Nice rooms but they are not cleaned during your stay You must request fresh towels The bar food is absolutely horrible the pizza taste like frozen microwave pizza ,the cheeseburger is hard and dry

The breakfast sausage, eggs bagels and oatmeal where good but the French toast was hard and dry The Hyatt at one time stood for luxury and 5 star Hotels Not sure what happened to this place

Overall a good stay The room is like a mini 1 bed apartment with full size fridge/freezer, microwave, coffee making, stove, etc The rooms are spacious with one of the most comfortable beds and pillows

Rooms are newly renovated and my only complaint was the urine on the toilet seat and around the floor which the cleaner must have missed I love that you can open a window for fresh airFacilities include a gym, decent enough to get a sweat on, coin operated laundry with soap for sale, business centre, bar, free breakfast with a basic but decent spread, free coffee and I did see an outdoor pool area but wasn’t there long enough to test the waters The location is super quiet and I felt safe staying hereStaff were friendly on check in and check out I would stay here again

Hyatt house was our main hotel for our wedding block and we were so happy we picked them!! Block rates were very reasonable and Christine was so easy to work with We loved the amenities (pool, fire pit, basketball court) and having the extra space with the living room in each room made it so much easier to socialize and prep for the wedding in the days leading up Hotel breakfast was also great and served as a nice gathering point to see our guests

The staff was very friendly and helpful It was also very quiet which was nice The room was definitely a bit dated though

The bathroom door also wouldn’t close because it was stuck on the floor I’m not sure if they hung it too low or why it did that I loved how instead of the bland scrambled eggs you get at every other hotel they had fried eggs that actually had some flavor

4 years ago we came from Virginia to bring our daughter to college and stayed here Throughout those four years we returned many times every year to watch her play her sport and every time we came, we stayed here Every single time we were greeted with smiling faces from the courteous employees

The rooms have always been clean and the breakfast was always delicious Our daughter is graduating this weekend so it may be a while before we return, but I promise when we come back to New York we will be staying here Thanks for taking such good care of us over the years

Solid option in western Yonkers with friendly staff and good, on-site management Best overall of the 3 hotels in this office park, imho Could use a little updating overall but clean and everything in working condition for the most part (shower head)

Breakfast served at 6a every day, windows open and fellow guests have been reasonably quiet & respectful in my experience, over multiple visits Slightly nicer rooms at the Courtyard across the street but this place wins on service

Self contained unit in one of the historical buildings from Piermont Avenue Tiny, but really charming, clean and well decorated Linens and bed super comfortable and the shower

so good! Location is great, we were able to walk to Bars and Restaurants both in Piermont and the nearby town, Sparkill Kitchen is very well equipped if you are planning to cook your own meals Carolla is a great host, kind and a very interesting person with a positive attitude towards life The first night she came upstairs to bring us ground coffee for the following day and we were talking for about an hour in the living room We definitely recommend this place!

Jon Martin

This Bed and Breakfast was perfect for our recent stay To start the location was perfect We traveled in to check out Tarrytown and Sleep Hollow

This B&B is located in Piermont which is a very charming small town that has excellent food, kind locals and during our time a very appealing Octoberfest We were also only a few minutes across the bridge from Sleepy Hollow and Tarrytown allowing us to come and go very easily throughout the weekend Rates were very reasonable, the room was very clean and we right at home Carolla welcomed us with her sweet and kind nature We were provided with an excellent breakfast every morning with plenty of options Having never stayed in a B&B before a small concern of ours was having enough privacy but that was never an issue We had plenty of small exchanges and joyful conversations but always felt like we were given plenty of privacy I can’t say enough good things about Riverview I would highly recommend and we would love to stay again

Dirty room and we update but still dirty, rude and unprofessional staff, no towels, small, dirty and anti hygienic breakfast area, toilet broken, dark room, sketchy furniture and old We were scared when we got inside the elevator and started to leaking water and wet the panel Front desk knew it and permitted to used for 4 hours

The other two elevators are hazardous The place smelled so bad that couldn’t stand in the hallway and in the room The sofa and floor was very dirtyThe hotel doesn’t have there own parking We would never even think to stay here again

