I had just relocated from Dubai to Frisco I stayed in this hotel for 20 days and this was the best decision!!The staff is super friendly and helpful I don’t think I’ve seen such courteous staff in other hotels

My cargo boxes were due to be delivered when I was traveling and they managed to keep them in the conference room till I came back and took them Kate and Shelly are amazing ladies and they were extremely helpful throughout my stayThe place is very conveniently located near super target and a lot of restaurants nearbyThey have managers reception every Wednesday with complimentary drinks and finger foodOverall great experience!

debbie smith

Absolutely loved staying here I see why they got such good ratings We were house-hunting, so it was a 30+ day stay, so it was our home away from home

Thank you Shelley, Vickie and others for such great service I worked in hotel management for almost 20 years and you’re doing it right at Homewood Frisco Keep up the good work!

Tina Roberts

This is a pretty good hotel come down once a month This is the 1st time at this hotel The bed was comfortable and lots of pillows

The shower is great and is perfect for taller people Tv is a bit small Shampoo and conditioner was enough that I could use one each The front desk lady was a bit condescending when I got there since my friend was there 1st

The hotel is very clean and well maintained The room was comfortable and quiet, the gym had everything that most people need, the pool was good temperature, and the breakfast buffet was perfect Sierra (managing the breakfast on the weekends) was extremely pleasant and helpful

When checking out, Lynn realized that the airport shuttle was late and she immediately ordered a Lyft ride (paid for by hotel) for me so I could make it on-time for my flightI would recommend this hotel for anyone staying in the area Top quality and cost effective

Sadie Lamberson

The room was very clean and comfortable The staff was awesome Mostly the night Audit

And the night audit was above and beyond when I needed to ask a question and get extra towels When their was a line of people behind me He kept his composure He apologized to the rest of the customers in line Told them to grab a water or snack while he was helping me with my issues I give the night audit a 100 % His name was Joseph 👍

Trent C

Everything was fine until that $450 charge showed up For a one night stay In addition to the $200 I was charged for the room

So that’s nearly $700 I’ve been without since 5/13, today is 5/18 I can’t afford to eat tonight because of their malfeasance I’m a diamond member, but this experience has me committed to never using the Hilton chain again

Hotel staff is exceptionally sweet and friendly I’ve now stayed here multiple times and feel right at home Staff feels like an additional family member to me and is more than accommodating to any need I might have

Room prices are unbeatable for the space you get and very clean as well The maids are also very lenient when it comes to being late on your check out Love love love this place

Eve B

Booked a one bedroom suite, was given a studio suite After driving 7 hours, bringing up luggage etc, decided it wasn’t that big of a dealWe chose this hotel because of indoor pool

(It was HOT outside!) Granddaughter was turning 7 and had a few cousins over to celebrate Pool was closed (‘waiting on a part’) However, they called our room an hour later and said it was now open I think the ‘broken part’ was the a/c, as it was like a sauna in there! (I may have lost 10#!) But, the kids were happy and I was thankful they opened the poolWe have stayed here and staff is always friendly and accommodating

Harrison Hays

I REALLY tried to give them a chance, upon check-in the room was FILTHY, dried urine and hair all over the bathroom floor, body hair in the “clean” towels, dust caked air vents etc🤢 The front desk was apologetic and we were changed to a new room that wasn’t AS dirty However, the dust covered air vents seems to be the norm

😷🤧 Pullout bed had no sheets, mattress was gross and stained, when we asked, we were given the most ragged, yellow, holy sheets for it So bleached and dried out they had holes all in them and the seams were ripping apart and disintegrating as we tried to make the bed Had a 2 night stay planned, however I don’t think we will be staying the second night Went down for the “breakfast” at 7:30 (its supposed to start at 7) and saw a single (dirty) microwave, some packaged breakfast sandwiches and a few cartons of milk I asked the staff (who politely stopped their conversation they were having on their cell phone) when breakfast started, and was told 7 I guess that’s their take on breakfast? /: I hate to say it, but this Marriott location does NOT come close to the standard I know the corporation sets Already booked our second night at the Hilton Home 2 across the street Hopefully I can get the second night refunded Even if not, it’s worth paying twice to have a better second night I suggest if you’re reading this review, you do the same! Don’t say I didn’t warn ya 😬

Here for 2022 LC TAGS Booked their suit that comes with 2 rooms with one queen bed in each room and sofa bed Experience is definitely good

Roomy for the family of 5 A good size table to sit on to eat food Shower and toilet are separated by a door from the sink, one can take shower while others still can brush teeth Will designed layout!

