Jeff at the front desk last night, as well as both ladies at the desk for checkout this morning, were so friendly and kind! Cute outside patio with string lights, modern and beautiful decor in lobby and my room was perfect Bathroom and kitchenette in room was fully stocked with everything we needed Dishes, toiletries, the works! Clean SAFE and very comfortable stay

Will definitely be coming back in the future!

The hotel and room itself were fine There were some spots where it seemed a bit dirty, but overall, it was a fine room For being an airport hotel it is in a pretty quiet location

Would not likely stay here again though, unless there were no other options The staff was not friendly at all When we first got there, it was a little before check-in, which usually isn’t an issue with other places we’ve stayed, and the guy kind of laughed and told us absolutely not until 3pm (it wasn’t long before then) When we came back, he wasn’t very nice again The mattresses were pretty hard and the TV reception would freeze constantlyWe left a shirt by mistake in the closet and when we returned to see if it was turned in, the lady working there immediately said they didn’t have anything, but after pressing her a bit, suddenly four shirts turned up (thought they didn’t have anything?) None of the four were what we left and we really have no hope in them miraculously finding it or getting it back for free if it does turn up Compared to other hotels in the area that are the same price, they don’t have breakfast includedAfter our first night in the area, we did switch hotels, but based on the service alone, we won’t likely be back

The hotel is in need of a deep cleaning It was dusty and visibly dirty base boards, windows etc The bed was worn and the pillows are like small bags of rocks

Super uncomfortable stay Staff wasn’t to friendly and hardly said helloWe’ve stayed here before and each stay has gotten worse The bar tender was on her phone checking out social media while we were trying to get drinks We will not stay again I certainly do not recommend this hotel, there are other options in this area These were my pillows in my picture I literally folded them in half When I asked for new ones, they lady at the front desk was totally annoyed with me They did deliver 2 new pillows that weren’t much better and they said they could only replace 2, so my husband had to tough it out

My first visit to this hotel will be my last I had a bad feeling about this place upon arrival The front desk attendant was very nice and helpful, but the overall experience was terrible

I reserved two rooms and requested either adjoining rooms or rooms next to each other (for me, my daughter(s), and her friends who were celebrating her birthday) They allegedly accommodated my request, however, when my children and I went into one of the rooms, it was already occupied We had to scramble back out of the room as not to disturb the occupant Unfortunately, the only other available room was two floors away from my girls in the second room That didn’t work for us, so we wound up leaving and checking into a nearby hotel I understand an honest mistake, but it was late and we’d had a long day We were ready to hit the showers and go to bed Having to find another hotel after 11P was very inconvenient and even more tiring Also, IDK if the guest in the room we went into was a hard sleeper or what because they didn’t budge when we barged into the room I asked the front desk attendant to check on them I hope they did!

Excellent hotel and great rates especially for Marriot Envoy point redemption I have stayed there on numerous occasions The rooms are well kept and very clean

Being near the airport, this is one of about a bazillion hotels But it was the absolute right one to pick We booked a single room and a two bedroom suite for our daughters and their people

The amenities were amazing, the two bedroom had an oven! Both with full size refrigerators, burners Kind of made me wish we were staying longer Staff was lovely

Tee

I was surprised how clean my room was, I mean it was a strand of burgundy hair in the sink after I cleaned it ( mines is black) so it was not mine but anyway pretty decent I definitely clean the room even the door handle Lysol everything anyway the internet was not working in the room and for the amount of this room unacceptable (I should’ve been offered a discount), parking I’d decent I will most likely return

