We stayed here for a few days while house hunting in the area The hotel was nice and clean The room was perfect for us

We enjoyed having the kitchenette and dishes/cookware The staff was friendly The breakfast was nice, but wasn’t completely set up and ready to go at the start time given more than once during our stay There is an ice maker in the room freezer but no ice machine in the hotel, which would have been nice to ice our cooler down for the drive home

Kayla Loschky

I travel often and let me tell you, the staff here are such gems! They are so warm and welcoming! The hotel is nice, clean, had a large breakfast (waffles, eggs, bacon, potatoes, granola bars, yogurt, cereal, bagels, muffins, juice, etc,) until 9:30am They have laundry on site for FREE! Soap is $1 at the front desk and will do 2 loads They are also pet friendly

It’s an extended stay and there is a kitchen in each room with cooking utensils, dish soap, coffee maker, and utensils We asked for a a later checkout time due to sleeping in and doing laundry and they were very accommodating We are very impressed with this hotel! Highly recommend this location!

Nice Hotel, Had fitted sheets for the pullout bed and enough space to walk around Complimentary breakfast was good but only expect that when it’s a weekday since Saturday and Sunday were just Jimmy Dean Bagels Only downside was getting locked out twice in 3 days, but Jaymes was a big help on getting us back into our hotel and was there to say bye when we checked out

Pool is nice, and the exercise room is perfect Basketball court is good, but the flooring curls up and the rim sends the ball everywhere but the hoop 3 Stars is my opinion, but subject to change depending if I go back or not

Elies Habib

Really nice experience, has a nice apartment feel and just a nice place to relax, great air conditioning and pretty good wifi, tv has a Netflix, pandora, and YouTube option with cable included, breakfast is limited to croissants, juices, fruits, and cereals and such due to Covid restrictions as of this post Pool is clean and open to all members The staff is wonderful, especially Jaymes, he was very helpful and nice and offered great service to questions and help! They as well have a snack bar where your able to purchase ice cream or snacks from the front desk! Overall would come again for a nice place to settle down over the summer!

Miyou S.petit-homme

Check in was breeze James @ the front desk was very courteous and professional I reserved a studio suite for one night for the 4 of us (hubby and I and 2 kids) and one puppy

The room was clean and great size It had a kitchenette with utensils, plates and glassware, full size fridge No noise in the hallway , plenty of grass area to walk the dog, great restaurants nearby No complaints I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone

Clean and spacious roomsEnjoyed the pool and hot tub, an awful lot of chlorineArea was tucked back and not super busy

Easy access to a gas station for snacks, drinksBreakfast was very decent for hotel fareStaff was helpful and friendlyOverall enjoyed the stayMajor issue that took stars off:We took our baby We called in advance and was assured a crib would be in our room waiting for us It was not When we asked at the desk, we were informed the hotel only had one (ONE?!) And that someone else was already using itHad to make a crib of sorts in a bed with pillows, losing bed space for the rest of us, unsafe sleep space for the babyWe would have brought a pack and play if we would have known, but we made sure to ask and was told it would be waiting for usBaby did not like the sleeping arrangements, shrieking likely made other guests uncomfortable

We used Springhill Suites for our wedding overnight accommodations and we were blown away with how incredible the staff was! They were super accommodating and had solutions for anything that was not clear for us Which ever staff was on, be it the morning or late night, they were great! We received multiple compliments from our guests on the staff The rooms are also super clean and well maintained

Amber who is head of housekeeping was so helpful and super sweet! We are extremely happy we used Springhill Suites in Quakertown as our overnight accommodations for our wedding!

