It rained in my room the night/morning of my daughters surgery My reservations was for six days, so I had six days of luggage, food and supplies to move to another floor and room, while my daughter was having surgery A dog relieved himself on the pillows in my room, which made the room stink

The hotel did change my linen after I threw the pillows in the hallway FYI, they did not have another room available During breakfast a dog came into the dinning area and started sniffing the plates, bowls etc Thank God the hostess say him and removed, sanitized and cleaned everything This was the worst stay ever Never, ever again will I stay at the Norcross LocationI have pictures, I really want to post them!

I stayed here for 2 months for work and had a great experience For a long term stay this place checked all the boxes It is close to everything, has laundry room, kitchenette type rooms with ample sized fridge and freezer

The only issues I had for a long term guest was getting towels The staff got them for me but it was an every other day chore The staff was great except one guy who seemed bothered when you asked him about something! Will on the other hand was exceptional! He is a very friendly and efficient worker

The day of check-in customer service rep told us that if we wanted any room service that we would need to let them know early in the morning the day that we would want room service We asked a couple days later for room service in the morning and they told us that we needed to give them 24 hours advance notice We told him that we were told to let them know the morning of

Being a diamond member and supporting this brand for many years we did not receive any room service They did provide us extra towels that we requested Traveling with a two-year-old that still wears diapers and needing to dispose of them makes it extra fun when you do not get room service We go to notify the hotel that we need to check out a day earlier at night They tell us to let the morning staff know that we just are checking out early No one in this hotel likes to take responsibility and make sure things get taken care of properly I would definitely think about considering this place before you come for your travels There are plenty of other properties nearby

Great location!!! Beautiful surroundings Super great check in staff!!! Everything was great until… got settled into the room and… there were a few dead bugs on the floor – carpet and the bathroom and the room was very musky all night So, the room wasn’t comfortable at all because of this

We had to check out of this property the next morning

We had a great stayI like most is the staffs – they are friendly and helpful, and always talk with smileRoom is super clean and comfortable

The outdoor area is pretty and nice to take a walkIn general it’s a fair game and I recommend it to others

generally, good experiencepros: nice staff, clean environment, quiet area, good location, safety is good, the air conditioner is good (can control at the control board at the air conditioner itself or at wall)cons: not so many outside chairs to let you enjoy the sunshine, swimming pool is only open on Friday, meeting room/meeting space is not open to individual use (but if you are in a group and book the meeting room in advance maybe you can use it)

This was a very average stay, here are the comments on my particular experience Hotel was booked through bookingcom1) Checking was REALLY SLOW even with no-one in the line waiting

2) A $100 “just in case” authorization was done on the credit card, separate from the room charge, that it is still pending on the bank I do not have to spend my time days afterwards checking for this to be cleared3) We booked this particular hotel for the free breakfast, which was very dissapointing and only had it once, that shiuld give you a hint You will be better off buying something from a supermarket and put it on the fridge4) First room on the ground floor (116 I believe) had an AWFUL SMELL, the only positive was that it was changed promptly5) Customer service is average6) Second room was towards the street and was very noisy when traffic started early in the morning7) Next door neighbor had the TV on for the WHOLE NIGHT, could not sleep that night8) Personnel mandated us to put face mask while they didnt and other guest either A bit discriminating if you ask me, specially as I told the staff that we were fully vaccinated and tested that day Let me tell you, it would have been more probable that you infected me that the other way roundThere are many hotel options in Alpharetta with similar price I would recommend trying another

What a find! You’d never know from the secluded surroundings that you’re close to everything that you could possibly need Close to 400, the mall, a ton of great restaurants, and much more The staff and pool were great, my only beef is that you have to tell them, and remind them, if you want your room cleaned

Room cleaning is only done on Monday’s and Thursday’s To be fair, almost all lodgings have this policy now And if you need more towels and other things, they are more than happy to hook you up at the front desk The fair prices and full kitchen make up for any shortcomings Very nice, will stay there again! Check out the pictures to see the surroundings

There was a problem with the sink and garbage disposal in our suite and it caused a terrible stench from the moment we entered My boyfriend drank the tap water and got sick We believe it was connected to the garbage disposal issue

