The hotel was clean and you could tell it’s a new build maybe several years old because the rooms were nice and the furniture was well taken care of The hotel itself was very clean and the staff was very helpful and friendly We were only there for one night but everything went pretty well

The only issue we encountered was when the shower doors got loose and fell on my mom when she was trying to get into the shower We reported it to the hotel staff at check out and hopefully it was fixed

There are cheaper hotels in Vegas, but you get what you pay for This one is worth every penny Clean, modern, comfortable and convenient

Nice outdoor pool, amazing breakfast Lots of hotels offer hot breakfast with waffles, but they offer topping and whipped cream Latonya did a fantastic job of keeping it replenished, and was cheerful and friendly She definitely made us feel welcomeThey also offer a sort of happy hour with snacks on Wednesday eveningThis is a hotel you won’t regret

Amy Denney

Very clean, nice hotel Rooms are spacious and with attractive furnishings Staff was friendly

Some minor issues…better overhead lighting in the bedroom would be nice, perhaps for each bed? Breakfast was decent, not great but I’ve had worse I didn’t like that some of it was removed by 9:57 when I went in for breakfast which was supposed to be out until 10:00My main issue – the mattresses sit on some sort of metal box Every single time I would move in my bed, I would hear metal grinding sounds Like metal on metal Super loud I tried not to wake up my daughter as we were there for her soccer tournament, so I had to turn over super carefully while I was sleeping – which did not make for a good rest! I’ve never heard a bed quite like that

The Signature Towers are fantastic But, and it’s a big but, the walk to the convention buildings or The District (Food), is for the young and healthy The Casino is even futher

The value is an exceptional room which is way cheaper than the MGM GrandValet parking is free vice over $25 a day If you come in late you run the risk of it being full and your directed to the self parking lot at the Grand (unless you’re handicapped) If you’re old like me, a 45-60 trekFor the money, an outstanding value

Moon S

The music in the lobby was entirely too loud Their were guest screaming and yelling in the hall at 2am The hotel staff didn’t stop it when I called and complained

Their often isn’t staff available at the check in desk to ask questions The elevator will not let you go to other floors for ice or snacks The room was beautiful and large I just wish I jad a better experience with the staff and my experience in general

Wow I must say that I really enjoyed my stay here It’s not as nice as Hilton Grand vacations but was still a very nice room overall The room was SUPER CLEAN and the carpet was spotless!!!!! This room had washer and dryer, patio, spa tub, and evenA cute little fireplace

The grounds are well kept and the offices are really nice!! I would stay here again and definitely recommend!!!

Valerie Alfonso

Lovely quiet location, off the strip but the have around the hour shuttle to take you to the strip The room was big, clean, with fridge, microwave, toaster, coffee maker and utensils Do smell a little like Marijuana even though is a non-smoking room (don’t think the prior residents were following rules 🤔) I don’t mind it but I had to fabreeze it

I don’t want to be charged extra Besides that the place is very nice, good staff n quiet I will recommend

We stayed at this resort a few years ago and enjoyed the suite We are a family with 4 kids and the convenience of having two rooms, two baths and a sofa bed for our two littles is too much to pass This is a more comfortable stay than a hotel on the strip

While you don’t get the noise of hotel guests stumbling down the hallway at all hours of the morning, this hotel does have a couple minor issuesFor starters, we are lucky that our two girls are 7 years old using the sofa bed, they are not comfortable In fact out of the 4 hotels we staid in with a sofa bed, these were the worse They are in stupid need of upgrading the mattressesThe second issue is that for anyone staying in a main level unit, beware the unit above You will hear footsteps and just about everything that is dropped above youThis aside, we will be returning and we strongly recommend this location We manages to snag up a deal on it as it was close to a last minute booking and we are glad we managed to stay here againThe nice; clean well equipped units, clean pool area and resort grounds, friendly staffWould be nice if a breakfast was offered, even if it were just a grab and goNot giving it full stars because of the two issues mentioned With any luck, we will see you guys again in a couple of years

Randi M. (RJM)

2 bedroom, 2 bathrooms with kitchen Living room snd a deck was very comfortable for our stay to visit family member in the hospital Pools including adult only were very nice

Free shuttle to strip was efficient and helpful Staff was friendly Exceeded our expectations at a very reasonable rate Did not miss staying on the Strip Much quieter and spacious!

