We stayed at Tanna‘s Guesthouse in June From all the places we stayed at during our 3 week vacation in Hawaii this was by far the best! Everyone here is so extremely friendly and helpful The two care takers Heather and John have been outstanding hosts and they made us feel really welcome and just like at home

The rooms are spacious and perfectly clean The guesthouse is in a quite neighborhood and you can relax perfectly here The kitchen is great, super clean and has everything you need The pool is really nice and the jacuzzi great to relax and enjoy the night sky or sunset You can rent anything you would need for outdoor activities on Maui There is also a BBQ that we used and had dinner next to the pool or on the rooftop terraceWe enjoyed our stay here so much It really is the perfect place to stay when visiting Maui!

Julie Crites

Absolutely the cleanest and most accommodative place we’ve stayed! We were met as we pulled up by the host, given a tour promptly and then shown to our roomThere isn’t anything they didn’t think of to make our stay comfortable and completeLaundry facilities, beach towels beach chairs, sunscreen, full kitchen, fresh coffee twice a day, snorkeling equipment for those who wanted

The salt water pool was lovely and refreshing, The rooftop deck was perfect for morning coffee and the hot tub was super clean and relaxingOur bed was comfortable, air conditioning worked perfectly, there just was nothing lacking to make the stay perfectWe would definitely come back here and recommend our friends to come here as well

clare cronin

This is a lovely place to stay, a real home from home It has everything you need Private bathroom and a little outdoor seating area, hot tub, swimming pool, plenty parking, laundry and beach equipment like chairs, umbrellas and even snorkeling gear

The staff John, Heather, Tanna and Barbara are always there to help in any way they can We had the most magical stay here

My husband and I stayed at the Plantation Inn for our mini honeymoon recently The inn was perfect for our needs for the weekend We loved that it was quiet, adults only, and so close to Front Street

The pool and hot tub being 24/7 was awesome, and the pool was always clean and not crowded Our room was clean, spacious and the balcony overlooking the pool was a nice touch We loved having a delicious, gourmet breakfast included The staff were all helpful and attentive to anything we needed It’s a small, quiet inn but it’s perfect for a relaxing getaway with access to everything you could want in Lahaina Parking was a little tight, but that not a big deal all things considered We would definitely stay here again over staying in a large resort overrun with people!

Amazing place to stay! So quiet and relaxing even though your close to the city You wouldn’t guess it being there I’d highly recommend staying at! Very friendly and great service

Breakfast tasted so good and had indoor and outdoor seating Very lovely place to stay at! Rather your looking to get away and read a book by the pool or enjoy the city night life with live music and walk back to room this is the place to stay at!

K N

A very nice bed and breakfast Room was spacious and clean with a balcony Breakfasts were good, however the menu options were the same each day; would have liked a bit more variety over our 3 day stay

There is no elevator access to the 2nd floor Provided beach towels and chairs Ice machine was locked and had to ask front desk for assistance, Since property is protected by key cards it would have been nice to have access to ice at our convenience

We stayed in the “ph” level with an oceanfront 3bdrm Upon walking into the room all of us were amazed at the size, layout and view! The resort was beautiful, clean, and safe The beachfront pub was in a great location but the service was unfriendly and the food was sub par

The beach at the resort was really nice and had beautiful trees for shade The tennis courts were nice but required surface repairs and the rackets provided were in need of replacement The courts had night lights, which was awesome! The bbqs were hit and missbut some were situated in gorgeous locations The cleaning staff were ever-present and the resort was very clean Loads of free parking Beautiful hibiscus flowers were blooming and the landscaping was very well maintained

We stayed at the Iao Valley Inn for our first time in Maui It was perfect! The owners were very nice, and respectful of our space and privacy The room was clean and quiet

The Inn is very secluded, and secure The views are very nice All you hear is the stream, and birds singing The continental breakfast is perfect I would highly recommend the Iao Inn to anyone wanting a quiet, relaxing, and great Maui vacation experience We absolutely loved it Someday hope to return

