Just finished my stay at this hotel Overall it was a decent experience! I got a king corner suite and it was spacious The ac was perfect, I was able to keep the room chilly like I like it

Breakfast was great! There was a great variety to choose from and the breakfast attendant did a great job keeping it tidy Most staff was warm and welcoming The only complaint is the parking situation Valet is 30 a night, but this is the downtown area so it is understandable There was some small wear and tear in the hotel but not bad enough to give a bad review

We stay at Homewood Suites often when we travel, and chose this location for our time in Dallas due to its proximity to Kay Bailey Hutchinson Convention Center The walk to the convention center is relatively short and easy, plus there is plenty to see and do nearby, so the location is wonderful The room had a few issues that decreased our rating by 1 star, including a very loud HVAC fan, slow-draining bathroom sink, broken toilet flusher, and some cosmetic damage

However, the best redeeming feature was wonderful water pressure in the shower The morning breakfast was great, with different items on offer each day, 3 waffle makers, including a Texas-shaped one, and delicious coffee The breakfast area was kept clean and stocked We found that they would open earlier than the posted time, which can be helpful if you need to be somewhere early The Suite Shop is stocked with a good variety of food, drinks, and other provisions you may need if you are short on time However, verify that you are charged correctly for your items; a bottle of pop cost $5 one night and the same flavor cost $4 the next night I did not see the error in the charge until I received my receipt the evening after we checked out We did not park a car, but there is a good pick-up/drop-off lane on Elm Street just outside the east entrance to the hotel for ride shares or delivery services Overall, our stay was very good and we would stay here again should we return to Dallas in the future

Highly recommend the Homewood Suites downtown Dallas! We came to Dallas to celebrate my husband’s and I’s birthday and to see our friends The hotel is centrally located to many fun activities that are within walking distance The hotel has many amazing amenities with the hot breakfast ranking as the favorite

I spoke with Vanessa who provided top notch customer service about a potential room upgrade being that is was our birthday’s She checked the system and there was availability We were in a king One bed room with a pull out sofa bed for the first night our kids were on the pull out It was a nice room! After our upgrade the kids had a room to their selves with their our bed as well My husband and I had a kind bed and our own room The room was amazing to say the least We are super grateful to Vanessa for this generous gift! That’s not all folks, we came home this evening and had a beautiful birthday card from Vanessa and two delicious cupcakes This world needs more amazing humans like Vanessa! Thank you and God Bless Vanessa!!! Check out Homewood Suites, you will NOT be disappointed!!

One of the best extended stay hotels- especially for the affordable price The entire staff was so friendly The hotel manager called me the day of my trip (inclement weather) to wish me safe travels and to let me know a warm room would be waiting for me

I arrived a bit later than expected (7pm) and the front desk girl was AMAZING She was so accommodating Explained everything Even the hotel guests were so kind and friendly This hotel was safe, clean, and everything I needed was there I will definitely be a returning visitor and I definitely recommend Attached are pictures from my stay

Dee Dee’s Den

It provides what’s needed The TV, phone and appliances are outdated There’s no TV with apps to connect to so don’t expect that

They have a small gym and a “shoppette” as I like to call small stores That’s nice and convenient The Washer and Dryers are complimentary Front desk was friendly I didn’t see any bugs in my roomThey stated housekeeping comes once a week My stay was from Feb 4 – Feb 12 and no one came by I worked from my room so I was there Overall, it’s nice for the space

I was greeted by an employee hard at work with linens He was extremely kind and had amazing customer service While checking in I mentioned the reason for my trip was for my husbands birthday and I booked the room for us

Our concierge upgraded our room with a great view His effort to go above and beyond did not fall on an ungrateful heartWe took the glass elevator to our room and recorded the ride on our Snapchat accounts and our friends immediately wanted to know where we were, loving the luxury details this beautiful hotel has to offer The fountains leading to the lower level were beautiful and clean! We went to our room and were not disappointed The bed was AMAZING! We had the best nights sleep we have had in a long time on the ultra clean and comfortable bed The restroom was immaculately clean and I loved the lighted vanity mirror Over all our experience was amazing We will definitely be returning and staying again in the future! I appreciate all the hard work the hotel employees put in to maintain a beautiful/trendy atmosphere 💖

