Stayed here with my husband & 2 kids for our vacation Price was affordable & staff was very friendly The rooms were a great size with a kitchenette

Dishes and pots/pans were already in the room as well as a fridge Perfect middle spot for getting around the city Pool was a decent size, kids loved it Rooms weren’t cleaned but once in our stay, breakfast was provided but limited, and the snacks that you can be were crazy expensive Overall a nice visit & would definitely stay here again

I have stayed at hotels multi star hotels all around the world Japan, Germany, England, and you know what they all lacked?? Personality! My experience here has been lovely, from the front desk lady Mrs Nancy doing everything she to make your stay the best it can be She fixed all my administrative issues with all my reservations

She lives by the service with a smile motto At the same time she jokes with you making you feel like she can be one of my aunties Mrs Dina the lead cleaning lady she and her team of lady’s are always working hard to get every room clean But no matter how busy she will step out and say hello Mrs Isabel thank you for your amazing breakfasts I love the fruits and the simple but good selections of food Keep it up, BTW your coffee is amazing! Thank you for going out of your way to make sure I was able to get breakfast a few mins after you guys stopped service It doesn’t go unnoticed The managers there like Mr Todd De Carlos has fostered and developed a great working team under the guidance of Mr Newton I could have stayed at any hotel for 6 months, including luxury condos You know what those places don’t have?? Personal touch that the staff provide hereMr Angel Olivas

Five stars for the location, the cleanliness, and the shower water power It’s a simple motel but charming in the way of cute local Dunedin vibe! I love the tile floors, esp in FL!

(instead of gross hotel carpet) The neighborhood is lovely A brewery is next door Really nice managers They even welcome you to use their rental bikes as a guest for free

Jon Detrow

A five-star review of what Google considers a two-star motel Very clean rooms Amenities include beach chairs, umbrellas, coolers and bikes to ride on the trail across the street

The couple who bought the place more than a decade ago have consistently upgraded the property So if it looks like an old motel, don’t be deceived The rooms may be small, but are very nice Added attraction: a gas grill on the pool deck so you can enjoy dinner right there

April Hackler

We were in a small single bedroom & was to be moved to bigger room after our 2nd night When we returned to update room, Anthony accused of us smoking in the room & threw us out He was extremely rude

We DID NOT SMOKE in his tiny room!!!! There was a table & ashtray right out the door I had read reviews where others had been accused so I even made sure we put our dirty clothes in trash bags because I know they absorb the smoke I am very respectful of any property I stay at I would NEVER smoke in any place I stay I have to add that when I originally booked the room, he only had this single room available for our first 2 nights, then suddenly he says he can switch us to a 2 bed room for the rest of the week I have to wonder if he didn’t have planned to throw us out after those 2 nights because he didn’t have another room available???? We did not spend much time in the room at all except to shower & sleep There is NO WAY our room “reeked” of smoke After calling & leaving a message if I needed to make a police report, he did return my call & refunded our payment less one additional night Thankfully we had additional funds & were able to book at the Hampton

This hotel is a good value for the dollar The staff is friendly and helpful The rooms are clean and well maintained

The amenities, although small and limited, serve the purpose well The restaurant is goodWhen you step into the hotel, it feels like you are somewhere tropical and exotic! I always recommend it to friends and familyDidn’t like that I had to pay a $20 a night parking fee That was not a nice new surprise

Amy Chicoine

I had to make a last minute reservation during our little family getaway last weekend We had such a great experience The room was BIG and the price was very reasonable for the accommodations! We wanted to be able to swim (I was traveling with 3 small kids) but it was too cold outside so we stayed at this hotel for the indoor pool alone

It was excellent and I’m so happy with how everything turned out (The foods/drinks at the hotel restaurant are a little pricey though!)