Jordan Axt

Currently staying here and the water isn’t hot, just barely warm enough to shower Then came down to breakfast and they are ok completely out of eggs and oatmeal by 8am Now I won’t get to eat anything before a long day of meetings

😩 Hotel is otherwise clean and spacious but those are big items to miss I would be more understanding if it was busy but there is only one other person in the dining room

All star 🌠 place! We live in Flower Mound and had a leak under our slab We were displaced here for 1 night Well taken care of property

It’s modern Pool, all the amenities, they accept pets but let me put my focus on Daisy Carter When I learned that our insurance wasn’t going to cover a couple nights in the hotel I was broken a bit I love and respect the service that all of you do Daisy didn’t charge us for another day I stripped all the beds and put all the towels in the tub I have housekeeping experience If you ever want to make a housekeepers day, strip your own bed and throw everything wet in the tub! Then leave some cash behind too They allowed us a late check out without charging us First time crying when ever checking out of a hotel setting Daisy and her team accommodated my family more than just a nice stay over She showed us grace and compassion YOU all have a special team there! Thank you for understanding our level of craziness dividing it by 314 and then converting it into a great bedroom suite I served 25 years in the hospitality industry and know when a place is well run I’ll post pics They also serve breakfast with protein! We thought we were going to be there for a week We were there for 1 night Excellent stay Thank you for your service! JR

When I first checked in it was easily 5 stars all the way around and couldn’t believe the wonderful service for the price But unfortunately as our stay continued the price started rising and the Continental breakfast went from top notch to motel 6 standards Getting charged more for less Service from where we started

The Staff has kept the wonderful service through all the changes they are having to deal with

Lisa Fleischer

I visited the Inn while “back home” dealing with family issues The staff here is incredible! So very accommodating and helpful My mom and two sisters also had rooms

Additional issues arose and they helped us work through the details without complaint The cleaning staff was also very helpful working around OUR crazy schedules!! Thank you so much!! For sure visiting again!!

After a long day of work I arrived to the hotel around 1030pm The room I booked was not ready and I was told they did not have my room type available Marriott has a reservation guarantee so I told the front desk of the policy

They seemed to be on the same page and to honor the policy A few minutes later, the shift manager made a call to the facility guy on site and asked if a room was clean He wasn’t sure but she asked him to take a look and make sure it was ready for a stay Supposedly this guy cleaned and prepared the room within 15 minutes I am not sure if it was actually cleaned or not In total, I waited for 45 minutes in the lobby and was able to get to my room at 1130pm No accommodation, poor service, no urgency, no customer service I stayed over 100 nights with Marriott last year I have never had a bad experience until staying at this Westin

David

The suite they put me is was nice, but it had a strange layout The toilet was down the hall and around the corner with motion sensores closet lights with no doors in between That was annoying at night

I didn’t want the lights on!Lastly, the shower head was very low They said it was because it was an ADA room Maybe that is a legitimate building code or requirement in Texas However, I have been put in many ADA rooms in my travels and never seen this Just be aware when booking or being assigned your room

Alan Bielefeldt

The hotel and rooms were modern, clean, very nice and comfortable I had put in for a specific suite upgrade, which i was told i received When we checked in, it was a room with a Pelton which they said was a Junior suite

