Honestly everything was great except for the pet fee Employees were nice and welcoming, everything was clean, and the breakfast was a pretty good spread for a hotel breakfast The problem was the $100 pet fee

The website didn’t warn me of the fee Instead the woman had to inform me at check in This made our stay very expensive for us, but it was so late I didn’t have much choice but to stayAddendum to my original post: the manager called to speak with me about the pet fee I appreciate the response and the conversation and have added another star to my review

My son and I stayed at this hotel last weekend for my son’s soccer tournament As I checked in, I had to sign a code of conduct (see the attached photo) (I requested a digital key but they did not give it to me

I was forced to check in person) It says, among other things, “We ask that you respect the public area and other guests when it comes to noise and other disturbances We require the adult supervision of any guests under 18 at all times A 10pm curfew time for all the minors will be strictly enforced by our staff All of our guests expect and deserve peace and quiet and an enjoyable experience We do offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee, and should we have to refund another guest due to complaints regarding anyone from your group, the cost of that compensation will be added to your bill”The big irony is that the guests next door to us (adults) were super noisy They played loud music and danced even after 10pm I complained to the front desk They apparently talked to the guests next door but there was no sign of them quieting down So I asked that either they kick out the noisy neighbor, 2) move us to a different room, or 3) comp our rooms, because we were not able to sleep We got in late and all we wanted was to sleep as my son had an early game the morning after The front desk refused our request They only changed their attitude after I pointed out that what they were doing to us was not consistent with the code of conduct that I had sign They allow adult guests to make all the noise they want to make They do not respect our right to expect and deserve quiet and enjoyable experience They are happy to comp other guests on our dime but refuse to comp us when other guests are noisy They eventually moved us to a different room but the process took a long long long time We did not have a good night of sleep

I would stay here again! Location was great for our family The freeway is super close The strip is about 20 mins from the hotel

Their is a Starbucks in the same area as the hotel Stores like Walmart, Target, gas stations, and restaurants are so close As soon as you walk in you can tell they keep the hotel very clean Our cleaning lady made sure we always had what we needed, she was so sweet! The complimentary breakfast was good but needs more options Pool area is kept clean The gym area is pretty awesome I was surprised of the many options you have to workout

This was the second time I stayed at this facility while working here in Henderson The facility is very nice The bed was very comfortable, and the thermostat was easy to control and set (nice and cool in the room during the hot months of July and August)

Due to my work schedule, I didn’t get to use the pool as often as I would have liked to, but the few times I did use it, it was refreshing The staff here is awesome I was here for 2 weeks for work both times I stayed here, and while I didn’t need housekeeping every day, whenever I did need something (shampoo, toiletries, coffee, cups, etc), the staff was right on top of taking care of me I’m not sure when I’ll be back, but I hope the next time I stay here is just as great as these previous two times Thanks again

I stayed at the Hilton Garden Inn-Henderson in mid-August 2022 I have nothing but great things to say about the property If you are looking to stay somewhere in Las Vegas other than one of the mega-properties on Las Vegas Boulevard, do consider this hotel

The entire hotel is clean and does not smell of smoke (rare in Las Vegas), the room/bed is quite spacious and comfortable, the customer service is exceptional, and the rates are a true deal based on what you get I would absolutely stay here again

Karen C

The attention is horrible I rented 2 rooms and today is my second day and I have had the problems that in no other hotel before They have not wanted to help me with small details to make my stay more comfortable

The truth is that you can’t even count on the people who deal with customer service I have only received bad form, bad treatment and they have even wanted to hang up the phone knowing that I am a client and I am paying, it is not even a favorBesides that the hotel is good

The rooms were great with a large vanity in the bathroom to get ready We had two complaints They could have paid a little more attention to detail when cleaning the room

The buffet was closed but the other restaurants were good We were happy with the selection of dining options but the service could have been a bit better, maybe they were short staffed I loved the pool but wished it would have stayed open later than 6pm

Ryan D

One of the nicest places off the strip! Good food selections even late at night whether you want fast or sit down they have it It isn’t huge walking from one end to the other like most Vegas casinos Nice layout with very clean rooms great tub and separate shower areas with great lighting within the rooms

The hotel offers quick complimentary valet or self parking along with shuttle service to the airport or raider games We enjoyed a day at the 5 star spa Spectacular experience and well with the pricing

