Stayed here for a week on a work trip with my co worker, we both arrived and checked into our rooms and both of our rooms smelled horribly of mold/mildew, we told the front desk and they changed our rooms, after a couple of days I noticed the smell starting to happen in my new room, as well as the room being extremely humid all the time to the point where my linens felt moist I also found numerous roaches in my kitchen and fridge during my stay The room itself was not cleaned to my standards

The room keys quit working constantly, I went through 4 keys and then asked for a mobile key, which eventually no longer worked either The pool was the only good part about the property The rooms are old, and have been updated in a non quality way Will not be staying here again

My flight was canceled and forced me to spend the night in Dallas As an airport property with a shuttle it was ideal The shuttle took over an hour to coordinate because the front desk gave the wrong directions and the shuttle driver was in the wrong place

After arriving to the hotel I had to walk a nice distance only to be assigned a room with no working air conditioning in triple digit temperatures I was assigned another room and was able to cool down and relax A process that should’ve only taken one hour ended up taking almost 3 hours

Rooms were terrible The first room had a kid next door

I’m not fussing about the kid bc the parents were really trying to keep him quiet, the issue was how thin the walls were I could hear the mother shushing and whispering to the son to be more quiet So we asked to be moved and was told by the front desk that the walls were very thin and they apologized So we move into this horrible smelling musky room At this point it was after 10pm The next morning they charge me $250 for smoking in the room I had been there less than 12hrs And another employee for my husband’s company a couple rooms down had to spray air freshener all throughout his room bc it smelled like cigarettes Also we woke up the 2nd day to a puddle of water in the kitchen floor, and I was sick as a dog I had to have inhaler overnighted to me from SC because I couldn’t breathe in that room I’m not gonna say what I think it was, but the musky smell, standing water and then breathing problems for me and my husband kind of all points to one thing Luckily we didn’t stay there long

Try to stay here but the person who made my reservation was too incredibly high After a ridiculous 20 minute phone call with reservations and confirming three times the date of my reservation which was for the day I was calling I arrived at the hotel and was told it was made for the wrong day and that there were no rooms available Normally I would not accuse someone of being high but in this situation it is the only way I can explain how they were acting

I was expecting a little more from a four-star hotel but was sadly disappointed and had to sleep in my truck after a 20 Hour drive Maybe the hotel is nice on the inside if you are actually able to successfully make a reservation

Chris Baillio

Had a great experience here Amy went above and beyond to get us rebooked where we would normally have to change rooms we didn’t She did a great job took care of everything and we really appreciate her hospitality We will be returning here the rooms were very clean we ended up ordering outback through DoorDash and they completely screwed up our order which has nothing to do with the hotel but I feel like I should mention it

Nataly Rodriguez

0 stars if I could I made a two day reservation, paid both days in full of course I wasn’t able to check in on the first day due to a family emergency

I got there on the second day and they said they had canceled my reservation without contacting me even though I had already paid They refuse to give me a refund so I will stay clear from this hotel and make sure my friends and family do as well now for future trips!

When we tried to book a room after getting back late from the airport, they said they were full and that’s understandable However, when we asked for help to book with one of the sister hotels, the front desk lady said “She was busy and that she had other things to do” We live in a very free country

If you do not want to work in customer service, you have the FREEDOM to get another job where you don’t have to work with the public She had horrible customer service

jamar adams

I simply love the lay out of the roomsvery nice staffI only wish the airport shuttle was on demand buy other than that it was a very nice stay and will be on my list of favorites!!

Kim L

Front desk Gail was absolutely so unprofessional and rude Do not stay here I tried letting her know that guests at the hotel were using a shuttle to drop off at the Hyatt Regency for an event and we’re told it was too much traffic only for the guests to have to walk 2 hours

I tried to speak to a manager but she was too busy leaving for the night and would not speak with me Gail kept talking over me and treating me like I was stupid So I spoke louder since she didn’t want to listen to anything I said She kept saying that their shuttles DO NOT operate on the weekend???? How is that even possible? LOL this lady hung up on me I called back to apologized for yelling at her and she still had an attitude I was just trying to tell her what her customers from her hotel were complaining about DON’T stay here

Second time I’ve been here, both for 2-day conferences Relatively surprised by the professionalism, amenities, and quality for an airport hotel Easy shuttle from baggage claim to the hotel, easy and polite check-in, good quality king sized bedroom with working desk area

Above average but not excellent coffee shop, very satisfactory restaurant and bar Conference rooms are easy and comfortable

Bevin Clare

The hotel is a bit of a dinosaur, but the treatment we experienced as a globalist from Toni and Ashley was much appreciated! Maria was also wonderful and cleaned my room each day at the time requested Breakfast was diverse and always fresh, and it was easy as a globalist with the full buffet I really loved how you could text them with requests

A solid stay!

