Funny part is I had a reservation and I called the evening before, 02/07/22, to get an accessible room Between the male and female I spoke with I wasted 20 minutes and got nowhere Call back on the day of my check in for better info, is how the conversation ended

I was definitely not excited to go to this hotel, this coming from a diamond member of many years I called back the morning of my flight and got Megan the manager 4-5 minutes later the room was set, no issues Once I got there everyone was great and very friendly Breakfast was not bad, room was great, and coffee and tea were always refilled and hot Great stay, I was pleasantly surprised

I’ve come here a few times within the last few years, but this visit there was a few things that stuck out… one being the front desk receptionist Cerria, she was so amazing not only to us but to the children She was Super amazing Also James the driver was so sweet, he treated us just like family

These two are what makes the stay easy They were so genuinely nice We are so excited to have this spot to meet up with our family from out of town They have made our experience the greats! Thank you so much for being amazing to our family!

I had high hopes since I like this chain Rooms are very large, new looking at first glance but I notice some upkeep issues already Not cleaning corners of counters, sink, Wallpaper already peeling in bathroom (likely design or application flaw

humidity from shower and basic wall paper is a bad mix)Breakfast was a series of Jimmy Dean items warmed up, scramble, sandwiches, etc Nice outdoor patios, pool, work out area Front desk team is good As others noted, I asked for a quiet room, maybe there is no such thing close to the airportFor one night it did the job

Stayed for a single night passing through town The front desk staff was very friendly and got me checked in fast Hotel was very dated and the air conditioner didn’t seem to follow the thermostat

Beds were comfortable Everything seemed cleaned but dirty at the same time I think that’s just because of the carpet, layout, and age of the furnishings Oh and lots of empty beverage cans when we rolled in that were still there when we left I expect more from the rate I paid, but it wasn’t awful

Tonya Fisher

Nice place to stay Quiet area, easy to get to other parts of Louisville quickly Breakfast was simple yet had hot options

Would have liked more fruit choicesA little short staffed at the time we went which made service a little slower at times otherwise it works have been 5 stars

Kirsty Ashby

Relaxed and friendly! The hotel was home to traveling kids sports teams the weekend we stayed This could have bothered some, but not this family of 4!The room was clean and had everything you’d need I especially liked the refillable wall unit for shampoo, conditioner and bath gel (great products and smell amazing), trash cans without plastic bags and recycling bin

The staff we encountered were very friendly and seemed to enjoy their job We checked in after midnight without issue My kids and I enjoyed the pool The breakfast was standard but yummy and included What more could you want for a short stay?

After checking in, and stores immediately since we were about 100 feet away from the interstate The stove top did not work either Moved to the second room, again the stove top didn’t work

The dishwasher was taken apart, there have obviously been a leak with water squishing from the floor The front desk was not aware of the appliance problems in either of the rooms! Leads you to ask, what does maintenance do here? Our multiple calls to the front desk were greeted with annoyed politeness, and an obvious hurry to get off the phone Not coming here again, and have already called Marriott corporate

Hotel was nice and clean The employees that we interacted with we very nice and helpful Breakfast was good

Everything about the hotel was amazing The location is the only question mark We didn’t have any issues, but it’s not located in the best area Close to everything, but kinda sketchy after dark No issues for us, just want to be transparent

Alyssa Reichard

So clean and nice breakfast! Rooms were nice and roomy even for 6 people Front desk staff were friendly and helpful Only problem we had was with the pizza place that was recommended by the check in worker (Sicilian pizza) that took almost an hour longer to deliver food and didn’t answer the phone when we called to inquire

Would not recommend them! But not the hotel’s fault

Mary Nissen

First time staying in Home2Home and we were very pleased Roomy king room with plenty of light, well designed for charging all our devices and roomy kitchen and bath The lobby has charging options for travelers conveniently located everywhere

My wife and I stayed for 1 night as we were traveling through the area Simply put, everything was excellent! The cleanliness of the room, the decor, the accommodations, the staff, everything! Whether you are looking for something romantic or just a place to relax, this is the place! I can’t wait to come back!

