didn’t happen until five days later some emergency!! Loud and disturbing we left to work at the library! No tv connection and we had to carry the tv from the sun room into the house Old linens which had ants so we stripped the beds and put our own on and then we were accused of damaging this moth eaten bedspreadAnnoying security lights (yellow) which for some reaso were on a couple nights Could not shut them out as the blinds didn’t close I That room Shower heads clogged A c unit I Grace suite very noisy as was the ceiling fan Water pouring from the ceiling and puddling on the floor damaged our property Water sealing from the walls!! Owner a bit demented as well I never spoke to her but she claimed Some pretty defaming throngs about me after I asked air bnb for a refund Look at the limited nimrod reviews before you agree to rent at this s holeAudrey minion appeared on property several times without telling us first She upset my service dog which is weird he is trained to smell drugs and he went off on her Owners acknowledged ants coming out of the electrical sockets in the kitchenIt’s a mess no attention has been paid to this smelly property in years

Response to the fake name that described The Oakland Manor as an ant invested, walls seeping, damage to property lady you are violating the true rights of people to leave a legitimate review about a place

You are not who you say you are and you are only trying to degrade an honest business only to gain some sort of notoriety or compensation for your own personal losses in your own lifePlease do not bring fake comments into an honest review area, you are insulting ALL of us who need a truth worthy commentary Please consider this “whatever her name is” untrustworthy and very dishonestThankU

Wonderful experience there We were greeted by Oliver who was extremely helpful and accommodating He made an effort to improve the quality of our stay by changing us from a 2 beds-room to king bed-room and gave us floor options for the location of the room

The breakfast was also very well catered with coffee, juice, eggs, sausage, waffles, danishes etcI’ll definitely be going back next timeLocation wise, it’s super close to Universal studio (within 10 min) and decently close to Disney World The hotel also offers a shuttle to Universal and one for Magic Kingdom

Jennifer Mohr

running, called the front desk, and the handyman arrived within 10 minutes! (Turns out it is normal for the toilet to take a long time to refill the tank) The rooms aren’t fancy but bed was comfy for sleeping Happy to have scrambled eggs, sausage links, Mickey waffles, fresh fruit, cereal, yummy pastries, and toast for breakfast options Good location

Pool was never busy Daily room cleaning offered Only downfall was that I wish the shuttle service had more options for times/locations Luckily we had a rental car so we battled the traffic ourselves Overall, I would recommend and would stay here again

Kait Frantz

We were a little nervous about this location based on some other reviews I was staying here on a work trip and my husband and daughter played at the hotel during the day The staff was always pleasant and helpful

The breakfast area worked very well every morning and my daughter loved making frequent trips for more cantaloupe We had a room right next to the outdoor breakfast area and it worked perfectly every night for us to hang out while our daughter slept in the room It was very quiet and the housekeepers worked around my daughter’s nap schedule This place was great! It was also a great location near a Walgreens and liquor store (for when American Airlines lost our luggage) It was walking distance to multiple restaurants and Icon Park

Stayed here for 2 nights and my stay was perfect I like the location on the west side of town, easy drive to retail and restaurantsThey were able to check me in early, the pool/hottub area is nice and thebreakfast buffet is outstanding

They had fruit, cereal, eggs, variety of breads, waffles, yogurt and juicesThe room was what you would expect, small fridge and microwave Everything worked as expectedI was very pleased overall

Absolute nightmare My mother came down to visit recently and paid over $700 for a room for 3 days Their system was down, so we had to be escorted to the room in order to get in each time we had to leave the room, even just to get ice down the hall

EVERY SINGLE TIME Not only that, but apparently the pool closes at 10pm, but advertises 11pm I guess it’s perfectly fine according to them to let kids run around the lobby and pool, screaming, while their parents get drunk in the lobby at 10pm, though I used to come here over 5 years ago and it was great, but now it’s awful Rude staff; terrible service Would NOT recommend staying here unless you wanna pay an absurd amount for a mess

My husband and I stayed here for about a week on a business trip The stay was great Room was very clean & aroma was wonderful

The front desk people where friendlyI can say that breakfast was absolutely wonderful due to their server Debra! (Sorry if miss spelled)I’m not personally a morning person but she managed to make me smile every time I walked in the door Super sweet, hardworking, makes sure everyone that walks through her kitchen is satisfied & very well taken care of!

