Enjoyed our stay here very much The room was clean and spacious for our family We liked having a full kitchen and the location was perfect for us

Close to all of the biking trails We were surprised that they had a light dinner served the night that we were there That was a nice addition We were disappointed that the hot tub was drained since that was a big reason the kids picked this hotel, but it looked like they were refilling it when we left The only issue we had was the serving of breakfast It seemed a little overkill this far into the pandemic to have someone serving you breakfast instead of having it self service We’ve stayed in numerous hotels in the last 6 months (even other Hilton’s) and this was the first time we had seen that It was a bit odd Maybe it was a policy for the hotels in that area? Either way I hope they change that soon We would love to return again and explore the area more

Amy Licke

Very clean, well maintained rooms Perfect size for 3 of usPool was nice too

Complimentary breakfastWas pleasantly surprised as we got a good price for the room

We checked in and in 40 minutes, we checked out Housekeeping DID NOT do their job and the management of these rooms can definitely be described as poor The couches are all dingey, with stains on them and multiple stains on the floor, the carpet is coming up from the floor in multiple areas, ceiling is cracked and coming down, and the overall vibe is a 1990 motel

You’re in guest services, regardless of your excuses rooms should NOT be rented if they’re in that condition, or be looked at as OK to rent out I’ve been to many Hilton’s and this is by far the worst one we’ve stayed at Manager on site was newer so she did the best she could under the circumstances, but we won’t be reserving rooms here again

Great place with amazing staff Officially the quickest check in I’ve ever had at a hotel! Room was clean and large, bed was comfortable, AC worked great Couldn’t really ask for more

Only reason why it’s not five stars is that for 1 person $180/night is a lot for a hotel that’s a little more dated I would not have stayed here unless I got the discount on Hotwire

Kaylee Deangelo

HORRIBLE!!!! Do not stay here! We had mold in the shower , paint falling from our window, the AC was broken, our tv did not work and was completely in plugged, and on the last day we had zero water! After all of this we complained to the front desk and the girl talking ended up telling us we were wrong and that if the mold was small how could we even tell it was mold Also proceeded to talk over us and tell us our issue was not important enough for the managers We got no money off for the worst hotel we have ever visited

Trust me NEVER STAY HERE EVER!!! The area is surrounded with great hotels that are cheaper, way more nice, and are managed by nice human beings The only decent thing there was the breakfast, and the hours of the breakfast were horrible and you could also tell the eggs were out of a bag as they were covered in some type of water One thing I forgot too is that we asked for a blanket and the blanket did not open up because it was stuck together If you don’t want to have the worst experience of your life do not stay in this disgusting hotel

Hannah Van

I wish i could rate 0 I am in my 20’s and waking out with back pain I asked to switch rooms the second night hoping the bed would be better but it wasn’t

I didn’t have Bedside lamp in my first room and then in the second room the tv wouldn’t switch of the one main channel I feel gross staying in this hotel The coffee at 8am was always gone I will never be staying here again

Our room was clean and well stocked That’s about the only positive about our stay this past weekend On the 3rd floor with 4 kids and both elevators were broken

Breakfast was a joke Sunday morning No coffee, no cups, forks or spoons Had to ask the lady standing around “supervising” for everything that was out The hot food was pretty scarce, and we were there around 7:30/8 so not towards the ending time of 10 The lights were turned off too We’ve stayed multiple times in the past and have had great stays If this was our first stay I doubt we’d be back

Promo Team

The check-in process was fine and the service was great as we entered a clean and wellmaintained room We were only there for the night and realized the amenities offered weren’t actually available The gas grills did not work and they were very dirty as if they’d been out of service for quite some time

I asked the staff if maintenance was available and we were told at one point there was no answer, and then a Kyle that was spoken to the morning after I was told the on call maintenance was out of town and could not help Also while my kids were playing in the pool a light inside the pool became unattached Myself and another guest escalated to staff and again there was no one available to help We were concerned about what kind of electrical exposure there could be available but again maintenance not available So no pool and no grills while also having no escalation available for on site staff I left a message with GM and took pictures and will he contacting corporate Needless to say there was no explanation as to how these issues will be mitigated in the future Please ask questions at check in or you’ll be surprised

Greg Neumayer

Loved our stay! Clean and modern common areas, wonderful staff (late night attendant Jess was so helpful to us), and family friendly from check-in to courtesy extended check-out! The pool is getting some work done but we still enjoyed the opportunity to get some energy out Probably of highest note is simply the suite’s kitchen amenities and spaciousness that made doing a delivered pizza such a breeze for our family of 6 Highly recommend, will plan to stay again when passing through/around Indy!

