Don’t forget to use ʜoᴛᴇʟʙᴏʟʟʏᴄᴏm when booking a stay They compare thousands of booking web sites and normally will have rooms much cheaper compared to others! Thank me later! This place is one of the most well known in the area

I have been staying here for years If you decide to stay here you won’t be disappointedIn the heart of Coconut Grove super cool Pricey Reviews were outstanding Easy breakfast Beautiful pools Rooms are like efficiency suites Definitely a return to kind of place

Emily Charles

Beautiful hotel in the heart of coconut grove, just a short walk from all the restaurants and shops with so much to choose from!Good pool on a terrace on the 8th floor, breakfast was lovely and the gym looked goodStayed in one of the ‘private oasis’ apartments, and had the most beautiful view over the bay Room was a great size, had a full kitchen with dishwasher, washing machine and tumble drier

Only complaint is there was no cork screw for my wine! Thanks for a brilliant stay

Maria Harrington

The location and the lobby are the only positives about this hotel I stayed in one of their rooms through Air BnB The hotel is a combination of hotel rooms and privately owned properties

The lobby was attractive but had a very heavy scent of perfume Once you leave the lobby, it is clear that the rest of the hotel is totally rundown and dirty My room had a terrible odor that actually kept me up throughout the night The odor was a combination of mold and dust being covered by perfume It was just the worst experience The carpeting was also dirty as evidenced by my white socks instantly turning black The air conditioning was also loud and disruptive I checked out early and will never return It is really a shame since it is in such a great location, but I would not recommend staying there!

Oh now that I see this is a hostel as well, it makes sense My friends and I rented the entire place on Airbnb for a weekend It was large and accommodating, but we found it strange that all the rooms were numbered and now we know why

The kitchen was very under stocked, so I wouldn’t expect to cook anything unless you bring everything The bathroom was also not stocked with body wash/soap and there was only enough towels for each guest to have exactly one It would be nice if they had more towels and made sure that the bathrooms had soap The home was very clean overall, but I would suggest that they not use so many plug-ins The fragrant smell was overpoweringGood location

Anton Vorgin

Hello! I liked this hotel, it has a good location, it was convenient for me to get from the hotel and back to the hotel The hotel has its own parking also a very reasonable price !!! the hotel consists of three two-story buildings, on each floor there are 5 rooms, one shared toilet with shower and a shared kitchen equipped with a refrigerator, stove, microwave and coffee machine, as well as a toaster

the rooms are not big, but everything is clean and tidy! overall this is a good offer on the hotel market!

J.G. Weeks Jr.

This place is great I haven’t even finished my stay, but after a couple nights here I can honestly say this place is awesome It’s a hostel, as plainly advertised, so it has shared spaces, which is definitely an experience and kind of fun

The bedrooms are private and locked via key codes It’s super clean, cool, and comfortable, and the service is amazing The price cannot be beat for the accommodation

Nice place to stay Calm neighborhood in general But the wall are thin like paper and unfortunately, my daughter and I has to deal with an arguing couple noises all night long

We felt like we were in the same house😔 The kitchen is full option, the place was very clean and comfy Didn’t like the bed but it’s just a question of taste There are buses stops around, some food markets 8 min away at feet

Isis

From start to finish, staying here was seamless! We got the code for the lock box well before check in time and we were able to check in and out with no interaction with others Towels, shampoo, and body wash are provided and the room has many provided amenities Our only complaint was that the walls were extremely thin and we could hear every word our neighbor was saying as well as when they were using their television

Just take that into consideration as it resulted in lost sleep for us

Turney Maurer

I stayed at Cottages El Portal while I had to host several presentations throughout Miami/Naples/Boca Raton for the week It was the perfect location to get anywhere, and the neighborhood was very quiet Made sleeping at night easy especially with the AC unit by the window next to the bed

My room had a full kitchen so I was able to go get groceries down the street, like a 5 minute drive away I would highly recommend staying here if you’re looking for a lowkey stay in a cool, authentic Miami neighborhood with gyms, great restaurants, and everything else you need nearby

Stayed at the hotel during a family vacation to Miami and despite the pool being out of service for a couple of days while we were there, they eventually opened it, I still gave this hotel a 5 star rating The staff was great, cleanliness of the hotel and room was great as well, the morning breakfast was delicious and they had a pretty big selection of breakfast food The hotel is conveniently located in a good spot in downtown Miami

I would definitely stay here again on my next trip to Miami

Claudia Duncan

Hotel is not convenient if you don’t have a car and need to walk to restaurants etc Breakfast was great but crowded if you go late Room was clean but a little run down

No hangers in the closet and we forgot a toothbrush but they didn’t have any Room seemed kind of dark Lights seemed to have very low watt bulbs in them Hallways dark too Bathroom was pretty nice but toilet paper holder was about to fall off I would still recommend this hotel as what I saw as problems were just little things The price was good and the room big with 2 large TVs

Leonard Riforgiato

I was a resident of Miami for 38 years, and moved away in 2020 This was my first trip back, and I found this hotel to be exactly what I was hoping to find Clean, comfortable, uncomplicated, super-conveniently located, and well-run by the management and staff

As it was less than a mile from my old home, I look forward to my next stay there I highly recommend it; great value-for-money as well, in a town that can get expensive

Kori MacDonald

My rating is mostly based on the airport shuttle Wish it ran more frequently than every hour, but it wasn’t a huge inconvenience Hotel front desk staff was laid back and nice

Quiet hotel, rooms were clean and seemed recently refurbished Close proximity to the airport, which is why we chose it Breakfast was included in our stay, but we weren’t able to experience it because we were leaving before it started Check out was easy as a Hilton Honors member Thankful the front desk asked if I’m a member since it was booked through a third party Nothing too special about this hotel in our 1-night (8 hour) stay, but also nothing bad!

