This was our first time in Green Bay and this hotel worked out great for us It is centrally located, close to restaurants and shops We were greeted by smiling and knowledgeable staff

It was clean and inviting The highlight of our stay was the pool, you must make time for it! The continental breakfast was a huge plus And the coffee bar in the lobby was perfect as we’d grab a cup just before heading out on our adventure for the day All in all, it was a great choice for our family, and we hope to return one day

Been staying at this location for close to 20 years Prices are reasonable, very helpful and polite staff Miss the waterslide that used to be in the pool area but the water is so warm and relaxing

Very easy steps to get in and out of the pool Beds are extremely comfortable Only complaint would be the carpet is filthy in your room Needs to be shampooed or replaced Breakfast buffet lady was very helpful and attentive

B. Moen

Room was nice, but we’d requested a 1st floor and got a 3rd floor Since it had an elevator, it still worked Breakfast ran out of food, but there was a large wedding group which had attended a reception across the street

They were all catching up their lives over breakfast Everything was very clean and neat I think we just picked a busy weekend We would definitely stay here again when in the area

We booked this hotel through a travel site and somehow it got a 4 star rating It was ok, but there were some surprising issues The check in was easy, staff was very nice

The rooms are all in separate buildings situated around the main building Each building has 4 separate rooms in the downstairs I’m not sure about the upstairs The outsides of the buildings are pretty run down Patio screens hang askew, everything needs paint, concrete is chipped, lots of weeds, litter, etc The rooms are spacious, there was a full kitchen including a dishwasher The bathroom was huge The bed was a full sized bed Everything was clean, but again, very dated and smelled musty and like decades long smoke had settled into everything Shower was good, clean with good water pressure Bathroom fan was obnoxiously loud Bed pillows were the size of couch pillows Breakfast was free and not bad, there was sausage, eggs, waffles, coffee was good I would probably stay here again if I could get a good deal

What can I say! Check in was smooth, front end desk was very professional and helpful… Room was GREAT! Thanks for the needed time away from home We will definitely be back!

There is a great restaurant connected to the hotel Comfort Suites rooms have always been very clean to me especially the bathroom I especially love their walk in showers

For the walk-in showers you have a digital control dial on the wall alongside a television w/remote Also, there are moveable water jets shooting out of the wall With a rain effect shower head coming from the ceiling, with an actual shower head separate I’m loving this walk-in shower !!!

Biggest disappointment was their continental breakfast! I had 4 teenagers and a 10 yo excited about their breakfast and starving What was advertised on their website and in the book in the room was not remotely close to what they had! 😡 We were there on a Friday into Saturday so the weekend menus options should apply except there was no waffle maker or fresh made daily donuts and pastries Instead there were pre packaged muffins and obviously purchased and refrigerated pastries

The eggs had cheese on them so unfortunately 2 of them couldn’t eat them All of the kids were disappointed and walked away hungry Luckily they were distracted by the water park that they loved! That water park was enjoyed by all and used to the max Friday-Saturday I did have to stop at Kwik Trip upon check out to feed them though, which was disheartening The room was fine, it was only for sleeping and no real complaint other than needing a replacement blanket for the pull out couch, the original was dirty I would like to see them revise their website and other advertisements to reflect the actual breakfast offered!

Mary Kay

Clean room and very comfortable beds Very near the hospital where a family member was having surgery When making reservations, the night clerk was kind, helpful and accommodating

The day clerk who took my call when I was checking on my sister, who was missing, was not The remaining desk clerks were friendly and helpful throughout our stay

Stayed at the hotel May 7-10 for a getaway of sorts Staff was friendly, place was clean and welcoming, though it seems the kitchenette was more for show than anything as no kitchenware was supplied Asked at the front desk figuring it was like other extended stay places I’ve been to and nope, what you have is what you get

No cookware, no dishes, just the same paper coffee and plastic water cups you get at any hotel At least they had a coffee pot and toaster? Other than that it was a decent hotel for the price I paid and would have qualified for at least 4 starsOr so I thought Morning of checkout I take a shower Or at least tried to Soon as I turned the shower on the tub spout slid off the pipe rendering the shower completely useless Turns out the spout was not mounted correctly and was fairly loose Talking with a couple other guests this does not appear to be an isolated incident, as other rooms seem to have the same issue With no maintenance available there was no way for me to take a shower before I checked out Front desk was made aware but apparently the owner would not authorize compensation for the “inconvenience” of not providing one of the two most basic requirements of a hotel I will not be returning, and will not recommend this location to anyone