Kevin Thacker

One elevator not working, pool pump broke and unable to use pool which we were not informed of at booking or check-in Hallway smelled terrible like a skunk was living across the hallway Our card was charged twice for the stay amount and staff was NOT helpful about it at all

Only highlight and reason for one star instead of none (or negative) is the breakfast was good That’s only after one night🤦🏻‍♂️ DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE AT ALL!!!

Bear Osborn

As a family of 6 we really dislike having to stay in hotels so we usually VRBO or a resort, but the circumstances of our trip didn’t allow that so we stayed here After 3 days we couldn’t be happier! We have found this facility to be warm from staff to guests Not sure how they’ve created this environment, but we’ll seek this hotel for our next visit

Really impressed 👏

My wife and I had a great stay We stayed from Wednesday 5/11 through Monday 5/16 The staff was very courteous

My wife and I had an evening flight home and were going to spend some time with our grandkids who lived nearby before heading back to the airport for our evening flight home Unfortunately, we got a call from our son, in the morning, who said our grandkids were sick and had to go to the doctor So my wife and I were not able to visit them I was concerned that my wife and I would have to spend 8 hours at the airport waiting for our return home I called the front desk and spoke to Giselle and told her our situation She was super accommodating and we were able to stay at the hotel a few hours past normal checkout time so we would not be stuck waiting at the airport for many hours My wife and I are truly grateful for Giselle’s customer service and being so accommodating My wife and I will definitely stay at this hotel again when visiting our family in the future Carmen and David P

Great hotel with friendly front desk staff We arrived very early and were able to store our luggage until it was time for check in We weren’t driving and after a long day at the parks we checked in and asked for a room close to the lobby as we were quite exhausted

The sweet front desk lady set us up in a room close by Our room was actually very pleasant compared to other rooms I’ve stayed in the area The beds are extremely comfortable and we were able to sleep all through the night No noise issues, the bathroom was kept nicely and the bed sheets were clean with enough pillows Very happy with my stay

Rachael Ledbrook

We have stayed at this hotel many times without issue The location and free parking are great however everything else wasn’tIn our past visits we never had any issues and had a favourite room we request

The staff are always accomodating with this but when we got there it was very dirty There was litter outside of the room, hairs and sweet wrappers in the drawers and random stains on the walls and floors The rooms are really dated now and really need a refreshOn the first night we arrived it was a Saturday and we are in a room near to I drive A new restaurant has opened over the road and plays extremely loud music until 3amWe called reception who didn’t even know what we were talking about and said we couldn’t move as the hotel was full The next day we asked reception if we could move and they said they had lots of roomsWe moved and things were OK for a few days however guests decided standing and drinking and talking in front of rooms until 3am was a good idea so again no sleep We ended up staying elsewhere after this and will not be going back

Shari Macisaac

When I have arrived to this place, I thought nice quite and decent As I started to browse the room being a hotel housekeeper supervisor myself I found blood on bathroom walls bath mat had black mold on it by the big window was a cob web I told front desk they said I’ll tell house keeping and after Disney I came back no nothing changed

Security was awesome always smiling front desk could have been more friendly Only good thing about my stay was location

I’m uncertain how this hotel has a four star review

I suppose my experience could be out of the ordinary, but it’s hard to believe we’re the only ones to have an unpleasant stay I booked this hotel because of its score, price and location The one and only thing it has going for it is it’s location It is very close to Universal Studios Unfortunately, for us, that is the only thing we liked about the hotel We found our room to be pretty run down The toilet ran and the shower leaked all day and night The sink was crack, as was the threshold passing into the bathroom The water temperature fluctuated pretty dramatically while showering The walls are paper thin and we could easily hear the neighbors next to us as well as the kids running around above us We heard doors slamming all day and night This made it difficult to get a decent nights rest, which is all we really wanted from the hotel Room service didn’t actually refresh the room each day They only grabbed the old towels and left a new stack on the counter

