We stayed here twice on different days but on the second visit I had a little problem with the shower handle and the clerk at the front desk took very Great care of us by switching us to a better room and we were able to use the shower We were extremely happy and comfortable We had a great night sleep which was just what we needed at the time

Thanks to him and his manager for fixing us up Great job

Driving across the country is exhausting and it was nice to stay in a hotel where every staff member was efficient and personable The pet fee was reasonable as wellIn the morning, I reported three maintenance issues, and Sam at the front desk was quick to both report the issues and discount the room – one was significant and it pleasantly surprised me how accomodating they were

The night desk person was super fast to grab some extra towels, and the housekeeper in the morning was so friendly!I would stay here again

Shane Porzio

Booked a room for 5 adults, and upon arrival was given a room with 2 queen beds and no pullout after an hour wait for the room well after checkin time When asked why we couldn’t get into the room we booked they responded with “unforeseen circumstances” and offered a roll-away which would be “tight” in the room That was an understatement

No offer to correct the cost of the room to what we were actually put in, no offer of any kind, just told “nothing we can do It’s out of our control”Would NOT recommend

My husband and I were very pleased with our room and the service at the Resident Inn I really liked the way the room was laid out with an excellent small kitchen, a bedroom off to the side, a comfortable sitting area and a nice, large TV Being a ground-floor room, it was also convenient for taking care of our dogs

moving them in and out easily Additionally, it was great having a girl at the front desk who was very friendly and helpful We enjoyed our stay on the way to CA as well as on our return trip

Lisa Zook

We really liked staying at the Residence Inn The hotel is new and very clean The staff were helpful

Breakfast was okay- wouldhave liked a slightly better breakfast considering the cost of the hotel Nice pool, hot tub, workout facilities Within walking distance of everything on Main St (shopping, restaurants) and we loved the park across the street!

Lisa Baker

My family has stayed in this hotel twice in the last 9 months The first stay was great; room was clean, staff was friendly Based on that good experience, we booked again and this time, our stay was very different

Room had goldfish crackers under the sofa and we found several bugs during our stay One of the ladies at the front desk was rude when my husband asked for more towels For the price we paid for our stay, I would expect more in terms of service and cleanliness Do yourself a favor and take your money anywhere else

We decided to go economical for our last night in Montana We arrived late to Bozeman from a full day of road tripping from Whitefish and just needed a clean spot to rest our heads before flying out the next day I think we got the last room, but the staff was incredibly friendly and fast in getting us checked in and off to bed

I was surprised that there is a full kitchenette in the room, and the set up is very comfortable for an extended stay We slept like babies and woke up well rested for a full day of travelHighly recommend!

Darren

Stayed here for the night after celebrating a graduation Room was very overpriced for what you get Over $300 for a room with 2 queen beds plus a per pet fee

Bozeman has become a price hike mecca for locals and visitors unfortunately Will probably find accommodation elsewhere next time Convenient for gas at Costco as it’s across the street

The hotel is a bit older, but the rooms were clean and comfortable! Breakfast had hot options (eggs and bacon), and the staff were taking good care of the breakfast area The indoor pool is small but mighty! The water slide was fun for everyone The location is convenient, but not in the newest part of town

The only downside was that there is no elevator; request ahead of time if a downstairs room is needed I would stay here again

Mark Sturges

Nice hotel that appears to have been recently remodeled within the last year or so Comfortable bed, and great breakfast the next morningSeveral things: 1) Has a great indoor pool with huge slide for kids

That means that there will be kids around swimming and for breakfast the next morning So plan accordingly 2) Lots of foot traffic in the area, especially after dark

Amy Gaudette

The quiet time ends at 6 AM The gal with the light orange colored short hair was quite snarky when I talked to her about it Very snarky

All of the other staff were great, from the maintenance man to the cleaning crew and the Front desk where are lovely The room was very large, which was nice But not an enjoyable stay Whatsoever We were in room 100 and the people above us and 200 were incredibly loud and stomping and woke us up every morning at 6 AM and we’re stopping throughout the day I think the state is probably subsidizing them to live there They should change their quiet time hours to at least 7 AM We had a long drive in from Oregon We could’ve use some rest The orange haired girl had a “she’s in charge” complex If she were a doctor, you could say a horrible bedside manner