But this wasn’t one of the two suites I had requested, so it was disappointing to have two suite nights used for this upgrade As a Platinum member, this is room would be the normal upgrade we typically receive without using a suite night as the Pelton was the only addition to what seemed like a regular room Another area we were very disappointed with was their breakfast staff and food which was lacking in comparison to many other Marriott hotels we’ve stayed For example the first morning they give us a menu, but recommend the buffet since they said it would take at least 25 – 30 minutes for any menu item we ordered So we select the buffet which my wife picked the oatmeal which turned out to be dried up and cold, from sitting in the pot I selected the scrambled eggs and potatoes which were also cold and eggs were runny Our waitress only came by once to bring the bill, so we had to wave down other staff for coffee refillsAlso, we were very frustrated with the pool which was over crowded, they have limited chairs with umbrellas, so we baked in the sun, which is not great in Texas with 105 temperatures Not to mention the pool water was very hot, so it took away from our plans for a relaxing weekend

My family has always stayed at Staybridge They are by far the best hotel Rooms are always clean

Housekeeping is always attentive Front desk is very responsive And this particular location was great I love that the rooms have a mini kitchen complete with a full-size fridge, stove, dishwasher and even pots and pans and eating utensilsWe did have a minor issue with our toilet not flushing but front desk sent maintenance immediately and it was resolved My only complaint was the breakfast Definitely could have been better But overall we enjoyed our stay

Megan LeBeouf

I NEVER leave reviews, but this was the worst experience in a hotel we’ve ever had The first clue should have been the stagnant, hot air in the hall, leading to our room Once in, we attempted to adjust the temperature to cool things down, but it never kicked on

We spoke with the front desk and both rooms that were offered to us were then “taken”, from the time my husband came up to the room to discuss which option we wanted to go with We ended up waking up our kids and leaving at midnight to stay somewhere else If we can help another family out, I’d say this: Word of advice, chose another hotel

Charlie Sanders

I’m late with this review, but I stayed from April 14th-15th, but was charged for the 16th as well because it was after checkout The area and the outside of this hotel does not match the interior The rooms were outdated and Room 318 had mold located in the AC register and the tub (see pictures below)

The AC seemed to be intermittent as well, even after adjusting the thermostat I told the front desk and the staff was willing to move me to the 1st floor, but after checking the room out (still outdated with a torn couch) I decided to leave and canceled my remaining time there The area is nice, but I would not recommend staying here

Taylor at the front desk is so rude I went to extend my room and there was a long line After waiting 1/2 hour, when its my turn she says its past noon and you overstayed

I explained that I’ve been in line for last 1/2 hour and she says she just saw me walk in I recalled to her every detail that happened there for last 1/2 hour and then she’s convinced, but she keeps answering her phone and attending other customers while I’m still waiting to be taken care of I don’t know what’s their deal with overstay when I’m literally there to extend my stay Sorry guys this is not the level of service I expect when I’m paying a premium I’m taking my business elsewhere

Julie Winter

On the way to my first room I noticed that the carpet was dirty, especially in the elevator Once I got to the room, the toilet was dirty I went back to the front desk and got a 2nd room

When I took a shower the next morning, there were already body hairs in the shower Ugh Forget the COVID sanitizing, this place was just dirty and run down It smelled like an old, college apartment If I hadn’t pre-paid (trusting the IHG brand), arrived late and needed to be 1 miles from that intersection, I’d have left

Tim Stone

Will never stay at this location again First night there had car towed on Mother’s Day Was never told about car needing a pass

When I checked in I told them I would be staying a month or more You would think you would have a vehicle When I asked the front desk what happen to my car they informed me it was towed I explained to them I never knew about a pass nor did I ever think to ask for one The manager was very rude after explaining to her that I was never informed about a pass After spending 2 hours to retrieve it 317 dollars and a call to the IHG guest relations was it then they decided to reimburse me I downsized from 2 bedroom to a one bedroom with no money interruptions and was informed after 30 days that I had two reservations The front desk messed up on my reservations twice causing me to vacate property unexpectedly The staff at least admitted to their mistakes the manager Renee very rude and unprofessional I will be disputing all charges for my stay Worse customer service In violation of the law by not refunding me my tax money after staying for 34 days