Stayed at the TownePlace for a year and some change I must say

they really made our experience in a hotel pleasant and welcoming From day one we were always treated with above and beyond hospitality The GM Wayne is one of the best human beings I’ve ever met So accommodating to the needs of our situation and always eager to assist us with any special request The entire front desk team provided Steller Customer Service! Ryan, Paul, Brandon, and Rock were the first team members we encountered and they treated us like family We met other great staff along the way like Carl and Ben The common areas were always clean and neat courtesy of Mr Don and Romell They kept the lobby & restrooms, laundry room, dining area, and fitnessroom clean at all times But I guess with every great experience comes with not so nice people The breakfast person Crystal was always rude to my family, other customers, and her coworkers Always talked about everyone she encountered from hotel guess to other hotel staff Very nasty disposition the brand could do better without her Didn’t have any issues with roaches or other pest in our room just the seldom weekend parties, everyday weed & cigarette smokers, and the inconsiderate guess that didn’t have a sense of time when playing loud music at 3am, but Rock & Ben were there to quickly shut any drama down All in all we enjoyed our stay If we had to be anywhere other than home I’m glad it was at TownePlace

Absolutely wonderful!!! All the people we met at the front desk were very pleasant & helpful Most important

this hotel was by far the cleanest I’ve ever stayed in, it was perfect!!! The refrigerator & microwave were “spotless” The bathroom which is the most important to me, again, completely spotless to a T & they give you lots of towels The beds were perfectly made and very comfortable We had the queen suite & loved it My kid had a blast with the extra roomlol We had such a good time in MD, we added another night!! I highly recommend this particular hotel and I cannot wait until we come back in the fall

Robert Myrtle Beach Way

Booked this off phone Arrived after 8 hour drive Easy check in by friendly staff

They offer a cookie at check in which is a nice touch There was coffee provided right by the front desk and the staff working the desk always had a smile Coffee is my life so that was a biggee Room was spotless and well done Plenty of towels provided Hot breakfast was unexpected but appreciated I like this location The lot was full at times but I had no trouble finding a convenient spot The lobby has a sitting area which was very homey As busy as it was it was strangely quiet I stay at a lot of hotels and this one had a certain charm I will be staying in Annapolis intermittently over the next 6 months for business and have decided to make this my base camp

MaLinda Johnson

This is an actual customer review I was not compensated for itThe room was spacious and clean

The breakfast bar was the best I’ve seen in recent years The vast majority of the facilities were clean and well stockedThe only issue was the filthy first floor (ground floor) ladies bathroom In addition the driveways are a little hard to locate the first time A sign right by the driveways would have been helpfulThank you for a very pleasant stay!!! We will return

Good choice for lodging in Annapolis! Great location, walkable to town, but have your comfy shoes ready if you’re choosing to walk There is a FREE shuttle that loops around Annapolis It picks up and drops off right in front of the Westin

Very convenient!Modern, clean, comfortable rooms No complaints there It was nice to have a pool for the kids to splash around after a long day out in town I only docked a star because, breakfast should be more reasonably priced Over $100 for breakfast for a family of 4 is not reasonable in my opinion Also, no included coffee in the lobby I was not about to pay for Starbucks after already paying the rather steep nightly rate If great location and a comfortable stay is what you’re looking for, you can’t go wrong with the Westin

Michelle Priller

Warm welcome from the Manager of Westin Annapolis started my business trip off to a fabulous start Sherry was incredibly helpful as it was our first event since the pandemic so we needed assistance with our logistics His warm smile each and every time I saw him was amazing

Susan was also very helpful with our booth setup Enjoyed my experience at the Westin and highly recommend

Tara was wonderful at the front desk! She called to check on the reservation to make sure everything was going smoothly for my reservation The room was clean and really spacious Can’t beat what you get for the price, all the staff are so nice

Plus they have a breakfast included! If you are staying in Baltimore for anything it’s a hop skip and jump away!

