Booked a King Bed room two weeks in advance at $21612 with taxes for Saturday & Sunday with check out on Monday I arrived to be told that I needed to pay $330

89 After I showed my confirmation email it went down to $29887 They were not able to explain the additional charge and told me that reservations changed the rate after I booked the room I am a Diamond member with Wyndham so I immediately called them I was transferred four times and hung up on once The call took 2 hours, I sat in the lobby for two hours without assistance from the GM who could have manually adjusted the rate upon my check in The front desk clerk – Liz was quick to understand the error and discuss it with the GM & Customer Care and Reservations This location charged my card $15000 at 2 pm and check in is not available until 3 pm Then I was told they have a deposit on top of the taxes They ended up canceling my reservation and creating a new reservation for one night and asked me to extend my stay for the next day I made it into a room three hours after I arrived at the hotel The room had hair in the bed, a dirty shower and the bathroom had water damage to the sheet rock as well as damage to the bottom of the bathroom doors I attached pictures as proof I will no longer go to any Wyndham properties after this experience, they lost a Diamond customer

I should have read the reviews because now I realize that this is a pattern They are thieves The manager is extremely rude

I booked the hotel for four nights and paid $36106 then another $50 that I didn’t understand when i got to the hotel I came from Connecticut to find an apartment in Forth Worth, i thought it was going to take days to get it but i got it on the second day so I decided to check out I asked them if they would refund and the answer was YES! If they had said no i would have stayed for the entire 4 nights Now i pack up and go to the front desk, the manager comes up and instead of crediting my account with $18370 he debits me instead of $18370 I realized it when i got to my apartment So now you owe me my refund plus the debit you just made I honestly thought it was an unintentional mistake until i called the hotel and spoke with the manager This guy was extremely rude and eventually told me to take it up with my bank I haven’t gotten my refund back or the second debit he made I’ve been back to the hotel twice and all effort to get back my money has proved futile If you would not refund the money then at least give me back my money that you claim you mistakenly debited I need help in getting my money back These people shouldn’t be allowed to do this to people

I was in this hotel in room 226 in March The hotel seems nice (not very clean though) and they are renovating some areas They charge you a $50 deposit upon checking in, but what they don’t tell you is that theere are bedbugs in the room

I can accept almost anything but bedbugs They are disgusting and you can carry them back home in your luggage without noticing When I told the front desk about it, they didn’t seem really surprised They didn’t offer any compensation or solution other than a “sorry about that” I don’t care how clean or renovated a hotel seems if it has a bedbugs problem Check the beds upon entering the room

Try to stay here but the person who made my reservation was too incredibly high After a ridiculous 20 minute phone call with reservations and confirming three times the date of my reservation which was for the day I was calling I arrived at the hotel and was told it was made for the wrong day and that there were no rooms available Normally I would not accuse someone of being high but in this situation it is the only way I can explain how they were acting

I was expecting a little more from a four-star hotel but was sadly disappointed and had to sleep in my truck after a 20 Hour drive Maybe the hotel is nice on the inside if you are actually able to successfully make a reservation

Chris Baillio

Had a great experience here Amy went above and beyond to get us rebooked where we would normally have to change rooms we didn’t She did a great job took care of everything and we really appreciate her hospitality We will be returning here the rooms were very clean we ended up ordering outback through DoorDash and they completely screwed up our order which has nothing to do with the hotel but I feel like I should mention it

Nataly Rodriguez

0 stars if I could I made a two day reservation, paid both days in full of course I wasn’t able to check in on the first day due to a family emergency

I got there on the second day and they said they had canceled my reservation without contacting me even though I had already paid They refuse to give me a refund so I will stay clear from this hotel and make sure my friends and family do as well now for future trips!

Stayed for 6 days/5 nights The hotel staff were great The only thing I missed was complimentary breakfast

The gym was more than adequate I liked how it was open 24/7 The rooms were good size The door to the bathroom was spring-loaded, so it closed really fast every time Only issue with the room My wife and I stayed at another hotel last year, but I would recommend this hotel for the price and how convenient it is located to local businesses

Christina Mao

Really nice and clean place I can tell it’s a newer building which is super nice Only complaint are that the walls weren’t sound proof and the quiet time from 8 pm-6 am was not enforced

You can only imagine what I heard 3 am in the morning That was ridiculous but hey it’s a hotel The hotel staff was amazing- front desk and most of all the cleaning staff-Claudia in particular was so kind and always made sure I had enough supply of everything The breakfast was super tasty too It is on the pricey side so be aware Overall this hotel being only a year old and having fantastic staff made it a wonderful stay Would come back again for sure!