Also, there were no spoons in the suite, and they hadn’t come to clean our room in awhile We had to hunt them down to get towels and washcloths The place was dirty upon our arrival; dirty dishes, etc The room key didn’t work on several occasions Very disappointing

Couple of things I didn’t like was pool close to early and towels and washcloths you had to go to the office and take your dirty towels and washcloths to get clean ones Wide crack at the front door where bugs can come in so I place a towel at the bottom of the doorThe suite was very spacious it sleep about 10 ppl and beds were comfortable

Front desk check in was quick 2 bedroom suite with a loft suite This hotel is in a great location Restaurants gas station liquor stores convenience stores close to the highway

Georgia Guardian

I stay in this place 2-3 times a month When I come into town My stay on 4/30/22 was not good

The AC did not work in the room and nobody was at the front desk to complain to I called back Monday morning 5/2/22 to voice my concerns and the lady who answered had an attitude and actually hung up the phone without addressing my concernIt also take almost 7 days to get your deposit back This is absolutely ridiculous Only once since I stayed there was my deposit returned in reasonable amount of timeRoom 621 air does not work! This is my first time experiencing any issues besides the deposit return at this location

Brit Mosley

Check in/ out: the check in and out process was very fast The website states that breakfast was included but it wasn’t, I can assume due to COVIDRoom: We stayed on the second floor and our room included a loft bedroom, two bathrooms and two full sized beds in a separate room

The accommodations looked exactly like the picturesMy only con: there are too many permanent residents who are taking over the property It no longer looks as kept as a hotel should

Housekeeping not provided unless you stay 5+ days or longer Had to go to the front desk for towels, tissue, etc Called to ask for housekeeping to at least come get the trash from the room and I was told to bring the trash to the front desk and they will take care of it

The price of my stay was not worth it considering what I had to go through The lobby looks amazing but the rooms could use some updated furniture and kitchen appliances

Miz Krickett

The service was horrible My children and I were put out on the streets after being displaced from our home flooding I was informed after check out time when the staff could have advised me the extension that they were guaranteed to receive hadn’t been extended

I left a couple of hours prior to and some of my items were missing from the room I will be filing a formal complaint with the Better Business Bureau Had been staying there four weeks and had one additional week needed before flooring and painting was completed and furniture returned to our home Worse way to do a mother with kids that paying was never an issue because the insurance was paying for the company who destroyed my home with an AC installation Had drive back 50 miles and leave my sons AAU game just to get my 17 year old from the hotel and our belongings from both rooms

Shey Marples

This is my favorite hotel for many reasons The first is the front desk ladies Kuree and Jaynana – they made my very extended stay pleasant by treating me like a good friend and were always attentive The maid service was exceptionally clean and all of them very nice

The sweet woman who makes & serves the breakfast was always so friendly to chat with in the morning The rooms were spacious and the location of the hotel was perfect, by all grocery shopping, restaurants and nearby parks When I return to Kennesaw this is my top choice hotel to stay in – highly recommended!

Have stayed here twice for soccer tournament in the area Not particularly close to fields, but im picky about hotels rooms and safety precautions Clean rooms and comfortable beds

Did find wrappers and items left by previous guests which made me wonder about how well cleaned my room was before this stay Small indoor/outdoor pool was perfect for the boys between matches Complementary breakfast is okay The boys enjoyed the waffles, and the coffee was good One of the employees at the front desk (manager?) was not overly friendly, but we enjoyed our stay

T CErick

Our stay was good here! The room was spacious and it was nice it had a bigger fridge with an actual freezer The room was clean and the breakfast was good I felt judged when asking for more toilet paper and towels, but when you stay there multiple nights you need that stuff

We were disappointed at the reduced hours for the pool We picked this hotel because of the pool The one time we got to use it we used the outdoor part and it looked very run down We didn’t check out the indoor part, again because of limited hours The staffing checking us in and checking us out were not very friendly or welcoming Overall the location was good for what we were doing, the hotel is solid and we couldn’t hear anything outside of our room, the room was good, and the breakfast was nice