OVERALL GRADE: C+/7875%A+/110%: Very nice Definitely focused on the younger crowd! So A+! 🥳A/100%: Love the music and zest! 💖A-/90%: So many promotions but the payout could be better tuned

😬F/15%: This was my first time there and one of the cocktail waitresses had ignored me when I called out to her because she walked past me in snotty way I didn’t tip her the first time around because she waited awkwardly with her hand out I tip generously but only after the initial drink If you have my back (with drinks), I have yours (with tips) First night there and I played a good amount and spent a decent chunk of time I only had one drink in the first 30 minutes I was there I had to keep going to the bar 😪

This hotel gets a 3 star rating for a few reasonsThe pool and hot tub are down!! That’s a sin for families that have younger children! The first room we went into had no power so we moved rooms The next room had no TV remote

Can we live without a remote? Yes But It’s not convenient and for the amount of $$ for the night we should have a working remote There were stains on the walls and the caulking around the bathroom sink was peeling off All cosmetic but still is important to the eye of the consumerI would give this place another 2 stars for the desk staff The front attendant had great customer service She was trying to find us a remote that worked and gave us a snack bag for our power not working She’s a keeper! We probably wouldn’t stay here again because of the amount of money they want for their rooms, does not match their services

Lucy Hill

Hotel was exceptionally CleanThe staff was very accommodating, especially the front desk Dan was a pure pleasure to deal with

even remembering my name and my 3 sisters names! Breakfast was very good with enough choices During our “sisters” stay we were treated to a managers reception each evening, enjoying eats, wine, beer, or soft drinksall complimentary My sisters and I will definitely make this our go to place to stay while in the Henderson/ Vegas area! Thank you Dan and staff 🙏

Pros- the beds were so comfortable and the pillows weren’t flat The water pressure was good and the water got nice and hot The room was clean and the lady at the front desk was super sweet

They also had semi parking to accommodate us To me, these are the main qualities of a 5 star reviewCons- the tile was cracked and moving and our bathroom could’ve really used some remodeling, but overall it was clean and satisfactory

This is a great great resort with nice amenities for family stays We stayed at the Viera, which was a 2 bedroom/2 bath condo with a nice size living room, balcony, and a kitchen This was the perfect size for our family of 4

There are restaurants on site, water sports rentals for the lake, biking trails nearby, golf course, and a small grocery store all within walking distance The grounds are well-maintained Our lodging at 2 pools – one heated and the other not, and a hot tub that wasn’t functioning properly, which was a bummer But this is a perfect resort to stay in just to play with the family, or to stay at if you’re going boating at lake mead like we were Quick 10min drive to nearest launch ramp Love it here!

Vanessa Meza

My husband and I stayed in this hotel to celebrate our 19 years anniversary It was our first time here The room was very clean and we love having a kitchen, very convenient

The lake view was beautiful We enjoyed the pool , lake and the cute village We lost our keys, we called the office and someone came right away to open our room Great service I am so excited that we found our little get away and I can’t wait to go back We truly enjoyed our stay in your hotel Thank you 🙂

Spent 4 nights visiting my daughter I am a long time Marriott customer but the last few visits have been less than good First, was told more than one elevator was out limiting upper room access

Was placed on a side building with no parking because there was a construction area fenced off No access to luggage carts provideFind them yourself if you can Walked out first morning for breakfast and was almost hit on head by a palm branch being cut by a guy in a bucket truck, Breakfast had only prepared sandwiches, gooey oatmeal, and waffles Good yogurt and oat milk first few days and then gone No toast or toaster and no breakfast tea just green tea My room was ok but I heard complaints from other guests All in all I will debate staying there again although the location was great for me

Danielle

Not Marriott standard at all 100% do NOT recommend staying here unless you enjoy staying with a bunch of trashy people who live there All the access points look like they haven’t been cleaned for years blackened door handles and trim, dirty carpet, musty smell in the hall and room

All around dirty stained carpets The rooms appeared clean at first but my Clorox wipes said otherwise The sheets and towels were clean but the mattresses did not have proper mattress covers The cherry on top was the hotel is directly under the landing flight path for the airport The planes flew over head all night We left at 4:30 am and got the heck out of there

Rooms are little outdated and old but not horrible What I did find odd and strange was that they had a bag tied around our smoke detector I tried to take it off but it was tied on tight like it was on there for a reason…