Mark Novatka

I have been staying at this Best Western for the last several years when I have the opportunity It may be an older property, but it is very well taken care of The rooms are very clean, and up to date

They even take the time to make characters out of your towels That shows that they care Disney properties used to do this but know they want to offer you a discount not to clean your room At this hotel from the time you check in until the time you leave they care about your stay Great job to the entire staff

Cara hollingsworth

I had reservations at a motel around the corner and the accommodations were terrible Decided not to stay there, drove around the corner to the Best Western and Emmanuel gave me the same price for a room that I found online He even upgraded us to a VIP room with an amazing view

The room was beautiful, clean, fully stocked with everything we needed The staff was amazing and helpful Will definitely be going back and staying here when we are in the are again!

Jillian Perez

Loved this place It was clean had perfect space and the bed was comfortable Had a great view of the Icon aka Orlando eye

The lobby was very welcoming and the check in process was very quick and easy The staff was great Close to a lot of shops Would definitely stay here again Oh and it’s great for a quick get away, vacation or family

Paris Burbidge

Front desk staff was great, so friendly! I read through the reviews prior to booking so I was aware of it being dated, etc but the big disappointment was that our room was dirty There was leftover candy from the previous guest on the floor and a huge pepperoni stuck in some cheese under the desk- we never had pizza during our stay The rooms were comfortable enough and simple

The restaurant in the hotel is worth skipping altogether Pricey for fine food The morning we left I ordered my kids breakfast at about 8AM I called 3 different times to check on it, finally they said they were on their way up At 10AM, we finally just checked out so we could go get something to eat Quite a disappointing note to end on

For 3 days in a row, we requested housekeeping to clean our room, refresh our towels, and restock our coffee Today, I even requested it twice It never happened

They are nice enough, but nothing ever gets done However, the a/c works, and the breakfast bar is tolerable Their website says they have laundryfacilities Kind of The dryer is broken This is not worth the money I can’t recommend this hotel

John Hagler

We were there 3 weeks When we pulled up to the front we were met by several people smoking at the front door, to include employees Check in was ok, the front desk acted like I was a inconvenience

The lobby and downstairs was dirty, the elevator was dirty, and our room was wasn’t that clean either The following morning there were cleaning ladies playing on the phones or talking to their baby daddy, not doing their job There was also other employees walking around, not in uniform, the only way I knew they worked there was because they were doing something like half-heartedly wiping the front door This was by far the worst IHG Hotel I’ve stay at I was very disappointed and won’t be staying there again

The Edgewater Hotel towers over the quaint, historic downtown area of Winter Garden, and also towered above my expectations for a Bed and Breakfast It sits right on Main Street that is peppered with lots of little shops, eateries and outdoor activities that you won’t find anywhere else The hotel itself is home to two restaurants and a homemade Ice Cream parlor

The hotel has a classic manual elevator (that requires, for safety, staff to operate – so keep that in mind if you have health or physical complications because stairs are also available and more commonly used) Each room is designed to remind the guest of days gone by Hardwood flooring and private baths are among what you’ll find here The delicious included breakfast is cooked to order, and the ladies who prepare it are also your hostesses and couldn’t be friendlier, providing information about the area and the history of the buildingHaving stayed here four times while on vacation, this place just keeps getting better and better with a recently remodeled breakfast area and other visually pleasing updates that enhance the stay but doesn’t take away from the old time experienceVery highly recommended

Natalie Sawyer

We really loved our 5-night stay here with our family of 5 We have 3 small children and they were very accommodating They set up a pack n play in our adjoining room

Katie was also so great serving us breakfast every morning We loved having a common room/kitchen that we could use at other times of the day Having a sink, microwave, and some snacks available were game changers for our family, making this a much better option than a regular hotel The bed was comfy, the towels were nice and soft (unlike most hotels that have scratchy bleached towels), our room was lovely, the decor is so unique and fun, and winter garden is the most adorable little town to walk around in Such a special place, definitely recommend!