Miles Haymond

I stayed at the Quakertown SpringHill Suites for a work trip for 3 nights a few weeks ago I noticed the morning of my checkout that the air conditioner had been throwing black mold onto the bed nearest the unit The bike in the gym is broken and the gym floor had hair, dirt, and dead bugs on it

I do not ask for much when it comes to hotels but a clean room and a clean gym is not too big of an ask in my opinion They still have not resumed room service which is frustrating as the small bar of soap did not last the three days They also did not mention they were not offering room service during my check-in I was very disappointed to hear the reaction of the lady at the front desk when I informed her of the mold as she hardly apologized for the inconvenience Worst experience I have had at a Marriott owned hotel

We’ve stayed at the Sayre Mansion 3 times now We love to go for a night or two and visit the bookstore speakeasy The inn is beautiful and the people are very friendly

The rooms are adorable and beds very comfortable Most recently we stayed in the conservatory which was fantastic Just make sure you bring eye mask to sleep so you can sleep past 5am Laying in bed and looking up at the sky is amazing, highly recommend this room The breakfast is also very good and at night there is port in the living room You can sit out on the porch with your coffee and enjoy the view of the steel stacks

Hubby and I stayed here for a 3 night stay We loved it! The room was so beautiful Super clean

The location is perfect Just a walk away from the main street or super short drive Breakfast was delicious! We were so happy in the mornings for breakfast Check in process is super quick and the staff is wonderful It is a bed and breakfast type of place so please do not compare it to a hotel It is super charming and just the place for a weekend getaway or even a nice long trip! They serve refreshments in the living room area also Only thing I wish they had is housekeeping if you are staying for more than 1 day Other than that we would definitely be back if we come back in this area

From initial appearance of the room it looked great, but shortly after I arrived I started finding things little by little First when I went to watch TV in the living area the screen was covered with dirty food hand prints It looked like a kid wiped them all over the screen so I cleaned that first

I then went to use the plates for dinner and all the plates were dripping wet and dirty so I hand washed them I ran the dishwasher that night on everything and put them back so the next person can at least have clean dry dishes Before running the dishwasher though I removed something gross from the drainage area Also when using the microwave I found the turntable and light inside to be broken Later I sat on the sofa, but it was very dirty so I moved to the chair and found a dirty cloth jammed into the side Lastly when I went to take a shower the wall was covered with long hair along with the shampoo pump being broken These can all be seen in my review photos I did also use the pool which was nice, but certainly needed some TLC on the floors as all the drainage lines were clogged with dirt The bed wasn’t bad and sheets were clean, but the cover had a hole in it I did sleep very well though Overall I can’t say that this place is terrible, but I feel that some kind of inspection needs to be done on the cleaning of the rooms and other facilities just to keep up with the IHG Clean promise

Rebecca Burns

The room was very clean All the staff were very nice and accommodating The hotel is very close to the casino and was great to be at the Chris Young Concert in under 5minutes

It was Wonderful the 🏨 hotel has discounts for Frontline Workers Doing hospice care is challenging on the mind and heart of worker such as myself But it definitely is a rewarding job and I Absolutely Love My Job 💗❤💗 Im very pleased the hotel honors us in the medical field Thank you for a Wonderful Stay!!!

Amanda Hampton

First thought was the room was spacious and looked clean! But when we went into the bathroom there were ants all over in the middle of February! Also, staff said they sent their big towels out for cleaning for president’s day weekend and we only were allowed to have small towels due to this decision to send all their big towels out of state Staff was friendly and tried to accommodate for our inconveniences, only reason it was 2 stars

Haven’t stayed here in months and this was due to the facts that our card was hacked by one of their employees (we suddenly had charges to Louis Vuitton that same weekend) We emailed management and the only thing they said to us was “glad your back could help issue you a new card” The rooms have either stains on the curtains, rubs or mold in the bathroom

The last and final time we were there, you couldn’t turn the water to cool which was fun taking a near scalding hot shower Before that, we had our wedding party booked here and they tried to charge my in laws a pet fee (this was discussed prior via email) without telling them and acted like they had no idea Staff said they never saw the dog even though they walked right by staff! We were going nearly every weekend due to the fact that we were looking for houses and this hotel was decently priced, quiet and most of the staff was rather nice It’s sad that guests are treated a certain way regarding stealing of guests information and they act as if its not a big deal