Big Kuntry

This is my 3rd time staying at this location I haven’t had any issues except the digital key didn’t work on the main door but other than that everything was great Clean room, safe parking, quiet location

All of the staff was friendly especially Mrs Marie, a real sweetheart and very professional I’ll definitely book here again in the future

If I could leave a zero I would! We called this hotel to request a rate and make sure it was available When I asked to make the reservation, the desk clerk transferred me to reservations where I waited on hold for over an hour as the agent continually said he could not find the rate the clerk quoted me Using my husband’s phone, I* called back the clerk at the hotel and she was not willing to make the reservation and insisted on transferring me to reservations (when I told her I was already on hold with them and had been for a long time

) She was terse and completely unfriendly I thanked her and hung up but stayed on hold with the reservation line He never came back to the line and hung up on me within the next 15 minutes Don’t bother wasting your time with this hotel They don’t honor the prices given at the actual hotel and the clerks are unfriendly and unhelpful

Traveling for work and this hotel is always top notch due to the staff I cannot rave enough about two of the KINDEST ladies I’ve met Martha and Denice always bring smiles friendliness and warmth to breakfast…

Truly make you feel a home away from home Room is clean and staff very responsive 1 suggestion is to get some lighter hand weights in the gym Overall one of my favorite business stays!

LaToya Green

Hotel rooms were ok Breakfast time is limited from 6-8am Needs to be extended… Stayed three nights, asked for more towels but I was told my card was not processed, proceed to show clerk were I was charged $410 from my account, then received towels

Furthermore received an email stating 25%off due to internet outage, received a copy of check out bill with only 10% discount, corrected it immediately Overall it was just ok Not impressed with service to much

Staying here at Towne Place Suites is home away from home I started living here March 2020 until October 2020 and the service was excellent during COVID-19 This is my second extended stay here

I have stayed at other hotels and motels, the services doesn’t equal up the outstanding service you here received here You are always met and treated with the upmost respect from all the staff Kari, Donna, Gwen, Nik, Chad, Ashley, Marcela, kelvin, Jordan, Peggy, Wanda, Niayyisha, Ernastina, Andrea, Mayde, Alfonso and Zureima They go the extra mile to make sure you are happy and please with their stay and service here I enjoy staying here because of the kindness, services, and respect that is showed toward me If something is wrong, management and the staff make sure you are happy and please with the outcome

The worst Marriott I’ve ever stayed at Was supposed to stay for multiple days to recover from surgery and the place was so gross and the service was so bad that we left after a few hours Multiple bugs in my room, the kitchen was gross and there was hair clogging the shower drain and on the shower walls

Explained the poor experience/service to the manager and still had to pay for the full time, even though we didn’t end up staying the night

Seriously? We can’t help ourselves at the breakfast counter? Keeping people from helping themselves to breakfast does NOTHING to stop COVID Just another way I feel these types of hotels are being cheap I took a star off for this

However, everything else was as expected I loved the double opening windows in my room Everything was fairly clean and in good condition Shower drained a little slow, but other than that, no issues

Horrible Experience with the Front Desk Lady on 6/27/22 around 10:30pm After leaving my sick wife at the hospital I stopped by this place to spend time with family who came here to assist me in urgent times

When I got to the door, no one was at the desk & I dropped all of my bags to speak into the door glass to get help When no one heard my calls I knocked on the door hard enough to make sure someone heard me but certainly not hard enough to be destructive When the lady finally heard me, she YELLED at me “You need to stop banging on the door!” She asked where my key was & I informed her I was visiting someone She never asked who I was visiting & simply left me outside holding my bags until my family came down stairs That was extremely humiliating & belittling to leave someone outside & refuse to even let them come to the desk to figure out my purpose for being there I was then made aware that this same lady is known for having a disrespectful tone & bad customer service & she is still there The tone in which she treated me was clearly racially related I will NEVER spend a dime at this classless establishment

I loved the size, very large Has small kitchen area w/fridge & microwave, good size bath, Large open area includes loveseat sitting area with side table & large ottoman, lots of storage for clothes, etc Bedroom area has large bed with attached side tables & lamps, closet area, large desk with desk chair

Nice TV that swivels to use while in both LR/BR area! Loved the cleanliness of the room Very modern Nice & comfortable One of my favorites as far as the room & breakfast goes If it would have had some kind of mini-stove it would have been perfect! I Def would have given it a 5!We try our best to stay in Stay in ⭐⭐⭐⭐-⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ star rooms Sometimes possible sometimes notNo matter where I go2, 3, 4 or 5 starIf it don’t have ANY bugs & it’s cleanI can make do! I cannot do bugs That should be 1 of the priorities for EVERY HOTEL!