Where do I even start? This historic hotel is a truly unique experience in old world charm and hospitality Pictures don’t do this place justice You really have to see it and experience it for yourself

because it truly is an experience As soon as you walk in the lobby you’re magically transported back in time to 1927 Every aspect around you is antiqueor looks antique It’s so hard to describe! I was only able to spend 24 hours here and let me tell you I wished it was longer I was sad to leave! The staff that I met (Lily & Lilah) were so sweet and kind! Lilah checked me in and showed me the breakfast room upstairs with unlimited snacks, soups, chips, trail mix bars, granola bars, coffee and teas anytime of the day or night that you like Wow! Awesome! Then she showed me to my room I was blown away I couldn’t believe that I had the privilege to stay in such a beautiful, cozy, charming room as this! Beds were very comfortable, nice thread count sheets, thick comfortable comforters on the beds Pillows nice and lofty, heavy I’m guessing goose feather down? Extra blanket in the corner on the chair Mini fridge in the corner I stayed in room 213 by the way right next to the breakfast area My room overlooked the front street where you could see the shops and people walking by At night time the view was stunning Had a great night’s sleep Ultra quiet in this hotel When I laid down to sleep I had the biggest smile on my face The next morning I had breakfast at 8am Lily served breakfast: Scrambled eggs with cheese, English muffin, orange juice, sausage, hash browns, orange marmalade and French Toast Lots of options to order from! Huge, amazing breakfast! Omg! You are treated like absolute royalty here I felt like a queen I have stayed in many many hotels in my lifetimethis is hands down my favoriteof all time I stayed here on July 6th and will be returning either in the fall or right around Christmas when Plant Street is all lit up and decorated with 25,000 people in the street Can’t wait for my next visit back! I want the same room again! Try this place, you will not regret it!

We had a great experience as usual We stayed at a Universal – View room in a high floor and it’s a great view, specially at night You can even see the fireworks from your room! It’s so worth it to book a room like this

Their beds and pillow are super comfy The room was very clean, and the staff is super nice and attentive, they are on top of your needs and help you right away Housekeeping service is available but you have to reserve a day prior to get your room cleaned, so keep that in mind when you stay to plan accordinglyThe Lobby area is very nice and very convenient with all the stores they have where you can basically find anything you wantThe closeness to Universal is incredibly convenient and amazing! You should also be aware that parking for your car costs around 26$ per night and it’s a little more expensive if you use valet parkingI really really enjoyed my stay and I have nothing negative to say from my experience this opportunity I stayed there

I was impressed for it being only a 3 star, the service and my experience was definitely more than 3 stars The sunshine Cafe for breakfast has delicious food at the buffet No its not complimentary and that’s because the quality is much better and worth the cost, Vinh and Jim were very considerate and friendly waiters, they even let us take fruit and coffee to go

The check for the Cafe and American Grill & bar can be charged to your room which is super convenient The bar even let me take the wine glass upstairs to my room They have a shuttle to Universal parks, we also walked to the park too since it wasn’t too far (15min), walking avoided the large crowds with the round security section too The pool is open later than other hotels I’ve been too and really big along with their jacuzzi with a tiny water park for the kids We opted to have room service daily, it was nice to be given that option We also got a cookie from the front desk when checking in The food at the American Grill is great quality, I had the steak and veggies They have an ice cream shop inside as well Great experience, great service, I highly recommend and can’t wait til my next stay

Great amenities Beautiful, relaxing scenery and grounds For tasty dining I’d strongly suggest their on-site restaurant “American Grill”I did not partake in using the pool during the day Where as, from the view of the area from my roomthere was not much shaded area or umbrellas for my useHowever for the most part, my stay with Double Tree was very comfortable and pleasant