Amber Ricciuti

We booked here for the indoor pool which turned out to be the only good thing about this hotel Very ignorant staff The website states they have a continental or full American breakfast but when we asked the staff we were told they don’t have anything like that, just the restaurant that is there which is pretty pricey

Shower doesn’t drain so you’re standing in water the whole time; make you wonder when the last time they cleaned them was The shampoo and conditioner containers don’t even work properly Definitely will not being booking with any hotels in this chain again

If I could give more stars I would! From the day before to leaving was absolutely top notch! Everyone was so nice and attentive to our needs and everyone greeted and had conversation with us! Room was beautiful and spacious! Location was 5 minutes from the beach, and the hotel breakfast was great! We will definitely return for our next stay!

Mark Stern

Comfortable place to stay My room was a little dated compared to the newer and refreshed Residence Inns (Not one USB port in the room

) Front desk staff were friendly and helpful The guests across the hall were partying and woke me at 1:30am A call to the front desk had them quiet down a bit Although it may just have been my room location, there was instant hot water at every faucet Breakfast was a good variety of food I’ll stay here again

This is a really nice place for the price The rooms are very large (like a tiny apartment) and have really nice features such as Microwave, fridge/freezer, cups, silverware, and plates 2 full size beds, couch and dining room table

3 sinks total! Free 2 pretzel snacks and 2 little chocolate was in the kitchen area for newcomers which was quite niceThe bathroom is also very spaciousThe beds are quite comfortable, not hard like many other places They have a slight bounce to themService is pretty good although only available in the morning between 7-10am So if you need anything it needs to be requested during those timesThe main entrance area has a pool table, books and board games to check outIt also had a lot of nice outside activities, pool, pickleball, and shuffleboard, Cornhole etcReally think if you’re in the area you should definitely give this place a shot!

This is a great place to stay I booked 2 rooms The rooms are clean, no bugs, no bedbugs, no carpet so, no bad smell either

Cindie Dayhoff

Our room was quite spacious and clean; continental breakfast was better than expected; room had a great back porch to allow us to watch people swimming, playing shuffleboard and tennis; the vaulted ceilings were wonderful and the staff was very pleasant Highly recommend and hope to have the opportunity to stay here again in the future Very relaxing

Overall our favorite part was the courtyard and pool It was very beautiful! The check-in employee was politeMy issues:When we showed up early from the flight at 11:30 we were told we had to wait until 3:30 to check in or we were going to be charged

I’ve never been charged for early check in at other hotels- they always accommodateWe stayed 4 nights and only had one set of towels provided No one came to clean/touch up or take trash or replace towels or sheets or anything the whole week we were there I had to go ask for more towelsThe fridge was really loud when running to the point we turned it off so that we could sleepThe lock on the door did not work because the metal piece of the lock was damaged so we had to use other safety precautionsThe bathroom windows on main floor (which is where we stayed ) are sketchy because someone could have looked right in and saw everything There are no covers Oh and the shower- we had to run the water for about 10-15 min for it to be warm/hot*Not the hotels fault but they should have at least notify customers that there was major construction going on that was disturbing

William Sailers

Had a 2 night stay to do some scuba diving with Tanks-A-Lot

location was perfectless than 15 miles from the boat dock The room was clean and newly refurbished The property had a Caribbean paint theme and was very clean and family friendly An awesome Mexican restaurant was within a short walk No complaints Mike is an excellent host/property manager

Sara Issa

Loved my stay here!! Quiet area, clean rooms, very cute courtyard and a really nice outdoor pool! My friend and I also accidentally had locked out key in the room and we didn’t arrive back to our room until 2am and Mike (manager? owner?) was so sweet and helped us day and night! Highly recommend this place if you need a nice place to stay!