Maria Lazo

Stayed a night Great small location off of busy 35 QT and Starbucks right smack next to it

Open spaces for gathering in the lobby and outside Service was great and when there were issues they quickly resolved them Restaurant is decent, drinks as well (Just a heads up) This hotel is not accommodating for babies or toddlers No highchair (restaurant area) and no pack and play for sleep This made our night impossible for us to get sleep and probably the neighboring rooms from our 1 year-old party animal Overall, I would recommend

We come up to the FtWorth/ Mid-Cities area quite often This was by far the cleanest Hilton in which we had stayed

I was very impressed with the size of the 2 room suite, with dishes, dishwasher, large refrigerator, even a kitchen table very nice! The beds were very nice and comfortable The rugs and floor were very clean The bathroom was spotlessThe associates were extremely helpful, they even went out of their way to find a luggage cart for us even though we arrived at 1AMI was very impressed and I Highly Recommend this hotel!

brandover

My home had a water heater issue so my partner and I stayed at this hotel for three nights The room was very modern and had a great layout It included a small kitchen and living room

The bed was comfy and room was clean The complimentary breakfast was nice The reason for my low rating is be cause I was put in a room beside the ice machine and storage room I woke up early every morning hearing sounds like someone was entering my room because we were too close to the room I spoke to a couple front desk agents while there and requested cleaning or towels during my stay One said towels would be delivered while we were out but that didn’t happened One said they don’t service room on Sundays because of check outs I ended up going down for some towels and were given two damp towels We received a random knock on our door by a man who apparently worked at the hotel holding a can of big spray He was sent to our room by mistake when another room mentioned having ants The stay was average and seemed like this hotel is not ready for guests

s s

One of the best stays we’ve had at Hilton! Kay at the front desk was very friendly, helpful and took good care of us Housekeeping did a great job at making sure our room was spotless The gentleman that worked night shift was quick to respond if we needed anything

We will definitely be back because the employees made the whole trip perfect!

Overall a great hotel Love the extended stay style but with very nice clean appliances What made it a lower rating was the noise

That highway penetrates every nook and cranny of those walls I think they got screwed by the builder on insulation? Either way they were friendly people, good setup and good breakfast Loved the dishwasher in the room Very nice

Hidden and I just completed a 7 night stay at Hampton Inn in Keller, Texas The entire staff was helpful and friendly

Especially Nicole We were cheerfully greeted, as we came and went, by guest services, kitchen staff (great to begin each day with a smile at breakfast) and housekeeping staff Several went out of their way to accommodate our special needs The breakfast buffet was the best I’ve ever experienced The room was clean and comfortable well designed one of the best accessible rooms we’ve stayed in We look forward to our next visit

Leticia Rocha

I absolutely love this location, very friendly staff, easy check in, breakfast was served from 6-10am and I like that, being I wake up a little later so it gave my family time to get to breakfast The location has a store within walking distance where you can grab necessities or groceries I love the Town Center! My daughters also used the exercise room and pool, they really enjoyed it

Cameron Olson

This Hampton was a great experience while we were in the process of moving The rooms are big and nice, the front desk staff were all attentive and friendly, the location is good, the water pressure and temp were good, and it had great amenities, solar shades and window treatmentsI’d like to especially commend Ingrid who runs the daily breakfast buffet – we stayed for nearly two weeks while in the process of moving, and her great breakfast was one of the highlights of our stay / experience the whole time

The gentleman that checked us into the hotel tonight was extremely rude When my family walked into the hotel room the gentlemen didn’t speak I had to speak to him which okay I understand not everyone has been taught customer service but working in hospitality you would think one has been trained on it My rooms were paid for via credit card however the gentlemen said only one night was showing paid for I was showing the entire weekend charged

I’ve never booked rooms and only paid for one night upfront and pay the rest when you get there! Since when is that a thing? and again I have an email showing when it was charged and for the total amount He then refunded my credit card and charged my debit card for the total I also specifically requested adjoined rooms and was told I couldn’t have them when I got there It was my husband three kids and so and while it was okay to separate us we shouldn’t have had to We haven’t even laid our heads down for the night and I am highly upset and annoyed with this hotel and will not return nor recommend

Our family was there for a funeral And you front desk workers on all shift helped our family above and beyond we are so greatful And the breakfast was amazing