We booked the Fairfield Inn for the group rate for our wedding hotel, and they did a really great job for us They were very accommodating to our needs, and sales manager Sandy Gramowski was incredibly helpful setting everything up for us and helping us through the whole process The hotel itself was excellent

Rooms were very clean, staff was super friendly, and the continental breakfast was very good and served for a generously long time, and, in what may seem like a miniscule detail but was a very big deal for me personally, the coffee in the lobby may be the best coffee I’ve ever had in a hotel! They also not only accommodated our dog at the last minute, but welcomed her very happily and gave her a small gift bag of treats, so she recommends it very strongly as well Would definitely stay there again the next time we need a room in Clermont without a doubt

The hotel landscape was beautiful Lobby was beautiful The Breakfast had frozen Jimmy Dean breakfast sandwiches Not much to choose from

The room was Horrible Bathroom toilet Leaking water very generic bathroom the toilet looks like rust or poop all around the edge The bottom of the tub was stain Brown the mattress was very cheap Along with the furniture in it 19800 dollars a night Too bad it doesn’t allow me to post pictures

Jennifer Nunezdelatorre

One night was 300 and well the pay is not bad if the rooms are great I am not sure of other floors but the first floor was a bad idea The television service was horrible, limited amount of channel

The bed was super hard and pillows almost flat The rooms were not really appealing at all I couldn’t believe this was a Marriott My family stayed across the street and that hotel looked better than ours in a lot of ways The jacuzzi was really the only thing that was enjoyable in our stay

We booked the hotel for our last 3 vacation days, and we really enjoyed it The rooms (double queen one) have enough space for up to 4 people Everything looked well decorated and was in a good condition

The staff is super friendly and they are helpful The pool is clean and you’ll also find a hot tub, which is pretty cool by the wayOne more thing: They offer you a GREAT breakfast buffet with a good variety of food

I recently stayed at this hotel and everything was as expected, clean sheets and room, comfy beds, good breakfast Excellent location, 2 miles away Universal! I would like to address I forgot in the safe some valuables and noticed about it a day after my checkout I was already in Miami when I called and the staff was very attentive and cordial

They confirmed they kept the items with them and I manage to send someone to pick them up Thank you Holiday Inn! Thank you to Roland and Maria for the great customer service!!!

WHAT happened to this hotel We were here a year ago From then to now it is ran down, terrible rooms, cracked ceilings, tubs clearly getting water behind the panels, wall patches everywhere, paint very poor job, no light in the suit areas, looks dirty, not taken care of

Then wasn’t told the elevators were to be worked on while we stayed here prior to paying I found a note by my room door on the floor explaining about elevators They took payment without giving the opportunity to make a choice if I wanted to stay after I was told elevators getting worked on one will be working while being worked on or you can use the stairs Not certain I want to ride an elevator while repairs are being made 😳Stairs are not an option for me due to medical reasonAlso didn’t notice until this morning there are grease spots on the headboard maybe from lotion or baby oil Not from us It’s so dark in this room you can’t see The sun is shining bright this morning Stuns on furniture Very unacceptableSome lights not working

I only stayed 1 night but the service was fantastic I walked into the room and I could smell the freshness of the room Completely spotless

I felt very comfortable in the room knowing about all the airborne illnesses going around I can say this place is on top of their game Thank you for making me feel safe and confident in my choice of hotels

Ace Phillips

When first arrived, the receptionist was rather unfriendly and seemed bothered to be of any help The second lady, however–I believe her name was Victoria and was some sort of manager–was understanding and direct The rooms are very modern, the TV selection is great, but the sheets and pillows appeared dirty

Breakfast was pretty good too for a hotel Overall, a pretty good experience, although there’s a Marriott not too far with better service and cleaner beds (but it won’t be as modern)

Ashley

I checked in 4/10/22 between 8:30-9pm It was a very unpleasant experience I have a service animal