Jeje Love

Family and I enjoyed our stay Upon entering the unit it was cool and refreshing Both rooms were clean and the beds were extremely soft

Location was quiet, and very inviting Great customer service, the oven was not working, but we texted the front desk and received an immediate response Oven was fixed within 20 minutes I like the idea of the two pools Family/kid pool and adult pool if you are looking for quiet time

We came here because we had such a good experience when we came a few years back At that time we were taken care of by a wonderful hospitable employee and the room was incredible This time we asked to upgrade the room so we had more space for our small children as we had a long drive and they needed room to expel energy

We were charged for the upgrade at full price of the room – meaning we basically paid for an upgraded room and a basic king We were asked if we wanted a remodeled room or not for an additional fee We opted for an upgraded room When we got to the room we were disappointed to find it was not cleaned and unidentified liquids all over the tables and walls The bathrooms smelled as though they had been backed up for a week We tried to give our kids a bath and the water wouldn’t heat up We called and were told the engineer would come up and take a look at it -this was around midnight After waiting for a short time we decided it might be best to avoid staying up all night and request a new room When we called again we were told we weren’t being patient enough and that we needed to wait longer When we asked for the new room they said they would not change the room unless the engineer deemed ours unworkable We turned on the water again and waited until the engineer arrived about 45 minutes after the first call Within 5 minutes of his arrival the water finally began to heat up and we were told to stay in our room Expect to wait 45 minutes for your water to heat before being able to take a shower We were disappointed in the service provided and the standard of guest treatment they have from their employees -I will admit after the second call I was not at my best due to our long drive, how late it was, upset children and the status of our room As a guest I had expected a clean room, a room that didn’t smell like a sewer and functional hot water within a reasonable amount of time (45 minutes did not seem reasonable to me) we were disappointed to have paid an additional room price, and get the room we got with the service provided Wish we could be refunded but that’s as big a dream as wishing we never stayed hereOn the positive side we were not directly on the strip

This hotel, prior to the hitting of Covid was a great place to be at, especially when the float parade took place above the casino The parade was stopped and according to one employer, the parade may never return due to new ownership of the Rio by the Caesar’s groupThe hotel rooms were nice, though the mini-bars have disappeared, and the furniture seemed rather dated

The price of the rooms was fantastic though it is hard to swallow the nearly $40 per night resort feesWith the right mindset this place can be really hopping again, and a great destinationThe show WOW was exactly that: WOW!! Great show that you could take your young kids, perhaps as young as 5 to it The price of drinks in the show will leave your wallet much lighter though sadlyAll in all, I hope Caesar’s will continue to make this a great place again! It was worth the money to stay there!

Iman Iranpoormobareke

This hotel has so much potential The rooms are nice, spacious, and have really amazing views However the quality feels lacking compared to some of the other hotels

No mini fridge, no coffee pot, and the room had some plumbing issues The grounds were awesome So much to do in the hotel The casino was great Friendly staff, fun environment, and clean I wish it was a little more updated

We are not sure how this hotel is considered a part of the Summerlin community due to its proximity of the actual Summerlin locationThe rooms by far have been the cleanest we have stayed at over the course of our world travelsThe staff was friendly, courtesy and helpful

except for 1 person I am not sure if you were part of the hotel staff or a parking lot security enforcement officer on breaksitting at the front deskWhen you are working with the public, try and be helpful, not confrontational The guest are the reason you have a job that provides you with a salary

Chuck Mays

I went to place needing a place to stay again while waiting for my new home to be ready I choose the suite with the King size bed, and sleeper sofa Immediately I knew the stay wasn’t going to be good

The bathroom was dirty with mold on the bathroom shower fixtures, carpeting had several stains, the mattress in the sofa bed was stained and falling apart To be fair the staff addressed everything except for stains in the carpeting The hotel is short staffed, band doing the best they can, but the room was not ready to have guests stay in it I hope they will do better because the setup of the suite wasn’t bad

I have been coming here for a very long time If you stay for a few days you for sure won’t be let downAttentive and friendly staff, clean rooms, just enough off the strip to make it perfect for families I highly recommend this hotel! We left two expensive sleep number pillows behind and they were kind enough to mail them immediately to us because we live out of state Wonderful experience!