Hotels have their own rating system and for that a five star hotel has certain features that help them receive that status This is not a five start hotel based on amenities and luxury Based on my room and experience it was a five star experience, would stay again

Close to everything fun and great restaurants and shopping a short drive up and down the tollway

Craig Andrews

Absolutely disgusting!!!!This hotel was a joke, right?Get to the hotel and the lady at the front desk comes out in dirty socks with kids running in from behind her Strike oneShe shows us the bill to sign and it’s $100 more than the total reserved price we booked from their site directly

She claims it is a $50 charge for incidentals, but can’t tell me what the other $50 is for Strike TwoWe walked into the room and there is blood on the walls, feces on the floor and wall and smells of wet dog Gross We called down and asked for another room, said it was all they could do as they were bookedIt was very late, the sheets were clean (we hoped) so went to bedWoke up, closed bathroom door and found someone else’s snot on the back of doorTalked to the clerk early Saturday morning She promised us the manger would hear about this and the room would be cleaned while we were gone for the day This was at 7:30amJust walked back in at 9:30pm and nothing was done! GROSS!!Front clerk, again in socks and kids in tow, tells us there is no manager and she can’t do anything about it Strike 3This place should be condemned Those working there should be firedI’ve never been treated so badly at any IHG facility and I stay at hundreds throughout the yearCorporate office is hearing about this one

Tamika B

I’ll start with the positive

all the staff I encountered was very nice and helpful The common areas appeared clean, there was not trash anywhere The laundry room, gym outside seating area and pools appeared clean as wellthe downsidemy room was full of hair!! Dog hair, human hair, who knows what other species type of hair I have a rambunctious toddler and she would be full of hair by the end of the day it got on her clothes, in her mouth, everywhere After a complaint, housekeeping was sent to vacuum but, I think that made it worse the cheap vacuum on hand just did not get the job done I would’ve brought my Kirby had I known This is a pet friendly hotel The breakfast was ok, there was not a variety, they served the same thing every day Would I visit againprobably not

Stayed here during ice storm 2022 as I work at the hospital nearby and it was a great stay Rooms are clean, staff are friendly and welcoming, rooms are very spacious with full sized fridge, and they had fresh coffee all day I came back at 1am one of the days and doors were locked, quick call and they opened them for me but I was glad they had this extra security to keep guests safer

Overall, happy with the stay and definitely recommend

I have stayed at Hyatt House on many occasions and it’s been a pretty good experience in the past My current experience not so much I booked a king 1 bedroom asked for something on the first floor

When I arrived No first floor room was available The gentleman at the desk asked me to check back the next morning which I did The next morning I go to the desk ask the gentleman says none are available but it wasn’t checkout time yet He too my number said he would call me and I never heard back The room I was in had a loud sound coming from the drain Made it hard for my son to sleep I called the desk today and was left on hold for 10 minutes I hung up and decided to walk to the desk I get there and use if my issue and he says there are no kings available He asked if I could take a Queen 1 bed room reluctantly I said yes because I needed a first floor room The time I moved to is deplorable the carpet is frayed, the toilet is not sealed to the ground, the bathroom door is all scarred and paint is peeling I was moved to a third room which was the best of the 3 however I had to sacrifice quiet for comfort! I paid over $60000 for my stay and this is not acceptable! This is motel quality not hotel quality I am completely disappointed in my stay Went to check out the desk person says he is still checking in late check ins I had to go to catch my flight on time He said i would receive an email with my final receipt That was at 5 am it is now 6 pm and nothing I’ve called the desk at least 10 times and no answer No one follows thru at this property, don’t waist your money!