It was my first time staying at this location I was really surprised by the size of the room It was clean, no hair in the sink, tub or around the toilet from the last person

Decent location and not to far from downtown Chick-fil-A and over food places were down the street The staff was pleasant and very helpful I have nothing negative to say whatsoever

My wife and I stayed at this location for 3 months from mid-December until mid-March We found the staff to be very accommodating When the weather got cold and our heater wasn’t working, they came in and replaced it

When we decided to switch to a suite, they made it happenWhen we checked in, the manager was Donna, but she was moved to a different location during our stay We didn’t get to meet the new manager, but Donna was incredible It didn’t take long for her to recognize my wife and I and refer to us by name The same was true for the staff members I wish I could name everyone because they were all great, but I specifically want to mention Jasmine, Eric, Tara, and Gary from the front desk As well as Ms Lesia and Ms Rajeana (I apologize if I got the spelling wrong) from the kitchen Both were incredibly friendly and spoke to my wife and I as if we were old friends They were accommodating whenever we made requests and kept the breakfasts and social hours an extremely positive experience The housekeeping and Maintenace staff were also amazing and helpful, but unfortunately I did not get their namesAs is bound to be the case, there were issues with the rooms, but whenever we brought them to the attention of the staff, something was done about it The location is convenient to numerous restaurants, delis, and coffee shops It is convenient to 295 which was able to take us to anything else we needed My wife and I brought our dogs with us and never once were we made to feel like our pets were not welcome The staff loved our dogs and our dogs loved them Thank you so much for an incredible first impression of Baltimore We hope to be back in the future

My large group and I stayed one night at this hotel Our flight (Spirit airlines) was canceled from Philly to NOLA and the only alternative flight was the following day from Baltimore at 7pm I quickly booked this hotel and just assumed we would have to deal with being cramped in a small less than favorable room

I was wrong! The room was spacious, beautiful and cleanthe staff was incredible Special shout out to Margo! She was so kind and accommodating We were blessed to encounter her The free breakfast was delicious (waffles, oatmeal, biscuits and gravy, cereal, yogurt, breads bagels etc) we washed our airport clothes (small coin fee the hotel provides detergent) Margo provided us with a late checkout due to the circumstance and scheduled a shuttle ride to the airport Thank you so much! We will definitely be back if ever in the area!

Devin Henslee

We were traveling through the Baltimore area and booked this stay in advance Romelo provided outstanding customer service at check-in, honoring our request for a pet-free room Our room was exceptionally clean

We liked the layout and found everything we needed in the kitchenette Check-out was seamless and we enjoyed the breakfast options of waffles, yogurt, fruit, juices, pastries, and to-go granola bars Every staff member we encountered was friendly and helpful

Van Mckennon

This place overall is a great stay!! Especially for pet owners I love their pet policy and the housekeeping staff is very friendly and thorough with the cleaning overall A slightly annoying staff member and a lil bit of updating needed in the bathtub irritated me while there

However the friendliness and efficiency of the managers as well as most of the staff, made up for any glitches The hot breakfast, pool, and gym are all great additions I do recommend this hotel and will try this brand from now on when traveling with or without our pet

We visit this location for a wedding this past Friday and loved it The food was great, the servers were amazing, and the view was breath taking One of the best parts of the evening for my fiance and me was chatting with a bar tender named Mark

He was very socialable and made the best drinks! He even went out of the way to make us a special drink we had never heard of Best drinks ever I hope to make it for us, as he gave step by step instructions to make it So if you are ever hear and want to try a great drink, Mark is your guy Thanks for a wonderful even Four Seasons!

I was married at the Four Seasons at Baltimore in September 2012 I continued to frequent the hotel 1 to 3 times a year, spending thousands of dollars each visit I have spent over $100,000 dollars at this hotel since 2012

On August 13, 2022 I did damage their “$4,000” TV I was told that I should pay to replace the TV We settled on $60000 dollars, after significant negotiations I can’t shake the sadness I feel with the result It feels very unfair I realize may have damaged the TV but I also know how much value Ive brought this company year over year I’m sad because it will be hard for me to come back to any Four Seasons hotel that puts profit above relationships I am fairly young in my vacation life with at least 40 years left of amazing opportunity That said, sadly it will not include the Four Seasons

Michele P

As expected, the hotel room (Lighthouse Suite 1511), the location, the concierge, spa, in-room & valet services were top notch The online booking process as well as navigating the app for quick chats with concierge (Thanks Michael for the flowers delivery & birthday cake!) were key to the experience which was to celebrate my partner’s birthday All of the staff including Damien were friendly & helpful, plus Moses was able to direct me to a barbershop app for a much needed haircut