Coarse towelsSingle ply toilet paperNo shaving cream available, terrible quality shaving cream “samples”

No shuttle serviceCard readers have difficulty scanning room cardsWalls and windows are thin; easy noise transmissionNo pool available; maintenance, no warning about that prior to the tripShampoo scent was tea tree (didn’t like it) while body wash and conditioner was a nice lemon scent; even after asking the front desk to fix it

35 stars The double suite was spacious

Seven of us were able to stay comfortably The maintenance folks were helpful, which is great as we had to have them come at least four times Things were relatively clean and quiet The gym was too warm, but we were glad to have it there It was nice to be able to stay off strip and have kitchen facilities for the week

MARILYN Robinson

Can’t share much, because I stayed in my apartment the whole time! One bedroom was spacious and the kitchen was well equippedThe king size bed was very comfortable Living room furniture was sturdy, comfortable, boasting ageless fabric and style

As far as timeshares go they weren’t as pushy Front desk folks were friendly

Lay-Lay Johnson

Thee worst experience in Las Vegas, Nevada From the front desk to the room The hallways are nasty, windows need cleaning, elevators stink and are dirty

I had to use a napkin every time I stepped outside the room I always sanitize the rooms down with Clorox wipes but had to extra clean the room because it was as if housekeeping never came in Constant cigarette and weed smoke coming up in our room Managers were aware of our disabilities and didn’t care This place really remind me of where the filmed The Good Times Really looks creepy Oh, something bit me on my thigh the first night Do not recommend Go to Club Wyndham You will get your money’s worth Very clean and excellent customer service

Christine McCullough

It was ok I was here for a business trip and, at the time of booking I was happy with the price and location to where I needed to be for my work there The room is very spacious, quiet, clean, and my view was awesome

The door to my room couldn’t shut from the inside unless I slammed my hip into it with all my force, or used all my might to pull it shut from the outside My last night there, there was no water to my room at all There wasn’t a number to call to ask about it anywhere listed in my room No one answered the number listed for them on Google so I had to go down to the lobby late at night to find an empty lobby counter and a sign for a different number to call I called and the lady said the water might be back on in maybe 2 hours and didn’t express any empathy as to how disruptive no water all night would be to their guest Customer service goes a long way in general, but especially in a city that has literally thousands of other hotels to choose from I do not feel inclined to stay here again when I come back Their bag retrieval kiosk wasn’t working when I went to use it my first night The outside bag drop guys were great though Only other issue was one of my sinks was clogged and drained very very slowly I read another review that this place is a bit outdated, and it’s true I didn’t take advantage of the kitchen appliances besides the fridge, which was leaking inside, but that kitchen area was a nice feature

I. Sahagun

We booked suite for 4 days So far Horrible customer service, the most basic appliance has not worked since we arrived

the microwave Day two and Nobody seems to know anything and wants to blame someone elseso unprofessional We are hoping they replace the microwave The price does not match the service We got the pen house suite and and the fact that we don’t have trash bags which is something so basic and kept calling house keeping which is taking forever In addition the valet parking is horrible! They don’t have enough parking so be prepared to park at MGM and then walk back and hopefully you get refunded $1500 for parking at MGM And if you are lucky to get valet parking at the hotel please plan accordinglyit takes like 30 minutes to 45 minutes to get your car They only have a few valet drivers Extremely understaffed The only positive is the view from the balcony is nice and the balcony is huge

M Osiris

Room the we got with bookingcom was greatBig, clean, nice view and all amenities that one needs

The checking on the other hand took 25 minutes (no joke) While i was the first person in line Only 2 employess ware at the register, each with a customer already and that took 25 minutes Insane and just poorAlso the walk to the district takes you through a labyrinth of shops and a casino floor, there is no direct wayBut again the room made it up for it in my case

Awesome place The kitchen had everything we needed We cooked there and ordered in

It was nice to have the option Took the kids swimming in their heated pool The only downside was for smokers, which we are, we had to walk down to designated smoking areas Not that we smoke in the room because we have kids but being able to smoke on the balcony wouldve been nice But other than that it was a great stay Very family friendly

Loved this hotel Had last stayed in March 2020 before the world shut down and it was as good as I had remembered Amazing staff, quality service, and top notch complimentary breakfast! Also a very easy walk to the T-Mobile Center and Park MGM

I felt very safe walking back and forth even early in the morning Will definitely stay here again!