I like the Home2 suites brand by Hilton The rooms are nice, though they could use an in room stovetop or something similar (you can request a hot plate/portable stove from most front desks, I didn’t need one this stay) The free breakfast was on par for what you expect at most similar hotels

The lobby is nice here, relaxing and inviting with a pool table too The room was comfortable and just right for my stay I would stay here again if I’m going through Atlanta

Maddox Trinklein

DO NOT stay here Rude front desk staff asked us to wait 2 hours for pillows to be ready Said he would call the room when they were and never did on two consecutive nights

The third time he tried, I waited up until 3 in the morning waiting on pillows before returning to the lobby and being told to wait an additional two hours Upon refusal to return to my room, the rude employee then produced pillows in under 10 minutes He then refused to give me contact information for management When I asked to speak to a manager; she referred me to Hilton Rewards as compensation for the 3 nights of lost sleep before work we had during the course of our stay Overpriced for the quality of service (or lack thereof)

First I would like toSay that the front desk staff was very friendly and quickly reacted when I had some issues Greg at the the front desk was great! The first room I was given, had a bad smell in it It also had hair on the wash cloth towels and in tub

Since we arrived tired from a 12 hour drive we didn’t mention any issues untilThe next day The smell was was like a mildew smell mix with smoke Our allergies was going crazy that entire night and the beds are not comfortable at all The second room we got moved into Immediately notice a spider and ants on the bed Food on the carpet near the beds Their house keeping staff can do better with cleaning these rooms The third room I settled in I was not about to keep moving and going through the hassle of changing rooms, But the third room had some type of food stains on the walls and dusty ceilings and black hand marks on the doors and open crackers under the kitchen sink next to the trash! The hotelCan use some pets control and a better cleaning staff & new carpets or a good deep cleaning because they smell Other then that, front desk staff was very accommodating and apologetic about the issues I was having besides, It’s not their fault They even waived my first night without me asking I wasn’t expecting I was very appreciated for that Thanks again And also, the lady who runs the breakfast she was very sweet Handed us some last min breakfast items after we arrived too late because we forgot the time breakfast was

Rebeccah Thomas

We had a wonderful stay at this residence inn this past week The room and guest facilities were very clean and the daily breakfast choices and coffee station was one of the best I have ever experienced at a Marriott hotel Mrs

Maria Olympia, the breakfast concierge, was a daily joy with her warm smile and friendly greetings to every guest that came across her services Even though the pool was closed for maintenance, the general manager and maintenance team set up a fun and refreshing splash pad for my kids to enjoy, which is very thoughtful to do considering the heat wave that Atlanta had that week Only one thing that my husband didn’t understand was the daily parking charge considering the location is not in the city and there isn’t a parking garage But other than that, we had a beautiful time there and will be back at this location especially during the fall season

Mere Vette

My first experience was much better than the second go round My room was not the cleanest meaning the walls, door knobs etc were not clean I’m not sure when they charged for parking

I wasn’t informed just seen it on my bill The pools were closed So no fun for the kids I wasn’t acknowledged or recognized as an Elite member Very different experience

Your Kind of Beautiful J. Turner

We drove eight hours and had booked since early February We had to wait for 3 o’clock check-in I was really tired and just wanted to rest in a great hotel room