Sean Stewart

This isn’t a 4 or 5 star hotel but was excellent for the price The area around the hotel isn’t great, but its not bad either Compared to other hotels in the price range its great

The breakfast area is nice and the pool area, while not large is pretty nice I was actually surprised how nice it was The staff were very helpful Definitely recommend

Thor Young

OK for an airport layover Not too far from the airport Shuttle bus blew by us for no reason so we had to take a cab, but the hotel reimbursed us for the trouble

Got the shuttle back to the hotel although it was overbooked What is the purpose of having a sign-in sheet for the hotel shuttle if you are going to let a bunch of other people on it first so the ones who actually signed up can’t get a seat? The hotel itself is fine The hotel neighborhood is OK – there is a shopping center across the street with a few simple restaurants you can grab something to eat, although they all close fairly early at night Rooms were good (typical Hampton Inn, fairly new, clean, good bathroom) Breakfast was fine Pool was closed Overall, decent place to stay if you are waiting for a flight the next day, but I don’t think I would stay here otherwise

Absolutely beautiful! I attended a networking event that was indoors/outdoors and it was one of the coolest experiences I’ve had in South Florida, and I’ve lived in Miami my whole life! The view of the water and various portions of the magnificent Miami skylines were breathtaking to say the least! The staff were also very accommodating and I will never be able to think of any complaint or criticism of any kind from my experience at this beautiful location! If you ever get the chance to go please do, definitely a bucket list type of adventure!

Overall, for one night it was fine Cleanliness is acceptable, could be better There was dust in the room and in the shampoos (placed on the wall) there was soap left out from previous use

The phone light flickered, a message was left in the mailbox, and people could be heard talking What is happening in the hallway was heard inside the room, the doors are closed hard and it echoes inside the room Front desk service was good Stairs are horrible Parking is $20 I liked the lobby and the decoration!

Don’t forget to use ʜoᴛᴇʟʙᴏʟʟʏᴄᴏm when booking your place This site will compare hundreds of booking web sites and usually will have rates much cheaper compared to others! Thank me later! This resort is one of my favorites in the area

I have been coming here for a long time If you stay for a few days you for sure will love it I’m sure!Stayed here just for one night (had a very early flight from MIA) I was looking for a decent, clean, quiet place, and used the google reviews to arrive at this hotel It was decent, clean, and quiet (not much airplane noise, can’t be many flights during the night) The room came with a kitchenette, the bathroom was modern, and I slept well

olinda gatti

The hotel was nice, all clean, the beds were comfortable, the food at the restaurant was fine (it closes at 9pm Very early if you are a foreigner), the guy at the desk was helpful I would stay there again

The only complains I have is that on the website it said that there were free shuttles from the airport and there weren’t and also that the water pressure from the shower was bad

Has a fully equipped kitchen Roof top pool balcony in ever room Valet parking is available at a price Virtual check in if there isn’t a attendee available Essential oil smell in the whole place Location is perfect you can get anywhere very quick I will stay here again

Lorenzo hubbard Designs

I’ve had several week long stays with Habitat Brickell by Sextant Tower 1 If the regular luxuries of a hotel aren’t important to you, you’ll be comfortable here The staff members are friendly, and professional, pricing is quite competitive for the area, they offer secure valet, a pool, small gym, and business area

All of the units could use redecorating, but they keep them tidy When I’m on a business trip that’s more than a couple of days, I prefer accommodations that give me access to a full kitchen, and Habitat Brickell’s apartment Style 1/2/3 bedroom accommodations give you access to all the basic amenities of home You’ll even get to enjoy a nice view from the penthouse level’s lounge area You’ll only be a few minutes walk from everything Brickell has to offer; so traveling alone or with family, you’ll surely have a pleasant stay at Habitat Brickell by Sextant

I’ve been staying here for years If you stay for a few nights you won’t regret itA 20 something year old hotel with open spaces and water features this property is large, clean, and relaxing The room was perfect for our 1st night after our long plane ride It was comfortable and quiet I hardly ever heard another person and we arrived in the middle of spring break We will come again if we travel this way again

Daniel Rocha

Hotel staff is super friendly and helpful Efficient in cleaning the rooms and help at the conference rooms as well The room although great and clean, had a weird layout in the bathroom making the shower stall very small, and the height of the shower very low

The location is great Walking distance from the mais street in the grove Lots of things to do around and close to the water front too

Channa Borman

Beautifully appointed rooms, elegant lobby, delicious food at the restaurant, great service from front desk staff But maybe most fun feature was the hospitality of the bellman Steven who gave us great restaurant recommendations when he took our luggage to the room and was hilarious in his descriptions of the options Great choice

Friendly, attentive and always greeted with a smile Robert the concierge is a wealth of information and happy to share! He set us up with some wonderful options for dining and local exploration Such a friendly person who you can tell loves his job Thanks to all the staff for making our stay great!

