Door was broke, kitchen cabinet was off the hinges Definitely not worth the money or time anymore Very disappointing

The stay at the establishment was incredible Aside from the ample parking, the view from our room was breathtaking We were also able to have family visit and enjoy the beach with us

The rooms are spacious, and with the beach, right outside of the balcony, there was no need for my noise machine I was able to sleep with the sound of the waves Great staff and swift service Thanks again!

Roger White

On the short walk to the beach we encountered a bunny rabbit nibbling on grass and a large box turtle Neither cared that we were so close by We sat on the beach watching the pelicans dive on the school of fish just offshore

I caught a few of my own fish from the beach It was a thrill to see a sea turtle nest nearby We woke at the Blue View Inn after a great night of sleep on the memory foam mattresses The soft blue walls and contemporary furniture are ever so welcoming The kitchen had everything we needed to throw a small party for my mother’s big birthday The Townhouse 5 deck offers a partial view of the bright blue ocean and the pool below Sadly I cannot give it 5 stars because the large group staying in townhouse 3 partied two nights in a row playing loud music outside and smoking until late Many signs claim this is a non-smoking property One of the Inn’s caretakers joined the party but did not stop them from breaking the rules

Gimper IV LLC

Our family was in town for a very somber occasion but our accommodations were exceptional We occupied 4 full units and it was perfect for congregating our family The kindness of our hosts went beyond our wildest expectations

As someone who travels for a living I can easily say that the Blue View is in a class of it’s own Give them a try and you’ll see!

Iā€™ll start positive Friendly staff and comfortable bedNo complimentary breakfastNo microwave in the roomInternet was slowAll carpets in the hotel especially the 4th floor need a deep clean

Room did not smell the bestToilet took multiple flushes to workOverall cleanliness is a 3 STARI could list more but I think you get the point Definitely would not stay here again

Sandra Wootton

Good – comfy bed Spacious room and bath Great reception when I arrived at front desk !! However, Holiday Inn always had the reputation of not being clean

I took a chance because the location was good and my last stay at a Holiday Inn was as favorable With Covid cleaning standards advertised to be higher I thought maybeā€¦ carpets dirty, nothing wiped down Not the phone, handles on drawers, refrigerator door, Entrance door, Door lock, Door handle, light switches or TV remote I brought cleaning wipes with me I even wiped dried blood off the door So the cleaning standards have not improved Gross False advertising?!? Did I say the bed is comfortable? Parking leaves a lot to be desired Many dead trees that look like the branches in a light wind will fall in your vehicle The Lot needs a good cleaning You want to feel your vehicle is safe Very dark parking lot I was afraid to go out at night to retrieve my belongings from my car at late check in So I wouldnā€™t stay here again Too many other choices around at comparable prices that offer breakfast included (I didnā€™t care about the food)

Brad

The service was awesome Bonnie who runs the restaurant was so informative and friendly Great advice on where to watch the rocket launch

Plus serves a very decent cup of coffee Via at front desk went above and beyond for us So friendly and welcoming plus when they ran out of quarters we needed to do laundry she ran out to her own car to get more for us What more can I say We were so appreciative Yes the hotel itself is very ā€œworn inā€ but the service is second to none We will be back!Brad

I had the pleasure of staying here and introducing Mom to the Atlantic Ocean for the first time It was a great place to stay – clean, spacious and all the amenities were thought of They were always available to us, through text, if we needed anything

We loved chatting with the others staying there and the direct access to the beach Plus, the river and beach can both be seen from this little part of the island Would recommend Sea View to anyone!

Sarah Lynch

Iā€™ve never slept so close to the ocean before! The beach was empty which was the most relaxing, peaceful part of our vacation We loved going down to the beach in the evening and not hearing a single sound beside the ocean waves! How lucky can you be?!Will 100% be coming back I canā€™t properly describe how lovely our stay was

It was amazing

Jason Thatcher

Amazing hidden gem Rooms were updated and modern and the bed was suuuperr comfy! The best part is the location, itā€™s on a strip of beach away from the crowds and itā€™s amazingI have one suggestion

I was looking for a place to stay with a small kitchenette and a spacious room as my local home is under construction Hotel needed to be close enough for me to go back-and-forth between the home and hotel and pet friendly Extended stay offered everything I needed at a great price