Rio Ramirez

Valet was sweet, quick, & friendly even late at night which is refreshing Stephanie, our valet driver, is a hard worker and gets the job done With this heat they need some fans out there so it’s not too hot for them

The lobby is beautiful & employees were attentive, you won’t have to wait on elevators, and the corridors on each floor are stylish in ambiance but still well-lit All around a great experience & would definitely stay again

Nicole Cook

Valet was kind, quick, & friendly even late at night which is refreshing The lobby is beautiful & employees were attentive, you won’t have to wait on elevators, & the corridors on each floor are stylish in ambiance but still well-lit In the room the bed is comfortable & sleeps well though I would prefer softer sheets at this price point, showers are nice with both a rain shower & a handheld, the windows are a little cloudy so the view of the city is beautiful albeit a bit distorted

The door to the pool deck & gym is giving platform 9 3/4 vibes because it’s very inconspicuous at the end of a hallway, so don’t miss it! :)All around a great experience & would definitely stay again

I had just relocated from Dubai to Frisco I stayed in this hotel for 20 days and this was the best decision!!The staff is super friendly and helpful I don’t think I’ve seen such courteous staff in other hotels

My cargo boxes were due to be delivered when I was traveling and they managed to keep them in the conference room till I came back and took them Kate and Shelly are amazing ladies and they were extremely helpful throughout my stayThe place is very conveniently located near super target and a lot of restaurants nearbyThey have managers reception every Wednesday with complimentary drinks and finger foodOverall great experience!

Absolutely loved staying here I see why they got such good ratings We were house-hunting, so it was a 30+ day stay, so it was our home away from home

Thank you Shelley, Vickie and others for such great service I worked in hotel management for almost 20 years and you’re doing it right at Homewood Frisco Keep up the good work!

Tina Roberts

This is a pretty good hotel come down once a month This is the 1st time at this hotel The bed was comfortable and lots of pillows

The shower is great and is perfect for taller people Tv is a bit small Shampoo and conditioner was enough that I could use one each The front desk lady was a bit condescending when I got there since my friend was there 1st

This is a great extended stay hotel! The staff is very friendly and helpful I have loved here for extended periods on 2 occasions while shopping for a house and then while building one I have since moved from Texas and commute in for work a few times a month and always stay here

Clean rooms, comfortable beds, and since I travel alone, I feel very safe here Reading through reviews, I saw a complaint about not cleaning the room It is an extended stay so housekeeping only comes one a week, or after you depart, whichever comes first They tell you this on arrival and there is a sign as well You can exchange towels at the front desk as needed The shuttle service is great, they will take you to local restaurants, hospitals and even the grocery store Overall, highly recommend this hotel

Shannese Sanchez

I wish I could give 10 stars! We had a large group and booked 5 rooms They accommodated us with early checkin for most of the rooms, assisted in late check out when we needed it Everyone was super friendly and made the stay great

The rooms were nice and clean, housekeeping answered help in a very quick manner If you imagine how a group of 20 people including kids looked roaming the hotel at all hours and to have received no complaints or anything was amazing I have stayed in many hotels and resorts, this was by far the best experience ever!!!

Pretender to the throne of Alsace Lorraine

We loved this place! Check in was so easy , check out was easy The beds were comfortable and clean and the front desk was so helpful and super nice I felt safe and comfortable and very at ease! 10/10 recommendNote : the shower was a pain! It was like a pressure washer and the tub filled up so fast even though the drain was upBut first world problems you know ?10/10 recommend

We stayed at the Homewood suites by Hilton in Dallas in March, 2022 The service at this hotel was absolutely horrible We are Hilton diamond members, and we are usually entitled to different perks when we check in