Kesha Ivory

I’ve stayed at the Bentley in the past The hotel itself has “aged” a bit since my previous stay The concierge Robert was the best part of our stay

His immediate, kind welcome was awesome! He engaged with us in a genuine way, not just in a work way We were in town celebrating my birthday Robert gave us numerous suggestions on food and places to go We followed every suggestion he gave and were not disappointed We stayed for 5 days He was there our first day and our last day and he remembered us by name and followed up to see if we took and enjoyed his suggestions We stayed in a studio suite with balcony, if there was any issue, we were not pleased with the bathroom There is only one hook for towels and ZERO counter space around the sink Overall a great stay

Best hotel I’ve ever stayed in! The room was spacious and clean I didn’t use the kitchen area but it really had everything you could need The balcony and view of the city was so nice

The view on the roof top with the pool was amazing as well The staff were ALL so friendly and helpful, even the kitchen cook helped me with the elevator as I was leaving The whole experience was such a vibe, I can’t wait to return! Thank you so much for the wonderful hospitality

Julianne Hawthorne

Beds were very comfortable Shower was great However the kitchens are not fully stocked; four plates, bowls, cups etc is not fully stocked

We did not even have a cookie sheet to bake on and our pans were both tiny We had to ask several times for washcloths, hand towels and an extra blanketThe noise level is high Room temperature went from ice cold to hot by itself Not to mention how rude the residents were to people staying there The staff was nice at the desk

Wow! What a beautiful hotel It was very nice and clean Very modern and contemporary feel

The pool is amazing in the back The staff is so pleasant and will help you at all hours of the night The airport is minutes away, close to all gas stations and all amenities A special thank you to Juan the GM Excellent experience and my family and I will be back for sure!

The stay was good for the most part We were out most of the day so we basically just came back to the hotel to change or sleep The pool didn’t seem as clean as I would’ve expected and some of my friends felt that it was salty? We were missing a hair dryer, but that probably could’ve been fixed by going up front to ask for one

Free breakfast was nice The hotel is very close to the airport so that made our early flight out a lot easier With traffic, the beach/downtown areas were about 40 mins Oh and parking is $2000 PER night so definitely keep that in mind! Overall this hotel was good, and i would consider to stay here again

We’d stayed at an Element in Utah, and the experience there had me very excited to try the Element in Miami I can only conclude from other reviews that this hotel exists in two dimensions Unfortunately, we ended up in the darkest timeline

“OK“ is a generous review for the alternate dimension in which we ended up It was late at night when we arrived Even later than it should have been with the very late shuttle – it’s apparent now the other dimension gets the on-time shuttle The room layout was great, the bed semi-comfortable, and a local overpriced, under-whelming pizza joint delivered At 11 pm, that was important It was also the best part of our stay The first room we were given was dirty Towels stuffed into the rack behind the door, dirty counters, hair, and dust all over the floor dirty The hotel moved us ThankfullyThe second room was cleaner than the first but not much cleaner In the darkest timeline, the hotel looks old inside and out, and the staff is tired So very tired The pandemic has hit double hard in this alternate dimension I was scared we’d hit this dimension on our return stay, so I quickly changed my reservation to the Residence Inn, where we had a great stay To those considering a stay at this Element, may be odds be ever in your favor

Such GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!Rooms are clean and beautiful, but the minute I walked in the smiles and good energy from Owen and Fran made everything better They are friendly, knowledgeable and will go above and beyond to help their guests So seldom you see people who love their job or provide a good customer service

Bathrooms are spacious and clean By the way, their shuttle runs 24/7 to and from the airport every 20 min 🙂

Room was nice and clean Room cleaning Service is also good As it does not offer free breakfast, very likely some of the guest prefer to bring food from outside

This hotel has Only ONE small microwave for entire building and that to be kept behind the buffet table which is hard to find Every time, if you need to warm food, you have to visit their in-house restaurant where servers are standing Yes, They provide refrigerator in each room

Very nice hotel Rooms were nice and clean Love that it’s only minutes from the airport

And 24 hour shuttle service to and from the airport Would definitely stay there again if I’m ever in Miami again The 5 stars are for the convenience, like a port in a storm They worked with me and my family when our flights were canceled 3 days in a row!!! Staff was very nice and accommodating!

After staying at the Mutiny Hotel I can see why the historic Cocaine Cowboys of the 1980s found this place so wonderfulNestled in Coconut Grove, the hotel has all the amenities of a small apartment, and all of the luxuries of a high end hotel right around the cornerThe little restaurant and bar on the 1st floor is nicely appointed and directly next to the pool for both convenience and scenery

If you know what I mean:pI highly recommend The Mutiny Hotel and will beer staying there again