Nancy Nolin

We were very pleased with this Location in Las Vegas The hotel was near the Vegas strip but far enough away that the area was very quiet and safe They hotel has a shuttle to take guest to a hotel on the strip

The beds were so comfortable, room very clean, and we forgot toothpaste and the front desk was able to provide us with toothpaste Breakfast food (complimentary) was very good and best variety I have seen in a hotel GREAT front desk staff, and very nice shuttle driver

Kira Harris

VERY close to the strip, but also right on the old “track” It’s not w hotel, the walls are paper thin so be prepared to love your neighbors The pool is clean the breakfasts are actually pretty good

BUT THE STAFF, absolutely horrific I was triple charged for my room The pregnant woman at the front desk needs training and Jonathan needs to removed all together We we’re threatened with the police at check out, when we asked for a copy of our bills because we already paid in pointsWe were never given a bill, just strong armed into paying at the register I paid it and complained to cooperate Cooperate looked in the system and the Bill Record was DELETED So there is record of our stay but no bill I then emailed my bank statements to prove my case Horrible, how the staff here went so far as to try to cover their doing instead of admitting a mistake I’ve never had a problem with staff at any Hilton I filled out in two formal case complaints here💥 As a diamond member I was given 200,000 points for my awful experience after emailing my bill to cooperateJonathan got upset and then tried to say the room was trashed and charged my card $350 more dollars He sent in pictures of a CLEAN ROOM Cooperate looked at the picture and then gave me about 100,000 points for my harassmentThis hotel is run my a franchise owner who allows Petty behavior and does not properly train staff Corporate is running an investigation on this hotel They now believe that staff at this hotel may be overcharging people, deleting the evidence out of the system and taking the money difference out as cash SHAME, this is Vegas thoughI also put a complaint in at the BBB and am having their merchant account reviewed for fraudulent activity This hotel was supposed to respond to my complaints, they were supposed to do so in 5 days, they have not Management allows this activity as far as I’m concerned Be prepared for possible fraud, I’m not the only complaints to warn of this activity

My family stayed there and while we were there our car got broken into and everything that was in our car got stolen In most cases I would not blame the hotel but we found out after the fact that the two or three previous nights cars were broken into in that same part of the parking lot and nothing was said to us when we checked in They were aware that, that part of the parking lot has an issue with break ins and did not make us aware

There is no video cameras out side watching the parking lot so there is nothing they could do to help us In fact it really seems like they were indifferent to the fact that all of our stuff got stolen We lost all of our clothing and electronics, and now our children are too scared to stay at a hotel again I would not trust staying in that hotel again If they do not care enough to warn their patrons of a reoccurring problem as serious as car break ins what else might they not care about?

I Called for the shuttle twice waited for over 30 minutes 15 more minutes then I was quoted The second call was better because the receptionist gave my number to the shuttle driver Who ended up calling me when she came back to the airport and I finally was on my way

The driver didn’t drop me off at the hotel door, instead I was dropped off at the nearby hotel and was told to walk down a path and through a parking garage because she could drive up to the hotel door Which I found out was incorrect information While waiting for my early check in for the past 3 hours the shuttle driver drive the van to the front door twice and even came inside at one point and operated the front deskI have never had to wait over 3 hours for early check in or had to walk to my hotel from a shuttle Very disappointed with the experience thus farUpon our departure from the hotel the female manager that checked us in apologized for the long delay we experienced during check in and advised she would give us back about 10,000 points Since we stayed using our points She even gave me Tylenol for my headache, which I was very thankful forHowever after a week the points were still not added back So I filled out the online survey and advised I hadn’t obtained my points back and waited a week and still no response from the hotel or pointsThis was my fifteen year wedding anniversary trip and this didn’t start off all that great Other than this I showed the manager the issues with the room which I also showed the front desk the first morning of our stay Such as a broken kitchen sink, dents on the walls etc which I also took pictures of and showed them to ensure I wouldn’t get charged for any incidentals that were there prior to my use of the roomI even emailed the hotel manager and sent her all requested information and still no response Not good customer service from an affiliate of Marriott Very disappointedOh also the male staff member during overnight was very pleasantThe location of the hotel is great and the breakfast served was pretty good as well