Was pleasantly surprised Room was spacious and clean I work in the hotel industry and believe me I looked for dirt and insects but couldn’t find any

I’m guessing I stayed in the newly renovated section Front desk staff was very courteous and helpful Breakfast was fresh and exactly what I needed Hotel was under renovations but all noise ended by dinner time Would definitely stay here again

Kayla Larimore

We enjoy staying here while visiting family because they offer two-room suites Having two bathrooms and two closed rooms with kids is a great deal, although a little pricier than we would normally spend on a hotel room The furnishings are a little dated but we have never had any issues with cleanliness or staff

A major plus is that pets are allowed for anyone traveling with furry companions

John Vargas

I stayed here for 5 weeks in a row, business trip I have not a single complaint about it, one day they were doing some renovations and water was running through the closet walls and they immediately acted and fix the issue, their personal was very nice and the most Important thing for me was the cleanliness all over the place Pool area was very good too and location was perfect for me

Will definitely stay again

It’s a very nice place to stay for families It’s spacious so we weren’t on top of each other, and the fact that everyone had their own bed was a definite plus Although the oven hadn’t been cleaned after the previous renter, having a full kitchen helped us save on food because we were able to cook instead of buying fast food the entire vacation

My only complaint would be the smell of urine near the coach I understand pets are allowed but maybe they should designate a certain floor or maybe certain rooms for people with pets

Dustin Sorensen

Came down on a trip with a booked bnb The bnb got canceled last second and we had nowhere to stay Traci, Lyndon, and David worked thier butts off to get us a place to stay on Memorial Day weekend

Rooms are amazing and spacious with a kitchen, sitting room and patioI can’t say enough good things about the staff and accommodationsAMAZING!!!!

Great resort for a family with kids although the rooms are a little on the older side All the people are very friendly and professional You’ve got tennis, golf, and several small pools with an overall relaxing environment

There’s a driving range next to the main clubhouse by the South course We played South, Island and Copperhead courses – and the club services team moves your equipment around to each course ahead of time Super efficient!

Ursula Cunningham

This place was spectacular!!! I didn’t get to enjoy the 6 pools, nor golfing but we will be going back in October The room was very nice, it was like home away from home We had a kitchen, living area, nice room and the bathroom was very nice as well

Going back to the kitchen, it had all the appliances and dishware needed to cook I thank God for my husband, for picking out a wonderful place for the second part of our vacation! ❤️❤️❤️

D.R. O’Hara

I loved the condo I stayed in Great WI-FI, beautiful property As an Airbnb renter, I feel like there is no respect shown to visitors who spend thousands over their stay

I felt like a prisoner in my very expensive rental Innisbrook would benefit from issuing a pool pass for guests, especially those who spend over $100 at a restaurant built right next to the pool Perhaps a lower membership package, temporary, allows pool(s) or pool Honestly you are accosted if you go in the pool as a renter and are forced to exit It is scary I spent 8 days inside taking occasional walks and ordering in I came to watch golf and go in the pool, considering there are several Are no pools for guests? ugh Sorry I feel like I wasted money that could have been avoided had management addressed the concerns of several guests who posted prior I am not spending thousands of dollars to take a dip It is ludicrous

Jake at the front desk is a great asset to your organization My wife and I checked in at about 6:00 pm on a Thursday with at least three other guests ahead of us on line and at least 2 phone lines ringing Jake handled everything and everyone professionally and courteously

The room was fine although the shade on the door to the balcony needs repair

Robert Cosme – Blood Hound

Kay the manager of the Candlewood Suites has been phenomenal! Excellent customer service and superb hospitality excellence is the bare minimum to describe my experience Thank you Kay, for your hospitality Professional and friendly

I give this hotel 5 stars for the staff alone The rooms are clean and modern I highly recommend this place

Nice, clean hotel Up to date amenities, very large room with kitchenette Hotel is in a beautiful neighborhood and there are 2 very good restaurants in the same plaza

The only thing we didn’t care for was the very soft bed which left us both with sore lower backs, you actually have to struggle to get out of the bed There is no breakfast offered but there is a very good diner in the same plaza

For the price the hotel was great The customer service was good Whenever we requested something from the front desk, the staff would call your room to confirm you received what you needed

