Very comfy bed Pillows were the best we’ve ever slept on while travelingQuite a bit of light at night but I always travel with an eye mask so it didn’t bother me

It was very quietJust an overnight stay so can’t comment on kitchen setup but water bottles provided were appreciatedTransitional area so we didn’t want to have the luggage that was accidentally grabbed at the airport left outside the door but an easy walk to Sloan’s Lake, Odell Brewery and The Patio, all of which we love

“The Perry” on Perry St in Denver was excellent! The apt was in a good location , very convenient and accessible The apt was clean and well stocked! The parking was good! I was in for a nice surprise when I had laundry to do

However, I am familiar with Denver and knew exactly where “The Perry” is located Folks, remember this is close to Downtown Denver and it does come with “big city” living So, “stay woke” Thank you Kasa for the pleasant experience I will be using your service again and again!

Pete Maniaci

Good location with quick access to downtown Also plenty of walkable dining options Close to Meow Wolf, as well

The layout is a little weird with the bed in a nook and TV over your head but it totally worked for our 2 night stay The kitchen had almost everything you might need, except for a wine bottle opener The knives were horrible Hopefully you won’t need to cut anything Parking is behind the building Although I miss the personal interaction of a front desk person or attendant, their “virtual” front desk did answer questions quickly

We arrived early Our room was not ready The communication was great to let us know and they were able to hold our bags while we went out to grab lunch

When we returned the employees remembered us and brought our belongings out before we even got up to the counter We had a great conversation with Cherish who I believe is the manager (or one of them) She was super informative, polite, kind, genuine, and clearly put forth amazing efforts to make this hotel the experience it is for us The dedication she has to ensuring every visitor has a great experience was clearly visible and noticed They gave us directions to places without seeming annoyed or like they had 1000 other things to do or other people to help The staff was impressive for a lack of more description Location is great and so many places to walk to from here I would 100% stay here on my next visit Love, love, love the positive energy in this building!!

We loved almost everything about this hotel and we will stay againThe location is excellent! Easy to get to both Denver and places like Red rocks and GoldenOur kitchen wasn’t cleaned or stocked when we got there; stuff was in the fridge from the previous person and crumbs on the table

One glass and no regular coffee Not a huge deal at all Some things in the room could use updating, but still very comfortable and spaciousOur only complaint was the broken pool heater and the breakfast clerk She was too gruff and started removing food the second the clock said breakfast was over We were afraid to ask for refills of milk because she was rather snappy A little customer service training would be helpful for herOtherwise, this a perfect for your family visit to Denver!

Kevin Granato

Definitely the best place to stay if your coming for a vacation So close to everything downtown without the traffic and congestion Located right in the middle of an awesome shopping center with all kinds of restaurants and shops

Perfect if you want to visit downtown every day or take trips to Boulder, Colorado Springs, or the mountains Free breakfast is a plus too! Parking is a little tight, but we never had an issue finding a spot Rooms and staff are great too!

The hotel staff was very personable, genuine, friendly, professional and kind When we checked in, Mallory made observations and commented on then to strike friendly conversation and her service was efficient The rooms were clean and very comfortable

We slept good, though they’re were indents from the mattress use The housekeepers said good morning to us, and told us to take our time They just wanted us to know they were next door so there might be some noise We are breakfast on the restaurant and man oh man were those pancakes with molasses butter quite divine! The buffet was good and the food tasted fresh There was no fruit Highly recommend the pancakes We will be back another time I would refer this hotel to my closest friends and family Thank you for your hospitality, service, and extension to make us welcome

Debra Nelson, Psy.D.