Starleana Holmes

Have gone a few times Nice service and there’s breakfast Cozy rooms even though sometimes they smell of cigarette

Cute decor Free coffee They do overnight and hourly I gave 3 stars because it’s kind of hard to sleep when u hear neighbors “enjoying” themselves in the next room I’ve machines are not on every floor But over all decent Price isn’t bad $80 for 3 hours $245 kinda steep, for over night They only take cash unless your staying over night Which kinda sucks Nicely clean though 35 stars lol

Mount Morris is quiet, beautiful, and immaculately clean Even the stoop is lovely with blooming peonies It’s very reasonably priced for NYC

Across the street is Mount Morris Park (Marcus Garvey Park), a pleasant little place for a walk The decor is tasteful, the woodwork is restored, and the classic bathroom we had was nicely updated The kitchen provided coffees, teas, granola bars, and homemade goodies A block away from Lenox (Malcolm X Boulevard), it’s easy walk to neighborhood restaurants and transportation Peter was warm and hospitable, sending us off with a box of his yummy chocolate chip cookies We highly recommend Mount Morris House and will definitely come here again on our next visit to the city

Sydney Private Day Tours

My partner and I stayed here last year and LOVED it! We are planning another trip to NYC next year and will bring our grown up children – we wouldn’t stay anywhere else in NYC Our apartment was lovely and quiet, the guys even kept the kitchen stocked with delicious homemade cakes and coffee! The bus uptown is literally out the front as is the beautiful Mount Morris Park The neighborhood is quirky, safe and historically beautiful

Thanks Guys! Julia & Scott from Australia

It was my first time in New York and in the states The house was wonderful and full of charm, as was the host Whilst it was very close to the subway and some great places to eat filled with local people rather than tourists like me, it was really quiet and I felt very safe coming back home every night

Dimitri was incredibly helpful with how to get around and what to do We mastered the bus routes quickly and, because of its position, were able to travel across NewYork with easeThis is a fabulous place to stay if you want something non touristy and typical New York

Very comfortable room The front desk checkin staff are very pleasant, professional and helpfulThe morning breakfast is exceptional with a variety of items to choose from

However, I would like extend a kudos to Ms Eileen working the breakfast dining facility She is amazing at what she does She does her due diligence to ensure everything is clean and well stocked She is very pleasant and helpful to customers when they ask her for assistance

I held my wedding here and I can say that I have no complaints The master and junior suites were spacious and comfortable The halls for my wedding ceremony and reception were beautiful and the lounge was perfect for my cocktail hour

The staff were very attentive during my wedding and worked well with my wedding planner and the various vendors Also, the hotel it self is beautiful and served as a great back drop for my professional wedding photos! It was the perfectly executed wedding!

Justin Clark

clean and updated, not bad for a one night stay wouldn’t stay longer than that walls are paper thin, I was woken up at 3:30 in the morning by the people in the room next-door talking loudly, not yelling

i had the “privacy please” hanger on my door and the cleaning staff ignored it and came in anyway breakfast had no hot food, bagels and muffins are your options

It was our daughters wedding We reserved blocks but some immediate family were saddened when there weren’t enough rooms even though they tried to reserve a room prior to the cutoff date We reminded them we needed to be at the wedding venue by 4 and they assured us the would have rooms available by 3

Fast forward to 5:30 pm and our suite still wasn’t available We had an after party there which was amazing and I must admit when we finally entered the room at 11:30 pm it was lovely If you have a wedding block Susan is the only person you should deal with She is amazing, and tries to please I think there is a shortage of staff because the hotels took a hit during Co-vid

Laura Gregory

I stay here every few months for stay-vacations Nice hotel, nice staff, but it needs to be updated Furniture looking old, couches\sofa beds sunken in, many rooms have no throw pilllows, problems with wifi, tv, stoves & freezer ice makers not working

No welcome gifts in room anymore, no chocolate in water bags, and community shampoo & conditioner in showers–not very sanitary idea during a pandemic They also kept falling down from shower wall before we even took showers! And also please, for goodness sakes, get dining chairs in each room with padded bottoms already–the constant screeching noise of everybodys chairs on the floor is so annoying!!! And please update breakfast to have FRESH fruit each day, not leftovers from past 2 days, as well as return of pancakes & french toast & different variety of sandwiches & muffins each day Its always the same stuff lately (Not fault of breakfast makers Imsure)Technically its not free considering this is one of the more expensive Marriots in NY For what this hotel costs for a stay the quality should not be going down A new onsite restaurant would be nice tooThank you