I use to go here once every year since I was a teem during june but as I got older I noticed more things wrong and more low quality thingsBut this year drew the line Finding stains on the bed sheets and constantly smelling cannabis in the halls

I even discussed this with other people who stay here around this time of year and someone found a old vape in the bathroomI don’t think I’ll be using this hotel again next year

Jason

I had a last minute change to my schedule the night before check out and had to stay another two weeks or so I came down in the middle of the night and your employee, Trevyn, was so friendly and helpful even though it was like 1am He made sure I kept my existing room and corporate rate

Thanks for the help This hotel got me by while waiting to move into my apartment

While the room was beautiful, it was the worst hotel stay I have ever had and we travel often The AC was not working in the second bedroom and living area at all the first night The technician told me, he had serviced the room and the part needed to fix the AC was 9 weeks out

So why did they rent me the room Anyway, they gave me credit for the first night and had the technician come up to fix it When we returned to our room it was a refrigerator, thermostat set at 63 in all rooms We increased the thermostat to a comfortable temperature of 74 (so we thought), and the second bedroom and living area was not working again Since I was already told there was not another 2 bedroom suite available I didn’t want the staff to think I was trying to get the whole room for free, so we suffered through it When actually, our entire stay should have been refundedThe pillows had no substance to them which made us wake up with sore neck and myself a headache The bed was very uncomfortable and the sheets would not stay on the bed We were there from Thursday to Sunday with no trash pick-up, towel changes or house cleaningThen there was the food The sausage was boiled and looked white and the potatoes were not cooked through Needless to say, I had to cooked both I couldn’t wait for this stay to be over I worked more on this vacation, cooking, cleaning, dumping trash than I would have at home Thanks for making my families first vacation since the pandemic started one of our worst

This is a really nice hotel!! Basically everything you could want Gorgeous groomed and landscaped Basketball court, pool, spacious rooms, kitchen, furnishings are very nice

A friendly, clean, affordable hotel my family and I use often when we visit family in Allentown The smiles of the staff are genuine and it’s easy in and easy out The dining room is light and airy and I enjoyed the fact that the tv was off and not blaring with news and so gave my family and I a chance to enjoy each other’s company

My kids loved the indoor pool ✌️

Our flight was canceled at the last minute, so American Airlines put us in this hotel The staff showed us the best hospitality while staying Management allowed us to have a late check out by 3 hours

I am from TN, so it was refreshing to have staff willing to helpAlso, you must have a cup of coffee from their coffee shop- the best I have ever tasted!!!

Barbara Ford-Latty

They emphasized strongly that this a no-smoking facility

yet when I walked into the room it smelled like a cigar store Since they require a $100 deposit, I made sure they knew it was not me that smokes No soap in the bathroom However the mattress was excellent, and the front desk associate was very pleasant, polite, and gave me a different room immediately That was nice

Ryan David

Well this hotel has no Continental breakfast, no restaurant and no microwave 3 pancakes for $1000

Very, very limited food They do have a pool but you have to make an appointment to use the very small pool The WIFI kicks you off randomly The people at the front desk were nice The elevator takes for ever Check out is at noon This is a last resort hotel for me

I didn’t like it here This hotel is a little run down It’s got that feel of trying to make something dirty and broken look new and clean but you know it’s not… you can feel it walking on their floors and carpet, it just feels gritty and gross

The Wi-Fi was out the entire week of my stay I was given this weird number to call about the Wi-Fi that was just a solicitation recording No matter how much I warmed the temperature in my room, cold air kept coming down on my face The shower was dirty and the gym smelled bad (seriously whatever chemical they used smelled like urine) The worst was after a painful 12 hour night shift on my feet, my keycard didn’t work Apparently their system malfunctioned and I wasted a half hour waiting for it to be fixed Reading some other reviews, this is a common occurrence for them What’s the point of paying for a room you can’t get into?My room also had a connecting door (which I absolutely hate, but that’s just a personal preference I guess)I’m grateful to have stayed at the Candlewood Suites during my follow up trips, definitely an upgrade

Adam Shulkin

I filed a Google Review about a week ago and the front desk supervisor Kayla Kleckner responded I exchanged emails with Kayla where I was told by Kayla that the General manager would be contacting me to set up a phone call with ownership That was 3 days ago and the general manager has not contacted me

To make matters even worse, Kayla Kleckner has since stopped responding and completely disappeared on me I think it’s obvious what’s going on here Ownership and the hotel General manager is intentionally avoiding this issue It’s absolutely appalling customer service!