Samantha Clark

A slice of heaven We waited a long time to visit the Iao Valley Inn but it was well worth the wait! This gorgeous B&B is in the most peaceful and beautiful of settings, the rooms are beautifully designed and well cared for, plenty of privacy with a comfortable and sumptuous bedding to boot The location is terrific too and easy to get around and see all of the wonders of Maui by car

Tamara (and Kahu) especially was so accommodating and welcoming and we’re so grateful for her patience and understanding in the delays coming over I whole heartedly recommend

Brian Allan

While technically in Wailuku, you’d never know it; and this central location was ideal for sightseeing around the island The grounds were beautiful The sounds of the jungle (especially of the nearby stream) were a wonderful way to wake up in the morning as well as to de-stress throughout the day

Tamara and Bob were very wonderful and attentive hosts Kahu (their German Shepherd) was a loving protector of the guests The comfy bed and clawfoot bathtub were lovely accents of the Orchid room (the multiple mini- refrigerators were also quite helpful); and having the lanai for dining and taking-in the ambience was a major plus

Feels like home, but better! We accidentally under booked our honeymoon and ended up finding this hidden gem for a night Sherry, Tiana and Renee were so friendly and helpful Our room was clean and cozy

They gave us everything we needed and more We loved being able to pick up one of their beach chairs and walk across the street to the beach We cleaned off in their outdoor shower and splashed in the pool Oh and they had the best shampoo and conditioner out of anywhere else we stayed!! We didn’t have a chance to borrow one of their bikes but we would have loved to take them to the nearby restaurants and shops! We wish we could have stayed longer Thank you for an amazing stay and memories that will last a lifetime! 🌺

Sherry Shao

We had such a fantastic time staying at the Old Lahaina House! Sherry and her staff have been above and beyond with their hospitality – they’re always so quick to respond and had so many fun facts and suggestions about the neighbourhood The units we stayed in were very clean and cozy – the neighbourhood is fairly quiet and we found ourselves waking up to the sounds of birds in the morning! This was also located so conveniently close to town that we spent many nights walking into town for food and drinks, then sauntering back via the beach – we had some of the best sunsets here and so many stars on clear nights! So if you’re looking for a well-priced, locally hosted spot – this is honestly perfect!

Aashna Mago

My friend and I had an incredible stay!! We were considering some more upscale resorts and I’m so glad we went with this Felt so homey and authentic but also a really nice experience — lovely pool with fun floaties, beach chairs, toys, and towels and just across the street from the beach, walking distance from fun restaurants, bars, and food trucksThe rooms also had a fridge, microwave, coffeemaker, and dishes, which was a bonus

Above all, Sherry, her family and staff (and the other guests) were sooo friendly and welcoming Was a joy to stay

We loved this little hotel Quiet area with pool, beachfront, and excellent restaurants within walking distance Basic complimentary breakfast

Kitchens in your room Grills on property for use Loved listening to the sound of the waves at night No TVs, no distractions Just about being present And the beds/pillows are AMAZING! Best nights sleep we’ve gotten in a long time You sit on the bed and you’re out Haha Rooms are comfortable Definitely recommend

Jamie mckinney

This place is very nice outside The grounds are immaculate! The beach is so beautiful and the staff is extremely nice The problem is, you can hear every conversation going on next door and above you

We had to get up at 4am for an early excursion and got maybe 3 hours of sleep because the couple next door was arguing, then once they finally went to bed someone over there was snoring uncontrollably! It was insane! I’ve never experienced a more noisy room in my life! I almost went and slept in the rental car! Parking is also an issue Tight spots and not enough for all the guests No bar or restaurant on the premises either but there are a few places you can walk to As beautiful as it is, I don’t think I can come back here with how thin the walls are which is a real bummer because it’s absolutely beautiful!

