This was my home for a brief period of time when I had initially moved from out of state Complimentary guest laundry facilities, fitness center, business center on-site, and a furnished kitchen made my extended stay very comfortable The stove does not come equipped with an oven, and the stove top has only two burners that are activated by a timer knob located on the wall

Takes a bit getting used to, but with some effort you’ll quickly become familiar with it Staff is always pleasant and helpful The backdoor tends to decline activated room keys, so I suggest using the front entrance as often as possible Clean and affordable, I book the majority of my stays with this establishment I would recommend booking reservations in advance!

The hotel itself is pretty nice for the price The guy at the front desk was very friendly and helpful The room is a bit dated, scuff marks on the furniture, but nothing too bad

The mark downs for me was due to the clientele that this hotel had staying in it Despite a sign that asked smokers to smoke away from the front door, two ladies decided they would smoke there anyways There was also a homeless guy hanging out in the parking lot that asking me for some money I felt nervous leaving our car unattended The hotel mentioned having security, but I didn’t see anyone

We stayed overnight June 2022 The staff are amazing, room was clean, beds were comfortable extra linens provided to us upon request We will be traveling back through this September and plan to stay here again

Our preferred hotel is Holiday Inn Express but they were booked and this alternate hotel did not disappoint, I would go even farther and say that the beds here are much more comfortable!

My drivers room was broke into Not only was his bag and personal items taken But the keys to a company owned truck, and trailer

The front desk clerk did not care Refused to help I called to talk to the manager The desk clerk said the manager would not come back last night The cops were called The front desk clerk told the police The manager would not come in until the next morningThe cop also said the cameras were fake That should make everyone feel safe Maybe they have real cameras But cannot get a straight answer Someone used their card to get access to my drivers room The door did not get left open They close on their own My driver saw housekeeping down the hall from his room However, the front desk clerk Said all house keeping had gone homeThe next morning The desk clerk was just as rude and none caring about the situation Said the manager might come in today About 8am We use this hotel 60 to 75 times a year My drivers will not be going back here I will get the word out to other drivers as well Very unhappy with the way this was handled Or not handled I should say

My room wasn’t clean The front desk staff in the evening were having unprofessional conversation in front of me and other customersI gave it a higher score than it sounds it deserves because when I made these comments to the morning front desk staff, they brought it to the owner and I had a call from the owner with a very nice apology within a couple hours of leaving

The outside doors do not security lock Anyone can walk in and out of that hotel When we first tried to access our room the security lock had been flipped over so we couldn’t even get in and we were already running late to get to an appointment in Billings

Pool was decent, except when we tried to use it in the morning, the waterslides weren’t operational Behind the toilet on the floor was dirty (like hair etc), other than that the rest of the room seemed clean

Received a text asking to contact the hotel if we needed anything When I sent a text confirming that we had a handicapped accessible room We were told that there were none left and the reservation didn’t call for it

I understand mix ups But was treated like a child over text No understanding at all This was a huge insult to me and my retired military handicapped father in law When I arrived no apology… What a disgrace Stay clear of this place and their rude staff They should be ashamed of themselves

I liked that you can order your breakfast and have an actual made-to-order egg So refreshing! The breakfast room was well stocked with a variety of optionsThe room was more than adequate

Very important fact is the availability of an airport shuttleStaff are accommodating and friendlyGood job

Keara O’Connor

We booked this hotel for a one night stay Nothing “quality” about it Immediately upon seeing our room we decided we were not staying there

The whole hotel was dark and dingy (including the room) The hallways smelled musty and dirty and the room definitely didn’t smell any better The carpet had stains on it and it just felt damp We were there all of 10 minutes and it was like pulling teeth trying to get a refund Definitely worth it to spend a few extra bucks to stay elsewhere

Susan Lang

While the staff was friendly and helpful, breakfast good, and pool was fun, the floor of our room was damp and dirty and the room had a smell The pullout couch was really bad too, and we had trouble with the door lock Unfortunately it was full so couldn’t get another room and we just touched it out

I don’t know if they are all that way, and I typically don’t like to complain, but wanted to warn folks especially families

We only did end up staying one night at the hotel, all the same everyone in the staff that I came across was very friendly and polite The bedding was very clean, the furniture was well taken care of, there was no residue from not cleaning well in the bathroom, and the amenities offered were good There is a restaurant right next door and the overall convenience of the place was comfortable

I would readily stay again if ever I were to come back through the area

wolf obrien

It was good customer service, it would be 10/10 for the front desk and people working I found dirty boxers hanging on the bathroom door and there was something floating in the pool The pool didn’t smell like how a pool should have smelled and so overall cleanness would have to be 6/10