Cassandre Cicero

I had a date so I got there early so I can get ready and Lakeema did everything she could to get me in She was absolutely amazing and had a wonderful personality You guys should be happy to have the stuff you have

That night my room was not getting cool, it was like a sauna and here the air condition was broken The girl working that night, I didn’t catch her name she did everything she could to try and fix it and when she couldn’t she moved my room and the new room was awesome I love this hotel and I will keep coming back because the staff is great

I have been staying here for over 16 years and can’t say enough good things about it! Nancy with the breakfast in the morning is SUPERB, always taking care of her working folks that leave early in the morning with awesome coffee Cathy is the friendliest GM I have had the pleasure to deal with directly The evening crew at the Bar/restaurant are always pleasant and great cooks I might add

You can’t go wrong with staying here for a quiet like home experience!

I really have to give those stars to this hotel after the experience I had at another hotel Co fort Inn realy came through for me with comfortable bedding, large pillows, soft linen and size of the room Fridge, microwave and a clean sick and a tub good working shower

This hotel had free breakfast, bar and food to order Wow!!! Never expected these benefits compared to othe hotels I was very happy

Megan Moro

Room is very clean and nice Half of the equipment in the fitness room is broken Which was kind of disappointing

The only reason I am leaving an old review is the noise factor The room next to me is persistently loud( loud vulgar music, shouting, singing) Manager on shift did approach the room and person inside turned the music down slightly but continued to sing and shout loudly This is not a reflection of the hotel itself but just the fact people are extremely inconsiderate of their surroundings and allowing others to have a peaceful night

I stayed here about two months ago for a few nights while I was making arrangements for a more permanent place to stay while having renovations done to my house, and overall it was a decent experienceThe associate at check-in was very friendly and helpful, and she and I had a few great conversations over the days I was there I was placed in a high floor room facing away from the highway so it was very quiet (which I appreciated), and the room was very clean

I did a small amount of cooking in the room and the kitchenette was sufficient I also made use of the pool, which was cold but refreshing, and the hot tub, which was more relaxing Breakfast wasn’t awesome but it was pretty good by the current Marriott (lack of) standards that mandate free breakfasts be worseRight now the hotel is still in good enough shape, but it’s going to need some repair work beyond basic maintenance in the next year or so The outside of the building needs attention like a deep cleaning and new lights, and the pool area needs to be revamped and rusted items replaced But for right now it’s still okay and I was satisfied given the hotel categoryLocation is great as it’s very close to many restaurants and stores, including a supermarket If it were in a walking-friendly area, you could walk to pretty much everything, but it’s a bit too inconvenient and dangerous with all the highways Still by car everything is 2 or 3 minutes awayI’d definitely recommend this property for either short or long stays It’s a bit outside of the cities in the Lehigh Valley, but it’s close enough to not be a problem

Samantha Pettis

Very thankful for our stay at this hotel We broke down on our way west traveling with our fur baby, had our vehicle towed to Firestone next door The staff here are phenomenal and so friendly, helpful and answer any questions or concerns

They have a great breakfast, fresh coffee, pool, laundry, fitness equipment, and convenient location The rooms are comfortable and quiet Pet friendly!