Stan B

I was here for a few days attending a conference and enjoyed the stay The staff was always accommodating and friendly while the facilities were modern and clean Stayed in a Jr Suite that offered a view of the airport and room to work

Would definitely stay here again Don’t forget if you do stay here to get your parking validated Safe travels

We come up to the FtWorth/ Mid-Cities area quite often This was by far the cleanest Hilton in which we had stayed

I was very impressed with the size of the 2 room suite, with dishes, dishwasher, large refrigerator, even a kitchen table very nice! The beds were very nice and comfortable The rugs and floor were very clean The bathroom was spotlessThe associates were extremely helpful, they even went out of their way to find a luggage cart for us even though we arrived at 1AMI was very impressed and I Highly Recommend this hotel!

brandover

My home had a water heater issue so my partner and I stayed at this hotel for three nights The room was very modern and had a great layout It included a small kitchen and living room

The bed was comfy and room was clean The complimentary breakfast was nice The reason for my low rating is be cause I was put in a room beside the ice machine and storage room I woke up early every morning hearing sounds like someone was entering my room because we were too close to the room I spoke to a couple front desk agents while there and requested cleaning or towels during my stay One said towels would be delivered while we were out but that didn’t happened One said they don’t service room on Sundays because of check outs I ended up going down for some towels and were given two damp towels We received a random knock on our door by a man who apparently worked at the hotel holding a can of big spray He was sent to our room by mistake when another room mentioned having ants The stay was average and seemed like this hotel is not ready for guests

s s

One of the best stays we’ve had at Hilton! Kay at the front desk was very friendly, helpful and took good care of us Housekeeping did a great job at making sure our room was spotless The gentleman that worked night shift was quick to respond if we needed anything

We will definitely be back because the employees made the whole trip perfect!

The room was clean and comfortable and the staff was friendly and informativeMy daughter and I stayed at this inn last year and was very pleased with the accommodations Traveling alone this year, I didn’t hesitate in making my reservation knowing I would feel safe and be comfortable

I actually enjoyed spending the day in the suite relaxing It was spacious enough to have guest without feeling crampedI must admit the breakfast was a bit disappointing this year Last year it was buffet style and very good, this year prepackaged sandwiches and prepackaged omelettesEven with the disappointing breakfast, I will definitely stay here again

ShaWana Warren

Anytime I have family come in and visit, I always have them stay here The area is quiet and secure They have breakfast available in the morning

The rooms have everything you need in them Full size refrigerator, a stove top, microwave, and dishwasher It’s in walking distance to nearby restaurants And not far from Six Flags, Hurricane Harbor, Globe Life, At&t Stadium, and shopping attractions It is also close to Highways 360 & 30

Luke Olson

I am a Bonvoy Gold Elite member and stay at a lot of Marriott hotels This one was very quiet, clean, and nice They upgraded me to a 2 bedroom suite for the week! Breakfast is not buffet, but is grab and go hot sandwiches and pre made omelets

The hotel appears a little older, but you can tell they try to maintain the grounds I am not sure why there are recent poor reviews only to think they are false, unfounded, or of snobby guests There were no roaches, no weird hairs, room felt like it was cleaned appropriately The staff were extra friendly including the front manager Manolo Parking is $648 plus $52 sales tax ($7 per day) Close by to several restaurants! Just across the highway from AT&T, Globe Life Will definitely stay here again for another week of training or for a weekend getaway!

One of the best hotels I ever stayed in The staff was very friendly and help Room was very nice and modern

AC was I cold even for someone who likes it in the mid 60s Train station is within walking distance and you can schedule the hotel shuttle to get there and back if you rather not walk Plenty of restaurants in the area Overall definitely one of my favorite Marriott properties Highly recommend

Jo E.