The room was well cleaned and the bed was comfortable but the room was very warm Had to open a window to cool it down but that was the only problem The restaurant had great food and the waitstaff was very friendly as was the hotel staff

The 3 dollar coupons for the restaurant was a nice surprise and very much appreciated Definitely will look here first for a room next time we are in Green Bay

Brent Hangartner

25 minutes after being seated, our waitress finally acknowledged us and took our order after first taking the order of two other tables that were seated after us 30 minutes after taking our order food was brought out I had 2 French toast, 2 scrambled eggs and 2 bacon strips

The food was barely warm and I had to use a knife to cut the French toast it was so rubbery Based on the service and quality of the food I received I would not recommend nor would I return to this restaurant

Jessica Corbeil

The Philly sandwich was delicious! Probably the best ranch I’ve had in forever with my curds! Ugh so good! The pickle slapped! And if your willing to pay for a double tall captain and cola

well it’s a true double 😋 Izabel was an excellent server! Attentive and showed up just on time everytime! I feel like this place is so under appreciated! I’ve been a few times but today wants to make me a regular!

Our family was in town for our daughter’s gymnastics meet Everything from making reservations to checking in went smooth The staff were all very friendly

They were accommodating and offer a military discount The hotel has been recently renovated and was very nice Rooms were clean and the pools (3) were great including a water slide for our kids (and us adults😀) We will most certainly be back Cheers 🍻

We’re had a large group of hockey families attending a tournament in the area and the stay was just terribleWhen kids typically head up to sleep, the parents will stay up and gather around and have some drinks We were in the lobby at normal levels and were asked multiple times to quiet down

We had rented one of their rooms for the weekend but they would not let us in during the evening So we had to sit in the hallways on the floor! Then when we did have one of the rooms they had a minimum food purchase and the food was terrible! Some of these same families were just at the State Tourney this past weekend in Pulaski at A Cobblestone Hotel and it was such an awesome experience compared to what we experienced here They let us use their breakfast/lounge area all weekend at no cost as long as we cleaned up the area which we did This kept the group in a central location which was so greatWe will be staying here again as we already have another tourney and we booked as a group before our last stay Hoping it was just a one time issue as I am willing to give a place another chance, but know that if this weekend is the same, we will never book here again!

danielle barth

The queen room was extremely disappointing and depressing, with absolutely no natural light The only window faced the dark, unlit pool area While the first floor rooms had access to the pool, the 2nd floor rooms have no purpose to overlook an indoor pool area with no windows

We requested to change rooms, and were open to switching the # of beds, however, because we had already checked in, the front desk staff could not figure out how to change the room Additionally, the hallway our room was on was open to the lobby, and a group of guests and their children were allowed to mingle, loudly, until nearly 2am We were patient, understanding it was a Saturday night, but this was excessive The cleanliness of the room was mediocre, with moisture damage from the humid pool window, apparent on the wall paper and ceilings The hot tub was also disappointing, with too cool of a temperature, and too few jets I booked this room for the pool, and what I thought to be a nicely updated hotel At the price point I paid, I will go downtown for something better next time

Even though my wife and I love in the green bay area if we ever want to get a jacuzzi tub room and just relax this is the place we go No it isn’t a five star luxury hotel but the rooms are theme rooms are very nice and very spacious last room we got was the Tuscan room for my birthday and it was HUGE! plenty of room for the two of us and a few friends to celebrate and have a few drinks only reason I’m saying 3 stars on location is because it’s right by the airport however being honest we barely heard and noise whatsoever The staff was very nice and left us alone to celebrate

Love this hotel

It was a wonderful stay, one of the best hotel rooms I’ve had in awhile! Very clean spacious room, the breakfast food was very good and hot Pool, hot tub was great! Check in and check out went smoothly, two ladies were very nice and helpful Thank you to Aymee for checking us in

And also thank you to Tiffany who checked us out We will be back for a packers game in the future and this will be where we stay again!

Ambyr Habeck

They were so meticulous with the details of our romance package and stay! For part of our package- we had a choice of wine or champagne and we went with the bubbly of course🥳 There was also a gift bag waiting for us in our room upon check in which included cups for the champagne, Vandewalles chocolates, honey chamomile body wash and body butter and a cute loofah The room itself was beautiful, clean and cozy even with the vaulted ceilings which definitely added some welcomed openness to the suite The room was even bigger than I anticipated from the pictures on their website! The staff were helpful and courteous both upon check in and out

They answered all of my billing questions and made sure we were aware of our late checkout for noon (part of romance package)Everything about our stay was incredible and we will definitely recommend to our family and friends & be back in the future!