This hotel has been one of the most amazing stays I can remember in recent memory My girl and I (both from MD 4 hours away) got stuck in the Easton/Nazareth area with car troubles and this Townplace Suites by Marriott was right next to the shop Once we walked in, the staff at the check in desk were ANGELS

They told us about 24- hour laundry services, free breakfast, a pool and gym and we were blown away by everything Google put this as a 25 star hotel, but honestly the room was better than the last four star we had stayed in Amazing Kitchenette, a sparkling clean bathroom, the comfiest bed on earth (we passed out almost immediately) and we had access to tons of utensils, appliances, and all the comforts of home, things we NEVER expected out of a hotel stay The front desk told us about all sorts of places we can get to from where we are and were super sympathetic about our situation being stuck there Even after a shift change and seeing other staff members through the night, each and every one of them was nicer than the last Absolutely blown away by the care given by the staff and the overall experience here I’d recommend this hotel to literally anyone!

The evening employee was completely uninterested in being there The building is in disrepair The front doors weren’t opening properly

The elevator was shaking and smelled The room was terrible Mold, stains, water stains on the ceiling, bug, musky smellThe employees in the morning did go out of their way to be friendly and helpful! The breakfast was also very goodI would not recommend this hotel to anyone

I knew this hotel was going to be an issue when I first called and tried to pay for my room and the young man at the front desk told me he doesn’t know how to take a payment over the phone! He asked if I could call back when his shift was over to see if someone else could help me I called back and asked for a credit card auth form so they can charge the card, the young lady claims she was going to send it never received it, called back she claimed “she didn’t get to it yet” and hung up the phone on me! Finally got the email, filled out info payment didn’t go through because they never put it through! Then when I finally got there I checked in they gave me a room I didn’t book! Booked a double queen, when upstairs to a King room

Went to front desk and told them this room is incorrect I needed a double room for my other guests that were joining me! She says there is a pull out couch!!! I said absolutely not! I booked this room over a month ago why cant I be accommodated claims nothing was cleaned and once they were she still couldn’t accommodate me, once I asked for a manager magically the double queen was cleaned! 2 doors down from the room that they originally put me in! Wouldn’t recommend to stay here there’s another Holiday Inn down the road try that one maybe more inviting!!

We stayed 7/25 – 7/27 for a birthday trip to Dorney Park for our son The location directly across the street from the park was incredibly convenient, and we were grateful at the end of the long days The room was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed

The room darkening shade on the window was amazing and kept our son asleep well past his usual crack-of-dawn wakeup He didn’t even realize it was morning! The staff were friendly and helpful The included breakfast had a variety of food available to satisfy all of us, including a picky 4 year old We would definitely stay there again if we go back in the future

I would give it a 35 out of 5 overall The staff here is very attentive and pleasant- a rare thing these days

Complimentary breakfast was minimal but actually better than most places at this rate Beds were very comfy, room was quiet and relaxing, and the lobby was clean My complaints was the bathroom was VERY small and not cleaned properly I understand that you get what you pay for but cleanliness should be the same everywhere and it was lacking a bit Sheets in the beds were fine but better attention to cleaning in the rooms is needed Otherwise it was a pleasant stay but I would most likely not stay here again

My husband and I recently stayed at the hotel The staff was warm and helpful I was in a wheelchair and when it became apparent that I would benefit from a room with a couch, we were quickly moved to another room on the same floor that had one

The room was very nice and the bed was quite comfortable We also visited The Tap Room and enjoyed great food, drinks and Jazz overall a wonderful time with service that went above and beyond from the housekeeping staff and Bell Hops to the front desk and managers we will definitely stay here again

This hotel was pretty nice, the front desk staff were very kind and extremely helpful The pool was nice and my kids had a great time But the inside of the pool was kind of dirty if you looked closely also the guy who locks up the pool (because it closes at 9pm) would wait at the door watching us around 8:30 and then tell my kids to leave before closing time which killed the fun a little

The rooms were really nice but the only bad thing would be the room’s cleaning service because the bathroom was very dirty, especially the toilet and bathtub and the microwave was also very dirty and this was all on the first day before anyone used the bathroom or microwave

This was my first and ONLY time booking with a Holiday Inn Express and I will absolutely not be a returning customer BUYER BE WARE: Avoid this location if you can When we checked in, the hotel smelled clean and then we got to our room