I loved having a laundry room that you could use a debit/credit card for and not have to worry about getting cash The view is amazing, we had the bay side view The room is spacious and it was convenient to have a full size kitchen and bedroom that is separate and private from the living room area We love the ability to go for a swim at 7am while having a drink at the pool The grills were a plus as wellI gave 4 stars for several reasons but mainly due to the room not being cleaned very well I did address this with the front staff and they sent someone to clean the area we were the most unhappy with The pool towels are limited so I would recommend bringing your own The room could definitely use some updating and we were a little disappointed because the pictures shown on their website looked betterRecommendations for the hotel is to put larger trash cans in the kitchen, add brooms/ mops in the rooms (Especially because we stayed 8 nights), make sure enough toiletries are provided based on the length of stay, purchase more linens, and update the rooms (The tub had peeling paint, furniture outdated and beat up, and cracked flooring)Overall we enjoyed our stay and would return

Crissy Knight

Overall loved everything about this place!! Atmosphere is great Much quieter than expected Being on the 3rd floor we heard no one above or below us

The pull out couch was very comfortable, happily surprised Our only real complaint, and it’s gross Actual dirty dishes were in the cupboard Easy fix we just washed anything and everything before we used it

Jennifer V.

Went for a weekend getaway for sun, a pool and water view This place did all that The grounds are beautiful and well kept

The poolside restaurant had super hardworking and friendly staff; food and drinks were great Pool area was small and could use more chairs as they are filled up really early The hotel itself is outdated but clean overall and had everything we needed We did request toilet paper and towels twice and never received them, but when our TV broke a maintenance worker showed up very quickly Unfortunately the free shuttle bus is very unreliable; upon arrival after waiting an hour and half at the airport we took a cab And upon departure we reserved it for 10am and it was about 40 minutes late, which caused a panic as we had a flight to make Over this is a great place for quick stay for some sun and fun!

We love this place! Quiet, Clean, Friendly, Affordable, & Professional! We stayed here over spring break 2021 Needed a one night stay recently, they were more than accommodating When I let them know we wouldn’t arrive until 9:00-10:00pm, they said no problem

In fact, when we arrived she met us at the front desk with key in hand, paperwork ready, and a warm friendly smile No, it’s not on the beach…but they do have a nice clean pool, and it’s not $400 a night, AND you can be at the beach in about 10 minutes We will definitely stay again, next time we’re in Clearwater

Overall a nice hotel where I enjoyed my stay The staff was exceptionally friendly, including the support staff such as housekeeping and maintenance The layout of the hotel is intelligent, giving easy access to any amenities you desire

Free continental breakfast is served each morning, and an always open self-service store is in the lobby for any food, liquor, or utilities you may need during your staySome light criticisms would be:the laundry machines on site are all coin operated, the option of a credit card operated machine would be handy, since many people don’t carry change any moreThe airport shuttle runs every 30 minutes which is great but it can get overcrowded and even full where they need to ask people to wait for the next shuttle Arrive early for the shuttle and definitely don’t wait for the last possible shuttle before your flightThe lighting in the bedroom of my unit was lackluster, there was no overhead light, only the bedside lamp Even with the curtains open during the day, the room felt a bit darkA more major criticism is that the bed was a horrible spring mattress that I’d advise anyone with existing back pain to avoid I’ve slept in plenty of spring mattress that have been fine, but this bed was particularly painful to sleep on I need a massage after this stayIn summary this is a good hotel with great staff and nice amenities, but the bed was a major detriment to my comfort

Amy Fraher

Overall I’m giving it a five The bathroom is the biggest con; the tub spout doesn’t pull up all the way causing less shower flow, the toilet has slow flush, high traffic areas could use a paint touch up All easy fixes

Snack shack had an interesting self scan which nice option Breakfast provided hot sandwiches and waffles from dinner grab and go Staff super friendly Room itself was nice and clean We were in walking distance of World of Beer ( download the app) I would def stay again!!

Sohail Chaudhry

Rooms need a needed refresh!Breakfast sandwiches are tasteless and unacceptable for human consumption Top management should try them before offering as Breakfast items to their customer paying almost $200 a night! The offering of Breakfast should not be advertised Be honest and transparent

The only hot Breakfast item of waffles not available on 1 of the 2 mornings No one knows how to make the waffle mix when kitchen person does not show up ~ no apology! There are better lodging options in the vicinity!