I was put up here by my company 2 week stay, I’m a week into it: The room is just fine, good size, 2 queen beds, a little desk, comfortableThere was something sticky on the rug they couldn’t get up, but I’m sure it’s an aberration

The breakfast buffet is passable- Standard issue cheap, not unpalatable Sat night got very loud in the parking across from the front of the building- some kind of hot rod car meet-up which meant revving and tires squealing which went on for about an hour before the cops broke it up Also highway nearby, you can hear it, not too loud At least one extremely startling door slam occurred each night Felt like it shook the walls Couldn’t tell where it was coming from Anyway, staff is nice Pool and jacuzzi were OK, no problems there Overall, a competent operation

Sammi Struebig

Nicole at the front desk needs a raise!! We came to Green Bay from out of town with our toddler nephew for Disney on Ice but did not intend on staying the night After a flat tire and no help from AAA, we called Country Inn but they were fully booked Nicole went the extra mile to find us a cancellation at 11 PM

She offered my very tired nephew a cookie and talked to him about the show They gave us tooth brushes and tooth paste The room was spacious even with 3 adults and a toddler The beds were comfortable, room was clean On site breakfast was a life saver Our tow truck was late in the morning, so they even extended our checkout time to 2PM with no extra charge Cannot compliment them (& Nicole) enough for making a stressful night much more bearable We will never forget her kindness!

Great place to stay Wi-Fi is super quick nice bathroom and comfy bed For people like me who like to sleep to white noise or a fan there is an option on the ac where you can choose to have the fan always on which is big for me because I always have trouble sleeping in hotel rooms because it’s too quite

My only complaint is the tv is a bit small and outdated Other than that great place to sleep or hang out Also I really like how many exits there are to the building, good for when you want to step out of your room for quick smoke or grab some food without having to walk through the lobby

AK

We did not stay here but brought our kids to swim for the day only We swam for about 2-3 hours and after we all started coughing a lot as we getting ready to leave This has never happened before and I looked it up and it can be due to the chlorine gas build up if there isn’t good air ventilation

I would not recommend swimming here if you have respiratory problems

Capt Jim LaBeske

We had a frightful stay the night before at a Choice Hotels Property in Virginia 😱Totally out of the norm as Choice offers a quality room and amenities at a fair priceThe morning desk clerk needs a raise👍🥰

I Love This Hotel!!! I Highly Recommend It! I Have Talked To A Lot Of The Staff! They Are All Wonderful!!! I am A Social Media Influencer And CEO of Hollis Global Consulting! We Have Years Of Experience In The Hospitality Field We Went To College And Created Our Company While We Were In School Our Company Is 7 Years Old

This Is A 3 ⭐️ Hotel But It’s Ratings Are At 45! That Is Terrific! I Do Have A Couple Concerns But No Big Deal!

Dave Gress

Very nice place, all of the staff were very friendly and helpful Trey gets an extra shout out for his service, great guy! Room was clean, quiet, good AC 5 minute walk to Lambeau

The indoor pool was good, clean, son had fun Free breakfast with waffle cooker, premade breakfast sandwiches, cereals, juices, etc We would definitely stay here again without hesitation

Bruce Nowak

The Home2 Suites is conveniently located close to Lambeau Field and the surrounding bars and restaurants That’s why I chose it while attending Packer Camp late July ’21 Hotel itself is nice

Breakfast is good Some of the staff is nice, some I found rude and snooty The breakfast has make your own waffles The hotel was using the wrong size cups to measure the batter, too small Guests would use 1 cup as instructed and the waffle would not turn out, throw it away and start over Waste of batter and more importantly tie up the maker twice as long I mentioned to a new staff member (she advised she was) they should place a sign 2 cups required Older staff member was walking by and said in a very condescending manner “It’s only an inch short” (Guess she never used the waffle maker) She then walked into what I believe is a manager’s office and the 2 were talking staring directly at me Very rude and uncalled for at a business that caters to guestsIf you need to use the sleeper sofa forget about it It’s more like a medieval torture device than a bed If you’ve ever seen the Seinfeld episode about the sleeper sofa at Jerry’s parents in FL, this is the same sofaI did complete a Hilton survey and wrote a letter to the hotel manager asking for a response After multiple unsuccessful attempts to contact the manager by both phone and letter I gave up The hotel provided a refund for 1 night of a 3 night stay weeks later without even acknowledging they were doing that (found refund on credit card statement) but would not communicate direct with meVery disappointing experience for Hilton Brand hotel Hotel ownership should review their hotel management I will never choose to stay at the Home 2 Suites, Green Bay again which is a pity as it does have some good things going for it, but treating customer like they deserve to be is not one of their attributesUpdate – As was requested by the “owner” in the hotel response, I did call the hotel I was advised that the General Manager (GM) was the person that left the review response and she was not in I left a message for her to call me A week passes and I hear nothing I call back and the GM happened to answer the phone She didn’t have a good explanation why I didn’t get a call back Furthermore, there were no questions that were asked so “further investigation” could take place Seemed like the response from the hotel was just a smokescreen I guess I should not be surprised