We stayed for 10 days Everyone who works in the hotel was amazing So friendly and welcoming

They all made us feel at home for our entire stay Breakfast included eggs and sausage, bagels and toast, cereal, yogurt, muffins, and fruit On weekends, breakfast also includes waffles (yum!) I used the gym a couple of times (treadmills, ellipticals, and weights) We also used the laundry facility ($175 to wash; $150 to dry) with detergent purchased in the lobby Overall, we had a great experience and would stay here again

BandT G

The noise level in the rooms was pretty bad We could hear our neighbor’s TV, the planes outside, and anyone walking by the hall or opening and closing their door We had to run the fan all night to try to drown out some of the noise

If you are not a heavy sleeper, I would not recommend this placeOther than the noise, and thus horrible sleep, the rooms are nice, clean and breakfast was diverse and hotThe staff was efficient and pleasant

I ended up here by accident (cancelled flight and issued a room here) and it was the highlight of my trip so far The shuttle driver and every employee I have met have been so warm, welcoming and above and beyond kind Truly a breath of fresh air for how customer service has turned in the US since Covid

The room was exceptionally clean, the bed was comfortable and the continental breakfast was truly the best one I’ve ever had! Next time I will be staying here as my first choice

Chris Foreman

Got billeted here due to a missed connecting flight at DFW The front desk and shuttle drivers were extremely knowledgeable about the airport and had no problem getting me from the pick up to the hotel and back to the exact gate I needed The room was nice, I did detect a smell in the hall that I can only describe as “slightly dirty vagina” but I’m into that so I consider it a feature rather than a bug

My only gripe at all is most of the dining options were across the highway There was a red lobster right next door but no fast food places

the people here are so accommodating and kind after being stranded at the airport, due to cancellations, they provided us with so much care and understanding for our situation they scheduled us for a shuttle ride and allowed us to stay in our hotel room way past the check out time so we wouldn’t have to wait at the airport for multiple hours before our flight

they made sure we had toothbrushes and toothpaste since we didn’t have our luggage the room was extremely comfortable and breakfast service was amazing best hospitality and customer service i’ve ever received!

Noah Pransky

Fine for a business hotel But below the standards I’m used to at the Holiday Inn brandHousekeeping was great and front desk staff was friendly

But TV doesn’t get normal channels, gym was in a bit of disrepair, and room could use a bit of modernization

s w

Love this place!!!! it’s so clean and beautiful from downstairs to upstairs inside the rooms the breakfast and lunch is very good, I stayed here for 2 nights it’s expensive but very Worth the money

It’s by the airport and the shuttle drivers take you there and pick you up I love the smell of the soaps and shampoos they have in the rooms It has a nice big window so the view was beautiful as well I also want to thank the front desk lady named dayleen (hope I spelled it correctly) ❤️ I’d love to come back on my next stay thanks so much ❤️

Best place for business I travel for work and frequent extended stay hotels This one is by far the best I have ever stayed in

I stayed a little over 3 months and it started to feel like my new home away from home Upon arrival my room was very clean and well stocked I had my weekly cleaning every Monday- which was really all that was needed Refills on toiletries were provided by the front desk when needed in between cleaning I received mail easy and was able to pick it up from the front desk Laundry facilities are free and clean The front desk staff is very helpful and friendly The hotel was near plenty of eating options within walking distance Malls, grocery, stores and any other store you needed was all within 3-5 miles depending on which way you go Hotel was very quiet and the guests were mainly professionals who are there for work or travelers with an unexpected layover I highly recommend this hotel

Ashley Genae

I departed today and everything was great However my last day I got a knock at my door around 8am asking me was I checking out today from house keeping Check out was not to 12pm and she woke me up

I was exhausted from training all weekend When I told the front desk clerk just to give some feedback about how it inconveniences the guest but there was no real issue I wanted to discuss She got loud and became combative She stated that I needed to put a sticker on the door for do not disturb I informed her I use to work at Candlewood and that is not how that works It’s a list and if a person checked out in the system you start cleaning with those hotels You don’t knock on doors until after the check out time I told her this is not an argument I am the customer giving you feed back I don’t appreciate the combativeness She then apologized I was shocked this even occurred