We stayed at this property for a vacation and had a wonderful time The apartment was spacious, clean, and in a nice location in the city The pool was on the smaller side, but workable

It was all 4ft deep except for a neat area that was 1ft deep with lounge chairs in the water The gas grills were clean, and the outdoor gas fire pits were great! There was a really nicely appointed gym on the property, and even a Starbucks coffee/cocoa machine outside of our room The facility was pretty quiet— though on weekend days you could hear people by the pool (our room looked out over the pool) Parking was in a secure underground garage We had a small issue with the air conditioning, and they came out on a holiday to fix it and also bring us a portable unit in case we needed it Superb service— we would stay with the Kasa brand again

Victoria Eddy

We had a wonderful experience with Kasa Denver This was a perfect location in the city and we were able to get around to the fun places downtown within a 10-15 min walk This is right across the street from a park so there was lots of people out and about walking their dogs

We felt very safe in this location Our room was very clean and nice Large king size bed, one TV in the living room and one in the bedroom Large bathroom and the kitchen was a good size too They had a dishwasher and a washer and dryer in the unit as well The customer service was excellent here Anytime we called they answered and helped us within minutes Our garage door opener didn’t work the first time and we got a new one from the property manager not even 5 minutes later I would suggest taking the key pass that is on the lanyard with you when you leave so you don’t have to deal with the key pass code entering the building or in the elevator It was much quicker that way and we could enter from any part of the building then The only thing I would say could improve is how dry the room was The sheets were very staticky and dry so we popped them back in the dryer with a lot of dryer sheets and that helped Overall excellent experience and would stay here again as well as recommend others staying here

Julie Lee

I stayed here for three weeks while my daughter attended a treatment facility It was a little pricier than other places we could have stayed, and was a little bit further of a drive, but it worked out great for several reasons It had a cool vibe, I felt a bit like a local staying here

Close to the park, walking distance of grocery and restaurants etc It was comfortable, the bed was comfy, it had a pretty decent kitchen, and good closet and bathroom storage as well as washer and dryer We enjoyed the pleasant view of the mountains and pool from our terrace My daughter loved seeing all of the friendly dogs and tenants each time we got on the elevator or went to grab a Starbucks coffee or coco from the free dispenser on our floor While getting the feel of being a local was cool, remember it is not a hotel with daily cleaning or refills on dish detergent or garbage bags etc Each time I needed help with something I was able to text Kasa and get almost an immediate and friendly answer Thanks Kasa!

Poor management, and if you ask for water because there was none in the refrigerator to buy, you might be ok, as long as you’re not interrupting them scrolling through their phone or maybe you’ll get a lecture on the water fountain around the cornerIf you stay here be aware that the exterior lower back door doesn’t close

I Tried to pull it shut but it is bent at the top hinge Even when management is clearly aware (they post signs letting you know not to prop open the door for security reasons) of the broken door How would you know they are aware of the door out back not shutting?? Because this is the door that they exit to take their smoke breaks, including the manager Shown here angrily yelling at me as I’m taking this pictureI’ve stayed here over 50 nights in the last year and half and there has never been a worse person managing this building

I can’t say enough good things about our hosts, Judy and Dennis! They are the sweetest The house is super cute and I could have sat on the front porch talking with Dennis for hours! The room was just adorable, very clean, the bed comfortable, the shower was hot and the breakfast ❤️ Breakfast felt like summers at my Grannies house with everyone around the table telling stories and loving every minute of every day

If you’re ever in Golden, this is a must stay! It’s literally 2 blocks from the Coors Brewery and just below Lookout Mountain I will be staying again if I’m ever in Golden!

Justin Trout

Everything about our stay exceeded our expectations The room was gorgeous, clean and comfortable The staff was incredibly warm and welcoming, the location was phenomenal (close to everything but quiet and tucked away), and the breakfast was delicious

Waking up to the smell of breakfast cooking was an unexpected plus The value was fantastic We’ll happily stay here again!

Sarah Freeman

This Bed & Breakfast is fantastic! The location is perfect and is within walking distance of all kinds of restaurants, shops, the Coors factory, and many beautiful hiking trails The rooms were beautiful, decorated with quilts made by the hostess herself Breakfast each morning was different, but it had qualities of a 5 star restaurant and the comfort of a home cooked meal

The owners are just amazing people They told us about all the different things that we could do in Golden, CO and they just helped make our trip as memorable as it could be

We stayed here for several days while we were preparing to move into our condo We had a few issues and needed to extend our stay and the hotel was great to work with The staff was excellent

Our room was everything we needed and the pet policy was greatly appreciated! They also had an excellent breakfast It is conveniently located to everything you need in downtown Definitely recommend this hotel