This is one of my favorite hotels I have ever stayed at The whole hotel is very clean Especially the breakfast area

All of the staff are friendly and helpful Pool is warm and the hot tub has plenty of room They are located just 5 to 10 minutes north of Green Bay just off the highway in a little shopping area You can walk to 3 different types of restaurants within 2 minutes There is a unique spice and kitchen store within 2 minute walk Even with all off this it is very quiet

Rich

Our room, and really the whole hotel, was perfectly clean There was nothing particularly unique about the layout or appointment of our room, but it was amazingly clean, comfortable and quiet It was a steal for the $99 we paid through Hotels

comThe staff was very friendly and accommodating – just what you would hope to find from those working in the hospitality industryThe included breakfast was the typical serve-yourself fare but it was fresh, hot, plentiful and delicious As with the rest of the hotel, the breakfast area was spotlessly cleanWe didn’t use the pool or sauna so I cannot offer feedback beyond the reoccurring theme of it appearing cleanLocation is always subjective It’s not in the middle of some sun-dappled glade, nor is it in the heart of some pulsing hub of activity It sits the border of an enourmous parking lot, so clearly parking is not an issue Still, it’s only a short jaunt to Starbucks, and my new favorite mexican restaurant ( Old Mexico) is just on the other side of the parking lot

becky lovelace

Tried to book a room for November on a weekend we’ve booked every year for the last 5 years Was told the rooms are now $299 a night Last year they were $120 a night

I asked if it was because of the packer schedule not being out? She told me that that was AFTER knowing the Packers are not there that weekend I asked her to confirm that that truly means their rates have gone up $180 a night over the last year and she told me yes Unfortunately we will not be staying there anymore

Great room, bed was ok, tub was awesome, great hospitality, always helpful staff, super clean Breakfast was decent Wine and cheese in the lobby

Overall a really nice place to stay and will definitely stay there again Guests above us on the last night were terrible, I am certain they were killing someone and dismembering the body in the tub, might want to check that room staffwe were in 200 so I am assuming they were 300 That was the only bad part of that stay and that isn’t the hotels fault I would have complained if we were staying longer Overall great place, highly recommend

Excellent hotel on the campus of St Nobert’s but have more to offer than most other hotels in the area Easy walk to downtown De Pere and closer to other amenities

The little things that this hotel does is awesome – free cookie at check in or staff that make sure you have everything you need for your stay Parking is on the side of the building or across the street They offer a shuttle as well The rooms have been remodel and have a large bathroom and a separate area to get ready Free internet that is fast and have a desk to work on in the room Coffee is served all the time! Highly recommend staying here

Very Clean & Tidy Now…I’ve stayed at fancy resorts in Hawaii…like at least 10

And not one of them have a microwave in there rooms, let alone a fridge this big And 24-Hot coffee??Also…this may look like a cheap (free) breakfast…but those $400 to $1,500 places don’t serve ANY free breakfast So I find it funny that pay $100 a night and I get more The room is just as big…and a little better than let’s say the Marriott that i have paid 300-400 per night This place is great for what it is Very friendly and helpful staff It felt comfortable and warm the minute i walked in the door!!

Great place, was nice knowing they lowered the price if you have triple AAA that saved money and senior rates lowered the price againHow nice And found me a room without a reservation

Large room 2 queen beds, very clean, no odors, pillows felt normal, they had 3 on each bed and different firmnessQuite place, very friendly staffMorning they had a beautiful breakfast and everything tasted great Not sure if they had a pool Had a small store to buy supplies from teeth, soda and munchiesHomey seating area’s with tv computer use Nothing disappointed me at all And I’m picky Stayed there 4 time’s Around area you have airport and casino, they do have shuttle service to and from casino

We had asked for a handicapped accessible room with double beds because we both have arthritis and it is hard for us to move freely The desk and chair were so close to the bed and my husband kept tripping over it You could hardly pull the chair out to sit because it was so close to the bed