Everyone we spoke with was personable and welcoming They remembered our names and some of our kids! The convenience of being so close to the airport and the shuttle provided for free, allowed us to save money on our rental car The room was clean, and the pool was refreshing

The food was as you would expect for a continental breakfast I will definitely stay here again when we are back in Tampa

I was here from 28 Nov 21 to 27 Feb 22 It was an unacceptable stay I was here on military orders and was booked here

When the new year started, the hotel system overcharged me hundreds of dollars and I had to be credited back It would constantly overcharge me throughout my stay This causes issues when it comes to reimbursement from the military The hotel did not know that my room did not have a phone line and it took them 2 months to tell me The laundry machines constantly malfunctioned or ate my quarters The ice machines were broken for 7+ weeks and the front desk didn’t even know until I told them and every time I asked for an update, they were surprised it was broken They didn’t even know that multiple ice machines were broken The maids accidentally turned my fridge temp dial while cleaning and approx $120 worth of food and drinks spoiled when thawed out or exploded The maids then lost some of my clothes when they cleaned my bed sheets One constant factor in all this was that none of the staff was communicating with each other with anything and only after all this did they say that they held a meeting to communicate more I don’t think it should take all this to do something that you should already be doing I haven’t been compensated/reimbursed for my lost food or clothes Quite frankly, I’m going to recommend to the government travel office to not book anymore travelling service members in this hotel

Two words, Bed Bugs My family and I were already exhausted enough from moving We booked here for a nights stay

The room we were in on the 2nd floor was bed bug infested I only noticed because I went to plug in my charger then noticed something crawling on my pillow Then I jumped off the bed quick and saw multiple bed bugs on my pillow Then as we inspected the bed more we noticed bed bugs crawling on different spots of the bed There had to be at least 20 we spotted I immediately called down to the front desk They apologized and then moved us upstairs to a different room They allowed us to inspect this room before agreeing to sleep in it for the night We inspected every inch of that new room by the beds, floor and headboard The hotel staff were friendly and responsive so that’s why I didn’t give this a 1 star But my goodness bedbugs are a nightmare, and they can travel home with you easily, and cost thousands to get rid of from your home!

I am Diamond member at Hilton hotel for a long time and I have never experienced any bad service before This hotel house keeping are horrible at cleaning the room and the pool Let me start out naming all the things that are wrong with the hotel

The dishing in the room are extremely disgusting with yellow stain on such as the plates, utensil, pots and pan The guest bedsheets have some pee odors on it The pool was not clean at all, it was very foggy The pool has three dead small frogs floating on the topI went to worked all day and came back to the hotel room, my room smell like smoke so I called the front desk to see if they can help get the smell out because it’s sees like it was coming from ac vent The gentleman at the front desk was very polite, he was able to switch me to a different room without I even asked After I moved all my stuffs to my new room, I decided come back to double check the room to make sure I did not leave anything behind I ran into three house keeping inside the room, two ladies and a man One of the female house keeper was very rude She is short and have a thick accent, I believe she is Mexican She was very rude to me and she have a horrible attitude She told me that I should’ve wait until the next day to switch the room because she doesn’t have a whole team to clean my room Her tone of voice was very rude and mean She told me if the smell is so bad that it’s unbearable, why did I switch in the morning? I was at work all day and when I came back from work the smell of smoke is there I have never heard or see from a hotel that they will need a whole team of house keepers to clean one room before If that house keeper have such a problem with me switching the room, why don’t she go talks to the manager? I was offered to switch the room by the gentleman in the front desk I am not satisfied with my stays, I am a loyal customer Diamond member and I will not tolerated by this type of behavior from that female house keeper She need a better training at her job

Hotel was clean, staff was friendly, helpful, and responsive Breakfast was nice with good options Minor complaints we’re that our cleaning staff only spoke Spanish so had to use gestures and the little Spanish I remember from high school to communicate