A few days before my stay I change my reservation to a two bed from king as my son was going to be joining me the second week of my 2 week stay When I got to extended-stay to check in, I was informed that the double rooms had been overbooked Cassie was more than apologetic and offered every sleeping accommodation she could Because I only needed the double room the last week, Katrina and Cassie made sure that I will have that room before my son gets here Both have been friendly, helpful and personable These two ladies never missed a beat even while 4 groups of newcomers showed up in the lobby to check in In the last five days Iā€™ve been here, even if there is a group of people waiting for some thing at the front desk, Cassie made sure to address each person that approaches and lets them know she will be with them as soon as possible Amazing service! The hotel is new so rooms are very clean Housekeeping is super friendly and has been around if I needed anything I have not been down for breakfast as I cook in my room Common areas are very clean and there is a designated outdoor dog area with poop bags/container Highly recommend Extended Stay!!!

I stayed at this hotel, for a little over a month, while I searched for a long-term rental home I checked in on a Sunday I paid for the following week (7 nights), in advance, and thereafter on each Sunday for an additional 7 nights

On the weekend of March 25th ā€“ 27th, I was flying home I went to the front desk on Friday March 25th to pay for an additional week (7 more nights) since my flight would not arrive until Sunday around midnight I questioned the fact that my weekly rate (for 7 nights) was higher than the previous weeks I was told that the rate was changing on April 1st because it was ā€œthe seasonā€ Since I was checking out on Sunday April 3rd, I would only need to pay the new rate for 2 nights I paid the amount quoted That payment was required to keep the room until April 3rd After I left the hotel on April 3rd, my debit card was charged an additional $3360 I went back to the hotel to question the manager about this charge I was told that I still owed this amount I tried to explain to the moron that I had paid the quoted rate, for those nights, in advance I agreed on a rate for those additional 7 nights which would take me through April 3rd After I had stayed there through April 3rd, they charged me more money for the room than what was agreed upon when I paid for the room She does not understand that, legally, this constitutes FRAUD

This was a nice, new, clean Hilton hotel I stayed for 4 days The staff was always pleasant

The room had everything we needed The AC was quiet and the beds were comfortable The breakfast area was up and running and they did a great job at keeping things sanitary I liked how all items were individually wrapped to keep others from touching your food The towels and washcloths were a bit on the “rough/scratchy/cheap” qualityThis Hilton allows dogs in the rooms and while they are mostly limited to the first floor, they were present on other floors I love my dog but don’t travel with her and I was a bit concerned how they can really clean a room, linens, furniture, and floors clean and disinfect everything with dogs present Many of the guests (with pets) stay long-term and I can only imagine the condition of the room after an extended-stay We are loyal Hilton customers and if we ever need to bring our dog with us, we will choose Home2 Suites, but I think I’ll choose a different hotel the next time we come into town I always appreciate that hotels offer the option to bring the pet

What a perfect example of how a hotel should operate When you enter, you see a modern, clean facility Wonderful aromas and friendly staff

Speaking of staff, they are kind, and hard working They address your needsā€¦from the front desk to housekeeping We stayed almost 2 weeks (transition between buying a new home)the only issues we encountered was ā€œKidsā€ Baseball tournaments must have been going on over both weekends They were just being themselvesā€¦but some parents stayed by the pool and let them run through the hotel (I donā€™t blame the kids or staffā€¦just inconsiderate parenting) Overallthe hotel did a great job of managing any issues If your looking for quiet weekend getawayā€¦this might not be your first choice (Call to see if there are tournaments going on) Short of thatā€¦you canā€™t go wrong

This cozy hotel was just what I needed I’m a person that is challenged with anxiety from specific sounds Because my stay was over the 4th of July celebration, you can imagine how hard it was to find a quiet spot

I wanted/needed rest and decompression I’m happy to share that both occurred The staff is professional and kind The amenities were nice The location was away from city noise and MOST of the guests were friendly and respectful of their fellow travelers I hesitated to share this much about this Hilton property for fear of it getting overbooked

We found this place on google Just what we was looking for Call, spoke with owner

Great rates, right on the ocean Super nice people Loved every minute of our two day stay One thing please don’t let the front of the motel make you not try them They have alot of natural plants out front growing Enjoy our photos you’ll see what I mean

This was a lovely little in Small, secluded, simple, and quiet The road behind can be a little noisy but really not bad

The yard and gazebo are nice The ocean view and access are great Awesome beach with shells, crabs, pelicans, ibises, sand, plants, and fish Small inn means few neighbors and the neighborhood is quiet too The inn is more like staying at a friend’s house than a motel It is quaint, oddly decorated, and while tidy and clean, it is not the hyper sanitary clean you expect at bigger hotels or resorts Our room did have a strong smell like burnt plastic that persisted through the stay but we bought air freshener to spritz when we were there The coffee machine, fridge, microwave, and fully stocked kitchen is awesome nice Aside from the smell, I was pleased

The location is perfect! We love this part of the beach, we could walk everywhere- places to eat, get coffee, and to shop at the small local places We stayed in ā€œGaryā€™s guesthouseā€ with 5 people and it was cozy and clean! It is definitely a casual, older place with nothing fancy, but we find that perfect for us! The front office and cleaning staff were very friendly and helpful! We cant wait to go back!