This hotel refused to provide any of the perks we have earned through our statusWhen we checked in, the room did not have any soap Also, the dishes in the dishwasher were dirtyWhen we went to check out, we had asked for a one hour late check out Normally, hotels are able to grab those when we need it This hotel did not allow us to one hour late check out because they indicated that they had quite a few people checking out Whereas this excuse did not make much sense to me, that is fineUpon reviewing our bill at check out, we were charged for parking We were charged for parking despite not having a vehicle We had Uber to the hotel from a party The hotel refused to takeoff the parking feeA side of all this, the front desk staff was rude When I asked to have a manager call me back, I was told that the manager does not make outgoing phone callsDo not stay at this hotel

Loris Z

Really enjoyed this hotel! Loved the layout of the room in that it really felt like an apartment with the door between the living room & kitchen and the bedroom Comfy bed with great sheets Two large chest of drawers

Pull-out sofa was comfortable too Although the property is a bit older (25 years??) they’ve updated quite a bit of it so that it seems newer (new light fixtures, new gym equipment, upgraded lobby area, etc) Super nice staff We aren’t crazy about fast food but having the Whataburger next door was nice one night we didn’t want to leave for a quick dinner since they do have some healthy options Only small quibbles are the pricey snack food, tiny bottles of soap and shampoo, and neither of the TVs were smart-TVs so no Netflix or being able to cast from our phones Lots of towels offered though and the coffee/tea setup in the room was great Freeway noise was very minimal and the hotel is in a very convenient part of Dallas — took max 15-20 min to get anywhere we wanted to go, usually less Definitely staying here again

Contrary to some reviews we had read prior to our stay, we found this hotel to be very clean and accommodating The room was spacious, and the large fridge and microwave were nice to have Great view of the city, very comfortable bed and pillows – slept well

Very accommodating for our large group of HS cheerleaders Great place for a group of students to stay Pleasantly surprised!

Matt

Perfect location as we were in the building next door Room was spacious and had lots of amenities But two things made for a 3 star rating

1 – Low flow showers It was very difficult to wash soap off or shampoo out with how light the water pressure was And the most important 2 – The bed was a remnant left over for the 70s or 80s The springs push into your back and the box spring that held this weak and flimsy mattress pretty close to collapsed I would have been better off sleeping on the floor Unless they replace their beds with comfortable ones, which I mean come on, it’s the Hilton Brand, I will stay somewhere else, even if I have to drive and park

Bruce Reed

Terrible parking situation !!!!!! I was there for a heart ablation and had to walk up and down stairs Elevator closes at 5:00 I also had to walk up and down elevated sloped garage entranceNothing was marked correctly

They depended on a traffic cone to keep on of the doors open to the streetThe check in situation was an absolute joke Had a small sandwich sign about 4′ tallfor the check-in door Only spots for two street side check-in Once there are two cars in place you can not see the check-in sign Everyone at the counter was nice but don’t go there unless you are willing to put up with the poorly planned parking

Very accommodating staff and good service After using the shower in my room, there was an overwhelming sewer smell that got in the room I called the front desk and they moved my wife and I into another room and gave us an upgrade for the trouble

No fuss no issues Was in a new room within 20 minutes In a nice location in uptown Dallas

We attended the Bridgerton Inspired Brunch

run by Louis Ford what an experience!!! From the cocktails to the fresh brewed tea to scones and tea sandwiches everything was perfect! Endless champagne and treated like the Duke & Duchess themselves the live music was incredible- everything was perfect Highly recommend attending an event here

Jene Ebest

Decent hotel with a beautiful lobby At one point we were locked in our room as door was stuck, had to call the front desk Resort fee not included in price of room which is a bit much for a hotel in Dallas which is not a resort area

Luxury hotel so expected expensive but then add parking and resort fee Won’t be staying here again, just wasn’t worth the cost when there wasn’t even a bartender at the pool, that’s not very resort feeling

The 1st time I stayed here I thought it was a good stay albeit just a few days I came back and stayed a week and it was a different story-The service is hit or miss depending on the person