I didn’t get to try the breakfast but it did smell amazing and they did have other things to eat That is 9/10 for me So putting everything together for this hotel, it would be 8/10 hotel

Chris Brooks

Usually, we stay at the Best Western plus in Billings, MT; but they didn’t have any 1st floor rooms and my bride likes the external entry doors where we can keep an eye on our vehicle So the folks there recommended their sister property Kelly Inn’s because they have external door entries as well So we tried them out, great experience I think we don’t a pet room cause it had that smell, but we didn’t mind much, we travelled with dogs for year’s

Overall, fantastic stay, folks were extremely friendly and the pool and the jacuzzi were out of commission but that happens from time to time Best Western Plus is out go to but Kelly Inn’s is our new number 2!

Rachel Wahlstrom

Room was clean and spacious, which is what I wanted The night time front desk complained upon arriving that I used a 3rd party to book instead of directly through them The rest of the staff was cheerful

The hot tub was cold so we didn’t utilize it or the pool, which was a bummer for my kids Breakfast was your average free continental breakfast It was nice and quiet Our beds are on the very firm side Parking can be very difficult in the evening because the Texas Roadhouse is right behind the hotel Overall, I would stay here again

Mark Jones

I reserved a King Suite and when I checked in using the app, it showed that the room was a two Queen Suite I called the hotel to find out what happened, and the gentleman that was on duty rudely stated that “Members with a higher statuses” took all the king rooms I explained that my reservation was for a king bed and he stated that they are members with higher statues as myself, so it got changed to a queen room

I requested to speak to the Manager and said that he was not in and that I could leave a message on his voicemail He then transferred me, then phone rang several times, but the voicemail did not pick up When we arrived to the hotel, the same person that I spoke too on the phone was very rude, snooty, and short with me I have never been treated so badly by anyone at a Marriott Hotel He made me feel like I was a lower class person on the Titanic I have been a Member of Marriott for many years, and it was very upsetting to find out that my reservation meant nothing, since “Members of a higher class” took my room I am a disabled United Stated Military Veteran with back and neck injuries, and a queen size bed does not give me the room that my wife and I need to sleep I got very little sleep that night I asked for the Manager when we checked out in the morning, but I was told that he was not in I am very upset on how I was treated and how I was made to feel This experience makes me not want to stay at a Marriott again, and stay at Hilton I am a Hilton Honors Members, and they always treat me with dignity and respect I never lost my room reservation with them due to “Members of a higher status”

Luz Franco

I just stayed one night but I was scared about all comments I read about it, fortunately there was no problem with our room at all, it was cleanBreakfast was not perfect, not too much options, there was no coffee and that is terrible for me When we just checked in there was nobody at the front desk, then a lady from the staff appeared but looked like bored and with not a good attitude

I have to fly to Billings Hospital once to twice a month The first time I had no clue as to where anything was in conjunction to the hospital This last trip I was more limited on funds and did not have the money to be Lyfted halfway across town

I saw the Cherty Tree right across the street and called Not only was the hotel in the perfect location, but it was a good $50 to $75 cheaper than what I had been paying When I called, I was able to reserve a room with just my name, no credit card info was needed at that time I finished with my appointments and walked directly there and finished my check-in The hotel is larger than what it appears on the outside, but once inside it had that comfy, country inn feeling The room was very nice, very clean, very quiet and very well stocked And the Continental Breakfast was very much needed I will be making this my normal stay over location as long as they have rooms available!!

Mildred Eckhart

I do not recommend this place, they charged me for smoking and/or burning incense, we’re not smokers nor did we use anything like that in the room The staff are rude and did not say anything about it on our time of checking out

It’s been two and a half weeks since we’ve stayed there and God knows how many people have stayed in that same room after we left

Rooms were not thoroughly cleaned Furniture and bathrooms were visibly dirty Pool area was extremely unclean

Ants crawling around Hot tub was FILTHY Swimming pool wasn’t much better Manager was less than helpful when we expressed our concerns with the cleanliness The reviews and ratings of this hotel fooled us Expected much more from a Best Western property Checked out early and found a much more enjoyable place to spend our last few nights in Billings The reviews and photos of this hotel were not what we experienced during our stay!Attached picture is of ants crawling in child’s mask that was left on the floor of the pool area

Dylan Medler

Staff was very friendly and professional, breakfast was good, rooms were very clean, as was the swimming areaPrices are fair, and the hotel is located in what seems to be a quiet part of townThe furniture is a little dated, but the beds are comfortable so no real reason to complain!