Kristina Johnson Mazourek

We really enjoyed our stay Absolutely beautiful grounds and well maintained rooms Staff and other guests were very friendly

Beach out front is gorgeous—one of the nicest beaches we saw on MauiWe enjoyed using the grill by the pool and having a kitchenette in the room Going out to eat is expensive on Maui so it was nice to supplement with making our own foodContinental breakfast offered is good but light We bought some yogurt to go along with it Recommend bringing a coffee mug and plate from your room

Just spent 10 days here for our honeymoon with my wife The rooms were clean and it was nice that it came with a fully-equipped kitchen if we wanted to use that The bathroom shower was a little cramped next to the toilet

It was slightly annoying that they were only servicing rooms by request (due to covid, most likely not enough staff) We ended up only requesting service three times, although we are not very demanding people I liked how quiet the resort was compared to most giant big name resorts you can visit The beach area is fantastic and perfect for snorkeling The main pool, during our time there, never seemed to be too crowded and we always were able to find a place to lounge It was annoying that towels were given via towel card system, but I understand the beach is public access so people could steal towels The spa (and shops) was not open during our entire stay, so we never got the massage we wanted We booked through the Costco package so our 7 complimentary breakfasts were fantastic We never had dinner at the restaurant, but all the breakfasts I had were fantastic and happy hour drinks/cocktails were solid They are clearly short staffed though, the service was not always the best Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed our time here and would book again if we wanted to stay in the Lahaina area It’s great value, but don’t expect to get a 5 star resort experience here As late twenty-somethings just married, it was perfect for us, but may not be perfect for people (like my mom) used to an extremely high standard for everything (Ritz)

What an amazing place! Hands down would stay here again! The property is meticulously kept up, staff is friendly, and accommodations, although a little on the older side, are very roomy, comfortable and clean! Also, large rooms with a full kitchen AND a view! No charge for parking a vehicle and NO RESORT FEES! We have never stayed on the North end of Maui, now we will stay no where else Amazing location with unbelievable beach access and snorkeling! So much fun! Thank you for a wonderful week!

Steven

This is a nice resort for the price but needs a face-lift We had a beautiful view of the ocean and at half the price of the big resort hotels They have a great beach

This hotel is calm and peaceful versus the mega resorts which are loud and hectic with tourists Our room was very comfortable We had a studio and it was just the right size and price I would suggest paying the extra fee to guarantee a 2nd floor room to maximum the view The staff is nice Having the Sea House restaurant on site is a bonus The cleaning women was very nice My only suggestions would be to invest in a couple of vending machines They had a Coke machine stuck in the back corner that was very old and I had to navigate around the laundry and cart repair area to get to it The in room phone was 1970s and I could not hear out of it Overall, this was an enjoyable hotel and I would come back

This resort is so friendly and laid back and has everything you need for a good price Rooms are spacious with gorgeous bathrooms The pool area is amazing! Never a fight for a chair since there are so many

Day time bartenders Theresa and Dave were so professional, friendly and on top of their jobs I’m someone that usually prefers sit down dining and pool side service which they don’t currently have, but I was100% satisfied with the bar and food options There are many places to walk to for food and there is a fabulous paved trail that goes 1-15 ish miles down towards other resorts for more dining options, beach access and exercise Concierge was great also, they hook you up with a waterproof bracelet that is a key so you don’t have to carry it around, and can set you up with fun excursions I found fabulous surf lessons through them The other guests are also very friendly! I travel alone to Hawaii often and this was my best trip because of how friendly everyone was Highly recommended unless you are snooty about modern decor, etc, which I don’t understand This place was wonderful

Melissa Blattler

This isn’t a 5 star hotel, but definitely deserves 5 stars for service & location! We loved our week long stay here Resort is a bit dated, but the location and staff were amazing! Great pool area with a small water slide We never had trouble finding a place to sit by the pool

Rooms were spacious & clean If we needed anything, we just sent the front desk a text, and it was at our door in 15 min Loved having the food trucks & restaurants within walking distance 10 minutes to some of the best beaches in Maui too! Amazing value here!