Ava’s Artistry

May look a little old on the outside but very cute and quaint on the Inside Has a nice little secluded outside area that includes a pavilion You can sit it a swing chair and look at the ocean

The beach was not crowded in front of the motel The sheets were a little sandy but it was probably from me Easy to check in and wonderful service Overall a great experience

Ken Webster

Tempted to only give this place one star so nobody else will find it This is the place your grandparents came to on their honeymoon in FloridaMotel is on the beach with a big yard, swings, tables, and a gazebo overlooking the beach

Plan to spend some quality time just laying around outside You can get to know the other inhabitants if you’re sociableRooms are clean and well maintained, decorated in beach-house chic Cable TV works and WiFi is decent But, it’s not fancy and certainly not the place for someone expecting $$$ resort amenities

Feb2022, Suite (2 BR, futon, Kitchen) Nice room Tile floors with a couple throw rugs

Beds are comfy Ceiling fan speed chain missing but it had the light chain So, fan was top speed or nothing when you flip the wall switch Direct access to big, beautiful beach Pretty quiet room even though our room was right at the stairs and close to the road Pet friendly Close enough to groceries and gas and other eateries Very friendly guy at the desk answered all my questions

If I could rate this place as zero I would First off let me start by saying the pictures in the website are not how the rooms actually look like anymore When you walk in the room it has a smell to it, I understand theyā€™re old but it smells can still be resolved

That also the amount of rust all over the sink the bathroom Iā€™m sorry but I wasnā€™t even able to take a shower they were with sandals thatā€™s how bad everything needs updating The headboards are drilled onto the wall and we also found a sock so that means the maids didnā€™t properly clean Customer service was super rude I donā€™t know if itā€™s because I look very young and thought I was dumb and didnā€™t put very much attention to me but, I promise you there is way better hotels/motels in Cocoa Beach for the same price or even lower

Katherine Casey

I love this environment and location Have been here before and loved it so we returned Unfortunately the upstairs is not as comfortable as the downstairs

There are chairs outside the rooms and no where to walk if someone is sitting there they have to stand up Very tight space My only complaint is house keeping when we pulled back our comforter the bed sheet was dirty, in the bathroom there were strands of hair on the walls, also every draw on the dresser was broken when we managed to open one it had tags from someone elseā€™s clothes in it Our previous stay down stairs was amazing though no complaints

Lost Inn Paradise is truly a gem!! The owners are on site and are so helpful, kind, and were so generous to our family Our room was immaculate as were the grounds The heated pool was perfect and our kids had a great time fishing off the docks

The beach is just across the street and the owners have a room of amenities like beach toys, goggles, games, etc that are so helpful when traveling with young kids We had never been to the area before but because of this quaint hotel we canā€™t wait to come back We are so glad we stayed here over a chain hotel!

Caitlyn Dent

My husband and I had a 3 night vacation here I am in LOVE with this property! It is in South Cocoa beach, about a 8-10 minute drive from the main strip of restaurants I personally loved being a little bit away from the action

The views were incredible for the river side The beach is truly right across the A1A There are 2 Adirondack chairs for each room, along with plenty of seating up by the dock and by the pool The rooms were exceptionally clean and the housecleaning staff was amazing Our room had a small table, a fridge, a coffeemaker, and a microwave It was nice to have the option to keep leftovers or make sandwiches for beach days There is a laundry room on site and they include a lot of things in there for free that we didn’t know we needed but came in handy, including disposable cutlery, sunscreens and bug sprays, coolers, little wagons, beach chairs, life jackets, boogie boards, games, and books I would highly recommend this place for couples or, if you had a large enough family, rent out the whole complex and stay for a week! We did not end up taking advantage of them but there were also kayaks available for use and boat slips