Loved all the breakfast options they provided!! Everything was fresh !!! Our trip due to being a sad trip But your hotel made it a lot easier on our whole familyThank you from the bottom of our hearts! I would recommend your location Again thank you so much sincerely the kobell family

Again best hotel I’ve stayed at, not just dallas/fort worth, but even counting all the states I travel to These guys are reliable, hardworking, fair, dependable Clean rooms, always perfect

0 complaints I switched from choice hotels and wydman, giving up my diamond member status in both to stay at Marriott hotels and although I find them all phenomenal, this one is literally outstanding The front desk staff morning and night are respectable and even the cleaning and alternative staff will great you Thank you for the stay

Poor location w/ traffic so bad you cant get out most the evenings Be prepared to bring your own kitchen ware or purchase theirs- NOTHING in suites- 1 roll of tp & 1 tiny bar of soap & towels Was clean

Exterminator even came while we were there You hear everything in halls(no carpet to buffer any sound) and rooms next to you4th floor- planes flying over/ above LOUD from airport near by 1 star is for the VERY KIND employees ! I asked if we could change to another location and was told no & would be out the money – very apologetic /sympathetic staff

John Frazier

Fantastic staff This is a cheaper hotel Don’t expect a 5 star hotel

But in a budget it was everything we needed and more Very clean experience Staff went above and beyond for us in multiple situations(You go in there with an attitude you’ll be met with one I went in with a smile and kindness and received the same)

Brian Nguyen

This place is great The hotel was built in 2020 so the exterior and interior is clean and modern The rooms include everything you would need to stay for an extended period of time, hence the name, including an electric stovetop and refrigerator to store and cook your food, all for an affordable rate of around $58 per day if you book for the week and $52 per day if you book for the month

The hotel is also situated in a convenient location in North Fort Worth/Alliance, Texas that is surrounded by new development and a host of restaurants and places to shop, thanks to the heavy investment in the area One drawback to all the development is that during certain hours of the day, there is heavy congestion in and around the freeway that the hotel is located besideNow, with that all that being said, you might wonder why I decided to give the hotel 4 stars instead of 5 The reason is, right before I checked out, I left some of my belongings on the table in the lobby Not realizing this until later in the day, I returned only to find out that they threw it all away because apparently since I had eggs in one of the bowls, they decided to throw away everything instead of just, you know, throwing away the eggs That really made me feel bad and left a poor taste in my mouth to conclude an overall great 1-month staySince the pictures of the hotel has already been posted, I will post my pictures of that one night when the power went out and it only went out for the area around the hotel They decided to give people 2 slices of pizza the following day to make amends

Stayed for 2 nights 1st room we were given smelled as if something had died in the room Was given another room but was not cleaned after 1st night and had to ask several times for towels

Breakfast was horrible, eggs were sitting in water, sausage looked as though there was barely an attempt to heat it up Would not recommend at all Cleanliness was lacking, apon arrival hallways needed to be vacuumed Trash cans by elevators had other guests who had bagged up their own trash from their rooms sitting around trash can, my guess is because their rooms weren’t cleaned either daily

Ken T

Overall an awful stay experience Entered the room to find trash on the floor including a condom wrapper Parking lot lighting was turned off so visits to vehicle at night were dark, and guy at front desk was completely unhelpful when asked why they were turned off and if they could be turned on

Multiple roaches in room during stay Called front desk multiple times to get more towels – nobody answered front desk, so I walked down and same guy was sitting there watching videos on his phone I woke up to music outside my door from cleaning crew Later, same guy at front desk provided water bottles and said they were complementary, but they showed up on my bill Entire experience was bad from start to finish

Ronnie Gonzales

There was several kids running around unattended while the parents were drinking Those kids were seen in the pool area lifting other people clothes off the chair looking for personal belongings & ended up taking my daughters iPhone & our room keys I had gone to front desk requested new keys, the keys taken were found in laundry room so I requested to see video to see who had taken my daughters phone but was told they don’t record

The kid seen taking my daughters phone came around & demanded him to give phone back He pointed to table where his parents & others were drinking, my daughters phone was plugged into a Mac book but yet they didn’t know who it belonged too This was very interesting as we had asked them & they were watching run around like idiots, way to go parents Those same kids ended up throwing hot chocolate on the door that I had to clean up When bedtime came, we lifted the blankets & founds hair & live ants in both beds as well as a pile of ants next to the garbage Obviously blankets were not changed which is absolutely disgusting I’m going to try & post pictures with this review Never had a situation like this in a Hampton hotel, the guy working front desk didn’t know what to do The fire alarm was pulled at least twice that night