Supper strange The AC wasn’t working or was having issues because our room was never cold( we stayed the end of July so it was hot! ) pool was nice and cool The only time we found it busy was the evenings After checking out it said we would receive The confirmation email right away… We didn’t get one until the next evening The village right outside is cute and convenient with fun shops and good places to eat at

Al J

I stayed at this Hilton for a conference The hotel room was very clean The customer service was okay, but not great

I ordered room service and informed the room service operator that I would be paying with cash The server arrived to my room and was quite annoyed that I was paying with cash It sounds like there was a communication issue among the staff The checkout time listed in the guest services book is not consistent with the information provided by the reception desk staff The book states 12pm, but I was told I needed to check out at 11am (see photo) The area around the resort is amazing and would recommend the resort for that reason alone

Charles Hays

Resort itself looks beautiful, but the maids left the food from room service in our room for two nights The shower door is busted and the hot water for the bathtub doesn’t work We called engineering and the two guys that came up suggested we should be Happy that the hot water in the shower was working

They were not being malicious, but insinuated that we should or could be able to deal with it Not what we paid for… Avoid room 1255 :/

This is a newer and well designed hotel We stayed for 1 night and it definitely deserved 5 stars Staff is very friendly

Here are the nice things I rarely find elsewhere: Breakfast comes with freshly made food (typical) and fresh donuts! No problem finding the luggage cart Large kitchen area with a real dining table in the middle I also like the larger kitchen counter Thermostat has large font that I can read Bath shower is large, with knob and shower head on the opposite end There are plenty of hooks and tower bars There is a built-in counter for the luggage The AC vent does not face the bed There is no dresser blocking the path to the beds The window curtains overlap to block the sunlight Apparently the designers have thought through a lot of details to make the hotel modern, convenient and friendly for the travelers

Mandi Kashani

Rooms are clean Great location Staff is friendly and HONEST

We checked out on a Friday morning I left my Louis vuitton purse with some bathroom items in the room I didn’t realize it was missing until we arrived home in WA I called Monday and housekeeping found the purse I was able to send a shipping label for them to send it back to me I highly recommend this hotel for your next trip to Vegas

Nico Tranquilli

Hotel is clean, new, rooms are big with a real, mdern, kitchen, staff is friendly Breakfast was the only disappointing thing about the hotel, everything else was just great and I would have given 5 starsBack to the breakfast: few choice, cold pastries (at least let them rest for some minutes out of the freezer at room temperature!), no whole milk (and no possibility to warm up the 2% or skimmed ice-cold milk available)

Breakfast should be improved with more attention to people from other countries

We were recently at Green Valley Ranch for Thunderstruck Dance Nationals Kudos to the staff who were so friendly and accommodating to a mom with her 2 girls! Overall, the rooms were a bit dated but comfortable and clean We enjoyed meals at the Lucky Penny, Pizza Rock and Borracha

The food court was fabulous for my morning Starbucks and for my younger daughter’s quick bites The pool was beautiful and, despite the heat, the staff were smiling and ensuring my family was happy with all of our needs met Catering to the dance community is not an easy task, but you all did it with ease! Thank you for a great stay!

As a previous local we stayed here for 3 nights while visiting family The hotel was really gone down hill and the casino was tighter than ever Our first room was awful

Our “SUPERIOR VIEW” room looked into another room with zero view There were stains and gum on the carpet, stains on the comforter and the directory on the phone had been removed so we had no idea what buttons were for here Very poor quality control We were moved to a different room but had screaming kids next door and the walls were paper thin There was old food left out in the hallway at all hours every dayThe positives were the valet who were friendly and helpful Dinner at Hanks was great and staff at Lucky Penny were awesome The hotel itself however needs a serious update

D-Los

Very nice location miles away from the Strip The ambiance was welcoming, and comforting This is a location where you do not feel you MUST be dressed up or else you’re “out of place

” Many choices of food at very affordable prices, for regular people who drive middle class cars Green Valley offers a wide array of slot machines and a pretty good selection of table games As one who plays Blackjack, I would prefer a bit more selection, but then again, I feel that way about many casinosIn all, a good location to stay, play, and eat for the entire family

The rooms are very spacious and clean As I have seen on other reviews the TVs are on a sidewall but they do pull out and tilt so that was not a problem Very convenient shuttle to and from the airport

The plane noise was not too bad because we keep the air/fan on but there was construction outside in the road way that we heard more than the planesThere is a park straight across the road with a disc golf course and many other things to doBreakfast was not great but sufficient