Shivakumar Rajam

This is a good resort right on the beach Though the rooms are a bit dated, they are very spacious and their 1 bedroom suite can easily accommodate a family of 4 Kitchen is decent size for short stay and laundry on each floor is helpful

A giant swimming pool + restaurant with adjacent access to the beach is very unique and exclusive The beach is neat and water was warm and clean with plenty of space on the sand to rest and relax In-house dining options are limited Their concierge is focused on selling timeshare products and they hunt you for the same which is annoying Overall, I’d recommend this place for a family vacation👍

Great location Perfect views of Molokai and Lana’i if your room is facing the ocean Beach access right next to the hotel

Parking is kind of a pain, but at least it was free No in-unit laundry, but the kitchen and bathrooms were large The TV satellite channels were really complicated, but we eventually reprogrammed the remote and got the thing to work Staff are very laid back, and concierge closes very early Walkable distance from a mini-mary, coffee shop, and McDonald’s Bring some coffee with you because the hotel only supplies two bags for your whole stay I would stay here again, very nice 👍

Jim Benedetto

I give the place 5 stars for being right on the beach I know of no other resorts that have a lanai for the ocean view rooms that have a view that you can see the sunsets into the horizon My wife & I have been to the resort a number of time and will be back in July

The rooms very and the studio’s are efficient with a kitchenette & a pull down bed Some units have a Mountain View and or a partial ocean Some are right on the ocean so be aware of the room you are purchasing The 1 bedrooms are great and are situated on the corner of the building and are very comfortable with 2 lanais & a full kitchen You can hear the sound of the waves along with a nice breeze from the “oceanfront” rooms This resort is more of a condo so don’t expect someone to carry your bags to your room If you arrive late you will have no one at the front desk so you will have to call the “Sands” next door by to get your keys The studios are good because they are reasonable priced and if you are out most of the day, why pay big money to not be in the room? All units have AC which is critical on hot days so that is a bullet point for me because so my places don’t have AC so beware if you don’t like hot temperatures There is a beach right in front of the resort along with chair to relax, a whirlpool right on the beachfront , a cold swimming pool and a barbecue area with table to sit The place is private compared to a full scale resort which is nice if you don’t want to be crowded Beautiful beaches are all around so if you are in the know then don’t limit yourself to the hotel’s beach It’s fine for a day or two or a relaxing short dip or snorkel Next door is the “Sands” hotel where you can grab a great breakfast or a drink at a nice barThe rooms are cleaned mid week and there are washing machine and dryers on certain floors I prefer a high floor because of the magnificent views of Lani & Maliki in the near distanceTo me everything is close Front Street, Blackrock & top notch diving, golf and restaurants right in the areaFood shopping is easy so the kitchen is nice to have in so many ways When it comes to price, I find great value in staying there compared to hotels that are priced 3 times or more If you would like to visit another hotel and sit around a hotel environment, check out a “day pass” which are incredibly reasonably priced… Also, you can see plenty of whales breaching the ocean during whale season along with turtles aboundMahalo

Pat V

The location is pretty good although it is a bit of a drive to most conveniences but it conveniences but it’s right on the beach The resort is older although it seems to be up keit’s to be up capped pretty well it has a pool which is small and a hot tub but no real area to lay in the sun The room was clean there is a minimal kitchen area small refrigerator microwave and cooktop but pretty limited as far as size and supplies

I had a studio with a Murphy bed the mattress on the Murphy bed was thin and pretty uncomfortable

Location, location, location 1 miles from downtown which has lots of shops, restaurants, bars

5 miles from a Safeway 2 great sandy beaches within a few minutes drive I was in a single person room which was the perfect size Everything for cooking, utensils/pots/cups/plates etc The towels were fluffy and the bed was comfy They offer beach towels and beach gear Every morning you can sit at the sea/rock wall and see the turtles, at night you can sit out and hear the Old Lahaina Luau in the distance Staff was extremely friendly and helpful There is no TV, Phone or AC, but with cell phones you don’t need a phone or TV I just stayed there and didn’t need an AC, just left the windows open and fans on The only con was the water temperature was a little tricky at times, but it’s an older building, that’s to be expected Lots of beautiful flowers, grass, birds and plenty of seats and tables It was a wonderful trip and can’t wait to go back and stay here again!