Lauren M

Really enjoyed this hotel The rooms are nice and clean The breakfast is fresh

My husband said it didn’t have enough protein but I liked it! The front desk staff offered great selections for dinner (go try Cuba Cuba) and the location is really convenient We rented lime electric bikes and drove those everywhere We didn’t have to use our car until we left I’d definitely stay here again

B Pinegar

The hotel itself was perfectly adequate Rooms and beds are comfortable and clean The breakfast was decent- as one reviewer mentioned, the parfait bar is excellent

Gym has a good amount of equipment It’s well locatedThe noise is what caused me to downgrade my rating Odd number rooms face the parking garage, and even dual paned windows were not enough to drown out the revving cars and yelling at 2am The hotel staff kindly moved me to an outside facing room, which was great the 1st night, but then the 2nd night the house just below my window started building a patio and metal structure (pictures attached) at midnight and continued through the whole rest of the right Who does that!?!? Technically not the hotel’s fault, but being kept awake two of three nights did not make for a pleasant weekend

Rachel McQuestion

My room was large, spacious, and cozy The only problem I had is that my AC did not actually get the room cold, but it was cool enough for me to sleep comfortably The rest of the hotel is maintained beautifully and they were very helpful with any requests

Location is very close to so many things making downtown Denver extremely walkable

Impressive Stuff

The lobby area was nice and spacious, but my room was rather basic for the price I paidStaff were very friendly! There was a pool but only two lanes Hot tub on the terrace was no where to be found – I followed the sign but the door was locked even during opening hours (after 5am)

This hotel still supplies shower gel and shampoo, etc in small plastic bottles, which is very plastic intensive and not environmental I think this should be changed to refilled bottles on the wall like many other hotels have done

Truman Groves

This is a fantastic hotel Stay here every time I am in Denver, and I will continue to stay here every time I am in DenverAmazing service, great amenities, comfortable rooms, and a wonderful location

Walking distance to the convention center is a huge plusAll the valet team is absolutely amazing as well Everyone is so helpful, always going above and beyond, even when not paying for valet servicesCan’t recommend this hotel enough

Absolutely Terrible It was filthy My 9mo had black knees from crawling

The toilets has hairs all over it There were mystery stains on the walls The room was cramped and most of the furniture damaged The windows wouldn’t lock and there were sketchy people outside When the AC kicked on you could smell Marijuana Lots of loud traffic noise at night We stayed here 2 nights, it was almost $300 a night just awful

Friendly and accommodating staff I arrived for a two night stay two weeks ago, and due to travel plans I would be arriving earlyMost places won’t allow you to check-in until the afternoon at the earliest

They were able to accommodate my early morning check-in without issue I really appreciate this and I will be back!If you are looking for a solid place to stay in downtown Denver this is the spot

Chris Clabo

Our trip started out great with an awesome check in with Norma, the only good part of our stay From there we had nonstop issues with our room Over our 6 night stay they came to our room 3 different times to “fix” the thermostat

On the 3rd time we were told to “just don’t touch it” because if we do it won’t work anymore It never worked in the first place Then they refused to move us to a new room But the icing on the cake was on our check out day The hotel general manager, Brad Leonard, came by to knock and check if we were out of the room yet, which is fine Rather then walking into the room to check or even ask us if we brought a dog he just walks away Then proceeded to go back to his office and charge me a pet fee for our entire stay No we did not have a dog/pet in our room at any point during our stay When I got the bill I called and spoke with him and he began to call me a lair and say he heard a dog in our room when he knocked on our door I had to defend myself to a clearly sneaky, incompetent, and deceitful Hotel General Manager I would have hung up or talked to someone hire up but unfortunately he is it After arguing with Brad Leonard for 20 min the best he could do is just refund the pet fee After being called a liar and deceitfully being charged and extra fee, I felt they/he should have done more If in the first place he would have just simply ask, excuse me do you have a pet inside I would have happily showed him the entire room Putting his questions at ease showing NO ANIMALS But nope, he went the other way with the situationI am beyond disappointed and will never suggest this hotel to anyone Nor will I ever stay there againDO NOT STAY AT THIS HOTEL!!!