Also, I’d like to thank the spa manager who mitigated a slight moment of displeasure when we were unable to take full benefit of all the spa services after a VIP couples appointment He assured us of access for the remainder of our stay, provided birthday champagne & truffle chocolates as well as entertainment ideas during our stay I also want to add a special mention of Ryan and Jasmine who performed our massages – absolutely outstanding, relaxing experience for us both Our room was impeccably cleaned, had great flow & views (bonus in earshot of concerts below), as well as comfortable bedding Lastly, we patronized both the Azumi & Bygone restaurants which also did not disappoint Dinner at Azumi was fabulous & the brunch buffet on Sunday at Bygone was an equally delicious feast & the perfect end to a thoroughly enjoyable getaway

The Inn is a cute little boutique hotel located just over the Bay Bridge The bed was very comfortable The grounds were cute with the gardens and various outbuildings

I was there as a bridesmaid at the The Chesapeake Bay Beach Club so I did not get to enjoy the dipping pools I did walk around the grounds and they were lovely I would have liked to use a bike and ride around to see the sightsWe drove from western New York and arrived around 2:30 pm We had to wait for our room 🙁 All my hubby wanted was to lie down after a 7+ hour drive but I think we waited less than 1 hour…The staff was very personable at every encounter: from the front desk, to the door people to the drivers (Their breakfast sandwiches were priced well and delicious With a captive audience, they really could have hosed us on the price but didn’t)

Sean Smith

It was a wonderful experience Great attitudes and service from the staff Rooms were clean and stocked

Could easily ask for more water if necessary My only issues were for it being called a beach club, there was no beach in view The coffee machine in our room was a bit different than the one in directions It probably worked the same way but I wasnt willing to mess with it Finally, add sandals/flip flops to the market shop, that’s easy money

Chris Kohout

We hosted our grandmother‘s 95th birthday here The service was fantastic, we highly recommend the tater tot bar and crab dip appetizers We also served the salmon, steak, salad, risotto, orzo, and asparagus

Everyone enjoyed the main course that the Smith Island cake for dessert in sundae bar were perhaps the highlight of the meal Especially for the kids! The outdoor grounds including giant chess set, pergola, and fire pit make this place an excellent choice to host any gathering

Perfect wedding venue! We were able to host a fantastic wedding weekend at the newly renovated Kent Manor Resort! The staff helped us plan a very special wedding … even though we were working long distance through a pandemic! We were able to have family and the wedding party stay at the manor, to host several events, and to enjoy the bucolic setting! Guests commented on the beautiful manor, and loved the newly constructed Farmstead! Staff were friendly and accommodating, easily ironing out any wrinkles that popped up! The bridal party enjoyed a fantastic lunch and the reception menu was stellar! The chef delivered delicious food, as expected! Our special event couldn’t have been any lovelier!R

This is a beautiful house with friendly staff! My husband and I were looking for a nice place to relax and getaway We loved going into town which has some great shops and restaurants Recommend eating at Amalfi for great Italian cuisine and wine

We also enjoyed the kayaks and poolThings we didn’t enjoy were being right next to the exterior door Every time the door opens it’s loud and wakes you up (people were coming in/out till 12:00am) There were also extremely loud guests from a wedding that weekend that were yelling/laughing down the hallway all hours of the night I did not sleep well the 2 nights we were here If you are on the 1st floor you can hear guests above you walking around and talkingGreat house and staff just inconsiderate guests

Today was a year I planned my wedding here, what a experience, I cried the day of my wedding no one deserves that for what is supposed to be the happiest day of their lives, I chose this place because I had a dream about my wedding in front of the water but it was a nightmare in the end, my ceremony got moved to a tent they use a day before were you could see all the chairs and tables that were used for a previous event And the worst part is that they didn’t contact me for this changeCommunication was bad, The only time it was good is when they wanted their money