Jason Samp

There was actual blood on our sheets when we got into our room The lady that replaced them was very nice but it took her three sets to get one without any other stainsGOOD NEWS is that you can’t hear the airport

however, that’s because the AC unit in the room was extremely noisy 👎 We asked for a different room but they said they were booked Went to the website and it let me reserve another room for the same night 🤔

Leigh Wilson

This hotel is close and convenient to the airport However, this does come with the noise associated with being close It suited our needs for our one night stay

Nothing great, but not awful either Rooms are a bit cramped, but okay for a short stay Housekeeping in our room was just okay Could be improved Friendly staff at the front desk Markets and restaurants close by as well

We stayed here 4 nights First night, had to go to front desk to get new sheets for main bed as there were hairs in itThe fold out sofa bed didn’t have sheets but did have permanent black ink encircling a large urine stain and a broken frame

Bought Clorox wipes and cleaned everything myself Took about half the can to get the bathroom/entry floor to not turn up black residue on the wipesThe shower is gross as you can see in the pics and under the sink vanity was years’ worth of dust and hairThe microwave wouldn’t turn on, so the wonderful maintenance guy brought us a small one for the counter It was dirty, as the pics showThere were no pans in the kitchen area Only a large pot and a tiny potThe breakfast area was mediocreThere are very few outlets in the room as wellThe lady at the front desk at night is very nice but the guy was just doing his job and we didn’t mean anything The maintenance man is super nice, and he gets 5 stars in my bookThe amount that was wrong with this room, we thought maybe it wasn’t supposed to be rented out for the amount we paidRoom 225 is right above the gym, so you hear weights being dropped at all hours and right next to the laundry room so if people want to do laundry at midnight, which they did, you’ll hear it in this room

Name Events

I would give no star if that was possible Because this hotel is a joke If you stay longer than a weekend you will find out that they won’t replenish your soap, your shampoo, your conditioner, your tissue paper, your body lotion, and so on

They will even recommend the next grocery store for you to shop it at your own expense Cause of course you will ask them, and they won’t have it anything you need I mean anything Room service? Every 6 days, if you complain Because after the sixth day you will complain and then they will provide it to you Their breakfast sucks, their pool is as small as a jacuzzi I definitely do not recommend this “hotel” because they definitely don’t care about their paying customers They will just cash your money and maybe offer you some customer service

As a long time Marriott member, I was disappointed with this particular location and its price It was mostly frustrating to see that the prices of the rooms at this hotel were inflated At almost $400 for a (2) queen bed room for one night, you’d expect flawlessness

Check-in: I arrived 45 min early looking to check-in, as I have numerous times at hotels and we couldn’t We were told, “the rooms aren’t ready yet!” Ok Understandable Fifteen minutes after check-in, people were waiting in a line, social distanced, that filled the lobby area One by one, they were told to wait while the short-staffed cleaning crew got the rooms prepared The apparent delay was people checking out late, a busy weekend, and short staffing with maids and cleaning crewsEventually we got our room and the layout was as expected of a Marriott but only clean in appearance The bathroom wasn’t cleaned as hairs were in the bathroom that we’ve yet used Shower mold was growing in the drain and the edges of the sink Beds and desks were clean and the kitchen area made us nervous after seeing the bathroom Items were left in the fridge from the previous users asking with partially filled ice traysOne employee at the front desk was very helpful in trying to help our family of four with getting towels There were only two sets available and we only had one hour to get ready for our event The towels didn’t show until after we were goneIt was quiet throughout the night and in the morning Breakfast was satisfying despite expecting something else to go wrong Checkout was probably the easiestOverall, for the amount I paid for the convenience, I felt like there was a lot lacking in that department I definitely would’ve gotten more from a lesser hotel I explained this with very little detail but you get the gist If this happens again at a Marriott, I’ll be switching hotel chains in a heartbeatOn the plus side, the location was great right off the highway, but the sign was confusing on the building Fairfield Inn was posted on the building so it leads to thinking it’s two separate hotels when in fact it’s one big building sharing everythingIt is a very short drive to the strip The only other plus from our stay

I came to Vegas on a business trip, hot and exhausted due to the high temps and a long wait for a car rentalIn spite of my own less-than-stellar mood, your staff went out of their way to make me feel comfortable and welcome My room was amazingly comfortable and quiet

I even had some nice viewsWhen I’m back in Vegas on business, that’s where I’ll stayI also book more TownPlace Suites in the future

Premier Paver Restoration

Jennifer Pierce Was Amazing Super accommodating and welcoming We had delays with our flights returning home and she made sure we were comfortable and taken care of until we got confirmation of our flight home after waiting several hours delayed

We travel a lot for our business and we will stay here every time The rooms were amazing great breakfast amazing staff!!!!