This place is Awesome! Not only did I stay here once when I traveled to Denver, I lodged at this establishment for a second time Arlisa customer service is exceeding, there’s never been a moment where she hasn’t showed me great hospitality! She has gone out of her way numerous times to make sure the customer stay is Amazing and I appreciate that! Also Jake is a great individual with it being my first time in Denver he was knowledgeable about things to do in the area and at the hotelI only have three issues that should be addressed:The pillows there are way to soft, I normally had to stack pillows on pillows to get that comfort that I was looking for

The lighting in the rooms could be a lot brighter

Don’t forget to use ʜoᴛᴇʟʙoʟʟʏᴄᴏm when booking a room This website will compare countless booking websites and normally will have rates a lot cheaper compared to others! Thank me later! This hotel is one of the best in this area

I’ve been staying here for years If you stay for a few days you for sure will love it I’m sure!We were greeted with complimentary wine and beverages and the friendliest staff! Our room was clean and very nice Completely updated while preserving the historic charm The front desk texts you so that you have a contact to text anytime you need anything Will 100% stay again!! (Fluid Coffee Shop downstairs is wonderful also)

I was surprised to see this described as a luxury hotel The room was not very clean and it smelled bad The kitchen and bathroom floors were sticky, the bath tub was discolored, and the bathroom fixtures were outdated

However, the bed was comfy and it was quiet at night The staff was also friendly and helpful It was nice having the separate living space, especially since I was working from the hotel room It was fine for a night But not sure I’d stay again

Caesar Blanco

Nothing to write home about

I spent days researching different hotels for a romantic stay-cation for my wife and I, and the Magnolia APPEARED to offer the right atmosphere But honestly, it is just a business hotel A place for business men and women to stay when they are Denver The views on the 11th floor are blah, and the sound proofing of the outside is non existing Upon reserving the room I specifically asked for extra pillows and blankets, and there were no extra in our room What we did find when we entered our $300 + (+ $50 a day parking) a night room was blah It seems that once you leave the Lobby, everything begins to show its age and lack of care The elevators are vintage, but the graffiti, scratches, and filth are plenty new The hallways are fine, but definitely could use some love and care The rooms are so outdated, and Care given to the upkeep of their fixtures is ridiculous for the style of hotel they present themselves to be Next time I will spend a few extra bucks and go to the Brown Palace

Cool vibes Friendly staff Nice rooms! I am staying in a four bed room(2 bunk beds)

The decor is nice and the mattress is extremely comfortable There are two lockers under the bed that takes the full length of the bed There are personal outlets to charge your devices, a small shelf, light and a fan! Privacy curtains I have a nice view of Coors Stadium ✌🏾 The showers are nice and clean Reasonably priced and the location is on the heart of downtown Denver I will definitely stay again no question😁

The room that we had was very spacious and the facilities were decent There were a few things that didn’t work optimally, for example the automatic night shades near the bed didn’t go all the way down, which led in light, in a few areas of wallpaper repealing The sink didn’t necessarily drain quickly

Similarly some of the microwave was not exactly set up properly However when it comes down to what was offered, which is the room and more importantly the beds, this was fine with ample bed space that was well kept I will say that with the recent pandemic, it is somewhat frustrating that you have to request your bed to be made in advance and the garbage to be taken out daily, though this appears to be a nationwide trend The breakfast was passable in the sense that there was food, though this was not a lavish breakfast with the bare minimum foods offered The space itself downstairs for dining and lounging was fantastic The gym in pool we’re also great Overall, I would not mind staying here again, though there is some room for improvement

The rooms are huge!! The view is amazing!!The hotel is beautiful and the fireplace makes it cozy!I love the breakfast! So much better than other hotels The best part is how great the staff is They are friendly and helpful

I recommend this hotel if you want to stay right in the heart of Denver with all the great things at this hotel!