Wedding coordination gave me more stress asking for everything in the last minuteIt was a year ago and I hope they have improved their service and if you are planing your wedding there record everything just in case when they say they have everything handled and at the end they’re just winging it it’s not worth it Last but not least the flies are horrible everything got covered in flies like a horror film

I was nervous about booking here due to some of the reviews I readbut I’m so glad I did

The hotel itself is located in the business district of MD, so it’s a fairly quiet area that’s tucked away There were a few eateries near by but like we all know the good stuff requires som travel (longest we had to travel was 20minutes) The lobby of the hotel looked like it was being worked on so I was super nervous about the room We were booked for a suite on the fourth floor and it was beautiful! We had a room at the end of the hall and it was directly across from the elevator so that made things ten times more better We couldn’t heard outside noises from the room and because of our location we felt safe in knowing that we wouldn’t have that much foot traffic near our door The room was very spacious and comfortable The carpets and room itself was clean The only problem we had was the tub retaining water, but the front desk quickly resolved the problem in less than 30minutes In all, the room was affordable and exceeded my expectations; I think we found our returning hotel for future visits!

Melissa Dutton

We stayed here with a school group and the service was excellent The staff was kind and helpful Tyrone, Lorenzo, and Wendell were our favorites

We appreciate you guys answering our questions and giving us directions The shuttle was quick to take us to restaurants and stores nearby We have had a great time Strongly recommend this hotel!

Sarah Caskey

Staff is super friendly and welcoming The hotel itself though is very dark same with the rooms, not a big deal but the perception of the lamp shades completely bent out of shape and position, cardboard stuffed between the fan I assume to keep it from rocking, burn holes in the furniture, hair in the towels Rough guests and/or poor attention to detail when maintaining

It’s a decent and affordable hotel, not the caliber that would be my first preference however Rooms were clean, staff was professional Ashanti was exceptional! Our couches had stains, no big deal

They accommodated us when our AC unit was broken Continental breakfast, beautiful lobby Why three stars? Called our last night to simply request if it was possible for a late checkout Carl, the night attendant responds, “No” and after a brief silence says “no, no, no we are already booked, no” as though I was being scolded and he was aggravated about receiving the same request from other guests Poor customer service and soft skills When I was asked to sign a contract at check-in promising no parties and loud music and given a parking permit stating take all valuables out the car, that told me all I needed to know about the environment, the people that stay there and what staff has to deal with Nevertheless, that doesn’t exonerate staff from treating guests like second class nuances Do better Carl

Long but thorough!…Staff: EXCELLENT WonderfulCustomer Service Honestly best staff experience I’ve ever had…and I’ve stayed at lots of hotels, some very high end

They go above and beyond, even for my kids! So friendly!Breakfast: FABULOUS spread Had sausage, was only lacking bacon 😂 tons of choices and on the go options too Not skimping with generics, either EGGS MADE WITH CHEESE…Need I say more?!Room: No complaints about cleanliness; AC DEF WORKS! 😉 Housekeeping is nice, helpful and efficient when needed Comfy bed and pillows! And of course, the suite factor with a sectioned off living space + kitchenette is clutchPool & hot tub: Fine, does the trick Could use more seating and keeping up with stock of available “pooltowels” on a shelving unit, but that’s ok Can get loud, but that’s to be expected if an indoor poolFree (soft) chocolate chip cookies at the front desk, GOOD COFFEE always hot and available, easy parking… what else can I say?PS “The Green Turtle Bar & Grill” is an easy, short walk and fantastic food! Menu and food quality much better than any typical sports bar!