Also the bottom part of the fridge wasn’t cold and one of the plugs for the bath tub wasn’t working Both the fridge and the tub were fixed relatively quickly by the maintenance crew

Our stay was April 26-30Room:the room had a strange smell when we checked in and a carpet issue (carpet in a hotel room in 2022 is a poor choice)One of our room phones was broken which we only discovered because Damian called to find out how our room was, Damian initiated an immediate phone repair We would have likely never used the phone but appreciate Damian’s attention to our stay

The guest services manager Damian did a fantastic job addressing the room issue on night oneThe room itself was large and surprisingly very quiet for being an airport hotel Full size fridge, two burners, plates glasses and utensilsThe thermostat was unique Setting the temperature to say 70 was simple but if the room got too cold and you increased the temp to 71 thinking the thermostat would just shut off you would be incorrect, the heat kicks on and warms the room Not like homeLocation:The location was 6 minutes from the airport and very convenient to the freeway for travel Worked great for usWe walked to several other hotels in the complex and the Homewood appeared to be a bit of a step down in appearance and updatesService:We were told by Damian at check in that we could schedule a day for our housekeeping service which we declined at first but because of our carpet issue housekeeping and engineering were deplored on day 2 to rectify the issueThe hot water in the lobby was usually not kept up but the front desk staff was always willing to pull water from the kitchen for usThe Wednesday evening social was pretty cool, we made a point to put it on our calendar and our only disappointment was that it is not offered more oftenBreakfast was great for the guys in our group but not really the same that we have experienced at other Hilton brands for my wife The fresh fruit was limited, no waffles and overall not as many options that we have seen elsewhere

Wonderful location Bed super comfortable Electric locks took some getting used to

But would certainly stay here again When we asked for help they showed up within 20 minutes and we’re very helpful They were easy to reach if any issues happened The full-size fridge was extremely helpful since we were here as part of a wedding party 10/10

The MarBay Suites is a small, quaint motel with a kitchenette in the room (full-size fridge and microwave) The owners are working hard on updating all units, and it shows The staff is extremely friendly and helpful and the room was clean

We would stay there again! Be sure to check out the beautiful Philippe Park – just a short way down the road

Saiem Novak

The rooms are a great place to lay your head and the laundry is free for all guests However I was surprised to see tiny and medium sized roached and how laxed the owner was about them being in the room While there was negotiations of a refund and an offer of a free room to change our review

The offer was taken when asked to use it The owner is friendly and nice, but don’t expect anything to be done in the right way Other than that I’ll be alright with returning if needed to stay with my own spray to combat the bugs Thank you Mar Bay for the awesome room, it was beautiful and relaxing enough as it is

We love staying at Hampton Inn & Suites anywhere we’re traveling Justin was so helpful at check-in and answered all of our questions quickly Great guy and so welcoming! We spent the entire day on a road trip; we had the best night’s sleep ever

The beds were so comfortable and clean Our room was equipped with a television, microwave, coffeemaker and refrigerator It was perfect for our familyThe complimentary breakfast was delicious and the employees were so nice (especially a English woman working in the breakfast room); I’m sorry I don’t remember her name We talked about Greece and her home in England My husband and I really enjoyed chatting with herIt’s so hard to find quality hotels sometimes, especially pet-friendly ones Our Jack Russell terrier enjoyed his stay as wellWe highly recommend

MANAGERMENT ARE THIEVES, DO NOT STAY AT THIS LOCATION!Management stole money from me, lied and have avoided my phone calls and emailsBack in April 2021I stayed a week at this location as I was looing for a rental property to rentI was charged for a pet cleaning fee when my animals are registered service animals

Upon disputing this with my bank the manager declined the dispute and said that they would return the funds I never received a refund, I was presented a receipt that says they did it however upon taking that receipt to my bank I was asked for a Visa Trace #I reached back out to Hampton in and have attempted several times over the span of several months to contact them, requesting a visa trace # and neither the ASM nor Manger (Bitz) would return my phone calls nor respond to my emails and provide me with the visa trace #I attempted to go to Hilton Customer Service and they cannot do anything because its individually managedSo now I share with this to the world, if you have the option to stay at another location i absolutely urge you to do so! This is probably get deleted by paying some fee however I will continue to post until my matter is appropriately handled