Kevin Ao

I stayed at the Hyatt House and overall it was a decent experience The location is great and the staff is friendly It has apartment vibes, which I liked, and there are some great amenities like a laundry, gym, and pool

The breakfast was decent, although the hot water in the shower took a while to heat up The internet was a bit slow for my taste, but it wasn’t a big deal

Chad Didier

This place has almost doubled their prices in 9 months but you get nothing No housekeeping except once a week which means you have to go beg for toilet paper, paper towels, bath towels and trash Why am I doing your job when I paid $189 per night? The pool closes at 7? Coming in after a long day and using the pool in the evening is the best way to unwind

They close the pool but allow parties on the patio with music and loud people until after midnight The party continued for at least another hour after we complained This place has been great for years but no so much anymore

Out of all the hotels or motels I’ve stayed in since moving to Texas this place by far has been the best I know it’s a 2 star but the workers from front desk to housekeeping are very nice and accommodating and my favorite person on the team here is now the manager (She deserve the promotion) Miss Tina!!! She has been my go to when Ive had questions about the area plus she is great with customer service! Now I’m growing out of my room and I’m looking for a room that has two bedrooms and I wish it was something like that available here cause I would stay 😟 but there isn’t unfortunately

Facility is okay, fairly clean most days and no weird smells or issues Expect for one major issue MANAGEMENT

Troy, the GM here has been the single worse person I have ever dealt with here and with the turn over they have that’s not an easy task Troy insisted I owed money for the room and was behind on payments I pay weekly and the room rate does not change When I asked about how this was possible, he could provide no answers Only would argue that the system says I owe so it must be true After refusing to pay the extra he finally agreed to send the paperwork to “tech support” so they could figure out how things happened 4 days later Troy reports “no issues, you don’t owe anything extra” WHAT?? Just like that, a mistake the GM swore was there, $142, was no longer there Tech Support couldn’t figure it out When asked about what would of happened if I just paid, he said “Don’t worry, you would of gotten credit for it later” YEAH RIGHT When asked how do I know you guys don’t owe me he said “I don’t know that, you would have to call guest services” You mean to tell me the GM of a property has no clue about how the property is run? Who owes what and when and how? Never did I get an apology for his behavior, insistence and attitude Thank God I didn’t just pay whatever he told me too My fear is he had a clipboard with a dozen other names on it I hope they didn’t just pay whatever he said 1 star because of the GM

These people are horrible I had already spoken with the manager and let know that my family and I were relocating from out of town and would be residing here for a while After being there for a week I made another reservation and paid thru a third party They said they never received payment and told us we had to leave and they threatened my 13 year old daughter with calling the police if we didn’t hurry up and leave

I have never been more embarrassed by a hotel staff member by calling the police I would never recommend anyone to this facility with the way I was treated by employees!!!!!!!

Best customer service we have received in a hotel since the pandemic started The hotel was clean; the staff was exceptional and always greeted with a smile Anna and Gabriel ran the breakfast bar, and they made sure it was stocked until 9:30 and were helpful when asked for stuff that might have run out

We also needed our rooms cleaned since we stayed over a week, and we had no issues; Margarita was super helpful when we needed extra towels or new bedding Overall this is the best we have had since 2019

I seriously cannot say enough great things about this hotel As someone who suffers from severe mold, dust, and chemical sensitivities and allergies, it is extremely difficult to find a hotel who will accommodate these This location has done everything possible to help accommodate me during my multiple long term stays here and I can’t thank them enough

The general manager Jay and his assistant manager Brittany and their team are so helpful and accommodating and will do whatever they can to help you feel safe and relaxed here Thank you guys for always taking care of me during my stays

My family stayed here for 6 days for a baseball tournament this month Every person we interacted with was very friendly and helpful The air was cold, the pool was clean, the beds were comfortable, the laundry worked well, and the shower wasn’t the typical low pressure hotel shower

The room was VERY clean- especially considering people cook in the rooms I can’t say enough about how much we enjoyed our stay I would HIGHLY recommend this hotel!