Not only did the lady at the front desk ( she wore glasses) ask WHAT MY DISABILITY IS, but she also asked if they had documentation, Per the ADA 2010 revisions: When it is not obvious what service an animal provides, only limited inquiries are allowed Staff may ask two questions: (1) is the dog a service animal required because of a disability, and (2) what work or task has the dog been trained to perform Staff cannot ask about the person’s disability, require medical documentation, require a special identification card or training documentation for the dog, or ask that the dog demonstrate its ability to perform the work or task Then she wanted a paper signed for a $75 fee per pet, saying she would “ waive the fee” but no signature was put on said paper stating they would “waive the fee”With ANY service animal you do NOT have to pay any “pet fees” as they are NOT a pet Maybe the front desk lady needs to be trained on what’s allowed to be asked when dealing with service animals Highly unacceptable to ask anyone what their disability is and for documentation for their service animal Other than the unprofessional desk attendant, the room seems to be very clean and so far quietIf any management contacts me, I’ll be glad to update my rating as the rooms are clean it’s the staff that was very unpleasant

I would rate this place 5 star ⭐️ instead if 4 if the parking spaces were assigned to units Other than parking situation everything else was good about this resort Going in we were skeptical especially after reading all the negative reviews but we found this place very welcoming and comfortable

Service was great 👍🏻 staff was polite and professional Room was clean and updated everything worked no issues, we stayed at 2 bed unit it felt like home away from homeThis place has several Pools and pools are the best part of this resort we were out all day and in the evening just relaxing at the pools with couple of other families no big crowds or issues We were only given 2 water park ticket and rest we had to pay for so we didn’t Visit parkThe market place, restaurant, gaming area and bowing was all fun and shuttle service was helpful Overall a good wholesome family fun experienceWe did sign up for time share sales presentation we didn’t find any staff members pushy or unreasonableMy only recommendation is if they can a assign parking space that will great

Asiel Gonzalez

My experience here hopefully it never happens to anyone else

So we went here for a time share tour after buying some tickets for a discount We were promised a free continental breakfast for a 90 min tour So far soon good We get to the hotel fill out some papers and our rep takes us to another room where we get asked more questions She leads us to the “breakfast room”y’allits a pile of water bottles and muffins Once they take you into the back they start calling it snacks and not continental breakfastred flagkinda disappointed Moving onour rep tells us that because we aren’t staying at the hotel then we need to wait for another rep and it could be up to 2 hours on top of the 90 min tourY’allthis lady gives us two optionseither wait there for 4 hours or pay them $150 to leave We paid the 150$ and briskly left that hotel feeling freshly F***’d 150$ for a muffin and about an hour of our time Stay away from timeshares

Paige Brice55t,

Positive: The staff were very pleasant, I’ve met many and every single person was beyond pleasant especially Chucho,Maria, and Max they were a breath of fresh air The suites were very spacious for my family of 5 We enjoyed all of the amenities especially the fire pit

Beds were beyond comfortable and so were the pillows Check-in process was easy and fast Whatever you need the resort makes sure the address the situation immediatelyNegatives: From the time we arrived there had been issues after issues The key cards were not working and we were issued 7 The tub would not fill up past the jets, the toilets clogged, and the doors would not close properly We had to be moved to another room due to so many issues and he second room wasn’t any better There were no coffee mugs or proper kitchen utensils I found a roach in one of the cabinets and there were ants on the dressers The rooms are very dated and are in need of serious upgrading

Our stay was pretty good We stayed for a 6 days and they came and cleaned half way through our stay which was perfect timing The rooms are good sized and the location is perfect

I only have a few complaints there isn’t any vending, the furniture is a little dirty and the restaurant isn’t open all the time and they don’t offer everything listed on the Starbucks menu There also should be more towels in the family 2 bedrooms Other then that our stay was good

ToxSic Dream (ToxSic)

Had an Amazing stay at the point over the July 8th Weekend I spent my Days at Universal and it was nice to come back to rest and relax at The Point Had a nice 9 story view from my balcony