Karlie

This place absolutely blew away my expectations My boyfriend and I stayed here for 4 nights and it was magical Waking up and hearing the waves crash right next to your room is what dreams are made of

We had one of the ocean view rooms, which you can select upon booking, so our balcony pointed straight toward the sunset It was beautifulThe rooms are set up like a studio apartment There’s a little kitchen area with a microwave, fridge and stove They provide dishes and silverware for you which was a nice touch There’s a little dining table as well The bed was comfortable! Very clean room overallThis is an adults only hotel which was a blessing, no screaming children in sight If you’re wanting a beach right outside your room, this is not the place for you The sea wall is literally right outside with no beach access However there are beaches and restaurants within walking distance This is also not a big resort experience, if that is also what you’re looking for That was one of the things that drew us to this placeLaura, the owner, was a great and attentive person that gave us wonderful advice on where to eat and play I would not stay anywhere else in Maui, and I know we will return here some day

Shane Lynam

Really nice place to stay The sea views from the garden area were stunning with plenty of sun loungers to relax on Sunsets were awesome

It was also our honeymoon and Laura left a card in our room which was a nice touch! Baby Beach is about a 13 min walk away also with a very good snorkelling spot A 5 min walk to a number of decent restaurants too Highly recommend

There’s not much they don’t have here that youre looking for on a Hawaiian vacation Ocean front whale watching views from almost everywhere on the propertyA,B,K,G buildings are our favorites but you might find another that fits your family better! Suitable spot for anyone from couples, to full families old and young! Trust me, you wanna visit here as soon as possible 🤩😍

First of all, the grounds are beautiful and well kept

the pools are tidy with plenty of space to enjoy an afternoon away tanningThe big problem is not knowing what you would get for a room We went with 10 people and requested close rooms, to recieve close rooms that looked like one was still in the 90s and the other with a full updateyou really are rolling the dice if you book heremake sure u ask if you are getting refreshed unit! Also, the buildings close to the front lobby are noisy and the workers start early so no chance of sleeping inDisappointed in being misled and having tospend the first week there trying to find peace in the situation we were put inCheck carefully before you commit!!!

It really is pretty No full kitchen or laundry in our room which is a bit disappointing since it’s a vacation club Our rooms are quite large, which is why I wish we could have laundry

The staff for the most part are awesome!Within walking distance of shops and restaurants so you don’t have to leave unless you want to Lots of stuff for kids to do The pools are really nice and have fun features

Don’t forget to use ʜoᴛᴇʟʙᴏʟʟʏᴄᴏm when booking a hotel This web site will compare hundreds of hotel sites and typically will have prices much cheaper compared to others! You’re welcome :)! This resort is one of the best in this area

I’ve been staying here for a very long time If you stay for a few days you definitely won’t be disappointedHuge shared space, large dining table, full kitchen (full sized refrigerator, dishwasher, 5 burner stove, conventional oven, microwave, toaster, blender, dishes and utensils for 8), two master suites with king beds, jacuzzi tub, two sofa beds Beach views within hear shot of soothing crashing waves

Michael Teleha

Very torn between 3 and 4 It is a nice place to stay Parking is good staff is friendly

Like most hotels not enough staff Easier to get your own a lot of the time then wait for server Free self parking Food is typical Balconies on the room are a disappointment First too narrow Then handrail at eye level Finally- a wall ⅔ up the railing height every other floor blocking views I think the lack of depth is what makes them tuff to manageTypical free gift that is not a gift It is a gift after you take a tour and hear the sales pitch = not much of a resort credit for 2-4 hours of your time

Beautiful stay, so close to the beach, amazing staffThe condo was clean, comfy, had kitchen supplies, and bathroom suppliesThe staff was super friendly and they have events for guests if you want

Like, breakfast, yoga, drink mixer date, etc… educational and yummy! The beach it’s on is beautiful, deep sand, good for swimming and snorkeling We even saw boogie boarders getting some good currents both close and far from shore10/10

I Highly recommend Napili Surf! The property and units are wonderfully kept, a true tropical paradise! The beach and pools are steps away The staff is very friendly and you will feel like part of the Surf Family! They provide a weekly breakfast and a Mai Tai Cocktail party, which is a great way to meet other guests and learn more about Maui! It books up quickly, so reserve early!