The beautiful aroma that I was greeted with was a treat! Every single staff member that I encountered was friendly and willing to help The room I stayed in had a microwave and refrigerator The entire room was equipped with what I needed and the bed was super comfortable

Both elevators were working and clean The bathroom was a great size and clean

Sheri Bray

We stayed here while we were in town for a soccer tournament The hotel was very clean, service was great, and breakfast was really good I gave the room 4 stars simply because the bathroom door is a sliding barn door

This would be fine if it were a room for a single person But there is no privacy or lock on the door Although great use of space it is not righta pocket door with a lock would have been more effective for the bathroom

Kenda Rose

My first time getting a hotel as a single mama and man, it was awesome! Throughly loved swimming in the pool!Very clean spaces The kitchen area was so convenient and cute! Loved the style of the room except for the sliding barn door on the bathroom Was super hard to slide

Everyone we encountered was very friendly! About 5 mins into our room the front desk called to make sure everything was good 🙂 we will Definitely come back!!

Really nice room setup with a couch and multi angle TV mount for the bedroom and seating area Breakfast was expensive though and not at all worth the cost Better options are all around though

They are currently only using the one lobby for both hotels I’m not sure how long that is going to be the case, but even with that, the front desk staff was efficient and got me checked in quickly

Matthew Wray

Stayed at Springhill Suites for a night while in town visiting family The room was very nice and large for our family of 4We love the way the rooms are setup

From the start the whole experience was awful! We arrived and stood in the lobby for 10 minutes before finding the gentlemen at the desk hiding in the room playing on his phoneWe attempted to check in and the gentleman was very rudeWe booked the suite to accommodate our family

Upon entering the room we had a spider in our bedroom, the floors did not look like they had been swept, there was dried urine on the toiletWe chose the suite which sleeps 4, there were no sheets for the pull out bed, one blanket and only enough pillows for 3 of usAfter dealing with the gentleman at the front desk none of us wanted to go down and ask for more things to accommodate us so we just made do with what we hadWe tried to make the best of the situation and decided we would take the kids down for breakfast and then go swimmingBreakfast was a nightmare, the milk and yogurt were both spoiled, we were afraid to try any of the breakfast sandwiches in fear that we would get sick since nothing else seemed to be good so we went on without breakfast and went ahead to the poolThe pool was nice and literally the only good part of the entire stay!10/10 would not recommend!

Dee Swinson

This was the guest hotel for a 50th Anniversary Family ReunionThere was a few traveling sports teams and contractors when we arrived for our 3 day event but the Desk Clerks – were FANTASTIC They made sure that we had everything we needed and by Saturday afternoon, we were grilling and hanging out with the other hotel guests

The kids enjoyed the pool party and outdoor movieThis was an epic weekend without any incident and I would recommend this hotel to anyone!

Rodney Mines

Worst Marriott property management I have ever encountered! Work trip…drove up from Alabama, due to inability to get a timely flight, so we were bone tired by the time we arrived Instead of quickly getting into our rooms, we were given an hour+ run around and a hassle because they overbooked (despite my reservations and Marriott rewards membership) Night manager sucked…

gen manager sucked…front desk sucked complained to Marriott and got no response Will never stay near again AVOID at all costs!