So my family and I needed a 2 night stay the price was more than I’d like but it was a weekend so 340 is about average The room was accommodating but there were plenty of noticeable stains on the mattresses and sheets

There is a complimentary breakfast but the Waffles were all burnt and stuck together in the plastic The milk was going bad because it was being held at a warmer temp than it should’ve been There was visible mold in the bathroom and due to lack of staff, we couldn’t get an extra blanket or pillow until the morning Our room had a pullout sofa with no dressings Not the worst hotel experience but Def could use some improvements The staff that was there was pleasant at check in and during the interim The manager did make a point to come up to check the toilet which wasn’t flushing so that was a plus I’d come back for the sake of convenience

This place is great! We stayed in the Farm House — the property is right on a Marina on the Chesapeake Bay There’s many amenities including; biking, kayaking, yard games, a pool, a restaurant, and breakfast every morning to name a few We visited Osprey Point Inn at the end of July, and the weather was very nice

It rained occasionally, but was very pleasant Would definitely recommend to couples, and/or small or large families (9 adults in our group)

Our new favorite place! It was our first visit for a birthday celebration We absolutely loved the waterfront ambiance with cozy fireplace and the food was incredible The chef prepared a delicious vegetarian dish for me

Everyone was also so friendly and professional We are down to the area on weekends from Philadelphia area and will definitely make this one of pur regular places!

We did not stay at the inn, we had dinner for four at the restaurant We had reservations We were seated at a round table that would’ve easily held at least eight people

Since there were only four of us, it made conversation very difficult The shrimp bisque was delicious My salmon was tasty but came out AFTER everybody else had nearly finished their entrées Our server admitted she had put in the wrong item Mistakes happen After dinner, we were given dessert menus and waited over 15 minutes for somebody to take our dessert orderI do understand that the restaurant was full and you have a limited number of servers, but at the prices you charge there needs to be improvement All this would’ve been acceptable except for the fact that we were seated by the back door on an extremely HOT evening The door was probably 2 1/2 to 3 feet from my right shoulder The bus girl went in and out that door probably 20 times (probably more) and left the door OPEN each time WHILE she was outside Each time, one of us at the table would get up and close the door! Next time she went out, she’d leave it open again! The manager even went outside and left the door open while she talked to a patron Meanwhile, we were blasted with hot air So ridiculous, not to mention what it does to your cooling costs It became a joke between us and the tables around us It’s a lovely setting and the food was good Our service was iffy The evening was just uncomfortable and we felt very disrespected Like I said before, mistakes happened and each one of these may have been acceptable and overlooked by us had they occurred in isolation Unfortunately, it was a quadruple whammy

Awesome stay! We missed our connection so got to spend an unexpected night in Baltimore and chose this hotel Our whole experience started off great when Chris the shuttle driver picked us up What an asset this man is to the hotel! Professional, cares about his job and his customers, just delightful! The lovely Camille checked us in

She too is super professional, genuine, and welcoming She too is a delight Another excellent asset to the organization Our room was comfy, good pillows, very comfortable bed, with both a microwave and refrigerator We had to leave too early to enjoy breakfast but the area is beautiful with 3 hot offerings being readied I highly recommend this hotel!

Water pressure and water temp were both great The hotel room was clean however the lamps outlets didn’t work at all, had to unplug them to plug in my chargerThe food prices are un-marked and the breakfast in the morning is not free

I thought they were confirming my room, but they were charging for breakfast

Joe Weessies

This is really two hotels in one HGI on the bottom floors and the suites on the upper floors Nothing free even breakfast anymore

Has a laundry and workout with pool but it’s crowded since two hotels Location was good for me Rooms clean quiet but not when you got kids running around and off course with the suites on the higher floors you get stomping I hate that but what can you do

One of the best stays at a Residence Inn that I have experienced in the past two years Excellent breakfast buffet every morning Every staff member was courteous and genuinely friendly

They even lowered my nightly rate when they noticed that I was paying a higher rate thru the online application that booked my reservation (who does that?)If you’re going to be staying anywhere near this area, stay HERE! You won’t find a better value for the money spent

Wanda Quarles

For the most part the hotel was nice I wish I had gotten the names of the 2 ladies at the front desk, they were so friendly There is one that works evenings and seems to have a problem with guests have a 4 pm checkout

I am a Titanium member and have earned it The 2 ladies that were nice had no problem giving it to me when requested This other one did when was requested before And when I was checking out, her comment to me was, “I didn’t know you had a 4 pm checkout” Not sure what what that was suppose to mean I had to make 2 trips to my car, I stopped at the desk to ask her to rekey my key, I am checking out with a 4 pm checkout and need to make sure I can get back in my room She did it and said, “you have 45 minutes” Umm excuse me Again I wish I had names I’d like to mention and I am usually good at that Just was busy The hotel was nice and clean