Jay Valente

The staff was very friendly, amd the room was clean and a good place to rest your head Overall, we enjoyed the hotel, but breakfast was a little lackluster the morning we left The food was ok, but they seemed to run out of everything, and did not seem prepared

We got to breakfast early,, but after the first run on the food, they were out of food for about 30 minutes We didn’t have all morning to hang out and wait for food to be replenished

The front desk staff is very pleasant Housekeeping is good The overall structure of the building is good

Management is so, so, needs a lesson in etiquette You will also find some people walking behind the building coming from across the rocky path walking near the back windows which threw me for a loop I was told that they were homeless people but overall stay was decent I’ve experienced 20 times better though I personally would try another hotel next time I’m in town on a business trip

Don’t let the outside appearance fool you! Our refrigerator door in our room was broken so we weren’t able to use the fridge which was a big inconvenience We told the front desk and they didn’t do anything about it The wall paper in the bathroom was peeling off and the bathroom light fixture was very dirty and our room keys worked on and off

The glue from the wallpaper was showing through out the entire room Also the dryer machine we had to run 3 cycles to dry our clothing The elevator floor needs to be replaced The breakfast wasn’t anything to write home about They only had one luggage cart And the tv remote didn’t work well The manager was supposed to contact me and I still haven’t herd back After this stay I would never stay in a comfort inn again We could have stayed at the Marriott for the same money and would have had a much nicer room and stay It cost me 558 dollars for 2 nights for a 100 dollar a night at the max rooms I give this place a 0 star

Tammy

Stayed one night to catch early flight out Nice clean hotel Easy directions to car return at airport

Our family held a birthday reunion at this hotel, utilizing a block of rooms and their meeting space The sales manager was absolutely wonderful and went above and beyond to make our event be a lovely and positive experience! The staff were extremely helpful and even assisted with “picture taking” so all family members could be in pictures The hotel itself was in great condition, the rooms were beautiful, breakfast was good, and the environment was extremely clean

We were so pleased with our experience and would recommend this hotel to anyone!

First impressions are so vital in the hospitality industry When I walked into the hotel, it was clean and pleasant The woman at the front desk was very helpful at getting my rewards number linked up to my room

When I got to the room, I noticed the appropriately sized TV and the modern rooms that even have some personality with a yellow lamp to pop color into a neutral color room Very impressed with the quality of these rooms

Upon check in we were made aware they had a complimentary evening reception with food and also drinks from 5-7 We went to get food at 6:20pm but everything was empty when we inquired we were told by a gentlemen to not worry they were in the process of replenishing everything We waited until 6:45 pm

I then inquired again with the girl at the front desk making her aware we had not eaten and we were waiting she explained she was going to bring out more hotdogs /chili etc very shortly At 7:00pm I again inquired At that time she brought out some tortilla chips , I had asked wheh the rest would be brought out , she became argumentative and stated … I can’t find the chili and I never said I’d be able to bring out more I explained at that point she should’ve been honest as we could’ve left toGo get something to eat instead of “ waiting “ for her She did not apologize or offer anything at that point We then had to order take out There was a sign in the lobby clearly stating the menu for the evening which was chili dog … however it was not put out We then went up to our room to find the bathtub was filthy There were also no towels in the pool area The hotel also has a bad smell in the lobby area I am hoping the rest of the stay goes more smoothly

This has been one of the best casino’s and hotel we have been to here in Henderson The casino is clean, it has a great variety of machines and they pay pretty well The restaurant is so yummy

Food is amazing and they have a train that goes around the top of the restaurant through tunnels that is absolutely just great to watch while eating The rooms are super cozy and quiet Very clean and decorated so beautifully We have a great time every time we go!!!!