Lauren Weaver

I have never experienced a front desk agent be so rude in all my career working for IHG I don’t know what is worse her behavior/attitude or her refusal to be hospitable or refusing to go get the manager or maybe her calling ME a liar I would never allow someone like this on my front desk

I cancelled my reservation before seeing the room, her negativity was enough for me I don’t know if she is a racist or what because she had no problem being nice and conversing with the two Mexican gentleman in the lobby but me a biracial female got nothing but disrespect not even a hello how are you A real shame

This is the second time we’ve stayed at this hotel The rooms are roomy and clean The kitchen is stocked with all the basics and my husband was VERY happy that there are ovens in the rooms and not just stovetops (especially since we sometimes have to stay for months at a time)

During our most recent stay, we had some issues with our first room and asked to be moved and the staff was very accommodating and we were in our new room by the next day The workout room is always clean when I’ve used it in the mornings and fully stocked with cleaning wipes for the equipments, headphones, fresh towels and cups for the water fountain Breakfast has been as expected and there’s always someone there making sure the food is stocked and tables get cleaned promptly Overall, I’d recommend staying here to my friends and family

Russell Updike

So, I normally stay at Residence Inn for the Suite style rooms at an reasonable price This Residence Inn meets that need and goes the extra mile It has the feel and look of a much more expensive hotel

Staff was kind and attentive Clean rooms Decent location near the airport, a little weird to get in and out of the parking lot, but after a few come and goes you get used to it Well worth the stay

debbie gailey

We come to Dallas once a month and they raised their rates from last month 12300 to 15900 due to the increase in business from all the canceled flights and events going on so they are busy is what the clerk told us and the room wasn’t the same so didn’t like it as well

They are clean rooms and they do have a hot breakfast so that is a plus The other thing was I thought it was not good to have the shampoo and body wash in big containers in the shower instead of individual size that you open and use for your own use I will be looking for a different place to stay

The grounds are beautiful, the amenities are fantastic, most of the staff is amazing BUT we did have an issue with one park host, Jim Jones, who seemed like he’d rather escalate a situation than solve a problem He was abrasive and rude on multiple occasions and when I asked for his name, he aggressively stepped to me like he was ready for the altercation to turn physical

It was incredibly unprofessional and it happened in front of my seven year old daughter The rest of the staff was courteous, helpful and professional for the entirety of our trip

Beautifully maintained park with very spacious rv sites & cabins The staff & guests have all been very friendly On a 1-5 star rating I would have to give it 10! Camping or Glamping this place is one of the best campgrounds we have seen in a very long time

Stayed overnight from the airport & would stay again We called when our plane landed, and they kindly arranged for the free Shuttle to pick us up Room and bath were very clean

Dated furniture/fixtures, but new/clean linens and towels Breakfast was the most elaborate spread I’ve seen at an HIE, frequently restocked by the cook Everything from eggs and sausage, biscuits and gravy to cinnamon buns, 3 types of bagels, muffins, yogurt etc Staff was very helpful We scheduled the Shuttle in advance for the next morning and were dropped back at the airport right on time Very positive experience!

Thank goodness for Rhonda at the front desk! She was an absolute delight I had booked another hotel down the street and upon check-in it was a disaster I didn’t feel safe, I immediately called this hotel and explained the last minute situation, and Rhonda got me an amazing room and made me feel so welcomed! Definitely recommend this hotel

Room is beautiful, clean and great view Super awesome breakfast as well!

CLEAN, FRIENDLY STAFF, AND FULL BREAKFAST! From the moment we stepped into the HIE, we had an excellent experience The property was clean and well-kept The lady at the reception desk was actually wearing gloves and was wiping down the counter area! Our check-in experience was fast and friendly

Our room was clean and everything was in proper working order and good condition The common areas were clean and well maintained Can I just say the staff was GREAT???!!! So friendly, professional, and helpful The breakfast area was kept clean and all the food was nicely prepared and well stocked in the morning Wish EVERY hotel experience could be this positive!