We stayed at this resort for 9 days and overall I had numerous pros and cons during our stay The 1st con was when my boyfriend went to the front desk to ask for more hand towels, the gentleman at the receptionist desk rolled his eyes and seemed very annoyed and dismissively said someone would stop by our room Not the biggest deal, but took us off guard since the request was very simple and wasn’t urgent

The 2nd con was my retainer was thrown away by the housekeeping staff I brought it with me and took it off in the middle of the night to take a Tylenol and placed it on a napkin on the wooden headboard above our bed Not realizing the next morning was a housekeeping visit, I didn’t put it in my case and it was tossed in the trash I’ve alerted a representative of the resort and they of course said their staff couldn’t recall throwing it away and that I should recheck my bags when I got home (of course I checked and it wasn’t there like I thought) This is really unfortunate because replacing a top and bottom retainer costed me $400, which I provided proof of the receipt to a representative of the resort named Paul upon my return home In my opinion, it would’ve been smarter for the management team to AT LEAST offer a voucher to compensate for our financial loss That would have appeased me a little, provided a better customer service experience, and guaranteed them future revenue by incentivizing a future stay at their resort The 3rd con was in the beach bag that was provided in our room, we found an old, obviously previously worn pair of Women’s underwear in the zipper part of the beach bag that we unfortunately put our phones in It’s not a pleasant feeling to reach for your phone to realize you’re touching someone else’s dirty nasty underwear We threw the underwear in the trash near the Sea House restaurant and quickly washed our hands This incident showed that the beach bag wasn’t inspected from a prior visit, and our hands paid the cost The 4th con was we didn’t have cellphone service or cable tv access for 2 days because of a modem issue It was later resolved by a nice lady at the front desk, but was inconvenient nonetheless The 5th con was there were two days where the housekeeping staff did not empty the trash cans (kitchen area and bathroom) which I thought was weird being that it was full I had to take the bags out of their cans and place it by the front door for pick up, which you don’t expect to have to do on vacation (pictures attached) The final con was there were two incidents where I began showering to realize there was someone’s else hair embedded in the thread of the towels (hair wasn’t mine, picture attached) My biggest pet peeve is hair on towels that aren’t mine, so that was icky Pros are the room was stocked with everything you need (though I would recommend providing an iron), the sheets were clean, and I loved the fans in each room There’s plenty of lighting throughout and I loved the full kitchen complete with a dishwasher The quick access to the beach was wonderful and it was nice of the resort to provide plentiful beach towels, beach tubes/noodles, etc The resort is also conveniently walking distance from a restaurant called Kitchen 5315 that had excellent food! We all enjoyed the one complimentary breakfast, coconut demonstration, and Mai Tai event during the week as well The room also had a nice patio area near the pool and I really liked how pool hooks were on the patio, so you could hang your wet swimwear to air dry Overall, I would recommend this place as most of the cons listed could be resolved with more careful inspection/awareness Really wish the retainer situation would’ve been resolved with more courtesy Accidents happen, but it wouldn’t have hurt them in any way financially to provide either a reimbursement (most places have insurance that covers such issues) or a voucher ☹️

We absolutely adored your resort! It had everything we needed, no touch left unnoticed! There were hangers (a ton) for our clothes, a washer/dryer, plenty of towels, full kitchen with every utensil you could need, and they are located within a short walk of the TOP 3 BEACHES to snorkel and relax at! We greatly appreciated the hospitality the employees showed to us in getting our room situation fixed (since our original booking was canceled via a third party without our knowledge) Would recommend your facility 10 out of 10 times!