The sheets were stained in a rainbow of colors; we had a 3+ hour drive with our 2 year old so we asked for a set of clean sheets and went to the park to drain some energy When we returned, the bed was remade, but after turning down the sheets we saw that there was a new rainbow of stains My husband took a shower and had a clump of black hair on his leg On top of this there was a blue pill (in a bubble pack) on the floor of our room where my child was playing When I brought up this issue, they offered me a room – our LAST NIGHT there I was told the GM (Charlene) would call me back on monday and received no response, so logically, I thought that I would not receive anything at all so I called IHG customer service and filed a claim I waited until almost 4pm on Tuesday after our stay and was told by the front desk manager, Robert (who was rude to me during our stay) that she’d call me when she was off her sales call and that she was leaving work within the hour I waited one hour and called again He became snippy with me Finally 2 hours later I received a call back from the GM who said she’d look into it Although, she added that because I filed a claim it was “out of her hands” (per IHG they couldn’t do anything because the GM had to handle it) I received a call back today from the GM Thursday telling me that because I was IMPATIENT she couldn’t refund me She stated that because my child didn’t consume the pill that it wasn’t urgent she also claimed that my husband and I were difficult with the front desk manager (my husband never spoke to him our entire stay) and anytime I have spoken with him he’s been rude to me so why would i waste my time talking to him? Now, after speaking with IHG customer service, because the hotel apparently gave me 10% off (a slap in the face that I found out about only after they responded to my claim), per policy IHG can’t even offer me points towards a room

The front desk and cleaning staff were friendly and professional during my stay My room was clean, room service was prompt and the beds were comfortable The suites are more spacious than standard hotel rooms and we needed the extra space

The continental breakfast was decent but no attendant was present to ensure everyone was following sanitary guidelines I would have given the hotel a 5 star rating except for some sanitary issues I noticed during my stay The breakfast area attendant put old scones back into a bag filled with scones from another day These were unwrapped in a glass case The outdoor patio was not sanitary during my stay and the pool looked unclean We didn’t eat outside or use the pool

Jenn Tagle

I found all of the staff friendly and the rooms were very clean and fresh The bed was firm and the pillows felt like I was on a cloud Probably one of the best sleeps I’ve had! I liked the fact it was just off the main road so I didn’t hear traffic

There was also a nice area to sit outside I would definitely recommend and stay again! 👌 There was also a small pool and workout room but I didn’t get a chance to utilize these

Chris

We stayed in this hotel for four nights I was glad I chose this hotel I got two rooms because my family and my sisters’ family were all staying here

The breakfast was free, but we never tried it The rooms were great It actually looked more modern than I expected The two rooms were exactly the same They came with a coffee machine which was a great addition to the room It came with a mini fridge, microwave, desk, and Tv The desk was super useful Some complaints are that the AC in the room is very loud The AC seemed to only turn on during the night when it was cold so that was annoying We did change the temperature, but it barely helped So, we usually had to sleep with the loud whirring noises The walls and floors were also paper thin You can hear a lot of noise from the other rooms, but I guess that’s more of the guests and not the hotel

I have to say stay at this hotel was lovely 😍, Quiet 🤫 and cleanThe staff was very friendly from the front desk all the way to house cleaning people I remember there was house cleaning lady (Denise) training a young lady name Amanda and it was her very last day but the joy Denise had i could see 👀 that she was a very friendly person ❤

I was talking to both of them Ladies 🚺 and just Joking around usually house cleaning won’t care much for fun or jokes but Denise knew how to be funny and made my experience at this hotel very enjoyable It feel like I was home 🏡 and never left new yorkThe room I was staying in was the king room on 2th floor (201) I have to say the room was very big, they had a kitchen toward the side and coach/Murphy bed 🛌 in itI was there for a funeral (03-09 to 10- 22) for the church revival fire 🔥 but like I said it didn’t feel like I left home and I make this review because I love how everything was at this hotelThe Hotel food which is breakfast was good 👍 as well The gym was small but worth using and the pool was big 👌My stay here was a 10/10 stars 🌟 you guys did amazing job so thank you