The female manager working mornings does not like to be bothered and makes you feel that you are bothering her-They do not value Diamond elites I was not allowed a late checkout nor a few free bottles of water they keep for guests at check in despite extending my stay from 3 days to 8 days-Breakfast ends at 9 am but routinely by 8:45 they do not restock items and you have to go and ask them for things-Coffee ran out multiple days in the morning, especially the Robust pot-I just do not feel that they value business travelersThe best part of this hotel are the ladies who clean your room They do an excellent job each time they came and were very friendly They deserve 5 Stars

The random one

I stayed at this hotel and I will not be coming back The air conditioning doesn’t work, so it’s constantly so hot in the room For this reason sleeping makes it so difficult

Another thing, the elevators are very far from the lobby, like 3 hallways Do not plan on staying here if you want to swim a lot The pool is only outdoor and it’s not even heated! It’s freezing cold in the pool The pool also gets very dirty with leaves on the bottom of the pool and some dead bugs in it

Dijana

Food was good, not impressed with cleanliness in the roomsThe air conditioning vents were super dusty and old that you could not adjust the air flow direction No room service either so guest trash is put in the hallway and sits in the hallway until the next morning which creates a bad smell in the hallways

Same goes for wet towels They have a nice size pool but for the life of them could not provide towels in the pool area until almost the end of the day

We have stayed in the Lincoln Park Hyatt many times before 2020 I couldn’t believe how the rooms have deteriorated! Our first room smelled like a can of Raid had been sprayed, the door jam was totally broken and couldn’t lock the security bolt, and the glass shower doors were very dangerously looseThe staff was nice and helped us change rooms

The second room was better but still in need of an updateI think Covid did a number on this hotel!

Mallory Jones

Suites are a good size and staff are friendly However, to start it was not advertised that parking is $20 extra not included with the room After check in, we were greeted in our room with a large and fast cockroach

Upon getting settled in to our second room, we realized the AC was broken Maintenance said it would work by the time we got back from dinner At midnight, we came back to no AC and moved to a third room The pool was also very dirty

Cassie Harder

Only giving 1 star, because the women at the front desk had just gotten there and walked into a horrible situationDO NOT BOOK HEREArrived at the hotel to check in at 3:30pm, was told our room was “still being cleaned, and it would be 10 minutes” Then, waited about 45 minutes, went to ask what was going on and the front desk women was just informed by house keeping that the “AC in those specific rooms just went out

” Following this, I was told due to their “policy,” she could only give me a one bedroom room when we needed a two bedroom suite to fit 5 people Ended up having to find a new hotel after waiting over an hour to figure out their AC was not working in the roomsOverall, a horrible experience and the lack of communication the staff has with one another and the guests is absolutely unacceptable

I stayed here for a month and the room was comfortable but I did find roaches Although they clean the rooms once a week, it was when they got cleaned where I’d find roaches in my room Also felt that the kitchen wasn’t stocked properly, but this was never resolved when I called

I checked out last week and got charged the $75 deposit even though I didn’t do anything to be charged the deposit The deposit I feel is an issue with any hotel at times so I am still trying to resolve thisUpdate: never gave me back my deposit and never got a reason or response for it

Emaline Lynn

I would absolutely give this zero stars if I could Toilet constantly running and eventually overflowing onto the bathroom floor Musty smell from floor to ceiling, sticky floors and grimy surfaces throughout

I booked the hotel for two nights and couldn’t even bare staying through my reservation There is an infestation bed bugs and/or fleas Misleading reviews on a third party website are the reason took a chance on this place I’d have to say the largest problem is the staff The lady working the front desk was not only of the coldest woman in hospitality I’ve ever seen, automatically going into autopilot instisting we were lying about any and every problem She even explained to us after coming into our room with a camera that she was trained to find them and left the original paperwork I signed when I first arrived and walked out of room like she had done this her entire career SLEEP IN A WALMART PARKING LOT, A HOMELESS SHELTERNOTHING IS WORSE THAN paying a company to infest your own house with bed bugs, feel so dirty you cant get clean, and being treated like a liar or/and some entitled guest that is looking for an easy way to get a free stay I’m going to sleep in my car now and then call the general manager in the morning At this point it looks like the hotel has got ripping people of down to a science and is used to keeping themselves out of legal troubleDisgraceful to Dallas!!!!