Shout out to management Jonathan literally went above and beyond to make sure my stay went well There’s a little note they’ll leave in your room which reads, “Our goal is to ensure you are EXTREMELY satisfied with your stay”

They are not kidding It’s a newer hotel, so they might be still working out some kinks, but if there is a problem Speak Up and allow the staff a chance to resolve I was initially disappointed with my stay, but the customer service I received here more than made up for it Thanks again Jonathan You’re killing it Jackie is another honorable mention She was so sweet and accommodating Great hosts-Michael-

To start the customer service was impeccable! Other than that everything else was incredibly frustrating Walk into the room and none of the lights can turn on, only to find out there is a master switch tucked behind the fridge where a skinny hand must go in and try to turn it on We were not made aware of this from the start and if we hadn’t asked I don’t think anyone would’ve found it

Trash was still in the room, sink wasn’t draining, and even though there was a sink and dishwasher there was no dish soap at all, and a constant loud beeping noise was playing from the start of our visit in our roomWe call to see if we can fix the beeping noise and the front desk knows exactly what the noise They inform us they are unaware of how to fix it and after coming up she decides to unplug the entire dishwasher We love Marriott’s but boy was this the worst we have been to in awhile

Our stay here was so long, we considered ourselves residents We know the staff and management on a first-name basis Everyone knew our family

The GM is amazing A couple people at front desk are amazing A number of the housekeepers do a great job PLEASE be gracious to the staff Customer service in Vegas is not easyI only rate it 3-stars because of the things we’ve seen that many/most wouldn’t on a short tripBut I do recommend staying here if you’re going to The Strip and staying for 7+ days Gives you more spending money for The Strip (which is walking distance, IMO)Sidenote: First floor laundry has the best washers/dyers And if you forget to buy water, hit up the gym’s water dispenser

Stayed here for one night after my flight back to Houston was cancelled late in the day The older man at the front desk was so kind and friendly, he made my check-in and check-out experience great The room was very clean and cute, I have no complaints about it

I appreciate the older gentleman’s kindness and the brief conversation I had with him, I really needed it after spending several hours at the airport and dealing with attitude from TSA and other people Thank you for the brief, but pleasant stay!

I stayed here for a few months because my husband was working out here The staff is top notch! Such an outstanding staff! Let me give you an example, I ordered a soccer ball for my dog, and it needed a needle for the pump to inflate it because the one that came with it was no good I asked if they had that kind of stuff in the office

They went out and bought me needles so that I could inflate the ball!!! Who does this kind of customer service anymore!?! Loved my stay here! If every hotel could be this place, it would be heaven! Thank you for making our stay MAGNIFICENT!!!

This was a fantastic week stay at this hotel From checkin to checkout, we received professional, friendly service from all staff The security was great and checked for rooms keys nightly as we returned prior to entering the building

Room service was quick to respond whenever we requested anything The actual rooms were clean, sanitized and adequately stocked and were comfortable in every way The view from our room of the strip was amazing and the view of the mountains in the background was breathtaking!

Arrived to vegas after midnight and check in was extremely smooth and fast, no problems Very nice and welcoming people up in the front desk I booked with this hotel because it was only hotel near the strip that allowed people under 21 to book a room, that I could find

But I’m glad I did because I really loved my stay Rooms were pretty clean and lots of space There was also a grocery store in the hotel which was extremely helpful I slept very nice every night I was there and would absolutely come back Pricing was a little high but I enjoyed my stay

Rae

I really really enjoyed my stay here I will definitely be returning The room was very clean

I stayed in two rooms with a total party of five people We had plenty of space for all of our luggage and though we shared beds we all slept like babies At one point I lost my key card and was pleasantly surprised at how quickly I got a new one and how I didn’t have to pay a fee for that The people at the desk were very nice and friendly and very very efficient I highly recommend staying here Don’t even bother looking anywhere else