If I could give less than 1 star I would

MY family and I book a room advertised with fire place, dinning area the works looks great, come in and pay more than what was priced Now the room is not what was advertised, smaller, it’s a completely different room, the central air is out of service in the room they have a little roll around unit, no ice It’s absolutely nothing like it says I paid for or shown what I paid for The hotel is telling me too bad that’s bookingcom’s problem, so false advertising, fraud, over charged and too bad so sadI am beyond mad trip ruined everything I can do to make sure the world knows that Marriotts police is to let there be false advertising for their hotels and tell the customer oh well after they take your money No company no person that I know or know of will ever stay here again without them knowing what has happened to meno one

First off the app allowed me the option to quickly check in and checkout I loved the digital key feature on the app which allowed me to unlock the room door The hotel lobby was clean, the staff was friendly and the rooms were very nice

The room had hanging curtains that allowed you the option to divide the room The room had a kitchen with a standard size refrigerator, sink, dishwasher, large microwave, dishes and utensils You could even request a hot plate burner at the front desk if you wanted to cook I will definitely stay at the Home2 Suites by Hilton again

Kevin Monaghan

We cancelled a stay at another area location and chose this one instead The rooms are clean and comfortable and we experienced the front desk staff to be friendly and engaging Joy, in particular, is a true blessing and went above and beyond what could be reasonably expected at check-in to resolve a separate issue for us

She is terrific Travelling with a pet for the first time, we found this easy and convenient and the hotel is remarkably quiet, given it’s pet friendly policy Will definitely be back

Amazing hotel with a great staff! The breakfast bar was always well stocked Rooms were spotless The rooms are well thought out – all of them have a fridge, microwave, and dishwasher

You can request an induction plate from the front desk In addition, they have a great patio space with built in grills! One of the best hotels I have been to!

Terrible experience I checked in for 1 night around 8pm and had to be transferred to 3 different rooms until I was in a proper hotel room The first room looking horrific with brown liquid dripping from the ceiling onto a plastic covered bed

The second room didn’t have working A/C, to which the front desk said it’s been broken for awhile Finally made it to the 3rd room around 11pm and it was in working order Not really the night I was looking for after a long days travel Highly recommend NOT staying at this hotel This was simply unacceptable and I will be taking my complaints to corporate

Sabriya Ali

I enjoy my stay very friendly customer service was fabulous and the energy was amazingKeep up the fabulous job Yet l think they need to loosen up on the dress code I enjoy seeing colors l feel as though we’re in a place of being yourself but with professorism

So as long as l can see colors it bright my day

Seth Burke

Front desk staff told us it was cheaper to go online and book however the online booking was very glitchy and we ended up having to have the front desk staff check us in The three people in the back were feet up chatting and didn’t seem too concerned with helping us out Also had a smashed screen outside our window that looked like it had been there for a while

Room was comfy overall

We have stayed at this hotel every year when my husband has had appointments or surgeries at Johns Hopkins hospital This was the first time that we have felt that the quality of the hotel had gone down significantly as had the quality of the staff The beds were extremely uncomfortable and although we had requested it at check in, we never received housekeeping even once so after 5 days we had piles of trash in the room

Our comforter if you could call it that consisted of the dust ruffle that normally goes on a bed to hide the frame (see picture) and this was what they used as a blanket with a very thin duvet on top of this We asked for blankets at the front desk on our first day but they were never brought to us so we did not sleep comfortably during our entire visit They said they were shortOn blankets but would do their best The staff at the front desk was not downright rude but not friendly and they appeared bothered when we needed to ask them simple questions Although the location is convenient, we are going to look for another hotel to stay at during our monthly visits to Baltimore this coming year If you valet your car don’t expect the valet text service that they use to be working and you will not discover it to be broken until you arrive to pick up your car and find the valet person chatting on a couch instead of getting your vehicle This may or may not be their fault but a faulty text system is what they claim Upon check out I requested a copy of my bill and was told that it would be emailed to me so apparently getting a paper copy at check out was not an option When I did receive the copy of the bill I had been charged twice for valet on a given day which then necessitated a phone call to the hotel in order to get the $3500 charge reversed This was done promptly which I appreciated This has always been our go to hotel and it was sad to see it being managed like this A comfortable stay is a minimum requirement