Wonderful hotel It was extremely clean I’m very very picky and have high expectations when it comes to cleanliness as I own a cleaning business and this exceeded my expectations

The Staff very friendly, professional and helpful The kickback dinner and drinks was a pleasant surprise The pool and workout areas were clean and well maintained The rooms and common areas were all up to date and comfortable This is my first time trying this chain of hotel and it won’t be my last time I was extremely happy w my experience

Don’t forget to use ʜoᴛᴇʟʙᴏʟʟʏᴄᴏm when booking your hotel This site will compare thousands of booking websites and typically will have rooms much cheaper than others! You’re welcome :)! This place is the best rated in the area

I have been coming here for a long time If you choose this place you will love it I’m sure!I always enjoy staying here when I travel for work Upon arrival, they gave me the hairspray bottle that I asked them to hold until I returned They fixed my door handle, which was wobbly And also my fridge needed to be fixed I was at the end of the hallway, which was nice and quiet The food was great The staff is always helpful and friendly I highly recommend staying here!! And I love the 24-hour coffee service! That definitely came in handy my last night there

Samantha Hazzard

Walking into the hotel, it looked nice and the eating area was pretty cool The front desk lady who checked us in was very welcoming, informative, checked us in quickly and even gave us a late check out! Upon entering our room, it was clean other than the blood looking stuff on the wall next to the bed and the weird bad smell After returning from dinner hoping the smell would go away, it wouldn’t

I will say the hot water is amazing! The bed was also decently comfortable In the morning we were pretty excited to eat breakfast as there were several great reviews about it However, it honestly was just okay Eggs weren’t good and were soggy They were out of a few things, potentially due to several people being there from or for a hockey tournament? The pancakes were rather delicious thoughIf I had to stay at a hotel in Indy, I would probably give this or it’s sister hotel a second chance Until then… 3/5 stars

Stayed here Feb 2021 for one night on a quick weekend trip Room was clean The bed was very firm

If you like a firm bed it will be great The pull out couch was very run down but it was doable for my daughter and niece just for one night The bathroom was nice but the hot water and water pressure was non existent Hotel is ok for a quick stay but not longer

Irie Vogue

I never stayed at an extended stay kind of place but the location is central and neat all major highways and other hotels My room was clean and they provided all amenities and guess you wouldn’t believe it waaher and dryer are free

that blew my mindThey have a pool too

Jabari Payne

The stay was terrible! No service was ever available at the front desk and they never had towels in the pool area We booked through priceline and i believe the hotel wanted more money so they charged us a smoking fee We work in law enforcement and have never smoked

We had a member come into the room to put his smoke together and while doing it, we put him out So no smoke ever entered the room When we asked about it we were given no details and we’re told we had no choice The rooms were nice though

traveling cross country and got to the hotel late When we got to room the toilet was stained, carpet not vacuumed and bathroom fan not working Staying only one night so dealt with it

In the morning no blow dryer available When got one, only blew old air The final straw was that there was no breakfast which was the reason we picked the hotel Then called customer service to express my disappointment and the person on the line was dismissive and not helpful in the least Offered points towards my account, but could not guarantee I would get them When I said I wanted to register my complaint with the hotel, she said I could only register my concern with Marriott or the hotel

The rooms were great! Super comfy and cleanThe amount of things around was lovely and breakfast was GREAT!THANK YOUUUU!

Paul Parker

As I am not a fan of writing poor reviews, sadly I did need to write this one as a warning to future customers This hotel is significantly unkept Our room was somewhat unclean when we entered

The bathtub had some weird film at the bottom of it The doors and walls looked that like they had been kicked at at some point in time Never properly patched up The pool was ice cold Probably the coldest indoor pool I’ve ever seen But, it probably was a good idea we did not spend a lot of time in the pool because of the light and electrical wire hanging in the pool (That is not a joke, I will attach a picture) However, the hot tub was very nice The only bad part about the hot tub was looking over at the rust covered vents Just seemed a little unhealthy I truly do not write this review to be hateful towards the hotel, as I have had a lot of great experiences at different Sheridan hotels This one just happened to be the worst Hopefully management will take time to update what is needed

Rachel Wayne

I’ve stayed at many hotels during my travels to different cities This was my first time ever staying in a Sheraton If this is how they all are, I am not impressed at all