Crystal Berg

We were unsure what to expect at an “Inn”but we would happily stay again at Lost Inn Paradise! Don’t underestimate the outside of the building Rooms were impressively up to date and clean The bedding and pillows were comparable to fancier establishments

Pool seems to be saltwater and is not huge but adequate since ocean is so close Views are fantastic It is located across the street from ocean but we knew that coming in Easy walk across the street to access the ocean front “Borrow room” was perfect for what we needed for our one night Ice and washing machines on site The Internet connection did its job perfectly Good sized fridge, freezer, and microwave Easy online check-in with gate codes provided in advance Property well maintained and clean Will definitely visit again Short drive to downtown touristy shops and food

Me and my family experienced something horrible with 1 hotel and switched to this hotel and OMG! This place is amazing! My cats were allowed here And the rooms were exceptionally clean and staff was very very nice and attentive! I recommend this hotel 10000% to anyone! Very lovely! And the bathroom is AWESOME!

This place is amazing! I normally just stay at a hotel when weā€™re in town for family but this time tried Crane Creek Inn and so glad I did! Just a place to stay became an actual vacation thanks to the attention to details and warm hospitality – the house is cozy and inviting and the grounds allow for both relaxation and fun activity Will be staying here from now on Thank you Mark for a great stay!

Kathryn Barcikowski

Our stay at Crane Creek Inn was wonderful The Inn is clean, cozy and the view on the creek is relaxing and peaceful We stayed in the Melbourne Room, which is the best room to stay in – it has its own private porch that overlooks the creek

My husband and I spent most of our time outside on the porch taking in the view or sitting by the pool The Inn is literally around the corner from downtown Melbourne, which was great when we ventured out for dinner I didn’t give it 5 stars because of the train nearby I went by quite frequently at nighttime and kept us awake We didn’t let it deter us from having a great time and enjoying our stay though

Ramona Gray

I am so sorry it has taken so long to get this review posted

sometimes life just happens! I won’t lie, my husband and I were a little concerned when we found out that our favorite place in Melbourne had new owners There was absolutely NO need to worry Mark and Meghan are amazing! They have already made some great improvements and we look forward to staying here many times in the future This property is so relaxing – plenty of great restaurants nearby in easy walking distance Just sitting by Crane Creek is amazing! This place is a treatenjoy it! We do!

Love this place! Not fancy but the rooms are updated with solid surface floors and the bathrooms are updated We have stayed 3 times in the last few months and have enjoyed each visit The rooms with the “ocean view” are a bit more expensive and smaller than the other rooms

Would be nice if some of the lower level rooms had king beds You are right on the beach so most of your time will probably be spent outside anyway Even though most of the lower level rooms don’t offer an ocean view, there are 2 deck/patio areas that do allow you to sit, see and feel the ocean breeze The lower has tables and chairs, the upper just has chairs The staff is friendly and accommodating It doesn’t have all the bells and whistles of bigger hotels/resorts but it is quiet and away from all the noise yet still close enough that a 5-15 minute drive gives you access to anything you would want

Location, location, location Amazingly close to the beach Very Clean rooms

Has all amenities, in the bathroom body wash, shampoo, conditioner and lotion Microwave and mini fridge They offered me beach towels to use at the beach They also have showers to get the beach off before you go to your room I would definitely stay here again

FAMILY ORIENTED PLACE!!!!!!!! Where can I start!!!! We have been coming here for 3 years pre Covid The first time I booked it, Iā€™m not gonna lie I was skeptical because the bedding sheets looked old in google

However when we got there what a surprise!! New, beautiful, clean, quiet and great customer service We are a family of 5 so the room by the beach end is perfect and specious for us The kitchen has the basic essentials needed to make a meal Beach is perfect, location perfect and itā€™s perfect in every way I am a crazy mom that wants to keep her children safe with minimal crowds and stupidity and if you are like me as a mother bring your children here They will have so much fun! If your husband loves to fishing amazing spots forFishing close by

Loved staying here The owners are great, very friendly and accommodating We felt as if we were at home

The entire week we were there The apartment was very clean and had everything we needed to stay for the week Being able to have such great access to the beach was so enjoyable We even made some interesting friends while we were there We can’t wait to reserve our week stay for next year

This is my second time staying and my SO’s first time I will say, that after a 4+ hour flight delay then car rental nightmares getting to Florida from Minnesota, it was nice to have the owner/management keep in touch after having alerted her we would arrive later than originally noted She called us at midnight as we were getting an airport shuttle ride to last minute changed car rental in Orlando and she said she would leave our door unlocked and key inside our room (#2) so we could go straight to our room when we arrived