Beautiful restoration, meticulous historic woodwork, interior exposed brick walls, amazing staircase — all presided over by Steve after rescuing the house when it burned 20+ years ago Fabulous bathrooms, comfortable beds, good breakfasts Loved the leek souffle and the Norwegian breakfast pudding! Charming hospitality

Great location within blocks of parks, restaurant and shops

Larry Corser

Upon check in pulling in it was a great looking building The staff were very friendly, and lived in the building so were able to help with any needsWe stayed 3 nights and enjoyed all of it

Worst management I’ve ever seen at ahotel They were extremely rude and non-professional My family and I booked a room for One day, to be specific today is the day we booked

We got there and they had marked us down for the wrong day We asked for our money back since the next day would be completely useless to us Management refused to give us our money back, and now we are left hotel less and can’t get another hotel since they took our money I completely understand not giving our money back if they could just give us a room for today Our experience left us completely infuriated The hotel also charged us more when we got there, when the original price was lower In respectfulness this hotel doesn’t even deserve a one star

Brandon Hughes

Stayed at this awesome hotel the weekend of March 11th-13thTaking a spontaneous trip to Louisville for the weekend, I hadn’t pre-booked a room for the weekend After being turned away from two other hotels, we settled on this hotel out of necessity

A blessing in disguise! The cost of booking here is an absolute value The amenities, modern design comforts and absolutely incredible staff make it an easy choice for future visitsI took a little time to chat with with Katie, the general manager on Sunday morning during breakfast I have never met a person for suited for the hospitality industry She genuinely cares about your stay, and will be evident in every aspect of your visitHigh marks for this hotel I will definitely book here again in the future

I had such a wonderful stay here! From the kind valets that greeted us outside, our quick and friendly check-in with Emily, our room, dinner, and everything in-between! Our room (Luxury King) was very clean and spacious Comfortable beds and great amenities Our dinner at Proof was delicious and our server Austin was so sweet and knowledgeable

We had waters delivered by the sweetest night auditor as well! Just a flawless stay and wonderful location!

This place is wonderful! Well appointed rooms, welcoming lobby, great restaurant! What makes this place stand out for me is the staff You will not find a more welcoming, genuine, and friendly staff ANYWHERE!!!! Every staff member seems to love being there The doormen are OUTSTANDING! We will absolutely be back to stay here again! If you stay elsewhere in downtown Louisville you are missing out! Also pet friendly for only $40! A lot of other hotels charge over $100 for a pet fee

This place is the best!

Disclaimer: I did not stay in the rooms rather I visited the art exhibit From a visitor from mid-west Kansas, it was a sort of fascinating, yet demeaning experience overall But that’s for the good

The artwork displayed were so intricate that at first-glance you could not decipher any meaning nor derive any pleasure looking at them This exhibit is not to showcase art to please your senses, rather the art is there to showcase the artist’s feelings about the world If this doesn’t sound like your art exhibit that is perfectly fine, art is not supposed to please everyoneI struggled for a long time to decipher what I should extract from each art piece and I frequently had to consult the descriptions located besides each piece I felt hopeless at times but it’s never wrong to ask for help, and heck if it’s just some black and white paint, that can be art in itselfMy only grip is that the merch at the exhibit was very pricey but very understandable I wish they just had mini red penguins so I can bring one to my sister for a price that doesn’t empty my wallet

I have no complaints in any area or department, I am impressed with my entire stay My suite was set up like a 1 bdrm apartment with kitchen Living room and full size bathroom

The price for the week was under $400/wk which covered the room, a hot breakfast everyday and also a large n hot dinner Mon thru Thurs Plus they were pet-friendly to my 50+ lbs hound dog Everyone of the staff members were all very warm, friendly and helpful also My only thing I wish they had was a pool, if they had had a pool, they would be the perfect hotel in my eyes! I wouldn’t hesitate to stay there again in the future also!

Great stay for the weekend Don’t stay in room #224 though All you’ll hear is a ring from the new boiler they got

We switched rooms and didn’t have a problem afterwards A bit disappointing for the advertised breakfast There’s no protein except for some eggs Everything else is just carbohydrates Otherwise it’d be five stars Excellent price

Bill French

Clean rooms and hotel property, overall quiet location, just a step from great food and services, staff tend to take their jobs very seriously and address issues if any arise Rooms come with a kitchenette which even includes pots and pans, silverware, etc (The hotel even provides an ironing board and iron in each closet!) Although I’m not a breakfast person the hotel provides a nice breakfast as well

I stayed there during the Christmas week The location was great because there’s plenty of stores and restaurants in the area I had a studio which had a full bathroom(tub) and kitchen (oven)

There were 2 closets which allowed me to store my cooler, 2 cases or water, and other novelties separate from clothes and shoes The extra closet allowed the room to maintain open space I didn’t go to breakfast, but granola bars, fruit, and muffins were out whenever I had to go to the front desk The fire alarm system need some attention, but notice was given a day prior The men were friendly, in/out I was comfortable there I requested housekeeping NYE, sheet change and vacuum When I returned, Deb/Diane, I apologize not really sure, gave a thorough cleaning which was recognized when I opened to door I appreciated it so much I was on the first floor so I pretty much kept my curtains closed, but I thought having the sliding doors was a nice inclusion Everyone I encountered were courteous