I’d like to start by saying my initial check in seemed a bit unfriendly, as well as an interaction with an older gentleman seeming a bit unfriendly as well When he saw us trying to use our key to gain access to the elevator he seemed a bit demeaning as if we were being stupid Otherwise the room was clean enough and very comfortable! Location seems great, yet has no parking on site, 43 bucks for pavilion parking for overnight seemed a bit steep, yet may be normal as I don’t often use parking garages

The breakfast was pretty darn good and I can’t say enough how lovely the staff in the morning was that was doing breakfast, they were more than friendly! Overall a good experience yet seemed to lack the small things that make it a 5 star experience

What a great hotel The prices are fantastic even during peak travel in the summer I had a fantastic week here

The breakfast salad and changes every dayIt’s an acquired are part of Denver so it’s easy to sleep if you’re not from a cityThe staff is really nice and seemingly available 24/7

I originally gave this establishment a low score and scathing review, but the management managed to track down my lost belongings and is overnighting them to me I did enjoy my time with this establishment overall They’re understaffed, so it can take some time to get your room serviced, but everyone is very nice

As a minor note, I was also a bit surprised by the $15/day parking fee, given that this hotel is located nowhere near anything important and if you don’t have a vehicle, you’re basically screwed, so please factor that cost in when booking

I stayed at TownePlace Suites for a week and accidentally left some items (headphones and gym clothes) behind after checkout I called the hotel a few hours after checkout and they fetched the items from my room, took down my credit card details, and assured me that they would mail my items back to meA week later, I hadn’t received my items so I called the hotel for a status update

The front desk attendant said that they tried to mail my items back to me but didn’t write down my credit card details correctly so they were unable to pay for mailing I was alarmed that no one called me to ask for my credit card details again but remained positive because the hotel was offering to help return my items I provided them with my credit card details again and waitedAnother week went by with no status update I called the hotel again and the staff had no knowledge of my missing items They promised to investigate and get back to meAnother week passed and no one reached out to me I inquired again and the manager said they spoke to a few people who knew about my lost items but now they were unable to find the package that they intended on mailing back to me The manager asked me to prepare an itemized list of my lost items along with receipts so that they could reimburse me I prepared the list and shared it but haven’t heard from the manager in over a weekI’ve called and emailed a few times and now I’m fairly confident I’m being intentionally ghosted by the manager of the hotel I brought this series of events up to the parent company (Marriott Bonvoy) and no one has followed up with me In total I’ve called the hotel 14 times in the past month and sent numerous emails I understand if the items were lost or taken but I’m particularly frustrated by the lack of response and responsibilityOverall, it’s a good hotel but the customer service I’ve had post-checkout makes me never want to stay at this hotel or any others affiliated with it

Amazing waffles the staff had poor attitude towards me double charging lack of communication w each other and a real disorganized mess the general manager was condescending and rude I was there for over 3 weeks never once late to pay yet treated below The expectation in the stair Nutter of Marriott I’ve stayed with Marriott for a long time now and I’m an ambassador which is the highest ranking level that they have in their membership and I have never been treated as poorly as I was at this hotel the night shift lady had asked every single one of my guess what their name was who they were why they were there what room they were in and told him that they cannot stay all night and they had to go to the front to leave I paid $130 minimum a night so times that times 21 do you really think I should be treated like that she has no idea what she was doing and when I asked for a queen comforter she told me that she would not give me one and she use the dirty one on my clean sheets that happened to me several times I was unable to get a comforter what kind of hotel is this is a super super eight I think even they have cleaner and more comforters in this hotel that I paid quite a bit for I like Marriott and I’ve been loyal for a reason I do not like this place garbage the only person that was nice to me was one younger lady what works on the desk that’s new Kayla kudos to her for being friendly down to earth and actually understanding all the rest either overcharged me double charged me were rude to me or rude to my guess I will no longer be visiting this facility again and I don’t recommend that you do either there’s plenty of other places to go I’m sure there’s a Hilton across the street

We were excited to be staying in a Marriott for an entire week this May We arrived and we’re greeted by kind staff It wasn’t until we got into the room that we started finding issues