Please AVOID this hotel AT ALL COSTS! We found cockroaches in the kitchen, spiders in the sleeping area, and a dead gecko in the closet Additionally, many surfaces such as the windows, side tables, and tv were covered in thick dust that seem to signify the place had not been dusted/cleaned in agesWhen we called the main office during business hours when we were away from the hotel but needed to ask the office a question, no one picked up the phone- we tried to call the office 3 times during business hours

Lastly, they charged us an additional “resort fee” after we checked out that we had not been previously informed of (we left the hotel cleaner than they gave it to us) NOT CLEAN and terrible management

We had a great experience staying here 5 of us stayed in an ocean front, 2 bedroom condo It was up-to-date and the views were unbelievable

Location is very good Really close to Whaler’s Village (shopping and restaurants) and the beach is so nice Smaller waves, so good for swimming and stand up paddle boarding Not the best for snorkeling or body boarding, but a short drive will get you to several nearby beaches

Diane

This resort is fabulous! I was there for two weeks There is lots to see up and down the paved beach walkway My condo was on the 11th floor and I had a terrific view of both the mountains and the ocean

I literally saw whales 🐋 breaching while laying in the lovely king-size bed in my master suite The staff are very nice This was easily the best vacation I’ve ever had

Erika Botzum

This was a great place for the amount we spent There are fancier accommodations that charge accordingly, but we had a great location for navigating the island and a beautiful beach for boogie boarding and playing in the surf! The condo has great views, beds are comfortable and the items provided in the kitchen and for the beach were just right!

This is an proper vacation condo with kitchen and closet amenities Good for family, as it gives resort feeling The customer service was good and check in was easy

The parking is not assigned, so that’s easier They give beach towels and also there is a swimming pool inside the property Overall, it’s good 3 star place Good value for the money It’s very clean when I checked in and the property itself is kept clean as well I would definitely recommend this place

I have been coming here for a long time If you stay for a few nights you definitely won’t be disappointedGreat location right next to Napili Beach Food at the Gazebo is excellent Theres a “surf shop” on site where you can rent all sorts of beach gear The staff was very friendly Room was nice and clean Will return someday

Three star property, older, nice staff, beautiful grounds, nice pools, great location Free parking right next to your room No elevators, but only 2 stories

Our 1 bedroom had a nice fridge, stove, dishes, etc, nice lanai with table & chairs Great place for kids (2 pools, lots of grass) Grocery store 1 mile awayThis is NOT a not a full-service hotel, not a Hyatt or Sheraton, more of a condo complex If you want a lower scale, casual place, and you have a car, this place is great

The location of the hostel less than 50′ away from the beach was a great bonus and a highlight to surrounding areas The staff were fantastic and very accommodating with friendly smiles and great conversation They work very hard to keep the hostel clean, accommodate the guests, and are always hustling to get the job done

I couldn’t ask for better stay and the daily rate is very affordable and reasonable

Csala Hunor

Overall it has a great Hawaiian beach hostel vibe with nice small lights during night, palms and vegetation, surf boards all over the place The outside roofless restroom has a truly unique feeling, as you can look up and see some palm trees and sky It is very close to the beach, literally just a few steps away

You can rent surf boards from them, or if you have your own there is storage space for it There was plenty of parking space available I slept in the tent which was fine, they had a mattress inside the tent which was nice, I just expected sleeping pad However, we had to pay and extra $35 for another person sleeping with me in the tent, even though when I booked the place there was no mention of this, nor the option to select that there will be 2 people in the tent Nevertheless, they quickly brought us a second mattress and everything was fine afterwards

Jason

Enjoyed my stay here and felt this hostel provides a unique experience The beach is right outside and a good surf spot for beginners I really liked how it feels outdoorsy and close to nature

My room is a simple partition but not enclosed, so I wake up to the birds chirping There is a garden in the outdoor common spaces and several cats roaming around The staff are super friendly and work hard to keep the place cleanI would give 5 stars if the bathrooms were a bit cleaner and had better ventilation Otherwise I would still consider staying here again

The views are amazing, the food at the diner is incredible, and the two are pools are fantastic for all of your needs The first night was a little rough, as our room wasn’t quite what we had wanted, but luckily they were able to fix it by the next day and the rest of our experience was nothing short of spectacular Definitely a place to keep in mind if you’re looking for a relaxing space to lay your head!