Greg Goomrigian

Rooms cleaned and allowed for proper protocols Staff was confused abit on room requirements as we had asked for specifics weeks prior only to find that they were unable to meet our needs We had to spend time at the counter re explaining our request

Although they offer handicap rooms, the bed was to high for a person to get into Our family member ended up sleeping on the sofa in her room as it was more accessibleBreakfast was great with a variety of foods available for both adults and childrenParking seemed abit limited but with some searching, we found a space in the garage adjacent to the hotelLobby spacious and was perfect to accommodate our group during the late eveningStaff attentive and friendlyWould definitely return

The room was clean and spacious We had no issues with anything in the room and it’s great that the rooms include up to date TVs (allow streaming services) The breakfast in the morning was okay, it gets the job done

The location of the hotel was perfect for us and there are multiple little restaurants right around the hotel If you drive a little bit there are shopping centers and grocery stores that aren’t too far either We’ll definitely be back 👍🏾

Hammer

The bed was comfortable the shower has good water pressure and it gets nice and hot fast The breakfast is really good with a big variety for everybody Location is not near the highway but, it is near route 22

I did see a restaurant within walking distance as well The couch pillow has some stains on it The overall the hotel seems pretty clean There is a refrigerator microwave and a huge walk-in closet with extra blankets

T F

Very nice hotel when I am on business However every time I have stayed there was either no iron or the iron was broken They also never provide the lower coffe maker component so the coffee display is just ornamental

The last time I stated one light over the desk was out With proper management and maintenance, this place could be awesome

Honestly can we give this location the 5 stars it deserves Me and my husband spend a whole week here to see how we liked the environment, if this would maybe become something more then just a weekly stay here and there It was amazing, the staff when you walk in, the management, to the cleaning ladies

You all are running a five star hotel We went to Royal Regency last night to check it out and had the worse experience that we booked this hotel immediately for the next day because it was just not the same environment at all I will highly recommend this to all my friends and family, also to business partners for their stays Keep up the amazing work! The hospitality in this hotel is the upmost amazing! If you see this hotel BOOK IT don’t wait! I promise you it’ll be the best experience Laundry, don’t worry about that, they have machines downstairs for only $250!!! You cannot beat that anywhere This is a home away from home

Langston Martin

The best part of my Experience was the young lady working the front desk with the Red glasses She made me feel the most welcomed both nights I stayed there The room was great(the main was okay

The standing shower needs tending to Fingerprints and black spots in the corking around the shower room#318 Other then that Would Highly recommend this hotel to travelers

Jason Green

While this hotel is fairly clean, the lack of services and amenities is disappointing Upon arrival of a 4 night stay, I was informed that the pool was out of order While this doesn’t bother me, others may have wanted this option

The next morning, went downstairs to get breakfast and was informed that there was no staff or supplies to make the breakfast that you come to expect from staying at a Courtyard Since there was no breakfast, might as well grab a signature Starbucks coffee nope All they offered was black or decaf After the day was done, returned to my room only to discover that housekeeping had came Not an issue except that I had placed the do not disturb door hanger out I stay at Courtyards expecting a certain degree of service and this one was lacking I’m sure that everyone will be quick to jump on the shortages of people and supplies, however around the corner the Starbucks was fully stocked This may be a management issue

We stayed for 3 days and it was amazing! love this place!the rooms are spotless! the whole has the most beautiful artwork (I love it)The host was accommodating and understanding! She helped us when our flight was canceledThe rooms are spacious, well equipped, the location is great because is not near to the main street, so at night you don’t get any sounds but still the metro station is just a few blocks away

Carolina Muñoz Bernal

At first it seemed to me like it was a little far away from everything but I was wrong It is located just a couple of blocks away from 3 subway stations and we were about 10 minutes away from midtown The place is located in a beautiful quiet and safe neighbourhood