After all the travel chaos, it was great to just get here and make a pizza and crash for the night! We had to get up and work very early and then did our actual check in after our work dayIt is very clean and well taken care of Yes it looks outdated, but it isn’t “old”, I actually prefer this to our Double Tree sweet right down A1A from here that we had while here for work 2 years ago ( right as everything was going into lockdown from Covid in March 2020)I stayed here later that year in August 2020, that stay was slightly uncomfortable, only because I was here for work and rather than traveling with my SO, his nephew met me here from NC to do the job, and or AirBNB fell through so my SO booked this while I was in flight, sight unseen Unfortunately being an efficiency apartment type set up, where the bathroom is only accessible from the bedroom, it was awkward for us ( I had only met the nephew a few times) this issue of course is not really a fault of the property! The rooms are definitely more suitable for single, couples or family :-)I definitely will stay here again, as my 11 yr old is still wishing she was able to join on this trip she has never seen this side of Florida, and being this close to the water would be a dream come true for her!

Absolutely perfect Was there for one night two days with my sister I wished we could have stayed longer

The beach is close, the outside areas are inviting with lots of places to relax, eat, and spend time with family The room(s), we met other family members who were already there, were spacious Great atmosphere, staff and other guests extremely friendly Will go back if the opportunity arises

Wonderful all around-Direct access to a beautiful beach (and because of its distance to other hotels, the beach was basically all ours)

-Relaxing grounds with a gazebo, hammocks, chairs, fire pit, grills, all in view of the ocean and with a light breeze-Individual units like apartments that were very private-Welcoming, homey and safe communal spaces-It felt secluded and enchanting-Fantastic service Mary-Lynn was like a friend immediately and helpfulWe loved it (2 adults, 2 kids) and would stay again without hesitation

Hillbilly Oneal

This is a fantastic place to visit and the host Brandy works hard to make sure you enjoy your stay The white sand beachā€™s were beautiful and the tiki huts were so convenient with grills, charcoal and all the utensils provided for you, the grill we used was already full of charcoal just added lighter fluid a spark and was good to go While we ate our food we were fortunate enough to enjoy the dolphins playing just off the beach

Then we went inside our bungalow and it was as great as I the outside I just described In a nutshell if youā€™re in the area itā€™s well worth the stop, if youā€™re not in the area itā€™s the perfect bucket list addition

I enjoyed my stay at the Fairfield inn, but it would have been better with just a few minor attention to detailMy room was clean and well-kept There was a tiny problem with the room and I’ll mention that below

But overall, I would rate the room pretty highI know that the pandemic has changed a lot of things, but I still expect the room to be serviced They don’t do that anymore It’s not a question of calling for service, they just assume that they don’t need to do itI asked the front desk to have someone go and clean the picture on the wall in my room It had something splashed on it and it really was a simple job to get that cleaned up They didn’t do that, instead they did a standard room cleaning So, whatever was splashed on the decorative art in my room to stay there for the entire visitThen later in the week, I asked to have my room cleaned and they said they would do that But no one ever showed up By that point I was pretty tired and there was no point in cleaning it the next day I was approaching the end of my visitThe othet thing I didn’t like was that my toilet ran constantly I did ask them to come and fix it, and they did that When they did that the toilet stopped Flushing properly By that point I was too frustrated to call it out againThe breakfast was a pretty standard Fairfield Inn breakfast There were scrambled eggs, there was a cheese omelette, sausage, bacon, oatmeal toast, muffins, juices, milk and cereal Later in the week they had breakfast sandwiches that you can microwave They also had waffles that you could stick in the toaster and warm up All in all, it was an okay breakfast I had omelette bacon and sausage everyday I also had a bit of the waffle each morning, too The best thing I can say about hotel breakfasts is that they’ll doI pointed out some rather rough spots with this hotel stay But the bottom line is I would probably stay there again I would be very clear about my expectations and expect that they live up to them But, other than that, there’s not much that I wanted but did not get from this hotel stayUnfortunately no photos this trip If I go back to this hotel, I’ll get photos for the review and update it then

I called and spoke with Laura on the phone to book rooms for the company I work for She was super pleasant to speak with and made our reservations quickly She sent me everything I needed via email with no wait! I find this type of service to be few and far between when it comes to booking hotels lately

So thank you so much Laura! PS: THEY HAVE BREAKFAST!