To my horror the Room was absolutely deplorable It had roaches It was so dirty The bathroom had broken molding around the floor The toilet was dirty with brown spots on the seat All of the cabinets and doors had fingerprints all over them The dishwasher and refrigerator showed smear marks and drips The tables were sticky and dirty The assistant manager RaKeem, even after seeing everything, did not offer another room and also acted as if he did see everything that was being shown to him Unbelievable! The refrigerator had a broken shelf The drawers were sticky and dirty After the assistant manager’s reaction I wanted the room to be cleaned in front of me That manager left before all was resolved He never contacted me after that evening to see if everything was resolved and if everything was okay I have pictures and videos of everything I finally spoke with a real manager who saw the pictures and videos

Lyndsey Gainey

The facility was nice and clean with complimentary breakfast that was definitely decent for early risers Don’t sleep in you will miss it The pool is cold

My daughter didn’t mind but my boyfriend and I did If you book with third party make sure they redo the room rates before checking you in or else you will be out of that money until someone fixes it

Silly Sammy

Worst hotel experience ever Arrived around 10pm (way past 3pm check in time) and was told the room I already booked and paid for was not available They offered me a smaller room with only one bed, which would not fit my party of 5

When I explained this would not work for us, she said she would double check on the room I booked Apparently it isn’t that the room wasn’t available as in booked, it was that it had not been cleaned and serviced She said that she would go and do it herself for us At first, I was pleased with the front desk staff because she made it seem as if she was making an effort to make it right It was getting late and I had three kids with me We waited in the lobby for her to come back She even made the statement that she gave us fresh towels and apologized Upon entering the room, I could tell that the beds had just been quickly made But she isn’t the housekeeping lady so I didnt think much of it and don’t care about tight corners on my bed sheets (You can see what I mean in the photo I took of my daughter when we first got there) I was just happy we had somewhere to sleep at that point The next day when helping my 7 year old daughter shower, I took a towel that was folded on the back of the toilet to place it on the floor and noticed it was stained No big deal It was going on the floor The next towel I planned to wrap around my daughter It was already damp and also stained At that point, i noticed a wet, dirty rag folded in between them These were all dirty towels and rags Its like thry were picked up off the floor and placed for us to use Absolutely disgusting At this point, I don’t believe they were even clean sheets on the bed the night before, merely put back together from the previous guests I was told they would credit me half off but received a bill of full payment Here I am a week later with strep throat, which I have no doubt I got from sleeping in a used, unsanitary room This day and age with Covid, that is ridiculous, reckless and unsafe Pure disgusting Not work $500 for 2 days The fridge in the room didn’t even work and the numbers in the AC unit on the wall were half blank so you had to guess the temp Go somewhere else

I stayed here long term for a work project Although I get minimal housekeeping it was a little rough when I did request it Other than that this place was amazing

Great breakfast, very clean common areas and all of the staff especially Maria and Kavita were extremely helpful, polite, courteous, and helped make my stay very pleasurable! They even gave me a Xmas card! I would absolutely stay here again BTW Saturday and Sunday are bacon day 🙂

This was the host hotel for our family reunion and the service was top notch from check-in to our departure The hotel was clean and had all the amenities we needed but the STAFF is the reason our stay was so enjoyable! Every single person we encountered was friendly and helpful, but Orrie was my favorite! He went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed for our meetings with a smile I would DEFINITELY stay there again if I’m in the area

Very nice place that feels like home instead of a hotel! Relaxing environment with accessible necessities to food, exercise, and laundry service Perfect spot to go for quietness and comfort Staff is very nice and friendly always ready to serve! $50 deposit daily is a bit extreme when it should just be one time $50 deposit for entire stay is the only drawback I had

This was a great place to stay for our long term stay Very affordable This place was amazingly clean at all times

Friendly staff, and enjoyed the free coffee Everything you need is in the room Refrigerator, microwave, DISHWASHER 😀 As well, if needed, a laundry room near the workout center I highly recommend this place over any other short term or long term stay businesses as you can’t count on kindness or cleanliness from them But HERE you CAN count on it! And based on my experience, the price beats all other places!

Great experience The room was very nice and clean The hotel was convenient and very well maintained

Temps in low 60 high 50’s made the gas fire pit really great Most included breakfast at hotels is just a carb fest, not here Southwestern omelettes, quinoa veggie bowl, yes You can make fresh waffles and carb up if you want but you have a choiceAll of the staff was great, friendly and helpful 👍Highly recommend!