A 1950 era motel (the former Rainbow Motel) with 2018 Modern redo VERY nice friendly staff Our king room (28) was VERY small but clean and cute

Very nice large bathroom Being marketed at a “Boutique Hotel Experience” sets higher expectations then can be delivered I would market it as a “Boutique Motel Experience” Good location less than a mile to Main Street Rooms in the $200 range would be reasonable but they are pressing toward $300+ and value rating is not there

Savvage Media

I wish I could leave 100 stars! Radiant front desk concierge, Jacob, went above and beyond to make this stay very comforting and pleasant I was greeted with a smiling face and a glass of champagne upon my check in The room was so cute! The personal touches (like a Montana crystal rock and the vinyl) made the room so special

I can’t wait to come back and visit again!! -Nicole

the RSVP Hotel is absolutely fantastic It looks like an old school motel on from the outside, but that’s where the resemblance ends The rooms are beautiful, sleek, modern, and nostalgic all at the same time

Everything was comfortable very well laid out and the functioning record player in the room was a really nice touch When I’m back in Bozeman, I’ll definitely be staying here

It was a cute little place to stay I would say it had the bare basics but it also serves breakfast, is clean and has washer and dryer, We got a private room for $88 And is a great location downtown

The walls are very thin but quiet hours were very respected The shower was nice and tiled with curtains for privacy Boy and girl baths separate and the girl’s toilet stalls were full size doors

Holly Beckwith

We spent one night at the Treasure State Hostel It felt pretty similar to a dorm- a little dingy and pretty eclectic The staff was super friendly and helpful, and it was really nice to have the option to book a private room

The location really can’t be beat We had already returned our rental car, so being able to walk to everything was really nice It was quiet the whole night and felt safe I definitely had some reservations in booking based on some other reviews, but I would 100% stay here again

Remington Baer

So awesome I wish nobody knew about it Went in off-season and for a shared room that was mine alone! Nice people, great common area Full kitchen

Shared showers are separated Bring your own soap and such Book in advance They can easily fill up In room lockers (bring your own lock) I felt safe, my stuff felt safe Garage parking behind Pay for 24 hours at a time It’s the way to go Love you guys!

Absolutely GREAT experience! We stayed 2 night, 2 separate times The staff was very friendly and fast, especially coming in late at night with 5 kids, 2 of them crying The shuttle service was a life saver

They drove us to the Museum of the Rockies and Main Street They would drop us off and pick us up Absolutely the best and a life saver 20% of breakfast for main entrees and kids under 12 stay free The rooms were clean and beds were comfortable We would definitely stay here again

Andrew McDaniel

I’ve stayed at the hotel quite a few times now I’ve always had a nice clean room and the staff have always been professional and courteousIt’s a good idea to plan ahead of you want to stay here as they host events in the hotel and they do run out of rooms

The guest laundry machines seemed run down but worked okay I’ve only done laundry onceWater pressure, temperature and quality in the room were all goodThere is a restaurant and bar in the front near the lobby The Walmart within walking distance but crossing the street can be tricky Breakfast is available at a discount in the restaurant I haven’t had a chance to try it myself I will say that free hotel breakfasts frequently aren’t worth eatingGetting in and out of the parking lot can be tricky with a larger vehicle If you leave on the main road you have to turn right There is no left It’s better to turn left out of the parking lot onto the access road if you are planning to go west on 90

Peter Disbury

UPDATE: As of 05/21/22Everything was great UNTIL THE HOTEL HELD $234 on top my balance of $320 for 3 nights I left on Monday the 16th and they put that card charge of $234 in the negative Thanks for ruining my stay

I won’t be staying at your hotel again and won’t recommend it it either I spoke to a desk clerk who just giggled assuming it was funny, I didn’t find it funnyIf I were staying at a Marriott I would understand but this old outdated hotel just had me wondering what is going on Most hotels charge an incidental charge but here?I hope a Manager or Guest Service Director sends me an email……😡😠

We had a fabulous stay with our 8 month old baby! The room was clean & spacious, shower was great, bed was comfortable, the pool room was warm and the pool water was the perfect temperature! The hot tub was warm but not super hot, and the jets worked great The gentlemen working there were friendly and helpful The breakfast, coffee, and complementary lemon water were all wonderful

Basically everything was great! Only complaint would be that our room felt a little chilly for a baby and the heater didn’t help much, but baby didn’t seem to mind

DTWMTX 2011

This place was amazing ALL the amenities of a national hotel chain Seems to be a family run business

Staff was very friendly & helpful Our room had a better view of the roof then the mountains But we could see them There are train tracks about 100 yards from hotel, but with heat/fan on it was not noticeable Would diffidently stay here again!