Boothe’s house is a beautiful and tastefully decorated brownstone Keep in mind you will have to carry your luggage up some narrow stairs There is a rule to remove your shoes inside, which makes for a super clean place and a quiet one You should also wear a facemask in the common areas You access the house with a personalized code and the room will be ready at the time of your arrivalHaving stayed in NYC several times, I can definitely tell you the rooms are bigger than your average hotel The room is spacious You get a bathroom, a closet (mini fridge included), a desk, a couch and a super comfortable and cozy bed There is no housekeeping service during your stay, however you have everything you need such as several towels, toiletries, hair dryer, filtered water, a tea and a coffee maker My room also came with a TVThis place was perfect to rest after a hectic day in the city Boothe was very kind and helpful I will definitely be back and I will be recommending this place to friends and family

By far the best place I’ve stayed at in NYC I went with my wife and a friend for a night so we could enjoy some sights in the city Our room was very homey and comfortable

Are it sits in is relatively quiet for the city it sits in Apartment is small, but uses the space very well and feels bigger than it really is All of the furniture was clean and comfortable PLENTY of places nearby to eat and drink Also near great public transportation spots; Subway is a block away If you’re small group, or just a couple looking for a safe, warm place to stay, I highly recommend staying here

James Abbgy

This place is absolutely gorgeous Comfy bed, well appointed kitchen Some drinks in the fridge (additional charge if you actually drink them, but I appreciate the convenience

)The pictures you see aren’t the typical “best angle” shots you see for other places This place is exactly what you see pictured McD’s right next door, BK and Subway very close as well Several other options a short walk away, if you want something more upscaleOwners were friendly and accommodating I have certainly paid more for less when staying in Manhattan

Zachary Beck

“–Tl;drNice room, good service, do research on location to make sure it is what you are expecting–“Comfortable and modern feeling, with a full kitchen Windows on both sides, which allow for a nice breeze and good ventilation (~) when opened

No fan in the bathroom but it is well ventilated enough that it doesn’t matter Heavy drapes on east windows to block out the morning sun Not unreasonably noisy for being in the city Plenty of good food with lots of fast food spots nearby, a McDonald’s is literally next door, though nothing within a couple blocks is open 24hrs Free WiFi and television with HDMI capabilityDifficult to find from outside Some might find the area a little intimidating Shower is slow to heat up and then takes a lot of effort to get it cool enough to use No drying rack for dishes Foldout bed is confusing and there are no written instructions Television had poor signal from the antenna Even though there were coax cables connected, they were not selectable Remote had no batteries, if it had that might have solved some other issues with the TV However, the real concerning thing about the room I was in were the locks on the windows There were two types of locks, but neither actually locked the windows* Especially when considering the location, this is particularly distressing; even with the rooms being elevated multiple stories off the ground There is a safe but that only mitigates the problemOverall I enjoyed my stay immensely and would definitely stay again Nearly all the complaints I had, with the exception of the window locks, were minor I recommend booking with the hotel directly to get the best price The staff are polite, responsive and attentive(*)I have notified the staff of the issue with the window locks but I still recommend asking about them before booking I believe that they will have them fixed quickly, or I would have lowered my rating

Talisha Blackburn

Booked this hotel via a 3rd party booking service, and there was a glitch in the app so when we got to the hotel, the rates were different because it was a weekend Spoke to the front desk attendant about the issue, and while very courteous, they could only lower our rate by $20 that evening based on their rates, which was $100 over our initial booking rate Since we were from out of state and celebrating our Anniversary, we decided to stay, as we wanted to begin our night of relaxing and quality time

That weekend, there happened to be a big wedding hosted at the hotel, so we ended up across the hall from rowdy guests Not the hotels fault Staff was very attentive and professional The room was really great Beautiful decor and very clean We easily got to the train station 5 minutes away and were in Times Square in 40 minutes The following day, we toured New Rochelle, which was nice, a lot of hand painted murals to see, and a diversity of food choices Nice weekend get away

The noise from band is horrible I like to have a good time too and chose this hotel due to its proximity to I 95 Traveling and needed sleep

This you do not get here If I had known it was going to be this noisy, I would not have stayed If you are looking for a nice place to rest while traveling, this is not the place to stop You would be better off sleeping in your car

Me and my family stayed in this place for a night in a suite room 301 Rooms are nice Hotel is nice