Joann Miller

This is my favorite Residence Inn in Louisville hands down Its not the newest but its the best This location is set up like apartments

So whether you are staying one night or six months you can’t deny the benefits of having a patio with a sliding glass door, door opening outside instead of a hallway The landscaping is beautiful, theres a basketball court and an outdoor pool Its located in a great upscale area where there are two malls in less than 2 miles away Two expressways less than 2 miles away, full laundry room, full size kitchen, granite counter tops, two closets in your room and smart TVJason the manager is a class act and so are the employees that he supports Great team and great place

Jason Barrow

We loved our stay here The staff was very nice The 2 bedroom suite with the loft is super nice and very affordable

When we come back to Louisville we are definitely staying here They’re pet friendly so that’s a huge plus But I would definitely recommend this place to anyone Also they have a full kitchen With an oven and dishwasher too

This has been the absolute best hotel experience I’ve ever had and I’ve spent a lot of time in them Staff goes above and beyond to make your stay fantastic Hotel is very clean

The best is that they don’t make us smokers feel like second class citizens!!! They have lots of outdoor space with plenty of ashtrays! I cannot stand it when a hotel says I can’t smoke in my room but doesn’t offer me a place to put my cigarettes outside I try my very best to be a respectable smoker but if you don’t give me an ashtray on your grounds they go Not Residence in!! They have thought of everything! Even basketball and Cornhole Will definitely be my go to hotel from now on

Staff was incredibly rude Was charged for items and services I did not receive Parking was a disaster

air conditioning did not work for 2 days and was told that those nights would be “comped” I was actually charged the full date for those night Not even a discount Do not stay here unless it’s your last resortHowever There are few hotels in Louisville that accept pets and they do

Dylan Upchurch

the room itself was comfortable and clean and the guy at the desk when we checked out was super friendly (even though nobody else really was)

it took what felt like forever to even get in our room we didn’t get the room we paid for, and the keycards wouldn’t work we paid for a disability shower and were told it was “unavailable” and just got placed a different room with no compensation the staff in the beginning were decently rude and the entire building didn’t really look like the pictures at all we were also told our room would overlook the Kentucky kingdom park and it did not it overlooked an empty parking lot Overall it was alright, better than motel 6, but not worth the price

Swapnil Suraj

My experience was awful My bathroom door malfunctioned and locked The staff did not even bother to call maintenance to get it fixed

They offered another room but I had no way to check about the stuff locked in the bathroom I had to leave it behind due to having a flight to catch The pots and pans were in the dishwasher and not stacked They were also incredibly dirty The manager was incredibly rude to other customers I would suggest to avoid this place and report to the IHG group

Great place to stop on any vacation or trip The room is very clean and the design is great There are also lots of sockets which allow you to plug in your devices while sitting almost anywhere in the room

I was pleasantly surprised by the fitness center while not very big, had enough equipment to assist an at home work out (mainly free weights) The breakfast was what you would expect, but still very good

We loved our stay here! This was our first experience with a bed and breakfast, and we already can’t wait to come back Our room was gorgeous, clean, and the breakfast was delicious There was a fully-stocked snack bar and a ton of movies to choose from

Highly recommend for anyone, especially anyone interested in history Stepping into the Central Park B+B felt like stepping back in time It was magical!

First time staying in a bed and breakfast and it was the best experience Went down to Louisville for my birthday weekend and to explore the downtown We were greeted right away with so much warmth and were amazed by the details of the house

Once you stepped in the house you were back in time It was beautiful I had booked the peacock room and it was so worth it The bed was comfy and it had its own bathroom The breakfast and the cookies was also delicious We decided we to rent bikes from the bike rental right by the house and rode into downtown, which was just a couple of minutes away I loved that it was not right in downtown and just a short distance so we could either walk, ride bikes or just drive the car if we wanted to I would definitely stay here again in the future

Andrew Walker

We greatly enjoyed our visit to Central Park B&B The house is beautifully furnished with an array of antiques and fixtures The bed was very comfortable; the soaking tub was very relaxing; and the setting in Old Town Louisville was a joy

Right across the street in Central Park we were able to catch the free Shakespeare in the park outdoor performance, which was great Lastly, Majestic was a wonderful host, and the breakfasts in the beautiful dining room were a highlight of our trip