Kitambra Jeffries

It was a pleasure arriving to a friendly staff and clean room after traveling across three states in a couple of days I made the reservation via priceline and didn’t know what to expect but I was pleasantly surprised I would definitely recommend to colleagues and will be staying here when in town

The construction is the only down side but it shall soon be completed

Everything about this bed and breakfast was absolutely perfect, but Alla is one of the kindest human being on Earth She made us feel so welcome and loved! She shared her life experiences with us and then did a great job of giving us space to celebrate our honeymoon She ensured the temperature was just what we wanted, she made amazing meals, and gave great suggestions about what to do around town

Alla is amazing!

zachary Weldy

Staying at Alla’s is like visiting you favorite Aunt’s house She greets you at the door, shows you around the lovely historic home, then its wine and snacks at the kitchen table while you check inAlla and her husband Rick are fantastic hosts and seems to have a genuine interest in their guests lives

The rooms are comfortable, and the rear garden is quiet and charming Our dinner was served by candlelight outside, and breakfast was served at the kitchen table, with lots of good coffee and conversationWe highly recommend you order her meals They are wonderfully flavorful, generously portioned, and always made from scratchWe will definitely be going back the next time I need some time away from my busy life

Get Up Radio Media

Looking to get away for the week or weekend? Want to have a staycation that feels like you are away from home? I highly suggest this “Bed and Breakfast” to suite your needs! Great for families, couples (new and old) and political or celebrities that wish to be hidden away Alla is so wonderful in her greeting with a beautiful smile She makes you feel instant comfort upon arrival

I loved the unique atmosphere that brought me back to when I visited France I enjoyed seeing the various antiques giving an old fashion presence The price is very reasonable and you have 3 choices for breakfast as well I will definitely keep this on my top 10 favorite list for enjoying peace and quiet away from home I reccomend that everyone should at one point in their life have a “Bed and Breakfast” experience I don’t give 5 stars easily so you know this is definitely a place worth staying ENJOY!!!

Stayed here for the price and location I was running the Irving Half Marathon, visiting a client in North Fort Worth, and flying in/out of DFW Close to the airport without airport prices, and it was super easy to jump on the freeway

The hotel itself was nothing special; your typical longer-stay type of place What made it special was the hotel staff They were very professional and kind Room was new-ish, granite countertops were a nice touch that I didn’t expect in this class of hotel Walls were paper thin which was the only downsideI would likely have only rated this 3 stars as I only stayed here for the price, but I was so impressed with the staff that I’ll give it 4 stars

Positive: Employees were very nice and they do serve some fresh items at breakfastNegative: Window was broken and my toddler cut himself on it There was no glass around so it had been there and no one replaced the windowThere was a lady being arrested next door screaming and pleading for her baby The baby was left screaming with the police until family came

There were several cops

the location is great, near fast food, shopping and major highways when I pulled in and parked by the stone walls there were 2 cokroaches, the room smells of cigarettes, my 2nd card key didn’t work so I was locked out for a while and when I called to see if there was a room for 2 qeeens vs the queen and pull out I was told they’re booked and was hung up on breakfast was good and they offer a lot of amenities

The hotel needs some TLC and a deep cleaning The rooms are super outdated, dingy, and dark however we slept well the days we stayed It is nice to have the full kitchen

Wish ice maker worked in the room Trash receptacles need to be emptied outside Sufficient supplies need to be provided in rooms We stayed 6 nights and only one roll of toilet paper was provided Breakfast was good Liked that they had hot options like scrambled eggs, potatoes and a different breakfast meat each day Some days have pancakes and French toast They had boiled eggs, yogurt, fresh fruit, oatmeal, cereal, and breads as well The location was good to activities we needed and seemed like a safe area Staff was good Had to move first night due to a water leak and they were quick to accommodate

We had a king suite with a pull out couch The free breakfast had an omelet station and a few hot sides and the usual cold items The car chargers were convenient and let us charger easily over the long weekend We actually picked this place over the others nearby because of the EV charging amenity