Mindy Macklin

This hotel is beautiful! The lobby is absolutely gorgeous There is a crackling fireplace as you walk in the door The sitting area is clean and comfortable

Like a beautiful log cabin, so comfortable and cozy Lush velvety chairs in the corner… in the center of the sitting space are a large overstuffed leather couch, and chairs A rustic, lodge feel to the whole place Neutral colors and incredibly comfortable beds! The room we booked was a not quite going to work for us since we had suddenly needed to bring our autistic son with us The hotel manager so kindly upgraded our room We had a lengthy discussion over our unique circumstances, he found favor with us and treated us kindly We were prepared to pay for the upgraded room, just not double the cost When we discussed it, I was about to turn the larger room down, he made it affordable for us It was such a beautiful and kind moment I was blown away by the kindness he showed us My son did way better than he likely would have in the smaller room for 3 days The staff was all incredibly friendly and professional Housekeeping was very professional, did a great job when we asked for somethingFour stars because there were dirty dishes in the cupboards in the kitchenette, would recommend bringing your own plastic ware, disposable cups/plates The toilet paper almost ran out, the tissue box did run out There was also a bit of a musty smell in the room we stayed in I think the room likely just needs a bit or remodeling or freshened up I can’t speak for the other rooms, I assume most, if not all, are in better condition as the manager said the one we stayed in hadn’t been used in quite some time However, that being said, it’s a corner room, so it was incredibly quiet! The breakfast was a typical hotel breakfast, waffles, eggs, sausage, oatmeal, cereal, yogurt, coffee, juice, muffins, etc also… The coffee cups are actually 12oz Which seems to be rare at hotels! Overall, this hotel is definitely worth the stay! We will definitely stay again, and would recommend!

Where do I even begin!I recently got married at Gallatin River Lodge and I am blown away by the service, food, the property and how beautiful the lodge isThe manager, Keith, goes above and beyond in every sense to make sure that guests feel welcome and accommodated for- and he does it all with a smile on his face Chef Joshua is incredible and I had multiple people tell me it’s the best food they’ve had in a long time (and we are from NYC)

Ryan, the bar manager, has a beautiful selection of wines and makes an excellent cocktail The whole staff is really just so lovely, kind and accommodating The property is absolutely stunning and it was such a treat to wake up early and watch the wild turkey and deer roaming in the pasture, overlooking the Rocky’s What I loved most about staying here is that it almost feels like you are at a vacation rental, but with 5 star service All of the rooms are super private and tucked away in their own space so you are never bombarded with other people staying there I can’t recommend highly enough and I’m already looking forward to booking another trip there Thank you a thousand times over to all of the people who made it such a wonderful experience staying at GRL

I said that was fine if they couldn’t clean it on Sunday that Monday was fine Came back to the room Monday evening and it was not cleaned Went to front desk to let them know our room was not cleaned and was informed it was hotel policy to clean rooms every third day; I requested our room get cleaned on Tuesday Returned to room on Tuesday and it was not cleaned Complained again at front desk with no resolution Will not return to this hotel and will inform others to book elsewhere

Clean and comfortable room My room had a sofa bed and table The linens were in excellent condition

My room was on the second floor near the entrance of the building I recommend that you make sure you don’t get that room if you’re a light sleeper We could hear the sliding doors opening Request a room on the 3rd floor I could hear the guests above me stomping around midnight

LA Quinta Inn and Suites in Bozeman

Sadly, I will not be back Lady at the front desk the night we check in was rude, unfriendly, and unwelcoming Rooms were not the cleanest, pool and hottub did not have towels I was disappointed with breakfast options as well Not much AT ALL for plant-based people Just a whole bunch of unhealthy foods The biggest reason I will not be back though, was because of the lady at the front desk LA Quinta in Bozemanhighly recommend customer service training Would go a long way