Monica Musaraca

This is a very older hotel but the rooms have been renovated the bathrooms are amazing with rain showers

The services phenomenal It is a very small place with older memorabilia in it which is really neat to walk around and look at and take pictures with Our stay was really nice they have a cute little bar not very far from the rooms We did hear a dog barking a lot when we were trying to sleep but eventually it stopped I left some items there in the room and they were so sweet to put them aside, when I called they had already done it! I came back about 3 weeks later and picked them up Some hotels act like they don’t know what you’re talking about they were really kind We will stay there again! Great front desk employees, the spotsbook is very small, literally a 1 person desk, which was funny but fits the place 🙃

Diana OGrady

The hotel is fairly new and comfortable, with good rates We have stayed several times The casino, however, is often dirty

Ash trays and machines are not kept clean It seems fairly straight forward that a casino needs a regular cleaning crew, both day and night, especially during the Covid pandemic We prefer to go to a couple of the other small casinos in Henderson that are diligent about cleanliness

The place is fine It was relatively clean: i thought some of the interior of the room and furniture was beat up looking I’d say my biggest gripe is that they keep the air conditioning off in the room until you check in

It’s 110 degrees outside so the room is too The air conditioner cools it down when you put it on but takes several hours so if you check in late you are sleeping in a hot room I’d suggest the air is at least on before a customer checks in

Positives: quality bathroom products, mostly clean, comfortable beds, nice chair in room, fridge/microwave, AC works well, nice/friendly/helpful staffNegatives: Pool area was dark (no lighting in pool, no outdoor lighting) It was also cold, as was the hot tub (plus hot tub looked like it needed to be cleaned) We discovered this after we were told pool was open so we had my toddler son dressed and excited for swimming

The staff didn’t know about the hot tub being out of order Poor lighting throughout, outside and inside AC vent dirty and walls also had a lot of marks Stain on ceiling above sink Elevator closest to our room was out of order so quite a hike to the room Bath tub had obvious signs of wear and rust Restaurant had extremely limited, expensive options On site market missing some basic options like milk and QTips

C M (Corbomite Meatballs)

Chose this location because it’s away from the Strip, but close enough to it that you can get there easilyRooms are fairly comfortable, but have that weird interior decor that a corporate buyer thought would be “upscale”, but really doesn’t hold a lot of things in it, or on it There is a good amount of plugs (at least in the room I was in) for electronics

The front desk staff was really nice when I interacted with them, which made the stay pleasantI’m dinging the property for a couple of reasons:Bathroom area in the room I had is badly designed (see the pics attached) – the corporate interior decor of the sink is too narrow for the space it’s in, as well as the faucet is too short for the sink, so water gets everywhere unless it’s on full blast, which makes total sense IN A DESERT I also hope you like showering when your eyes are closed, because that’s what the shower is like (again, see pic)Next, since this is Vegas, apparently no one needs to worry about slamming doors and talking loudly when they go out at 1am, or come back in at 4am And, given Vegas’ allowing use of the kynd bud, it’s a treat to suddenly have your room flooded with the smell of weed smoke at 3amso I hope you don’t get the munchiesOverall a nice property to stay at; just realize you’re still in Vegas and plan your trip accordingly

Loved it Comfortable beds, nice options for the continental breakfast, large comfortable dining/meeting area The prices were VERY decent considering they’re less than 15 minutes from the strip

The pool and spa were clean and refreshing The hotel is right across the street from an international airport and I never heard a single plane land or take off even though I could see the landing strips from my window The staff were courteous and when the stopper on our bathroom sink got stuck, there was a maintenance person there within 15 minutes to fix it

Melissa Feito

We stayed here while in town for a BTS concert Absolutely perfect for our busy weekend We chose to stay here instead of on the Strip because we wanted a clean, quiet place to rest in between concert activities without having to worry about the casino crowd (and didn’t want to break the bank

) We definitely made the right decision The room was clean and comfortable and has a microwave and generous sized fridge Breakfast was free and had a good variety Coffee and ice water in the lobby at all hours But most of all the staff here is amazing and extremely helpful Not only is there a free 24 hour airport shuttle, which we took advantage of as we came in and left on late flights, but they were even able to take us and other concert goers to the show, and pick us up later that night That definitely went the extra mile and helped put our minds at ease so we could just enjoy the concert without worrying about how we were going to get back Overall great stay, thank you! 💜💜💜

WORST HOTEL EVER! DO NOT STAY HERE!!! The room next to us was pounding music all day and it smelt like they were smoking weed I complained to front desk multiple times Music woke my daughter up and I asked for a room change

Staff didn’t care at all that they were pounding music smoking weed Had to wake my daughter up and change rooms in the middle of the night DO NOT SAY HERE!!!!