Also Enjoyed the layout of my room, Small but quaint and all I needed to enjoy my stay I highly recommend staying here PS Bathrooms are spacious and Very Relaxing to unwind in after a Long day in the Florida heat

James Ryan

Disappointing best describes The Point Hotel We arrived after the check-in time, but our room still wasn’t ready We were told we would receive a text when the room was ready, but we never did

When we finally made it to the room hours after the check-in time, we were impressed with the size of the suite, but otherwise disappointed It had not been cleaned well There was soup scum in the shower and tub and dirty floors Our kids immediately noticed how dirty their feet got just from walking on the carpetThe appliances are dated, seemingly 20 years old, as were the TV’s The picture quality and channel selection was a throwback to the 90’s The refrigerator barely worked The furniture was worn The cook ware and dish ware was minimal, making it very difficult to prepare meals There was a pull out bed, but no sheets or blanket The bedding we did have was very low quality, reminiscent of a Motel 6The staff was not at all welcoming and uniformly seemed annoyed by their job Literally every staff member we interacted with seemed like they hated being there They weren’t necessarily rude, just dismissive and seemingly annoyedOverall, the stay was very disappointing and not at all what we expected based on the online photos and other reviews If you are looking for a place to stay in Orlando, our suggestion is to keep looking There are so many other options that will not disappoint

What can I say, I was pleasantly surprised! I was a little apprehensive going into this because I have come to Florida several times And this hotel has been here for as long as I can remember But they have done a AWESOME job refurbishing this place! It looks like new

We ended up staying two nights and the shower was perfect; the best shower I’ve ever had my entire life The front desk staff was super nice along with the bellhop Nice pool and outdoor bar area And the room has all the basic needs refrigerator and microwave upon request The one and only down side is you have to pay $19 a day for parking So I will definitely be back but for shorter trips mostly because the parking cost can add up quick!

I stay in about 100 hotels a year This hotel was fantastic It was clear that they had just refurbished and our room looked and felt incredible

Very clean and very appealing The furnishing, paint, and feel of the room was that of a luxury hotel The shower was awesome, with an overhead rain type shower as well as a separate hand held shower head with great pressure We stayed in a tower room with pool view and for us the tower part of the room was worth the money It gives you a full 180 degree view of the back area and easy eyes on the hot tub and pool to see if it is worth going down They have a couple of cool terraces on the 9th Floor that overlook the surrounding area with a very cool view The staff here was the cherry on top They were all extremely pleasant and accommodating From the front desk staff to the house keeping, every employee was great We will 100% be staying exclusively in this hotel when staying in Orlando I highly recommend this hotel!

Alex Moring

We had a very nice stay at the Castle Hotel More importantly, they delivered big time on the customer service front (specifically Ariel, she was amazing) I left some very important items in the hotel room (including a hard drive with 10 years worth of family photos), and Ariel personally took my items to the local UPS store, and even went back a second time after I didn’t hear back from them

The room was nice enough, the proximity to Icon Park is pretty cool (although we didn’t go there) Lots of good restaurants within walking distance The pool was heated and super warm (even on the 1st of March) so that was nice

This hotel was not originally our first Hilton choice but I am glad we stayed here The staff genuinely want to serve you They are very friendly and caring

The room was spacious The couch and chair could use a good upholstery cleaning The entrance to hotel is very easy to miss The left turn off a busy street isn’t always the easiest But as soon as you enter the doors, the staff greeted you with a smile and causal conversation I’d stay here again

Kenan Sulayman

Absolutely great place I checked in on the drive there and selected a room via the app, and checked out via the app when we left We received two bottles of water as gold members

The room was extremely spacious and the beds really comfortable The traffic outside wasn’t completely blocked out The view from the room was great The room supported digital key so I didn’t even need a room key card and I was able to share the digital key with my partner by sharing a linkI‘d definitely stay at this place again It’s a great example of how a hotel should be