This is the second time we’ve stayed at this hotel The rooms are roomy and clean The kitchen is stocked with all the basics and my husband was VERY happy that there are ovens in the rooms and not just stovetops (especially since we sometimes have to stay for months at a time)

During our most recent stay, we had some issues with our first room and asked to be moved and the staff was very accommodating and we were in our new room by the next day The workout room is always clean when I’ve used it in the mornings and fully stocked with cleaning wipes for the equipments, headphones, fresh towels and cups for the water fountain Breakfast has been as expected and there’s always someone there making sure the food is stocked and tables get cleaned promptly Overall, I’d recommend staying here to my friends and family

Russell Updike

So, I normally stay at Residence Inn for the Suite style rooms at an reasonable price This Residence Inn meets that need and goes the extra mile It has the feel and look of a much more expensive hotel

Staff was kind and attentive Clean rooms Decent location near the airport, a little weird to get in and out of the parking lot, but after a few come and goes you get used to it Well worth the stay

debbie gailey

We come to Dallas once a month and they raised their rates from last month 12300 to 15900 due to the increase in business from all the canceled flights and events going on so they are busy is what the clerk told us and the room wasn’t the same so didn’t like it as well

They are clean rooms and they do have a hot breakfast so that is a plus The other thing was I thought it was not good to have the shampoo and body wash in big containers in the shower instead of individual size that you open and use for your own use I will be looking for a different place to stay

Great hotel, especially for a long term stay I was there 15 nights on business and loved the studio room with the kitchen and full size fridgeMy only two complaints are 1

the outdoor grills need some attention/replacement One would not light any of the burners and the other would not heat the back because of the burners having degraded and blown out And 2 The in-room entertainment was nice, but the cable was slow to respond when switching channels It takes 2-3 seconds to display the next channel which is irritating when there is no TV guide to scroll through The remote would only transmit 1 volume per second (taking the volume from level 15-30 takes 15 seconds) Both minor inconveniences! The pool is outstanding and was 70-75° in the middle of a summer where the temp has been 100°+ for weeks The hotel has a basketball hoop outside and the front desk has a ball to use The breakfast was pretty good every day and the staff was pleasant to work with We’ll be coming back next time we’re in town

Kimberly Makay

Very clean, very nice staff Did not partake in the breakfast but as we checked out the breakfast area was full of apparently happy munchersWe stayed in a premier suite that was fully stocked with a variety of beverages and snacks

Plenty of spare blankets and a comfortable sofa The TV swiveled completely towards either the sofa or the king size bed Would highly recommend

homewood suites was a great place for me and my family to stay when you want to be surrounded by things to do in the area! The hotel was great and the staff was all very friendly, there breakfast was fine but the dining area was beautiful They had a beautiful pool and the outdoor area was nice even with a basketball course! Overall it was enjoyable and we may be staying again if we are in the area!

The grounds are beautiful, the amenities are fantastic, most of the staff is amazing BUT we did have an issue with one park host, Jim Jones, who seemed like he’d rather escalate a situation than solve a problem He was abrasive and rude on multiple occasions and when I asked for his name, he aggressively stepped to me like he was ready for the altercation to turn physical

It was incredibly unprofessional and it happened in front of my seven year old daughter The rest of the staff was courteous, helpful and professional for the entirety of our trip

Denise Underwood

Beautifully maintained park with very spacious rv sites & cabins The staff & guests have all been very friendly On a 1-5 star rating I would have to give it 10! Camping or Glamping this place is one of the best campgrounds we have seen in a very long time

Grapevine definitely takes pride in their town and parks! Check out their website and see all it has to offer You definitely will not be disappointed!!

Very clean, fun bright colors… the rooms have a dorm type look with a desk and lots of places to store stuff The beds are comfortable I would definitely recommend

I think they are going for a young/hip vibe, but technically anyone can stay right? And just because it was an issue at the last hotel I stayed at… no funny air freshener smell Yay! Also, the sheets were soft

Wendy Lehman

Great hotel, the atmosphere was great, i liked that if you have the app and can unlock your door from that Room and bathroom was clean and updated Loved that it was just a shower, didn’t have to step in

Bed was comfortableLocation is nice, right off the highway Not in a scary location Wish the TV had a guide and the soft drinks weren’t so expensive Those 2 things are the reason why I gave it 4 stars

Dated furniture/fixtures, but new/clean linens and towels Breakfast was the most elaborate spread I’ve seen at an HIE, frequently restocked by the cook Everything from eggs and sausage, biscuits and gravy to cinnamon buns, 3 types of bagels, muffins, yogurt etc Staff was very helpful We scheduled the Shuttle in advance for the next morning and were dropped back at the airport right on time Very positive experience!