The room was dirty, hair on the floor in the bathroom, makeup on one of the towels hung in the bathroom, the bathtub wouldn’t really drain and they somehow ran out of pillows We arrived late so it was the following morning my husband talked to a staff member The lady at the front desk was rude and unhelpful She wouldn’t look up from her phone for more than 3 seconds and she kept making excuses for the mess of the room and why they didn’t have pillows We witness staff laying on beds when they were there to clean the rooms and they turned our water off for over an hour without warning When I talked to another staff member about getting pillows she immediately went into a room and said it was full of pillows which leads me to believe the original front desk woman was too lazy to get them The hotel was under construction which was inconvenient and I wish they would have listed that on the website when booking The pool and gym were closed due to construction The breakfasts ladies were kind and food was decent for being prepackaged Overall unless they do an overhaul on their staff I wouldn’t recomendable staying here

While the hotel certainly needs a facelift, I can say the customer service provided was far and beyond most places I have been Matthew at the front desk went absolutely above and beyond for my cousin and I during our stay and I sincerely wish every hotel I went to had their own Matthew Every other staff member we encountered was also excellent, from the service men to the breakfast attendant, everyone was helpful, pleasant, and genuinely wonderful to speak with

So, if you are looking for a 5-star luxury hotel, this is not your spot, however, if you are looking for comfortable accommodations with outstanding service, this is your place

Rebecca Lewis

This hotel is just gross Cigarette butts outside the room in the sidewalk, linen and trash cans sitting on the sidewalks Location is decent, walking distance to a up and coming area

We were awoken multiple times with loud people – walls are paper thin I would not stay here ever again and Marriott needs to shut it down and clean it up

Damian Coggshall

I’m not one to write reviews but after becoming a marriott bonvoy member and staying at this hotel I feel compelled to do so The only reason this hotel is getting two stars is because the room was okay and the employee working breakfast was friendly Other than that, my wife and I were glad we didn’t have to spend too much time at the hotel

Upon check in we were asked if we would like to receive housekeeping services every other day We said yes We stayed five days and did not have our room cleaned once After asking for housekeeping again on our third day we were told that we could put our dirty towels in a bin and bring new towels to our room I did not pay $922 for a 5 day stay to do what I could do at home We also ran out of body wash which we had to ask for more at the front desk Although the breakfast was complimentary, it was nothing to write home about We stuck to prepackaged cereal and stale muffins The coffee was decent Anytime we asked the staff questions about housekeeping etc They didn’t seem to know how to help us Unfortunately, we will not be returning to this hotel We are hoping for better Marriott experiences in the future

Garbage in the hall when we checked into our room, still there in the morning We weretold there are no housekeeping services available during our stay A single coffee cup, one bowl and one glass…hardly a well appointed room

The pictures show a lovely fire pit area to enjoy in the evenings, it’s a very small enclosed courtyard with a couple of uncomfortable chairs and lots of highway noise Called the front desk to express my disappointment, was told a manager would call me back, which did not happen As a Bonvoy member, this is not what I have come to expect from a Marriott, huge disappointment

Matthew Mcgregor – DNR

Stayed here to get away for a night and take the kids to the pool and hot tub Only problem, no hot tub even though some sites say there is one and there’s signs all over the hotel saying there is one They provided complimentary water bottles, which was nice, but by the time we went to grab some for the night, they were out

Left a note saying they would re-stock it the next day but never did The breakfast was a joke They hardly offer anything, no fruit, no pastries, no bread Some cheap hotel eggs and sausages and a few boxes of cereal was about all they offered They were completely out of coffee by 8:00am I think this place is overpriced for what you get

Douglas Pakiela

Please avoid staying here until they update the hotel to modern Marriott standardsThe rooms are outdated and the ones on the first floor have a bad smell Their TVs are prob 15 years old and barely function

Our first room had broken furniture and lamps were missing lampshades I asked for a quiet safe room since we were traveling with an infant and we had to switch out of our room immediately because it was unclean and the AC had been running and it was 60 degreesThe lobby market was out of almost everything Their is no ice on the upper floors They filled in their hot tub so that is gone and I couldn’t even get a lid to fit my coffee in the morning at breakfast… These are not the Marriott standards that I have experienced at all other locations Unfortunately this is the worst Marriott I have stayed at