I drove from Nashville to Chicago for a visit and chose Indianapolis for a midway stay, meaning I stayed here on the way there and back I was initially put in a corner room where it was very hot Engineer came to check AC and commented that “the corner rooms do not cool well – they are all like that” So, I had them bring a fan so that I could sleep without sweating The air vent is in the oddest place and blows toward a corner only No more vents in room; bathroom is really stuffy Flattest pillows I’ve ever slept on anywhere My neck is killing me on the morning after my second time around staying here I was put in a different room this time (not a corner one) yet it was still hot AC turned all the way down to 63 degrees but barely blows anything just like corner room No complimentary breakfast like all the other hotels I’ve ever stayed at FOR THIS HIGH PRICE Pool was closed “for maintenance,” which after reading lots of reviews this morning I’ve discovered that it’s been closed for at least 4-6 weeks already How long does it take exactly for “maintenance?” That appears to be dishonest and an excuse not to have it open So many people look forward to this at expensive (and “nice”) hotels like this one Oh and you gotta pay to park in their garage too – $15 per day It’s insane This place is a money pit but not worth it whatsoever The rooms feel outdated and the HVAV system definitely needs some work I am so disappointed Best thing about my stay here was the salad I ordered via room service my first night Very expensive but that was truly the most positive thing about my experience I can’t believe the lack of amenities for the very expensive price tag Will NEVER stay here at another Sheraton again

Interaction with staff at the front desk and housekeeping was excellent They were friendly and efficient The kitchen was adequately provided

However, this property is a Marriott by name only It does not live up to Marriott’s standards We shared a 2-bedroom suite with our daughter/son-in-law and their young family First and foremost, rooms must be clean We thought our room fit that requirement until my adult daughter informed me she hoped what she wiped off her bathroom door was chocolate The bathroom vents also needed cleaned (but typical hotel fashion) The furniture was very worn and dated The sofa being on such a slant (worn) that no more than 2 ppl could sit comfortably on it at a time There were no linens or pillows available for the sofa bed I’m sure we could have asked, but didn’t use it Both bedrooms were much smaller than expected The double beds were comfortable Overall, the suite was well-worn and datedHaving 2 bathrooms was important to us A large amount of water was noticed on the floor after showering in one of the bathrooms After happening a second time, we assume the tub must have had a hairline crack leaking water onto the bathroom floor! Four adults, a toddler, and an infant was forced to use 1 bathroomSat morning staff tended to breakfast effectively Not the case Sun and Mon mornings counters dirty, had to ask for items, and she began removing items 15-30 min early After inquiring, she did provide a waffle and apple from the backroom for us Mon morning (~9:15am) Breakfast was lacking Needed fresh fruit in addition to only apples and bananas avail during our 3-night stayThe indoor pool is adequate, but was very cold and could visually see rolls of dirt on the bottom Not real invitingThe location of this hotel was convenient However, there are a lot of choices in this area We will choose a different hotel in the future Marriott needs to do betterWe prepaid/nonrefundable for the suite but discovered 3 weeks out–with less suites available–the price lowered an avg of ~$30 per night! We received no price adjustment I question their marketing strategies and had an email exchange with Brett, the general manager at this property After I corrected the facts in his ‘song and dance’ email, he went silent No explanation or satisfaction Usually book early for a lower price except could be lower at the last minute to have full rooms vs keeping it empty Not a great experience all the way around

Kelli Roe

I’m not impressed at all with this hotel being branded as a Marriott This hotel is maybe a $100 value, not a $200 value The hotel appears clean, but it is very outdated and ran down

Stains are present all over the couch The pull out couch mattress has reddish brown stains all on it The chairs for the table look as if a cat has scratched the leather off The bedroom door is broken as if someone has punched it The trim around the bathroom door is rusted and molded The room stinks My kids never say anything about the hotels we stay at, but have voiced their displeasure multiple times! I would recommend staying elsewhere if you do not want to walk around your room feeling dirty The hotel could definitely use an update!

I was nervous about staying here last weekend because of the different reviews This hotel was one of the best stays I have had in a while We stayed for Gencon Indy for 3 days, and will stay again

Very clean room and hotel in general, the staff was so helpful and kind in our questions We were checked in immediately and check out was a breeze The room itself was clean and tidy, and the guests were quiet I heard the staff talk about on weekends they have security to ensure that the guests stay quiet and follow rules I appreciate that!!! The only qualm would be that the show took about 3 min or so to warm up completely, but that is hardly an issue for me Overall 10/10!