Every trip to Bozeman that we take we make it an overnight trip(6+hour drive) and always stay here at the Bozeman LA Quinta Inn & Suites I noticed the pet treats by the entrance of the main lobby before i read that they are pet-friendly!!! But never a “pet smelling” issue that can come with the beloved best friend Only one time has their been a problem and that was with the T

V But was quickly solved with a visit from the staff(all needed done was to change the channel for the sound to work haha)

A Google User

This was my absolute worst experience at a hotel I was placed in room 101, which is right besides the lobby I checked in a little after 3 and was greeted by dirty floors and loud construction noises in my room

However, I understand that it was mid-afternoon and this was most likely normal Then, a group of ~10-15 people were in the lobby until about 12:30am yelling and watching TV I could hear every word and noise clearly in my room This same group then proceeded to move outside and talk right outside of my window, which faced directly into the driveway, until 1am At this point, I had been unable to fall asleep Then a staff member and a guest were talking extremely loudly in the lobby until 3am To top it all off, there was an incessant rattling noise coming from a pipe in my room By 3am, I had had enough and had to go out and request to be moved I have never had this type of experience at a hotel before in my life For having paid $184 for the night, I am extremely disappointed and would not recommend this place to anyone

Super cool outdoor food venue across the street too I drove 2 hours from Yellowstone to stay here and I’m so glad I did Great for solo travelers, families and couples Cute outdoor gazebo and sitting area and I love that my car is right outside with my own spot Love the retro bathroom and furniture throughout the room and lobby

Everything you need, nothing you don’t In a great location as well! The Sapphire absolutely nailed the basics We were able to check in early to a really nice standard motel room

Room: Spacious and well appointed It looks more like what you would expect from a hotel in San Francisco AC worked great on 95+ degree days Just a solid room overallThe bed: much more comfortable than one would expect in a motel Pillow-top mattress, with nice down pillows No need to bring your ownBathroom: Spacious, well lit, and tastefully done Water pressure and hot water were excellentBreakfast: Better than most Your complementary bagel comes from a local bagel shop, instead of a sealed bag Again nothing special, but what they do offer is well done

CH3F JAMES (ch3fjames)

I would highly recommend the sapphire motel to anyone traveling and wanting to be able to talk to the local downtown eateries and bars The location is great The rooms have recently been remodeled and the bathrooms are swanky

They have defrosting mirrors that have built in lights Definitely a touch of modern mixed with old school nostalgia I would recommend this motel to anyone looking for an affordable option that’s within walking distance of bars and restaurants

First, this hotel is very dated Definitely due for a renovation! But that’s not the problem Our room was dirty (113) and had a horrible odor

The sheets on one of the beds were dirty as well It had some kind of sticky substance on them One could only guess what it was The bathroom was so so And even the front desk representative (Max) could smell the odor in the room as soon as he got to the door He apologized He got us another room Same problem and worse location We kept what we had At least he tried Max was all over the place! He was getting extra pillows for one room, checking out the odor in our room and all over the place He was rarely at the front desk They Definitely appear to be understaffedWe have diamond status through our Amex platinum, but it sure didn’t feel like it on this stay! Now come on! If you’re going to price gouge at least up your room game! We did get to use the diamond parking We won’t stay here again though! Thank God it was only a one night stay this time!

This is a hotel that is very noisy as far as people slamming doors and the front desk doesn’t do anything about it It also has never been redecorated it seems to be about around 1978 to 1983 for the decorating The only thing I can say nice about the place is that it is in a decent location

It’s way below Hilton standards and I definitely wouldn’t recommend it to anybody that is used to Hilton

Kinda sadChecked into hotel late Had issues with room regarding my safety

Reached out to front desk within 1 minute of checking in Was advised by the response to my comment was “well we are booked so we can’t switch rooms” but completely disregarding the actual concern I’ve called aboutWhen your guest feel unsafe in your hotel, that should be your main issue and focus Not worrying about moving roomsWhen checking out the next morning, 3 days early, I asked front desk if there were notes regarding why I was leaving I was told no Tried to advise the person behind the desk, got a simple apology, but again, no one is actually looking into the issue The next person to stay in that same room has the potential for the same issueSadly when asking to speak to management, I was advised o would receive a callback I was disconnected before they gathered my callback info… so I’m wondering how that is going to workWon’t be back