This home2 has very friendly staff, a shuttle that starts at 710 am Every time I return to Dallas for extended trips, I try to book this hotel because it’s run quite well You can’t beat having a kitchenette and grocery stores nearby that the shuttle can take you to

Ty, Hana, and the other front desk staff do a great job Highly efficient and go above and beyond to meet requests The shuttle drivers are timely and hard working Ulysses makes shuttle rides fun Great driver, conversationIt’s always nice to see hotels that still have great service— somewhat hard to find these daysI’m pretty confused by the negative reviews You’re staying at a Home2 not a Waldorf AstoriaI travel a lot for work, and this home2 is a 10/10 for service, cleanliness, shuttle Thank you home2!

Definitely not impressed at all with this H2S location I’m 75+ nights per year with Hilton and this is one of the weaker locations which I have patronizedI spent one evening at this location as I was participating in an endurance race the next morning and wanted a full size refrigerator and freezer

The exterior of the dishwasher was completely disgusting There is no way I would use the dishes inside There was a dirty knife in the sink when I checked in The headboard had a very interesting substance caked on one end Let your mind wanderThe shower basin was nor secured to the floor and would flex when you stood on the end farthest from the shower headDefinitely the most disappointing Hilton experience this year

I have stayed here a few times I think my favorite feature is the elevator with glass walls I rarely see these elevators at long-term stay oriented hotels, so it was a very nice addition

The hotel is showing some signs of aging, but nowhere near enough to negatively impact a stay They also have an airport shuttle and are within walking distance (10 minute walk max) of multiple restaurants and Walmart Depending on the room, some are larger than others and more conducive to family stays The queen room can fit 3 comfortably, 4 would be a bit crowded

This is one of the nicer hotels in the area The building is clean and the staff is friendly They have breakfast and happy hour that are really well executed

Definitely recommend this hotel if you’ve got kids and want to let them swim My room was very nice and in good condition I slept better on their bed that I have in weeks Highly recommend for business travelers and families alike

Tyler Holland

The hotel and staff are amazing I have been here for almost 2 weeks My stay has been fantastic

Although I will only give it a four out of five star rating Only due to the simple fact that they charge $50 per hour for the golf simulator That is absurd! Oh and the pool isn’t heated Other than that, it is a wonderful place to stay in town Convenient access to the Cowboys/Rangers stadium which is maybe a 8-10 minute drive, 5 minutes to the train station for quick access to downtown Dallas…

hmmm would give 4 stars, hotel is very clean and service good overall, but breakfast is probably the worse in the US Management should definitely improve that Other hotels in the group and in the area have much better breakfast and considering the breakfast is included in the price (you can’t turn it into points if you’re a Hilton member) it sucks twice, because after the first breakfast you will want to just go out for it

And they will not give you the points for that Personnel is sweet Some of them could smile or have better welcoming attitude but most of them are really friendly They have a nice lobby with a cool bar but absolutely nothing is happening there and bar is always closed Except on Wednesdays when there’s a 2 free drinks event For restaurants you have to walk 10 minutes south, which is good for exercise Please don’t ask for the shuttle to go to starbucks, use those legs sometimes They will take you to Kroger or to any restaurant in the range of 3 miles And pilots, you got to an airline, so please tip that driver They count on that to make a living

The hotel is very clean and well maintained The room was comfortable and quiet, the gym had everything that most people need, the pool was good temperature, and the breakfast buffet was perfect Sierra (managing the breakfast on the weekends) was extremely pleasant and helpful

When checking out, Lynn realized that the airport shuttle was late and she immediately ordered a Lyft ride (paid for by hotel) for me so I could make it on-time for my flightI would recommend this hotel for anyone staying in the area Top quality and cost effective

Sadie Lamberson

The room was very clean and comfortable The staff was awesome Mostly the night Audit

And the night audit was above and beyond when I needed to ask a question and get extra towels When their was a line of people behind me He kept his composure He apologized to the rest of the customers in line Told them to grab a water or snack while he was helping me with my issues I give the night audit a 100 % His name was Joseph 👍

Everything was fine until that $450 charge showed up For a one night stay In addition to the $200 I was charged for the room

So that’s nearly $700 I’ve been without since 5/13, today is 5/18 I can’t afford to eat tonight because of their malfeasance I’m a diamond member, but this experience has me committed to never using the Hilton chain again