I liked that the location was within 30 minutes from major places to see in the Tampa area The room was quiet and comfortable Plenty of charging stations in the room, a fridge, microwave, and a coffee maker

The bed had a comfortable mattress and a heavy comforter that made the bed cozy The breakfast was your standard complimentary breakfast with eggs, breads, and coffee There was warm oatmeal and breakfast pizzas which was something different The staff was friendly

This hotel is close to everything but tucked away in a quiet area off the main roads Just blocks from the airport and freeway system, it was conveniently located but still very soundproof from road and flight traffic noise There are a lot of great shopping and food options available nearby as well as at International Mall and Westshore Plaza

The suites are spacious, clean, and bright – with slightly funky decor The rolling table that pulls out from under the desk was perfect for dining in our room at the couch or with the desk chair and ottoman The kitchenette is one of the largest and well-appointed I’ve seen in any hotel stay, with refrigerator/freezer large enough to keep a case of water, pop, and even ice cream! – plus a microwave, dishwasher, deep sink, and plenty of dishes and utensils (Free portable cook-tops are available from the front desk) Hot breakfast served every morning has quite the spread of options and hot coffee and hot water are available in the lobby throughout the day The gym looked clean with good equipment (didn’t have the chance to use it) and the pool is small but in the best location for a lot of sunshine throughout the day Just note the deck area between the building and the pool edge is a little narrow for the lay-flat lounge chairs so there are more regular chairs and small tables The staff was all very friendly and accommodating Tip: Odd-numbered rooms have views of the bay if you are on Floors 3-6

Megan Anderson

Best hotel experience I’ve ever had! Booked here because the room easily accommodates our family of 6, the price was better than other hotels, and there was a free airport shuttle Our plane was delayed and through communication with the front desk, the shuttle driver happily stayed a half hour after the shuttle stop time and came to get us She was incredible! They knew we were coming and had our room all checked in so when we arrived (at 12:30 am with four kids) we were able to go right to our room

The front desk staff was so accommodating, friendly and helpful My daughter said the next morning that it was her favorite continental breakfast she’s had The rooms were finished very well (like automatic light when you walk in the bathroom), and the items on the room were quality (like angle soft toilet paper and nice towels) All this to stay, this is the only place we will stay in the Tampa area now!

Nadia Fawel

This was the worst hotel stay I have ever experienced When we got in the room there were no trash bags in the trash cans and only 1 toilet paper, one of the pillows bad a stain on it, the air filter was disgusting that my husband had to take it out and wash it We booked this hotel for 6 nights it was prepaid plus whatever deposit they hold on your card

After check in I noticed they had charged me for an extra night When I called the front desk to ask about the charge they told me that they didn’t charge me that it was the deposit I made the staff aware that the deposit was already there plus another charge That’s when she checked my account and told me she made a mistake Fast forward to the rude man (had dread locs) On day 3 we asked for our room to be cleaned On day 4 they claim they cleaned it Upon our return to the room I noticed there was nothing clean about the room Floors were not vacuumed, there was no toilet paper in our room The beds were made with same dirty sheets one bed had the sheets hanging I went down stairs to ask for a manager and this rude man told me she wasn’t there Then proceed to ask me rudely what I wanted I told him what the problem was, all he could tell me was here is toilet paper So I asked him to have the manager contact me when she comes in the next day, he then proceeds to tell me I can come back to ask for her during her work hours It did not end there I asked for Corporate number and he yelled at me asking me WHY I needed it After telling him to stop asking me he gave me a completely wrong on purpose My husband went down stairs and he screamed at him too We contacted corporate who told us that the manager was going to talk to us the next day and was going to have our room fully cleaned That day upon return to our room The floors were still not vacuumed The bathroom was still dirty They just made the bed and gave us fresh towels I have attached pictures below