Great staff, great location, room left MUCH to be desired So to be fair—we booked same day and the thought crossed my mind that we may have ended up with one of the “good enough” rooms that don’t get assigned unless they have to be Check in was great—Yvonne was super welcoming and helpful—confirmed that we asked for 4 extra pillows (our kids are pillow fiends) and off we went

The pillows never showed up (don’t know whose shoulders that falls on) Had trouble getting to the room as either our key card or the card reader in the elevator was messed up—seemed to be a bit of both When we got to the room I got the distinct feeling that something was off For starters, there weren’t 4 towel sets, the hotel-provided body wash was missing, there was missing flatware (which we later found dirty in the dishwasher) and there was coffee and a cup missing It felt like the room hadn’t been turned over since the last guest had stayed…except the trash was empty and the beds appeared clean It was unsettling, I’ll admit My husband told me I was being paranoid but I’m fairly certain the room hadn’t received the attention it was supposed to We tried to call down to the front desk but the phone wasn’t working and every time we hit the front desk button on it the line would ring and ring and then hang up on us There was no binder or info about the hotel in the room with an actual number listed for the front desk so we couldn’t call down either Not sure if that was because of covid or was just missing Not a big deal but would have been nice to have at least the TV channels listed so that we could more easily avoid content that wasn’t appropriate for our children Overall the room was somewhat run down Chipped furniture, wallpaper peeling, slow draining sink, melted spots on the carpet, linoleum in the kitchen peeling up…The couch was honestly dismal—the cushions so squashed that when you sat on it you ended up sitting on the front lip of the structure (both uncomfortable and made legs fall asleep) The first night (of the 2 we stayed) I cut my foot on a line of exposed carpet tacks between the kitchen and living space My husband flattened them with a coin and his shoe I did bring this (and the sink) to the attention of the front desk (after having to go down in person) and they offered to send someone up and we declined as we had fixed the tacks and didn’t care to have anyone working in the room Oddly there was no dish soap (but there was dishwasher powder)—so we ended up washing dishes with hand soap Just FYI there was no corkscrew in the room—I suppose you could request one but we were too lazy to fight the elevator (literally—the card reader worked about 50% of the time by the 10th try—we rode up and down almost every time we used it multiple times trying to get to the floor we wanted) to go to the front since we couldn’t call downParking is valet for $35 with in and out privileges or self parking for $25/day with no in and out privileges The garage for self park is attached to the hotel and can be reached from insideThe pool is actually in the Maryland Athletic Club, which is in the building complex They have an agreement to use the gym and pool Both are nicely equipped overall from an equipment standpoint—-the pools were clean (have seen better days from a coating standpoint) It’s salt water based instead of chlorine, so not as harsh The kids are only allowed in the splash pool, which is heated to probably 85 degrees and max depth is 45 feet, minimum depth is 3 feet and it’s a stairway entry There is a lap pool that is much cooler water and a larger pool that has a sloped entry that adults and teens can use There is also a hot tub The locker rooms are well equipped with a sauna, showers (with soap and shampoo/conditioner) and a suit spinner You have to take your hotel key and photo ID with you to gain access and have to have shoes on until the locker room They provide pool towels You have to shower before getting in the pool (locker room or pool deck)

The staff was nice, our other hotel canceled on us last minute and we were able to get a room here, the room was nice but there was a weird red stain on the carpet outside the bathroom, everything was fine until it was time to leave and Valet lost our car keys We’re currently waiting for someone to drive 5 hours to bring us a spare key Awful experience