We arrived on a Thursday and they did not have 2 queens so substitutes our room for 1 king and a pull out bed We are rewards members too Not a big deal, usually they are decent

The pull out couch was awful- I am not picky, but you can feel the springs through the mattress I even added 3 blankets on top and that was not enough It was so uncomfortable The vent in our room squeeked all night Also the water pressure was terrible (3rd floor) and I don’t even like hard pressure showers Also there was a tippet dog that barked for over and hour one night (11:56pm)The hotel staff was friendly and the hotel was cleanVery disappointed in my experience here

Perfect hotel This Residence Inn is attached to the AC Hotel and the two hotels share some of their amenities, including a lobby The lobby of the AC hotel is beautiful and extremely pleasant to enter the hotel from

Much nicer than a typical Residence Inn The Residence Inn rooms are furnished in a very modern and functional way It was really enjoyable to stay for 4 nights The staff was warm, responsive, and accommodating The location seemed a bit odd at first glance, but was actually incredibly convenient, just a short walk away from a target, a massage parlor, the galleria itself and many excellent restaurants I had a few friends come over to visit for an hour or two each, and they always managed to find free street parking when they dropped by The soundproofing was good and the bed was very comfortable It was rainy the last two days of my stay and the outdoor fire pits were so cute and pleasant amongst the downpour Only constructive feedback I have is that it would be great if the hotel had umbrellas to lend out to guests Definitely my new favorite place to stay in Dallas!!

Very comfortable, clean, and spacious Fully stocked kitchen including dish washing machine and full size refrigerator The room was nicely decorated and laid out

Ashly Martinez

I’m giving 4/5 stars because the bed was extremely uncomfortable The bed was so hard and the comforter was so thin My husband and I did not sleep well at all

We woke up with sore backs and necks for the 3 nights we stayed Otherwise the room was great, nice and clean, the breakfast was probably the best I’ve had at a hotel The staff was okay For how expensive it was, and how it’s marketed as an extended stay that the beds would be more comfortable So glad to be sleeping in my own bed tonight

Jonna Rios

We had a great stay Relaxed, cooked out own supper, slept well, had Plenty of space Had my adhd 4yr old and she loved the space she had to play

1st time visit to Sandman

Amazing! We arrived at 3am and the front desk staff were there with smiles on their faces! The hotel lobby and common areas were beautiful and our room amazing! The smell upon walking in was so good – I need to know what that was! 🙂 I want my whole house to smell like it The bed was extremely comfortable and the bathroom had a soaking tub in it!! I was able to detox from our long drive in the tub before going to bed and if was an absolute dream!

Staycation Experience — we truly enjoyed a quick weekend trip her and will definitely return againCute and trendy stylish hotel, professional and friendly staff and very convenient location to restaurants and shops Beds were comfy and room was spacious

We did have a slight issue with the ac not cooking in the living area, while the bedroom area was just right The manager quickly moved us to a new room and was very accommodating

James Mann

We stayed here for a corporate event recently, and it was the perfect hotel for our group of 60! It’s a beautiful hotel in a central location, and the rooms are updated and well furnished (nicer than similar hotels I’ve stayed at in the area) Plus the two bars that were on site were perfect for getting together after hours Sherri Ray was awesome to work with in making all the arrangements for our group! I’d definitely recommend this hotel to others (whether for business or personal travel)

Me and my friend were here on business We were shuttled at 6 am to the resort for an all day event After the last activity around 10:00 pm we called Towneplace to request a shuttle

Unfortunately, the drivers had left for the day The clerk was very insensitive to our situation and recommended an Uber or taxi! Don’t recommend something you are not going to pay for! We were in a different city where the time is high and you suggest alternative transporting when in fact the shuttle dropped us off and was very aware of the conference After all, the resort is a sister company Gaylord refused to bring us back! Do not use the shuttle if you are planning on being away for the entire day Just upset by the whole incident!

If I could leave zero stars I would this is by far the worst hotel I’ve been to went for a family reunion and it was disgusting Let’s see where do I start we complained over 10 times for numerous problems One blood was on our sheets but they claimed it to be “rust”, the curtains in the room were nasty as well and had stains on them, the bathroom was nasty shower curtain was so old it had rusted

Just spend your money elsewhere also they didn’t even offer refunds for the terrible experience just free drinks from the bar