Greg

The front desk staff was kind However, the reviews below that write about poor cleanliness in the rooms, and bathrooms in particular, are indeed accurate Had a dirty bathroom with my single night stay

But while I understand that hotels are short-staffed these days what I don’t appreciate is not getting a reply from the hotel manager for 2 weeks after I left a couple messages asking to be contacted An apology was issued but no response to some attempt at compensation for a relatively expensive night stay where I didn’t even take a shower due to the dirty bathroom I wasn’t stepping foot in that shower My recommendation is to find another location to stay Riversage or Hilltop Inn are nice, clean hotels

Our family and puppies had a great stay here! We felt safe parking our vehicle and trailer outside There was a nice area to walk the dogs and the rooms were very clean I loved that we had a 2 bedroom suite for privacy and quietness

The room layout was perfect for resting up after our long trip The pool was nice and continental breakfast had vast options I would definitely stay here again if in town

Joey Barrett

Exceptional night staff We arrived late and Darren took great care of us! We experienced absolutely phenomenal customer service and he was able to help us with everything we needed He is a great representative of Marriott! After driving all day across Wyoming it was great to just hang out by the fire pit with our dogs

Oh yeah, this place is very pet friendly as well!Highly recommend!

Lana Bell

Stayed one night while traveling through and really needed to get some work done before heading back on the road It was very frustrating because the Wi-Fi connection was slow and constantly up/down

It made it very difficult to work online or get in a zoom call I thought I might have better luck with the “business center”… which is a joke It’s a desk in the corner of the lobby Staff was vacuuming around me and there were tons of people talking loudly… not helpful when trying to host a confidential business call Room was average and it’s kind of a stretch to call it a suite I’m a 9 year platinum member with Marriott but will not stay at this brand again

booked because of how much I trusted the brand This facility backs to the rear of Home Depot and they get deliveries and unload ALL NIGHT LONG starting at 11pm There are forklifts, semis running, and backup alarms

I was kept up all night and switched rooms The only room available was in 101 where the bed was directly under a creaky stairwell Called Jennifer Derby and Amy Barnhart the manager and GM and they refused to compensate me for my $225 night of interrupted sleep during which I packed my backs twice to chafe rooms after midnight Awful service but even worse people

Great outdoor spaces to relax and a nice pet area with grass Good location with several restaurants, a convenience store/gas station/car wash right next door We were able to just relax and prepare for another long day on the road! We would definitely recommend this location!

This was our 2nd stay here The accommodations are wonderful, the grounds are beautiful, they are now pet friendly, and the breakfast is great We couldn’t have asked for a better experience…

BUT, the staff was the most helpful and kind out of any hotel experience I have had Everyone from front desk, to house keeping to food service…they genuinely were good people who seemed to enjoy their job They’re clearly doing something right there! This will be our go to hotel for every trip to Billings from now on!

Had to book this one on the fly

Way over priced for a basic room We paid 300 for what should have been an 89 room just because there was a rap concert next door at the event center The whole place smelled like weed Found Left over beer in the fridge (and it wasn’t good beer) from the previous guests Dirty toilet and we notified staff who said they’ll use this as a “teaching moment” Noisy people in hallways and other guest rooms Don’t imagine we’ll stay there again Like, Ever

Sonna22

The young staff at the Country Inn & Suites do not put the safety of it’s paying guests first, their self interests are the priority They allow drunks and party goers to congregate on the grounds of the hotel and shoot off illegal fireworks I witnessed this on the 4th of July after being woken up at 10pm from my 3rd floor room

The manager Stacy was right there amongst the crowd in the pictures At 10:30 pm there was a man and his family that just arrived from Canada who was looking to check in and had to wait 15 minutes until an employee finally emerged from the back of the hotel to assist him

Booked through the Hilton app at $244 a nightWent to google maps to GPS to the hotel, and the Hilton website had a better room listed for $70 a night cheaperAnd yes, it was the same exact hotel for the same exact nightHotel staff refused to help out with the significant price difference

Acted like they didn’t care

Wow! I really love staying at this hotel 1st of all the staff was extremely attentive and very friendly 2nd of all the breakfast was delicious and even though their juice machine was not in service, they provided bottled juices of many varieties

I really like the location because I was able to get up early in the morning and run early in the morning and run through the industrial park that this hotel is located near and it was a really nice 2 mile loop of sidewalks and very well lit

Hailey at the front desk is a SUPER HERO!! I had just finished a 14 hour drive with two cats and half my life packed in my car I got caught in a storm on the way here It had been a long day

Hailey was really friendly, hooked me up with the cat toys, help me sign up with the hotel which saved me some money and gave me an awesome bar recommendation On top of all that, the room was pristine, the a/c blows cold and the bed is cozy Best check in experience I can remember having ever 100/10!!