Hotel is very dated but nice Great outdoor pool and barRestaurants are few

Expect to spend $$$$ for drinks but that’s everywhereStaff is great!Do not be fooled by booking on 3rd party site that looks like you’re booking directly They may have deeply discounted rates but you’ll forfeit your Honors points (you won’t get any) and points towards free night stays including your playing You won’t earn any points for this either In addition I had to pay for “upgrade” when told I was booking room with pool view, and resort fee was not included and had to pay extra at check in for this as wellI was totally lied to by that site even when asked

Holly Goshinski

My only real complaint was that the rooms really need to be updated but there was four of us staying in one room and it was rather spacious I wished that the room we had would have had a refrigerator so that we could have kept some of our bottled waters cold but otherwise the room was fine I ate at the restaurant in the hotel and the food was very good

We did use the pool one time during our stay and it was very nice The hotel is at the far south end of the strip so you do have to do a lot of walking either up and down the strip or to the monorail to get where you want to go but it was a great location We did need extra towels and we had an issue that maintenance came up and checked and they were very fast checked everything and brought us extra towels immediately so the service was very good

Janet Arqui. Momtraveler1

Love our rooms very spacious Clean bed Room service was exceptional

When you ask for towels or toiletries they are there within mins I gave them 5 stars for the room service My 10 year old loves the pool The pool has an on duty life guard It has a gym as well if you want to work out The lobby is not too crowded It’s right on the strip so everything was walking distance We were able to visit MGM, M and M, NY NY, Excalibur, Hard Rock, and easy access to the monorail The only issue I have was outside of the hotel, but they have good security I understand due to location there were a lot of transients and tourists

The rooms were mostly clean, the beds were cool and comfortable The complimentary soaps and shampoos were terrible on my skin and hair, I don’t recommend using themService was excellent, all the staff were friendly and accommodating, I have ZERO complaints on staff

They deserve a raise for what they have to deal withMy biggest complaint is against corporate, that the main feature of this hotel is not free to hotel guests who are already paying a $35 per night resort fee I expected to have to pay extra to ride the rides but not to access that entire top area Yes, it’s $20 to ride the elevator to the top, a fact conveniently left off their website After 2 days there, I was notified by text that it was $5 for hotel guestsI’d recommend to those on a tight budget, because for what I paid, it was pretty good If you’re looking for flat out luxury and decadence, this isn’t the place But if you want a clean, comfortable, secure room to relax after a day of walking the Strip in 100° heat, I would recommend for thatOh, and I didn’t try out the pools, but they have two, one for everyone (only open 10-5) and a top-optional, 21+ pool that’s open 24 hours a day

Jill Dobson

Absolutely amazing every single time we come!!! We are treated wonderfully, and never want our stay to end! Our host Amber is amazing, and the rest of the staff seemed fantastic as well Our suite is gorgeous, spacious, and spotless The restaurants never disappoint, it’s never overly crowded, but still lively

The cocktail waitresses never made us wait, and our drivers were absolutely fantastic!!Too much to list, but 100% our happy place!

Katherine Castillo San Roman

Absolutely poor customer service in the hotel Everyone but one person was super rude, and then we went to the pool, the girls selling skipped us every time, they seemed to be only interested in the older men around, I believe to get a bigger tip I was forced to go all the way to the other end to the cafe and was told rudely I couldn’t buy anything because my toddler was with me

I was NOT trying to sit there, I was just wanting to buy some stuff for us and come back to our chairs How exactly am I supposed to buy anything if there is NO service and I can’t walk up and buy either? The girl in charge of the towels was rude as well She was sitting in the back ignoring everyone, when I called for her to come to the front she rolled her eyes, walked up and slammed 2 towels and IMMEDIATELY turned away even tho I requested 4 for us I called her again and she again and rolled her eyes and gave me just one more and quickly went back to the back to be on her phone again I have no problem with them entertaining themselves while they have no guests requiring their help, but once they are, you can’t get an attitude they are asking for help This was an absolutely ridiculous waste of money Not worth it at all, I’m talking to management about finishing our stay early and getting refunded because we are NOT dealing with this foolishness any more We have been here 4 days so far and they have been anything but pleasant at the hotel and we had 5 more, but no thanks We are over this