We had no big chair with foot rest because there was no room for it The beds were so high we could hardly get in them They were not double beds They were way too big for that room! The bathroom was good Breakfast buffet was awful from cold scrambled eggs to rubber cold sausages all juice dispensers were out! They wanted to charge us an extra $25 in case we buy something from the store They would credit us in the end Where is that a good business practice? We have stayed there many times in the pasted, and never had this terrible problem But I am hesitant to stay there again

We were reached out to by the general manager regarding a need for queen rooms Instead of walking us to a different room, she upgraded us to a king suite for no additional charge That was a nice gesture! My only complaint is that the mattress on the pull out couch was extremely worn down and smelled like old socks

The rest of the room, though, was in excellent condition My 5 year old LOVED the pool area It was perfect for kids! Highly recommended!

We frequently stay at IHG hotels when traveling, and this location was definitely one of the nicer ones we’ve stayed in The pool was smaller than I expected, but the zero depth kids area made up for it Breakfast was tasty (no waffles right now due to supply chain issues was a bummer but we get it!)

Staff was super friendly and helpful The fitness center is small but has free weights up to 50 lbs which was awesome!! Our only complaint were the super loud, rowdy people in the pool and running the halls til after 11 PM, but that’s not really the hotel’s fault Overall we will definitely stay at this location again when we are in Green Bay

I now know what it feels like to be profiled My stay here was ok until I walked to the front desk and asked a question about the hot tub Julie (the front desk attendant) proceeded to ask fir my room number and name

Not sure why she needed that information to answer a general question Her excuse was that she like to greet her customers by name, which I totally get But what does my room number have to do with my name? I played along to see her trap herself and when she looked me up she saw I was a Diamond member and her entire demeanor changed She wasn’t rude, just strange with the questions just to get an answer from a general question Definitely profiled with her actions I will not stay here again Hotel old, was afraid to but anything on the couches – they were so old Checked out the hot tub , reeked of chlorine (which was better than being dirty) and jets were weak so we didn’t get in Sad that I had this experience and it did not feel good to me or my husband Breakfast was ok and beds were very comfy Hope this helps someone

Showed up in the rain and grabbed our keys, got to the room and the door wouldn’t unlock Front desk said to just mess with it until it opens so we stood in the rain for 5 minutes unlocking the door Finally got inside where the TV remote and thermostat remote were dead

One towel in the bathroom when we notified there would be 3 of us Gonna reccomend you just pay a little more for anything else

Hilda Riva Cepeda

Hotel manager is very rude Hang up the phone on me a couple of times, the shower clogged and they could not fix it Although the bed was comfortable and the room has heated floors, it did not make me feel welcome or safe

There are many other accommodations in the area, at the same or lower price, with the same amenities and with friendly managers Do not recommend the place to anybody that is looking for a good travel experience, specially if you are traveling for business

I’ve been coming here for over a decade and never had any issues This last stay was a disaster At check in, I was charged over $300 for a room that was fully compensated

The staff is unresponsive and in general seems like they don’t care at all My room keys didn’t get me into the pool and hot tub area that is supposedly open 24/7 during the week Tried to call the front desk twice and the phone rang forever Just all around disappointed and don’t think I’ll be returning in the future Get it together

Dan Heidbrider

Directly across the street from the airport Very friendly staff Huge very nice meeting rooms and the catering was fantastic

Perfect location for an event, meeting, reception etc Rooms are decent size, clean and well stocked 2 restaurants and a coffee shop on site as well Oh and there’s the casino attached as well if you’re into that

John “Captdrac” W

We were here for a “boys-get-a-way” break I reserved here because the boys wanted to gamble at the casino We only used the room to sleep for the most part

The problem in the room was the pet hair on the white bench & floor The floor had paw prints all over the bathroom floor and around the A/C, heating unit We got pet hair over our clothes just by laying our clothing on the bench I also noticed it on the bottom of my slippers (Lately, I always bring something to keep my feet from touching the floor) When I addressed it during checkout, the clerk only response was simply “I’ll notify the housekeeping staff about it” Any compensation? Of course not She tried to go pass the conversation while one of the guys was showing her the remaining dog hair on his pants and shirt even after he used a towel to wipe most of it offFor the price that doesn’t include breakfast, coffee, and complimentary cookies that most other Radisson Hotels provide, at least the rooms should be sanitized and cleaned much better than what we experienced! Next time we can walk accross the street from the Wingate that for the lessor price include hot breakfast