Most of the employees are friendly The day when we checked out we realized that we have forgot an item with my credit cards and money in the small container That I placed it under the mattress since this hotel does not offer safe in the rooms When I came back same day I have been informed that room is occupied and I have to come back next day Next day manager informed me that my small container is not there and no one brought anything to lost and found I love staying in Hilton hotels and I never had any problems returning my items if they where forgotten I really do not think that this location has a honest employees

I would stay again the rooms were clean, service was helpful My only issue was the room temperature control and having it stay cold but i should have called for help regarding that The pool was great, clean & quiet

The breakfast was alright its standard but the cereal selection & bagels were good I would stay again Hilton for the win

Make sure to use ʜoᴛᴇʟʙoʟʟʏᴄᴏm when booking your hotel They compare thousands of booking web sites and typically will have prices much cheaper than others! Thank me later on! This resort is one of my favorites in the area

I’ve been staying here for years If you choose this place you definitely will love it I’m sure! This was a super comfortable space We had our own locker in our room without extra cost (bring a padlock), the food and coffee it’s good, nice and bilingual service (Spanish and English) It’s a safe space to stay just a few blocks from Central Park It’s not cheap but for the location and clean rooms and bathrooms it’s worth it

Pros:Clean rooms and bathroomNice little cafe downstairs with plenty of tables to sit atFriendly staffCons:There are a Lot of younger people

And when I say young, I mean 16-18 year olds and even younger than that They were extremely loud on the evening, quite distracting when I just wanted to chill I feel like the hostel should have an 18+ age restrictionAlso the cafe closes really early too I’d often get back around 2pm and it was already shut for the day so it’s only available in the morning time which is a bit inconvenientOverall, a pleasant stay I travelled on my own and met a couple of other friendly solo travelers, however most people stick to themselves so if you are relying on meeting others then I’d recommend somewhere else Friendly and helpful staff Also it’s a great location too! A short subway ride to times square/Broadway and a short walk to Central Park which was perfect

Superb hostel! I’m travelling the US alone and NYC was my first stop The room was super clean, as were the showers, the staff super friendly, and it is less than a one minute walk to the subway which takes you straight downtown where all the most common attractions are (line 1) Met the most amazing people and wouldn’t hesitate to rebook!! Very decent pricing for NYC too! I understand why all the reviews rave about it

Highly Highly recommend

We’ve stayed here quite a few times, the last time before our recent stay being pre-pandemic The location is convenient to the city, the beds are comfortable, breakfast is decent enough, parking is free My daughter and I stayed in room 804 and our experience was the room is really in need of some TLC

1 Temp control was hit-or-miss, the thermostat being well-handled and old2 Furniture in the living room is Salvation Army-grade and there’s way too much of it for the small space3 Remote control did not work4 Kitchen faucet leaked5 The toilet seat was loose and moved side-to-side and I was not about to reach under there to tighten it6 The coffee maker was fun; the little spring-loaded button in the bottom of the filter basket did not hit the carafe lid, so the coffee stayed in the basket rather than draining into the potThis used to be a nice hotel but it’s becoming run-down It’s clean for the most part and convenient to the ferry terminal, the parking is free, the access to the promenade restaurants and to Pier 115 is a plus, but it’s just starting to feel old and neglected We’ll probably stay here again but we might just try somewhere else

I stayed here for two nights and three days I felt good when I checked in The lady at the counter was very kind

I liked the room, too A room with two queen beds and a living room with a sofa were separated It is free breakfast time from 6 AM to 10 AM I was also satisfied with the quality of their food I will stay at here again when I come back to NYC next time

Great location, great size of the room, very decent food for breakfast, free parking Only thing to improve would have been the furniture in the room was very dirty and old I used cleaning wipes for the chairs and I covered the sofa with my blanket that I carry in the car to make sure my clothing does not get any stains from the furniture

One of the chairs had literally some black stuff like machine oil or something Since the linens, tile surfaces and bedding were clean I did not complain Room had water front view so overall great value for the price I wish they had let us do late check out and did not barge in the room before we were even dressed yet to rush us out before the check out time The asian lady at the front desk was rather mean towards us but rest of the staff was very cordial