Bottom line: I’ll never stay here again The rooms are relatively new and decent, but good luck getting your room serviced if you’re here for an extended stay When I asked why our room wasn’t being serviced, a condescending desk manager informed me that every three days was the industry standard

When I said I had stayed at plenty of other places where the room was serviced every day, he informed me that he had traveled the world and never seen that happen We had paid for seven days in advance and when I asked if we could get a refund if we decided to move to a place that actually provided service, his answer was a rude scoff, which I took as a “no” We had to constantly ask for fresh towels, coffee, etc, and we finally started bagging our own trash and putting it in the hall It’s probably still there The breakfast is mediocre – not even any yogurt, which is my go-to if I don’t like anything else On the plus side, when we did see a housekeeper and asked for assistance, they were pleasant There was also a nice lady at the desk who apologized when our room had been on the schedule for cleaning and it hadn’t been done when we got back at the end of the day We’ve stayed at other places where they automatically discount the room if that happens We won’t be back

Convenient location with a restaurant close by Room was typical for just a room New/er decor, carpet, bedding with updated bath

And it was cleanWelcoming libby area with seating and breakfast room behind it Easy check in by the gal at the front desk and they have free wifi and breakfast included Easy parking out front and 4 floors with an elevatorThere is a nice patio area with gas fire pit but we were unable to use it tonight It had rained and we were tired from a long day of driving and sight seeingWe would stay here again

Absolutely gorgeous and impeccably maintained hotel Exceptionally friendly staff & outstanding customer service! General manager, Mollie, was so welcoming and highly attentive to details So happens she won GM on the Year Award! Room was amongst the most beautiful I’ve ever seen

When we got here last night our expectations were exceeded – the girls at the desk were fantastic and room is very nice Unfortunately our breakfast experience was not great It’s cold and rainy and a holiday weekend and while breakfast is supposed to be available til 9:30 by just after 9 all of the hot options were gone

When we asked the woman who was managing the breakfast she told us no more would be coming My husband went to the desk and was also met with a sort of “tough luck” response from Thomas I’d have rated 3 stars if the girls at the desk yesterday weren’t so lovely

Super easy check in with a very kind and helpful evening worker I had a sleeping preschooler in my arms and he went above and beyond to be helpfulOur room was giant! 2 queen studio but had we had the time, there was plenty of room to play! The hotel isn’t the newest/most updated but it is clean, comfy and no smells

Breakfast was what you’d expect Clean food area and clean tablesThe customer service outweighs the newest decor to meThanks for the smooth and comfy night!!

Had to leave our spot early and stay near the airport We got in at 10am and thankfully they let us check in early The room was lovely and clean

The bed was comfortable with tons of pillows There was no lack of space in the room TV and WIFI worked well If we stayed longer the gym and pools looked nice as well Breakfast was great too I made an egg and cheese on an English muffin and my other half made a fresh waffle We were able to walk to get food locally easily Not a single complaint 🙂

Karl Hansen (a2brute)

This hotel is built into a downward sloping hill, so the front desk is on floor #2 This works out okay, as they have several external entrance doors on floor #1 on the parking lot side However, this did place my air conditioning unit near the roof, which required balancing on a chair to operate

I have never stayed in a Comfort Inn before and the people servicing the hotel were unfailingly polite — thank you! It is a solid, comfortable hotel, but they have a few minor maintenance issues they should pursue The weight room / gym is nice

Everyone at the front desk very pleasant, and extremely helpful Beds are comfortable-its hard not wanting to wake up and get out of it The log cabin mountain feel on the inside is zen

My daughter and I loved the fishpond and waterfall I had a hard time getting her out of the pool We were there for 3 nights and 4 daysIt’s the perfect place for an extended stay

Sassy

We stayed here for 2 nights on our Yellowstone trip It was great to get in a hot tub after a long day in the park with snow and cold Exactly what we needed

The best part is you don’t have to wait because there’s only one hot tub, they have 5 ! The breakfast was good, rooms clean, quiet and people were polite and respectful I’d definitely stay at cmon inn again

My fiance was charged twice It should’ve only been $543 total They charged him $1,064

We had no money to do anything else The pillows were too soft and the management wouldn’t do anything about the charge Recently he got his money back He had $1000 in his account He called the bank and the hotel The hotel said that he paid so he was good Just now he checked his account and the hotel took out $532 Now we’re broke again Never going back there