Stephen Harris, Jr. (biglilsteve)

Hallway smelled like weed Room had a musty, unpleasant smell that never went away Air conditioning unit had a sign instructing me to use the thermostat on the wall

Thermostat on the wall was dead Jumped in the shower to discover the body wash dispenser was empty Non-adjustable shower head had overbearing water pressure Tub drained slow while taking shower All-in-all…would never stay here again

Airborne Trucker

BUYER BEWARE! Hotel looks nice on the outside but the inside tells another story Upon entry the smell wasn’t inviting, smell of stale/smoke air on the lobby

The hotel itself is in need a deep clean and remodel Carpets are dirty, furniture is really worn Customer service wasn’t there, upon arrival it seems as if we were disturbing the front desk She stayed on her cell phone the whole time during the Check-In Hallways smell of stale feet, smoke, and just unclean in general The rooms aren’t inviting IF YOU HAVE ANY ALLERGIES DO NOT STAY HERE! My wife sneezed most of the weekend Odd location for a hotel, nothing is in walking distance You will have to depend on ride shares and food delivery Wouldn’t recommend nor would I stay here again Laundry is free , full size fridge, cook top, and microwaveonly thing that was worth mentioning

I stayed here on a business trip and was extremely satisfied with the cleanliness and Aesthetics of the room and hotel in general Breakfast food was excellent and I also visited the bar for dinner one night which was also quite good even though the menu is small But what I really noticed was how fast their elevators move! If you want a fast elevator, this is the hotel for you

I was only on the second floor and it took like one second It took longer for the doors to shut, then it took to arrive at my floor

Very clean and updated hotel The front desk staff were very friendly and helpful Michaela that manned the bar in the morning for coffee and expresso drinks was attentive and helpful

She filled my cooler both mornings without complaint The lobby was expansive to gather with other people that were staying at the hotel It was a very good experience for a kids sporting event

This place is a scam! If I could give this place a zero star I would The front desk people don’t have any emotion and act like you’re bothering them when checking in or out We were going here on a friends and family discount for a wedding party

We were told it would be $99 a night (by two different employees) However, that became untrue pretty quickly We even confirmed this when we checked out with a different employee Instead they charged us $211 a night instead Then told us it would be fixed the next day back to the $99 When we call to get it fixed they say they will call us back and never do We have called 5 times It’s funny they finally called us back after I posted this review, and basically said there is nothing they can do So I’m out and extra $112 per night Don’t book here They will take your money

Firstly the location was great next to stores and restaurants Unfortunately we did not enjoy our stay here at all The mini fridge did not get cold enough only cool, which is not good because we had leftover food in there, so it needed to be at the right temperature to keep it safe to consume

So we called the front desk to let them know and they had to come change it out All they did was take one from another room and bring it to ours The “new” mini fridge (from a different room) still wasn’t cold enough There wasn’t a way to adjust the temperature inside the fridge either Then the toilet kept stopping up! It had horrible suction! Even the smallest amount of tissue would clog it up! We also had to call about that! The floor was dirty, crumbs on the floor and this room was just “cleaned” prior to us coming there for our stay! The carpet was also stained and sticky in certain spots The couch was dirty also with food stains everywhere especially the pillows This hotel was just dirty, considering Covid and many other virus out there u would think they would really deep clean like they say they do!! But of course they don’t I will never stay there again!!

This hotel is beautifully designed and CLEAN! We had an amazing 7 night stay in their 2 queen suite that was spacious enough for our family of 5 (3 sm children) Guest Services were always great! Breakfast was okay but their after 5pm bar made up for that The location is perfect, with easy access to I-69 and is surrounded by pretty good restaurants that are within walking distance! A couple of favorites is Torchy’s and 1933 Lounge

IKEA is walking distance as well!!! yes, IKEA!! I don’t recommend bringing more than 1 child under 5 here without 2 adults per kid though! LOL :[

Very clean room, beautifully decorated and layout Kitchenette even had a dishwasher! King bed comfortable but thought pillows were a bit too “heavy” and not fluffy Bathroom and shower were awesome! Lots of towels and accessories

Staff was GREAT! Friendly even when they were busy Very quiet in this hotel and had great soundproofing To top it off, the breakfast was absolutely wonderful! Hot!! Roasted potatoes were delicious and crisp, eggs were great and everything was fresh and hot It was a wonderful surprise during Covid 5 star Hyatt for sure