Daniel Deyette

Friendly, professional service and a clean, spacious room with many amenities even on the basic level Yes, it costs more than bare bones motels, but this isn’t a bare bones motel Good value for what you get

There is a free hot breakfast for guests But beware the snack bar at the front desk They wanted $4 for a snack sized bag of Cheetos

Lisa Carrodus

I wish I could say we loved our stay, but this simply was not the case Check in was great, the front desk clert was kind, efficient, and attentive Once in the room, my daughter immediately went to the restroom to find very old strong scented urine in the toilet

One could deduce that the toilet was not cleaned from the previous guest, otherwise this would have been flushed The smell was out of this world I cleaned myself and moved foward knowing that staffing is difficult, and often these housekeepers are overworked Still, it stuck with me that cleanliness is important and that was bothersome The day of ckeckout I was stripping the beds for housekeeping prior to leaving and found a large ball of red hair tucked under the sheets of our bed Now I question if our sheets from the previous guest were even changed! The friendliness continued consistently throughout our stay and we had lovely interactions with the staff up until checkout this morning I spent my morning trying to locate the front desk clerk, and once I did I recieved no hello, or acknowledgement in anyway The same at checkout She allowed me to lay my key down and refused to make eye contact We are long time holiday inn stayers and love the brand This location definitely has a lot of employees who care, and are wonderful, but there are definitely a few that may need some additional training

I was slightly skeptical of the hotel given the area however was exceptionally pleased with the experience! The staff was super friendly, and made you feel like you were staying with family instead of a hotel The room was really clean and spacious Most importantly: the breakfast

Although the hotel is short staffed without a wait staff/expo or support in the kitchen, you would never know The cook, Luis made sure you had everything you could want, ensured you were attended to, and made a fabulous breakfast It was so freshly made, we had to wait for it to cool I will definitely stay again while in the area

castAspell

Well, I’m giving this room three stars because I was extremely disappointed that my son and I weren’t able to have breakfast, the bath tub wouldn’t drain and it could have been a little cleaner around the base boards I did love the bed!!!! It was amazing The decorations were really nice as well

I do not believe that they have free breakfast As I did see a posted menu outside of the dining area The website said they served breakfast until 9:30 and we arrived down stairs at 9:03 The front desk girl said they had stopped at 9am and something else I was unable to hear So we only had coffee and tea which had a great flavor Nonetheless, I was disappointed

Jamie Tyndall

A very nice, modern facility Staff were great We needed a place, last minute, and they were able to help

It can’t have been there very long There was no clear signage telling you how to get to itthat was frustrating And for the price they charge, you’d think breakfast would be included but it is not There is a full restaurant on site Also a workout facility and swimming pool

We had such a lovely stay here for two nights with our 3 boys We originally booked a room with a sofa bed but when we arrived we had a regular double queen room All sofa bed double queens were sold out but the front desk went above and beyond to rectify the situation

Rooms were spacious and very clean Beds were very soft We ate both breakfast and dinner and service was exceptional and food fresh and delicious Everyone who worked here was so nice! We definitely recommend

Jarred Krasmer

Very nice hotel and the room was outstanding! Lots of space and there was a bar in the lobby Aubrey made our stay a 5/5 and was incredibly inviting She helped us with everything we needed including masks we forgot we needed for the game at PPL center

If you get the pleasure of her working during your stay, it’s a guaranteed 5/5 stars! The Valet Manager was also awesome he was super nice and helped us when the front desk was busy Two people who make this hotel run as nicely as it does

Gregory Gentry

We stayed here for our wedding weekend and they were great! The staff was kind and very accommodating They put very cute announcements on their event screens for us which was fun for us to see The suite was very large and my wife was able to have her bridal party get their hair and makeup done on site for the big day! The location was perfect for us, just a couple of blocks from our venue

Highly recommend!