Thank goodness for Rhonda at the front desk! She was an absolute delight I had booked another hotel down the street and upon check-in it was a disaster I didn’t feel safe, I immediately called this hotel and explained the last minute situation, and Rhonda got me an amazing room and made me feel so welcomed! Definitely recommend this hotel

Room is beautiful, clean and great view Super awesome breakfast as well!

CLEAN, FRIENDLY STAFF, AND FULL BREAKFAST! From the moment we stepped into the HIE, we had an excellent experience The property was clean and well-kept The lady at the reception desk was actually wearing gloves and was wiping down the counter area! Our check-in experience was fast and friendly

Our room was clean and everything was in proper working order and good condition The common areas were clean and well maintained Can I just say the staff was GREAT???!!! So friendly, professional, and helpful The breakfast area was kept clean and all the food was nicely prepared and well stocked in the morning Wish EVERY hotel experience could be this positive!

The staff here has been wonderful The food went through a few dips and curves, but, now the breakfast is good as well as the presentation The last two property managers were/are about improvements and listening to the temporary residents

I am expecting great things from the new property manager, she is an exceptionally great person/employee and a beautiful smile for everyone she meetsThe cleanliness of the hotel is not the best but, seems to be improving somewhat You would think that since daily room cleaning is something of the past that the few guest rooms that are requesting cleaning would be done so professionally and thoroughlyThe hotel needs seriously to be updated Old, worn out, dirty carpet throughout the majority of the hotel Stained and dirty upholstered furniture in the rooms, dining and lobby areas The elevators are hot, smelly and need new flooring, perhaps tile for easy cleaning Drapery in the rooms are in need of cleaning or replacement…Need new mattresses horribly so Our mattresses sunk in the middle, so uncomfortable Many of the photos on this site definitely Do Not represent this location There aren’t any chairs in the living room space nor there isn’t any bright, bold, updated furniture No chair to relax in the bedroom unless you have a workstation with a computer chair in your room At least none of these photos represents the two rooms that we had (1 two bedroom suite and 1 bedroom w/a sofa pull-out bed) The reddish high back chair you see in lobby area in the photos has a large stain on it and teal color chairs fabric is so dirty, as well as the lumbar pillows Why, why not at least wash the pillow cases? As far as the fruit at the front desk…I don’t know who’s hotel that photo belongs to I realize some of the photos had “other” but many do not Many of the Marriott hotels that I have been to has music in their lobby…but, not this one anymore They use to have the best playlist ever in the lobby It made you forget an unpleasant day or increase upon that GREAT day you are having!Perhaps my rating should have been lower, however, the staff made it tolerable In fact, I feel as though I made new friends with those that I came in contact with I wish nothing but the best for them all

Sydney and Enoch are the best The staff here make it amazing to stay Friendly and efficient

They are helpful and smiling 😃! The only complaint I have Is the beqakfast Is NOT up to Marriott standards at ALLL I’ve had better breakfasts at super 8s Upper management needs to remember this is Marriott Not motel 6 And I don’t feed my family fake eggs Frozen muffins and junk and for a Marriott they shouldn’t either! Real eggs bring back the waffles and some not microwaved breakfast meats would be great Lol

Not the best, not the worstCompared to other Marriott hotels, this place falls short in many waysThe rooms need updating, but they are clean and housekeeping does a great job keeping things fresh

Some of the ceilings have water staying from roof leaks, the TV’s don’t always work as they should eitherThe insulation between rooms could be better I’ve heard people in the rooms next to mine talking, sneezing and slamming doorsThe breakfast has a lot to be desired and the coffee is hit or miss with freshness Sometimes it tastes like they’ve combined it with coffee from the day prior and lukewarmBut, they seem to try hard and the staff is friendly

The staff is friendly and the hotel room itself is nice and cleanThe cons:Elevators smell like old toilet water inside a nursing home It’s very unpleasant

The vending machines are sad Nearly empty snack machine and the good drinks in the soda machine were sold outOther than that I had a quiet stay, but I doubt I’d stay here again
